TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 CHEVROLET MALIBU. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SERVICE AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO STATED THAT THE AIR BAG WAS DEACTIVATED. AS A RESULT, THERE WAS A WIRE CONNECTION THAT FAILED AND THE WIRING MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 59,356.
I WAS DRIVING TO MARYLAND FOR CHRISTMAS BREAK ON I95 GOING 70 MPH ON CRUISE CONTROL WHEN ALL THE SUDDEN MY CAR MADE A NOISE AND SHOOK. THEN THE ESC MESSAGE CAME UP ON MY DASHBOARD ALONG WITH THE TRACTION CONTROL SYMBOL "SERVICE TRACTION ESC."THEN MY CAR SWITCHED TO REDUCED ENGINE POWER AND I WAS ONLY ABLE TO GO 25 MPH. I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF TRAFFIC AND HAD TO TURN ON MY HAZARDS AND MAKE MY WAY OVER TO THE SHOULDER TO INCH MY WAY TO THE NEXT EXIT. WHEN I GOT TO THE SHOULDER THE CAR WAS SHAKING LIKE IT WOULD STALL OUT AND SOUNDED LIKE IT WAS MISFIRING. I SHUT MY CAR OFF AND WAITED ABOUT FIVE MINUTES. WHEN I TURNED IT BACK ON I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE ANOTHER 20 MILES BEFORE THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN. THIS HAPPENED 6 TIMES BEFORE I FINALLY MADE IT TO A MECHANIC WHO TOLD ME THAT I HAD A BAD THROTTLE BODY AND IT WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. FOUR AND A HALF HOURS LATER I FINALLY MADE IT TO MY DESTINATION. I WENT TO A CHEVROLET DEALER WHO THEN TOLD ME THAT THE PART AND SERVICE WOULD COST ME 825 TO FIX AND THAT THIS WAS NOT UNDER WARRANTY. *JS
CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON, REDUCED ENGINE SPEED, LOW TRACTION LIGHTS CAME ON, AND COULD GO OVER 40 MPH. WE STOPPED AND LET IT SIT FOR APPX 5 MINUTES, AND WERE ABLE TO DRIVE IT HOME. MY SON HAS AN AUTOMOTIVE COMPUTER WE WERE ABLE TO HOOK UP AND IT READ THE MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR. WE REMOVED IT AND CLEANED IT WITH MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR CLEANER AND REPLACED IT. AS SOON AS WE STARTED THE CAR UP, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WENT OFF. THE CAR DROVE FINE UNTIL 2-7-2015 WHERE THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED AT APPX 74,700 MILES. WE TOOK IT IN TO THE DEALERSHIP (COUGHLIN AUTOMOTIVE IN CIRCLEVILLE) ON 2-14-15. THEY TESTED IT AND IT SHOWED THE CODE P2135 #PIP2019 THEY CHECKED CONNECTORS FOR CORROSION & DAMAGE , BUT FOUND NOTHING. THEY RAN THE THROTTLE SWEEP TEST. IT TESTED OK. THEY CLEARED THE CODE & DROVE & COULDN'T GET IT TO DO IT AGAIN. THEY SAID THEY JUST CAN'T REPLACE PARTS BECAUSE THEY COST TOO MUCH, NOT KNOWING EXACTLY WHAT THE ISSUE IS. THEY SAID IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN, TO BRING IT IN. MY WIFE DRIVES THIS CAR EVERY DAY TO COLUMBUS OHIO DURING RUSH HOUR, ON STATE HIGHWAYS. I'M SCARED THIS IS GOING TO HAPPEN AGAIN DURING RUSH HOUR AND SOMETHING BAD IS GOING TO HAPPEN LIKE A SERIOUS ACCIDENT AND OR LOSS OF LIFE TO SOMEONE. SO, DOES GM THINK PARTS COST MORE THAN A LOSS OF LIFE BECAUSE OF THIS ISSUE?????? *TR
I WAS DRIVING HOME FROM BEING OUT OF TOWN ON 10/15/13 WHILE DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY WHILE DRIVING ABOUT 80MPH WHEN OUT OF NO WHERE THE CAR STARTED TO SHAKE AND VIBRATE THEN THE "TRACTION LIGHT ,SERVICE ESC,ENGINE POWER TURNING OFF AND CAR WENT FROM GOING 80MPH TO 10MPH ON THE FREEWAY, WHILE A BIG DIESEL TRUCK WAS BEHIND ME IN WHICH I WAS TO BE ABLE TO PULL TO THE SIDE TO AVOID BEING REAR ENDED BY THE DIESEL, IN WHICH I HAD MY (XXX) YR OLD DAUGHTER IN THE CAR AND OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS. ON DECEMBER 23,2014, THE SAME THING OCCURRED WHILE DRIVING THE CAR AT 60MPH IT REDUCES SPEED TO ALMOST ZERO MPH,SHAKES WITH THE "TRACTION SENSOR LIGHT AND "SERVICE ESC ENGINE POWER TURNING OFF COMES ON AND THE CAR STALLS! LEAVING ME STRANDED AND HAVING THE VEHICLE TOWED AGAIN! THE FIRST TIME THIS OCCURRED THE DEALERSHIP TOLD ME SINCE THE ENGINE LIGHT WASN'T ON ANYMORE IT WOULD BE DIFFICULT TO DIAGNOSE!? I CONTINUED TO DRIVE THE CAR UNTIL THE SECOND INCIDENT! THE INSTRUMENT PANEL TOLD ME THAT I LOST ENGINE POWER. THE ERROR MESSAGE SAYS "ENGINE POWER REDUCED/SERVICE TRACTION/SERVICE ESC". MY CAR LOST POWER FROM EX: 40 MPH TO 30 MPH, AND COULDN'T GO ABOVE 50 MPH DEPENDING ON THE GRADE OF THE ROADS. IT WOULD CLIMB SPEED VERY SLOWLY. THIS HAS HAPPENED THREE TIMES IN TWO WEEKS. I HAD TO DRIVE WITH MY HAZARD LIGHTS ON UNTIL I PULLED OVER SAFELY. I WOULD HAVE TO SHUT OFF THE CAR FOR A FEW MINUTES. SOMETIMES IT WOULDN'T TOTALLY RESET; SOMETIMES IT WOULD. IT COMES BACK ON UNEXPECTEDLY. *TR

THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 70 MPH, THE VEHICLE LOST ACCELERATION AND THE ESC, TRACTION CONTROL, AND REDUCED POWER SPEED WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE THROTTLE BODY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 59,000.
2011 CHEVROLET MALIBU. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO ENGINE FAILURE AND REQUESTS REIMBURSEMENT. *SMD THE CONSUMER'S REQUEST FOR REIMBURSEMENT WAS DENIED., BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THE GM, THE REPAIR THAT WAS PERFORMED, WAS NOT COVERED BY THE RECALL. THE CONSUMER STATED HE WAS STRANDED, DUE TO LOOSING ENGINE POWER. THE DEALER REPLACED THE THROTTLE BODY. *JB
2011 CHEVY MALIBU WITH 30,000 MILES. SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST WEEK, I WAS AT A RED LIGHT OR STOP SIGN AND THE CAR JUST QUIT! THIS IS A SAFETY DANGER. SOMEONE IS GOING TO GET BADLY HURT OR KILLED. THE DEALERSHIP DOESN'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG. THIS IS A HUGE SAFETY ISSUE!!

HAD ISSUES WITH STEERING PROPERLY, I HAD TO PULL OVER AND WAIT ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD UNTIL SOME ONE CAME OUT TO HELP PULL THE CAR HOME. THE SCARY PART WAS THAT THIS HAPPENED DURING RUSH HOUR. *TR

THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED AND EXCESSIVE FORCE WAS REQUIRED BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED MULTIPLE TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR A DIAGNOSIS WHERE THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE POWER STEERING MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN RECALL NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14E044000 (STEERING). THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
CANNOT PASS INSPECTION! SHORT CIRCUIT FAULT - CAMSHAFT POSITION ACTUATOR SOLENOID FAULT. OPEN OR SHORT CIRCUIT DETECTION CONDITION IN THE SOLENOID. THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE AND DEFECT WITH CHEVY MALIBU AND OTHER MODELS AND MY VIN HAS NOT HAD ONE RECALL ISSUED ON IT - THOUGH THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL RECALLS ALREADY ON OTHER MALIBU 2011 MODELS. NEED TO HAVE DATELINE NBC OR AN ATTORNEY INVESTIGATE VIN FRAUD FOR NOT HAVING MY VIN # ASSIGNED THESE RECALLS FOR WHICH THE MANUFACTURER WOULD PAY FOR ALL REPAIRS RELATED TO THESE KNOWN SAFETY DEFECTS. *TR

THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. HOWEVER, A YEAR LATER, THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING OVER A RAILROAD WHEN THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS SUCCESSFULLY RESTARTED AFTER TWENTY MINUTES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,000.
I WAS DRIVING MY VEHICLE ON AT 50 MPH AND VEHICLE REDUCED TO A UNSAFE SPEED WITH THE ERROR MESSAGES "SERVICE TRACTION" "ESC OFF" AND "ENG PWR REDUCED". THE UNSAFE DROP IN SPEED ALMOST CAUSED A CAR TO HIT ME IN THE BACK. THIS IS A VERY SCARY PROBLEM AND IF I WAS ON THE EXPRESSWAY AND THIS OCCURRED SOMETHING VERY BAD COULD HAVE HAPPEN. A RECALL ON THE VEHICLE OR THE THROTTLE BODY NEED TO BE MADE PUBLIC BEFORE SOMEONE IS SERIOUSLY INJURE DUE TO THIS FLAW! *TR
AS I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY, MY SERVICE AIR BAG LIGHT ILLUMINATED. ONSTAR WAS CALLED AND THEY DIAGNOSED THE CAR AS HAVING AN MALFUNCTION IN THE AIR BAG, PULLED OFF TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND HAD CAR TOWED TO NEAREST DEALERSHIP. AS I WAS WAITING FOR THE TOW COMPANY TO ARRIVE, I TRIED TO START THE VEHICLE AFTER 2 HOURS TO WHICH ALL LIGHTS STARTED FLASHING AND CAR WENT COMPLETELY DEAD. NOTE, CAR WAS JUST IN THE SHOP 2 DAYS PRIOR FOR OIL CHANGE AND RECALL ON BCM. DEALERSHIP CAME BACK WITH A $1200.00 ESTIMATE FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF AN AIRBAG. $858.00 FOR THE AIRBAG REPLACEMENT AND $241.00 FOR A NEW BATTERY. DEALERSHIP WOULD NOT COVER THIS UNDER WARRANTY STATING SOMETIMES ELECTRONICS HAVE ISSUES. *JS
WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY, MY POWER ENGINE WARNING CAME ON AND THE SAME AS WARNING LIGHTS FOR ESC AND TRACTION WARNING. I JUST RECENTLY TOOK MY CAR INTO THE DEALER FOR FIXING THE RECENT RECALL PROBLEM AND I WONDER IF IT MADE MY CAR WORSE?? THE SERVICE AIR BAG INDICATOR LIGHT REMAINS LITE AND THE WORDS STAY ON THE DISPLAY WINDOW. HAD A DIAGNOSTIC DONE ON THE CAR ON 11/29/2014 AND WAS TOLD THAT THE COMPUTER MODULE IS BAD AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. I WAS TOLD THAT IF IN A ACCIDENT THAT THE AIR BAGS MIGHT NOT DEPLOY. COULD THIS ALSO CAUSE THE AIR BAGS TO DEPLOY UNEXPECTEDLY? IF THIS IS A SAFTEY ISSUE, SHOULDN'T IT BE COVERED NO MATTER IF THE WARRANTY/EXTENDED WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED? *JS

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ENGINE MANAGEMENT AND IGNITION SENSOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.

