I RECENTLY RECIEVE A RECALL NOTICE THEN RECEIVE A MOTHER ONE FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLE DEPARTMENT I WENT TO THE FORD MARKET I BROUGHT IT FROM IN BROOKLYN NY N THEY SAID THEY DON'T DO THAT
MY 90 YEAR OLD DAD (KOREAN WAR VET) WAS SOLD THIS PILE OF JUNK AT PALESTINE FORD. IT WAS RECALLED TWICE. ONCE FOR POWER STEERING , AND ONCE FOR A GAS TANK SENSOR. IT WAS SUPPOSEDLY FIXED. NOW THE SERVICE ADVANCE TRACK , AND SERVICE POWER STEERING WARNING COMES ON AND THERE IS NO POWER STEERING. AND NO ONE WANTS TO INSPECT IT. IN ADDITION TO THAT, THERE WAS A TAIL LIGHT DEFAULT ON THE VEHICLE. I SPENT $1,000 GETTING THAT FIXED LAST YEAR AT INSPECTION TIME. THE ASSEMBLY HAD TO BE REPLACED, SO $700 OF THAT WAS PARTS. DAD IS STILL MAKING PAYMENTS ON THIS PIECE OF JUNK! I HAVE DRIVEN FOR 42 YEARS. I'VE OWNED NUMEROUS NEW AND USED CARS, AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH A VEHICLE. HOW THE HELL, IS THIS NOT CONSIDERED A LEMON UNDER TEXAS LEMON LAW? WHAT CAN I DO?
2011 MERCURY MILAN WITH EPS STEERING. WE HAD PARTIAL THEN FULL LOSS OF POWER STEERING IN VEHICLE WHEN DRIVING, LUCKILY WE WERE NOT TRAVELING AT HIGH SPEEDS AND WERE ABLE TO CONTROL. AFTER BRINGING TO THE DEALERSHIP WE ARE TOLD THAT THE ENTIRE EPS POWER STEERING NEEDS REPLACEMENT. THERE WAS CONFUSION AT FIRST BECAUSE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THOUGHT IT WAS A RECALL ITEM. BUT AFTER SOME CHECKS, THE DATE OF MANUFACTURE WAS NOT COVERED. APPARENTLY, THE ISSUE WAS RECALLED ON SEVERAL VEHICLES OF THE SAME MODEL "WITH THE EXACT SAME POWER STEERING SYSTEM" WE ARE VERY UPSET THAT THIS IS NOT BEING TAKEN CARE. THE DIAGNOSES WAS PERFORMED AT A CERTIFIED DEALER "WEBBER FAMILY MOTORS IN DETROIT LAKES MN. HOW CAN A COMPANY RECALL ONLY SOME OF THE VEHICLES, WHILE LEAVING MANY OTHERS TO HAVE TO PAY HIGH COST OF REPLACEMENT $1600 FOR A FAULTY POWER STEERING SYSTEM? THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE AND IM THANKFUL THAT IT DID NOT CAUSE A CRASH.
JUST RETURNED BACK HOME FROM A VACATION AND WAS DRIVING MY ENTIRE FAMILY BACK HOME FROM THE AIRPORT. THE WEATHER WAS NICE SO I HAD THE WINDOWS DOWN WHILE ON THE FREEWAY. AS I WENT TO EXIT THE FREEWAY GOING ABOUT 72 MPH, I REALIZE THE STEERING SEEMED MORE DIFFICULT THAN USUAL, BUT THOUGHT NOTHING MORE AND PROCEEDED TO MAKE A SHARP LEFT HAND TURN OF THE FREEWAY GOING ABOUT 35 MPH. AS I ENTERED THE TURN, I QUICKLY REALIZED THE POWER STEERING WAS NOT WORKING, AS I STRUGGLED TO KEEP MY CAR FROM CRASHING INTO THE BRIDGE WALL. AS WE CAME TO A STOP I NOTICED A MESSAGE DISPLAYED ON THE DASH ABOUT A POWER STEERING ASSIST FAILURE AND THE TRACTION CONTROL WAS OFF. I NEVER HEARD THE WARNING DUE TO THE ROAD NOISE AND WAS CAUGHT COMPLETELY OFF GUARD. HAD MY WIFE BEEN DRIVING OR THE ROAD BEEN WET OR SNOW COVERED, I AM CONVINCED, WE WOULD HAVE CRASHED! MY 2011 MERCURY MILAN HAS ROUGHLY 121,000 MILES ON IT. AFTER SEVERAL DAYS SINCE, THE POWER STEERING STILL DOES NOT WORK. MY WIFE IS AFRAID TO DRIVE THE CAR AS SHE CAN'T EVEN TURN THE CAR IT OUT OF OUR DRIVEWAY AS IT TAKES CONSIDERABLE FORCE TO TURN THE WHEEL.
