TAKATA RECALL. WE RECEIVED A NOTICE OF RECALL FROM FORD/LINCOLN STATING THERE WAS A RECALL RELATING TO THE AIRBAG AND ALSO THAT THERE WAS A RECALL FOR FUEL TANK CORROSION, YET YOUR SITE PROVIDES THAT THERE ARE ZERO RECALLS FOR THIS VIN.
TAKATA RECALL. 17S01. NHTSA 17V-024. 2 YEARS, PARTS STILL UNAVAILABLE.
I AM INQUIRING ABOUT WHY THERE HAVE BEEN SO MANY ISSUES WITH THE LINCOLN MKX FROM YEAR 2007-2009 IGNITION COILS CONNECTING TO THE PCM OR COMPUTER AND IT HAS NEVER BEEN AN RECALLED ISSUED. I CALLED AN THIS TWO MONTHS AGO AND MADE A COMPLAINT AT THE [XXX] NUMBER. I WAS NEVER CONTACTED. I HAD NO ISSUES WITH MY TRUCK THEN ABOUT LAST MARCH I WAS ON THE EXPRESSWAY DRIVING AND JUST LOSE POWER. I WENT TO AUTOZONE AND WAS TOLD THAT I HAD A MISFIRED. I HAVE BEEN TO TWO DIFFERENT AUTO REPAIR SHOPS TTO HAVE THIS ISSUE ADDRESSED AND CHANGE OUT THE COILS AND BOTH HAVE ADVISED ME THAT THE COMPUTER IS NOT READING THE COIL, WHICH IS STANDARD IN MY TYPE OF TRUCK. I AM MAKING AN APPOINTMENT AT THE DEALERSHIP THIS WEEK TO HAVE MY AIR BAG REPLACED FOR ANOTHER RECALL THIS IS THE SECOND ONE SINCE I HAVE THIS CAR. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THIS MATTER ADDRESSED AND I ALSO WOULD LIKE A RETURN CALL OR EMAIL BACK IN RETURN TO THIS COMPLAINT. *JS PARTS OF THIS DOCUMENT HAVE BEEN REDACTED TO PROTECT PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).

THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE DEALER (CROSSROADS FORD OF SANFORD, 3251 NC-87, SANFORD, NC 27332, (919) 775-222) WAS CONTACTED AND CONFIRMED THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE RECALL REMEDY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND WAS NOT ABLE TO CONFIRM WHEN THE PARTS WERE TO BECOME AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.
-TAKATA RECALL- I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE JUNE 2016 TO GET A POSSIBLY DEADLY AIRBAG REPLACED. NEITHER FORD OR LINCOLN CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN GIVE ME AN EXACT DATE THAT THE AIRBAG CAN BE REPLACED, THEY ARE ONLY SAYING POSSIBLY IN SPRING IN 2018. I DRIVE AROUND MY TWO YOUNG CHILDREN IN THIS VEHICLE ALMOST DAILY AND I AM WORRIED SICK OF BEING IN AN ACCIDENT. I HAVE ASKED SEVERAL DEALERS ABOUT LOANER VEHICLES UNTIL PARTS ARE IN, BUT I AM TOLD THEY ARE NOT. THEY ARE ALSO SAYING THAT AS LONG AS THERE IS NO ONE SITTING IN THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT THAT THE AIRBAG WILL NOT DEPLOY IF IN AN ACCIDENT, HOWEVER MY HUSBAND WAS IN AN ACCIDENT (ALONE) IN A FORD FLEX JUST LAST YEAR AND ALL FRONT AND SIDE AIRBAGS DEPLOYED... SO I DO NOT KNOW IF I BELIEVE THEM, AND HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY CAN GUARANTEE THAT STATEMENT IF A CAR IS IN A BAD ENOUGH ACCIDENT.

CONTACT STATED SHE RECEIVED LETTER FROM LINCOLN IN MAY OF 2016 AND RFECEIVED SECOND LETTER IN JULY OF 2017. CALLED LINCOLN DEALERSHIP WAS TOLD NOT TO USE PASSENGER SEAT UNTIL PARTS ARE AVAILABLE. MILEAGE ON VEHICLE IS 75000.. CONTACT CALLED LINCOLNS CUSTOMER RELATIONS CENTER AND GOT NO HELP . THEN CALLED BEASLEY FORD IN YORK PA - APRIL 2017.

