THE DRIVERS SIDE BLOWS HOT AIR WHEN I SET THE KNOB ON HOT BUT THE PASSENGER SIDE ONLY BLOWS COLD AIR AND WON'T HEAT UP. ITS TERRIBLE FOR IN THE WINTER ONLY HALF OF THE WINDSHIELD GETS UNLOGGED AND THE OTHER HALF I CAN'T SEE OUT OF. IVE READ SOMEWHERE THAT THIS IS A DEFECT IN THE CAR SOMEWHERE AND DODGE SHOULD HAVE TO COVER THE COSTS FOR FIXING THEM.

TAKATA RECALL- I HAVE A VEHICLE THAT IS CURRENTLY ON RECALL, I CAN NOT SAFELY DRIVE THE VEHICLE SO IT HAS BEEN MOSTLY SITTING SINCE OCTOBER WHEN I RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE. I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT MANY TIMES WITH THE PERSON WHO IS SUPPOSED TO HELP AND RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT I WILL BE AWARDED $40.00 A DAY FOR A RENTAL CAR UNTIL THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN FIXED AND I CAN HAVE MY CAR FIXED. HOWEVER I CAN NOT GET AN APPROPRIATE VEHICLE FOR $40.00 A DAY. PLUS I CAN NOT AFFORD TO PAY THE MONEY UPFRONT TO GET A RENTAL VEHICLE. IT WOULD BE MUCH CHEAPER TO JUST HAVE YOU GUYS PAY IT OFF. MY CAR WOULD OF ALREADY BEEN PAID OFF IF SOMEONE WOULD HAVE DONE SO IN THE BEGINING. I AM WRITE TO LET YOU KNOW THAT THE CAR IS NOW HAVING ISSUES; IT KEEPS MAKING A LOUD CLICKING NOISE WHEN IT FIRST STARTS AS WELL AS WHEN IT STOPS AND PERIODICALLY WHEN IT ISN'T EVEN BEING DRIVEN. S61 SAFETY RECALL IS TAKING TO LONG TO REMEDY! DANGEROUS ISSUE THAT COULD RESULT IN DEATH OR INJURY!
THE METAL COATING ON ALL OF THE DOOR HANDLES IS DEFECTIVE. IT IS PEELING UP EXPOSING A VERY SHARP EDGE ON ALL HANDLES THAT CAUSES DEEP LACERATIONS ON HAND.
THE PROBLEM STARTED WITH "CLICKING" SOUND COMING FROM BEHIND GLOVEBOX WHEN HEAT OR AIR WAS TURNED ON. WOULD STOP CLICKING AFTER ABOUT 30 TO 45 SECONDS. THAT WENT OFF AND ON FOR ABOUT A YEAR. NOW, THERE IS ONLY HOT AIR COMING FROM THE DRIVER SIDE VENTS AND COLD AIR ON THE PASSENGER SIDE WHEN HEAT IS ON. IT NO LONGER CLICKS WHEN THE BLOWER IS ON BUT ONLY HAVE HEAT TO ONE SIDE OF THE CAR. THIS ISSUE HAPPENS REGARDLESS IF THE CAR IS PARKED OR IN MOTION.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 DODGE AVENGER. WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH, THE CONTACT OBSERVED SMOKE COMING FROM THE ENGINE AND THE VEHICLE SHOOK VIOLENTLY. THE CONTACT PULLED THE VEHICLE OFF THE ROAD AND THE CHECK ENGINE AND ELECTRONIC THROTTLE CONTROL WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE RADIATOR AND COOLANT SYSTEM FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. IN ADDITION, THE ALTERNATOR FAILED AND HAD TO BE REPLACED A MONTH PRIOR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 85,000.

