STALLING SOME TIMES IN STOP SIGN OR RED LIGHT NO CODES STABILYTRAK ON AND OFF

I GOT A RECALL AIR BAG NOTICE AND MY SERVICE AIR BAG IS ON. I AS WELL GOT A NOTICE FOR MY HEATED WASHER FLUID.
TAKATA RECALL - GM ISSUED A RECALL FOR OUR VEHICLE IN MAY, 2016 AND TO THIS DATE, DEALERS ARE STILL REPORTING NO PARTS AVAILABLE TO FIX THE DEFECTIVE AIR BAGS. WE CONTACTED CADILLAC CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT THIS AND WE'RE TOLD IT MAY BE SEVERAL MORE MONTHS BEFORE PARTS ARE AVAILABLE OR NHTSA CLOSES THE RECALL WITHOUT REPAIRS. THE PROBLEM IS WE'VE BEEN TRYING TO TRADE THE CAR IN ON A NEW VEHICLE, HOWEVER NO DEALERS WANT THE VEHICLE AS THEY CANNOT RESELL THEM WITH A PENDING RECALL AND NO PARTS ARE AVAILABLE TO FIX IT. WHAT IS OUR RECOURSE IN MAKING A CLAIM WITH GM AGAINST THE AMOUNT THEY HAVE DEVALUED OUR VEHICLE?
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START, THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM WAS NOT WORKING, AND THE AIR BAG INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A LOCAL DEALER (MARK CHRISTOPHER AUTO CENTER, LOCATED AT EAST CONVENTION CENTER WAY, ONTARIO, CA 91764, 909-390-2920) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 78,000.

AFTER CONTACTING THE LOCAL DEALER (ENGERSOLL AUTO OF DANBURY (84 FEDERAL RD, DANBURY CT.) AND THE MANUFACTURER, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE PARTS NEEDED TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE WERE NOT AVAILABLE. ADDITIONALLY, WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE THE MESSAGE 'SERVICE AIR BAG IMMEDIATELY' ILLUMINATED AND REMAINED ILLUMINATED. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE LOCAL DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE. ANOTHER VEHICLE TRAVELING 60 MPH FAILED TO STOP AT A RED LIGHT AND CRASHED INTO THE FRONT AND REAR DRIVER SIDE DOORS OF THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE. THE FRONT DRIVER'S AIR BAG, THE DOOR AIR BAG, THE CURTAIN AIR BAG, AND THE STEERING AIR BAG FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS ABLE TO INVESTIGATE THE VEHICLE'S BLACK BOX AT AN UNKNOWN LOCATION WERE THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED. HOWEVER, THE BLACK BOX DID NOT RECORD THE CRASH INFORMATION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED INJURIES TO THE RIGHT ARM, HIP, BACK, LEGS, AND FACE, WHICH REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. POLICE REPORT NUMBER: 16FL122187 WAS FILED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 89,000.
OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS, HAVE RECEIVED MULTIPLE LETTERS INFORMING ME ABOUT THE TAKATA RECALL ON MY VEHICLE. I HAVE REPEATEDLY CALLED MY LOCAL CADILLAC DEALERSHIP, FAULKNER CADILLAC IN MECHANICSBURG, PA. THE DEALERSHIP REPEATEDLY TELLS ME THAT THEY HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED PARTS TO REPAIR MY OPEN RECALL. I HAVE ALSO BEEN TOLD THAT THE ODDS OF A DEFECT ARE LOW. I AM A MOTHER OF THREE. I SPEND SEVERAL HOURS EACH DAY TRANSPORTING MY CHILDREN AND CARPOOLING OTHER CHILDREN TO AND FROM SCHOOL, PRACTICES, APPOINTMENTS AND TOURNAMENTS. TAKATA RECALL BOUGHT THE 2007 ESCALADE FROM MCARTHY-MORSE CHEVROLET IN OVERLAND PARK KANSAS ON OCTOBER 13,2016. WE WERE SHOWED A CARFAX THAT WAS CIEAN WITH NO RECALLS.THE TAKATA AIRBAG RECALL BEGAN IN MAY 2016.WHEN WE TRIED TO TRADE THE VEHICLE IN THE SAME DEALER SAID THEY DID NOT WANT TO TRADE FOR THE VEHICLE BECAUSE THERE WAS NO FIX FOR THE PROBLEM.

