THIS IS TO EXPRESS MY FRUSTRATION WITH DEALING WITH CLASSIC CHEVROLET IN HOUSTON TX AS THEY HAVE NO INTEREST IN ASSISTING ME WITH THIS RECALL. I HAVE CALLED THEM 5 TIMES AND GET ON A ROTATING HOLD PATTERN. THE ONE TIME A SERVICE ADVISER DID PICK UP, HE HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I TOLD HIM IT WAS IN REGARD TO THE IGNITION SWITCH RECALL. SEEMS THAT I CAN NOT EVEN ORDER THE NEW SWITCH FROM THEM. I ALSO TRIED TO WORK WITH THEM THROUGH THE ONLINE SERVICE SCHEDULER AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RETURN CONTACT IN THE LAST 3 DAYS. I ALSO CALLED THE GM HOTLINE AND RECEIVED ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. THE CALL WAS ALSO TERMINATED BEFORE I COULD SPEAK TO ANYONE. THE RECORDING ADVISED TO START WITH THE NEAREST DEALER. THAT HAS OBVIOUSLY NOT WORKED. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING IN LIEU OF WHAT AMERICAN TAXPAYERS HAVE DONE FOR GM. *TR
I BOUGHT THIS CAR AS A FIRST CAR FOR MY DAUGHTER THAT IS A NEW DRIVER. I HAS BEEN OFF THE ROAD MORE THAN ON THE ROAD FOR RECALLS. THE FIRST IGNITION RECALL COULD HAVE INJURED OR KILLED MY DAUGHTER..AS WE WERE AWAITING PARTS, WE WERE FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS OF NO WEIGHT ON KEY RING AND ONLY KEY IN IGNITION. THE INCIDENT STILL HAPPENED CAUSING LOSS OF POWER STEERING AND LOSS OF SPEED. AS A NEW DRIVER THIS INCIDENT SCARRED HER AND SHE DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE DRIVING THE CAR. I PUT THE CAR UP FOR SALE. THEN ANOTHER RECALL, THE EPS WHICH ALSO CAUSES THE CAR TO LOSE POWER STEERING AND CAUSES SPEED LOSS. SO, BACK TO GARBER AND WE JUST DROVE THE CAR BACK HOME ON JANUARY 2, 2015. SEEMED TO START OUT FINE, THEN LOSS OF SPEED AND THE CAR ONLY DROVE AT 35 MPH WITH A LOT OF EFFORT. I PAID $3500 FOR THIS CAR FOR MY DAUGHTER..STILL PAYING ON THE LOAN AND NOW I CANNOT GET IT TO RUN CORRECTLY OR SELL IT..I AM STUCK WITH A NON-RUNNING VEHICLE THAT I HAVE TO INSURE AS WELL. THIS TOTAL IS COSTING ME OVER $300 A MONTH WHILE THE CAR SITS. I DON'T KNOW IF MY DEALER DID THE RECALL CORRECTLY. I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH MY IMPALA AS WELL WITH RECALLS BEING DONE CORRECTLY. ONE INCLUDING MY AIRBAG RECALL AND A SEAT BELT ISSUE THAT I PAID OUT OF POCKET 100.00 AFTER SEVERAL ISSUES. I FEEL GM SHOULD REIMBURSE ME FOR THIS VEHICLE AS I CANNOT SELL IT OR DRIVE IT. IT IS NOT FAIR THAT I PURCHASED THIS FROM A DEALER ONLY PAY FOR A NON WORKING VEHICLE. *TR

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHO REPAIRED THE VEHICLE UNDER RECALL 14V047000 (AIR BAGS, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). HOWEVER THIS FAILURE CONTINUED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 135, 000.
