THE CONTACT WAS TRANSPORTED BY AMBULANCE TO THE HOSPITAL. THE NATURE OF THE INJURIES WERE GENERAL BRUISING TO THE HEAD, ARMS AND LEGS. THE CONTACT WAS TREATED AND RELEASED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. APPARENTLY THIS IS FOR AN AIRBAG ISSUE BUT IT DOES NOT SEEM THAT FCA IS MAKING "EVERY EFFORT TO OBTAIN THESE PARTS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE" AS IS STATED ON THE RECALL NOTICE. N47: I HAVE CALLED OUR LOCAL DEALER A FEW TIMES AND THEY REFUSE TO LOOK AT IT SAYING THAT SINCE WE DON'T HAVE AN AFTERMARKET TRAILER HITCH THAT OUR VEHICLE IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY REMEDY FOR THE EXPLODING GAS TANKS. REPLACED TAIL LIGHT HOUSING UNITS ONLY TO HAVE THEM GO BAD AGAIN. WIRE HARNESS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED NUMERAL TIMES, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM FOR DOORS AND WINDOWS HAD TO BE REPLACED NUMERAL TIMES. GAUGES ON DASH BOARD WOULDN'T WORK HALF THE TIME. JUST HAD A MVA WITH A DEER AND EXTENSIVE DAMAGE TO THE FRONT OF THE CAR AND NO AIRBAGS WERE DEPLOYED, THE ACCIDENT WAS SO EXTENSIVE THAT THE CAR WAS TOTALED!

#1 MARCH 204 FRONT ANGLE ON ELECTRIC SEAT TRACK CLEAN BREAK ON TRACK, SEAT UNSTABLE AND UNSAFE VEHICLE UNDERIVABLE.REPLACED WITH SALVAGE UNIT DID NOT REPLACE SEAT FRAME IN LOWER CUSHION RE USED ORIGINAL SEAT. #2 1/24/16 FRONT ANGLE ON ELECTRIC TRACK BROKE AGAIN, SEAT FRAME ALSO DAMAGED. TOOK APART SEAT FRAME CAME A PART IN MULTIPLE PIECES WITH BROKE WIELDS AND BROKEN METAL POINTS. HAD TO AGAIN BUY SALVAGE SEAT, COULD NOT FIND EXACT MATCH, HAD TO SWAP SEAT TRACK FRAME, CUSHIONS AND TRACK WIRING HARNESS. HAVE HAD TO WORK ON THIS SEAT TWICE USING ALL OE PARTS NO AFTERMARKET PARTS, BOTH INCIDENTS HAVE LEFT THE VEHICLE UNDRIVEABLE AND UNSAFE TILL THE PART WAS REPLACED, SECOND TIME SEAT SNAPPED UPON BRAKING AND FLUNG ME REARWARD TO WHERE I LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE, FORTUNATELY I WAS ON A COUNTRY ROAD AND WAS ABLE TO GET OF THE ROAD SAFELY BUT ANY OTHER INCIDENT MYSELF OR OTHERS COULD HAVE BEEN HURT I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE A MORE THROUGH DESCRIPTION BUT I'M LIMITED ON CHARACTERS, I ALSO STILL HAVE ALL THE BROKEN PARTS AS PROOF.PLEASE EMAIL ME FOR MORE DETAILS. IN JANUARY 2016, I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE. I NOTICED THE VEHICLE STEERING SEEMED A LITTLE OFF. I TOOK IT TO A LOCAL SHOP AND IT WAS DETERMINED THE STEERING GEAR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. IT WAS RATHER EXPENSIVE TO HAVE IT REPAIRED. I'M UNSURE OF WHEN THE PROBLEM AROSE AS IT WAS FOR SALE FOR MONTHS PRIOR TO ME PURCHASING. APPARENTLY THIS HAD BEEN REPAIRED UNDER A PRIOR RECALL.
