TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500. WHILE DRIVING AT LOW SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. WHILE DRIVING AT HIGH SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE STALLED AND EXPERIENCED COMPLETE POWER FAILURE. OCCASIONALLY, THE VEHICLE WOULD START ON ITS OWN. OTHER TIMES, THE CONTACT HAD TO TURN THE STARTER SEVERAL TIMES. THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 31,000. UPDATED 04/06/17 LJ THE CONSUMER STATED THE HEADLIGHTS AND CONSOLE LIGHTS WOULD DIM/FLICKER. TRUCK SHIFTS BAD, ALMOST LIKE THE GEARS ARE SLIPPING USUALLY SEEMS TO HAPPEN AROUND 3RD-4TH GEAR. THE TRUCK ALSO VIBRATES AT 35 MPH UP TO HIGHWAY SPEEDS. THIS ALL HAPPENS WHEN DRIVING.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 50 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL SHOOK VIOLENTLY AND AN UNKNOWN WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHERE THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 15,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
AFTER HAVING THE BATTERY REPLACED, THE VEHICLE STARTED GIVING "STABILTRAK SERVICE REQUIRED" "REDUCED POWER TO STEERING" WARNINGS. AT THESE TIMES AND INTERMITTENTLY AFTERWARDS, THESE WOULD APPEAR AND THE STEERING WOULD THEN RESPOND AS IF THE ENGINE WERE NOT RUNNING WHILE UNDERWAY. THIS HAPPENED IN SEVERAL PARKING LOTS REQUIRING CLOSE MANEUVERING AS WELL AS ON THE FLORIDA TURNPIKE, ENDANGERING MY FAMILY, MYSELF AND OTHERS. THE LOCAL DEALERSHIP CLAIMED AND REPLACED THE ENTIRE POSITIVE ENGINE LEAD, STATING THAT WAS THE CAUSE. THE SAME ISSUE HAS ARISEN AGAIN AND NOW I AM BEING INFORMED THERE ARE NOW MULTIPLE LOW VOLTAGE CODES DUE TO THIS SHORT. RESEARCHING ONLINE FORUMS, THIS HAS BEEN AN ISSUE AMONG MANY WHO OWN THIS TRUCK. IT WOULD APPEAR THIS COULD BE A LIFE THREATENING SITUATION THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. THIS BEGAN HAPPENING ON APPROX. JUNE 20TH AND CONTINUED UNTIL "REPAIRED" JUNE
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500. WHILE DRIVING AT A LOW SPEED AND MAKING A TURN, A POPPING NOISE EMITTED FROM THE STEERING COLUMN. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TIE ROD NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER ISSUED A RECALL FOR CERTAIN OTHER MODEL VEHICLES PER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V246000 (STEERING). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 48,000.
FROM DAY 1 HAD RUST ISSUES ON FRAME. I FOUND OUT RHERE WAS A TSB ON THIS .I TOOK IT TO GET FIXED ,BUT I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY IT WAS DONE.RUST IS STILL ON FRAME WHERE BUMPERS ATTACH AND OTHER AREAS OF FRAME NOT ACCESSIBLE.THEY DID NOT RECALL THIS ISSUE.THEY DID NOT EXTEND THE WARRANTY.THERE ARE MANY COMPLAINTS ONLINE ABOUT THIS ISSUE.THEY ARE AWARE IF A PROBLEM AND HOPE MANY OWNERS DON'T REALIZE IT.I TOLD A FRIEND OF MINE ABOUT FRAME ISSUE AS HE HAS ONE TO .THEY EXTENDED HIS WARRANTY AND ARE GOING TO TAKE THE BOX OFF TRUCK TO REPAIR IT.I WASN'T OFFERED THAT AS A MATTER OF FACT I ARGUED WITH THEM ABOUT NOT TAKING BUMPERS OFF TO REPAIR IT.
