2004 CHRYSLER PACIFICA 76000 MILES AND SUBFRAME IS COMPLETELY BROKE OFF AND MY STEERING IS RIDING ON THE SUBFRAME. BASICALLY, MY CAR IS "COLLAPSING". I COULD TELL WHEN DRIVING IT, IT FELT UNSAFE. SO NOW I CAN'T EVEN SELL MY CAR TO PUT TOWARDS A NEW ONE. CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP IN ROCHESTER, MI LOOKED AT MY CAR AND I TOLD THEM IT WAS "CLUNKING", THEY COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT??? LESS THAN 8000 MILES AGO THEY REPLACED THE FRONT END SUSPENSION ( AT THAT TIME IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY). IT ALSO HAS HAD THE ENTIRE TRANSMISSION REBUILT BY CHRYSLER. IF THIS DOESN'T QUALIFY FOR "LEMON" I DON'T KNOW WHAT DOES. WHAT IS OUR RECOURSE? I FEEL LIKE GETTING A LAWYER....JUST THANKFUL THAT I AND MY SON ( 13 YRS NOW), HAVE NOT BEEN KILLED IN IT. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN DEPRESSING THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL, THE VEHICLE WAS HESITANT TO RESPOND. THE CONTACT WOULD HAVE TO APPLY ABRUPT PRESSURE TO THE PEDAL BEFORE THE VEHICLE WOULD ACCELERATE. THE FAILURE WOULD RECUR MOST OFTEN IN WARMER TEMPERATURES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN FOR INSPECTION BY A DEALER OR MECHANIC. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 75,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE WHEN THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE FRONT CROSS MEMBER WAS SEVERALLY CORRODED AND WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND ADVISED THAT THEY COULD NOT OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE BECAUSE THE WARRANTY WAS EXPIRED.. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 94,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING, HE WOULD HEAR ABNORMALLY LOUD NOISES WHEN ATTEMPTING A TURN. THE VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED BY AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND THEY ADVISED HIM THAT HE NEEDED TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE FRONT SUSPENSION. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED FOR THE FRONT SUSPENSION. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND THEY OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 78,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
WHILE CHECKING TIRE PRESSURE TPMS BROKE - FILED BY JIFFY LUBE. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE VEHICLE ROLLED TO A STOP BUT WOULD NOT IMMEDIATELY RESTART. AFTER WAITING A FEW MINUTES THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE RECURRED MOMENTS LATER AND THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE CONTINUED. AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WAS NOTIFIED AND THE CONTACT WAS TOLD THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL ASSOCIATED WITH NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 04V113000 (POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM, PCM)). THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 104,432. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
I TOOK MY 2004 PACIFICA IN FOR AN ALIGNMENT AND WHEN THEY GOT IT UP SAW THAT MY ENGINE CRADLE HAD RUSTED BADLY AND WAS FALLING APART. I HAVE SEARCHED THE INTERNET TO SEE IF THERE HAS BEEN A RECALL AND HAVE NOT FOUND ONE BUT HAVE FOUND MANY OTHER COMPLAINTS OF THE SAME THING HAPPENING. I GOT AN ESTIMATE TODAY AND HE SAID THE NEW ENGINE CRADLE WILL COST ME $3600 PLUS AROUND $500 FOR LABOR. THIS IS HORRIBLE. THIS IS THE NICEST CAR I HAVE EVER OWNED. IT WAS NEVER WRECKED AND I DON'T KNOW HOW IN THE WORLD THIS COULD EVEN HAPPEN. IT HAS TO BE A DEFECT THAT CHRYSLER SHOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. *TR
2004 PACIFICA. THE UNI-BODY FRAME IS CRACKED AND RUSTED TO THE POINT WHERE IT WOULDN'T PASS INSPECTION.THE STRUTS AND STRUT MOUNTS, THE INNER AND OUTER U-JOINTS ALL NEED REPLACING. THE PAINT ALL OVER THE VEHICLE IS RUSTING THROUGH. VEHICLE IS KEPT IN GARAGE. I HAVE A 1998 CARAVAN THAT IS IN BETTER SHAPE.THERE IS DEFINETLY A PROBLEM WITH THE MANUFACTURING OF THIS VEHICLE. THERE ARE TOO MANY COMPLAINTS FOR IT NOT TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY.I OWN MULTIPLE CHRSYLER VEHICLES AND WOULD APPRECIATE SOME CONSIDERATION TOWARDS THIS PROBLEM. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. THE CONTACT HEARD A LOUD CLICKING NOISE FROM THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE. HE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A PRIVATE MECHANIC WHO INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE SUB FRAME HAD RUSTED AND THAT THE ENGINE COULD POSSIBLY FALL OUT AND THAT VEHICLE WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE. NO REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED. THE DEALER WAS CONTACTED AND ADVISED THAT THERE WERE NO RELATED RECALLS TO THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED NO ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE. THE CONTACT DID NOT INFORM THE MANUFACTURER OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 157,000.
