AFTER YEARS OF RISKING MY LIFE DRIVING WITH HEADLIGHTS(LOW BEAMS) DIMMER THAN MY TURN SIGNALS, I GAVE UP AND BOUGHT SOME AFTERMARKET HOUSINGS. I READ A LITTLE ONLINE, AND SOME PEOPLE SAID THE THE PROJECTOR BOWLS BURN UP. AFTER REPLACING THESE, I DECIDED TO OPEN UP THE FACTORY ONES. WHEN I GOT THEM OPENED, I FOUND THE PROJECTOR BOWL TO BE BURNT UP. IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT GM/CADILLAC WON'T RECALL THEM, EVEN WITH SO MANY REPORTS OF THE DIM LOW BEAMS REPORTED ALL OVER THE INTERNET(EVEN ON THIS NHTSA GOVERNMENT WEBSITE.) THIS NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN. IT'S NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR PEOPLE TO JUST HAVE TO DEAL WITH EITHER RISK GETTING IN A WRECK, RUNNING THEIR HIGH BEAMS 24/7 WHICH IS A SAFETY CONCERN FOR OTHER DRIVERS, OR TO SHELL OUT THE MONEY FOR AFTERMARKET HOUSINGS.
THE HAPTIC WARNING FOR THE LEFT LANE DEPARTURE WORKED INTERMITTENTLY 2019-2020 AND THEN STOPPED WORKING COMPLETELY IN 2020. I WAS INFORMED IN JANUARY 2020 THAT THERE IS AN ELECTRICAL SHORT (BARE WIRES) IN THE WIRING UNDER THE DRIVER SEAT, WHICH CADILLAC IS REFUSING TO REPAIR AT THEIR EXPENSE.
IN THE PAST MONTHS, WE HAVE NOTICED THAT IT SEEMED OUR HEADLIGHTS DID NOT SEEM LIKE THEY WERE ON WHEN DRIVING AT NIGHT. WE HAVE GOTTEN OUT OF OUR CAR NUMEROUS TIMES TO CHECK AND MAKE SURE THAT THE LIGHTS ARE ACTUALLY ON. MOST RECENTLY WHEN DRIVING ON A TWO LANE ROAD, THE HEADLIGHTS SEEMED TO FLASH AND THEN MAKE A NUMBER OF FLASHING ON AND OFF MOVEMENTS. BEING THAT THIS WAS A ROAD WITH NO OTHER LIGHTING AND OUR BRIGHT LIGHTS DID NOT COME ON, IT WAS VERY DANGEROUS. I COULD NOT SEE AHEAD OF ME AND IT WAS RAINING. THERE WERE CARS BEHIND ME AND I COULDN'T SEE THE ROAD AHEAD OF ME. MY HUSBAND TALKED TO A MECHANIC AND HE SAID THAT THERE HAS BEEN OTHER CADILLAC OWNERS WITH HEADLIGHT ISSUES. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED AS IT COULD CAUSE A SERIOUS ACCIDENT.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO WALDORF CADILLAC (2298 CRAIN HWY, WALDORF, MD 20601, (301) 645-7000) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE HEADLIGHTS BULB CONNECTORS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VIN WAS NOT UNDER RECALL. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 95,000.
MY HEADLIGHTS ARE TO DIM, UNABLE TO SEE WHEN I'M DRIVING IN THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS. I HAVE TO SWITCH TO HIGH BEAM DUE TO MY SAFETY, BUT I'M DISTURBING OTHER CARS WHICH I CAN CAUSE THEM TO HAVE A ACCIDENT AS WELL. ALSO I CAN GET PULLED OVER BY A COP ANY MINUTE. I BEEN HAVING THIS PROBLEM SINCE DAY ONE WHEN I PURCHASE THE CAR OVER A YEAR AGO BUT I THOUGHT THIS WAS NORMAL ON THIS PARTICULAR CAR. PLUS I NEVER MADE IT A BIG DEAL DUE TO I HAD NO CHOICE TO CONTINUE DRIVING IT CAUSE I COULDN'T RETURN IT. SO WE JUST DECIDED TO USE THE CAR JUST DURING DAY TIME. BUT LATELY WE BE USING THE CAR DURING NIGHT TIME NOW IS BECOMING A PROBLEM.
YOU CAN NOT DRIVE THE CAR WITH LOW BEAMS AT NIGHT. CAN'T SEE AT ALL. MUST DRIVE WITH HIGH BEAMS AND BLIND ONCOMING TRAFFIC. PLEASE MAKE CADILLAC FIX THIS PROBLEM.