THE CONTACT BELIEVED THAT THE SEAT BELT FAILED TO RESTRAIN HER. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE CONTACT EXPERIENCED MUSCLE STIFFNESS, BACK PAIN, AND BRUISES ON HER CHEST, WHICH REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. NO ACCELERATION, NO BRAKES, NO POWER STEARING!? NO CONTROL OF THE CAR! STAYING CALM BUT CLUELESS, I WAS ABLE TO TURN TO A SIDE ROAD AND CAUTIOUSLY TURNED INTO A PARKING LOT NEXT TO OFFICE MAX AND WAITED 1 HR FOR A TOW.STREET NAME ILSE AVE. TOWED TO GREEN DODGE SPRINGFIELD IL THE SAME DAY. MONDAY, MARCH 13 THE TECH DIAGNOSES FUEL PUMP NOT WORKING, (2CD DIAGNOSIS OF FUEL PUMP FAILURE THIS YEAR. 1ST TIME IN JANUARY 2017 TECH DIAGNOSED SHORTAGE IN WIRE TO FUEL PUMP FRIED THE FUEL PUMP. DO THEY ORDERED THE PART AND FIXED THE PROBLEM ( SO THEY THOUGHT) NOW THIS 2CD DIAGNOSIS WAS NEW FUEL PUMP. SO THEY ORDERED THE PART. WELL THE FUEL PUMP WORKED BUT CAR DID NOT RUN. FURTHER DIAGNOSIS BY THE TECH FROM GREEN DODGE, IS FAULTY TIPM MODULE! NOT THE FUEL PUMP, NOT A SHORTAGE IN WIRE FROM PREVIOUS DIAGNOSIS THEY DID. SHOULDN'T THE TIPM SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTICED THE FIRST TIME. I HAVE DONE SOME RESEARCH ON THE TIPM SETTLEMENT FOR CHRYSLER LAWSUIT FOR INSTALLING FAULTY TIPM MODULES IN THOUSANDS OF VEHICLES AND I BELIEVE THIS INCLUDES MY VEHICLE HERE RED 2012 DODGE AVENGER R/T, AND I BELIEVE GREEN DODGE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME AS A VALUED CUSTOMER AS THEY SAY , MY MONEY , AND MY TIME IN NEED OF HELP! I HAVE PAYED 1400$ ALMOST TO GET THIS PROBLEM FIXED AND ALMOST 3 MONTHS TIME SPAN FOR SAME ISSUE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED THE FIRST TIME!
HAD RECALLS DONE ON VEHICLE BUT DASH LIGHT FOR AIRBAGS IS ON AND STAYS ON FOR LAST 3 YEARS NOW
NOTHING HAS HAPPENED YET WITH MY VEHICLE IN REGARDS TO THIS RECALL, BUT AM EXTREMELY CONCERNED IN REGARDS TO THE SAFETY FEATURES (AIR BAG AND SEAT BELT PRETENSIONER) THAT WERE DETERMINED AS DEFECTIVE BY THIS RECALL. ONE OF THE PRIMARY REASONS THAT I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE WAS DUE TO THE GOOD SAFETY RATINGS IT RECEIVED, SO I AM VERY UPSET THAT THIS IS NOT BEING FIXED IN A TIMELY MANNER. I DON'T FEEL LIKE I SHOULD BE FORCED TO BUY A NEW VEHICLE DUE TO THIS RECALL, BUT WITHOUT ANY ESTIMATE ON WHEN THE PARTS WILL BE AVAILABLE, I DO NOT APPRECIATE THE PREDICAMENT I AM IN WHERE I DO NOT HAVE A SAFELY DRIVABLE VEHICLE AND AM ESSENTIALLY ROLLING THE DICE BY DRIVING AROUND IN A DEATH TRAP ANY TIME I DO USE IT. I AM HOPING THAT I DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL A BAD THING HAPPENS BEFORE I CAN GET MY VEHICLE REPAIRED PROPERLY. ANY INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THE VEHICLES MAY EXPERIENCE LOSS OF AIR BAG AND SEAT BELT PRETENSIONER DEPLOYMENT CAPABILITY IN CERTAIN CRASH EVENTS DUE TO A SHORTING CONDITION RESULTING IN A NEGATIVE VOLTAGE TRANSIENT THAT TRAVELS TO THE OCCUPANT RESTRAINT CONTROLLER VIA THE FRONT IMPACT SENSOR WIRES. THE OCCUPANT RESTRAINT CONTROLLER (ORC) MAY CAUSE AN ILLUMINATED AIRBAG WARNING LAMP DUE TO AN INTERNAL FAILURE IN THE ORC WHICH MAY RESULT IN THE INABILITY TO DEPLOY ACTIVE HEADRESTS (AHR) DURING CERTAIN REAR-END CRASHES. ACCORDING TO THE RECALL INFORMATION ON YOUR SITE, MY CAR HAS A SERIOUS SAFETY RECALL WHICH IS INCOMPLETE, AND STATES I SHOULD FILE A COMPLAINT.
