THE DRIVER'S SEAT OF MY VEHICLE HAS DEVELOPED A SQUEAK. WHEN I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER THEY WERE NOT SURE IF THE BOLTS SECURING THE SEAT HAVE LOOSENED OR THE WELDS HAVE CRACKED. ALL I'M TOLD IS BRING IT IN AND THEY WILL TELL ME HOW MUCH IT WILL COST TO REPAIR IT. READING SIMILAR COMPLAINTS, THIS SEEMS TO BE COMMON PROBLEM AND SHOULD BE SUBJECT TO A SAFETY RECALL. *TR
I BOUGHT MY WIFE A 2000 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE, AND IT HAS SHUT OFF WHILE SHE WAS DRIVING, PUTTING HER IN A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION, WITH NO "CHECK ENGINE" LIGHT...NOTHING, LOW COOLANT LIGHT CAME ON WHEN THERE IS COOLANT ALREADY IN THE CAR, CHECK GAUGES LIGHT KEEP COMING ON, HEATER DOESN'T HEAT WELL, THE PASSENGER SIDE POWER DOOR LOCK DOES NOT WORK, I'VE REPLACED THE THERMOSTAT AND THE WATER PUMP ONCE. AND I'VE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE VEHICLE OVERHEATING AND THE FAN NOT COMING ON AND HAD IT REPLACED. I DO BELIEVE THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE JEEP CHEROKEE ESPECIALLY THE 2000 MODEL AND THINK IT SHOULD BE RECALLED. I LOOKED ON THE INTERNET FOR BLOGS TO SEE IF ANYONE ELSE WAS HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS AND FOUND THERE WERE WELL OVER 100 PEOPLE ON ONE WEBSITE WITH THE SAME EXACT PROBLEMS. I THINK THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION FOR THOSE THAT OWN THIS VEHICLE AND I AM ASKING YOU TO PLEASE RECALL THIS VEHICLE BEFORE IT CAUSES SERIOUS ACCIDENTS OR EVEN DEATH. PLEASE DON'T IGNORE THIS COMPLAINT, AND I HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU SOON CONCERNING THIS MATTER. PASSENGER SIDE A/C VENTS STARTED BLOWING COOL AIR DOES NOT WARM UP AT ALL WHEN HEATER IS CUT ON. *TR
I HAVE A 2000 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. I HAVE NO HEAT AND CAN'T DEFROST THE WINDOWS. I TOOK IT TO A CHRYSLER DEALER AND THEY TOLD ME THE BENDER BOARDS NEED TO BE REPLACED AT A COST OF ABOUT $1,200/. I DID SOME RESEARCH AND THERE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS ISSUE WITH JEEP. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A DESIGN FLAW AND SHOULD BE RECALLED AND FIXED BY CHRYSLER AT NO CHARGE TO THE CUSTOMER. *TR
WHEN HEATER IS ON, MY VEHICLE HEATER BLOWS ONLY OUT OF THE DRIVER SIDE VENTS. COLD AIR BLOWS OUT ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. THE VEHICLE ALSO BLOWS NO A/C ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. *TR
VERY LITTLE HEAT IS COMING OUT THE DRIVER SIDE AND COLD AIR IS COMING OUT THE PASSENGER VENTS. *TR
THIS PAST WINTER ('07-'08), THE REAR DRIVER AND FRONT PASSENGER AUTOMATIC DOOR LOCKS ON MY 2000 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LAREDO BEGAN TO MAKE A LOUD QUACKING NOISE UPON LOCKING AND UNLOCKING. ALSO I RECENTLY DISCOVERED THAT THESE TWO DOORS MUST BE MANUALLY LOCKED AS THEY NO LONGER LOCK UPON AUTOMATIC LOCKING WITH THE REMOTE OR WITH THE MASTER CONTROL ON THE DRIVER DOOR. *TR
BLEND DOOR FAILURE ON 2000 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. VENTS ONLY BLOWING COLD AIR, EVEN WHEN THERMOSTAT IS SET ALL THE WAY TO HOT. *TR
TAILLIGHT GROUNDING ISSUES. WITH HEADLIGHTS ON AND PRESSING THE BRAKE, THE TAILLIGHT WILL GO OUT. THERE IS A MAJOR DEFECT WITH THE TAILLIGHT SOCKET/GROUND CONNECTOR IN THE TAILLIGHT. I'VE BEEN PULLED OVER TWICE FOR THE TAILLIGHT BEING OUT, AND IN NEAR WRECKS BECAUSE OF THIS FAULTY PIECE OF HARDWARE. THERE SHOULD BE A RECALL ON THE TAILLIGHTS TO FIX THE BULB SOCKET/GROUND ISSUE. *TR