**STABILITRAK** WHILE DRIVING HOME ON THE INTERSTATE I NOTICED THAT WHEN I PRESSED THE BRAKE THE RADIO BLINKED OFF. THEN WHEN I ACTIVATED THE TURN SIGNALS THE RADIO BLINKED OFF. AFTER EXITING THE HIGHWAY THE DASH LIGHTS WOULD FLICKER AS WELL. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO MAKE A LEFT HAND TURN INTO MY DEVELOPMENT THE TRUCK SHUT OFF, WHEEL WHIPPED HARD AND LOCKED WHILE MAKING THAT LEFT HAND TURN. THIS FORCED THE TRUCK INTO THE GRASS COMING WITHIN FEET OF A TREE. SERVICE STABILITRAK WARNING APPEARED ON DASH. TRUCK WAS ABLE TO BE RESTARTED, BACKED OUT OF GRASS AND PARKED IN DRIVEWAY AT HOME.
PROBLEM STARTED WITH THE RADIO DISPLAY BLINKING OFF WHEN I PRESSED BRAKE PEDAL OR ACTIVATED TURN SIGNALS. THOUGHT THIS WAS STRANGE, BUT DID NOT THINK OF IT AS A SAFETY CONCERN. I THEN GOT STUCK IN A LITTLE RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC ON THE HIGHWAY, I NOTICED WHILE HOLDING THE BRAKE ON FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME THE TRANSMISSION WOULD DOWN SHIFT EXTREMELY HARD AND JUST ACTING STRANGE ALL TOGETHER. TRAFFIC WAS MOVING APPROX 30 MPH WHEN THE RADIO BLINKED OFF THE DOORS LOCKED, UNLOCKED THEN LOCKED AGAIN. A MESSAGE FLASHED ON THE DASH SOMETHING STABILITRAK THEN STARTED SHIFTING EXTREMELY HARD AGAIN. I WAS ON THE INTERSTATE AND NO WHERE SAFELY TO PULL OVER. I WAS TRAVELING WITH MY [XXX] OLD CHILD AND HAD SOME SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERNS AT THIS POINT. NO MORE THAN A MILE LATER, WHILE IN THE SAME STOP AND GO TRAFFIC AND APPLY THE BRAKES, THE RADIO BLINKED OFF AND THE TRUCK SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY WHILE TRAVELING AROUND 30-35 MPH IN TRAFFIC WITH A TRACTOR TRAILER BEHIND ME. I WAS ABLE TO SHIFT THE TRUCK TO NEUTRAL TO START THE TRUCK AND CONTINUE TO THE NEXT EXIT. WHEN SLOWING DOWN THE TRUCK STARTED TO SPUTTER OUT ALMOST TO A STALL AND QUICKLY FLASHING A STABILITRAK MESSAGE AND THE DASH BLINKING OFF, UNTIL I RELEASED MY FOOT OFF THE BRAKE. I CALLED TO HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER COME PICK MY CHILD UP AS I HAD SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERNS OF MY CHILD BEING IN THE VEHICLE. I CONTINUED TO MY APPOINTMENT WHICH INVOLVED ACCESSING THE TURNPIKE THROUGH TOLL BOOTHS. WHILE SLOWING DOWN TO ENTER THE TOLL PLAZA THE TRUCK DID THE SAME THING RADIO BLINKED OFF, DASH DISPLAYS BLINKED OFF, SPUTTERING THE STEERING WHEEL AT THIS POINT RIPPED OUT OF MY HAND ALMOST CAUSING A COLLISION, STABILITRAK MESSAGE APPEARING. ONCE I GOT TO MY DESTINATION THE TRUCK SAT FOR APPROX 2 HOURS. MY RETURN TRIP WAS NORMAL AND DID NOT HAVE ANY ISSUES. THIS TRUCK IS A DEATH TRAP WITH THIS PROBLEM OCCURRING.

