While using cruise control on the highway, the car suddenly decelerated twice. Each time the cruise control was set around 78mph, and it decelerated to approximately 70mph. No warnings were issued before, during, or after the decelerations— the car continued as if nothing had happened.
When using Tesla's Cruise-Control, Traffic Aware Cruise Control or Enhanced Auto-Pilot the vehicle severely brakes without any reason. This happens every time the vehicle is taken on the highway. It is sometimes reproducible because it happens every single time at specific geographic locations. Most often it is not reproducible. On the highways it has put me in danger more than once. The vehicle would brake while going at 75mph and slow down rapidly all the way down to 45mph. Other vehicles following at safe distances have to veer away quickly or slam on their brakes to avoid an accident. Everyone inside the car experience a whiplash from their seat belts. I opened a service ticket with Tesla. I was told that they ran a remote diagnostics and found no hardware issue in the car. The ticket was closed by Tesla after they pointed out that Enhanced Auto Pilot is a Beta version. I gave them very specific examples of how to reproduce this issue. No on came to drive the car before closing the ticket.
Driver seat constantly moving forward and will not move or stay backwards. Every 20-30 seconds the seat will move/adjust on its own and we cannot move the seat back. The seat moving on its own and not allowing us to move it back to normal or regular driving position leaves us in an unsafe position putting our chest right up to the steering wheel because it keeps pushing the seat forward. There were no accidents that resulted from this thankfully, no message or warning lights or lamps. Just happened randomly out of no where and will not go back to normal driving position.
PHANTOM BRAKING issue at highway speeds with autopilot engaged. The car will harshly start braking suddenly on highway to a near complete stop.
While using cruise control at highway speed, the car suddenly slams on the breaks causing major panic. Oversteering onto incoming traffic and cars following are affected slamming on their breaks to avoid contact. Have contacted Tesla Service Center multiple times addressing the problem (Phantom breaking problem). What they keep on telling me is that there is no fix to the problem at this time. The cruise control intermittently turns off and on by itself with no warning or obstruction. No lamps warning or messages prior to failure. My Tesla 2022 Model Y (Performance) has been inspected at the Tesla Service Center many times, but to no avail problem still exists.
Repeated phantom braking when using adaptive cruise control. This happened at least 10 times in one day and is a safety issue. Most recent software update seems to have made this problem worse not better.
The driver seat's manual door opening latch does not open the door. That means in case of battery failure, fire or accident ( when the car 's battery is not working) driver cannot get out of the car from driver's seat. And from the design there is no manual door opening function in the back seats.
I have the latest software for FSD, 2023.7.20. I was driving North on 71 in Ohio, there are three lanes of traffic. I was in the right hand lane at the speed limit under FSD. There were no cars in front of me and no objects on the roadside. There were cars in front of me in the center and left hand lane. Suddenly the brakes were applied very hard, fortunately the SUV that was behind me was able to slow and move to the middle lane. The speed went from 70 to about 35. My wife, as the sole passenger will never ride in the car again.
As I was walking up to my Tesla Model Y I used the tesla app on my phone to open my read hatch. The door opened as I approached, when I got to the car, Some how the rear hatch closed without touching the car button or the app, striking me on the head hard, causing a contusion to the top of my head. I have video from the car showing the incident, but can not upload below due to file type restriction
Yesterday I drove 1 shift on UberX in chill mode, very carefully and tried to save as much energy as possible. Here’s what happened. I left the house with 100% charged 274 miles range not 303 advertised I track everywhere I go with Everlance GPS. After a couple rides, I noticed the cars augmented reality for auto pilot wasn’t seeing the environment properly and like usual the safety features were disabled, but I am unable to record it responsibly while driving my passenger on UberX not Uber black. When I got to a red light with no passenger, I recorded on my iPhone the Tesla failing to see about 35 to 40 vehicles over the course of 45 seconds and also fails to see a black man walking slowly across the crosswalk just 2 feet in front of the car but it can see cars 100 feet away. Meaning there is an intentional Blindspot that would be in the collision warning zone that the car is purposely not seeing because the car is hacked. Directly after that I picked up a man from his house who also has a model Y and brought him to the airport. He’s an augmented reality engineer that looks familiar to me from Tesla. Turns out someone stole his brand new model Y from tampa Tesla, and brought it to a chop shop and went on a joyride, destroying the alignment, which he was given a large check for. He said Tesla was able to provide all the problems with his car with no issue. I told him all the problems with my car. Tesla has refused to even acknowledge after a dozen service appointment. Then I told him I have 100,000 GB of dash cam footage and secret recordings of the service manager telling me if I submit the footage to the FBI they would refuse service. Well, they already are refusing service. Also I drive a lot of federal agents and military personnel. When I got home, the car couldn’t account for 70 missing miles and it’s charging at one quarter speed. I reset the car three times. Now I’m trying to submit this on my computer, but the Internet cut out! BUSTED! Shut down Tesla!