LEFT BRAKE LIGHT GOES OUT WHEN APPLYING BRAKES, RUNNING LIGHTS AND BACK UP LIGHTS WORK BUT ONLY WHEN BRAKES ARE NOT APPLIED. REPLACED BULBS SEVERAL TIMES BUT STILL GETTING PULLED OVER FOR FAULTY BRAKE LIGHTS. *TR
I BOUGHT THE CAR IN SEPTEMBER 2007..IN NOVEMBER I WAS ON THE HIGHWAY AND SUDDENLY THE CAR STARTED TO OVERHEAT HAD TO GET IT TOWED TO THE NEAREST AUTO SHOP WHERE THEY SAID THE RADIATOR WAS DAMAGED AND HAD TO BE CHANGED...COUPLE DAYS LATER THE FAN STOPPED WORKING WHICH ALSO HAD TO BE CHANGED. AFTER ALL THE OVER HEATING THE MECHANIC TOLD ME THE ENGINE BURNED OUT AND ALSO HAD TO BE REPLACED AFTER THE FACT MY CAR WOULDNT START. HAD THE TRUCK WORKING FOR A WHILE UNTIL APRIL 2008 WHERE MY TRANSMISSION STARTED FAILING. I KEPT HEARING A CLICKING NOISE AND THE TRUCK WOULDNT ACCELERATE AS FAST IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. HAD THE TRANSMISSION REPLACED AT COTTMAN TRANSMISSION. AFTER ALL THIS HAD HAPPENED THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND I COULDNT GET MY INSPECTION DONE, TURNED OUT TO BE A HOSE CAUSING AIR TO BE RELEASED. IT IS NOW JANUARY 2009 AND MY TRUCK HAS LEAKED OUT ALL ITS ANTIFREEZE ONCE AGAIN ITS OVER HEATING. ALL IN ALL SINCE SEPTEMBER 2007 I HAVE SPENT OVER $3500-$4000 ON THIS TRUCK. STILL MAKING PAYMENTS ON THE TRUCK FROM COLLEGE HILL AUTO IN PENNSYLVANIA. *TR
VENTILATION SYSTEM FAILED. NO HEAT IN 32 DEGREES WEATHER. NO DEFROSTER / DEFOGGER IN THE SAME COLD WEATHER AND IN RAINY WEATHER. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. WHILE STOPPED AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT, THE CONTACT HEARD LOUD NOISES COMING FROM THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER AND THEY NOTICED THAT THE FAN AND FAN BLADES WERE COMING APART. THERE IS A F25 RECALL THAT DESCRIBES THIS FAILURE; HOWEVER, THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED. JEEP HAS BEEN NOTIFIED. THE PURCHASE DATE WAS UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 112,977 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 112,577.
THE BLEND AIR DOOR IN NOT WORKING PROPERLY, CAUSING THE HEATER NOT TO WORK ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT NOTICED A SHORTAGE THAT WHEN HE DEPRESSED THE BRAKE PEDAL WITH THE HEADLIGHTS ON, THE TAIL LIGHTS SHUT OFF. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALERSHIP AND THE CONTACT HAD NOT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER AT THE TIME OF THE COMPLAINT. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF THE COMPLAINT. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 130,000. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 180,000.
COLD AIR BLOWS IN THROUGH PASSENGER SIDE VENTS. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ENGINE FAN FAILED. THE CONTACT LATER RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA RECALL NUMBER: 06V199000 (ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:COOLING SYSTEM:FAN) AND TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR REPAIRS WHERE THE FAN WAS REPLACED. THE FAILURE RECURRED AND THE DEALER MADE THREE ATTEMPTS TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE BUT TO NO AVAIL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE BUT NO FURTHER REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 95,000 AND THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000.
