WHILE DRIVING WITH CRUISE CONTROL ENGAGED AND A SIGNAL LIGHT IS USED , CRUISE IS DISENGAGED OR IF THE WINDOWS ARE ROLLED UP OR DOWN THEN CRUISE WILL BE DISENGAGED. THIS ACTION WILL ALSO CAUSE THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER TO DIM WHEN THE SIGNAL IS USED OR WINDOWS ROLLED UP OR DOWN. IF I TURN THE VEHICLE OFF AND RESTART THE VEHICLE IT WILL CLEAR UP AND MAY GO ANOTHER HOUR BEFORE IT DOES IT AGAIN. THIS IS GETTING PROGRESSIVELY WORSE AND SOMETIMES FLASHES A WARNING IN THE DRIVERS INFORMATION CENTER,STABILITRAK DISABLED AND STEERING ASSIST DISABLED DRIVE WITH CAUTION. AGAIN IF I TURN THE VEHICLE OFF AND RESTART IT IT WILL WORK JUST FINE FOR A WHILE. THIS DOES SEEM TO HAPPEN MORE WHEN I HAVE DRIVEN THE VEHICLE FOR AT LEAST ONE HOUR. THIS STARTED HAPPENING APPROX 6 MONTHS AGO WITH CRUISE BEING DISENGAGED AND THE DASH LIGHTS DIMMING WHILE USING THE SIGNAL LIGHTS OR THE WINDOW SWITCH. THE STABILITRAK AND STEERING WARNINGS STARTED 03/19/2017. ON 03/20/2017 I HAD DRIVEN THE VEHICLE ABOUT 2 MILES AND WAS PULLING INTO A PARKING SPOT AT A LOW SPEED WHEN THE STEERING WHEEL WAS RIPPED FROM MY HANDS. THE LAST INCIDENT WAS ON APRIL 8TH WHILE PULLING A TRAILER WITH THE TOW HAUL MODE ENGAGED. I WAS ATTEMPTING TO PASS A VEHICLE AND KICKED THE VEHICLE INTO PASSING GEAR WHEN THE STABILITRAK AND STEERING WARNING BOTH CAME ON .
TRAVELING APPX. 60 MPH CT RTE 8 WHEN DEER APPEARED SWERVED TO AVOID DIRECT IMPACT LOST STEERING CONTROL STRUCK UNKNOWN WENT AIRBORNE LANDED HARD STRUCK UNKNOWN NO INJURIES HOWEVER NO AIRBAG DEPLOYMENT EITHER OCCURRED 4/07/17 APPX. 2200 HRS YOUTHFUL DRIVER W/ONE PASSENGER BOTH SEATBELTED SUFFERED FRONT END & SUBFRAME DAMAGE CAUSING MOTOR TO MOVE TOWARD CABIN CURRENTLY AT BODY SHOP TO DETERMINE REPAIRABLITY.
VIBRATION AT 70 TO 75 MPH!