A copy of this report is being submitted to the FBI, CIA, DOJ, my attorney and then I'm mailing it via USPS to my Attorney General [XXX] which responded to me about this car about a year ago saying she would investigate it. Yesterday my wife and I drove to Chevy and put a deposit on a new gasoline SUV. On the way back all the safety features disabled themselves and the car radio played "Break the Rules". Today I drove to Wawa to report my wife almost dying from being poisoned and on the way back the car in autopilot mode sped up towards an officer with his lights on and high visibility vest so I had to slam the brakes and move over at the last second and the Tesla didn't see the officer until he was 10 feet away and wrongly displayed the cops passenger door being open. I would NEVER drive towards an officer like that if I was in control of the car that's the faulty software. On my way back from Ford to the Mister Car Wash in Eustis to get the love bugs off the paint again I took the Tesla cam thumbdrive out, took out the micro sd from my dashcam, turned off my iPhone with the Tesla app on it and used autopilot to drive the scenic route to the carwash to avoid traffic. Then the car started playing the songs "Middle of the Ocean" which lyrics encourage you to drive your car into the ocean; then started playing "Swim Good" and then "Golddigger by Kanye West" the car disabled all its own safety features despite them still being turned on in the settings which would have allowed me to drive my Tesla off a CLIFF into LAKE EUSTIS just like that brain surgeon in California when his white Model Y drove him and his family off a cliff luckily they survived. Went on a 3,000 miles road trip and recorded countless bugs and safety issues. To keep this short and sweet because I’m pretty sure I’ve already broken the world record for DOT reports on a car without any intervention here’s some bullet points. 1. Car is falling extremely short of claimed mileage range. 2. Car refuses to charge or charges slow. 3. GPS is constantly wrong and sending me down dirt roads and trying to put me miles out of my way by giving wrong directions on purpose. 4. Car cannot switch lanes in Autopilot despite perfect visibility during night and day. 5. Car keeps slamming on the brakes with people behind me or in my blind spot for no apparent reason. 6. Car keeps telling me that charging stations are offline or unavailable and when I pull up it’s a bunch of lies and there are open spots and the car charges. 7. Whenever I pull up to a charger it ALWAYS happens to be the highest energy cost of the day. 8. Car sends me to wrong charging locations despite me selecting certain charging stations manually. 9. Car keeps making an awful scratching sound when music is paused or song changed. 10. Car keeps banning me from full self driving because the autopilot isn’t working properly even though I disabled FSD. 11. Car is constantly putting off a ton of heat to the point it raises my garage to over 100F. 12. Cars overheat protection mode doesn’t work properly and never has. 13. Car summon can’t make it 4 feet without side swiping the car next to it in the parking lot. 14. Car fails to see all emergency vehicles with or without lights on like a ghost car that doesn’t exist. 15. AC is inaccurate and is either not reaching temp and the AC is roaring so loud I can’t hear anything but the air moving or is so cold myself and passengers start shivering. 16. Charging takes twice as long as advertised and never charges advertised speed like 150-250kwh 17. Full self driving can’t drive me more than 2 minutes without trying to kill me so I disabled it.
My wife and I were on the highway 44 in the model Y travelling at around 79 miles an hour. There was no other vehicles close to us or in front of us. This was about 1:30 PM and there was no clouds in the sky. The autopilot had been engaged and for no reason, the car started to emergency brake. This was very scary since it was very abrupt and if another vehicle would have been following too close we would have been hit from behind causing damage and or causing death to us both. The vehicle has done this numerous times since we have owned it. It was reported to Tesla and I had a service scheduled to have them look at it. They claimed they looked at the logs and did not see any issues, which I find hard to believe, I asked for the logs and they refused to provide them to me. They claimed I would not understand them, although I explained that I am engineer and I have 25 years of experience with such things. Trust me, I can read a safety log! They claim they will fix with a software update, but when asked for an ECD or ETA they refused to give me that information.