I STARTED HAVE MESSAGE POWER STEERING ASSIST FAILURE ALONG WITH ADVANCETRAK SERVICE. POWER STEERING WAS LOST DURING FREEWAY RIDING. PULLED OVER, SHUT VEHICLE OFF AND TURNED BACK ON. POWER STEERING CAME BACK. AFTER A WEEK OF THIS ERROR MESSAGES WOULD NOT GO AWAY. TOOK INTO FORD SERVICE AND WAS TOLD THAT GEAR ASSEMBLY AND BOTH RIGHT SIDE CONTROL ARMS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. EXPENSIVE REPAIR OF 2213.08. I NOTICED ON-LINE A RECALL FOR THIS SAME PROBLEM SO I CALLED SERVICE AND THEY STATED THAT MY CAR WAS NOT PART OF RECALL. WHY NOT. THIS IS A SAFETY PROBLEM THAT HAS HAPPENED TO WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE ALREADY.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 MERCURY MILAN. WHILE DRIVING 75 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED AND THE POWER STEERING ASSIST WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT SLOWED THE VEHICLE DOWN AND PULLED OVER TO THE SHOULDER. AFTER A FEW MINUTES, THE CONTACT TURNED THE IGNITION OFF, RESTARTED THE VEHICLE, AND WAS ABLE TO DRIVE NORMALLY. THE DEALER (CORLEYS ALBUQUERQUE LINCOLN VOLVO, 9000 PAN AMERICAN FWY NE, ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87113) STATED THAT THE ELECTRIC POWER-ASSIST STEERING NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V340000 (STEERING). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 140,000. *TT
LOST POWER STEERING WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY AND I AM A 77 YEAR OLD WOMEN! I THANK GOD THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO GO AROUND ANYTHING BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE HIT IT, BEING UNABLE TO MOVE MY STEERING WHEEL WITH EASE! THE 2011 MERCURY MILAN HAS A RECALL FOR THIS PROBLEM BUT MY CAR WAS MADE 7 DAYS BEFORE THE RECALL SO IT IS NOT UNDER THIS RECALL #15S518
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 MERCURY MILAN. WHILE DRIVING, THE POWER STEERING ASSIST INDICATOR ILLUMINATED AND THE STEERING WHEEL SUDDENLY BECAME DIFFICULT TO MANEUVER. THE CONTACT WAITED A FEW MINUTES TO RESTART THE VEHICLE AND WAS ABLE TO DRIVE NORMALLY. THE CONTACT CALLED COLONIAL FORD AT (203) 748-3503 (LOCATED AT 120 FEDERAL RD, # 126, DANBURY, CT 06811) WHERE IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT NO RECALL WAS ASSOCIATED WITH THE VIN. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000.
2011 MERCURY MILAN WAS BEING DRIVEN WHEN POWER STEERING ASSIST QUIT AND VEHICLE WAS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO STEER. TOOK VEHICLE TO DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID THAT MOST 2011 MILANS HAD RECALLS FOR THIS FAILURE BUT MY CAR WAS NOT ON THE RECALL LIST. I LOOKED UP THE FAILURE AND THE RECALL 15V340000 AND FORD'S 15S34 LISTED THE EXACT FAILURE THAT MY CAR EXPERIENCED. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY THE ESTIMATED $2000 REPAIR ON AN ISSUE THAT IS WELL DOCUMENTED AS BEING A SAFETY HAZARD. THE FORD DEALERSHIP WOULD NOT HELP ME RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM AND I HAVE A VEHICLE THAT CAN NOT BE DRIVEN.
TAKATA RECALL. I HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN INFORMED BY FORD THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG AND THEY WOULD BE REPLACED. RECENTLY I RECEIVED ANOTHER LETTER ABOUT THE RECALL ( 16S26 ). IN THIS LETTER DATED DEC. 2017, IT STATES THE ISSUE WITH THE AIRBAGS AND TELLS ME THAT AS OF TODAY THERE IS NO SOLUTION. THEY GO ON TO SAY THAT PARTS FOR "CERTAIN VEHICLES" WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE SPRING. NEXT IT TELLS ME TO "DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO SIT IN THE FIRST ROW PASSENGER SEAT". AS I READ THIS LETTER MY CAR IS #1 NOT USEABLE. #2 IT HAS A CONDITION THAT MAKES IT UNSELLABLE. #3 THERE IS NO PROVISION OR RESPONSIBILITY FROM FORD TO SOLVE THE ISSUE.