A SIMILAR INCIDENT HAS OCCURRED ON MY 2004 CHRYSLER PACIFICA AS STATED BELOW. "ON CERTAIN PASSENGER VEHICLES, THE FUEL PUMP MODULE AND THE POWER TRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM) SOFTWARE MAY ALLOW THE ENGINE TO STALL UNDER CERTAIN OPERATING CONDITIONS." THE MANUFACTURE IS STATING THAT BECAUSE OF MY VEHICLE'S VIN# IT WASN'T PART OF THIS RECALL# F44. IT IS CLEAR TO ME THAT THE SAME CONDITIONS THAT HAVE HAPPEN TO THE VEHICLES PART OF RECALL# F44 SHOULD PERTAIN TO ANY VEHICLE BUILT PRIOR TO THE DATES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS RECALL CHRYSLER IS RECOGNIZING FOR REPAIRS. ALL PACIFICAS SHOULD BE UNDER THE #F44 RECALL NOTICE, NOT JUST A CERTAIN PORTION. I'VE HAD TO REPLACE THE EXACT SAME ITEMS LISTED AS A NECESSARY REPAIR TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. AS LIKE RECALL# F44, I TO HAD TO REPLACE THE FUEL PUMP MODULES, FOR THE LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE. HOWEVER, THE DIFFERENCE IS IT WAS OUT OF MY OWN POCKET FOR THESE REPAIRS. *TR
TOOK MY 2004 PACIFICA IN FOR A ROUTINE OIL CHANGE/SERVICE AND WAS NOTIFIED THAT THE ENTIRE FRAME UNDER THE ENGINE IS RUSTING OUT. ACTUAL RUST HOLES IN THE FRAME. I HAVE ALSO NOTICED RUST ON THE BODY. THIS IS A GARAGE KEPT VEHICLE AND I BABY IT. FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND, IT IS GOING TO TAKE MANY MORE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS ISSUE OR SOMEONE ACTUALLY DYING WHEN THE FRAME CRACKS AND CAUSES A SEVERE ACCIDENT BEFORE ANY ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. I JUST HOPE IT'S NOT ME OR MY KIDS, BECAUSE I WILL NOT RELENT. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED, THE CONTACT COULD HEAR RATTLING FROM THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS TOLD THAT THE FRAME UNDER THE ENGINE WAS SEVERELY CORRODED AND THAT THE ENGINE COULD POSSIBLY FRACTURE FROM UNDER THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 110,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH, THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO ENGAGE THE BRAKES AND THE VEHICLE JERKED FORWARD. THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 150,000.
