TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET SILVERADO. WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH, THE BRAKES FAILED WITHOUT WARNING. THE BRAKE PEDAL BECAME STIFF AND UNRESPONSIVE. THE CONTACT HAD TO PLACE EXCESSIVE PRESSURE ON THE BRAKE PEDAL JUST TO GET THE VEHICLE TO SLOW DOWN. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE BRAKES MADE A GRINDING NOISE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE VACUUM PUMP ASSEMBLY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 43,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT BOTH REAR SEAT BELTS WERE LOOSE AND FAILED TO SECURE THE PASSENGERS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO MIKE SAVOIE CHEVROLET (1900 W MAPLE RD, TROY, MI 48084, (877) 819-1038) WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT DIAGNOSTIC TESTING WAS NEEDED AND THE VEHICLE WAS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500. THE CONTACT NOTICED AN ABNORMAL BURNING ODOR INSIDE THE VEHICLE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE DEALER (SUTLIFF CHEVROLET, 1251 PAXTON ST, HARRISBURG, PA) WAS CONTACTED, BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS RETURNED TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THERE WERE CRACKS IN THE RADIATOR AND THE THERMOSTAT THAT NEEDED REPLACEMENT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES AND OFFERED TO COVER 70% OF THE REPAIR COST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 20,259.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET SILVERADO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED. IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE STALLED. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO RESTART AND THE STEERING WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE ANTI- THEFT MODULE AND THE STEER-ASSIST NEEDED TO BE REPROGRAMMED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 78,000. UPDATED 04/08/16*LJ
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FOUR WHEEL DRIVE REMAINED ENGAGED DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER, AND IT RANDOMLY DISENGAGED WITH AN ABNORMAL NOISE AND A JERKING VIBRATION. THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED SEVERAL TIMES AND HAD NOT PROVIDED A PERMANENT REMEDY. THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED OF A MANUFACTURER RECALL REPAIR AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE'S MILEAGE WAS TOO HIGH. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO GET THE DEALER TO COMPLETE A MANUFACTURER'S RECALL REPAIR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 12,000.
DASH LIGHTS WOULD FLICKER ALONG WITH HEADLIGHTS. WHEN YOU WOULD TURN THE WHEEL, THE ENTIRE DASH WOULD GO OUT LIKE YOU TURNED OFF THE KEY AND THEN COME RIGHT BACK ON. SOMETIMES THE TRUCK WOULD DIE IN THE ROAD AND DIED WHILE TURNING AND CREATED NEAR MISSES FOR ACCIDENTS. WHEN THE SYSTEM WOULD COME BACK ON, IT WOULD DISABLE THE STEERING ASSIST AND CAUSE THE STEERING WHEEL TO JERK BACK TOWARDS CENTER. TOOK THE TRUCK TO THE DEALER WITH VIDEO EVIDENCE OF PROBLEM AND THEY ADVISED THERE WAS NOT RECALLS, SERVICE BULLETINS OR EVEN KNOWLEDGE OF A PROBLEM AND WANTED TO CHARGE $128.00 PER HOUR FLAT RATE TO TROUBLE SHOOT THE PROBLEM. AFTER DOING SOME RESEARCH AT HOME, I FOUND NUMEROUS ISSUES WITH THE SAME PROBLEMS ON FORUMS AND RELATED BACK TO A KNOWN GROUND ISSUE UNDER THE DASH THAT IS LABELED G218 WHERE INSULATION OR MATERIAL IS FOUND UNDER THE GROUND NUT CREATING A HIGHER RESISTANCE. I WAS ABLE TO REMOVE THIS MATERIAL MYSELF AND CORRECT THE PROBLEM WITH NO FURTHER ISSUES. THE SCARY PART ABOUT THIS IS, MY DAUGHTER HAD THE TRUCK DIE ON HER A COUPLE TIMES IN THE MIDDLE OF TRAFFIC AND WAS ALMOST IN A WRECK BECAUSE OF IT. GM REFUSES TO ACCEPT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY ON THIS WHEN IT IS A GM MANUFACTURE PROBLEM.