TAKATA RECALL - LEGAL NOTICE RECEIVED 10/28/2017 ALERTING TO DEFECT OF TAKATA AIRBAG INFLATORS IN MY VEHICLE
I AM HAVING TO MANUALLY STEER MY 2011 MERCY MILAN. I TOOK THE CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP TO HAVE IT INSPECTED. THERE WERE TWO CODES FOUND AND THEY ARE DTCS U3000-49 AND C2000D-49. I WAS QUOTED IT WOULD BE $1600.00 TO FIX THE CAR. I GOOGLED THE CODE "DTCS U3000-49 FORD" AND THE SEARCH BROUGHT ME TO THE WEBSITE FOR A RECALL ON 2011 MERCURY MILAN'S. THE RECALL NUMBER IS 15S18. PER THE RECALL, THE AFFECTED VEHICLES HAVE ELECTRIC POWER STEERING ASSIST SYSTEMS THAT MAY SHUT DOWN AS A RESULT OF A STEERING MOTOR SENSOR FAULT. I HAVE CONTACTED FORD AND THEY TOLD ME ACCORDING TO MY VIN, MY CAR WAS MADE 9/2/2010 AND THE RECALL BEGINS FOR CARS MADE 9/7/2010 AND AFTER. THEY CLAIMED MY CAR HAS A DIFFERENT PART. BUT OBVIOUSLY, MY CAR IS HAVING THE SAME LACK OF POWER STEERING AS THE RECALL AND CAN CAUSE AN ACCIDENT WHILE DRIVING AND IS VERY DIFFICULT TO TURN AND STEER. I DECLINDED SERVICE BUT I WILL END UP HAVING THEM REPAIR MY VEHICLE FOR SAFETY REASONS.
POWER STEERING PROBLEM. SENSOR INDICATES 'POWER STEERING ASSIST FAULT'. TRIED RESTARTING MY CAR SEVERAL TIMES TO SEE IF IT WOULD GO AWAY AND HASN'T. PLEASE HELP. VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY WHEN PROBLEM OCCURRED.
OUR CAR SUFFERED LOSS OF POWER AND ERRATIC THROTTLE (SURGES OF FORWARD MOVEMENT EVEN WHEN FOOT NOT ON THE THROTTLE) SEVERAL TIMES IN JANUARY 2017. CAR UNSAFE TO DRIVE, WOULD LEAVE STRANDED IN THE MIDDLE OF HIGH-SPEED TRAFFIC ON HIGHWAY. DIAGNOSED WITH A BAD ELECTRONIC THROTTLE BODY BY RUSSEL AND SMITH FORD DEALER IN HOUSTON, REPLACED 1/19/17 UNDER "FORD CUSTOMER SATISFACTION PROGRAM 13N03." ON 8/28/17 SAME SYMPTOMS OCCURRED, INTERMITTENT POWER ACCELERATION AND LOSS OF ACCELERATION WHILE AT SPEED. TAKEN TO BRANDON FORD (FLORIDA) THAT DAY, AGAIN DIAGNOSED WITH A BAD ELECTRONIC THROTTLE BODY, WHICH WAS REPLACED. PICKED CAR UP 8/31, AND WITHIN 1 HOUR WE LOST POWER WHILE AT SPEED. WHILE AT A RED LIGHT, CAR SURGES FORWARD EVEN WITH BRAKE PEDAL APPLIED AND NO FOOT ON THE GAS. HAVE AGAIN BEEN TOLD IT MUST BE A BAD THROTTLE BODY.
REAR PASSENGER LED BRAKE LIGHTS FAILED, WILL NOT ILLUMINATE AFTER SHAKY 'FLASHING' NOTICED FOR A FEW MONTHS. REPLACED WITH SALVAGE LED ASSY FOR $150. WITHINWEEKS, THE DRIVER'S SIDE BRAKE LIGHT IS NOTICED TO STAY ON ANY TIME THE RUNNING OR HEADLIGHTS ARE ON. BOTH ARE UNSAFE CONDITIONS AND BOTH REQUIRE FULL ASSY REPLACEMENT.
POWER STEERING GOES OUT WHILE DRIVING. CLEAR THE CODES AND IT WORKS FINE. HAS HAPPENED A FEW TIMES NOW. SEEN ONLINE THERE WAS A RECALL FOR THIS PROBLEM WITH SOME MILANS BUT WHEN I CALLED FORD OUR CAR WAS NOT COVERED. OUR CAR HAS THE PROBLEMS DESCRIBED IN THE RECALL ITS THE RIGHT MAKE, MODEL AND YEAR, YET IT IS NOT COVERED?? I DONT UNDERSTAND.