TAKATA RECALL. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE APPROPRIATE NOTICE TO LET ME KNOW THAT THE PART IS IN FOR REPAIR. DECEMBER 2018 WILL BE 1 YEAR FROM THE INITIAL RECALL NOTICE AND THAT HAS BEEN FAR TOO LONG.
TAKATA RECALL - I RECEIVED NOTICE FROM FORD RECENTLY INFORMING ME THAT, ONCE AGAIN, FORD HAS MISSED A DEADLINE AND CANNOT PROJECT A COMPLETION DATE. ACCORDING TO THEIR NOVEMBER 30, 2017 LETTER TO YOUR OFFICE OF CHIEF COUNSEL, FORD HAS FAILED TO MEET THEIR PRIOR COMMITMENTS TO NHTSA AND, MORE IMPORTANTLY, THEIR VEHICLE OWNERS WHO ARE LEFT WITH UNSAFE VEHICLES WITH NO ASSURANCE OF A TIMELY REMEDY. ACCORDING TO FORD'S LETTER, THEIR FAILURE IS DUE TO POOR DECISIONS ON THEIR PART (E.G. TRYING A "SIMPLE" DESIGN APPROACH). AS OUR AGENTS REPRESENTING THE MILLIONS OF AT-RISK CONSUMERS, I EXPECT THAT NHTSA WILL NOT ACCEPT THEIR OPEN-ENDED REQUEST FOR EXTENSION, BUT RATHER ENFORCE COMMITMENTS MADE BY FORD WITH APPROPRIATE ACTIONS TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR COMMITMENTS AND DECISIONS. TO DO OTHERWISE WOULD CONSTITUTE A FAILURE OF NHTSA TO FULFILL ITS MISSION.
TAKATA RECALL: THIS RECALL DATE IS NOTICE HAS A DATE OF 06/01/2016. TODAY IS 12/26/2017. NO ANSWER TO THIS RECALL IN OVER 18 MONTHS. IT IS CLEAR THAT FORD/LINCOLN DOES NOT INTEND TO REMEDY THIS SITUATION WHICH IS WRONG! SO, I AM FILING A COMPLAINT TO FORCE LINCOLN TO FIX THIS PROBLEM BEFORE ME OR MY WIFE ARE INJURED IN THIS CAR DUE TO AN ACCIDENT. THIS CAR IS OUR PRIMARY MODE OF TRANSPORTATION AND AIR BAGS ARE A VERY IMPORTANT PART OF VEHICLE SAFETY. WE ALWAYS WEAR BELTS AND EXPECT THE AIRBAGS TO WORK PROPERLY IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT.
TAKATA RECALL I HAVE BEEN WAITING 11 MONTHS AND STILL NO REPAIR
I RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE APPROXIMATELY TWO YEARS AGO, AND TWICE I CONTACTED MY DEALERSHIP ABOUT THE RECALL AND WAS TOLD THEY HAVE NO FURTHER INFORMATION CONCERNING THE CORRECTION. AT THIS POINT I HAVE TO BELIEVE THAT THERE IS THE POTENTIAL THAT MY FAMILIES SAFETY MAY BE IN JEOPARDY. PLEASE ADVISE.