MY NAME IS [XXX]. I OWN A 2004 SATURN ION. I HAVE OWNED IT FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS. THERE HAS BEEN MANY RECALLS INCLUDING POWER STEERING RECALL THAT WE HAD REPAIRED 08/28/2014 1.5 YRS AGO AND 15,000MILES. THE PROBLEM IS BACK. THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN BACK FOR A WHILE. I GOT HOLD OF GM DEALER AND GM THEMSELVES AND THEY TOLD US THEY DID RECALL NOW ITS OUR PROBLEM. THE ISSUE IS YOU LOOSE POWER STEERING AND MY DAUGHTER IS THE ONE THAT DRIVES THE CAR AND SHE IS ONLY 100 LBS AND WHEN THE CAR LOOSES POWER STEERING SHE CAN NOT CONTROL THE CAR. THIS IS A REAL SAFETY ISSUE AND I NEED HELP RESOLVING THIS ISSUE. WE HAVE FILED COMPLAINT WITH MANY DEPARTMENTS PLEASE SOMEONE HELP. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 SATURN ION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT FUEL FUMES WERE EMITTED IN AND AROUND THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT AFTER REFUELING TO CAPACITY, THE FUEL GAUGE READ THAT THERE WAS ONLY HALF TANK OF FUEL LEFT. ALSO, THE CONTACT NOTICED A PUDDLE OF FUEL ON THE GROUND NEAR THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER OR INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR A DIAGNOSIS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. HOWEVER, THE CONTACT WAS MADE AWARE THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 04V003000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE). THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 52,000.
WHILE TRAVELING APPROXIMATELY 15 MPH TO MAKE A TURN, THE STEERING SUDDENLY STOPPED AND WAS UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE TURN. THE VEHICLE'S DRIVER SIDE FRONT TIRE STRUCK THE CURB AND WENT UP ON THE CURB. THIS RESULTING IN SERIOUS DAMAGE TO UNDERCARRIAGE. (AXLE BROKE). HAD KNOWLEDGE OF THE RECALL AND THE LOCAL DEALERSHIP HAS NOT HAD THE PARTS TO FIX THE STEERING/IGNITION. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2004 SATURN ION. WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED AND THE POWER STEERING WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE REAR ENDED ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED AND THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED AND TOWED. THE VIN WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V153000 (STEERING). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 94,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 SATURN ION. THE CONTACT STATED SHE WAS UNABLE TO REMOVE THE VEHICLE KEY FROM THE IGNITION SWITCH IT BECAME SEIZED. THE PROBLEM OCCURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHO STATED THAT THE GEAR SHIFT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED ABOUT THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 154,006.
The contact owns a 2004 Saturn Ion. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle stalled. Additionally, the contact stated that the key was stuck in the ignition. The failure was intermittent. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who replaced the ignition switch and the ignition lock cylinder; however, the failure recurred. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle stalled. The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 14V047000 (Air Bags, Electrical System) and 14V171000 (Electrical System). The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 230,000.
I HAD JUST FILLED MY TAKE AND DROVE ABOUT 25 MILES WHEN I KEEP SMELLING GAS. WHEN I PULLED OVER I SAY THAT MY GAS LINE WAS LEAKING. *TR
WHILE UNDER THE REAR OF THE CAR TO FIX THE EXHAUST SYSTEM, IT BECAME APPARENT THAT THE FUEL LINES IN THE LOCATION UNDER THE TRUNK AND BEHIND A FLEXIBLE SHIELD ARE EXTREMELY AND SEVERELY RUSTED AND CORRODED. THEY ARE CORRODED TO THE POINT WHERE THEY COULD POTENTIALLY LEAK AT ANY MOMENT. THE FUEL LINES ARE PRESSURIZED DURING AND AFTER OPERATION OF THE VEHICLE AND ALSO RUN VERY CLOSE TO A HOT EXHAUST PIPE. NOT ONLY IS THIS A RELIABILITY ISSUE, BUT MORE SO, IT IS AN INCREDIBLE SAFETY HAZARD AND NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. AFTER DOING SOME INTERNET SEARCHING I FOUND NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS OF OTHER ION OWNERS WITH THE EXACT SAME CONDITION - MANY WHO HAVE HAD LEAKS AND EITHER REQUIRED TOWING, OR EXPERIENCED A FUEL SPILL. DEALER WANTS $800 TO FIX. THIS IS NOT A NORMAL WEAR ITEM. *TR