THE TRUCK AT LOW SPEEDS YOU CAN HERE THE STEERING MAKE POPPING SOUNDS WHEN TURNING AND OCCASIONALLY IT WOULD BE EXTREMELY LOUD LIKE SOMETHING SNAPPED OFF. TOOK IT TO DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID THAT THE POWER STEERING HAD A BAD BUSHING AND HAD TO REPLACE THE RACK AND PINION AND STEERING GEAR BOX. THIS WAS AT 19000 MILES. NOW THE TRUCK IS DOING THE SAME THING AGAIN
VIBRATION ISSUES AT DIFFERENT SPEEDS BETWEEN 70 TO 80 MPH ON THE HIGHWAY. I HAD MY WHEELS AND TIRES REBALANCED MANY TIMES. STILL HAVE ISSUES ON BEEN CHECKED.

VEHICLE IS PRESENTLY AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR THE FIFTH TIME. WHILE DRIVING WITH CRUISE, WHEN CHANGING LANES AFTER TURN SIGNAL IS USED THE CRUISE SHUTS DOWN. ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS WHILE IN THE MIDDLE OF A TURN THE DASH LIGHTS FLASH, LOCKS FLIP UP N DOWN, STEERING WHEEL JERKS BACK N FORTH THEN VEHICLE DIES. THE INCIDENT THAT IS REASON FOR BEING IN THE SHOP NOW IS, WHILE IN A PARKING LOT, STEERING LOCKED N UNLOCKED, DOOR LOCKS AGAIN FLIPPED UP N DOWN, VEHICLE DIED WITH NO POWER. COULD NOT UNLOCK THE VEHICLE, NO POWER WHAT SO EVER, KEY WOULD NO TURN. EVENTUALLY I HEARD A PSST NOISE AND THE POWER CAME BACK. THE PREVIOUS TIMES TAKEN TO THE DEALER, I'M ALWAYS TOLD, CANNOT DUPLICATE. THIS IS A DANGER TO ME,MY FAMILY. AFTER BEING A FAITHFUL GM FAN FOR OVER 40+ YEARS THEY HAVE LOST THIS GUY TO ANOTHER MAKE OF VEHICLE, ESPECIALLY AFTER READING SO MANY OF THE SAME COMPLAINTS, AS I, WITHOUT RESOLVE. THEY HAVE LOST MY TRUST.
VEHICLE EXHIBITS VIBRATION AT SPEEDS OF 75 MPH +. VIBRATION IS COMING FROM REAR OF VEHICLE, SUCH AS REAR AXLE. VEHICLE STARTED VIBRATING AT APPROX 30K MILES. VEHICLE IS CURRENTLY AT 44K. NO VIBRATION IN THE STEERING WHEEL. VEHICLE IS SMOOTH BELOW THE THRESHOLD SPEED NOTED ABOVE.

THE CONTACT NOTICED STEAM COMING FROM THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT AND THE RADIATOR WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TURNED OFF AND RESTARTED ABOUT AN HOUR LATER, AND THERE WERE NO ISSUES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO FERMAN CHEVROLET TAMPA (9751 E ADAMO DR, TAMPA, FL 33619 (813) 623-2411) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A CONDENSER ISSUE IN THE MOTOR. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE AND THE CONDENSER LINE AND UNIT NEEDED REPLACEMENT. THE CONTACT STATED THIS WAS AN ONGOING ISSUE WITH THE VEHICLE AND THE FAILURE OCCURRED SEVERAL TIMES, IN WHICH THE AIR CONDITIONER CONDENSER LINE WAS REPLACED. THE DEALER ALSO STATED THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER UNIT CONDENSER WAS OVERWORKING THE ENGINE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 48,000.

ELECTRICAL FIRE: MY VEHICLE WAS HAVING ELECTRICAL ISSUES. MY RADIO WOULD RANDOMLY CHANGE, TURN ON AND OFF. THE PARKING SENSORS WOULD RANDOMLY GO OFF EVEN WHILE DRIVING FORWARD, DOWN THE HIGHWAY! I HAD A SERVICE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED. HOWEVER, PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT MY VEHICLE BURNED UP. THE CAUSE WAS FOUND TO BE A CONTROL/COMPUTER BOARD IN THE DASH. THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED AT THE TIME OF THE FIRE, IT HAD BEEN ABOUT 1 HOUR SINCE DRIVEN LAST. I HAVE SEVERAL PICTURES, FIRE INVESTIGATION REPORT AND INSURANCE INSPECTION REPORT.
THE RIGHT REAR AXLE SEAL WAS REPLACED BY THE DEALER DUE TO LEAKING AT 16K MILES. VEHICLE NOW HAS 44K MILES AND THE LEAK IS BACK. THIS LEAK ALLOWS REAR AXLE OIL TO POTENTIALLY CONTAMINATE THE BRAKE PADS ON THAT WHEEL IF LEFT UNNOTICED LONG ENOUGH, WHICH COULD LEAD TO HINDERED BRAKING POWER ON THE WHEEL.
SHORTLY AFTER GETTING MY TRUCK, I STARTED NOTICING A VIBRATION THAT APPEARED AT CERTAIN SPEEDS. I TOOK IT TO THE TIRE SHOP AND HAD THEM COMPUTER BALANCE, ONLY TO FIND THAT THEY WERE IN BALANCE. CALLED THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS PURCHASED, AND THEY HAD NOTHING TO ADD.NOW I AM HEARING THAT MANY OWNERS OF THIS MODEL ARE HAVING THE SAME VIBRATION. NOW I HAVE RECEIVED A LETTER FROM A GROUP OF ATTORNEYS THAT SAY THAT THEY ARE REPRESENTING THE TRUCK OWNERS WITH THIS PROBLEM. I REALLY DO NOT WANT TO GET INTO SOME LEGAL THING. BUT WANT THE VIBRATION TO GO AWAY.

