I’ve replaced the battery 3x’s in this vehicle last one was 9 months ago and today battery completely dead. Why haven’t an ECU # 08050 recall hasn’t been activated for these vehicles with this problem?
Ticking sound from engine. Inspection found failure in cylinder #6, removed spark plug and inspected head. Found metal circulating and damage to cylinder. Engine replacement recommended
The contact owns a 2019 Nissan Armada. The contact stated while driving 65 MPH, the vehicle failed to properly accelerate. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact pulled over on the side of the road and turned off and restarted the vehicle and the vehicle operated but failed to exceed 20 MPH. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the transmission was replaced and the engine coolant was flushed and replaced; however, the failure recurred. Additionally, the contact stated that the HVAC system failed to operate as needed. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer and the contact was informed that coolant was leaking into the engine and that the engine needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was unknown.
PURCHASED 2019 NISSAN ARMADA, MARCH 2019; NOV 2019 CAR WOULD NOT START, SAT FOR 1/2 HR WAS ABLE TO START WITH REMOTE. NISSAN IN CAPE CORAL SAID THE BRAKE/STARTER WAS MISFIRING. THEY REPLACED AND IT WORKED UNTIL TODAY JAN 21,2020. BOTH INCIDENTS THE CAR WAS PARKED.