I'VE HAD TO GET A NEW PAINT JOB BECAUSE CLEAR COAT WAS COMING OFF. EGNITION SWITCH LOCKED UP. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT HAS COME ON MULTIPLE TIMES I TAKE IT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAY NOTHING IS WRONG WITH IT. BUT TELL ME I CAN'T LET IT GET BELOW A HALF TANK OF GAS. BACK AXLES LOCK UP. AND SEAT BELTS LOCK WHEN GOING ABOUT 50 MILES PER HOUR. AND THE AIR CONDENSER COUGHT ON FIRE. NOW WHEN I TAKE IT TO THE DEALERSHIP THEY SAY THEY CAN NOT DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. I HAVE SPENT AROUND $6000 IN REPAIRS

THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE PERFORMING A TIRE ROTATION ON THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT BECAME AWARE OF EXTENSIVE SURFACE RUST TO THE UNDER CARRIAGE OF THE VEHICLE. EAGLE CHEVROLET LOCATED AT 1330 OLD COUNTRY RD, RIVERHEAD, NY 11901, (631) 494-3812, WAS CONTACTED AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE SURFACE RUST WAS NORMAL. THE CONTACT WAS CONCERNED THAT THE RUST PROOFING WAS INSUFFICIENT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED OR MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. MY 2014 CHEVY SILVERADO HAS LESS THAN 36000 MILES ON IT AND HAS SEVERE RUST AND CORROSION ISSUES THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE FRAME. METAL IS FLAKING OFF THE FLAME IN LARGE PIECES AND SUPPORT ELEMENTS HAVE SIGNIFICANT RUST INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. THE REST OF THE VEHICLE LOOKS BRAND NEW. I CONTACTED CHEVY AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A KNOWN ISSUE AND TAKE IT TO THE DEALER. THE DEALER INSPECTED IT AND SAID THAT SINCE NONE OF THE CORROSION OR RUST WAS NOT "THROUGH" MEANING THEY COULD STICK THEIR FINGER THROUGH A HOLE, IT WAS NOT COVERED. THEY OFFERED TO REPLACE THE FRAME AT MY COST. THIS IS SEVERE RUST. IT IS NOT SIMPLE SURFACE RUST EXPECTED ON VEHICLE. IT IS FLAKING OFF AND WOULD TAKE SIGNIFICANT LABOR TO GRIND/BRUSH AND REPAIR. THE FRAME AS IT IS NOW IS A SAFETY ISSUE AND I CRINGE EVERY TIME I HIT A POTHOLE. I FEAR FOR MY SAFETY AND FOR THE SAFETY OF MY OCCUPANTS AND FELLOW DRIVERS IF THE FRAME WERE TO COLLAPSE WHILE DRIVING DUE TO POOR CONSTRUCTION AND SEVERE RUST. I INFORMED THE DEALERSHIP OF THIS ASKING HOW FLAKING RUST ON THE MAIN FRAME AND SUPPORT MEMBERS WAS NOT AN ISSUE AND WAS TOLD IT WAS "MINOR" RUST.

THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: 9-5607630194. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 10,000. *BF *JB
WAS DRIVING TO THE DENTIST. PULLED UP TO A STOP LIGHT AND "STABILITRACK FAILURE" POPED UP. WAS PULLING INTO THE DOCTORS OFFICE NOT 8 MIN L8R CAME UP AGAIN BUT THIS TIME STEERING WHEEL LOCKED UP THEN UN LOCKED THEN LOCKED UP MULTIPLE TIMES WHILE I WAS TRYING TO PULL INTO A PARKING SPACE. THANKFULLY I WAS GOING AT AN EXTREMELY LOW SPEED AND I COULD CONTROL THE VEHICLE BETWEEN IT LOCKING AND UNLOCKING. WHEN I LEFT THE DOCTORS OFFICE I NOTICED MY SETTINGS RESET. EX DASHBOARD DISPLAY SHOWED THE RADIO STATION INSTEAD OF THE FUEL ECONOMY. I SIMPLY CHANGED IT AND NOTICED THE COMPUTER ERASED MY PREVIOUS FUEL ECONOMY. I'M ASSUMING THEIRS SOME MALFUNCTION BETWEEN THE COMPUTER AND THESE SYSTEMS. AND FROM THE LOOKS OF IT MY VEHICLE ISN'T THE ONLY VEHICLE WITH THIS ISSUE.DEALER SUPPOSEDLY FIXED BUT I`M TO SCARE TO DRIVE IT I DON`T` FEEL SAFE WHEN IT`S STALLS IN THE MIDDLE OF DRIVING