I AM FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT DUE TO THE FACT THAT ME AND MY FAMILY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RIDE SAFELY IN OUR LINCOLN MKX FOR APPROXIMATELY A YEAR NOW EVERY TIME I CALL THERE IS NO ESTIMATED DATE TO GET THE AIRBAGS. HOW LONG DOES THE MANUFACTURER HAVE UNTIL THEY HAVE TO DEEM THE UNSAFE ENOUGH TO TOTAL THE VEHICLE AND REIMBURSE US TO REPLACE THE VEHICLE? THEY MUST DEEM IT UNSAFE ENOUGH TO TELL US NIT'S NOT DRIVABLE WITH PASSENGERS. AND T'S NOT FEASIBLE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE RENTAL OPTION DUE TO HAVING TO LET THE CAR SIT IN THE DRIVEWAY, AND THE INCONVENIENCE OF HAVING TO RE-FILE THE RENTAL PAPERWORK EVERY MONTH I HAVE THE RENTAL THOUGH THE DEALERSHIP. IS MY CAR SAFE TO DRIVE?
MY VEHICLE HAS BEEN RECALLED AS PART OF THE SAFETY RECALL NOTICE 17S01 / NHTSA RECALL 17V-024. THE DEALERS HAVE NO PARTS TO REMEDY THIS DEFECT AND DON'T KNOW WHEN THEY WILL HAVE PARTS. THE DEADLINE FOR A FIX WAS DECEMBER 31, 2017. I AM CONCERNED THAT THE AIRBAG SUPPLIER HAS FILED BANKRUPTCY - I THINK THE AUTO MAKER SHOULD STILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FIXING THE DEFECT IMMEDIATELY.
TAKATA RECALL: I HAVE CALLED THE DEALERSHIPS IN MY AREA AND THEY HAVE NO AIR BAGS BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT BEEN SENT ANY. THIS POSES A THREAT TO ME, MY HUSBAND AND MY DAUGHTER.
WHEN WE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE FROM VALLEY CADILLAC IN ROANOKE VA IN 2014. WE SMELLED SOMETHING BURNING A FEW DAYS LATER. WE TOOK IT BACK TO THE DEALER WHO KEPT IT FOR OVER A WEEK. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO SEND IT TO THE FORD DEALER BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T REPAIR IT.I WAS NEVER WAS TOLD WHAT THE ISSUE WAS ONLY THAT IT COST UPWARDS OF $800. HERE WE ARE AND I WAS STRANDED ON I81 BECAUSE THE TRUCK LOST POWER AND STARTED VIBRATING . IT WAS TOWED TO A REPAIR SHOP AND I AM MORTIFIED AT THE FINDINGS. THE COIL PACKS WERE BAD. THIS IS CAUSED BY THE PCM COMPUTER FAILURE.THAT INFORMATION WAS NOT SHARED AT TIME OF PURCHASE AS SOMETHING THAT NEEDS ROUTINE MAINTENANCE.IN ADDITION, THE FIX WAS TO WELD A CRACKED AND WARPED COIL PACK VS REPLACING IT AND HE BAD COMPUTER. HERE I AM $962 LATER AND STILL NEED TO REPLACE THE COMPUTER. HAD THIS BEEN DONE CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME, I WOULDN'T BE HERE. I HAVE A PICTURE THAT I WILL UPLOAD LATER. INCIDENTALLY THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED TO MY DAUGHTERS 2008 MKX THE MONTH PRIOR.

TAKATA RECALL PASSENGER AIRBAG RECALL REMAINS OPEN. NO ETA ON PARTS AVAILABILITY FROM DEALER. RECEIVED NOTICE THE IN THE MAIL THAT TAKATA WAS FILING FOR BANKRUPTCY AND TO CONTACT DEALER IMMEDIATELY FOR REPAIR YET DEALER HAS NO PARTS. YOU SEE WHERE THIS IS GOING. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE DRIVING THIS VEHICLE.
SINCE RECEIVING THE NOTICE FOR THE TAKATA AIR BAG RECALL, THE NORM REEVES LINCOLN IN CERRITOS, CA. CONTINUES TO INFORM ME THAT THE AIR BAGS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. THEY CHECKED THE VIN # AND DETERMINED THAT THE PASSENGER AIR BAG IS AFFECTED.

TAKATA RECALL RECEIVED NOTICE OF A RECALL FOR 2007 MKX MARCH 2017 , WAS INSTRUCTED TO WAIT FOR A NOTIFICATION FOR AIR BAG REPLACEMENT. HAVEN'T HEARD A WORD FROM FORD SINCE. JUST RECEIVED ANOTHER NOTICE THAT TAKATA HAS FILED CHAPTER 11. I'VE CALLED ALL MY LOCAL DEALERS AND NO REPLACEMENTS ARE AVAILABLE AND THEY HAVE NO IDEA OF WHEN OR IF ANY PARTS WILL BE AVAILABLE. THIS IS MY MAIN TRANSPORTATION VEHICLE AND DONT FEEL SAFE DRIVING MY FAMILY IN THIS CAR WITH THE FAULTY AIRBAGS.
IN JULY 2016, I RECEIVED A LETTER STATING THAT THIS IS A SAFETY RECALL AND THAT DEPLOYMENT OF THE AIRBAG COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. THE LETTER ALSO STATED THAT I WOULD BE NOTIFIED WHEN THE PARTS ARE AVAILABLE. I WAS TOLD BY FORD MOTOR COMPANY NEARLY ONE MONTH AGO THAT WERE STILL NO PARTS AVAILABLE. GIVEN THE POSSIBILITY OF INJURY OR DEATH, I WOULD RATHER NOT HAVE THE AIRBAG CONNECTED, BUT DISABLING THE AIRBAG IS A VIOLATION OF LAW. AM I TO VIOLATE THE LAW IN THE INTEREST OF MY OWN SAFETY?
TAKATA RECALL......I CALLED AUTONATION FORD WOLFCHASE, (901) 209-1257 AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DON'T HAVE THE AIR BAG AND CANNNOT GET ANY.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 LINCOLN MKX. WHILE DRIVING 5 MPH, THE CONTACT HEARD A LOUD NOISE COMING FROM THE VEHICLE AND THE ENGINE STALLED. THE CONTACT WAS NOT SURE EXACTLY FROM WHERE THE NOISE ORIGINATED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT NOTICED FUEL POURING OUT ONTO THE ROAD ALONG WITH ALL THE OTHER FLUIDS. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER (DAVE SINCLAIR LINCOLN SOUTH, 7500 S LINDBERGH BLVD, ST. LOUIS, MO 63125) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ENTIRE UNDERCARRIAGE HAD TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS THEN TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ENTIRE UNDERCARRIAGE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT IF THERE WERE A LOT OF COMPLAINTS, THERE COULD BE A POSSIBILITY TO HAVE OPEN RECALLS FOR THE FAILURE. A CASE NUMBER WAS NOT PROVIDED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.