WE HIT A PATCH OF SLUSH AND ICE, THE REAR TIRES LOCKED AND THE CAR SLAMMED HEAD-ON INTO A CONCRETE PILLAR. THE CAR'S BUMPER, GRILLE, SUPPORT BAR ETC WERE SEVERELY DAMAGED AND THE CAR WAS DEEMED A TOTAL LOSS. THE RADIATOR WAS FOLDED INTO A "V". THE DRIVER'S HEAD HIT THE STEERING WHEEL RESULTING IN A CONCUSSION. THE AIRBAG NEVER DEPLOYED. BEFORE THE ACCIDENT, THE INSTRUMENT PANEL WAS FLASHING ON/OFF WHEN WE USED THE TURN SIGNAL. THE CAR DIDN'T START OR SHUT OFF AT TIMES. THERE IS SOMETHING SERIOUSLY WRONG WITH THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM/AIRBAG. (RECALL RELATED INCIDENT) TS
I WAS INFORMED OF THE RECALL IN OCTOBER OF 2016 AND I HAVE JUST RECENTLY BEEN TOLD THAT DODGE WILL NOT HAVE A PART TO FIX THE RECALL UNTIL AT THE EARLIEST JUNE 2017. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BECAUSE WE HAVE ALREADY WAITED FIVE MONTHS FOR A FIX AND MY WIFE IS PREGNANT AND WE ALREADY HAVE A TODDLER.
HAVE BEEN DRIVING VEHICLE WITH AIRBAG LIGHT ON FOR OVER 6 MONTHS AND RECALL PARTS ARE STILL NOT AVAILABLE. MANUFACTURER HAS EXCEEDED REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME TO CORRECT PROBLEM. DOOR ON DRIVER SIDE TOUCHES SIDE BUMBER CAUSING DENT
THE HEAT DOES NOT BLOW HOT AIR ON THE PASSENGERS SIDE OF THE CAR. THIS INCLUDES THE WINDSHIELD, CAUSING A SAFETY ISSUE AS IT ONLY CLEARS THE FOG ON ONE SIDE. DODGE SERVICE SHOP SAID THE ISSUE IS A KNOWN CHRYSLER ISSUE, REQUIRING A NEW RADIATOR, HEATER CORE, AND COOLANT BOTTLE. AT AN ESTIMATE OF $2235.00. HOWEVER CHRYSLER IS REFUSING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT CLAIMING IT IS NOT A KNOWN ISSUE.
