I AM HAVING AN ISSUE WITH MY STEERING WHEEL. IT STARTED OFF AS A FAIR CLICK WHEN TURNING LEFT. WITH TIME IT FOR PROGRESSIVELY WORSE. TOOK IT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND AFTER 3 DAYS THEY STATED MY STEERING BEARING WAS BAD AND REPLACED IT. NO SOONER AFTER PICKING UP MY CAR (STILL IN THE DEALERSHIP PARKING LOT) I NOTICE THE SAME CLICKING NOISE IN MY STEERING WHEEL. IT'S NOW BEEN 3 WHOLE DAYS AND NO ONE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT CAN FIND THE ISSUE. THEY DO ADMIT TO HEARING AND FEELING THE CLICKING IN THE STEERING WHEEL BUT REASSURE ME THE VEHICLE IS SAFE TO DRIVE AND I CAN COME PICK UP MY CAR AND NOT TO WORRY ABOUT THE PROBLEM. I FEEL IT IS AN UNSAFE VEHICLE FOR MYSELF AND MY FAMILY TO BE IN. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ADVISE ME WHAT TO DO. I REFUSE TO PICK UP MY CAR UNTIL THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN COMPLETELY TAKEN CARE OF.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHEVROLET TAHOE. THE CONTACT PARKED THE VEHICLE AT A FUEL STATION. WHEN HE RETURNED, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE VEHICLE HAD ROLLED DOWN THE STREET AND CRASHED INTO A FOUR WHEELER. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR THE BODY REPAIRS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED FOR THE TRANSMISSION FAILURE. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 84,000. *DT *TR
OUR TAHOES AUTOMATIC LIFTGATE STOPPED WORKING. TOOK IT TO DEALERSHIP AND HAD IT CHECKED. THEIR RECORDS SHOWED THERE HAD BEEN A RECALL AND THAT THEY HAD ALREADY REPAIRED THE STRUT. THEY DID A DIAGNOSTIC AND SAID IT WASN'T THE STRUT/ ACTUATOR . HE SAID IT WAS THE MODULE AND THAT IT NEEDED REPLACED WITH AN ESTIMATE OF $750. WE ORDERED THE MODULE AND PUT IT IN AND IT DIDN'T FIX IT. AFTER REPLACING THAT THE TECHNICIAN SAID IT WAS THE MOTOR/LOCK NOT SHOWING ANY POWER, SO WE ORDERED THAT AND IT DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM EITHER. LAST WE REPLACED THE STRUT/ACTUATOR AND IT FIXED THE PROBLEM. THE DEALER WON'T ADMIT ANY WRONGDOING BUT WE DON'T FEEL THAT A RECALLED PROBLEM SHOULD HAVE COST US ANYTHING.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHEVROLET TAHOE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE SEAT BELT FAILED TO SECURELY FASTEN. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WHEN THE TEMPERATURE WAS COLD OUTSIDE. WHEN THE OUTDOOR TEMPERATURE WAS WARMER, THE SEAT BELT WORKED PROPERLY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK WITH ONLY 37000 MILES AND INTERIOR LIGHTS FLASH EVERY TIME I TOUCH THE BRAKE PEDAL OR TURN SIGNAL.
STEERING ISSUE - POPPING NOISE IN STEERING COLUMN WHEN TURNING. DEALER FIXED, WITHIN 2 MONTHS, THE POPPING IS BACK AND GETTING WORSE.

WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED, THE INTERIOR LIGHTING WOULD ALSO FLICKER. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO WHITESIDE CHEVROLET BUICK GMC CADILLAC (LOCATED AT 50714 NATIONAL RD E, ST CLAIRSVILLE, OH 43950, (740) 695-0211) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FAILURE WAS DUE TO AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: 8-4804205228. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000. *TT*JB
THE INTERIOR LIGHT FLASH AT NIGHT WHILE DRIVING
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHEVROLET TAHOE. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY, THE AIR CONDITIONER FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS DIAGNOSED AS HAVING A FAULTY AIR CONDITIONER CONDENSOR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 79,000.