WHILE DRIVING MY 2014 CHEVY SILVERADO, I HAVE HAD 3 INSTANCES WHERE THE STABILITY CONTROL LIGHT CAME ON AND I SUDDENLY LOST LOST ALL STEERING AND BRAKES. WITHIN A 2-3 SECONDS THE CLUSTER AND RADIO WENT DEAD AND THEN THE ENGINE STOPPED. I HAD NO ABILITY TO CONTROL THE VEHICLE. I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER AND THEY STATED THE LOGS SHOWED 1 1/2 PAGES OF VEHICLE COMMUNICATIONS ERRORS INCLUDING LOSS OF COMMUNICATIONS TO STEERING, LOSS OF COMMUNICATIONS TO BRAKES, ETC. AFTER 8 DAYS OF ANALYSIS, THE DEALER NOTIFIED ME THAT THIS WAS A KNOWN ISSUE WITH GM AND THAT THERE IS AN ACTIVE PI NUMBER FOR THE ISSUE. HOWEVER, THERE IS NO KNOWN RESOLUTION FOR THE ISSUE. BECAUSE THERE IS NO KNOWN SOLUTION, THEY ASKED ME TO COME PICK UP THE VEHICLE AND CONTINUE DRIVING IT AND THEY WILL CONTACT ME WHEN A SOLUTION IS FOUND. WHEN I ASKED IF THEY UNDERSTOOD THAT I COULD LOSE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND POTENTIAL KILL MYSELF, A FAMILY MEMBER OF ANOTHER DRIVER THEY ONLY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD NO OTHER SUGGESTIONS. I ESCALATED TO GM CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY ASSURED ME THAT BECAUSE THERE ARE NO OPEN RECALLS ON MY VEHICLE FOR THIS ISSUE, IT WAS COMPLETELY SAFE TO DRIVE AND THAT I SHOULDN'T WORRY. A SEARCH OF THE INTERNET REVEALED MANY PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD THE EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE AND WHO WERE TOLD TO CONTINUE DRIVING THE VEHICLE. ONE EVEN STATED THAT THEY HIT A PEDESTRIAN AFTER LOSING CONTROL OF THE TRUCK. THIS ISSUE IS OBVIOUSLY A HUGE SAFETY RISK AS THE DRIVER CAN LOSE COMPLETE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AT ANY SPEED.
AFTER DRIVING THROUGH A CAR WAS, THE ELECTRIC POWER STEERING FAILED WHILE DRIVING. I TRIED TO TURN AND WAS UNABLE TO TURN THE STEERING WHEEL CONSEQUENTLY I HIT A PEDESTRIAN WHO WAS STANDING IN FRONT OF THE CAR. NO POLICE REPORT WAS FILED.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET SILVERADO. WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH, THE ENGINE STALLED AND CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO CRASH INTO A FIRE HYDRANT. THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO RESTART. NO POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT DID NOT SUSTAIN ANY INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000.
ELECTRIC POWER STEERING FAILED WHILE DRIVING. TRUCK TOWED TO A DEALER. AFTER REPLACING THE ELECTRIC POWER STEERING MOTOR, ELECTRICAL LOOM AND THE BATTERY, WAS INFORMED THAT THE STEERING RACK FAILED - POSSIBLY DUE TO WATER PENETRATION INTO THE RACK AND PINION DRIVE. SUSPECT A FAULTY OR BADLY DESIGNED SEAL WHICH MAY BE THE CAUSE FOR THIE FAILURES ON THE 2014 SILVERADO TRUCKS
INTENSITY AND COVERAGE OF HEADLIGHTS IS TERRIBLE. THE HIGH BEAMS ARE DIM AND THERE IS NO SIDE COVERAGE TO ALLOW SEEING THE EDGE OF THE ROAD. I WENT INTO THE DITCH WHEN TRYING TO AVOID ONCOMING CARS AND NEARLY HIT A JOGGER.
WHILE DRIVING ABOUT 30 MPH. TURNED THE INDICATOR AND WAS GOING TO TURN RIGHT INTO A SIDE STREET.. A WARNING APPEARED ON MY DASH "POWER STEERING NEED SERVICE". LOST POWER STEERING AND WAS LUCKY TO STOP BEFORE THE TURNING AND NOT HIT A CAR ON THE SIDE STREET.
@ AROUND 32,000 MILES I THREW A CODE, STABILITRACK SYSTEM ENGAGED AND IT HAD A SIGNIFICANT LOSE IN POWER. I CHECKED THE CODE AND IT WAS A MISFIRE IN CYLINDER 7. I BROUGHT MY TRUCK TO THE LOCAL CHEVY DEALER AND THEY REPLACED THE IGNITION COIL AND PLUG WIRE. NOW AT 34,000 MILES IT HAPPENS AGAIN. BUT THIS TIME TO CYLINDER 6. KNOWING WHAT TO LOOK FOR I CHECKED THE WIRE, WHICH WAS HANGING FREELY FROM THE PLUG, AND IT WAS CORRODED INSIDE THE BOOT AND I'M SURE THE COIL WAS AS WELL BUT I HAD IT TOWED TO THE LOCAL DEALER TO BE REPAIRED.
