NHTSA Owner Complaint Log
This page lists owner-reported complaints filed with NHTSA for the 2010 Toyota Tacoma. Complaints are unverified consumer reports submitted to NHTSA and do not by themselves prove a defect or defect rate.
2010 Toyota Tacoma with 91K miles have frame corrosion and now has holes. I contacted Toyota motor sales USA, Inc. and informed them why I NEVER received a recalled and they said it was mailed May 2019 and expired in 2022-there’s nothing they can do and if I went to the dealership for my inspections they would of known of the recall instead of going to an independent dealer. I’ve attached current photos showing the extent of corrosion over the years. Unbelievable, the recall should still be open.
Our son hit a guardrail and the airbags didn't deploy. Accident and failure was reported to insurance company
I am the original owner of a 2010 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport, 4 door, 4WD, with a 6' bed, VIN # [XXX] , with 215902 miles. During the replacement of the leaf springs on 1/27/26, under recall #14V-604, I was informed by the Toyota dealership that installed the leaf springs that there was extensive corrosion on various points on the frame to the point where it was unsafe to drive. The frame has developed severe perforation and rust-through. There are large holes in the frame, and sections missing. The corrosion is spreading across multiple points, making the vehicle unsafe and at risk of structural failure while driving. I called Toyota and they said the frame recall expired in 2022. I will be asking Toyota if they will still replace the frame as a "Goodwill " replacement. I told Toyota that I was never made aware of this recall or warranty extension and never received any letter regarding it. I did receive other recall notices for this VIN but none for the frame issues. I am waiting for a response from Toyota on what action they will take, if any, to support their product. chassis/frame was recalled on warranty that Toyota did not inform me of and they refused to do anything about it. They said two regular mail letters were sent out to me. I have never received them. The framing of my vehicle is so bad that an accident was waiting to happen when I took my vehicle foreign oil exchange. I asked them to look at the muffler because it was hanging and that’s when they noticed the situation and they stated that you are very lucky that you are alive because the framing could have collapse on the road. I called Toyota and they said the warranty expired on 2019. I told them that I was never aware of this recall but and never received any letter regarding it. I am filing this complaint. I am asking for the company to provide a part and labor it. If they first have contacted me this situation could have been fixed. There has been lawsuits regarding the same situation. if they refuse to fix this situation, I will have to file a lawsuit against Toyota for the labor and part that cost roughly $16,500 plus tax. The car runs very well with no other major issues. They did not either send me a letter of the spring leaf recall. I am asking this agency to get involved this has been a major accident
My 2010 Toyota Tacoma frame is rusted and deteriorated. This has been confirmed by my local Toyota dealership (Ira Toyota of Saco , ME) The vehicle has approximately 130,000 miles and is in otherwise good working order. I do not expect a 15 year old Toyota to have a rusted frame, which has become entirely unsafe. Indeed, the Toyota dealership refused to even put the truck up on the lift given the unsafe condition of the frame . I understand that 2005 -2010 Tacoma trucks had this same issue and there was a class action on 21 May 2017. I also understand that the frame recall expired in 2022. Regardless, I contacted Toyota asking if they would still replace the frame and they responded in the negative. I have attached photos of the frame and a copy of Toyota’s response. Please advise. Thank you.
The frame on my 2010 Toyota Tacoma has developed severe perforation and rust-through. There are large holes in the frame, and the exhaust hanger has broken completely off the frame rail. The corrosion is spreading across multiple points, making the vehicle unsafe and at risk of structural failure while driving. I purchased the truck in May 2020 and brought it to a Toyota dealer for a paid multi-point inspection that included the undercarriage. At that time, Toyota’s ZH6 frame corrosion program was still active. No frame concerns were reported, and the program was never disclosed to me. Toyota has since denied assistance, even though the condition now represents a clear safety hazard. This frame corrosion is not cosmetic. It is structural and has already caused parts of the vehicle to detach.
FRAME IS RUSTING. BADLY.