THE CONTACT HAD TO RESTART THE VEHICLE IN ORDER FOR IT TO RESUME NORMAL OPERATION. HOWEVER, THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 8,700.
WHILE IDLING, MY 2011 MALIBU'S ESC LIGHT ILLUMINATES EVERY DAY AND AT EVERY RED LIGHT/STOP SIGN. THE VEHICLE ALSO DRIVES ON ITS OWN AT 72 MPH AFTER I TAKE MY FOOT OFF THE GAS PEDAL. THE LOCAL CHEVY DEALER REQUIRES ME TO PAY A SERVICE FEE TO CHECK FOR A PROBLEM THAT THEY ARE WE'LL FAMILIAR WITH. I DID REC'VE A CALL FROM CHEVY CORP WHO STATED THEY WILL PAY FOR THE FIRST HOUR TO ATTEMPT TO DIAGNOSIS THE PROBLEM, BUT I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COST AFTER THE FIRST HOUR/COFFEE BREAK. I HAVE A 2011 CHEVROLET MALIBU AND WHEN IT RAIN THE DRIVER SIDE ON THE INSIDE ALWAYS GETS WET. ITS THE LEFT SIDE ONLY THAT HAS WATER ON IT. THIS IS BECOMING A PROBLEM BECAUSE I ONLY HAVE HAS THIS CAR FOR A YEAR. YES IT DOES HAVE A SUNROOF BUT NO WATER IS COMING FROM THE SUNROOF. I HAVE HEARD SEVERAL OF TIMES IT COULD BE THE DRAIN TUBE. *TR
I WAS DRIVING THE MALIBU ON THE HIGHWAY AND THE STEERING WHEEL BEGAN SHAKING AND THE DASH BOARD INDICATED THAT THE POWER STEERING WAS OUT AND THAT THE ESC MUST BE SERVICED. I TOOK THE CAR TO CHEVROLET AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE IS A RECALL ON THIS ISSUE BUT MY VIN WAS NOT COVERED. THE MECHANIC SAID THAT MY ISSUE WITH THE MALIBU IS THE SAME ISSUE THAT IS CURRENTLY LISTED AS A RECALL FOR OTHER MALIBU (S) OF THE SAME YEAR. THIS HAS HAPPENED MANY TIMES. I SEARCHED FOR THIS ISSUE WITH OTHER MALIBU OWNERS AND LEARNED THAT THIS IS A COMMON ISSUE. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS AND SCARY ESPECIALLY WHEN DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY. I HAVE HIGH MILEAGE BECAUSE I DRIVE 160 MILES TO WORK EACH DAY. PLEASE ADD MY CAR VIN TO THE RECALL LIST. *TR

THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THERE WAS A SUDDEN INCREASE OF ENGINE RPMS. HOWEVER, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO ACCELERATE. THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO RESTART BUT THE FAILURE PROGRESSED OVER TIME. SEVERAL MONTHS LATER, THE CONTACT RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION FOR RECALL NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V252000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL, EXTERIOR LIGHTING, SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC, VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL). THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, WHERE IT WAS SERVICED UNDER THE RECALL AND THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE CAM SHAFT POSITION ACTUATOR SOLENOID VALVE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY WOULD NEED TO BE REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 85,656.

I BOUGHT IN JUNE OF 2014. IN OCTOBER OF 2014 WENT TO START VEHICLE AND IT WOULD NOT START. I CALLED GM WHO THEN CONTACTED MY LOCAL AUTHORIZED DEALER AND THEY TOWED THE CAR IN. THEY STATED THE FUEL PUMPED HAD SHORTED. IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY SO THEY REPLACED IT. THE NEXT INCIDENT WAS JAN 13, 2015 WHERE MY CAR HAD CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON AND ENGINE REDUCED POWER LIGHT WOULD COME ON ALONG WITH SERVICE AIR BAG LIGHT. I CALLED GM AND GOT A CASE NUMBER. TOOK IT TO SAME AUTHORIZED DEALER THEY INFORMED M THE THROTTLE BODY HAD SHORTED THIS TIME. AT A MILEAGE OF 44836 THIS ISSUE NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY SO I PAID 464 DOLLARS OUT OF POCKET TO HAVE THE VEHICLE FIXED. THE NEXT INCIDENT WAS MARCH 5, 2015 WHERE THE CAR ONCE AGAIN HAD THE ENGINE LIGHT ON, REDUCED ENGINE POWER, AND SERVICE AIR BAG LIGHT. I CALLED GM AND THE AUTHORIZED DEALERSHIP WHERE I HAD TAKEN THE VEHICLE TWICE BEFORE. THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY INSTALLED A NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM TO MY VEHICLE AND THAT IT SHOULD BE GOOD TO GO. 5/22/15, I CALLED TO GET AN OIL CHANGE AND I ALSO INFORMED THE DEALERSHIP THAT MY SERVICE AIR BAG LIGHT IS COMING ON ONCE AGAIN BUT I AM NOT GETTING ANY OF THE OTHER ALERTS THAT HAD GONE ALONG WITH IT BEFORE. I CALLED GM AND SET A CASE AND TOLD THEM THAT I NO LONGER FELT SAFE DRIVING THIS VEHICLE BECAUSE WITH THE SERVICE AIR BAG BEING ALERTED THE AIRBAGS WILL NOT DEPLOY IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT. THE DEALERSHIP PUT ME IN A RENTAL FOR TWO WEEKS WHILE THEY TRIED SEVERAL WAYS TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. JUNE 2ND I WAS CALLED TO COME AND PICK UP MY CAR. THE GM REP STATED THAT ENGINEERING TECH DEPARTMENT SUGGESTED TO CHANGE THE SENSORS IN THE SEATS OF THE CAR. I AM WORRIED ABOUT THE SAFETY OF MY FAMILY WHILE RIDING IN THIS VEHICLE IF THERE IS IN-FACT AND UNDERLYING ISSUE WITH MY VEHICLES AIRBAGS.