MY SON WAS IN A HEAD ON COLLISION AND THE DRIVER SIDE SEAT BELT DID NOT LOCK IN PLACE AND IT FULLY EXTENDED ALLOWING MY SON'S HEAD TO SLAM INTO THE WINDSHIELD. HE HAS HAD A HEAD ACHE, IN THAT EXACT SPOT FROM THE IMPACT, FOR 7 DAYS CONSECUTIVELY. - (RECALL RELATED INCIDENTS) TS
RECALL S61 OCCUPANT RESTRAINT CONTROL MODULE. I WAS NOTIFIED OCTOBER OF 2016 OF THIS RECALL, STATING THE FIX WOULD BE AVAILABLE IN JUNE OF THIS YEAR. MY AIR BAG LIGHT CAME ON IN JANUARY. A LOCAL AUTOSHO DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AS THE RECALL. THE LOCAL DEALERSHIP SAID THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING UNTIL THE FIX BECAME AVAILABLE IN JUNE, DIDNT OFFER TO HELP GET ME INTO A SAFER VEHICLE. THEY JUST SAID NOTHING COULD BE DONE AT THE TIME. COME JUNE, THE FIX WAS PUSHED TILL AUGUST. I'M IN TOUCH WITH THE DEALERSHIP NOW, AND THEY HAVE SAID THAT PARTS ARE ON HOLD, AND THEY ARE WAITING FOR CHRYSLER TO RELEASE THE PARTS. I HAVE TWO YOUNG CHILDREN IN THE CAR WITH ME AT ALL TIMES. THIS CAR IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE, AND CHRYSLER IS NOT FIXING THE PROBLEM IN A TIMELY MANNER.

AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC DIAGNOSED THAT THE SAND CASTING AND RADIATOR CORE FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 90,000.
AT AROUND 100,000 MILES MY PASSENGER SIDE HEAT STOPPED WORKING WITH ONLY MY DRIVER SIDE HAVING SOME WARMTH. THIS WAS VERY SUDDEN. NOW, 3 WEEKS LATER THERE IS NO HEAT IN MY 2012 DODGE AVENGER SE. IT'S THE MIDDLE OF WINTER AND I CANNOT SEE BECAUSE WITHOUT HEAT I HAVE NO DEFROSTER. THE CAR IS NOT OVERHEATING, AND MY COOLANT LEVELS HAVE BEEN FINE. THIS IS A SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE WHICH SHOULD WARRANT A RECALL ON THIS VEHICLE. I AM TAKING IT TO THE AUTOMOTIVE SHOP THIS WEEK, BUT WORRY BECAUSE I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE STATING THEY HAD TO PAY HUGE SUMS OF MONEY FOR DODGES MANUFACTURING DEFECT. PLEASE RECALL THIS DEFECT. *TR

THIS WINTER TOOK TO VERY GOOD MECHANIC WHO FLUSHED SYSTEM ,CHECKED ACTUATOR DOORS AND ELECTRICAL.HE SAID HOW HEATER CORE WAS MOUNTED CAUSES RESIDUE,THAT CAN'T BE FLUSHED OUT,AND WAS CAUSING LACK OF HEAT TO MOST OF CABIN.ALSO THERE IS LITTLE OR NO DEFROST WHICH IS SO VERY DANGEROUS.MANY PEOPLE HAVE REPLACED HEATER CORE TO FIND THR SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN. HOPE THERE IS HELP.
NO HEAT COMING IN ON THE PASSENGER SIDE VENTS. LUSTINE DODGE DID A RADIATOR AND HEATER CORE FLUSH THEN TOLD ME THE HEATING CORE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND STILL WANT TO CHARGE FOR THE FLUSH. I HAVE SEEN THE HEATING CORE ISSUE SEVERAL TIMES REPORTED AND NEEDS TO BE RECALLED. I AM ALSO CALLING DODGE TO REGISTER COMPLAINT AND FRAUD SINCE THEY KNOW THIS IS AN ISSUE.

THIS SAFETY ISSUE EFFECTS VISIBILITY AND PASSENGER SAFETY BY FAILING TO DEFROST/DEFOG WINDOWS AND KEEPING CABIN TEMPURATURES NEAR OR BELOW FREEZING DURING COLD WEATHER (BLOWING COLD AIR INTO THE CABIN)." HAVE HAD NUMEROUS REPAIRS OVER LAST YEAR WITH NO RESOLUTION. KNOWN SAFETY ISSUE!
HEAT NOT WORKING ON PASSENGER-SIDE THE HEAT DOES WORK ON DRIVER-SIDE CHRYSLER KNOWS ABOUT THE PROBLEM THEY EVEN HAVE A CASE NUMBER BUT NO RECALL YET THE CASE NUMBER IS S1207000008 A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE CALLED CHRYSLER ABOUT THIS PROBLEM BUT CHRYSLER IS DOING NOTHING ABOUT THE PROBLEM.