MY 2011 MERCURY MILAN HAS A POWER STEERING ASSIST FAULT CODE COMING UP. THE POWER STEERING HAS GONE OUT COMPLETELY WHEN DRIVING. IT HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE PAST 6 MONTHS. IT WOULD RESET ITSELF AFTER THE CAR WAS TURNED OFF AND THEN TURNED BACK ON. IT NOW HAS FAILED COMPLETELY ON APRIL 14, 2017 AND THE CODE READS "POWER STEERING ASSIST FAULT" AND "ADVANCE SERVICE TRACK". I HAVE TAKEN IT TO A FORD DEALERSHIP AND THEY ARE SAYING THAT MY VIN NUMBER IS NOT UNDER THE RECALL EVEN THOUGH MY VEHICLE HAS THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM AND IS THE SAME YEAR, MAKE AND MODEL. HOW CAN MY VEHICLE NOT BE ON THE RECALL WITH THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM? I CONTACT FORD MOTOR COMPANY AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO REPAIR MY VEHICLE. THIS IS A VERY EXPENSIVE PART TO REPLACE. THE PART COSTS $1,200 ALONE PLUS THE LABOR CHARGES. I DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO FIX THE VEHICLE. HOW CAN FORD NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS ISSUE? MY FAMILY AND I ARE IN DANGER NOW AND I NEED A VEHICLE TO GET BACK AND FORTH TO WORK AND I DO NOT HAVE A SECOND VEHICLE. THE DEALERSHIP ALSO WANTS A DIAGNOSTIC FEE OF $125 TO SEE THE VEHICLE. I NEED SOMEONE'S ASSISTANCE TO GET THE VEHICLE PROPERLY REPAIRED AND FOR FORD TO PAY FOR IT. HOW CAN THEY PUT ME AND MY FAMILY AT RISK OF CRASHING WHEN THERE IS A RECALL ON THE THE SAME YEAR, MAKE AND MODEL AND THE EXACT PROBLEM.
WENT TO BACK OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY FOR WORK, AND GOT AN ALARM AND THE POWER STEERING ASSIST FAULT INDICATION. TURNED THE WHEEL AND HAD NO ASSIST. RETURNED TO THE DRIVEWAY, SHUT THE CAR OFF, AND CONTACTED FORD DEALER. WAS INFORMED THAT WHILE THERE WAS A RECALL IN EFFECT (15S18) MY CAR WAS NOT COVERED, SO I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE. NOT SURE HOW I CAN HAVE THE EXACT PROBLEM, INCLUDING THE DTC C200D WHICH INDICATES REPLACEMENT IS REQUIRED. AND NOT BE COVERED. WAS ABLE TO DRIVE TO THE DEALER (ABOUT 2 MILES) FOR THE REPAIR. I AM HOPING YOU INSIST THAT FORD EXPAND THIS RECALL SINCE IT IS OCCURRING OUTSIDE THE CURRENT VIN LISTINGS. I'M JUST GLAD IT DIDN'T HAPPEN AT SPEED ON THE HIGHWAY AT RUSH HOUR.
IVE HAD LOSS OF POWER STEERING . WHEN CAR COMP RESET I HAD POWER STEERING AGAIN. POWER STEERING RACK WAS JUST REPLACED FEB 2017 TAIL LIGHT REPLACED..FLICKERED ON N OFF LIKE STROBE LIGHT. AIRBAG LIGHT ON
I DID RECEIVE A LETTER ABOUT A YEAR AGO REQUESTING TO TAKE MY CAR INTO FORD CONCERNING THE DRIVER AIR BAG AND OTHER THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE CORRECTED AS WELL. ALL THE RECALL WORK WAS COMPLETED EXCEPT FOR THE AIR BAGS. WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PARTS NEEDED IN STOCK THAT WE WOULD BE NOTIFIED. AS OF TODAY PLANTATION FORD HAS REACHED OUT TO US, NOR HAS FORD MOTOR COMPANY. THE ONLY REASON WHY THIS CAME TO MIND WAS THAT WE HAD AN HIT AND RUN YESTERDAY, AND THE AIRS BAGS DID NOT WORK. * (RECALL RELATED INCIDENT) TS
THE VEHICLE LOST CONTROL OF POWER STEERING. NOW DISPLAYS SERVICE POWER STEERING NOW. I NOTICED THAT THERE HAS BEEN A RECALL ON OTHER 2011 MERCURY MILANS, BUT NOT MINE. THIS SEEMS VERY UNSAFE, AND NOT AN AFFORDABLE FIX. THIS ISSUE NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED ON MULTIPLY FORD VEHICLES. I COULD CAUSE LOSS OF CONTROL.