HAVE A 2004 CHRYSLER PACIFICA I'VE HAD THIS TRUCK FOR TWO YEARS, I'VE ALWAYS HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE GAS RUNNING OUT LIKE WATER. I TOOK MY TRUCK TO CHRYSLER FOR THEM TO DO A TUNE UP, WHILE THERE I TOLD THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM. WHEN I GOT BACK TO PICK UPMY TRUCK THEY TOLD ME THAT BOTH OF MY FUEL PUMPS WERE BAD. IT SEEMS LIKE THEY KNOW WHAT'S WRONG WITH THESE TRUCKS AND THEY JUST DECIDED TO TELL EVERYONE THEIR FUEL PUMPS ARE BAD. ANYWAY, I HAD THE FUEL PUMPS CHANGED AND THE PROBLEM GOT WORSE. NOW IF I PUT $10 IN IT THE GAUGE WILL READ 1/2 TANK. IF I FILL IT UP ONCE IT GETS TO 1/2 TANK IT'LL JUST DROP TO THE E. ONCE IT READS E IT CUTS OFF. THERE COULD BE A FULL TANK OF GAS BUT IT WILL STILL READ E. I TOOK IT BACK TO CHRYSLER SO MANY TIMES THEY COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG. THE LAST TIME I WENT BACK UP THERE, THEY SAID I NEED TO REPLACETHE WHOLE TANK. I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT REPLACING THE TANK WON'T FIX IT. TO ADD TO THAT, WHILE I'M PUMPING GAS THE GAS FOAMS OR IT KICKS BACK. I REFUSE TO KEEP PAYING MY MONEY FOR THEM TO KEEP PLAYING THE GUESSING GAME. IF MY TRUCK SHUTS DOWN COMPLETELY OR CAUSE AN ACCIDENT I'M SUING CHRYSLER AND EVERYONE ELSE!!! CHRYSLER NEEDS TO FIX THE ISSUE, THERE IS A DEFECT. I EVEN CALLED HEADQUARTERS AND THEY'RE SAYING THEY CAN'T HELP BECAUSE THE TRUCK IS SO MANY YEARS OLD, AND BECAUSE OF THE MILEAGE. THING IS THEY KNEW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THESE TRUCKS. I BOUGHT MY 2004 CHRYS. PACIFICA 2 MONTHS AGO FROM A CARLOT. I TEST DROVE IT AND IT WAS DRIVING REALLY GOOD. I PAID FOR IT AND PULLED OFF THE LOT AND IT STARTED TRYING TO STALL ON MY EVERYTIME I PUSHED THE GAS IT WOULD DO IT THEN STOP FOR ABOUT A MIN THEN START AGAIN. IT WOULD JERK AS IT WAS TRYING TO STALL I FINALLY MADE IT HOME AND CALLED THE CARLOT AND THEY SAID TO TAKE IT TO THEIR CAR SHOP SO ON MY WAY THERE I STOPPED AT AUTOZONE AND HOOKED IT UP TO THEIR COMPUTER TO SEE WHAT IT WAS THAT WAS MESSING UP. THE COMPUTER "SAID" IT WAS THE CRANK SENSOR. SO WE TOOK IT TO THE SHOP AND THEY CHANGED THE CRANK SENSOR AND THE MOTOR LIGHT WENT OFF AND IT STOPPED DOING IT. THEY HAD IT FOR A WEEK AND THAT NEXT FRIDAY WHEN I GOT IT BACK I DROVE IT TO PAY A COUPLE BILLS AND IT STARTED IT AGAIN IT DID IT ABOUT 12 TIMES UNTIL IT FINALLY STALLED AND WOULD START BACK UP BUT STALL RIGHT AWAY UNTIL IT WOULD NOT EVEN START AGAIN. I LEFT IT IN THAT SPOT AND MY HUSBAND COME AND PICKED ME AND MY 3 KIDS UP AND THE NEXT DAY THE SHOP SAID TO BRING IT BACK TO THEM AND MY HUSBAND WENT TO PICK IT UP AND TAKE IT TO THE SHOP AND IT STARTED RIGHT UP AND DROVE HOME NO PROBLEM BUT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS STILL ON THEN DROVE IT TO THE SHOP AND IT DONE IT 2 MORE TIMES. THE SHOP HAD IT FOR ANOTHER WEEK AND CHANGED THE CRANK SENSOR AGAIN AND FOUND OUT THE MOTOR MOUNT WAS BROKE TO AND FIXED THAT. I GOT THE CAR BACK AGAIN AND HAD IT FOR 2 DAYS AND IT STARTED DOING IT AGAIN. TOOK IT TO ANOTHER SHOP AND THE SHOP SAID THAT IT COULD BE ALL THE WIRING HARNESS AND SAID IT WOULD COST ME 3,000!!!!!!!! TO FIX I CAN NOT AFFORD THAT SO HERE I AM ONLY 2 MONTHS FROM BUYING A 10,000 DOLLAR CAR THAT I CAN NOT DRIVE THIS IS TERRIBLE AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS HAPPENING TO THE SAME KIND OF CARS ALL THE TIME I AM A MOTHER OF 3 AND GOING TO SCHOOL AND WORKING I NEED MY CAR. *TR