PASSENGER HEATER SIDE BLOWS COLD AIR. WHEN CHANGING AC/HEATER TO/FROM FRESH AIR AND RE-CIRCULATION A LOUD CLICKING NOISE HAPPENS. P0306 CYLINDER MISFIRE WHEN IT RAINS WATER GETS INTO THE TRUNK THOUGH THE SPOILER.
THE AC HEATER DOES NOT HEAT ON THE MIDDLE AND RIGHT VENTS. THE ONLY ONE THAT HEATS IS THE DRIVER SIDE VENT. I NOTICED IT WHEN IT WAS WINTER OF THE ISSUE. THERE ARE ALOT OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS ISSUE
I RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR THE AIRBAGS AND SEAT BELTS IN MY AVENGER. THEY ARE SAYING THAT THE RESTRAINTS AND PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT MAY OR MAY NOT WORK PROPERLY IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT. I FREQUENTLY CARRY MY CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN IN THAT VEHICLE. CHRYSLER IS SAYING THAT THERE IS NO FIX FOR THIS PROBLEM AT THIS TIME. THEY ARE SAYING THAT THE PARTS ARE NOT EVEN DESIGNED - OR AVAILABLE, AND WILL NOT BE UNTIL THE SECOND QUARTER OF NEXT YEAR. I AM IN CONTACT WITH CHRYSLER - AND THEY HAVE OFFERED TO PAY FOR A RENTAL VEHICLE USING MY CREDIT CARD - AND THEN REIMBURSE ME. HOWEVER, THIS COULD GO ON FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS. I DO NOT THINK THAT THEY HAVE PROPERLY NOTIFIED THE AMERICAN PUBLIC OF THE DANGERS OF THE FAILURE OF THE SAFETY EQUIPMENT. I DO NOT THINK THAT I SHOULD HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROVIDING THEM WITH MY CREDIT CARD TO OBTAIN A SAFE VEHICLE WHEN I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE IN GOOD FAITH THAT IT WAS SAFE AND SOUND. HEATER ONLY BLOWS COLD AIR ON PASSENGER SIDE. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS IS CASING SAND CLOGGING THE RADIATOR, HEATER CORE AND THE OIL COOLER. THIS HAPPENS AS A RESULT OF THE HEATER CORE BEING THE WRONG SIZE AND CHRYSLER FIXING THE ISSUE BY CASTING IT IN PLACE. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE FOR THOSE OF US WHO LIVE IN STATES WHERE THE WINTER GETS BAD. WHILE DRIVING IN INCLEMENT WEATHER THE SNOW, ICE, OR SLEET WILL BEGIN TO ACCUMULATE ON THE WINDSHIELD AND PASSENGER WINDOW. THE SAD PART IS THAT THIS IS THE SECOND DODGE AVENGER I HAVE HAD WITH THIS ISSUE AND ON BOTH OCCASIONS I HAVE BEEN TOLD IT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE POWERTRAIN WARRANTY. THE BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED BOTH TIMES BEFORE THIS HAS BECOME AN ISSUE. CHRYSLER NEEDS TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THIS DEFECT AND FIX IT BEFORE IT CAUSES A DEATH. TO HAVE THIS REPAIR DONE COSTS $2500 WITH NO GUARANTEE THAT IT WILL LAST.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT I ONLY HAVE HEAT ON THE DRIVERS SIDE. I WAS TOLD THAT THE PROBLEM IS CAUSED BY CASTING SAND THAT WAS IN THE ENGINE WHICH CAUSES THE RADIATOR, HEATER CORE, AND OIL COOLER TO PLUG UP. NOT A CHEAP FIX AND I HAVE SEEN COMPLAINTS FROM MANY OTHERS WITH SAME ISSUE. MANUFACTURER AWARE OF PROBLEM.
