THE DEALER INSISTED THAT THE CONTACT ACCIDENTALLY OPENED THE SUN ROOF WITH THE PNEUMATIC DEVICE. THE DEALER HAS NOT PROVIDED ANY ASSISTANCE. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 11,000.