THE ISSUE HAS OCCURRED ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS. ON BOTH OCCASIONS THE VEHICLE WAS IN DRIVE AND MOVING. THE VEHICLES STEERING CAPABILITIES MALFUNCTIONED AND COMPLETE LOSS OF STEERING OCCURRED. AFTER RESEARCHING ONLINE, THERE WERE OTHER OWNERS OF THE SAME VEHICLE EXPERIENCING STEERING FAILURE AS WELL. THERE IS VIDEO EVIDENCE ON YOUTUBE TO PROVE THAT THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY. VEHICLE COMPLETELY SHUT OFF WHEN COMING TO A STOP. LOSS OF STEERING POWER, ETC. AFTER RESTARTING VEHICLE AND AFTER ABOUT 10 MILES, THE ERROR POPPED UP STATING THAT THE THEFT DETERRENT SYSTEM HAD KICKED IN AND THE VEHICLE STEERING JERKED ME INTO ANOTHER LANE ON INTERSTATE 485 AT ROUGHLY 70 MILES PER HOUR.. TWO DAYS LATER VEHICLE WOULD NOT START, BUT AFTER GETTING OUT OF THE VEHICLE AND RE LOCKING AND UNLOCKING THE DOOR SEVERAL TIMES, THE VEHICLE STARTED. TODAY AGAIN THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START. SYSTEM STATED THAT THE BATTERY WAS LOW AND THAT THE THEFT DETERRENT SYSTEM WAS NOW ENGAGED. HAD TO JUMP THE VEHICLE OFF TO GET IT STARTED AGAIN. HAD BATTERY CHECKED AND IT CHECKED OUT COMPLETELY FINE. IT IS MY FEELING THAT THERE SEEMS TO BE AN ISSUES WITH THE ELECTRICAL OR A GROUND SOMEWHERE. AFTER REVIEWING THIS ISSUE ONLINE, THERE SEEMS TO BE SEVERAL OTHER VEHICLES OUT THERE WITH THE SAME ISSUE. VERY DANGEROUS FOR THE STEERING TO COMPLETELY TAKE OVER AT 70 MILES PER HOUR.
WAS TURNING CORNER STEERING WHEEL JERKED OPPOSITE DIRECTION SERVICE POWER STEERING MESSAGE APPEARED TRUCK VERY HARD TO STEER ENDED IN BAR DITCH DROVE DOWN BUMPY ROAD POWER STEERING REACTIVED WHEN I TURN AGAIN SAME RESULT
AIR CONDITIONING CONDENSENING COIL WENT BAD.DEFECTIVE. GM CANT SELL ME ONE NEITHER CAN AFTER MARKET AOTO PARTS.NONE AVAILABLE BECAUSE ALL HAVE BEEN PULLED FROM MARKET BECAUSE THEY ARE DEFECTIVE. SHOULD BE A RECALL.GM KNOWS THIS IS WIDE SPREAD AND WONT ACKNOWLEDGE. DEALERSHIPS HAVE WAVE OF THESE BAD.

THE MANUFACTURER AND DEALER WERE CONTACTED (DEFOUWU CHEVROLET IN LAFAYETTE, INDIANA) AND STATED THAT THERE WERE NO RECALLS OR PARTS AVAILABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 72,000.
COMPRESSOR FOR AIRCONDITIONER FROZE UP AT 44,600 WE DID NOT HAVE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY ON SAID VEHICLE ALSO THE SCREEN ON DASH BOARD TO BACK UP IT DOESN'T ALWAYS WORK. WE WHERE DRIVING WHEN IT FROZE UP AND CAMERA IS WHEN WE ARE BACKING UP

AFTER DRIVING THE TRUCK FOR AN HOUR AND HALF I PULLED INTO A PARKING LOT, AS I WAS TURNING TO GO DOWN AN AISLE TO PARK THE TRUCK INTERIOR LIGHTING ON THE DASH DIMMED AND THE POWER STEERING DIED ENOUGH TO JERK THE STEERING WHEEL BACK AND FORTH WHILE TURNING. THIS ALMOST CAUSED ME TO HIT ANOTHER VEHICLE SINCE I HAD NO STEERING. I LET THE TRUCK SIT FOR A MINUTE AND THEN DROVE TO AN EMPTY SECTION OF THE PARKING LOT AND DONE A FEW SLOW FIGURE EIGHTS SEEING IF THE ISSUE WOULD HAPPEN AGAIN. AFTER NOTHING HAPPENED I PROCEEDED BACK TO THE PARKING AREA AND AGAIN AS I WAS PULLING INTO A PARKING SPACE THE TRUCK SEEMED