MY VEHICLE IS AFFECTED BY THE TAKATA RECALL. I WAS INITIALLY NOTIFIED IN OR BEFORE JUNE 2016. I SEE VIA THE AIRBAGRECALL.COM SITE THAT A REMEDY STILL IS NOT AVAILABLE. I CAN'T SAY WHETHER THIS IS A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME OR NOT AND I AM LOOKING FOR AN EXPERT OPINION OR AN UPDATE. I RECEIVED A POST CARD IN THE MAIL TODAY ABOUT THE BANKRUPTCY FILING AND WENT ONLINE TO FIND MORE INFORMATION.
TAKATA RECALL: THE LOCAL LINCOLN DEALER TOLD ME THAT A REPLACEMENT AIRBAG IS STILL NOT AVAILABLE. THIS HAS BEEN SEVERAL YEARS SINCE THE ORIGINAL RECALL. SO FAR THERE HAS NOT BEEN A PROBLEM WITH THE AIRBAG BUT I UNDERSTAND THERE IS A RISK. I RECEIVED A MAILING FROM TK HOLDINGS ADVISING ME TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A FREE REPLACEMENT AIRBAB RIGHT AWAY, BUT THE DEALER SAYS THEY CANNOT DO THIS AT THIS TIME.

TAKATA RECALL - RECEIVED RECALL NOTICE IN THE SUMMER, CONTACTED DEALERSHIP, WAS TOLD NO PARTS AVAILABLE TO REPLACE. RECEIVED BANKRUPTCY NOTICE 10/25/17, CONTACTED DEALERSHIP, STILL NO PARTS AVAILABLE TO REPLACE. JUST FYI THAT MANUFACTURER NEEDS TO SUPPLY FIX FOR THIS RECALL, IT'S VERY WORRYSOME!
THERE IS A RECALL ALREADY. I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE IN OCTOBER OF 2017 AND CHECKED FOR RECALLS. I SAW THE RECALL FOR THE FRONTAL PASSENGER AIRBAG INFLATOR. I CALLED A DEALERSHIP IN NOVEMBER OF 2017 AND THEY SAID THERE WAS NO REMEDY AVAILABLE YET AND TO CHECK BACK IN THE SPRING OF 2018. HERE IT IS ONE YEAR LATER AND YOUR WEBSITE SAYS THERE IS STILL NO REMEDY AVAILABLE. IS THERE ANYTHING THAT CAN BE DONE TO GET MY AIRBAG INFLATOR REPLACED QUICKLY? IT IS VERY DANGEROUS FOR SOMEONE TO RIDE IN THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 LINCOLN MKX. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH, THE VEHICLE JERKED FORWARD AND THE UNDERCARRIAGE DETACHED FROM THE VEHICLE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. IN ADDITION, FLUIDS WERE LEAKING FROM THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO DAVE SINCLAIR LINCOLN ST PETERS (4760 N SERVICE RD, ST PETERS, MO 63376) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE UNDERCARRIAGE, FUEL LINE, AND TRANSMISSION LINES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE, BUT OFFERED NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE AND VIN WERE UNKNOWN.
WHEN IN TRAFFIC, I SPEED UP AND FELT LIKE I WAS REAR ENDED AND IT DID THIS ABOUT 5 TIMES AND THEN I CANT GET IT TO DO IT AGAIN.
I HAVE CONTACTED SIKESTON FORD LINCOLN AND THEY HAVE YET TO CONTACT ME WITH THE REPLACEMENT FOR THE AIR BAG RECALL
THIS IS MY PARENT'S VEHICLE (2007 LINCOLN MKX) AND INFORMATION IS BEING ENTERED ON THEIR BEHALF. WHILE DRIVING AT 55 MPH, THERE WAS A "POP" WHICH MADE THE DRIVER THINK SHE MAY HAVE RUN OVER SOMETHING, WHICH SHE DID NOT. DRIVER SLOWED AND VEHICLE THEN STARTED VIBRATING & HESITATING. ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND VEHICLE WOULD NOT ACCELERATE ABOVE 45 MPH (SPEED LIMIT INCREASED TO 70 MPH ON HWY AND VEHICLE SPEED COULD HAVE CAUSED AN ACCIDENT IF OTHER DRIVERS WERE NOT AWARE OF A SLOW MOVING VEHICLE). VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DEALER NEXT DAY AND OWNERS WERE TOLD COILS WERE BURNED OUT AND COMPUTER SYSTEM WAS AFFECTED. DEALER ALSO STATED THAT CATALYTIC CONVERTER MAY HAVE BEEN AFFECTED IF VEHICLE HAD CONTINUED TO BE DRIVEN. COST TO REPAIR ESTIMATED AT $2400.00. MILEAGE AT TIME OF INCIDENT WAS A LITTLE OVER 66,000 ORIGINAL MILES. WE ARE SEEING OTHER COMPLAINTS ONLINE OF COILS BURNING OUT AND COMPUTER PROBLEMS FOR THIS MODEL AND FEEL LINCOLN SHOULD INVESTIGATE THIS IF THEY HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE SO. WE ALSO FEEL THE FULL BURDEN OF REPAIRS SHOULD NOT BE ON THE OWNER AS THIS SEEMS TO BE HAPPENING TO SEVERAL VEHICLES.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 LINCOLN MKX. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED AND THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO VIBRATE AND HESITATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER (HEMSTEAD FORD/LINCOLN LOCATED IN HEMSTEAD, NEW YORK) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE NUMBER ONE INJECTOR WAS MISFIRING AND THE CONNECTOR WIRE WAS REPLACED. AFTER RETRIEVING THE VEHICLE, THE FAILURE SUDDENLY RECURRED BEFORE THE ENGINE STALLED AND WOULD NOT RESTART. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED BACK TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE NUMBER SIX COIL, SPARK PLUG, AND THE MAIN COMPUTER PROCESSOR FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES, BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 174,000.
THE DEALERSHIP CANNOT FIX THIS RECALL BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY HAVE NO PARTS TO FIX IT THIS IS A UNSAFE MATTER

MY 2007 LINCOLN MKX IS SUDDENLY DECELERATING AND STOPPING OR FREEZING UP WHILE DRIVING. THE PROBLEM STARTED AFTER PREMIER FORD LINCOLN SERVICE REPAIRED POWER BRAKES BOOSTER. I MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS TO CAR MAKER AND REPAIRS SHOP. PREMIER SHOP APPEAR UNSURE OF PROBLEM AND OFFERED EXPENSIVE SOLUTIONS TO FORCE NEW CAR PURCHASE. I BELIEVE LINCOLN IS AWARE OF PROBLEM AND REFUSES TO ISSUE RECALL.
MY SUNROOF FLEW OFF WHILE ENTER ONTO THE HIGHWAY IT HIT STRUCK GUARDRAIL AND SHATTERED INTO A MILLION PIECES.
I WENT TO THE FORD DEALERSHIP ON GREYSTONE IN COLUMBIA SC TO GET MY RECALL DONE. I WAS TOLD THAT THE PART I NEEDED FOR THE RECALL WAS NOT IN STOCK AND THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO ORDER IT. AFTER TWO WEEKS PASTED I CALLED TO SEE IF THE PART CAME IN AND I WAS TOLD, IT WAS ON BACK ORDER AND THEY DIDN'T KNOW HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE TO COME IN AND THAT THEY WOULD CALL ME ONCE IT ARRIVED. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. *TR

THE CONTACT STATED WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS ABLE TO BE ENGAGED, A HISSING AND SCREECHING SOUND EMITTED FROM THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 138,000.
FRONT PASSENGER SEAT STUCK IN INCLINE POSITION AND WILL NOT RECLINE TO UPRIGHT POSITION. SEAT IS VERY SELDOM USED IN THE RECLINE POSITION.