[XXX] I ordered lower control arms from [XXX] . Not even a year later I had experienced a clunking noise when I turned the steering wheel. That weekend my wife and I rode up to our campsite. Seeing a deer in the road I slowed down only for the truck to veer to the left and almost hitting a logging truck. Talking to a mechanic, he told me that it was the bushings of the lower control arms at fault. Having no choice I bought two new control arms and had a shop put them on. Calling extreme terrain, they told me even though it has not been a year they couldn't give me a refund if I returned the old ones back to them. The contact owns a 2010 Toyota Tacoma. The contact stated that upon previous ownership; the vehicle was repaired under an unidentified NHTSA Campaign Number; however, the failure failed to prevent the failure from occurring. The contact stated that upon further inspection, the main frame of the vehicle had rusted. The local dealer was contacted; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired due to the cost. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 160,000.
The contact owns a 2010 Toyota Tacoma. The contact stated that while upon taking the vehicle for an annual inspection, he was informed that the sub frame was excessively corroded. The contact stated that the vehicle failed the State Inspection and was deemed unworthy to be driven on the road. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or an independent mechanic. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was 75,000.
FRAME IS RUSTING.
2010 Toyota Tacoma frame is rusting and deteriorating. vin [XXX] . Lou Fusz Toyota [XXX] on [XXX]. 138,748 miles. This vehicle is in good condition except for frame. at 15 year I would not expect a frame to rust and cause a possible dangerous situation. My local shop, GT's Auto, pointed out this frame deterioration during an oil change on [XXX]. The dealership agreed that this will become dangerous soon. I understand that 2005 -2010 Tacoma trucks had this same issue and a Class action on 21 May 2017. Please advise. Thank you. Recently had routine service done on my 2010 Toyota Tacoma. Mechanic noted a lot of corrosion of the frame, including where leaf springs and axles are connected. He said that he had difficulty putting the vehicle on the lift for service due to the amount of corrosion and that he could not assure me that the vehicle is safe to drive.
The chassis/ frame work of the pickup is rusted, corroded/ rotted. This is a known issue in there was a settlement on a lawsuit related to the problem for this year model and make vehicle and Toyota was responsible to fix the problem at no cost to the customer. I called the Toyota dealership and is being told that there is no outstanding recall for this issue for this VIN#. The fact remains that the vehicle has this safety issue and I’m asking for the repairs to be done at no cost to me. Thanks for your attention to this matter
See attached document for complaint.
The contact owns a 2010 Toyota Tacoma. The contact stated that the sub frame was extremely rusted underneath the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, who informed the contact that there was no warranty coverage for the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, but no additional assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 138,000.
the gas gauge on the dashboard does not work properly
On annual inspection vehicle did not pass due to holes in the frame
Truck will not pass inspection due to frame is rusted through. 76000 miles on vehicle. Toyota dealer refused to inspect. Mechanic refused to put vehicle on lift for other repairs.
The contact owns a 2010 Toyota Tacoma. The contact stated that while the vehicle was receiving a routine oil change, the mechanic observed that the frame was corroded and fractured near the front passenger’s side wheel. The contact was informed that the frame needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 120,000.
FRAME ROT/HOLES
Frame rotted and will not pass state inspection. Toyota dealer stated there was no recall on the frame, but some kind of warranty extension which is no longer active since 2022. I don't remember getting any notice from Toyota. I did get 3 recall notices, but nothing on the frame. Now they will not fix or do anything. I did not see it when I looked up recalls 2 years ago, and thought it was not effected. I have low mileage (69,000) on the vehicle that runs perfectly, but I its useless because I was never notified the frame had a safety issue. The Toyota dealer says they can't help me at all. My complaint is I was never notified about it and driving an unsafe vehicle. Now it will not pass inspection because Toyota sold me a faulty frame. How can Toyota not stand behind it's vehicles and make good in some way? There must be many others that missed this as well. Please help anyway you can. The contact owns a 2010 Toyota Tacoma. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken for State Inspection however, the vehicle failed the inspection due to cracks to the driver’s and passenger’s side sub frame, and corroded brake lines. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that both the driver’s and passenger’s side sub frame and brake lines needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. An undisclosed dealer was notified of the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was informed that an unstated recall had expired, and the previous vehicle owner was notified, but no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 132,000.
