The contact stated that the front suspension unexpectedly lowered while the vehicle was parked or while driving. The message "Active Curve System Malfunction" was displayed. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, where unknown repairs were performed. Additionally, the contact noticed a coolant leak in the garage, where the vehicle was parked. The vehicle was taken to two certified independent mechanics, where unknown repairs were performed; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the seals were inspected and corrected, and it was diagnosed that the front left cylinder and the lower and upper radiator hoses were leaking. Additionally, a leak was found at the firewall connection. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, where the same assessment was made, and the vehicle was repaired; however, the failure persisted. The contact stated while at a complete stop at the red traffic light, the vehicle stalled and failed to restart. The vehicle was pushed into a parking lot with assistance. A warning light for key fob battery drainage was illuminated. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic, where the failure was related to an unknown recall, and the contact was referred to the dealer. The contact stated that the dealer had previously completed the repair of NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V955000 (Fuel System, Diesel, Fuel System, Gasoline); however, the recall repair had failed to fix the vehicle. The vehicle recently stalled and was towed to the dealer, where it remained. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, and the case was escalated to an Executive. The failure mileage was approximately 100,000.
