TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHRYSLER 300. WHILE DRIVING OVER UNEVEN LAND CLOSE TO CURBS, THE FRONT SUSPENSION WAS EXTREMELY LOW AND THE UNDERCARRIAGE AND FRONT FENDER SKIRT WERE DAMAGED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED, BUT PROVIDED NO SOLUTION TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE ISSUE CONTINUED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000.