MY HVAC BLEND DOORS HAVE BROKEN WHICH WILL REQUIRE THE DEALERSHIP TO TAKE THE ENTIRE DASH APART TO FIX A $200 PART. THE TOTAL COST OF THIS IS $1500 DUE TO EXTENSIVE LABOR. THE DEALERSHIP INFORMED ME THAT THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH THE 1999-2004 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE MODELS WITH THE DUAL TEMPERATURE CONTROL SETTINGS. *TR
THE HEATER IS NOT WORKING. THE HEATER ONLY BLOWS OUT COLD AIR. FROM THE RESEARCH I'VE DONE, IT WILL COST AN ESTIMATED $800 TO $1200 TO FIX. THE BLENDER DOOR IS BROKEN AND IS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT NOTHING I HAVE DONE COULD HAVE CAUSED THIS. *TR
FAILURE OF BLEND DOORS IN HEATER/DEFOGGER OF VEHICLE. JEEP HAS KNOWN ABOUT THESE CHEAP PARTS FOR SOME TIME. THE REPAIR COSTS OVER $1000 BECAUSE IT IS LABOR INTENSIVE, THE COMPLETE DASH PANEL HAS TO BE REMOVED TO ACCESS WHERE THE BLEND DOORS ARE LOCATED. THE PART COSTS ARE ONLY ABOUT $150 AT MOST! WITH THE FAILURE COMES NO WARM/HOT AIR FROM THE HEATER, CONSEQUENTLY NO DEFROSTING OF THE WINDSHIELD.........A SEVERE VISIBILITY PROBLEM!! JEEP/CHRYSLER SHOULD BE PICKING UP ALL, OR AT LEAST MOST OF THE COST OF THIS REPAIR. THE ORIGINAL PARTS WERE CHEAPLY MADE AND ARE SUBJECT TO WEAR OUT WITHIN ONLY A FEW YEARS. I RECENTLY HAD TO PAY FOR THIS REPAIR MYSELF. I COULD NOT DO WITHOUT THE DEFROSTER DURING WINTER MONTHS. I HAD TO PAY FOR IT OUT OF MY OWN POCKET. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE JEEP/CHRYSLER REFUND SOME OF THAT COST TO ME, IT WOULD ONLY BE FAIR. DO A SEARCH ON THE INTERNET, AND YOU WILL SEE THE NUMBERS OF THESE SAME FAILURES FOR SEVERAL JEEP YEAR MODELS. *TR
2000 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE BLENDER DOOR, WHICH IS LOCATED IN THE HEATER/ AIR CONDITIONER BOX. UPON LOOKING UP THIS PROBLEM, AND ASKING OTHER JEEP OWNERS, THIS SEEMS TO BE A VERY COMMON AND LARGE PROBLEM, AS WELL AS COSTLY ($800- $1200) TO REPAIR. HOW COULD THERE NOT POSSIBLY BE A RECALL ON SOMETHING AS EXPENSIVE AS THIS TO FIX. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT HAPPENS TO ALL OF THESE VEHICLES IN THE YEARS BETWEEN 1999-2004? THE ELECTRONIC DUAL AIR CONTROL WAS DEVELOPED WITH PARTS NOT BUILT TO WITH STAND THE JOB IT IS REQUIRED TO DO. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 JEEP/GRAND CHEROKEE LAREDO/4.0L L6 MPI . HE STATED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE SEAT WAS LOOSE AND OVER TIME BECAME PROGRESSIVELY WORSE. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO HIS MECHANIC WHERE HE WAS ADVISED THAT THE SEAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED BEFORE HE COULD PASS INSPECTION. NO REPAIRS WERE MADE TO THE VEHICLE, THERE WERE NO RECALLS AND NEITHER THE MANUFACTURER NOR DEALER WERE CONTACTED TO REPORT THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000 AND THE CURRENT WAS 132,000.