THE LOW BEAM HEAD LIGHTS ARE DIM MAKING THE CAR A SAFETY ISSUE TO DRIVE AT NIGHT. THERE HAS BEEN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST GM AND GM LOST. GM INDICATES THERE IS A PROBLEM BUT WILL NOT FIX THE ISSUE. THE DEALERSHIP WANT $2200 TO FIX THE PROBLEM WITH THE SAME PARTS THAT THAT ARE CAUSING THE PROBLEM.

THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE REPAIRS WOULD BE OUT OF POCKET. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 66,076.
WE PURCHASED A 2015 SRX CADILLAC MONDAY DEC 14 2020. WE HAD NOT DRIVEN IT AFTER DARK UNTIL WE PURCHASED. THE HEADLIGHTS ARE SO DIM WE COULD BARELY SEE THE ROAD IN A WELL LIT HIGHWAY. WE WERE CONCERNED WE WOULD NOT MAKE IT HOME. THESE LIGHTS ARE A HAZARD AND IT'S VERY DANGEROUS TO DRIVE AFTER DARK. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE BEFORE SOMEONE GETS KILLED.
THE HEADLIGHT IS SO DIMMED NOW THAT I CAN HARDLY SEE IF IT IS ON AT NIGHT. SO DANGEROUS WHEN I DRIVING AT THE NIGHT TIME.
THE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS HAVE LOW OUTPUT AND THE CAR IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE AT NIGHT. THE PROBLEM IS AMPLIFIED IN WET CONDITIONS. ON ROADS WITH NO STREET LIGHTS IT IS HARD TO SEE PAINTED LINES. ON COMING DRIVERS HAVE FLASHED THEIR HEADLIGHTS AT ME INDICATING THEY DO NOT THINK I HAVE MY LIGHTS ON PROPERLY. THIS IS AN ONGOING ISSUE.
DIM HEADLIGHTS HAVE BECOME INCREASINGLY DIM TO THE POINT I CAN HARDLY SEE THE ROAD AT NIGHT. I DON'T HAVE THE MOISTURE THAT OTHERS HAVE REPORTED. I HAVE RESEARCHED MORE ABOUT THIS ONLINE AND FOUND THAT THE DIMMING IS CAUSED BY THE HEAT OF THE HALOGEN BULBS DETERIORATING THE REFLECTIVE MATERIAL IN THE HEAD LIGHT HOUSING. SPECIFICALLY THE HELLA PROJECTION CAPSULE USED FOR THE LOW BEAM. THIS DETERIORATION IS A SLOW PROCESS AND GOES UNNOTICED UNTIL FINALLY IT BECOMES TO OBVIOUS TO IGNORE. THIS IS AN ONGOING ISSUE REPORTED BY THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE. THIS IS A DEFECTIVE PART THAT GM REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE. WHEN I TALKED THE MY LOCAL CADILLAC DEALER THEY PRETEND TO BE OBLIVIOUS ABOUT THIS PROBLEM.
MY HEADLIGHTS ARE EXTREMELY DIM. WHEN DRIVING AT NIGHT YOU CAN BARELY TELL THEY'RE ON.
The headlights incur condensation inside the headlight body, which makes the light from the headlights very dim. At night, this creates a very serious safety concern. 1. Other cars are not able to see you at night. 2. The driver is unable to see the road or other objects at night. There apparently was a lawsuit in 2 states on this safety concern, which they won. Please recall this, before someone else is killed.
THE HEAD LIGHTS ARE VERY DEM AT NIGHT IT IS AS IF THEY ARE NOT EVEN ON.
USING THE CAR FOR NIGHT DRIVING WAS THE FIRST TIME FOR ME IN MY RECENTLY PURCHASED, USED 2015 CADILLAC SRX AND AS I WAS COMING TO A RIGHT TURN LANE IN AN INTERSECTION WITH SIMILAR ONCOMING TRAFFIC PATTERN AND CARS FLASHING BRIGHTS, I DIMMED MY LIGHTS. I DID NOT SEE THE MAN RIDING A BICYCLE WITH HIS FLASHING BICYCLE LIGHTS, NOR HIS FLORESCENT WEAR STRIPS WITHIN A SAFE ENOUGH DISTANCE TO AVOID HIM WHEN HE DECIDED TO CROSS. FORTUNATELY, MY PASSENGER SCREAMED JUST IN TIME FOR ME AND HE ABANDONED HIS ATTEMPT AND DECIDED TO BAIL INTO A CULVERT DITCH, I DID NOT HIT HIM. I STOPPED AND HIS JEANS WERE JUST TORN AND HE SAID HE WAS OKAY, BUT, I WILL NOT PUT THOSE DIMS ON AGAIN.