I was trying to sell my vehicle as private party but I kept being asked, by the potential buyers, if the frame of this vehicle was replaced under a manufacturer recall. Not knowing the right answer I asked a local dealer to verify if a frame recall was performed on my truck and the answer was NO. I bought this truck in Aug. 2018 from a used car dealer which sold me the vehicle AS IS but he didn't inform me that there was an active recall, then ultimately I contacted the manufacturer which told me that the recall was closed in July 2020. Apparently dealers cannot sell vehicles under active recalls unless they are addressed but I was sold one. In all this I've never have been contacted by the manufacturer/dealer to inform me of the recall, also I drove an unsafe vehicle for 5 years without knowing that in case of an accident, serious consequences could have occurred. As of now the vehicle is not on the road. Who would be the responsible party in this issue? Who should take action to address this? Thank you for your help!
The contact owns a 2010 Toyota Tacoma. The contact stated that while the vehicle was at the local service center, the mechanic discovered that the sub frame was severely rusted. The contact was informed that the vehicle would soon become unsafe to driving due to the severe rust. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer and local dealer were notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 183,000. The VIN was not available.
Frame has multiple holes in it up front near the cab mounts, dealer told me it doesn’t qualify for a new one or the frame recall that was sent out once even tho google says 15 years after manufacture date, 2010 and it’s not 2025 so I should still qualify. The frame damage was found upon a yearly state inspection so I’m not sure how it passed the first time.
My frame is completely rusted and I cant get the vehicle through inspection.
The contact owns a 2010 Toyota Tacoma. The contact stated while having a routine service check, the independent mechanic noticed that the subframe underneath the vehicle was rusted. The dealer was contacted and stated that the vehicle needed to be diagnosed. The vehicle was not diagnosed. The manufacturer was contacted, and a case was filed. No further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was 160,000. The consumer is requesting the recall to be honored so the vehicle can be repaired or replaced at a reasonable rate.
My vehicle, which has been inspected at my local Toyota dealership, has significant rust corrosion, with perforation through the frame in several areas. I was told by the service manager that Toyota had sent out letters to owners (not a recall) to bring their vehicles in for inspection for this problem and that they would repair or replace the frame. I had not received any correspondence about this issue and have been told that this program expired in September of 2021,which now leaves me with the financial liability of replacing or repairing, which I have been told would cost between 14-20 thousand. I have contacted "The Toyota Brand engagement center" case#221121001445, and they confirm they cannot and will not do anything for me. Please let me know what possible recourse I have in resolving this issue. Thank You!! Bruce Beeman 122 Ridgewood Acres Thomaston Connecticut 06787 (860) 283-8916
I recently had my oil changed and tires rotated. While on the lift, the mechanics found extensive rust in multiple spots on the frame. They said it may not be safe to drive at this point.
Was never notified of Class Action suit for rusted frame and replacement. Frame is swiss cheese on a vehicle that has 37,500 miles on it. The body is perfect but the frame is unsafe, did not pass inspection and unrepairable other than a frame replacement. I'm sure there are more of us out there. They performed "rust prevention" but there is no indication of rust. They inspected within 12 years of purchase date but did not replace. There is no way that this extent of rust happened in 2 years.
Frame is totally rusted out and crumbling. Unrepairable. There was a class action suit for this to be replaced, a recall to be replaced for years 2005-2010. The vehicle's body is in excellent condition, mechanically very sound but dangerous and could collapse within a few months.
My mechanic found excessive premature rusting to my truck's under carriage/frame. He suggested that I contact Toyota to see what could be done about this condition. Having never received a notice of recall I searched for recall information and called Toyota's "Brand Engage3ment Advocate". I found out that the recall for the frame expired 6 months ago. This is intolerable since the truck I own now was a replacement for a truck that had premature rusting of the frame. I thought surely that Toyota would have addressed this issue in my 2010 Tacoma and I was unaware that it would be a problem. Toyota Brand Engagement Center filed a case number for me (not really helpful to me) which is 221017000168.