MY AC FAN HAD BEEN CUTTING ON AND OFF RANDOMLY IN MY 2000 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. I THOUGHT AT FIRST IT MAY BE A BAD CLIMATE CONTROL CONTROL PANEL. A FEW DAYS LATER, I SMELLED ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL IN MY CAR AND THE FAN WOULD NOT COME ON AT ALL. TODAY I REMOVED THE BLOWER FAN, THINKING IT WAS BAD, BUT IT TURNS OUT THE BLOWER IS FINE, THE BLOWER CONTROL MODULE RELAY AND WIRING HARNESS HAD MELTED IN THE DASHBOARD ABOVE WHERE THE PASSENGERS FEET WOULD REST. I HAVE TAKEN PICTURES AND WILL BE GLAD TO SEND THEM UPON REQUEST, BUT I THINK JEEP/CHRYSLER SHOULD HAVE TO REPLACE THIS DUE TO THE POTENTIAL FIRE THREAT AND LACK OF SAFETY (SINCE THE FUSE DID NOT BLOW). I ATTEMPTED TO REPLACE THE PART THROUGH AN AUTOMOTIVE PARTS COMPANY, BUT THE BLOWER CONTROL MODULE WILL NEED TO BE PURCHASED STRAIGHT FROM CHRYSLER CORP. PLEASE CALL ME OR EMAIL ME WITH ANY FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE. ONCE AGAIN, I WILL ALSO SEND PICTURES UPON REQUEST. THANKS! *TR
BLEND DOOR GONE BAD PER DEALER. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER'S SEAT BOLTS, WHICH SECURE THE SEAT, HAVE LOOSENED OR THE WELDS HAVE CRACKED. HE HAD THE SEAT WELDED BACK TOGETHER; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION. THE FAILURE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE ENTIRE SEAT NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED. THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL COMPLAINTS FOR THIS COMPONENT. THE DEALER HAS NOT YET BEEN NOTIFIED. CHRYSLER CANNOT ASSIST WITH THIS ISSUE. THE CONTACT WAS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THIS BEING A SAFETY HAZARD. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 160,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 179,000.
RECIRC DOOR, THE DRIVER'S BLEND DOOR, AND THE PASSENGER'S BLEND DOOR ALL HAVE TOO MUCH TRAVEL, CAUSING ONLY COLD AIR TO COME IN ON PASSENGER OR ON DRIVER SIDE CAUSING FOG BUILD UP ON THE FRONT WINDSHIELD WHICH PREVENTS DRIVERS VISION AND COULD CAUSE A MAJOR ACCIDENT. A KNOWN PROBLEM BY JEEP/DODGE/CHRYSLER BUT NEVER HAD A RECALL TO FIX THE HAZARDOUS AND DANGEROUS PROBLEM. *TR
IN 2007, MY REAR TAIL LIGHTS STOPPED WORKING. THEY WOULD NOT WORK IF THE HEAD LIGHTS WERE TURNED ON. HOWEVER IF THE HEAD LIGHTS WERE OFF THE REAR TAIL LIGHTS WERE WORKING. THERE IS NO WARNING LIGHT THAT INFORMS YOU OF THIS FAILURE AND SO IT WAS NOT UNTIL I WAS STOPPED BY THE POLICE THAT I WAS EVEN AWARE OF THE PROBLEM. I GOT THE REAR LIGHTS REPLACED, NOT KNOWING THEN THAT THIS WAS A COMMON PROBLEM. HOWEVER, NOW THREE YEARS LATER, THE LIGHTS HAVE FAILED AGAIN. SAME EXACT PROBLEM. NO WARNING LIGHTS, IT JUST SO HAPPENED A FAMILY MEMBER SAW THAT MY LIGHTS WERE OUT. THE REPLACEMENT PARTS ARE EXPENSIVE AND OBVIOUSLY THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM KNOWN BY JEEP/CHRYSLER.
I HAVE A BLEND DOOR PROBLEM WITH MY 2000 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LIMITED. I HAVE NOT TAKEN IT IN FOR THE REPAIR YET, BUT I PURCHASED AN EXTENED WARRANTY. THIS ISSUES DOES SEEM TO BE A PROBLEM, AND WHEN MY WARRANTY EXPIRES I HOPE NOT TO HAVE THIS AS AN ISSUE AFTER IT GETS FIXED
2000 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE DOOR ACTUATOR. MY REAR PASSENGER DOOR ACTUATOR HAS BROKEN AND THE SAFETY PROBLEM IS THAT THE DOOR WILL NOT OPEN AT ALL. A SEARCH ON THE INTERNET REVEALS THAT THIS IS A RECURRING PROBLEM WITH THIS YEAR AND JEEP MODEL. JEEP IS AWARE OF THE PROBLEM AS THE ACTUATOR IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. *TR
I HAVE A 2000 JEEP GC LAREDO, AND ALONG WITH MANY,MANY OTHER PEOPLE I HAVE NUMEROUS PROBLEMS. THE WARPED ROTORS ARE VERY DANGEROUS WHEN YOU HAVE TO USE YOUR BRAKES, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE CHILDREN IN THE CAR AS I DO, ALSO THE TAILLIGHT/BRAKE LIGHT ISSUE, THAT HAS GOTTEN ME PULLED OVER MORE THAN ONCE, EVEN THOUGH I PUT A NEW BULB IN IT EVERY TIME. THE DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR THAT IS VERY ANNOYING NOT TO MENTION MY TRANSMISSION HAS A SHIFTING PROBLEM THAT I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT AND NOW MY RADIATOR FAN WILL NOT WORK SO MY CAR WILL OVERHEAT IF I AM STOPPED FOR TOO LONG. *JB
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE HEADLIGHTS AND THE PLASTIC SHIELD THAT COVERS THE HEADLIGHTS ARE DULL AND FAIL TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE ILLUMINATION. THE SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT HAS REMAINED ILLUMINATED FOR FOUR DAYS. THE CONTACT WILL HAVE THE VEHICLE SERVICED BY THE DEALER ON OCTOBER 1, 2007. THE MECHANIC STATED THAT THE LEAK DETECTION PUMP WAS ALSO DEFECTIVE (CODE 1494). THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 119,000.
