TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 KIA SEDONA. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 70 MPH DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY, THE ACCELERATOR AND BRAKES FAILED. THE CONTACT SHIFTED THE VEHICLE INTO NEUTRAL AND PULLED OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE BRAKE SWITCH NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 96,750. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
I HAVE THIS KIA SEDONA SINCE SEPTEMBER 2007. IT HAS A CONSTANT SQUEALING ON THE BRAKES I TOOK IT TWICE SO FAR INTO TWO DIFFERENT DEALERSHIPS TO HAVE THEM CHECKED OUT THEY SAY IS A "NORMAL NOISE". TODAY I EXPERIENCED A GRINDING/PULSATING NOISE COMING FROM THE BRAKES WHEN I PUSHED THEM TO COME TO A STOP SIGN. I WAS AFRAID I CANNOT STOP. I AM GOING AGAIN TOMORROW TO HAVE IT CHECKED, BUT I KNOW THE ANSWER. PLEASE HELP! *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 KIA SEDONA. THE CONTACT FEELS A LARGE AMOUNT OF VIBRATION IN THE BRAKES AND BRAKE PEDAL WHEN DEPRESSED. THE VIBRATIONS ARE ESPECIALLY NOTICEABLE WHEN TRAVELING DOWNHILL.
