TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 KIA SOUL. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL KNOCKING NOISE COMING FROM THE ENGINE. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT OIL NEEDED TO BE ADDED BETWEEN OIL CHANGE INTERVALS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE NUMBER ONE PISTON ROD BEARING DAMAGED THE CRANKSHAFT. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE ENGINE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. MIKE KELLY KIA (LOCATED AT 254 PITTSBURGH RD SUITE A, BUTLER, PA 16002, (724) 287-2701) STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V120000 (ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 130,000.
MY KIA SOUL 2012 HAS BEEN HAVING PROBLEM A WITH OVER THE LIMIT OIL CONSUMPTION THAT STARTED IN 2015. IN THE OWNERS MANUAL AND IN CROWN KIA WHERE I BOUGHT THE CAR SAID THAT I CAN CHANGE OIL ON EVERY 5000 MILES. OVER TIME IT STARTED BURNING MORE AND MORE OIL THAT IT WAS NEEDED TO ADD AND CHANGE OIL EVERY 1000 MILES. REPUTABLE MECHANIC IN THE AREA TOLD ME KIA SOUL HAVE THAT DEFECT OF BURNING EXCESSIVE OIL AND IT WAS DUE TO DEFECTED VALVE GUIDES AND PISTON RINGS.
TAKATA RECALL I TOOK MY CAR TO FIRESTONE TO HAVE AN OIL CHANGE AND CHECK THE BREAKS. I WAS TOLD WHEN I TURN THE CAR LEFT IT MAKES A GOD AWFUL NOISE AND THE WHEEL SHAKES. I HAVE A 75000 MIKE WARRANTY ON IT. THIS BETTER BE COVERED. I SEE A LOT OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS SAME ISSUE AND IT SHOULD BE A RECALL. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 KIA SOUL. WHILE DRIVING AND WHEN MAKING TURNS, THE STEERING COLUMN MADE AN ABNORMAL POPPING NOISE. THERE WAS NO WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO KIA OF SOUTH AUSTIN (LOCATED AT 5306 S IH 35 FRONTAGE RD, AUSTIN, TX 78745, (512) 444-6635) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FLEX COUPLER ON THE STEERING COLUMN FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED DUE TO THE REPAIR FEES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
VEHICLE HAS 96000 MILES. WHILE DRIVING ON HIGHWAY BEGAN TO HEAR RATTLING AND PINGING. ATTEMPTED TO MAKE IT TO REST AREA TO PULL OVER AND INSPECT. HEARD LOUD BANG AND ENGINE STALLED. COASTED INTO REST AREA. INSPECTION REVEALED OIL LEAKING FROM HOLE BLOWN IN LOWER ENGINE BLOCK.
I HAVE A 2012 KIA SOUL+ THAT HAS 80,000 MILES ON IT AND HAS STARTED MAKING THE HIGHLY COMPLAINED ABOUT CLUNKING NOISE AND SHIFTING/LOOSE SENSATION IN THE UPPER STEERING COLUMN WHEN TURNING WHEEL BACK AND FORTH FROM LEFT TO RIGHT WHETHER STATIONARY OR DRIVING. IT HAS ALSO FOR SOME TIME BEEN EXPERIENCING THE SHAKING STEERING WHEEL AT AROUND 80 MPH THAT HAS COMPLAINTS. I AM A FORMER MECHANIC AND THROUGH READING ALL THE SIMILAR COMPLAINTS AND SEEING SYMPTOM/REPAIR VIDEOS I HAVE DIAGNOSED MY CLUNKING STEERING COLUMN TO BE CAUSED BY A FAILED STEERING COUPLER. THIS IS A PROBLEM THAT HAS BEEN RECALLED BY KIA ON OTHER VEHICLES BUT NOT ON 2012 SOUL. I AM INTERESTED TO FIND OUT IF THIS COUPLER IS ALSO BEHIND MY SHAKING STEERING WHEEL AT HIGHER SPEEDS. SHAKING IS NOT DUE TO TIRES, WHEELS, OR ALIGNMENT/PARTS PROBLEMS AS PROBLEM WAS SAME BEFORE I JUST PUT NEW TIRES ON AND HAD BALANCE/ALIGNMENT DONE. ALSO WAS NO DIFFERENT BETWEEN SEVERAL TIRE ROTATIONS OF OLD TIRES. THIS STEERING COUPLER ISSUE SHOULD HAVE KIA RECALLING ALL VEHICLES THAT HAVE REPORTS OF THIS FAILURE. I AM LOOSING FAITH IN KIA MOTORS. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO REPLACE THIS PART ON MY TIME/MONEY.