TO BE LOSING POWER AND THE STEERING WHEEL WAS JERKING OUT OF MY HAD UNCONTROLLABLY TO THE POINT I COULD NO LONGER STEER THE TRUCK. THE SCREEN ON THE DASH SAID IT WAS CAUSED BY TRACTION CONTROL BUT THE GROUND WAS DRY AND PAVED. I AGAIN LET THE TRUCK SIT FOR A MINUTE AND WAS THEN ABLE TO PARK. AFTER SHOPPING I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE TO ANOTHER STOP AND THEN HOME WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. WHEN I WAS BACKING DOWN MY DRIVEWAY AN ERROR MESSAGE CAME UP ON THE SCREEN SAYING THE BACKUP SAFETY DEVICES WERE UNAVAILABLE AND THE LIGHT ON THE DASH STARTED DIMMING AGAIN. THE STEERING DID NOT ACT UP DURING BACKUP MODE. THE DEALER SAID THERE WAS A SERVICE BULLETIN OUT ABOUT THE ISSUE RELATED TO LOW VOLTAGE CODES WHICH THEY SAID MY TRUCK SHOWED. THEY SAID THE BATTERY TESTED FINE AND CHEVROLET WOULD NOT LET THEM REPLACE ANYTHING SINCE THEY COULD NOT REPRODUCE THE ISSUES. THEY DID SAY THEY WERE REPLACING THE NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE THOUGH BUT WOULD NOT SAY WHY THEY WERE REPLACING IT.
VERY VERY HARD BRAKE PEDDLE AT LOW SPEEDS. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THE VACUUM PUMP NEEDS REPLACED. THE VEHICLE HAD LESS THAN 50,000 MILES.
RANDOM AIRBAG WARNING LIGHT. DEALER FOUND CODE B0014 AND HAD BULLETIN TO REMOVE AND REPAIR CONNECTOR. CONNECTOR WAS REMOVED AND A NEW WIRE SECTION INSTALLED. I WAS TOLD THAT WHEN WARNING LIGHT WAS ON THE AIRBAG WOULD NOT OPERATE. IT APPEARS TO BE A SAFETY CONCERN.
THE SEAT BELT DOES NOT TIGHTEN UP TO YOUR LAP OR SHOULDER AFTER BEING SNAPPED TO THE STATIONARY PIECE. THE BELT CONTINUES TO DO THIS EVEN AFTER REPORTING TO DEALERSHIP COOK CHEVROLET IN CRAIG COLORADO AND TAKING THERE FOR THEM TO REPAIR.THEY GAVE ME A 400 ESTIMATE AND DID NOT REPAIR I ASSUME THIS WOULD BE FOUND ON MOST OF THESE VEHICLES FROM POOR MATERIALS, I WILL REPAIR THIS ISSUE MYSELF SINCE I CANNOT TRUST CHEVROLETS WORKMANSHIP.
INTERMITTENTLY THE STEERING WHEEL WILL YANK FROM THE DRIVER'S HANDS AND WARNING ERRORS FOR STABILITRAK OR TRACTION CONTROL REPORTED IN CENTER INFO SCREEN, WHILE THE MYLINK SCREEN GOES BLANK. THIS TYPICALLY OCCURS WHILE MANEUVERING AT LOW SPEEDS IN PARKING SITUATIONS. THE ISSUE APPEARS TO BE INVOLVING THE VEHICLE'S ELECTRONIC STEERING ASSIST AND STABILITY CONTROL SYSTEMS. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS AND MAKING A TURN WITH THE AIR CONDITIONER ACTIVATED, HOT AIR EMITTED FROM THE VENTS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC IN SUN VALLEY, CA WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER CONDENSER FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED DUE TO THE REPAIR COST. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THEY COULD ONLY OFFER A ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR COUPON. NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 49,000.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL DEALER (BELLAMY STRICKLAND, 145 INDUSTRIAL BLVD, MCDONOUGH, GA 30253) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE CONDENSER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND THE VEHICLE WAS NO LONGER UNDER A RECALL OR WARRANTY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 72,000.