THE DOME LIGHTS IN SECOND ROW FLICKER EVERY TIME I PRESS ON THE BRAKES. THE DOME LIGHTS ALSO FLICKER OCCASIONALLY WHEN I PUT ON THE BLINKERS. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE DEALER SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE A HIGH PRICE OR THEY ACT AS IF IT IS A SMALL ISSUE. DEALER IS SPORTS CHEVY IN SILVER SPRING, MD. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER A YEAR.
WHEN APPLYING THE BRAKES MY CAR DOESN'T STOP 100% OF THE TIME. 1 TIME DURING HIGHWAY SLOW MOVING TRAFFIC, 3 TIMES BACKING OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY (FLAT SURFACE), 4 TIMES WHEN ON INCLINE/DECLINE OF ROAD. WHEN APPLYING BRAKES, HORRIBLE CHATTERING VIBRATION COMES FROM LEFT FRONT TIRE AREA, CHATTER VIBRATION IS FELT IN BRAKE PEDAL. NO MATTER HOW HARD I APPLY THE BRAKE THE CAR KEEPS GOING - IT WILL FINALLY STOP, BUT I ALMOST HIT THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME AT THE ONE HIGHWAY OCCURRENCE, 2 TIMES CAR FINALLY STOPPED JUST BEFORE GOING OVER EDGE OF PROPERTY WHEN PULLING FORWARD & BACKWARD TO TURN AROUND IN TIGHT AREA. IN EACH INSTANCE I AM MOVING AT A VERY SLOW SPEED. I CONTACTED DEALERSHIP, THEY TOLD ME I WASN'T THE ONLY ONE CALLING ABOUT THIS HAPPENING BUT SINCE I'M OVER 36,000 WARRANTY THEY WILL CHARGE ME TO CK IT OUT, PROBABLY CAN'T RECREATE THE PROBLEM, SAID IT WAS PROBABLY ABS BUT NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT THAT, SUGGESTED I FIND A DEALERSHIP CLOSE TO ME WHENEVER IT HAPPENS AGAIN!
CONDENSER WENT OUT. I HAVE A LITTLE OVER 39,000 MILES ON THIS VEHICLE AND JUST HAD TO PUT IT IN THE SHOP FOR THE CONDENSER TO BE REPLACED. I CONTACTED 2 DIFFERENT DEALERSHIPS AND BOTH HAVE TOLD ME THEY HAVE HAD TO REPLACE SEVERAL DEFECTIVE CONDENSERS. TO ME, THIS SAYS THAT GM IS AWARE OF THE ISSUE YET IS MAKING NO ATTEMPT TO RECALL THE DEFECTIVE PART. I AM ATTACHING A PHOTO TO SHOW THE LEAK IS AT A SAUDER LINE AND NOT DUE TO EXTERNAL DAMAGE. HAD A ROCK OR OTHER FOREIGN OBJECT HIT THE CONDENSER MY INSURANCE WOULD HAVE PAID FOR THIS SINCE IT WOULD BE CONSIDERED COMPREHENSIVE BUT THE TECH AT THE DEALERSHIP TOLD ME THAT IT WAS NOT DUE TO EXTERNAL DAMAGE, IT WAS DEFECTIVE. THE DARK SPOT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PHOTO IS WHERE THE LEAK WAS & IT WAS COMING FROM THAT SEAM/SAUDER LINE.
VEHICLES DOME LIGHTS FLASH WHEN APPLYING BREAKS..THIS ALSO HAPPENS WHEN YOU USE YOUR TURNING SIGNALS.. THIS IS A HAZARD.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHEVROLET TAHOE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS A COOLANT LEAK BETWEEN THE TRANSMISSION AND THE COOLING LINES. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE COOLANT LINES AND HOSES THROUGH THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000.
THE BRAKES POWER ASSIST FAILS AFTER APPLICATION OF BRAKES IN TRAFFIC OR WHEN REVERSING. WHEN IN HEAVY TRAFFIC SITUATION AND WHEN APPLYING LIGHT PRESSURE NUMEROUS TIMES, THE BRAKES POWER ASSIST FAILS AND YOU HAVE TO APPLY VERY HEAVY PRESSURE TO THE PEDAL TO STOP. REVERSING, THE BRAKES POWER ASSIST FAILS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AFTER INITIAL BRAKE APPLICATION.