FRAME on Truck is rusting ; Hole in Frame
I jacked the truck up, following the directions in the owners manual and the jack went right through the frame of the truck. Upon further inspection, the frame was seen to be flaking and crumbling apart. I looked into recalls and found that Toyota settled this situation on 2006-2008 and some 2010 Tacomas. Obviously my 2010 Tacoma is one of the defective ones.
After the truck failed inspection on 10/21/2021 due to underlying rust on the frame, we went researching to find out why a vehicle would experience a severe issue like this. This internet research revealed serious frame rust issues on Toyota Tacomas from 2003-2011 and that Toyota was actually replacing Tacoma frames because they knew of the problem. The next step was calling a local Toyota dealership, which told us that Toyota is replacing frames for rust under what they call a “warranty extension,” but it had just expired on 10/13/2021… 8 days prior to the failed inspection and they would no longer fix the problem. Before the failed inspection, we were never aware of this severe frame issue with many years of trucks… so we then called the Toyota company and they said they would no longer fix this issue, which leaves owners to either pay $10,000+ to replace the frame, or send their vehicle to be junked at the salvage yard. This is not standing by their product or taking care of serious safety issues, especially when most vehicles won’t show these signs of rust for 10-15 years… which basically forces many 2003-2011 Toyota Tacoma owners to take a total loss on their vehicles or pay more than $10,000 for Toyota’s mistake on these frames. The safety risks with having the frame rust out are obvious, because the frame is critical to the structure of the vehicle and could cause serious injury to passengers and vehicles passing by, if and when it breaks… if not caught by a yearly inspection.
Stepping on the break sometimes I have a good firm brake pedal others seem to go almost to the floor. Talking with a mechanic he had told me that there was numerous Toyota tacomas with the same issue. I have tried bleeding the brakes and still have the same symptoms I would think this would be a safety issue.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 TOYOTA TACOMA. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE GETTING THE VEHICLE INSPECTED BY AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THERE WAS RUST LOCATED ON THE FRAME NEXT TO THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE WHEEL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 104,000.
RUSTED FRAME UNABLE TO BE INSPECTED
ON 14 NOV 2020, I CALLED COGGINS TOYOTA, IN JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA IN REGARDS TO A RECALL ON LEAF SPRINGS FOR MY 2010 TACOMA. PER THE RECALL REMEDY ON THEIR WEBSITE, "TOYOTA WILL REPLACE THE LEAF SPRINGS WITH NEWLY DESIGNED ONES." THE SUPERVISOR AT COGGINS (JENNY, I BELIEVE) TOLD ME THE REMEDY WOULD ONLY BE IMPLEMENTED IF THE DEFECT CAN BE PHYSICALLY IDENTIFIED VIA INSPECTION, REGARDLESS OF WHAT IT SAYS ON THEIR RECALL WEB SITE. SHE REFUSED TO IMPLEMENT THE REMEDY IN SPITE OF THE RISK FACTORS, WHICH INCLUDE POSSIBLE FIRE INVOLVING THE FUEL TANK. TOYOTA SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO MITIGATE THE HAZARD, NOT WAIT FOR IT TO PRESENT ITSELF AND CAUSE HARM OR DEATH. PER THE TOYOTA RECALL WEBSITE: VIN: [XXX] YEAR: 2010 MAKE: TOYOTA MODEL: TACOMA RECALL DATE: SEPTEMBER 29, 2014 MANUFACTURER RECALL NUMBER: E02 DESCRIPTION; THE SUBJECT VEHICLES' REAR SUSPENSION SYSTEM