I RAN THE VIN FOR OUR VEHICLE AND CONTACTED THE LOCAL CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP. I GAVE THEM THE VIN, THEY EXPLAINED THAT THERE WAS TWO RECALLS, SO I MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THEM FIXED (BOTH SAFETY RELATED). UPON ARRIVAL - THEY SAID THERE WAS NO RECALL IN THERE SYSTEM. I CHECKED BOTH THE NHTSA AND GM RECALL SITES, AND THEY BOTH SHOW THE ISSUE AS UNRESOLVED. MANUFACTURER RECALL NUMBER 2016007, NHTSA RECALL NUMBER 16V651 AND N150822, 16V209. THE DEALERSHIP CLAIMS THERE IS NOTHING UNDER OUR VIN.
REPLACED THE BRAKE BOOSTER TWICE IN 24 MONTHS. BOTH TIMES THE SITUATION WAS THE SAME, I WAS DRIVING AS USUAL AND IN NORMAL TRAFFIC WHEN I NEEDED TO BRAKE BUT MY PEDAL WAS HARD AS A ROCK AND I HAD TO USE BOTH FEET TO BRAKE.
AC CONDENSER - BEEN HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE AC WORKING, NOT WORKING, WORKING, NOT WORKING BUT NEVER STAYING OFF COMPLETELY. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON MANY MILES BEFORE MY TRUCK REACHED 36,000 MILE WARRANTY END DATE AND NOTHING COULD BE FOUND, OR I WAS TOLD SINCE IT WOULD BE WORKING JUST FIND WHEN I COULD GET AN APPOINTMENT. NOW I HAVE NO A/C WHATSOEVER. WAS TOLD THAT THE AC CONDENSERS HAVE BEEN ON BACKORDER FOR OVER 4 MONTHS NOW. THEY ARE HAPPY TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR PARTS NEEDED BUT I WAS TOLD THAT EVEN THOUGH GM KNOWS ABOUT THIS PROBLEM AND THAT IT IS HAPPENING TO ALL 2013-2015 MODELS AT THIS TIME. GM MOST LIKELY WILL NOT DO A RECALL AND MOST LIKELY WILL NOT PAY FOR PARTS OR REPAIRS.
MY TRUCK HAS BEEN CONSUMING HIGH AMOUNTS OF OIL SINCE I NOTICED IT AT 79 K MILES CHEVROLET SAID IT IS A PROBLEM WITH THE PISTON RINGS AND THAT GMC KNOWS ABOUT IT. VEHICLE CONSUMES OIL WHILE IN MOTION, HIGHWAY OR CITY BOTH.
I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED BY CHEVROLET ABOUT A RECALL THAT WAS RELEASED ON SEPTEMBER 2015 AND I BOUGHT MY VEHICLE IN APRIL 2015. I ONLY HAD VEHICLE SERVICED BY MY LOCAL CHEVY DEALER "THREE WAY CHEVROLET/AUTOMOTIVE. THEY NEVER NOTIFIED ME ABOUT THE RECALL WHEN IT WAS STILL COVERED AND NOW THAT THE WARRANTY IS EXPIRED, THEY NOTIFIED ME SAYING THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO BE COVERED OUT OF POCKET. I HAVE PREVIOUSLY TAKEN MY VEHICLE TO HAVE OTHER RECALLS DONE WHILE IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND AFTER A 4X4 ISSUED RECALL WAS RELEASED. WHEN I NOTIFIED THE SERVICE PERSON ABOUT WHY IT WASN'T BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION BEFORE, HE STATED THEIR WASN'T ANYTHING HE COULD DO.
STEERING RACK AND PINION INTERNAL FAILURE AT 38000, AS CONFIRMED BY DEALERSHIP. WAS INFORMED THAT IT COULD CAUSE THE STEERING TO LOCK UP AND ULTIMATELY CRASH THE VEHICLE
AFTER A STATE INSPECTION OF MY 2014 CHEVY SILVERADO, I WAS TOLD THAT THE TRANSMISSION COOLING LINES WERE LEAKING AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE TRANSMISSION LINES HAD FAILED WHERE THE TWO PIECES ARE CRIMPED TOGETHER CAUSING THE LEAK.