THE CONSUMER DECIDED TO GO WITH A MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE REPLICA VERSION. HOWEVER, THE REPLACEMENT RIMS APPEARED TO BE OF SIGNIFICANTLY LESS QUALITY THAN THE ORIGINAL RIMS. WHEN THE CONSUMER HIT A POTHOLE, PART OF THE RIM SHEARED OFF. THE ORIGINAL RIMS WERE STAMPED GM USA AND THE REPLACEMENT RIMS WERE STAMPED GM INDIA. *JB

I RECEIVED MY RECALL NOTICE IN 2016 AND HAVE TAKEN MY VEHICLE TO RON CARTER DEALERSHIP IN FRIENDSWOOD, TX WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED, HOWEVER, I WAS INFORMED THAT THE REPLACEMENT PART WAS NOT IN AND IT WILL BE INDEFINITELY. THE TRUCK HAS A HARD TIME ACCELERATING WHEN TRYING TO KEEP SPEED OR TRYING TO GO TO A HIGHER SPEED, ALSO A NOISE IS COMING FROM THE VEHICLE AFTER I TURN ON THE IGNITION. P0011 ENGINE CODE ONCE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON THE TRUCK RIDES HORRIBLE. GM HAS NO SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM. ITS A DESIGN FLAW LUBRICATING THE CAM SHAFT. I CHANGE THE OIL ONCE A MONTH. VEHICLE STALLED OUT IN VERY HEAVY TRAFFIC IN BOTH MARYLAND, AND INDIANA WHILE I WAS ON VACATION. THIS OCCURRED ON A MAJOR HIGHWAY IN BOTH OCCASIONS THAT WAS PACKED WITH TRAFFIC.THIS INCIDENT COULD HAVE EASILY RESULTED IN A MAJOR ACCIDENT THAT COULD HAVE BEEN HARMFUL TO BOTH ME AND MY FAMILY. THIS INCIDENT HAPPENED ON 2 OCCASIONS ,JULY 16TH 2016 AND JULY 22ND 2016.DEALERSHIP AT FIRST COULD NOT FIND THE PROBLEM AS WAS THE CASE WITH THE FIRST CADILLAC DEALERSHIP IN BETHESDA MARYLAND. THE 2ND DEALERSHIP TOOK A WEEK TO CREATE, IDENTIFY, AND HOPEFULLY REPAIR THE PROBLEM. REPLACING FUEL PUMP ENDED UP BEING THE CALL. 1005.00 DOLLARS LATER I CERTAINLY HOPE THAT THIS FIXED THE PROBLEM. THIS INDEED IS A HUGE SAFETY CONCERN AS IT DOES NOT SHOW ANY WARNINGS IT JUST STALLED OUT.

I BEEN FIGHTING THIS P0011 CODE FOR OVER A YEAR. I'VE REPLACED THE WHOLE ENGINE, SENSORS, ECM, AND OTHER THINGS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROBLEM. THIS CODE CAN BE ANYTHING. DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE FOR 100 THINGS TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH 1 CODE. I'VE OWNED MANY VEHICLES AND I HONESTLY NEVER EXPERIENCED A PROBLEM LIKE THIS. COSTED ME OVER 10K IN DIAGNOSTICS, PARTS, AND LABOR. I'M NOT THE ONLY 1 WITH THIS PROBLEM. VERY UNFAIR. CADILLAC SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS PROBLEM. THIS ENGINE DESIGN HAS TOO MANY FLAWS!

TAKATA RECALL. IT'S BEEN 2 YEARS SINCE THE RECALL NOTIFICATION AND NO SOLUTION HAS BEEN OBTAINED. I'VE EXHAUSTED ALL EFFORTS TO RESOLVE THIS DANGEROUS RECALL. IN 2016 & 2017 I ATTEMPTED TO TRADE IN MY VEHICLE AT THE CADILLAC DEALERS.