STEERING WHEEL MAKES CLICKING NOISE WHEN TURNING.
CAR HAS JUST OVER 60K MILES. KNOCKING IN THE STEERING WHEEL AREA WHEN TURNING THE STEERING WHEEL LEFT OR RIGHT. THE KNOCKING OCCURS WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED, HIGHWAY OR CITY STREETS. IF SITTING IN NEUTRAL WITH ENGINE ON, TURN THE STEERING WHEEL LEFT OR RIGHT AND YOU FEEL AND HEAR THE KNOCKING SOUND.
2012 KIA SOULWITH 15,000 MILES: STEERING MAKES A CLUNKING NOISE AND HAS A LOT OF PLAY IN IT. EVEN WHEN SITTING STILL. WHEN DRIVING IT ALSO HAS PLAY AND MAKES CLUNKING NOISE. TOOK IT TO DEALERSHIP AND WAS TOLD THE COUPLER IS BAD, AND THAT ITS A COMMON PROBLEM. THE FEE TO FIX IS $200, AND NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY BECAUSE I'M NOT THE ORIGINAL OWNER, EVEN THOUGH THE MILEAGE IS SO LOW. OTHER KIA SOULS HAVE RECALLS, THIS YEAR SHOULD AS WELL.
I FIRST NOTICED A GRINDING NOISE WHILE BACKING OUT FROM A PARKING SPACE. I THOUGHT PERHAPS A RECENT BRAKE JOB NEEDED SOME TWEAKING OR MAYBE HAD A DEFECTIVE PART INSTALLED. I DROPPED IT AT THE DEALERSHIP TO GET CHECKED OUT ON TUESDAY MORNING. WHEN THEY FINALLY LOOKED AT IT ON THURSDAY THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW ENGINE DUE TO "CRANK BEARING FAILURE" AND "RING FAILURE." MY ENGINE ONLY HAD 63000 MILES ON IT AND ALL THEY COULD DO WAS SHRUG AND OFFER A USED ENGINE AT THE SAME COST AS THE CURRENT VEHICLE VALUE.
MY 2012 KIA SOUL CAUGHT FIRE JULY 13TH WITH MY SON DRIVING. THERE WAS A TICKING IN THE MOTOR, A LOUD NOISE, AND THEN FLAMES. WE HAVE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY BUT KIA SAYS IT'S AN INSURANCE ISSUE AND THEY CAN'T/WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. NOW, NOT ONLY ARE WE WITHOUT A CAR BUT WE'RE STUCK WITH PAYMENTS FOR THE NEXT 2-3 YEARS BECAUSE INSURANCE SAYS IT'S NOT WORTH HALF OR WHAT WE STILL OWE ON IT. THANK GOD MY SON WAS OKAY BUT KIA NEEDS TO BE ACCOUNTABLE. *JS
STEERING COLUMN MAKES A RATHER LOUD KNOCKING NOISE AS IT'S BEING WHILE THE CAR IS STATIONARY AND WHEN IT'S IN MOTION. STEERING COUPLER SHOULD BE RECALLED NOT MADE FOR THE CONSUMER TO FOOT THE BILL ON INFERIOR PRODUCTS.
VEHICLE AT 155000 MILES. DRIVING UP HILL ON A A ROAD I DRIVE EVERY DAY TO WORK. 0510, GOING 60 MPH AT 4000 RPMS UP THE HILL. SOUND/FELT ENGINE EXPLODE. PULLED TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD TO INSPECT. OIL HAD LEAKED OUT AND COULD NOT SEE DAMAGE. GOT IT TOW HOME AND FOUND THAT A PISTON ROD HAD BROKE AND GONE THREW THE BOTTOM OF THE ENGINE PAN.
STEERING WHEEL LOOSE AND CLICKING WHILE DRIVING. FELT LOOSE WHILE STATIONERY. LOCAL AUTO SHOP REPLACED MDPS FLEX COUPLING. IT WAS TOTALLY WORN OUT. CAR HAD LESS THAN 39,000 MILES. APPARENTLY 2014 VEHICLES WERE RECALLED FOR THIS. ALSO KIA OPTIMA'S FLEX JOINTS WERE REPLACED FREE AT THE KIA DEALERSHIP. THIS KIA SOUL UNES THE FAME FLEX JOINT.
