TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2020 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE RADIO DISPLAY FAILED TO REMOVE THE REAR VIEW CAMERA IMAGE AFTER SHIFTING OUT OF REVERSE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO NUCAR CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF TILTON (40 E MAIN ST LOT C, TILTON, NH 03276, (603) 729-1167) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED WITH NEEDING THE RADIO DISPLAY TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE PERSISTED. UPON INVESTIGATION, THE CONTACT ASSOCIATED THE FAILURE WITH NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 20V191000 (BACK OVER PREVENTION) HOWEVER, THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE BUT OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 26,021.