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS OR REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED WHO ADVISED THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO ASSIST BECAUSE THE VEHICLE WAS OUTSIDE OF WARRANTY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 73,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT ALL OF THE GAUGES ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL MALFUNCTIONED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULE WAS DEFECTIVE AS A RESULT OF AN ELECTRICAL SHORT. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE MODULE WAS REPLACED THREE TIMES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE BUT DID NOT OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE AND REFERRED HIM TO NHTSA. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 88,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
HEADLAMPS - THE HEADLAMPS HAD TO BE REPLACED DUE TO LIGHT BEAMS NOT COMING THROUGH THE CLEAR PLASTIC COVER. THE COVER BECAME CLOUDY AND VISIBILITY WAS LIMITED WHICH CAUSED SAFETY CONCERNS. THE CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP TRIED TO CLEAN BUT WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. TIRE SENSORS - A YEAR AGO, WE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE MESSAGE CENTER NOT RESPONDING TO THE TIRES. THE CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP INSTALLED 1 TIRE SENSOR AND SEVERAL MONTHS LATER A NEW MESSAGE CENTER PANEL HAD TO BE REPLACED. A YEAR LATER, WE ARE REPLACING THE OTHER THREE SENSORS. WE ARE TOLD BY THE CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP THAT THE BATTERIES ONLY LAST SEVERAL YEARS. THEY CLAIM THAT THESE SENSORS ARE GOVERMENT REGULATED. WHY ARE WE PUTTING PARTS INTO AMERICAN MADE CARS THAT HAVE TO BE REPLACED EVERY SEVERAL YEARS THAT COST $100 FOR EACH SENSOR PLUS LABOR. EITHER CHRYSLER NEEDS TO PRODUCE A BETTER SENSOR THAT LASTS LONGER OR THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD PROVIDE REBATES SINCE THIS IS REGULATORY. THESE CAR ISSUES SHOULD BE CONSIDERED A SAFETY ISSUE AND REVIEWED FOR POTENTIAL LIABILITIES THAT CAN CAUSE HARM TO THE DRIVER. *TR
REPEATED FAILURES OF MOTOR MOUNTS. SAME COMPONENTS HAVE BEEN REPLACE 3 TIMES
AFTER A RECENT SNOW STORM I NOTICED A MID-SIZED YELLOW LEAK UNDER MY VEHICLE. I BROUGHT IT TO MY MECHANIC WHO COULD NOT FIND ANY ISSUE WITH THE FLUIDS, BESIDES A SMALL LEAK IN THE TRANSMISSION FLUID. DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE MY MECHANIC NOTICED A LARGE RUST HOLD ON THE SUBFRAME ABOUT 10-12 INCHES LONG AND 1-2 INCHES WIDE. THE MOISTURE FROM THE SNOW WAS RUNNING THROUGH THE RUST AND CREATING THE YELLOW STAIN. THE MECHANIC WAS SURPRISED AT THE AMOUNT OF RUST AND SAID WE NEED TO KEEP AN EYE ON IT. AT THIS POINT IT'S STILL DRIVABLE, BUT IT MAY VERY WELL RUST TO THE POINT WHERE IT IS UNSAFE TO DRIVE. MY MECHANIC SUGGESTED WE CHECK FOR RECALLS AS HE FELT THE FAILURE OF THE SUBFRAME TO KEEP IN TACT WAS BAD DESIGN BY THE MAKER. I CHECKED ON RECALLS AND FOUND MANY COMPLAINTS REGARDING THIS EXACT SAME ISSUE ON THE 2004 MODEL. NOTHING CAN BE DONE, EXCEPT REPLACEMENT OF THE FRAME, THOUGH WE STILL HAVE ANOTHER 5 YEARS LEFT ON OUR LOAN. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN FOR THIS YEAR AND MODEL OF THIS VEHICLE. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED HE ATTEMPTED TO ADJUST THE DRIVER'S POWER SEAT BUT THE SEAT WOULD NOT MOVE BACK OR FORWARD. THE CONTACT STATED BECAUSE OF THE FAILURE IT WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE DRIVING THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND ADVISED HIM OF THE REPAIR COST. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. WHILE DRIVING CAR IT KNOCKS AFTER PUSHING BRAKES THEN GAS AGAIN IT CONTINUES TO DO SO AFTER I HAVE HAD OVER 2000 IN REPAIRS DONE. IT HAS NEW SHOCKS NEW AXLES NEW MOTOR MOUNTS & TIRES I BELIEVE SEVERAL OTHER OWNERS HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUES AND A RECALL SHOULD BE IN PLACE OR AN EXPLANATION OF WHY OUR CARS ARE DOING THIS! I BOUGHT THE CAR USED AND WAS TOLD THE OWNER SOLD IT BECAUSE THEY DID NOT WANT TO PUT THE MONEY INTO IT TO HAVE THE MOTOR MOUNTS REPLACED SO I AM THINKING THAT SHE MIGHT HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE. IT ALSO SHAKES AFTER I GET PAST 50 MPH. IT HAS ALSO DIED AFTER TURNING A SHARP LEFT AND I ALMOST CRASHED WITH MY INFANT IN THE CAR. IT HAS LOCKED ME OUT OF THE CAR WITH MY DAUGHTER STILL IN THE CAR! ALSO THE REAR AC IS NOT WORKING ANY LONGER AND I HAD IT LOOKED AT AND NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHY. I WOULD HAVE TRADED IT IN BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO START ALL OVER WITH PAYMENTS AGAIN ON A NEW CAR. THANK YOU AND ANY INFORMATION IN REGARDS TO THE PROBLEMS I HAVE BEEN HAVING WITH OUR CAR WOULD BE AWESOME. THE RUST WAS SIGNIFICANT TOO THE POINT THAT HOLES HAD FORMED IN MULTIPLE SPOTS. CONTACTED CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP AND THEY REPORTED THAT CHRYSLER HAS POSTED A SERVICE BULLETIN ON THE ISSUE IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS. THE SUBFRAME ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE IS SEVERELY CORRODED. THE SUBFRAME STRUCTURE IS CLOSE TO TOTALLY PULLING AWAY FROM THE PORTION THAT CONNECTS TO THE VEHICLE AT THE SUBFRAME WELDS AND THE VEHICLE PULLS TO THE RIGHT. IF THIS HAPPENED AT SPEED, A MAJOR ACCIDENT WOULD OCCUR. THE DRIVER'S SIDE IS FINE. MY ANALYSIS LEADS ME TO BELIEVE THAT THE AIR CONDITIONING CONDENSATE DRIPPING ONTO THE SUBFRAME HAS CAUSED THE CORROSION. *TR

METAL IS VERY THIN ON THE CROSS MEMBER FOR A SUBFRAME THAT HOLDS ENGINE IN PLACE. THE SUB FRAME THAT RUNS TO THE FRONT MOUNT AND REAR MOUNT IS MUCH HEAVIER. SEEN HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINTS ONLINE. THIS SEEMS TO BE A DESIGN FLAW RATHER THAN NORMAL WEAR. IF THIS WAS TO FAIL IT WOULD CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. OEM PART IS OVER $3000, CAN BUY FROM SALVAGE YARD BUT WILL HAVE SAME PROBLEM. *TR