The contact rented from Turo a 2022 Tesla Model Y. The contact stated that while his daughter was driving at approximately 65-70 MPH in rainy weather, the contact's daughter released her foot from the accelerator pedal to decelerate; however, she lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle crashed into a guardrail and went into a ditch. The vehicle then inadvertently reversed onto the highway. The contact's daughter slammed her foot on the brake pedal, and the vehicle stopped immediately. No warning light was illuminated. No air bags were deployed. A police report was filed. The contact's daughter suffered body aches, and medical attention was received. The vehicle was towed to an unknown location. The contact was unaware if the vehicle was deemed totaled by the insurance company. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown. The VIN was unavailable.
No manual door latch present on rear passenger doors. In event of emergency not able to open the rear doors manually. Manual safety cord located under sealed compartment, inaccessible without small screwdriver or special tool.
Drove to the carwash today a couple miles away to see if its just emergency vehicles the car doesn't see but its not seeing any vehicles in the right lane or passenger side of the car until they are about 150ft ahead of me. To clarify the cars vision system is NOT seeing ANY emergency vehicles (driver side, passenger side, ahead, behind, moving away, moving towards) like they don't even exist (invisible) and ALSO not seeing ANY vehicles approaching from the passenger side blind spot. Switched my IG to private, was tired of all the hecklers and people reporting me and NONE of the government agencies doing ANY of their responsibilities except trying to screw me over on made up charges LOL. Phantom breaking problem with Tesla Y occurred on I90 between Rapid City and Sioux Falls SD, June 2nd between 1 and 2 pm when my wife and I were traveling across country. I was passing a semi-truck in the left lane and traveling at about 80 mph (the speed limit) with a pickup truck following me. I was using TACC (assisted cruise control) without the Autosteer function, when the Tesla Y slammed on the breaks. It was a panic type of stop and everything in the back seat flew forward and both my wife were shaken. I quickly pressed on the accelerator and was able to increase our speed quickly, but we were almost rear ended by the pickup truck that was following us. I noticed the semi-truck was all red on the Tesla screen and I assume the Tesla computer thought it was a potential collision. After passing the truck I pulled into the right lane. The pickup behind passed me pulled into the right lane and then proceeded to break while he was in front of me. He was not happy and I could not blame him. This almost caused a road rage incident as well. thankfully nothing happened but it was very close to becoming an accident.
Made it less than a mile from my house this time when the Tesla couldn't see the FHP (Florida Highway Patrol) with lights on and perfect visibility. The car was updated yesterday but it has NEVER actually worked as advertised and the more I complain the more everywhere I go gets hacked. My wife Red Cross servers, hacked. My medical files, hacked. The pizza shop I was driving to, hacked, my grill, hacked, my alarm system, hacked. The lawn equipment store, hacked. My iPhone, hacked. My Tesla, Hacked. My insurance, hacked. My Uber, hacked. My Lyft, hacked. I am currently obtaining my Security+ cybersecurity certification so I can keep my family ALIVE. I am failing and being SMOTHERED! Tesla REFUSES to cooperate despite my countless attempts to be civil, involve the FBI, Local Sheriff, Local PD, IRS, CISA, my State Attorney [XXX] and Governor [XXX] and even the AIRFORCE with .mil emails are having trouble contacting me/my family. I am a high profile witness that DEMANDS WITNESS PROTECTION. I am a witness against [XXX] Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Local PD and Sheriff offices, the DOJ, the FBI, the USDA, UBER, Lyft and of course Tesla and MANY more. They want me and my family DEAD! Tesla took my car in for service again, fixed nothing again. This time they messed up my dashcam even though it is clearly marked with bright red NOTICE stickers on both sides of the car that consent for audio and video recording is given by entering vehicle that is owned by me (not a lease). Car wouldn't charge yesterday, then I do the newest software update and when I get 3 miles down the street from my house I yield for an EMS EMT with siren and lights on in the middle of the day with perfect visibility and big surprise the car doesn't even register that I've not only left the lanes without lane keeping assistance but it also doesnt see the emergency vehicle so I have disabled FSD and am refusing to use AP because this is a death trap. When I complained to the FBI about it they tried to have the local PD basically SWAT my house at 4am and wake up my whole family. My wife and I are both FBI witnesses. I also received a letter from the IRS claiming they changed my taxes from 2020 (filed by my accountant) claiming that I owe $132,021 (On less than $800 in gains) by next month or they will charge me $20,000 a month interest. Today I received a notice from my insurance company of 1 year claiming they are canceling my coverage because I "drive UBER Black" which isn't true I never have because the Orlando PD wouldn't approve me to because the insurance agent lied about the coverage because Ana (Moore resources Insurance) and Mercury Insurance; was too drunk on New Years Day and has caused me to lose $30,000+ in lost revenue because she ruined my 4 month wait for UBER black approval which has completely destroyed my financial ability to provide for my family. I received a call from a DOT agent a couple weeks ago from Washington DC but the call was dropped so he called me back on a cell and we haven't been able to contact each other since. I am REALLY in fear for my life. I am an FBI whistleblower and POTUS is retaliating against me and anyone who helps us. SOS SEND HELP!
