CONSUMER STATES BATTERY DOSE NOT PRODUCE ENOUGH POWER TO RUN A/C AND RADIO AT SAME TIME. DEALER HAS BEEN CONTACTED,AND REPLACED ALTERNATOR. *AK
THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED BRAKE PROBLEMS AND WHILE DRIVING, THE CONSUMER APPLIED THE BRAKES, BUT IT FELT AS THOUGH HE STEPPED ON THE ACCELERATOR. *AK *SCC *JB CONSUMER OWNS TWO 2003 CAMRY MODELS (HIS AND HERS) AND BOTH VEHICLES HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SAME CONDITION. *DSY
BRAKES DO NOT REACT UNLESS PRESSED TO THE FLOOR. *MR THE CONSUMER HAD TAKEN THE VEHICLE TO TWO DIFFERENT TOYOTA DEALERSHIPS WHERE THEY SUGGESTED THAT THE BRAKES WERE NORMAL. THE OWNER'S MANUAL STATED THAT THE MINIMUM PEDAL CLEARANCE WHEN DEPRESSED WITH FORCE OF 110 FOOT POUNDS WITH THE ENGINE RUNNING SHOULD BE 2.5 INCHES. THE CONSUMER FOUND THAT THE BRAKE MEASUREMENT WAS 0.5 INCHES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER AND THEY STATED THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE MEANS TO TEST THE REQUIRED PEDAL SPECIFICATION. *SCC *JB
PROBLEMS WITH BRAKE PEDAL AND ACCELERATOR PEDAL ON 2003 TOYOTA CAMRY. *MR THE BRAKE PEDAL AND THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WERE TOO CLOSE TOGETHER. THE PEDAL MOVED IN DISTANCE BEFORE HARD BRAKING OCCURRED. THE BRAKES WOULD STOP THE VEHICLE BUT THE PEDAL TRAVELED TO THE FLOOR. IT WAS POSSIBLE THAT THE WHEN THE CONSUMER APPLIED THE BRAKE PEDAL, THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS PRESSED AS WELL. THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE TWO WERE THREE INCHES. THE VEHICLE WOULD ALSO SHOOT FORWARD WHEN BRAKING. *SCC *JB
ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS WHILE AT A COMPLETE STOP AND ATTEMPTING TO PUT VEHICLE INTO PARK, IT SUDDENLY ACCELERATED. ON BOTH OCCASIONS, DRIVER'S FOOT WAS PRESSING ON BRAKE PEDAL. AFTER THE FAILURE OCCURRED THE SECOND TIME, AND VEHICLE FAILED TO STOP, ANOTHER VEHICLE WAS REARENDED DUE TO SUDDEN ACCELERATION. *AK
BRAKE PEDAL GOES DOWN LOW CLOSE TO THE GAS PEDAL BY ITSELF. WHEN MASTER CYLINDER FLUID IS ADDED THE PEDAL RETURNS TO ITS CORRECT POSITION. DEALERSHIP REPLACED THE MASTER CYLINDER, BUT THE PROBLEM RECURS. *AK
CONSUMER COMPLAINED ABOUT AN ACCELERATION PROBLEM. VEHICLE WAS ACCELERATING WITHOUT THE USE OF THE GAS PEDAL. ONCE PUT THE VEHICLE IN GEAR AND IT REVVED WITHOUT DRIVER'S ASSISTANCE. *AK
WHILE DRIVING, THE CONSUMER LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND WAS HIT ON THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE BY A TRUCK. NONE OF THE AIR BAGS DEPLOYED. PLEASE DESCRIBE FURTHER. *JB
WHEN DEPRESSING THE BRAKES TO PARK VEHICLE LUNGED FORWARD WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE JUMPED THE CURB AND WENT INTO BUSHES. *AK

VEHICLE HESITATED TO ACCELERATE WHEN GAS PEDAL WAS PRESSED. ALSO, UNEXPECTED ACCELERATION OCCURRED INTERMITTENTLY.*AK
THE VEHICLE FAILED TO RESPOND WHEN THE DRIVER PRESSED THE BRAKE PEDAL, INSTEAD THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED UNWANTED ACCELERATION, AND CRASHED INTO SOME BUSHES AND A CEMENT EMBANKMENT. *AK *JB
CONSUMER'S VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A CRASH. IT WAS HIT FROM THE REAR AND PUSHED INTO THE VEHICLE AHEAD. HOWEVER, UPON IMPACT, FRONTAL AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. VEHICLE WAS TOTALED. *AK