THE FACTORY HEADLIGHTS ON THE 2014 CHEVROLET 1500 SERIES PICKUP ARE A SAFETY CONCERN AND HAZARD. THE LOW BEAM SETTING IS EXTREMELY DIM AND WHEN THE ROADS ARE WET OR AT DAWN/DUSK IT FEELS THAT YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH THE PARKING LIGHTS ON. THE HIGH BEAMS PROJECT WELL, BUT DISPERSE QUICKLY. I HAVE OWNED A 1987 GMC SIERRA, A 2000 CHEVROLET 1500, AND A 2002 GMC SIERRA ALL OF WHICH HAD PERFECT ILLUMINATION SYSTEMS. GM OUTFITTED THE 2014 WITH A SAFETY HAZARD. MOST OF MY DRIVING OCCURS IN THE ARCTIC, WHICH 6 MONTHS OF THE YEAR IS PRACTICALLY DARK MOST OF THE DAY. I HAVE ALMOST HIT 3 MOOSE THIS MONTH BECAUSE I COULD NOT SEE THE ROAD AHEAD UNDER HIGH BEAM OR LOW BEAM. I AM UPGRADING MY HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY TO THE COST OF $450.00 BECAUSE IT IS IMPORTANT TO SEE ON OUR REMOTE ROADS IN ALASKA. I LOVE THE TRUCK IN EVERY OTHER ASPECT, BUT THE STOCK HEADLIGHTS ARE GOING TO GET SOMEONE KILLED. THANKS.
FIRE AND DEATH HAZARD . STRONG UNBEARABLE TOXIC SMELL ENTERING UP INTO CAB.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH, THE CONTACT CRASHED INTO A DEAD COW THAT WAS IN THE ROAD. THE VEHICLE WENT AIRBORNE OVER THE DEAD COW BEFORE LANDING BACK ON THE ROAD. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. TWO OCCUPANTS WERE INJURED AND RECEIVED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 24,000.
VEHICLE VIBRATES AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS, TO THE POINT THAT IT DOES NOT FEEL SAFE. IT IS ESPECIALLY STRONG AT APPROXIMATELY 74 MPH. I HAVE TAKEN IT TO MY CHEVROLET DEALER FOUR TIMES AND THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED. THE DEALER REPLACED ALL FOUR TIRES, MATCH BALANCED THE TIRES THREE TIMES, AND TURNED THE BRAKE ROTORS. THE SERVICE MANAGER INFORMED ME THAT THE VIBRATION IS DUE TO THE NEW SUSPENSION DESIGN. I FOUND A GM BULLETIN, #PI1354C, THAT OUTLINES A SPECIFIC PROCEDURE TO DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE. HOWEVER, THE DEALER DID NOT FOLLOW IT.
3X3 SHARP METAL BOTTOM OF DOOR EDGE WENT THROUGH MY LEG SPEAR IS SHARP ENOUGH TO KILL A SMALL CHILD BY PENETRATION OF HEAD CHEST OR ABDOMEN DRIVER DOOR IS NOT ROUNDED IT IS A RAZOR LIKE TRIANGLE/AFTER LEAVING HOSP I WENT TO DEALER THEY SAID STYLE WAS MADE THAT WAY BY GM/I THEN CONTACTED MY CONGRESSWOMAN WHO TOLD ME TO CONTACT YOU/FED TRADE COMMISSION AND DEPT TRANSP/EVERY 2014 OWNER SHOULD KNOW ABOUT MY INJURY.SEE PHOTO ATTACHED
VIBRATION COMING BACK THROUGH STEERING WHEEL AT SPEEDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. DID RESEARCH ON INTERNET AND SEE MANY CUSTOMERS ARE EXPERIENCING SAME ISSUE WITH NO GM RESOLUTION AND GM APPARENTLY TRYING TO SAY IT IS NORMAL. HAD TIRES AND WHEELS FORCED BALANCED 7/29/2016 WHICH DID NOT RESOLVE ISSUE. GM IS AWARE OF THE COMPLAINT ON MY VEHICLE; REF: CLAIM 8-2177021918.