IN ADDITION, THE HEADLIGHTS FLICKERED RAPIDLY AND THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE VEHICLE RESTARTED AFTER ONE ATTEMPT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN UNKNOWN DEALER WHERE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DETERMINED. THE VIN WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 17V414000 (STEERING). THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO CHUCK NICHOLSON AUTO (7190 OH-39, MILLERSBURG, OH 44654) WHERE THE RECALL REPAIR WAS PERFORMED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND OPENED CASE NUMBER: 8-3308180719. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE IN CONTACT WITH HIM. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 43,000.
WAS DRIVING TO PHYSICAL THERAPY. PULLED UP TO A STOP LIGHT AND "STABILITRACK FAILURE" POPED UP. WAS PULLING INTO THE DOCTORS OFFICE NOT 8 MIN L8R CAME UP AGAIN BUT THIS TIME STEERING WHEEL LOCKED UP THEN UN LOCKED THEN LOCKED UP MULTIPLE TIMES WHILE I WAS TRYING TO PULL INTO A PARKING SPACE. THANKFULLY I WAS GOING AT AN EXTREMELY LOW SPEED AND I COULD CONTROL THE VEHICLE BETWEEN IT LOCKING AND UNLOCKING. WHEN I LEFT THE DOCTORS OFFICE I NOTICED MY SETTINGS RESET. EX DASHBOARD DISPLAY SHOWED THE RADIO STATION INSTEAD OF THE FUEL ECONOMY. I SIMPLY CHANGED IT AND NOTICED THE COMPUTER ERASED MY PREVIOUS FUEL ECONOMY. I'M ASSUMING THEIRS SOME MALFUNCTION BETWEEN THE COMPUTER AND THESE SYSTEMS. AND FROM THE LOOKS OF IT MY VEHICLE ISN'T THE ONLY VEHICLE WITH THIS ISSUE. NOW MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON AND I'LL BE TAKING THIS BACK TO THE DEALER AND IT WILL BE FIXED AND NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN OR I WON'T PURCHASE ANOTHER GM VEHICLE.
Paint peeling all over vehicle
About 2 years after purchased (~2016), I was driving slowly in a parking lot and turned into a parking space. The brake pedal became very hard to press and the truck would not stop. I had to push extremely hard to get it to stop. I backed up and experienced the same problem. I put it in park, then the problem went away. There were no warning lights or indicators of a problem. I got a notice for a recall and took it into the dealer for repair in 2019. From 2019 through 2022, I have had 4 to 5 more incidents of the same problem. It seems to repeat when I slow down to a slow crawl with a trailer for added weight. I push the brakes while crawling and then the brake pedal gets hard to push and I loose brakes. Extremely dangerous, especially with added weight on a slight decline. I have found multiple instances with other customers reporting the same problem. Currently in contact with Chevy to resolve. I have reported the problem twice to the dealer and once to the "Customer Satisfaction" hotline. Chevy has confirmed that a recall was performed on the vehicle in 2019, but they cannot provide any information that the recall work fixed the problem or if they even tested that the fix was performed properly. Furthermore, they only report a "reprogramming" was done. No other work reported by Chevy, though, there are comments from other customers that a vacuum pump recall exists. They have yet to resolve the problem.

HERE'S MY STORY FOR THOSE THAT WILL LISTEN. I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE BRAND NEW AND A FEW DAYS LATER I MENTIONED TO THE SALESMAN THAT IT DROVE UNUSUAL AND HE REPLIED THAT IT COULD BE FROM SITTING ON THE LOT...SO I WAITED FOR THE FIRST SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE AND LET THEM KNOW THAT THERE WAS SOMETHING NOT RIGHT WITH THE SHIFTING OF THE VEHICLE. I NOTED THAT IT WAS LOUD CLUNKING AT DOWNSHIFT FROM 3RD TO 2ND GEAR AND ALSO A CLUNK SHIFT WHEN THE VEHICLE APPROACHES A COMPLETE STOP. THE DOWNSHIFT IS SO HARD THAT IT IS FELT IN THE BRAKE PEDAL. THIS IS THE PART TO ME THAT RAISES THE SAFETY CONCERN. THE RESPONSE WAS THAT THEY CHECKED IT AND THAT EVERYTHING WAS NORMAL. I WAS INFORMED THAT IT SHOULD GET SMOOTHER AS IT BREAK IN. THEY WENT ON TO SAY IF I BRING THE VEHICLE IN FOR THE SAME ISSUE AND NOTHING IS FOUND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A DIAGNOSTIC FEE. SO NOW AT APPROX. 20,000 MILES AND I CONTACTED GENERAL MOTORS. THEY AGREED FOR MORE DIAGNOSTIC AND NOW THERE IS A TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN THAT STATES THAT IT IS A NORMAL CHARACTERISTIC OF THE VEHICLE. NOW THE VEHICLE HAS FEELS LIKE IT GOT WORSE AND DRIVES TERRIBLE AND UNSAFE. MEANWHILE THERE ARE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS SAME PROBLEM ON THE INTERNET AND NOBODY HAS DONE ANYTHING ABOUT IT. IT'S FUNNY THAT 2016 SILVERADO IS THE SAME TRUCK BUT WITHOUT THE PROBLEM. GM NEEDS TO MAKE GOOD ON THEIR PRODUCTIONS MISTAKE AND SUPPORT THERE PRODUCT. SILVERADO DRIVERS EXPERIENCING THE SAME CONDITION SHOULD COMPLAIN TO MAKE MANUFACTURERS RESPONSIBLE. PLEASE INVESTIGATE!!!!!!!!!!!!
ON MARCH 20, 2016, MY RIGHT FRONT TIRE WENT OFF OF THE SHOULDER OF THE PAVEMENT AND I LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. I SLAMMED INTO A BRICK MAILBOX AT A SPEED OF 45 MPH THUS CAUSING THE AIRBAG TO DEPLOY. I SUSTAINED AN APPROXIMATE 3 INCH LONG GASH ON MY FOREHEAD FROM THE AIRBAG.