The contact owns a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe. The contact stated that the trailer hitch warning light was illuminated with an audible tone. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer however, the mechanic was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified. The approximate failure mileage was 73,988.
THE SUNROOF EXPLODED FOR NO KNOWN REASON. NO IMPACT OF ANYTHING.
I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE USED ON OCT 14 2016. I DROVE IT FOR ABOUT 3 WEEKS IN LOCAL TRAFFIC WITH SPEEDS 60MPH AND BELOW WITH NO ISSUES. I THEN WENT ON A ROAD TRIP ON NOV 7 2016 WHERE I USED MAJOR INTERSTATES THAT REQUIRED SPEEDS BETWEEN 70-75 MPH. AS SOON AS I HIT THE MAJOR INTERSTATES I NOTICED SOMETHING WAS NOT RIGHT. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS SET TO CRUISE BETWEEN 70-75MPH AND THE VEHICLE REDUCED FROM V8 MODE TO V4 MODE THE INTERIOR OF THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO VIGOROUSLY SHAKE. THE HANDLING AND WHEEL TO PAVEMENT CONTACT FELT STABLE SO I CONTINUED MY 600 MILE TRIP. AT TIMES THE SHAKING CONDITIONS MADE ME FEEL DIZZY AND SOMEWHAT NAUSEOUS. I IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL AT MY DESTINATION SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT AT A CERTIFIED CHEVY DEALER AND WAS SEEN NOV 14 2016. THEY TEST DROVE THE VEHICLE FOR ABOUT 22 MILES AND WERE ABLE TO DUPLICATE MY PROBLEM, HOWEVER THROUGH TROUBLESHOOTING AND INSPECTION COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG. I CALLED THE NUMBER IN THE WARRANTY MANUAL AND STARTED A CLAIM AND THEIR RESOLUTION WAS THE VEHICLE WAS OPERATING AS DESIGNED,BUT THE GM ADVISOR DID SAY THERE WAS A KNOWN ISSUE? HOWEVER THEY COULD NOT TELL ME WHY THE DESIGN MADE THE VEHICLE DO THIS . TO ME IT SOUNDS LIKE IT IS A FLAW IN THE DESIGN AND GM DOES NOT KNOW WHY YET. THROUGH FURTHER RESEARCH I FOUND MULTIPLE POST AND DISCUSSIONS WITH THE SAME COMPLAINT AS WELL AS A FOX NEWS REPORT WHERE GM SPOKESMAN TOM WILKINSON STATED GM KNOWS THERE IS A PROBLEM AND GM WOULD WORK WITH CUSTOMERS CASE BY CASE TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. IN MY CASE THE RESOLUTION WAS TO TELL ME THATS WHAT IT WAS DESIGNED TO SHAKE. I CERTAINLY DONT BELIEVE WHAT THEY ARE TELLING ME . AFTER SERVING THIS COUNTRY IN TWO DIFFERENT COMBAT ZONES TO PROTECT OUR FREEDOMS ITS DISAPPOINTING TO KNOW THAT GM WONT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AS I HAVE STOOD AT THE FRONT FOR THIS COUNTRY.L CAN PROVIDE VIDEO AND DEALER SERVICE DOCUMENTS UPON REQUEST.