TRUCK VIBRATES AT SPEEDS OF 28 TO 50 MPH.GM DISTRICT SERVICE MANAGER KNOWS ABOUT THE PROBLEM.HAVENT HEARD FROM ANYBODY GOING ON 4 MONTHS.KEPT ON SENDING AND CALLING GM TO NO AVAIL.SERVICE MANAGER TOLD DEALER DO NOT WORK ON MY TRUCK AT ALL.BECAUSE OF THAT, I COULDN'T FILE FOR THE LEMON LAW.
5/15 RADIO DISPLAY LOST POWER, RECURRED AT LEAST 3 OCCASIONS; 9/15 TRAILERING IN "TOW MODE" ON INTERSTATE AT 58 MPH WHEN VEHICLE SLOWED DOWN AND RPMS INCREASED WHEN STEPPING ON ACCELERATOR; HAD TO PULL OVER ONTO INTERSTATE SHOULDER AND STOP. VEHICLE BEGAN SHIFTING NORMALLY AGAIN- DEALER STATED THAT THEY UPDATED TRANSMISSION SHIFT POINTS AND TCM. 10/15 HARSH SHIFTING AND CLUNKING FROM RIGHT REAR WHEN TURNING RIGHT. 1/16 HARSH SHIFTING AND CLUNKING FROM RIGHT REAR WHEN TURNING - DEALER REPLACED "U JOINT" AND "ADJUSTED COMPUTER SHIFT POINTS. VEHICLE STILL HAS HARSH SHIFT AND CLUNK IN RIGHT REAR WHICH OCCURS DAILY.
THERE WAS A DEATH IN THIS VEHICLE ON A STATE HIGHWAY GA I-20 WB. POLICE REPORTS WERE FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS UNSALVAGABLE. RECALLS ISSUED ARE DATED AFTER THIS DATE.
WHEN TURNING MY TRUCK LEFT OR RIGHT, THERE IS A CLUNKING/POPPING NOISE COMING FROM UNDER THE TRUCK (MAYBE FROM THE FRONT END). CHEVY DEALERSHIP IN PORTLAND,TX CONFIRMED THE NOISE BUT COULD NOT FIND THE ORIGIN OF THE NOISE. SO THE SERVICE MANAGER STOPPED WORK AND SAID THAT THEY WERE CHASING A "GHOST". SO I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER AND HE DID NOTHING TO HELP ME AND ADVICE ME TO TAKE MY TRUCK TO ANOTHER DEALER FOR REPAIR. THIS PROBLEM AND MANY OTHERS HAVE BEEN OCCURRING SO I AM NOT BUYING ANOTHER CHEVY IN MY LIFE, THANKS GM FOR PRODUCING ANOTHER SCREWED UP VEHICLE.
FIRST INCIDENT THE STABILITRACK SERVICE LIGHT FLASHED SO FAST I COULD BARELY READ IT.. SECOND INCIDENT HAPPENED ON SEPTEMBER 20,2015 AND IT HAPPENED TWICE. THE STABILITRACK LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN BUT THIS TIME THE DOOR LOCKS LOCKED AND UNLOCKED , LIGHTS WENT OFF AND ON , RADIO WENT OFF AND ON AND IT STALLED THE ENGINE ALMOST AS IF THE VEHICLE SHORTED OUT. LUCKILY I WAS PULLING INTO A PARKING LOT BECAUSE I HAD NO CONTROL. I APLLIED THE BRAKE AND PUT THE VEHICLE IN PARK AND IT RESTARTED. ABOUT 45 MINUTES LATER IT DID THE SAME EXACT THING AS I WAS PULLING INTO MY DRIVEWAY. IT IS AT THE DEALERSHIP NOW.
