THE CAR WAS BOUGHT NEW AT DESERT PONITAC, IT APPEARED NOT TO HAVE THE ALARM I WAS TOLD WAS INSTALLED IN THIS CUSTOM CAR OR EVEN AIRBAGS WITHOUT ME EVEN KNOWING-IN THE PAST SEVERAL VEHICLES HAVE BEEN TAKEN WITHOUT MY PERMISSION , GETTING MORE BOLD AND VICIOUS EVEN TO MY OWN HOUSE IN ANAHIEM .CA WHERE I MOVED TO GET AWAY FORM PEOPLE FROM RIVERSIDE , ALLERGAN PHARM-AND PEOPLE FROM A GROCERY STORE NEAR THE TYLER MALL RIVERSIDE .CA - THE FOLLOWING AGES HAVE BEEN STOLEN WITHOUT ANY INTERVENTION OF ANY KIND- APPEARING THE ME , BY [XXX] AND AN ASIAN WOMAN APPEARING IN THE FARRELS AS FAR BACK 1972 AND CONTINUING ON EVEN REPORTING THIS AT MY OWN WEDDING IN 1985 TO TWO ORANGE COUNTY SHERIFFS AT MY WEDDING THAT MY CAR WAS ALREADY MISSING FROM THE PARKING LOT BEFORE THE WEDDING WAS EVEN OVER-ANAHEIM .CA BALL RD-CAMEO WEDDING CHAPEL-[XXX] MY BROTHER WAS AT THAT TIME ALLOW TO DRIVE MY CAR BUT NOT TO GIVE IT TO ANYONE AT ALL-(HE LIVED IN FOUNTAIN VALLEY.CA- I ASKED THE ANAHEIM POLICE TO REPORT [XXX] AS THE HOUSE I LOVE [XXX] SHE KEEPS TRYING TO TAKE PEOPLES HOUSES AND [XXX] DOES NOT PROTECT ME OR MY CHILDREN AS HIS SISTER- AS HER BROTHER USED TO OWN THE HOUSE ? ON SEPT 25 2015 I WAS INVOLVED IN A AUTO ACCIDENT. I HAD TO BRAKE HARD. MY CAR WAS NOT DAMAGE THAT BAD BUT MY CAR CAUGHT ON FIRE LATER THAT DAY AND TOTALLY BURNED. A TOTAL LOST. ONCE I RECEIVED THE RECALL NOTICE I REALIZED THAT IS WHY MY CAR POSSIBLY CAUGHT ON FIRE DUE TO HARD BRAKING. I WAS APPROACHING AN STOP LIGHT AND A LARGE BOX TRUCK WAS MOVING IN REVERSE QUICKLY. ALL I COULD DUE WAS BRAKE TO TRY AND STOP SO THE TRUCK WOULD NOT HIT ME. THE TRUCK HIT MY VEHICLE. DAMAGING MY FRONT END A LITTLE. THE TRUCK ACTUALLY ROLLED ON TOP OF MY HOOD BEFORE COMING TO COMPLETE STOP. I FEEL THAT MY CAR CAUGHT ON FIRE DUE TO WHAT THE RECALL STATES. THE CONTACT STATED THE AIR BAG COULD HAVE CAUSED SERIOUS INJURIES IF SOMEONE WAS SITTING IN THE PASSENGER SEAT. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 168,000.

WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH THE TRUCK IN-FRONT OF HIM MADE A SUDDEN STOP; HOWEVER, HE WAS UNABLE TO STOP AND CRASHED INTO THE REAR END OF A TRUCK. THE DRIVER FRONTAL AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY AND THE SEAT BELT FAILED TO RESTRAIN HIM. HE HIT HIS HEAD ON THE DASH BOARD AND WAS UNCONSCIOUS FOR A FEW MINUTES. THE INSURANCE COMPANY CONFIRMED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE NEW HOLLAND POLICE DEPARTMENT CASE 852 WAS FILED. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 98,000.