The contact stated that the failure had caused her to drive with the high beam actuated at night. The contact also stated she had received an unknown recall notification related to the failure. The dealer and the manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 65,000.
Headlights so dim can't see to drive after dusk. contacted Cadillac inquired about recall, they're aware of this issue with this model and year no recall even with safety issues. I researched this and numerous srx with same problem some resulting in accidents with injury. Cadillac told me to take it to dealer and pay about $1000. Per side to replace with same defective lights and housings plus labor. Please look into this issue and help those of us in need of being able to see while driving after dusk. Thank you for any help you can provide.
RECENTLY NOTICED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT NIGHT, LOW BEAM LIGHTING IS VIRTUALLY NONEXISTENT MAKING IT EXTREMELY UNSAFE TO DRIVE IN DARKNESS. A LETTER DATED 2/28/20 REGARDING THIS EXACT ISSUE WAS RECEIVED BUT ONLY GAVE UNTIL 5/28/20 TO FILE A CLAIM. I HADN'T NOTICED ANY ISSUES AT THAT TIME AND, DUE TO COVID-19, WASN'T DRIVING ENOUGH, AND CERTAINLY AT NIGHT, TO NOTICE THIS ISSUE UNTIL RECENTLY. SO, NOW THERE IS NO RECOURSE WITH GM. CALLED GM CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY AND GOT THE "TOUGH LUCK" MESSAGE BACK - "YOU MISSED THE DEADLINE". THIS IS A SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED AS A SAFETY RECALL, NOT A LEGAL CLAIM LIMITED TO A 90-DAY WINDOW DURING A LOCKDOWN. PATHETIC REFLECTION ON GM.

WHILE TRAVELING ON 295 S IN RI .. I FELT WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A BLOW-OUT OF MY RIGHT REAR TIRE. I LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE SWAYING ALL OVER THE ROAD LOSING CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. LUCKLY I WENT OFF THE ROAD ONTO THE GRASSY AREA BUT WAS HEADING TOWARD TREES, I MANAGED TO TURN SLIGHTLY TO ONLY SIDE SWIPE ALL THE TREES BEFORE COMING TO A STOP. ALL THE AIR BAGS SIDE CURTAINS DEPLOYED. WHEN FIRST RESPONDERS ARRIVED ON THE SCENE LET GOT ME OUT OF THE CAR. EXPLAINING ABOUT THE BLOW-OUT THEY EXAMINED THE TIRE TO FIND NO FLAT... THEY TOWED THE VEHICLE, THE MECHANIC CALLED IN THE MORNING TO REPORT THE ISSUE WAS THE SUSPENSION.... HE STATED THE INNER TIRE ROD END WAS NOT TOUQED PROPERLY. MY 2015 SRX WAS TOTALED.
What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? Air bags,crash alerts, rear view cameras,faulty emissions,multiple car part replacement failures, burning wires, low fluids,ac headlight and accessories all failing, fan running, on star error,car engine to hot shutting down, abs traction control errors stabiitrac error among so many others. How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? 5 accidents, headlights dim Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center?yes sapaugh go country in Herculaneum mo. Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? Yes on all bushcraft, gm reports open 6, Ontario diagnostic errors, unsafe to drive according to on star. Were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear?diagnostic errors 72 plus from on star diagnotics. WHILE I'M DRIVING MY DRIVER SEAT MOVES FORWARD AND MY BRAKE AND GAS PEDAL DO AS WELL. REAR LIFT GATE IS AUTOMATICALLY CLOSING, AND DOESN'T STAY OPEN. I'VE BEEN INJURED BY THIS & HAVE PICTURES OF MY BRUISES. I WASN'T ABLE TO STOP THE LIFT GATE FROM CLOSING & WAS PINNED IN MY TRUNK. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS! I'VE READ ABOUT SIMILAR SITUATIONS ON LINE. I'M VERY SURPRISED THERE ISN'T A RECALL ABOUT THIS.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER THE REAR HATCH DOOR ELECTRONICALLY OPENED, THE WIFE REACHED INSIDE THE TAILGATE AREA TO PUT GROCERY BAGS INSIDE WHEN THE REAR HATCH DOOR ERRONEOUSLY RELEASED AND CAME DOWN STRIKING THE WIFE IN THE HEAD. DURING THE INCIDENT, THE WIFE SUSTAINED A MINOR HEAD INJURY. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE LOCAL DEALER ED MARTIN CADILLAC LOCATED AT 5400 S SCATTERFIELD RD, ANDERSON, IN 46013 WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 57,000.