I was driving on the highway with autopilot activated. There were no cars in front, beside or behind me. A car did come up behind me at a fast speed. My car suddenly started to brake (phantom braking). The car coming up behind me sped around me. There was no reason for the car to brake like that.
Adaptive cruise control with Auto Steer will without warning or noticable reason suddenly decelerate the vehicle. At highway speeds from 70 to sudden deceleration to 30 mph if the accelerator pedal isn't pushed immediately when it slows without warning. Sometimes with vehicles behind. There has been some close calls but no accidents.
While driving between Lincoln Nebraska and Denver using the driver assist system in my Tesla the car braked for no apparent reason. This occurred 3 times in my 8 hour drive. I would be driving at 80 miles an hour with nothing around on a sunny day and all of a sudden the vehicle would hard brake.
When traveling on cruise control the car will suddenly break in the middle of the road even though there are no vehicles, pedestrians, or threats.
Hello, me again. Been having ALOT of trouble with voice text when trying to respond to my wife at the stop light. I started telling her about how a white Cadillac escalade almost crashed into me and all the safety features 'randomly' disabled themselves while driving and I'm late because I tried to keep eyes on the car while the local PD dispatched and had to drive further than I intended but I eventually gave up after he got so far ahead after weaving thru traffic like he's playing grand theft auto. So the voice text has been doing this really 'cool' feature where I say some stuff that's incriminating about tesla or the FBI and then it just doesn't type it at all or says some stuff I never actually said that usually sounds incriminating like this one time I tried to voice text my wife that some guy tried to crash into me and then sped away at 100mph plus and later I caught up to him because he crashed at a toll in the rain; the car said I was racing a guy and I crashed! Then my wife got all freaked out and called me and I explained that I'm totally fine and wasn't racing him he raced PAST me. This car is scary as hell, it should have its own horror movie. Oh yea I just got a letter from the IRS for the third time saying they changed my 2020 tax returns and I owe $138,021 in back taxes by next month or I'll get $20,000 a month in late fees but I only made $729 that year and already paid my taxes thru my accountant. FBI tried to raid my house 2 nights ago AGAIN using localPD. All after Tesla refused my lemon law surrender and they claimed nothing is wrong with my car and tampered with my evidence camera despite them consenting to being recorded by entering my vehicle. Car is living in the garage now until DOT Agent finishes setting up our meeting because I really don't want to die that would suck. Hello it's me for the 500th time. I was sitting at a light when a new song came on that's actually a movie clip from Pulp Fiction directed by [XXX] about hitmen that kill people that speak out, like whistleblowers; for their boss. So I'm sitting at the light and the cars behind me are all glitching between 3 lanes but nobody is moving and my volume is up and it starts 'yelling' "STORING DEAD [XXX] AINT MY [XXX] BUSINESS!". This was soon after almost being ran off the road by a white Cadillac escalade that I called in and reported to the local PD. I was rear ended by a white Cadillac escalade in 2019, I almost died and received death threats while leaving a competitors business. and I'm permanently partially handicapped at 31 years old. About 1 mile down the road my car started encountering 'ghost cars' that show up on the GUI of the screen but aren't actually there in real life lol. Just so I'm clear the car is basically threatening me after Tesla says there's nothing wrong with it so I disabled my $12,000 FSD and will be keeping this car in the garage from now on. Tesla refused my Lemon Law surrender and claims there's nothing wrong with the car once again, big surprise! They messed up my dashcam during fake service regardless of legally consenting to being video and audio recorded (VERY clear NOTICE stickers on the doors) when entering the vehicle which I own; it is NOT leased. Consent is important, without consent things become crimes. Like if a flight attendant says no to sex with her boss Elon you cant just rape her and then offer her a horse after and get away with it. Anyways the automatic indicators that Elon suggested everyone try on Twitter the other night doesn't actually work for automatically turning on or off with or without AP and FSD. I decided to turn off my FSD that I paid $12,000 because its a death trap. Here's a video since Tesla says I'm imagining it and I must be schizophrenic or something but this is exactly why I record everything and trust nobody. 2022 Tesla Model Y front aero shield bolts become loose and the aero shield becomes loose and becomes a safety hazard for other drivers. Tesla will not warranty part nor will claim responsibility for poor manufacturing & assembly. All Tesla models have this issue and it needs to be fixed.