I WAS MAKING A RIGHT TURN ONTO A STREET COMING FROM A PARKING LOT. BECAUSE THIS IS A BUSY STREET THERE IS A TRAFFIC LIGHT AT THIS LOCATION. I HAD A GREEN LIGHT TO TURN. ANOTHER DRIVER TRAVELING ABOUT 40 MPH OR MORE IN A PICK-UP TRUCK, RAN A RED LIGHT AND SLAMMED DIRECTLY INTO MY DRIVER SIDE DOOR. MY HEAD AND MY SHOULDER TOOK THE BRUNT OF THE IMPACT. MY COLLARBONE WAS FRACTURED AT THE TIP WHERE IT CONNECTS TO MY ACROMION BONE, AND MY CAR WAS TOTALED. NONE OF MY AIRBAGS, NOT EVEN THE SIDE IMPACT AIR BAGS, DEPLOYED.
I PURCHASED MY DODGE AVENGER IN THE MONTH OF JUNE AND IT HAS BEEN RUNNING FINE. THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT I HAVE WITH MY CAR IS THE FACT THAT THE PASSENGER'S SIDE BLOWS OUT COLD AIR. I LOOKED ONLINE BEFORE FILLING OUT THIS FORM AND IT TURNS OUT THAT ALMOST EVERYONE WHO PURCHASED THIS PARTICULAR VEHICLE HAS HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AS WELL. FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS, I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THE HEATER ONLY BLOWING WARM AIR ON THE DRIVER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE AND COLD AIR ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. THIS IS A LITTLE UNBEARABLE IN THE WINTER TIME. TO OFFSET THE COLDNESS I BASICALLY HAVE TO WARM MY CAR UP FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES WITH THE PASSENGER SIDE VENTS CLOSED TO DRIVE WITH A COMFORTABLE OR REASONABLE TEMPERATURE. UPON LIFTING THE FRONT HOOD TO CHECK MY ANTIFREEZE LEVEL, I NOTICED MY OVERFLOW TANK HAS ABOUT 1 INCH OF BROWN SLUDGE AT THE BOTTOM. AFTER TAKING MY VEHICLE TO 5 DIFFERENT MECHANICS, THE GENERAL CONSENSUS IS THIS IS A HEATING CORE PROBLEM THAT IS APPARENTLY A WELL-KNOWN AND DOCUMENTED ISSUE WITH THE DODGE AVENGER. TO NOT RECOGNIZE THIS PROBLEM AS A SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE ADDRESSED VIA A RECALL IS VERY DISTURBING. THE COST OF HAVING THIS REPAIRED IS SOMEWHERE IN THE RANGE OF $900 TO $1800. WHILE I COULD "TRADE" THIS CAR IN FOR ANOTHER I WOULD REALLY PREFER TO KEEP THIS VEHICLE.
STARTING IN FALL OF 2016 THE VENTS ONLY BLOW COLD AIR OUT OF PASSENGER SIDE AND LUKEWARM AIR OUT OF DRIVER SIDE. THE WINDOWS DO NOT DEFROST AND FOG UP CONSTANTLY DURING THE WINTER TIME WHILE I AM DRIVING. MY VISION IS CONSTANTLY IMPAIRED DURING COOL AND COLD WEATHER. MY CHILDREN HAVE TO BRING LAYERS OF BLANKETS TO GET TO SCHOOL WITHOUT FREEZING. I HAVE TO DRIVE WITH GLOVES ON TO KEEP MY HANDS FROM GOING NUMB. I HAVE HAD THE THERMOSTAT REPLACED AND THE SYSTEM FLUSHED BUT YET THE PROBLEM STILL GOES ON. I WAS TOLD THAT THE HEATER CORE WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED IN ORDER TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM AND NOT JUST A ONE TIME INCIDENT. I DO NOT HAVE AN EXACT DATE FOR WHEN IT HAPPENED BUT INSTEAD EVERY DAY THE TEMPERATURE WAS BELOW 30 SINCE I'VE BOUGHT THE CAR IN APRIL OF 2016.