POWER STEERING HAS COMPLETELY GONE OUT. IT STARTED TO THROW A TROUBLE LIGHT WHEN FIRST STARTED, DEALER SAID TURN THE IGNITION OFF THEN BACK ON AND IT SHOULD GO AWAY. THIS WORKED FOR AWHILE WHEN PROBLEM RANDOMLY SHOWED UP. THEN EVERY TIME CAR WAS STARTED. AFTER A FEW DAYS TURNING OFF THE ENGINE DID NOT FIX PROBLEM AND POWER STEERING IS NO LONGER WORKING.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 MERCURY MILAN. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED AND THE "POWER STEERING ASSIST LOST" INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 78,000.

THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V744000 (LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,000.

TAKATA RECALL-I WAS NOTIFIED BY FORD BY LETTER DATED JULY 2016 OF THE SAFETY RECALL NOTICE 16S26/NHTSA RECALL 16V-384. NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TO DATE TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE AIR BAG. WITH ALL THE PUBLICITY IN THE MEDIA OF THE POTENTIAL DANGER MY FAMILY NOW REFUSES TO RIDE IN MY VEHICLE. THE FORD DEALER DENIED ME A LOANER CAR.

THE DEALERSHIP SAYS THAT I NEED A NEW STEERING GEAR IS NEEDED AND THAT IT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. THE REPAIR IS ESTIMATED AT $1767.00. THEY SAID THAT A NEW STEERING GEAR IS NEEDED AND THAT IT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, THE COST WOULD BE AROUND 1500.00 THEY TOLD ME. THERE WAS A RECALL FOR STEERING IN JUNE OF 2015 IVE HAD THIS VEHICLE SINCE MARCH OF 2015, MY CAR WASNT UNDER RECALL WHICH IT NEEDS TO BE CAUSE THERE ARE OTHER MILANS WITH THE SAME ISSUE. 2011 MERCURY MILAN MY WIFE WAS GOING TO THE MALL WITH 3 YEAR OLD IN BACK SEAT STOPPED TO TURN INTO MALL PARKING LOT BEGAN HER TURN ACROSS TRAFIC AND ELECTRIC POWER ASSIST STEERING WENT OUT AND INTO MANUAL MODE. THIS MADE THE STEERING BECOME VERY HARD TO TURN. BECAUSE OF THIS MY WIFE WAS ALMOST HIT BY A TRUCK. THANK GOD THE DRIVER OF TRUCK WAS ABLE TO STOP BEFORE HITTING MY WIFES VEHICLE. MY WIFE IS 120. LBS THERE IS NO WAY SHE CAN STEER THIS VEHICLE IN MANUAL MODE. THE NICE DRIVER OF THE TRUCK HELPED MY WIFE BY DRIVING THE VEHICLE INTO PARKING LOT AND PARKING IT. SHE WAS SHOOK UP BUT NOT INJURED. I UNDERSTAND THERE WAS A RECALL ON SOME OF THE 2011 MILANS BUT MY WIFES CAR IS NOT IN THIS RECALL. I DONT UNDERSTAND IF A PART IS BAD WHY ARE SOME COVED FOR THE PROBLEM AND NOT OTHERS. I PURCHASED AN EXTENDED WARRANTY THAT THEY SAY COVERS NOTHING!!!! (CURRENTLY HAVE A BROKEN D RIVERSIDE DOOR HANDLE). I WAS IN PANIC MODE BECAUSE CARS WERE APPROACHING THE EXIT AND I WASN'T ABLE TO STEER. I COAST TO A PARKING LOT AND HAD MY VEHICLE TOWED.I HAVE NO TRUST IN THAT CAR. FIRST THROTTLE BODY ALMOST WAS REAR ENDED. NOW THIS. NO PRIOR WARNING. SERVICE NOW AND IT STOP ON YOU AWHILE YOU DRIVING.

THE PASSENGER BRAKE LIGHT ALSO STAYED BRIGHTLY ILLUMINATED LAST YEAR, AND I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE OVER $500 TO REPLACE THE LIGHT ASSEMBLY. FORTUNATELY, MY VEHICLE SUSTAINED AN ACCIDENT AND THE PASSENGER LIGHT WAS DAMAGED FURTHER AND REPLACED. NOW A DEFECT IS OCCURRING ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE.

IN NOVEMBER I NOTICED THE DRIVER'S SIDE BRAKE LIGHT BEGIN TO FLICKER WHILE PARKED.