I OWN TWO SATURN IONS. ONE IN WHICH I WAS HAVING ISSUES WITH THE IGNITION SWITCH BEFORE THE RECALL AND I ALREADY HAD THE IGNITION SWITCH REPLACED. THE OTHER CAR DID NOT HAVE ANY IGNITION SWITCH ISSUES BUT I THOUGHT I WOULD DO THE RIGHT THING AND HAVE IT DONE. WHAT A MISTAKE....... SEVERAL YEARS AGO I HAD AN AFTER MARKET REMOTE START PUT IN MY CAR. AFTER THE NEW IGNITION SWITCH WAS INSTALLED THE REMOTE START DID NOT WORK. I WAS TOLD THAT THE DEALERSHIP THAT DID THE RECALL WAS NOT ALLOWED TO TOUCH THE REMOTE START SYSTEM. I TOOK THE CAR BACK TO WHERE I HAD THE REMOTE START INSTALLED AND HAD INCURRED AN $80.00 CHARGE TO RELEARN THE NEW IGNITION SWITCH. AM I EVER GOING TO SEE THAT $80.00 BACK? I CALLED ONE OF YOUR COMPLAINT PHONE LINES AND WAS THAT THEY WERE EXPERIENCING A HIGH NUMBER OF CALLS AND THAT SOMEONE WOULD GET BACK TO ME WITHIN 48 HOURS. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. *TR
WHILE DRIVING IN PRE-DAWN HOURS (HEADLIGHTS & DEFROSTERS ON), STARTED SMELLING SOMETHING MELTING OR BURNING. THEN INSTRUMENT PANEL LIGHTS WENT OUT FOR A FEW SECONDS. INSTRUMENT PANEL LIGHTS THEN CAME BACK ON & STARTED FLASHING ON & OFF REALLY FAST. AT THAT SAME TIME, DOOR LOCKS STARTED LOCKING & UNLOCKING REPEATEDLY ON THEIR OWN. BURNING & MELTING SMELL WAS GETTING STRONGER. AS I WAS PULLING OVER, I ENTERED A MORE WELL-LIT AREA AND SAW SMOKE ACCUMULATING INSIDE CAR NEAR ROOF & TOP OF WINDSHIELD. SHUT CAR OFF IMMEDIATELY. *TR
I HAVE A 2004 ION WHILE DRIVING MY CAR I LOST POWER STEERING. THANKFULLY I WAS ABLE TO PULL OVER AND RESTART AND ONLY A FEW MILES FROM HOME. I ALWAYS HAVE MY DAUGHTER WITH ME AND SUPPOSE I AM NOT AS FORTUNATE NEXT TIME. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE TO COMPENSATE FOR THIS AND LESSEN THE DEATHS GM HAS CAUSED BY ALLOWING PROBLEMS THEY KNEW OF TO REMAIN UNFIXED. MY ION HAS A RECALL FOR POWER STEERING LOSS WHICH SAYS IT CAN HAPPEN AT ANY TIME OR SPEED. THIS IS VERY SCATTER. SO HERE I AM WITH A CAR I AM AFRAID TO PUT MYSELF.IN LET ALONE MY CHILD. I HAD AN IGNITION SWITCH RECALL WHICH WAS FIXED. I AM REQUESTING A LOANER CAR UNTIL THE PART IS READY TO FIX MINE. *TR

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBERS: 04V003000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE), 04V281000 (FUEL SYSTEM), AND 09V419000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE). THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 64,654.
WE OWN A 2004 SATURN ION. THE KEY FAILS TO RELEASE FROM THE IGNITION SWITCH EVEN THOUGH REPEATED ATTEMPTS ARE MADE TO RELEASE SAME. WE WAITED FROM 5MINS TO ONE HOUR BEFORE TRYING SAME AND KEY FINALLY IS RELEASED INDEPENDENTLY. THE FAILURE OCCURS CONTINUOUSLY. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED RECENTLY (8-23-14) UNDER THE RECALL ASSOCIATED WITH NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 14V171000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). DEALER WAS ADVISED OF THE ABOVE PROBLEM AND WE WERE TOLD THIS WAS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH SAME. DEALER ADVISED THIS WAS A FAULTY SHIFTER PROBLEM AND EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE AWARE OF THIS ISSUE WE WERE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR COST ($576) OF REPAIRS. DEALER ADVISED THAT THIS PROBLEM WOULD IN FACT GET WORSE. THIS SHOULD BE MANUFACTURER RESPONSIBILITY ESPECIALLY SINCE DEALER ADMISSION THAT THEY (GM) WERE AWARE OF THIS CONSTANT PROBLEM WITH MALFUNCTION SHIFTER IN THIS TYPE OF VEHICLE. *TR
2004 SATURN ION. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO IGNITION SWITCH AND POWER STEERING RECALLS. *SMD THE CONSUMER IS SEEKING REIMBURSEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 730.22 FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE IGNITION SWITCH AND POWER STEERING. *JB

AFTER THE ENGINE COOLED DOWN, THE POWER STEERING OPERATED NORMALLY. THE VEHICLE REGAINED POWER STEERING WHEN THE ENGINE WAS TURNED OFF AND RESTARTED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED CONTINUOUSLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER AND REPAIRED ACCORDING TO NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V153000 (STEERING); HOWEVER, THE FAILURE PERSISTED AFTER THE REMEDY WAS PERFORMED. THE REPAIR DID NOT REMEDY THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 127,371.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 SATURN ION. THE CONTACT STATED WHEN SHE TURNED THE IGNITION SWITCH, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO TURN ON INTERMITTENTLY. IN ADDITION, THE POWER STEERING WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 250,000.