The contact stated no warning lights was illuminated. The vehicle was diagnosed but not repaired. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME MY SCREEN HAS CRACKED SINCE I BOUGH THE CAR BRAND NEW IN 2015. THE CADILLAC CUE/NAVIGATION/RADIO/SIRIUSXM'S SCREEN IS CRACKING AGAIN. CADILLAC HAS REPLACED THE SCREEN 2 TIMES (ONCE IN 2017 AND 2018). THE SCREEN HAS ONCE AGAIN CRACKED. THIS IS EXTREMELY DANGER AS IT MAKE THE SCREEN UNUSABLE INCLUDING THE CAMERA SYSTEM. THE CAR IS ALWAYS PARKED WHEN THIS HAPPENS.

THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V571000 (SUSPENSION). THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 74,926.
THE CUE GPS SCREEN IS STARTING TO CRACK. MY CAR HAS LESS THAT 28000 MILES. IN ONLINE SEARCHING I SEE THAT THIS IS A COMMON. ACCORDING TO THE THREADS I HAVE READ THIS HAS NOT BEEN DECLARED A RECALL. WHY NOT?
ENGINE LIGHT APPEARED ON AND OFF. VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE MECHANOC FOR DIAGNOSTIC. CODES APPEARED FOR TIMING CHAINS AND CAMSHAFT. ALSO Z
There was a defective light headlamp recall issued in year 2020 for my vehicle 2015 SRX Cadillac. This was during the COVID pandemic. The recall started around March 2020 and ended June 2020. I was affected by COVID 19 as many were and I missed that window by a couple weeks. There was a noticeable dimming with my headlamps when driving at night. This issue has threatened me and my family putting our lives at risk. I took my vehicle back to Steve Foley Cadillac where I purchased it and it was confirmed that the headlamps were defective and needed replacement. Management in parts department told me I had to contact GM to get their approval to replace my headlamps in writing or I would have to pay out of pocket (2000.00 +) because the recall had expired by a couple weeks prior to getting my vehicle in for inspection. I continued to reach out to GM with many phone calls thru emails and texts they continued to say someone will call me back or e-mail me but it never happened. The safety and care of customers should never be compromised or ignored when catastrophic outcomes are present.

I PARKED MY CAR OUTSIDE A FRIEND'S HOUSE IN TROY, MICHIGAN. AFTER ABOUT 5 HOURS OR SO, I WENT TO LEAVE AND THE ENTIRE SCREEN LOOKS LIKE IT HAD SHATTERED ON THE INSIDE. IT IS A CIRCULAR PATTERN AND IS NOT CRACKED FROM THE OUTSIDE. I LOOKED THIS ISSUE UP AND IT APPEARS THERE IS A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FOR THIS ISSUE. MY DEALER TOLD ME IT WOULD COST APPROXIMATELY $1300 TO FIX, WHICH I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY ABOUT AS A VEHICLE SHOULD NEVER DO THIS.

The headlights seals have failed and it’s is very hard to drive at night. Dangerous They new the headlight seals were faulty from the very beginning yet they still installed them in the car. They voluntarily replaced the headlights on many of the cars but refuse to replace my headlights. I cannot afford approximately 1400.00 to replace headlights that they should be held responsible for. I know that I am not the only person to complain about the headlight problem and I feel a recall is the only way to make them assume their responsibilities. These headlights make it very difficult to drive at night. Your help resolving this is the only hope consumers have to get the headlights replaced. 2015 CADILLAC SRX HAS A SAFETY ISSUE RELATED TO HEADLIGHTS. THE LIGHT ARE TOO DIM AT NIGHT. THIS CAR SHOULD NOT BE DRIVEN AT NIGHT BECAUSE OF A COLLISION THAT CAN RESULT IN DEATH. GM KNOWS ABOUT THE PROBLEM BUT IGNORE IT ASKING OWNER TO REPLACE THE HEADLIGHTS WITH AN EXISTING DESIGN THAT EVEN PARTS DO NOT EXISTS. GM MUST ISSUE A CLEAR WARNING TO ALL OWNER ABOUT THE DANGER OF DRIVING AT NIGHT AND ISSUE AN IMMEDIATE RECALL AND COME UP WITH A FIX TO THE PROBLEM AND NOT JUST A REPLACEMENT OF THE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY WITH THE SAME OLD DESIGN.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CADILLAC SRX. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT NIGHT, THE HEADLIGHTS WERE VERY DIM AND FAILED TO PROJECT A HEADLIGHT BEAM ENOUGH FOR SAFE VEHICLE OPERATION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT ON ONE OCCASION WHILE DRIVING AT NIGHT WHILE MAKING A TURN, THE CONTACT ALMOST WENT OFF OF THE ROADWAY DUE TO INSUFFICIENT LIGHTING FROM THE HEADLIGHTS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO VAL WARD CADILLAC, INC (12626 S TAMIAMI TRAIL, FORT MYERS, FL 33907) WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE FAILURE WAS DUE TO A MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT IN THE DESIGN OF THE HEADLIGHTS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,000.