MY STEERING WHEEL STARTED MAKING THIS CLUNKING NOISE IT HAD 44,507 MILE ON IT,TOOK IT TO MY KIA DEALER,THE TOLD ME IT WAS A FLEXIBLE COUPLING AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE TO REPLACE IT THAT MY WARRANTY RAN OUT, I SAID THATS A SAFETY ISSUE THEY SAID ITS NOT, I JUST GOT MY CAR AND WENT HOME.I FOYND OUT THAT ALOT OF KIA MODELS HAD THAT PROBLEM AND THE WERE GIVEN A CALL BACK LETTER. IT MAKE NO SENSE ITS THE EXCAT SAME PART HAS THE ONE CALLED BACK,PLUSS IF IT DOESNT GET FIXED I COULD LOSE MY STERRING THE CAR HAS 44000 MILES ON IT
SPARK PLUGS ARE BURNING OUT FOR NO REASON. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL TUNE UPS. BECAUSE THE SPARK PLUGS ARE DOING THIS. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM.?
"TAKATA RECALL" THE STEERING WHEEL IS MAKING A CLICKING NOISE WHEN TURNING TO THE RIGHT OR LEFT. KIA SAID THERE WAS NO RECALL ON THIS. AS TIME GOES ON IT IS GETTING WORSE AND IF ONE DAY SOMETHING HAPPENS TO ME YOU WILL HEAR FROM A LAWYER AND MY DAUGHTERS. I GOT A ESTIMATE FOR THE REPAIRS AND IT WILL BE OVER $200.00 . THIS WOULD BE LESS THEN A LAWSUIT.

THE STEERING IS MAKING A LOUD CLONKING NOISE WHILE TURNING, STATIONARY OR DRIVING, WORST ON THE HIGHWAY. I REPLACED AND BALANCED THE TIRES BUT STILL DOING IT. IT'S SCARY. I SEE THERE ARE MORE REPORTS OF THE SAME PROBLEM.
WAS DRIVING ON THE EXPRESS WAY BEHIND A SEMI. WHEN THE SEMI GOT OVER IN THE RIGHT LANE I ACCELERATED AND HERD A LOUD BANG AND DARK SMOKE STARTED COMING FROM MY ENGINE. IT SMELLED OFTEN AND IMPAIRED MY VISION. SEVERAL OF MY CAUSATION LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND I WAS STUCK AT 60 MPH MY CAR WOULD NOT ACCELERATE AND STOPPED WORKING. I GOT OVER IN THE RIGHT LANE SAFELY AND COASTED FOR ABOUT A MILE AND A HALF TO THE NEAREST EXIT. SOMETHING TOLD ME DO NOT PUT YOUR FOOT ON THE BRAKES OR YOU WILL BE IN SERIOUS TROUBLE. AS I GOT OF THE EXIT I STARTED TO BRAKE AND MY CAR STOPPED AND DIED.OIL WAS LEAKING OUT AND NOTHING WAS WORKING. I HAD TO GET PEOPLE TO PUSH ME OFF TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND GET A TOW TO THE DEALERSHIP. THEY TOLD ME I HAD CATASTROPHIC ENGINE FAILURE. SO MY ENGINE FAILED ME AND I COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED. I DID RESEARCH AND THERE HAVE BEEN MANY KIA'S WITH RECALL AND VERY SIMILAR SITUATIONS AS MINE BUT NOT WITH MY MODEL CAR. I AM SURE THIS IS A MANUFACTURES ERROR AND I PRAY KIA DOES A RECALL TO PROTECT PEOPLE'S LIVES. *JS *JS
CAR WOULD NOT START, IT WAS FOUND THAT THE WIRE COVERS AND WIRES WERE DISINIGRATED. IT WAS TAKEN TO SHOP AND REPAIRED. THEN TWO WEEKS LATER HAPPENED AGAIN, THEN AGAIN ON 5/10/18 THE CAR WOULD NOT START AGAIN. VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO SHOP AND MECHANIC HAD ADVISED THAT IT WAS THE SAME ISSUE BUT DIFFERENT LOCATION, THIS TIME WAS WORSE AND WAS TOLD THAT IF THE VEHICLE WOULD HAVE STARTED THAT IT WOULD HAVE POSSIBLY CAUGHT ON FIRE AND ENDANGERING THE SAFETY TO MYSELF AND OTHER OCCUPANTS. WAS ALSO INFORMED THAT KIA USES A SOY BASED PEANUT OIL COATING FOR THE WIRES. HE INFORMED THAT THIS WOULD ATTRACT ANIMALS. I HAVE SPENT OVER $900 FOR THESE REPAIRS. THE MECHANIC ADVISED THAT KIA IS AWARE OF THIS AND THERE ARE NO RECALLS AS FAR AS HE IS AWARE OF.