I PURCHASED A BRAND NEW 2015 CHEVY TAHOE AND USE IT HERE AND THERE. AS OF NOW I ONLY HAVE 10,000 MILES ON IT HOWEVER THE TIRES WERE BALDING AROUND 6,000 MILES AND EVEN MAYBE BEFORE THEN BUT I DIDN'T THINK TO TAKE A CLOSER LOOK SINCE IT WAS BRAND NEW. NOW IT IS VERY OBVIOUS THEY NEED TO BE REPLACED AND I'M A GENTLE DRIVER AND KEEP IT ON SMOOTH ROADS. AFTER READING ALL THE OTHER COMPLAINTS I AM AFRAID THE SIDE WALLS WILL BLOW OUT ON ME OR SOMETHING EVEN WORSE MAY HAPPEN. WHILE DRIVING THE CAR SHAKES AND PULLS AS IT FEELS THE ALIGNMENT IS OFF DUE TO POOR TIRES. I AM NOT SURE IF THE DEALERSHIP WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING THEM OR GOODYEAR ASSURANCE FUEL MAX (MY BRAND OF TIRES). I AM SURPRISED THERE HASN'T BEEN A RECALL THIS FAR AS THE ISSUES ARE VERY APPARENT AND QUITE DANGEROUS. IF THERE IS INFO ON WHAT AN OWNER NEEDS TO DO IN ORDER TO GET THE DEFECTIVE TIRES REPLACED WHERE WOULD ONE FIND THAT LISTED OR WHO DO THEY CONTACT AND/OR WILL THEY BE CONTACTED AFTER WRITING A COMPLAINT? NOT ONLY DOES THE CAR PULL EXCESSIVELY BUT IT MAKES A LOUD CLICKING NOISE WHEN TURNING AND SOUNDS LIKE IT IS DIRECTLY FROM THE WHEELS/TIRES, IT DOESN'T HOLD UP WELL IN RAIN OR SNOW DUE TO LACK OF TIRE TREAD AND THE TIRE PRESSURE IS CONSTANTLY DECREASING NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I PUT AIR IN SO IT'S AT THE CORRECT PSI AND EVERY MONTH, MINUS THE FIRST COUPLE MONTHS I HAD THE CAR, THE ONSTAR DIAGNOSTIC REVIEW ALWAYS SHOWS THE PSI AS BEING SIGNIFICANTLY LOW. I JUST DON'T WANT TO FIND MYSELF IN A BAD SITUATION LIKE SOMETHING A LOT WORSE THAN HAVING MY CAR JUST PULL ME INTO THE OTHER LANE ON A MAJOR HIGHWAY AKA HAVE THE SIDEWILLS COMPLETELY BLOW OUT WHILE ON A HIGHWAY AND HAVING ONLY 10K MILES ON IT THIS SHOULDN'T BE A CONCERN. A QUALITY TIRE SHOULD LAST FOR YEARS AND TENS OF THOUSANDS OF MILES BEFORE THE TREAD IS COMPLETELY WORN DOWN.
THE MALE CONNECTOR TO THE REAR DEFROSTER/DEFOGER FEMALE CONECTOR BROKE OFF ON BOTH SIDES. I WAS CLEANING THE BAKE WINDOW AND JUST A MILD TOUCH AND THE COPPER MALE STUD BROKE OFF IN THE COPPER FEMALE CONNECTOR.
HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. 1) THE LANE ASSIST AND REVERSE FEEDBACK COMES AND GOES DUE TO LOOSE WIRING.I FOUND THIS IS A COMMON ISSUE. 2) THE NEW ISSUE IS ONCE STARTING THE VEHICLE AND PRESSING BRAKE PEDAL, INTERIOR LIGHTS FLASH. HAPPENS INTERMITTENT FOR FIRST FEW MINUTES FROM START OF VEHICLE.
1: WHILE DRIVING THE CAR, THE SECOND INTERIOR ROW LIGHTS FLASH EVERY 2 MINUTES, IT 'S REALLY ANNOYING FOR THE NIGHT DRIVING. 2. WHEN I WAS TRYING TO DO A PARALLEL PARKING, MY STEERING WHEEL WAS LOCKED UP, THIS HAPPENED COUPLE OF TIMES, AND SOMETIME, THE SIGN OF "STABILITRAK OFF" SHOWED ON THE FRONT SCREEN. I WAS ALSO HIT BY THE CAR BEHIND ME.

THE VEHICLE RESTARTED AFTER A COUPLE OF MINUTES AND WAS TAKEN TO TOM HESSER CHEVROLET (570-343-1221, LOCATED AT 1001 N WASHINGTON AVE, SCRANTON, PA 18509). THE CONTACT WAS PROVIDED A LOANER VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS DIAGNOSED AND THE BATTERY WAS REPLACED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE BATTERY WAS JUMPSTARTED AND THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE SAME DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 36,000.
WHEN APPLYING THE BRAKES OR USING THE LEFT TURN SIGNAL, THE INTERIOR LIGHTS IN THE FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD ROW FLASH. THIS IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS WHILE DRIVING AT NIGHT.