IGNITION RECALL. TOOK CAR TO KEYES GMC WOODLAND HILLS CA 2 TIMES AND THEY CHANGED IGNITION BUT DID NOT FIX PROBLEM. NOW THEY WANT $500 TO FIX "SHIFTER". I THINK IT IS STILL KEY IGNITION. COMPLETE POWER STEERING FAILURE AT LOW SPEED. POWER STEERING DID NOT RETURN, AND CAR WAS MANUALLY STEERED DIRECTLY TO THE DEALERSHIP WHEREUPON THE DIAGNOSIS WAS THE POWER STEERING MODULE. *TR

07/06/2014 - AS I WAS DRIVING IN A PARKING LOT, I, ALL OF A SUDDEN, HEARD THE WARNING SOUND AND NOTICED THAT MY STEERING WHEEL GOT STIFF MAKING IT MUCH MORE DIFFICULT TO STEER. I LOOKED AT MY DASHBOARD TO SEE "PWR STR" FLASHING ON MY DASHBOARD. I PULLED UP ON THE SIDE OF THE LOT, PARKING PERPENDICULAR TO THE LINES IN THE PARKING LOT AS IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO TURN INTO A PARKING SPACE WITH MY STEERING WHEEL PROBLEM. THIS POWER STEER ISSUE CAME UP AGAIN TODAY (07/26/2014) AS I WAS DRIVING HOME IN A FAIRLY BUSY STREET. I WAS ABLE TO PULL OVER ONTO THE SHOULDER THIS TIME. BUT THIS PROBLEM HAS HAPPENED TO ME 4-5 TIMES IN A SPAN OF 20 DAYS. *TR
LOST POWER STEERING AFTER POWER STEERING WARNING LIGHT CAME ON. THIS WAS 3RD INCIDENT IN 10 DAYS. TURNED OFF CAR, RESTARTED AND POWER STEERING RETURNED. THIS HAS HAPPENED WITHOUT WARNING 3 TIMES. LOSS OF POWER STEERING MAKES TURNING DIFFICULT. VERY SCARY. *TR
WAS TRAVELLING ON MY WAY HOME FROM WORK AND A FOX DARTED OUT IN FRONT OF ME IN THE CENTER OF THE ROAD. I SWERVED SLIGHTLY TO MISS THE FOX AND THE POWER STEERING IN THE CAR WENT OUT. I WAS UNABLE TO STRAIGHTEN THE WHEEL AND THE CAR WENT INTO A 180 DEGREE SPIN AND ENDED UP FACING THE OTHER DIRECTION FLIPPED UP ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. I CRAWLED OUT OF THE DRIVERS WINDOW. AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY EITHER. HAD I NOT BEEN WEARING MY SEATBELT, I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE ENDED UP UNDERNEATH THE CAR AND IF TRAFFIC HAD BEEN COMING, I COULD HAVE KILLED SOMEONE ELSE IN ONCOMING TRAFFIC. *TR
WHILE DRIVING THE CAR THE POWER STEERING LIGHT CAME ON AND I HAD DIFFICULTY TURNING THE STEERING WHEEL. IT HAPPENED AGAIN ON JUNE 24, 2014. AFTER TURNING OFF THE IGNITION AFTER EACH INCIDENT THE POWER STEERING RETURNED. BOTH INCIDENTS WERE VERY SCARY. I BOUGHT THE CAR AND I'VE HAD THE CAR FOR 10-1/2 YEARS. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THE POWER STEERING HAS FAILED. *TR

THE WARNING INDICATOR ALSO ILLUMINATED DURING THE STEERING MALFUNCTION; HOWEVER, THE CONTACT CONTINUED TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE. AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS TURNED OFF AND RESTARTED THE VEHICLE OPERATED NORMALLY. THERE WAS A RELATED RECALL UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 14V153000 (STEERING) HOWEVER, THE PART WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 75,000. UPDATED 8/19/14*CN THE CONSUMER WAS INFORMED, THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. UPDATED 09/15/14