BOUGHT MY CADILLAC 2015 SRX LAST APRIL 2019, IS HAS BEEN THRU ONE WINTER. JUST A FEW MONTHS BACK NOTICED A BURN IN THE SEAT BACK DOWN AT THE BEND WHILE CLEANING THE CAR. TOOK MY CAR TO QUANTRELL OF LEXINGTON, KY DEALER AND THEY WILL NOT COVER THE REPLACEMENT AND STATED THEY CALLED THE MANUFACTURER AND THEY WILL NOT COVER THE REPLACEMENT. I WAS TOLD IT WAS A SEAT WARMER MALFUNCTION. IT IS A MIRACLE THAT MY CAR DID NOT CATCH ON FIRE. THE CTS MODELS WERE RECALLED FOR THIS VERY REASON, BUT THE WILL NOT RECALL THE SRX'S. I HAVE SEEN MANY COMPLAINTS ONLINE FOR THE SRX. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY TO REPLACE MY SEAT AND SEAT WARMER WHEN THIS IS A VEHICLE SAFETY ISSUE. *TR

THE CONTACT USED THE HIGH-BEAM HEADLIGHTS FOR PROPER VISIBILITY AT NIGHT. THE CONTACT HAD TAKEN THE VEHICLE TO CADILLAC OF LAS VEGAS (5185 W SAHARA AVE, LAS VEGAS, NV 89102) WHERE SHE WAS INFORMED THAT A NOTICE FOR THE REPAIR SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT OUT TO HER HOWEVER, THE CONTACT HAD NOT RECEIVED A NOTICE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.*DT THE CONSUMER STATED THE DEALER INSPECTED VEHICLE AND FOUND THE HEADLIGHTS WERE DIM. THE HEADLIGHTS WERE REMOVED AND REPLACED. THE CONSUMER CALLED PRIORITY CARE AND WILL OBTAIN A REFUND IN ONE MONTH. *TR*DT*DT*JB*JB*DT*JB*DT*JB CONSUMER STATED CAR HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CADILLAC SRX. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH, THE THAT BEAM PROJECTED FROM THE HEADLAMPS WERE INSUFFICIENT TO ILLUMINATE THE ROADWAY, WHICH MADE IT DIFFICULT TO SAFELY OPERATE THE VEHICLE AFTER DARK OR IN LOW LIGHT CONDITIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO CADILLAC OF MEMPHIS LOCATED AT 5433 POPLAR AVE MEMPHIS, TN 38119, WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS DIAGNOSED AND THE CONTACT INFORMED THAT THE HEADLAMP ASSEMBLIES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED AS OF YET. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE AND A CASE WAS FILED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 58,500.
RECEIVED A SAFETY NOTICE FROM CADILLAC AS PART OF CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. HEADLIGHTS MAY BE SUBJECT TO DIMMING AND/OR COMPLETE LOSS OF THE HEADLIGHTS DUE TO CORROSION FROM MOISTURE WITHIN THE SEALED HEADLIGHT UNIT. TOOK MY 2015 SRX IN FOR SERVICE AND THEY SAID THE HEADLIGHTS NEED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. BECAUSE THIS IS NOT A RECALL IT IS UP TO THE INDIVIDUAL TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR AND THEN SEEK REIMBURSEMENT FROM CADILLAC. DUE TO THE EXTREME SAFETY CONCERNS,LOSS OF HEADLIGHTS AND POTENTIAL FOR A NIGHTTIME CRASH WITH RESULTING INJURY OR DEATH, I'M ASKING YOU TO INVESTIGATE THIS FOR A POTENTIAL RECALL. BECAUSE THE UNIT IS SEALED, I CAN'T PROVIDE PHOTOS THAT SUPPORT MY CLAIM THAT MOISTURE HAS BUILT UP INSIDE (BEHIND) THE HEADLIGHTS. THIS HAS BEEN A KNOWN PROBLEM FOR OVER A YEAR AND MAY HAVE RESULTED IN CRASHES AND INJURIES THAT ARE UNKNOWN TO ME. *TR