WHY I AM SUBMITTING THIS COMPLAINT: I am writing to you upon the advice of the CA Attorney General's office. Their guidance was in response to a question I submitted on their web about safe and legal towing with the Model Y factory-installed towing package. PROBLEM: Risk of silent brake controller failure. VEHICLES IMPACTED Model Y's with the Lithium Ion low voltage battery & towing trailers 1500 lbs or more. TECHNICAL ISSUES: The lithium Ion low-voltage battery operates at 15.5v, out of the normal 12v operating range. The wiring harness sends 15.5 v to the brake controller. Brake controllers connected to the Model Y towing harness do not throw an error. High voltage through a 12 v brake controller may result in unexpected brake controller failure per controller manufacturer's support teams. Tesla disconnected the 12v aux power to the 7-pin towing connector. This power is used for RF trailer brake controllers. RF brake controllers don't get the required power. RF Brake controllers will throw an error & the driver knows the brake system isn't connected correctly. WHY DO I KNOW THIS? I bought the Model Y to tow my 2,000 lb teardrop trailer w/ a Prodigy/Tekonsha RF Brake controller. When I attempted to connect & verify the rig was in spec, I discovered there was no power to the 7-pin plug. While troubleshooting, I found a Twitter post that described the problem, said Tesla disconnected the power & there would be a retrofit in mid-2022. See attached. ATTEMPTED RESOLUTION I've worked with Tesla Rocklin CA for a year. They submitted cases, escalated, and even unsuccessfully tried to connect a 24v controller. A fix isn't hard. I've heard corp. didn't expect people to tow. COMMUNICATION: To my knowledge, there's been no communication to affected owners or to brake controller manufacturers. NO FIX PLANNED Tesla Corp. doesn't intend to fix it or communicate to owners. See attached. ACTION NEEDED People towing may be at risk of silent brake controller failure.
1. Personally, I believe ALL NEW CARS should be required to put BLIND SPOT MONITORING NOTIFICATION LIGHTS in the side mirrors ! It is such a GREAT SAFETY ADDITION. Tesla does not have it. 2. I have had the car since 4/16/22. I have replaced the windshield x 2 already and this weekend a rock hit the windshield which now needs to be replaced again. 4 windshields in 13 months? Is there a proble m with the windshields?
On Tuesday, May 16, I was driving on a city road at about 45mph when I began to hear metal noises coming from the front of my car. I slowed down and entered a shopping center driveway to inspect the noise. Upon pulling into the driveway of that center, I heard a metal snapping sound, my steering wheel jerked to the right, and grinding sounds started at the front axle of the car. I stopped immediately. Realizing something broke, I wanted to get out of the driveway, and tested if it would move in all directions. Ultimately, I could get the car to get straight at low speed, but if I attempted to steer left or right, the grinding would occur. I moved my car to a safe location and called Tesla Roadside Service to get towed to their service facility. There were no warning messages from the car before or after the incident. Had the part broken while traveling at higher speeds, or a winding road, I could have easily been involved in a deadly incident. I got lucky! I heard similar sounds from the same area about 4 months ago, and took the car in for service. Tesla service replaced the lower left hand front suspension link, lateral link and stabilizer bar on February 28, 2023. I do not have the details of all the parts replaced for this latest incident yet, as it is still at Tesla Service awaiting a replacement "Subframe Assembly Kit" according to my service rep. Lastly, I was not involved in an accident when this occurred, nor have I ever been involved in an accident in this vehicle.