I RECENTLY NOTICED WHEN STOPPED THAT THE STEERS NO WHEEL MAKES A CLUNKING SOUND WHEN STEER NO LEFT TO RIGHT AND BACK AGAIN AND HAS A LITTLE PLAY LIKE IT'S NOT CATCHING. ALSO I RECENTLY HAD BRAKE LIGHTS REPLACED AND IT QUICKLY BURNED OUT ON THE BOTTOM HALF OF THE DRIVERS SIDE BRAKE LIGHT.

UPON INVESTIGATION, THE CONTACT DISCOVERED NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V120000 (ENGINE, ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING) WHICH SHE LINKED TO THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED HER THAT THE VIN WAS NOT UNDER RECALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
AT 58,000 MILES THE SOUL STARTED TO MAKE A CREAKING SOUND WHEN TURNING WHEEL SHARPLY TO RIGHT OR LEFT. I TOOK IT IN TO KIA SERVICE AT KIA WEST IN ORLANDO. THEY DIAGNOSED THAT RACK AND PINION WAS DEFECTIVE AND HAD TO BE REPLACED = $997.09 (INCLUDING THE ALIGNMENT IT NEEDED AFTERWARDS) -- I KNOW THE 2013 KIA SOULS WERE RECALLED FOR SAFETY FOR THIS VERY SAME PROBLEM AND EVEN THOUGH THERE ARE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS - KIA HAS NOT RECALLED THE 2012 KIA SOUL FOR RACK AND PINION DEFECTS.
WHEN STOPPED THE STEERING WHEEL MAKES A LOUD CLUNKING NOISE WHEN MOVE FROM RIGHT TO LEFT AND BACK.. WHILE DRIVING HAS A BACK AND FORTH CLUNKING MOVEMENT FELLING AS IF THE VEHICLE WAS BEING DRIVE OVER A ROAD LACED WITH SMALL BUMPS IN IT. IT WOULD APPEAR THAT THE MDPS FLEX COUPLING HAS DETERIORATED AND PRESENTS A MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE. THE 2014 KIA SOUL WAS RECALLED FOR THIS SAME PROBLEM.THIS IS A MAJOR LIFE THREATENING ISSUE.
MY VEHICLE STARTED MAKING A CLUNKING/CLICKING SOUND FROM THE STEERING COLUMN AREA WHEN TURNING THE STEERING WHEEL RIGHT OR LEFT. THE NOISE/SOUND QUICKLY STARTED GETTING LOUDER IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME/MILEAGE. THE STEERING ALSO STARTED GETTING LOOSER AS THE SOUND INCREASED. THIS OCCURRED BOTH WHILE SETTING STILL OR WHILE IN MOTION. THE REPAIR SHOP HAD TO REPLACE A FAULTY STEERING COUPLER (56315-2KOOOFFF) FOR ABOUT $225.00. AFTER THE REPLACEMENT THE SOUND/NOISE AND LOOSENESS ARE GONE.
"CLUNKING" PLAY IN STEERING BEGAN RECENTLY WHICH IS REPORTEDLY FAILURE OF THE STEERING COUPLER.. KIA RECALLED 2014-26 TWICE AND THERE IS AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR REPLACEMENT OF OPTION 11-14 OPTIMA'S .. NOTHING FOR 2012 SOUL EXCEPT WEB PAGES OF COMPLAINTS OF SAME PROBLEM. CROSS REFERENCING THE PART NUMBERS SHOWS THAT ALL THESE VEHICLES, INCLUDING MODELS OUTSIDE THEIR RECALL, USE THE SAME PART YET KIA IS TELLING 2012 OWNERS TO PAY FOR IT OUT OF POCKET.. THIS SAFETY HAZARD AND A FAILURE BY THE MANUFACTURER THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY.

THE CONTACT STATED ON APRIL 26, 2019 HE RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V120000 (ENGINE, ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING). THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER, WERE HE WAS NOTIFIED THE VEHICLE WOULD BE TOWED TO LOCAL DEALER DEMONTROND KIA (14101 NORTH FWY, HOUSTON, TX 77090, (281) 607-1973) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE DAMAGE ON THE ENGINE WAS NOT ASSOCIATED TO NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V120000 (ENGINE, ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND WAS STILL AT THE DEALER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 104,000.

THERE HAS BEEN A CLICKING NOISE WHEN TURNING THE WHEEL TO EITHER SIDE, WHILING DRIVING OR IN STILL MODE. IT SEEMS AS THIS HAS ALSO BEEN AN ISSUE WITH LATER MOTELS AS THEIR WAS A RECALL INVOLVING THE STEERING SYSTEM FOR YEARS 2014 - 2016. FROM RESEARCH, THERE HAVE BEEN MANY TALK FROM 2012 KIA SOUL OWNERS HAVING TO HAVE THEIR COUPLER IN THE STEERING WHEEL COLUMN REPLACED DUE TO POSSIBLE SAFELY ISSUES.