TOOK MY SATURN IN YESTERDAY FOR THE RECALL ON THE IGNITION SWITCH-GOT A PHONE CALL FROM THE DEALER SAYING THAT THE HOUSING FOR THE SWITCH ALSO NEEDS REPLACING, BUT GM WILL NOT COVER IT AND I NEED TO PAY FOR THAT PART AND THE LABOR. THE SWITCH CAN NOT BE REPLACED UNLESS THIS HOUSING IS REPLACED, BUT NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR IT EVEN THOUGH THE RECALL SAYS THIS SHOULD BE AT NO COST TO ME. I CALLED GM AND THEY ARE SAYING THAT THE HOUSING IS NOT COVERED IN THE RECALL. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT WHEN SHE CAME TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE THE EXHAUST PIPE WAS VISIBLY ON THE FLOOR. THE CONTACT IMMEDIATELY INFORMED THE SERVICE MANAGER SINCE THE VEHICLE WAS NOT IN THAT CONDITION PRIOR TO THE REPAIRS. THE SERVICE MANAGER AGREED TO REPAIR THE FAILURE BY REATTACHING ONE SIDE OF THE EXHAUST PIPE WITH A WIRE HANGER. THE CONTACT RELUCTANTLY TOOK THE VEHICLE HOME AND WHILE ON THE WAY HOME THE AIR BAG, ALTERNATOR AND BATTERY LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENTAL PANEL. SHORTLY AFTER THE LIGHTS ILLUMINATED, THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 127,000.

MY CAR WAR JUST REPAIRED FOR THE RECALL IGNITION, HOWEVER, IT IS STILL NOT WORKING RIGHT. NOT ONLY THAT, BUT THE POWER STEERING IS GOING OFF AND ON. DRIVING ON THE FLORIDA TURNPIKE NORTHBOUND ON MY WAY TO WORK ON MAY 6, 2014, GOING ABOUT 55 MPH, WHEN THE CAR TURNED OFF WHILE IN THE CENTER LANE. I HAD FOLLOWED ALL THE PROCEDURES THAT GM INSTRUCTED FOR RECALL #14V-047 USING THE KEY WITHOUT RING OUR ADDITIONAL KEYS. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS ISSUE SINCE THE DAY OF PURCHASE BACK IN 2007. I HAVE PRESENTED THIS ISSUE TO THE DEALER NUMEROUS TIMES. FORTUNATELY, I WAS ABLE TO STOP THE CAR SAFELY, REMOVE THE KEY, PLACED IT BACK IN THE IGNITION AND THE CAR STARTED.

I NOW UNDERSTAND THAT THERE IS ALSO A RECALL ON THE POWER STEERING. (3 OPEN RECALLS IN ALL) I CONTACTED MY LOCAL CHEVROLET DEALER AS INSTRUCTED ON APRIL 18TH AND HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH WITH BOTH THE DEALERSHIP AND SATURN CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE @ 800-553-6000. I WAS ISSUED A CASE# 71-1300074576 BUT MY FAMILY IS STILL DRIVING THE CAR. WE DON'T FEEL SAFE DRIVING THE CAR BUT WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO ROOM TO LEAVE IT AT THE DEALERSHIP SO I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL JUNE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I UNDERSTAND THAT A LOANER CAN BE PROVIDED. I WANT TO DROP THE CAR OFF SOMEWHERE AND PICK UP A SAFE VEHICLE FOR MY FAMILY TO DRIVE UNTIL THE REPAIRS CAN BE MADE. *TR