AS TURNING TO THE RIGHT THE SERVICE STABILITRAK WARNING APPEARED ON MY DASH AND THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKED ITSELF AND FOUGHT AGAINST ME TURNING RIGHT. THE TRUCK WAS TRYING TO STRAIGHTEN THE WHEEL OUT AGAINST MY FORCE OF TURNING. I SHUT THE TRUCK OFF AND RESTARTED IT AND THE PROBLEM WAS GONE. THEN A FEW WEEK LATER WHILE DRIVING MY DASH AND RADIO SCREENS KEPT FLICKERING ON AND OFF, EVERYTIME MAKING A LOUD CLICK SOUND. WHEN I GOT THE TRUCK PARKED, I TRIED TO TURN THE WHEEL AND IT FOUGHT AGAINST ME TRYING TO TURN IT. THE DASH READ SERVICE STABILITRAK AND ASSISTED POWER STEERING IS DISABLED. THE RADIO LOST ITS MEMORY AND THE TRUCK SHUT DOWN. A THIRD TIME IT HAPPENED WHILE PARALLEL PARKING, BACKING UP AND TURNING THE WHEEL RIGHT, IT LOCKED AND FORCED ITSELF BACK LEFT. EVERYTIME IT HAPPENS IT IS MOVING SLOW OR JUST HAD FINISHED MOVING.

EVEN UNDER LOW SPEED IT COULD HAVE BEEN DANGEROUS BUT I'M AFRAID AT SOME POINT THIS WILL OCCUR AT A HIGHER SPEED. WE BOUGHT THE VEHICLE USED, THE FACTORY WARRANTY IS GONE BUT I HAVE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. I CONTACTED MY LOCAL CHEVY DEALER BECAUSE I CONSIDERED A SAFETY DEFECT THAT SHOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF BEYOND THE WARRANTY BUT THEY CLAIM THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THIS AS A PROBLEM DESPITE THE FACT I HAVE SEEN MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS PROBLEM DOCUMENTED, THAT'S WHAT PROMPTED ME TO FILE A COMPLAINT. CONTINUED DRIVING. AT 30 MPH THE AIR CONDITIONING TURNED OFF, ALL DASHBOARD LIGHTS & RADIO TURNED OFF BUT ENGINE STAYED RUNNING, 45 SECONDS LATER EVERYTHING TURNED BACK ON. AT THIS TIME THE WIFE FREAKED OUT & ASKED TO PARK, SCARED FOR HER SAFETY & MY OWN. PULLED FORWARD TO PARALLEL PARK, WENT TO PUT THE VEHICLE IN REVERSE. BEFORE REVERSE WAS INITIATED THE TRUCK THREW MULTIPLE WARNING LIGHTS (SERVICE STABLITRAK, ASSISTED STEERING, ETC). THE DASHBOARD LIT UP LIKE A CHRISTMAS TREE. THE STEERING WHEEL VIOLENTLY JERKED & LOCKED UP. THEN THE ENGINE CUT OFF. PUT THE TRUCK IN PARK, TURNED KEY & STARTED RIGHT BACK UP WITH NO WARNING LIGHTS, NO LOW VOLTAGE INDICATION AND NO PROBLEMS. GMC DEALERSHIP COULD NOT REPLICATE THE PROBLEM & RETURNED THE VEHICLE TO ME WITHIN 2 DAYS. THIS HAPPENED AGAIN ON 07/05/2016. THIS TIME IT WAS SENT TO CHEVROLET. THEY REPROGRAMMED THE STEERING WHEEL POSITION SENSOR & CHECKED THE SECURITY OF THE WIRE HARNESS. 07/11/2016 THE VEHICLE LOCKED UP & SHUT OFF AGAIN IN A STARBUCKS DRIVE THROUGH. THIS TIME LOCKING MYSELF & MY FAMILY IN THE TRUCK FOR 3 MINUTES. WHEN IGNITION WAS TURNED, TRUCK WOULD NOT START, NO LIGHTS WOULD COME ON EITHER. THE TRUCK ACTED DEAD. THIS TIME CHEVROLET REPLACED GAS PEDAL. 10/31/16 THE TRUCK SHUTOFF & LOCKED UP AGAIN. THIS TIME I TOOK VIDEO TO PROVE MY CASE IN HOPES IT WOULD HELP THE DEALERSHIP.