Leaving Mothers day dinner at Disney Orlando with all 3 generations of family in the car and I click 'Home' and the map sets a charging station in Miami 120miles away in the wrong direction, the FSD and AP wont work and the cars gps goes completely black. That doesn't even make sense, there was the Hooter's supercharger down the street and several others in Miami and probably a dozen more between Disney and Miami. If I wasn't a professional driver I fear this many bugs and susceptibilities could kill my entire lineage. Texting and driving is illegal and dangerous, that's got nothing on a malfunctioning Tesla screen while driving main street Disney. Look out [XXX] there's a new kid on the block, [XXX] doesn't need a tunnel to disappear your whole family. He can do it in broad daylight on mainstreet Disney in front of the police, God and the NHTSA and after you report it 30 times nobody will do anything about it. We have 2 drivers in the family. Using the Tesla app, one individual accidentally opened the trunk of the car while the other individual was driving that car several miles away. The car was in "drive", not in "park". Luckily the car was going at a slow speed so there was no accident. But the open trunk blocks the view out the rear view mirror. And the vehicle and its contents are not secure when it is driving in this mode (it is open to the road in the rear of the car as it is a hatchback-style car). This has happened twice in the last 3 months, the most recent on May 11, 2023. The confusion that led to both accidental openings of the trunk is that the family has 2 Teslas, so the individual operating the app meant to open the trunk on the other car that he was about to drive. It is an easy mistake to make when a family has multiple Teslas set up in their app. Another disturbing part of the event was that in both cases, the driver had no way to close the trunk from within the car unless the car was stopped and then placed in park. The Tesla trunk can only be opened and closed by the driver inside the car when it is in park. But the Tesla app can open and close the trunk when it is in park or drive. The car should only allow the trunk to open when it is in park, even if the app requests it to open. Upon reporting this to Tesla on May 25, the service team ran diagnostics on the car and said that there were no issues with the car. And then the issue was passed on to engineering to look at. Tesla did not report to me whether this was an intended use of the Tesla app or if there was a problem with my specific car.
I HAVE HAD 3 BROKEN WINDSHIELDS IN 9,400 MILES OF TRAVEL. I AM PRETTY SURE EACH WAS CAUSED BY FLYING ROCKS, BUT AT ONE REPAIR THE TESLA SERVICE MANAGER MENTIONED THAT THE WINDSHIELDS ARE VERY THIN TO SAVE WEIGHT. I BELIEVE THE WINDSHIELDS ARE VULNERABLE TO DAMAGE. I HAVE A 2018 TESLA MODEL 3 WITH 90,000 MILES THAT HAS NEVER HAD A CRACKED WINDSHIELD DRIVING IN THE SAME LOCALE. THIS IS A REAL SAFETY PROBLEM IF THE WINDSHIELD CRACKS AT SPEED. I DON’T THINK CRACKED WINDSHIELDS ARE REPORTED AS FAULTS, BUT I BET THAT THERE HAVE BEEN MANY MANY Y’S WITH CRACKED WINDSHIELDS.
Less than 2 minutes into my drive the car decided to disable lane keep assistance and warnings for no reason. As you can see in the photo linked below the vehicles in the oncoming lane are lagging and look kind of like a ghost car while the rest of the screen is totally fine. Well all I did was switch from the middle lane to the left lane like I do everyday with my indicator on, on my way to McDonalds. Absolutely no reason why this happened like I mentioned I had my indicator on nobody was around me and visibility is perfect. Car randomly braking at highway speeds making it dangerous for vehicles traveling behind us. Will randomly brake on a clear day - no hazardous weather or road constructions. Car will have no warning prior to aggressive braking causing confusion and anxiety to the driver and passenger(s). We thought braking was because of rolling hills but it seems to also do it on flat roads.

The USB charging plug inside the middle console burned my charger causing smoke inside the cabin. Tesla has rescheduled the appt once already and doesn't seem to be a concern to them. This is a huge safety concern as it could have caused a fire if items were near this USB plug.