BACK INTERIOR LIGHTS FLASH ON WHEN DRIVING, VERY DANGEROUS AT NIGHT. DOES IT WHEN USE BREAKS. MOVING OR STATIONARY. ALL THE TIME.
THE INTERIOR LIGHTS FLASH WHILE DRIVING.
I HAVE TAKEN MY 2015 CHEVROLET TAHOE IN SEVERAL TIMES FOR A VIBRATION ISSUE. FIRST TIME IT WAS MENTIONED ON AN INVOICE WAS AUGUST OF 2016 BUT HAD BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS BEFORE. MY VEHICLE VIBRATES AT ABOUT ANY SPEED. THE FIRST TIME TO THE DEALER THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T THINK THERE WAS A PROBLEM. THE SECOND TIME THEY SAID THAT IT IS THE SUSPENSION BUT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT. THE VIBRATION HAS MADE PARTS OF THE VEHICLE TO RATTLE. THE THIRD TIME TO THE DEALER THEY HAD TO FIX A LIGHT ISSUE AND A RATTLE BETWEEN THE PASSENGER FROM DOOR AND BACK DOOR. THE VIBRATION HAPPENS EVERY WHERE AT EVERY SPEED. SCARIEST ON THE HIGHWAY THOUGH. FEELS LIKE THE VEHICLE IS GOING TO "CRACK" IN HALF. SCARY.
THE INTERIOR DOME LIGHTS FLICKER WHEN APPLYING THE BRAKES AND ALSO WHEN USING THE LEFT TURN SIGNAL. THIS HAPPENS WHETHER THE VEHICLE IS STATIONARY OR IN MOTION.

JANUARY 2016 I PURCHASED A 2015 CERTIFIED CHEVYTAHOE (VIN [XXX]) FROM KUNI CHEVROLET CADILLAC LOCATED 2449 FULTON AVE,SACRAMENTO, CA 95825. SIX MONTHS LATER I BEGIN EXPERIENCING MAJOR ISSUES WITH THE VEHICLE.THOSE ISSUES INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: FLICKERING OF THE HEAD LIGHTS WHEN USING TURNING SIGNALS AND OR USE OF ROLLING UP THE CAR WINDOWS, THE DASH BOARD COMPLETELY POWERING OFF, THE VEHICLE COMPLETELY POWERING OFF, AND THE STERLING WHEEL LOCKING DURING ANY TURNS. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL THESE ISSUES TAKES PLACE WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE AT ANY SPEED. I HAVE TAKEN MY CAR IN MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THE SAME ISSUES HOWEVER, AUTONATION CHEVROLET AIRPORT CONTINUES TO STATE THAT THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE. THERE HAVE BEEN MULTIPLE NEAR FATAL CAR ACCIDENTS DUE TO THE ISSUES WITH THIS VEHICLE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH, THE PLASTIC MOLDING AROUND THE FRAME OF THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR AND TENDED TO PULL OUT APPROXIMATELY THREE INCHES OFF THE FRAME, WHICH CAUSED A DISTRACTION FOR THE DRIVER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MOLDING ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR FRAME WAS REPLACED A YEAR AGO. THE DASHBOARD ON OUR 2015 CHEVROLET TAHOE LT HAS LARGE CRACKS EXTENDING FROM THE MIDDLE OF THE DASH TO THE INSTRUMENT PANEL.