OUR VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED SPECIFICALLY FOR TOWING OUR TRAVEL TRAILER. THE TWO RECALLS INVOLVE REAR BRAKING SYSTEM AND TWO HITCH WELD BREAKAGE CAUSING THE TRAILER TO BREAK AWAY FROM THE VEHICLE. A/C LINE ON MY NEW TRUCK KEEPS ON BREAKING, VEHICLE IS OUT OF WARRANTY BY 10,000 MILES, HOWEVER THIS IS A KNOWN PROBLEM BY THE MANUFACTURE, THEY NOW WANT TO SELL ME A BRACKET TO PREVENT THE LINE FROM VIBERATIING, WHICH IS THE CAUSE OF THIS LINE BREAKING. I FIND THIS NOT FAIR TO ANYONE WHO IS HAVING THIS PROBLEM WITH THIS GM PRODUCT, SILVERADO OR GMC SIERRA EQUIPPED WITH THIS ENGINE.
AFTER DRIVING IN ANY TYPE OF MOISTURE (RAIN, SNOW, SLEET) THE HIGHBEAM LIGHTS HAVE CONDENSTATION COVERING MOST OR ALL OF THE LENS INSIDE. THIS MOISTUE WILL VARY BASED ON THE MILES DRIVEN AND INTENSITY OF THE SNOW OR RAIN REGARDLESS IF HIGHWAY OR CITY DRIVING. IT DOES APPEAR WORSE WITH HIGHWAY DRIVING. CHEVROLET SAYS "THIS IS NORMAL AND WE WILL ONLY REPLACE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY IF THERE IS STANDING MOISTURE. THE HIGHBEAMS ARE FUNCTIONING AS DESIGNED. " THIS MOISTURE DOES INHIBIT THE LUMINS OR LIGHT COMING FROM THE HIGHBEAMS.

WHEN BACKUP IT SOUND LIKE SOMETHING IS LOOSE IN THE REAR END. THE LOCAL MECHANIC SHOP CORRECTED THE PROBLEM BY LUBRICATING THE SPRING LEAFS. INDICATED THERE MAY BE SOME SORT OF PADDING BETWEEN LEAFS THAT MAY BE MISSING. LUBRICATION SOLVED PROBLEM FOR AWHILE. NOISE IS BACK AGAIN.

FRONT BRAKES WORE OUT ON BOTH OUTBOARD PADS. INBOARD PADS ARE ALMOST NEW.TRUCK HAS 32,000MI. I BOUGHT IT NEW. DEALER SAID CALIPERS WERE NOT SLIDING. I CHECKED THE BRAKES MYSELF AND FOUND THAT NOT TRUE. I REPLACED THE PADS AND ROTORS MYSELF AND TOOK PICTURES AND SAVED ALL PARTS. THERE MUST BE A REASON, AND I CAN'T BE THE ONLY ONE.

IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE IDLED ROUGHLY, SHUTTERED, AND THEN STALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER FOR FURTHER INSPECTION AND THE BATTERY WAS REPLACED. THE DEALER STATED THAT THERE WAS A FAULTY GROUND CONNECTION UNDER THE DASH PANEL. THE GROUND SURFACE WAS CLEANED AND THE WIRING WAS RE-GROUNDED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