2000 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LIMITED . OEM INSTALLED HEATING SYSTEM FLOW SENSOR (DELCO MODEL #16250779, SERIAL #0304021 OVERHEATED AND MELTED WIRES AND CASE OF SENSOR. THIS REPRESENTS A FIRE HAZARD. THE LOCAL JEEP DEALERSHIP PARTS DEPARTMENT WAS WELL AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND SAID THEY GET CALLS FOR THE PART ALL THE TIME. THE LOCAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT EXPLAINED HOW TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM AND INSTALL THE NEW SENSOR. THE NATIONAL CHRYSLER CUSTOMER CARE DENIED THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM. I REPLACED THE PART WITH A NEW SENSOR. I STILL HAVE THE FAILED PART AND WOULD BE GLAD TO SUPPLY IT TO THE DOT EXPERTS. *TR
NOTICED IN FALL OF 07 THAT THE OIL PRESSURE WAS DROPPING TO ZERO WHEN THE VEHICLE WARMED UP. CHECK GAUGES LIGHT WOULD COME ON. IN WINTER 07, STARTED HAVING TO REFILL THE COOLANT. I HAD THE COOLANT CHECKED AND THE DEALERSHIP SAID THERE WAS NO PROBLEM. RECENTLY HAD TROUBLE STARTING THE ENGINE AND TOOK IT TO A LOCAL REPAIR SHOP. SHOP TECHNICIAN SAID MY ENGINE IS GOING TO BLOW AND SHOULD REPLACE IT ASAP. UNACCEPTABLE! I FOLLOWED EVERY OIL CHANGE RELIGIOUSLY! *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 JEEP LAREDO. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE DIAL ON THE TEMPERATURE GAUGE DISPLAYED EXCESSIVE OVERHEATING. SHE TOOK HER VEHICLE TO A LOCAL REPAIR SHOP AND THE MECHANIC REPLACED THE RELAY (PART NUMBER 5017491AB). EVERY YEAR SINCE THE REPAIR, THE FAILURE HAS RECURRED AND MUST BE REPAIRED AGAIN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 88,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 91,000.
WINDSHIELD WILL NOT DEFOG DUE TO MALFUNCTIONING BLEND DOOR. FORCED TO PULL OVER IN HEAVY RAIN DUE TO INABILITY TO SEE ROAD. *JB
DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD IN A RAIN STORM AND THE FRONT PASSENGER WINDOW FELL INTO THE DOOR. I TOOK THE JEEP TO THE DEALER AND WAS TOLD THE WINDOW REGULATOR FAILED ALLOWING THE WINDOW TO FALL. REGULATOR WAS REPLACED. *TR
MY SECURITY SYSTEM INTERMITTENTLY LOCKS ME OUT OF MY VEHICLE. I HAVE PUT AT LEAST 2000 INTO FIXING IT AND STILL HAVE A VEHICLE I CANT DRIVE AND I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. THE DEALER STATED THAT IT WOULD COST $300 TO REPLACE THE FAN AND THAT HIS VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN RECALL NUMBER 06V199000 (ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:COOLING SYSTEM:FAN). HE WAS ABLE TO OPEN THE DOORS WITH THE REMOTE AND USES THE PHYSICAL KEY TO LOCK THE DOORS. TWO LOCKS HAVE BEEN REPLACED, BUT THREE ARE STILL FAULTY. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 100,000 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.