CONTAINS LEAF SPRINGS THAT ARE CONSTRUCTED OF EITHER THREE OR FOUR LEAVES. THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT A LEAF COULD FRACTURE DUE TO STRESS AND CORROSION. IF THIS OCCURS AND THE VEHICLE CONTINUES TO BE OPERATED, THE BROKEN LEAF COULD MOVE OUT OF POSITION AND CONTACT SURROUNDING COMPONENTS, INCLUDING THE FUEL TANK. SAFETY RISK: IF THE BROKEN LEAF CONTACTS THE FUEL TANK REPEATEDLY, IT COULD PUNCTURE THE TANK AND CAUSE A FUEL LEAK. IN THE PRESENCE OF AN IGNITION SOURCE, THIS COULD RESULT IN A FIRE. REMEDY: TOYOTA WILL REPLACE THE LEAF SPRINGS WITH NEWLY DESIGNED ONES. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6). *TR
REAR LEAF APRINGS LOOK A BIT LOOSE AND WORN OUT
MY AIRBAG LIGHT CAME ON FOR NO APPARENT REASON. THERE WAS A RECALL FOR OTHER TOYOTA TACOMAS FOR AN AIR BAG SPIRAL ASSEMBLY HOWEVER MY MODEL WAS NOT INCLUDED. I TOOK THE TRUCK TO A TOYOTA DEALER WHO INFORMED ME THAT THE CABLE AND CONNECTIONS WERE RUSTY AND THE AIR BAG WOULD NOT FUNCTION IN A CRASH UNLESS THE ASSEMBLY WAS REPLACED. I PAID OUT OF POCKET TO HAVE THE CABLE REPLACED.
REAR LEAF SPRING IS ARCHED BACK LOOKS LIKE IT GOING TO BREAK I JUST NOTICED IT I TOOK IT IN FOR SERVICE AT BIG O TIRES AND THEY POINTED IT OUT
WHILE DRIVING, IT STARTED TO RAIN. NATURALLY I FLIPPED THE WIPERS ON. THE WIPERS STALLED AND STARTED THEN QUIT, MID-WIPE. WIPER MOTOR QUIT. IT ACTED FROZEN, IT SQUEAKED AND STALLED HALF-WAY THROUGH A WIPE ACTION. HAD TO PULL OFF BECAUSE VISIBILITY WAS POOR. GOT OUT, TRIED TO HELP THE WIPER ARM MOVE. THE MOTOR SQUEAKED. THE WIPERS WOULD NOT OPERATE AND WOULD NOT MOVE FROM ITS MID-WINDSHIELD LOCATION. WAITED UNTIL THE RAIN PASSED TO BEGIN DRIVING AGAIN. BECAUSE IT RAINS SO OFTEN HERE, THE WIPERS ARE REQUIRED EQUIPMENT, FOR SAFETY AND VISIBILITY. AN INOPERABLE WIPER SYSTEM RENDERS THE TRUCK INOPERABLE, IN OTHER WORDS USELESS. *TR
BROKEN REAR SPRING LEAF. SAME ISSUE AS NHTSA RECALL ID 14V604000 DATED 29 JAN 2016. RECALL ISSUED FOR TACOMA PRE-RUNNER AND 4X4. MY VEHICLE IS A 2010 TACOMA BASE MODEL. LAST COUPLE OF DAYS THE VEHICLE SOUNDED DIFFERENT AFTER GOING OVER A POTHOLE. TOOK THE VEHICLE TO MY MECHANIC AND HE REPORTED A BROKEN SPRING LEAF
HI. MY NAME IS [XXX] AND I BOUGHT MY 2010 TACOMA ( VIN. [XXX] ) USED AROUND 2 YEARS AGO FROM SHELOR MOTOR MILE. I LOVE THE TRUCK. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS I NOTICED THE FRAME IS STARTING TO RUST APART. I DON'T GO OFFROAD OR ANYTHING. I JUST USE THE TRUCK TO DROP MY 5 YEAR OLD OFF AT SCHOOL AND GO TO WORK MOSTLY. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO PUT USED OIL ON IT TO SLOW IT DOWN BUT I'M NOT SURE IF IT'S GOING TO BE ENOUGH. I NOTICED A HOLE IN THE FRAME AND NOW I'M NOT SURE IF IT WILL PASS NEXT INSPECTION. I ALSO WORRY THAT OTHER WELDS COULD BE RUSTING AND IT POSSIBLY BREAK IF I HIT A BUMP ON THE INTERSTATE AND THROW ME OFF THE ROAD. I STILL OWE AROUND $8,000 ON THE TRUCK. I'M NOT SURE WHAT TO DO. ANY HELP OR ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANK YOU. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6). *TR
AIRBAG LIGHT ILLUMINATED DISABLING THE VEHICLE'S AIRBAG SYSTEMS POTENTIALLY CAUSING SEVERE INJURY DURING A COLLISION. DEALERSHIP INSPECTION REVEALED FAILURE IN THE AIRBAG SPIRAL CABLE, AN EXISTING KNOWN FAULT RECALLED ON OTHER 2010 MODEL YEAR TACOMAS BY TOYOTA. THIS PARTICULAR VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE 2014 TOYOTA RECALL OF 2009-2010 FOR SPIRAL CABLE FAILURE. TOYOTA CURRENTLY HAS NO PLANS TO EXPAND THEIR PREVIOUS RECALL TO FIX THIS ISSUE ON OTHER AFFECTED VEHICLES.