AFTER THE REPAIR, THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED REDUCED ENGINE POWER AND THE CLICKING NOISE CONTINUED. THE CONTACT LATER RECEIVED AN EXTENDED WARRANTY CAMPAIGN. A LOANER VEHICLE OPTION WAS NOT PROVIDED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
I AM SHY OF HITTING 80K MILES ON MY SOUL 79795 TO BE EXACT. I HAVE NOTICED THAT WITHIN THE PAST COUPLE OF WEEKS MY STEERING WHEEL HAS BEEN 'CLICKING' WHETHER IN A STATIONARY POSITION OR IN MOTION. HOW IS THERE NO RECALL OR TSB ON THIS AS I HAVE BEEN DOING MY RESEARCH AND THERE ARE NUMEROUS VEHICLES WITH THIS ISSUE! THIS IS AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN!! KNOCKING SOUND WHEN TURNING STEERING WHEEL SLIGHTLY TO EITHER LEFT OR RIGHT. I WAS TOLD IT IS A BAD COUPLER WITHIN THE STEERING COLUMN THAT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND IT WILL PROBABLY BECOME A RECALL BECAUSE THE DEALERSHIP HAS HAD MANY CUSTOMERS WITH THE SAME ISSUE.
STEERING NOISE CAUSED BE A BAD PIECE IN STEERING LINKAGE. PLASTIC PIECE WHICH MAKES STEERING LOOSE AND POSSIBLE LOSS OF STEERING. KIA ADMITTED TO ME IT'S A PROBLEM WHICH IS COMMON. BUT NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY AFTER 50.00 MILES. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE AND THEY ARE AWARE OF IT. IT DEMANDS A RECALL FOR SAFETY REASONS. IT ALSO IS ON HYUNDI PRODUCTS. SAFETY ISSUE! I AM TOLD NO WAY TO SECURE PASSENGER SIDE IT JUST HAS TO BE REPLACED AS WELL. ALSO NOTICED A LOUD SCREECHING COMING FROM DRIVER SIDE EVERY TIME I APPLY THE BRAKE. 2/3/18 NEIGHBOR WAS DRIVING BEHIND ME DOWN A CITY STREET AND CALLED TO TELL ME REAR DRIVER SIDE TIRE APPEARED WOBBLY. 2/6/18 DEALERSHIP SAID BAD WHEEL BEARING AND REPLACED BUT STILL HAD NOT ORDERED PANELLING. NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED AND THE AUTHORITIES WERE NOT CALLED TO THE SCENE. DUE TO THE FAILURE, THE CONTACT HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED TO TOM DOLAN'S RENO KIA(9455 S VIRGINIA ST, RENO, NV 89511) WHERE THEY DISCOVERED THAT AN ENGINE ROD HAD BLOWN THREW AN ENGINE BLOCK. THEY DIAGNOSED THE VEHICLE WITH ENGINE FAILURE AND THE CONTACT HAD THE ENGINE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BY THE DEALER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 105,402.
The rod punctured the engine block and caused a fire around the fuel pump area. Signs on the positive battery terminal of jumping backwards. Kia believes the cause of the fire was the engine falling apart. I had been travelling free of worry when I heard a high whirring sound then a bang coming from the engine. I pulled over immediately and upon opening the hood discovered a fire. Good samaritans pulled over and put the fire out, there were 3 females in my car who could've burned alive had the others not stopped. The car needed a new engine at the cost of $7,404.08 I sold this car to Carvana and am waiting for Kia to get their act together and refund the cost of potentially killing 3 people. I have all paperwork from Kia regarding the incident.

The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 80,000.

KIA OF BOWIE NEVER CALLED AND WHEN I FINALLY CONTACTED SOMEONE A WEEK LATER, THEY STATED THE STEERING COLUMN WAS OUT AND WOULD COST APPROXIMATE $2000.00 AND THAT'S THE PART. CAR HAS ONLY 70.000 MILES.
FLEXIBLE COUPLING IS DAMAGED, STEERING WHEEL NOISY, RATTLING NOISE, WORRY ABOUT SAFETY STEERING MIGHT NOT WORK AND CAUSE ACCIDENT OR DEATH DUE TO MALFUNCTION. WENT TO DEALERSHIP AND TOLD ME IT WOULD COST $200.00 AND IT IS LIKELY THAT IT WOULD DO IT AGAIN. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH KIA VEHICLES , DEFINITELY WOULD NEVER BUY A KIA VEHICLE AGAIN.