I FIRST CONTACT WEBB CHEVY OAK LAWN WHO WAS NOT ABLE TO GIVE ME AN APPOINTMENT UNTIL 2 WEEKS AWAY SO I CONTACTED THE CHEVROLET CUSTOMER CARE AND SPOKE WITH A REP WHO HELPED ME TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WITH KINGDOM CHEVROLET AND TO RECEIVE A GM RENTAL. I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE LICENSED SHOP WHERE I HAVE MY CAR SERVICED AND THEY REFUSED TO PAY THE ENGINE DIAGNOSTICS FEE I HAD ALREADY HAD COMPLETED. KINGDOM CHEVROLET CAME UP WITH THE SAME DIAGNOSTIC CODES AS BRACH'S AUTO AND SUGGESTED A THROTTLE BODY SERVICE AND FUEL INJECTION SERVICE FOR RUNNING ISSUES. AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED I TOOK IT BACK TO BRACH'S AUTO TO HAVE THEM CHECK IT OUT AND IT WAS SUGGESTED THAT I DO THE THROTTLE BODY SERVICE WHICH I HAD COMPLETED.

WE FINALLY DECIDED TO STOP AND BUY A NEW BATTERY CABLE. WE MADE IT TO TEXAS AND HAD NO PROBLEMS UNTIL WE WERE HEADED BACK HOME FROM TEXAS. WE MADE IT ABOUT HALFWAY HOME WHEN WE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. WE HAD TO PULL OFF THE ROAD ABOUT 15 TIMES TOTAL. EACH TIME WE JUST TURNED THE CAR OFF FOR A MOMENT. WE WOULD GET BACK IN THE CAR AND MAKE IT ABOUT 10MILES DOWN THE ROAD WHEN THE SAME ISSUE STARTED AGAIN. MY FIANCE FINALLY THOUGHT MAYBE OUR BATTERY WAS GOING BAD. WE STOPPED AND BOUGHT A NEW BATTERY FOR $120 AND REPLACED IT. AT FIRST WE THOUGHT THIS FIXED THE PROBLEM BUT ONLY MADE IT ABOUT A MILE WHEN THE PROBLEM HAPPENED AGAIN. WE WOULD PULL OFF THE ROAD AND TURN THE CAR EOFF AND IT WOULD RUN GOOD FOR A MILE OR TWO AND WE WOULD HAVE TO PULL OFF THE ROAD AGAIN. AC / HEAT WAS WORKING FINE THEN ALL THE SUDDEN IT QUIT WORKING WITHOUT WARNING. NO NOISE, NO INDICATION WHAT SO EVER IT WAS BAD. I TOOK IT IN AND THE RELAY WAS BAD SO IT HAD TO BE REPLACED. 2011 MALIBU WAS ACTING LIKE IT WAS NOT GETTING ENOUGH GAS OR BAD SPARK PLUGS. THEN THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME AND OTHER INDICATOR LIGHTS. HAD A DIAGNOSTICS RAN AND SAID THAT THE FUEL PUMP HAD A PIN HOLE. REPLACE THE FUEL PUMP, GOT A TUNE-UP RAN GOOD FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS. WENT TO START THE CAR AGAIN AND IT ONCE AGAIN STARTED ACTING AS IF IT WAS NOT GETTING ENOUGH GAS AND ENGINE LIGHT ONCE AGAIN CAME ON, SERVICE ESC, SERVICE TRACTION. WHEN DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY IT WILL SOMETIMES SLOW DOWN FROM THE CURRENT SPEED. FOUND A RECALL CONCERNING THE SERVICE ESC, BUT THE DEALER SAID THEY DO NOT THINK IT HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH THAT. WHEN DRIVING, GENERALLY ON THE HIGHWAY, MY CARS RPMS WILL FLUTTER BETWEEN 2200-2500. I HAVE TO CHANGE GEAR (SPEED UP QUICKLY OR SLOW DOWN) TO GET IT OUT OF THAT FLUTTER. CAR HAS A PICK UP AND SLOW DOWN REELING WHEN DOING SO. HAS BEEN HAPPENING SINCE I GOT IT A YEAR AGO AT 17,000 AND STILL DOING IT. IT SHOULD BE A RECALL SO I DON'T WANT TO GET IT FIXED.