My car met a major accident and the impact was so severe that it was total loss. The car was badly damaged from drive side and it skid at least 100 meters and it turn around And I am aware that Tesla has side airbags also but none of airbag were deployed I tried to contact Tesla support and report this issue but no one from Tesla gave proper Response . For the last 8 months I've been reporting this FATAL error where my Tesla in FSD with location set will slow down all the way to 0mph in a 70mph zone on the expressway for a stop sign and round about under the highway that is not visible by ANY of the cameras the car is supposedly using to 'read the environment' well that's a load of crap because its stopping for non existent stop signs and driving 57mph in a 70mph zone and misses several speed signs in the video. After the car couldn't drive me into oncoming traffic and put me out of my misery; I reset the car and then all the safety features were disabled again, the car couldn't see the solid white freshly painted lanes during the middle of the day with perfect visibility. As I approached the red light I demonstrated how the Tesla has no collision warning or assistance enabled although they are features advertised on the car that I paid for. Once again I caught on video my car trying to suicide me (a Jeffrey Epstein (not a typo I'm in fear for my life) witness) by turning off all safety features and attempting to drive me directly into oncoming traffic. Tesla has REFUSED to repair or replace my car. They have done EVERYTHING they can to prevent me from getting service for months. On April 28th i was driving to work as usual in my tesla model y , and i am on a local road driving around 40-45 miles speed. I was always maintaining enough stopping distance and on one of the local road, a driver before me stopped abruptly because of Garbage Trash Can came and hit her car. I braked immediately and expected Tesla will stop before only but seems tesla did not brake till last second and i ended up pulling to the right most side to avoid collision and i ended up hitting Pole to save hitting any humans to the best of my ability to save lives. My biggest concern is why tesla emergency brake did not apply for forward collision? what went wrong? As far as i remember i put the brakes and it did not stop. if this happened on highway on higher speeds, my life would have costed along with others. Since the day I got it the Tesla hasn't been able to identify emergency vehicles with their lights on. I started video taping after like the 20th time because my dashcam cant show you the screen also. I did this strictly to display that the Tesla failed to identify a State Trooper with his lights on for several hundred feet with 'Full Self Driving' enabled. Driving in northeast Colorado on I-76 both when traveling east ( on 4/27/23) and west (on 5/1/23). Severe phantom braking with speed dropping 10-15 mph in an instant and objects in the car flying forward as a result. No specific hazards were obvious. These occurred while traveling to and from Haxtun, CO from Lakewood, CO. I am concerned that the car braking in such a severe manner could lead to a collision with vehicles behind me.

Since I received this awful vehicle it has never properly identified emergency vehicles. Sometimes it confuses neon/led signs with emergency lights and smashes on the brake for emergency vehicles that aren't there. Other times it slams on the brakes on the highway when behind an emergency vehicle and the reflective tape is lit up from my own headlights bouncing on the awfully hard and cheap suspension on this 'performance' vehicle. Lately I've captured video of the car completely failing to see a FIRE TRUCK right in front of it for at least 1 minute straight with the lights and sirens on. This is unacceptable. Tesla not only wants me and my family dead, they don't care about the lives of our brave firefighters, EMTs and police officers. Then don't care about YOU either. Within the last week, while driving cross-country on Interstate highways at speeds of 65-75 MPH, car repeatedly (estimate 10-15 times over 1800 miles) experienced “phantom braking,” automatically engaging the brakes in the absence of any sort of hazard whatsoever (no cars or other objects nearby, fortunately; clear, sunny weather). This occurred when Full Self-Driving was engaged and also when cruise control without FSD was engaged.
Summon feature has never worked properly and has always tried to crash itself into cars next to it or drive the wrong way down the parking lot with no one inside. I have several videos of the car trying to crash itself after driving less than 4ft out of a parking spot at Walmart. Couldn't even make it 100ft to the shopping cart deposit. You cant summon and record at the same time with your phone so when it failed I switched to record. Before that car was driving itself up the sidewalk towards the entrance of the building where people were entering and exiting, thank goodness for the concrete pilons. This car is worse than a piece of garbage its an intentional death trap and liability on wheels. I feel like they're trying to murder me for reporting them. I am in fear for my life. I am still censored online and just an hour ago I had a US Government vehicle just about rear end me at 30mph+ over the speed limit. I have it on dashcam.
