TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 LINCOLN NAVIGATOR. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 35 MPH WHEN HE DISCOVERED THAT THE HEADLIGHTS WERE ABNORMALLY BRIGHT. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO ADJUST THE LAMPS AND THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THEY WERE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY ASSISTANCE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED WHO ALSO OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 112,000.