WATER INFILTRATION INTO THE DRIVER/PASSENGER COMPARTMENTS SOAKING THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM/HEADLINER & DRIPPING DOWN INTO THE INTERIOR ON AT LEAST TWO OCCASIONS AND VIDEO TAPED BY MY WIFE. THE 2ND OCCURRENCE WAS 'AFTER' THE VEHICLE WENT TO THE DEALER TO BE FIXED FOR THIS VERY ISSUE. THESE INSTANCES HAPPENED DURING RAIN STORMS, BELIEVE ONCE WHILE DRIVING & ONCE WHILE PARKED IN OUR DRIVEWAY. I AM UNSURE OF THE SERVICE REPAIR DATES FOR THESE INSTANCES BUT BELIEVE IT WAS IN APRIL/MAY/JUNE OF 2016, THESE SERVICE RECORDS WERE SENT TO THE MINNESOTA ATTORNEY GENERAL IN A CLAIM I FILED IN JUNE 2016, OF WHICH THAT CLAIM IS BEING ADDRESSED BY PAUL MUELLER OF THE CONSUMER SERVICES DIVISION. PREVIOUS TO MY FILING WITH THE ATTY GEN I ATTEMPTED NEGOTIATINS WITH GM, OF WHICH A GM CASE NUMBER WAS CREATED. HAZARD / 4-WAY ACTIVATE THE INTERIOR LIGHTS ALSO. Second Inquiry on this problem, a detailed description was sent previously and no response was ever received. 2015 Chevy Tahoe in short, interior LED lights flash when ever the brake is applied. Interior LED lights flash when left turn signal is activated. Dealer stated that a Service Bulletin was created for this issue as an obvious safety issue at night. Electrical tape over the second seat LED's Dealer wanted at the time $180.00 to remedy the problem. (Documented) Dealer on next recall visit, Customer Service stated that they were unaware of such an issue, and also that this was the first that he had heard of it. Internet is well aware of the electrical issue.

THE STEERING MAKES A GRINDING NOISE WHEN TURNING TO THE LEFT AND RIGHT. THE DEALERSHIP COULD NOT GET IT REPRODUCED, BUT FINALLY RECEIVED A BULLETIN ADVISING TO REPLACE THE STEERING BEARINGS. THIS WAS DONE YESTERDAY AND IT STILL DOES IT TODAY. I'VE READ OTHER COMPLAINTS FOR THE SAME THING ON THE INTERNET, SOME MENTIONING IT IS UNSAFE TO DRIVE. THE DEALERSHIP HAS AGREED TO CONTACT THEIR ENGINEERS FOR ADDITIONAL GUIDANCE. HOWEVER, I'M CONCERNED ABOUT MY SAFETY OF THIS ONGOING ISSUE.
TAHOE 2015 LS TRANSMISSION IS SLIPPING INTO NEUTRAL DURING ACCELERATION FROM A STOP SIGN/LIGHT AFTER CYCLING THROUGH 1ST AND 2ND GEAR. SUV WILL SLOW DOWN IN TRAFFIC. IT ALSO AUTO SHIFT INTO PARK LIKE CONDITION AT TRAFFIC LIGHT AND WOULD NOT MOVE FORWARD. I HAD TO PLACE THE SHIFT LEVER INTO PARK AND THEN BACK TO DRIVE TO GET THE TRANSMISSION TO ENGAGE. IT ALSO KICK HARD WHEN ENGAGED. THE SUV ONLY HAS 5089 MILES ON IT. I BOUGHT THIS SUV NEW FROM RELIABLE CHEVROLET IN RICHARDSON, TX. TODAY THE PROBLEM GOT WORSE. IT NOW WOULD NOT ENGAGE WHEN I PUT IT INTO REVERSE. I HAD TO PUSH THE GAS PEDDLE MORE TO INCREASE THE RPM TO GET THE TRANSMISSION TO KICK IN. IT THEN KICK HARD INTO REVERSE. I BROUGHT THIS SUV TO MY DEALERSHIP TO GET IT FIX. THEY SAID THEY FOUND NOTHING AND RETURN THIS SUV BACK TO ME. I HAVE ANOTHER MAJOR STOP AND NO GO TRANSMISSION ISSUE AGAIN TODAY FEB 8, 2016. THIS TIME I HAVE MY TEENAGE SON WITH ME AND THIS REALLY UPSET ME. SOMEONE COULD HAVE HIT ME FROM BEHIND SINCE THE ROAD WAS A DOWNHILL RUN WITH A STOP LIGHT. THE INTERIOR LIGHTS OVER THE REAR PASSENGER SEATS AND THE CARGO AREA BLINK WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL IS PRESSED. THIS ALSO OCCURS WHEN THE LEFT TURN SIGNAL IS APPLIED. THE BRAKE CONTROL MODULE WAS REPLACED ONCE AND THE ISSUE SEEMED TO GO AWAY. IT HAS NOW RETURNED AND THE DEALER IS TELLING ME THAT THE LAMPS NEED TO BE UPGRADED.