THE STEERING COLUMN ASSEMBLY CONTAINS ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS TO THE DRIVER'S AIRBAG MODULE HOUSED IN A SPIRAL CABLE ASSEMBLY, WHICH INCLUDES A FLEXIBLE FLAT CABLE (FFC). DUE TO THE SHAPE AND LOCATION OF THE FFC'S RETAINER, THE FFC COULD BECOME DAMAGED WHEN THE STEERING WHEEL IS TURNED. WHILE DRIVING I NOTICED MY HORN QUIT WORKING AND MY AIRBAG WARNING CAME ON AND I KNOW THERE IS ALREADY A RECALL FOR THE SPIRAL CABLE ASSEMBLY BUT MY VIN # IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL.
I HIT A PARKED CAR WHILE DRIVING ABOUT 30 MPH. THE DRIVERS AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY.I SUFFERED MAJOR INJURYS. I HAD A CONCUSIN AND SUBDURAL HEMOTOMA AND HAD STITCHES IN MY MOUTH. THE AIR BAG WOULD HAVE SAVED ME ALOT OF PAIN
I AM NOT SURE IF THIS IS THE CORRECT FORUM FOR THIS OR NOT BUT HERE GOES....BROUGHT MY TACOMA IN TO THE DEALERSHIP REGARDING A RECALL RELATED TO POSSIBLE FRAME CORROSION. FROM THEIR INSPECTION IT WAS FOUND THE FRAME WAS INDEED CORRODED AND UNSAFE TO DRIVE. I AM TOLD I NEED A NEW FRAME AND THE PROCESS WILL TAKE 4 MONTHS. THEY DID OFFER ME A VERY NICE RENTAL VEHICLE. THE ISSUE I HAVE IS THEY SAID WHEN THE FRAME COMES IN THEY WILL NEED TO TOTALLY REBUILD THE TRUCK ON THE NEW FRAME (UNDERSTANDABLE). WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE WAS THE MENTION OF THE POSSIBILITY OF HAVING TO REPLACE SOME PARTS DURING THE REBUILD. LABOR WOULD BE FREE BUT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR PARTS. I HAVE HAD THIS TRUCK FOR YEARS WITHOUT ANY ISSUES...I LOVE THIS TRUCK. I AM NOW WORRIED I WILL INCUR A COST OF PARTS I WOULD HAVE NEVER HAD TO REPLACE AND AM ALSO WORRIED ABOUT FUTURE ISSUES MOVING FORWARD AS A RESULT OF THIS TOTAL REBUILD. IS THIS MY ONLY OPTION AT THIS POINT?? I WOULD ALMOST CONSIDER PURCHASING ANOTHER TACOMA INSTEAD OF WONDERING WHAT ISSUES MAY RESULT FROM THIS TOTAL REBUILD. DO I HAVE ANY OPTIONS?