WHEN THE BELOW MESSAGES ARE RECEIVED, STEERING THE VEHICLE IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT, THE STEERING WHEEL THRASHES BACK AND FORTH (WHEN AT SLOWER SPEEDS - I.E. ATTEMPTING TO PARK) AND USUALLY ENTERS A "LOW POWER MODE" WHERE YOU CAN'T ACCELERATE, STEER OR ABOUT ANYTHING. IN ALL CASES, TURNING OFF THE VEHICLE AND RESTARTING SEEMS TO RETURN TO NORMAL UNTIL IT HAPPENS AGAIN. 9/6/15: WHILE MAKING A TURN, RECEIVED A "STABILITRAK OFF" AND "POWER STEERING ASSIST REDUCES DRIVE WITH CARE" 9/8/15; RECEIVED THE ABOVE TWO MESSAGES PLUS "SERVICE 4WD" - 9/10/15 DEALER REPLACED THE TRANSFER CASE ACTUATOR PER TSB 9/14/15: RECEIVED STABILITRAK AND PWR STEERING MESSAGES WHEN ATTEMPTING TO PARK THE TRUCK -- DEALER STATED LOVE VOLTAGE CODES PRESENT, SO THEY CHARGED THE BATTER AND RETURNED THE TRUCK TO ME. 9/16/15: HAD THE STEERING WHEEL THRASHING WHEN BACKING INTO MY DRIVEWAY, BUT NO MESSAGES 9/24/15: WHILE ON THE HIGHWAY (LUCKY TRAFFIC WAS SLOW) RECEIVED THE STABILITRAK (TWICE) AND PWR STEERING MESSAGES, SO I EXITED TO TAKE SIDE STREETS HOME. WHEN MAKING A LEFT TURN RECEIVED THE STABILITRAK AND PWR STEERING MESSAGE, THE LOW POWER MODE AND THRASHING STEERING. THIS OCCURRENCE WAS IN TRAFFIC AND DANGEROUS. CURRENTLY AT DEALER, THEY STATE THEY ARE REPLACING BOTH POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE CABLES AND REROUTED A WIRE THAT MAY HAVE BEEN RUBBING THE FRAME. NOTE: THERE IS A RECALL ON THE 2015 MODELS FOR THE ELECTRIC POWER STEERING (EPS) GM # 14743 -- SAME SYMPTOMS...
WE OWN A 2014 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500. UPON TRAVELING A LOW RATE OF SPEED OR UNDER 40 MPH, THERE IS A SUDDEN LOSS OF POWER. THE VEHICLE HESITATES NUMEROUS TIMES AND STALLED. THE VEHICLE SHUTS OFF AND THERE IS A LOSS OF POWER AND ENGINE DIES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER MORE THAN TWICE, BUT THEY WERE UNABLE TO REPLICATE AND DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE IS 35,024.

I HAD RECENTLY PURCHASED THE VEHICLE AND WAS COMING BACK FROM VEGAS, GOING UP A HILL THERE WAS A LITTLE BIT OF TRAFFIC I WAS PROBABLY DOING 35 TO 45 MPH AND SUDDENLY I HEARD A LOUD THUD COMING FROM THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE KIND OF LIKE WHEN YOU GET REAR ENDED AND IT DID AGAIN A FEW TIMES AFTER THAT, WHEN I TOOK THE TRUCK TO THE LOCAL DEALERSHIP AND I EXPLAINED TO THEM WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND THEY SAY THAT IT WAS NEW VEHICLE WITH A ALL NEW DRIVETRAIN AND IT HAD A 6 SPEED TRANSMISSION AND IT WAS NORMAL.

LUCKILY THE DRIVESHAFT DIDN'T LIFT THE BACK OF THE TRUCK INTO THE AIR, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY IT DIDN'T GO THROUGH SOMEONES WINDSHIELD BEHIND ME! IT TURNS OUT THAT THE KNUCKLE ON THE REAR OF THE SHAFT HAD SNAPPED, VIOLENTLY VIBRATED AND THE SHAFT DROPPED, RIPPED APART ABOUT A FOOT BEHIND THE TRANSMISSION AND CAME OUT FROM UNDER THE TRUCK. THE U-JOINT WAS STILL IN THE DIFFERENTIAL AND A FOOT OF DRIVESHAFT WAS STILL IN THE TRANSMISSION. I HAD BROUGHT MY TRUCK TO 2 DIFFERENT DEALERSHIPS FOR A VIBRATION AND CLUNKING NOISE IN THE REAR WHEN IT WAS NEW, (1900 MILES) BOTH DEALERS TOLD ME "THEY COULDN'T DUPLICATE CUSTOMERS CONCERN"...I'M A MECHANIC, I'VE WORKED AT DEALERSHIPS, THIS IS WHAT THEY TELL PEOPLE WHEN THEY DON'T WANT THE HEADACHE OF DEALING WITH AN ISSUE. AFTER LOOKING DRIVESHAFT VIBRATIONS UP ON THESE SPECIFIC TRUCKS, I CAME TO REALIZE THAT IT IS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH 2014 AND 2015 GM FULL SIZE TRUCKS.