UPON IMPACT, THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED FACIAL INJURIES, INCLUDING THE LOSS OF 13 TEETH AND SHOULDER DAMAGE. THE VEHICLE SUSTAINED MAJOR DAMAGE. DT: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE TRAVELING ON A HIGHWAY AT 65 MPH THE VEHICLE HYDROPLANED ON A WET ROAD, CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO SPIN AROUND SEVERAL TIMES, AND TAKING OUT PART OF A FENCE ON A SIDE ROAD. THE VEHICLE THEN CAME TO REST UPON A TREE. THIS WAS A FRONTAL IMPACT; UPON IMPACT, THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE PASSENGER'S SIDE DOOR WAS DAMAGED. THE SEAT BELTS WERE WORN BY ALL THE PASSENGERS, BUT THEY DID NOT RESTRAIN THEM. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED INJURIES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED. THEY SENT AN INVESTIGATOR TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE. *AK
WHILE IN THE PASSING LANE, THE CONSUMER DROVE OVER SOME GRAVEL IN THE ROAD. THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND HIT TWO TREES. THE FRONT AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE DRIVER'S HEAD BECAME CAUGHT BETWEEN THE STEERING WHEEL AND THE DASHBOARD CAUSING INJURIES TO THE NECK AND BACK. PLEASE PROVIDE FURTHER DETAILS. *JB
SPEED IS A QUESTION BECAUSE THE CAR WAS STRUCK FROM AN ONCOMING CAR AVERAGING SOMEWHERE BETWEEN 35- 45 MPH WHILE I WAS JUST STARTING TO PUT MY FOOT ON THE GAS PEDAL WHEN WE COLLIEDED. NEITHER AIR BAGS DEPLOYED IN MY CAR. I WOULD LIKE TO SEND DIGITAL IMAGES OF THE EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR OF THE CAR. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHERE I CAN E-MAIL OR SEND BY POST OFFICE THE PHOTOS. THE ESTIMATED DAMAGE IS ABOUT $8,000.-$10,000. IN DAMAGES. THE FINAL REPORT HAS NOT YET BEEN FILED. THE CAR WAS NOT TOTALED, BUT SHOULD BE ON THE FACT THAT THEIR IS APPARENTLY A DEFECT IN THE AIRBAGS. I HAVE CONSULTED WITH AN AUTOMOTIVE DESIGNER ( FROM FORD, PREVIOUSLY FROM GM) WHO HAS VIEWED THE PHOTOS AND HAS STATED THAT AN INVESTIGATION SHOULD BE DONE AND THAT THE CAR IS NOT UNREPAIRABLE, BUT THE DEFECTIVE AIRBAGS SHOULD MAKE THE CAR TOTALED.
VEHICLE HIT CURB AT LESS THAN 5 MPH- BOTH FRONT AIRBBAGS DEPLOYED- WINDSHIELD SHATTERED. *AK
MY 6 YR. OLD DAUGHTER GOT HER NECK CAUGHT IN THE SEATBELT AFTER UNDOING IT TO HAND ME AN ICE CREAM CUP. I HEARD HER MURMUR AND LOOKED BACK, SHE WAS STRANGLING AND COULD NOT TALK. I SLOWED THE CAR CAREFULLY IN ORDER TO KEEP THE BELT FROM TIGHTENING AROUND HER NECK ANY TIGHTER AND GOT OUT TO HELP HER. I WAS UNABLE TO HELP HER BECAUSE THE BELT WAS AUTOMATICALLY TIGHTENING AND WOULD NOT RELEASE. A MAN IN ANOTHER VEHICLE STOPPED AND ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP. HE HAD A KNIFE AND WE HAD TO CUT THE SEATBELT OFF MY CHILD. BY THAT TIME, MY DAUGHTER HAD NOT BEEN ABLE TO BREATHE OR SPEAK. SHE ENDED UP WITH CERVICAL ABRASIONS, A VERTABRA OUT IN HER NECK, AND WE HAD TO WATCH HER FOR CLOSED HEAD INJURY SYMPTOMS. I DO NOT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANOTHER CHILD. IF THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN A RELEASE LEVER TO RELEASE THE TENSION ON THE SHOULDER PART OF THE BELT, SHE COULD HAVE EASILY BEEN FREED. IF I HADN'T HAVE HEARD HER MURMUR OR IF A MAN DID NOT STOP WITH A KNIFE, MY DAUGHTER WOULD HAVE STRANGLED TO DEATH. I AM REPORTING THIS TO THE CAR MANUFACTURER AND ALSO TO THE CONSUMER PRODUCTS SAFETY COMMISSION. I ATTEMPTED TO GET A POLICE REPORT TAKEN BUT I WAS TOLD RATHER RUDELY BY THE STATE POLICE AND THE LOCAL SHERIFF'S OFFICE THAT THEY WOULD NOT TAKE A REPORT ON SUCH A THING. MORE OR LESS WHAT THEY WERE TELLING ME IS THAT MY DAUGHTER'S LIFE IS NOT IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO MAKE A REPORT ABOUT. I HAVE NO UD-10 FROM THE POLICE BUT I DO HAVE THE DOCTOR'S NOTES AND PICTURES OF MY DAUGHTERS NECK AND THE CUT SEATBELT. I ALSO HAVE A STATEMENT FROM THE MAN WHO CUT THE BELT. SEATBELT ANCHOR BOLT ON DRIVER'S SEAT HAD THE PREVAILING NUT FALL OFF SO THAT SEATBELT WAS NOT FASTENED TO VEHICLE. BOLT IS TOO SHORT TO ENGAGE PREVAILING TORQUE FEATURE OF NUT. PASSENGER'S BELT HAS A PROPER LENGTH BOLT, ALTHOUGH THE BOLT IS FACING THE
I WAS REGISTERED WITH PONTIAC FOR RECALL NOTIFICATION. I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED ABOUT THIS SEATBELT REPLACEMENT CAMPAIGN. I FOUND OUT ABOUT IT WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO LIBERTY PONTIAC LAST WEEK FOR AN UNRELATED PROBLEM. WHEN I CALLED THE PONTIAC RECALL HOTLINE, THEY ADMITTED THAT THEY HAD NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY I WAS NOT NOTIFIED. HAD I NOT TAKEN THE CAR IN FOR UNRELATED REPAIRS, I WOULD HAVE BEEN DRIVING WITH DEFECTIVE SEATBELTS.*AK
