VEHICLE SWITCHES TO 4LOCK AUTOMATICALLY WHILE DRIVING AT HIGH AND LOW SPEEDS. VEHICLE BECOMES SLUGGISH AND MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO TURN. AT THIS POINT I FEAR FOR MY LIFE. AFTER READING SO MANY COMPLAINTS OF THE SAME ISSUE. I SEE I'M NOT ALONE. *TR
AC/HEATER BLOWER HARNESS AND RESISTOR BURNING OUT, LEAVING ME WITHOUT HEAT DEFROST OR AIR CONDITIONER. THIS MODEL OF DURANGO CAN NOT BE DRIVEN DOWN THE ROAD WITH ALL THE WINDOWS DOWN FOR COOL AIR IN THE SUMMER. YOU GET SUCH A DEAFING THUMP NOISE.
I HAVE REPLACED THE CYLINDER SWITCH ON MY TRUCK WHICH COST ME $465.00 TO GET A NEW 1 IN ORDER TO CRANK MY TRUCK AAA REPAIRED THIS FOR ME IN 2014,I'VE ALSO HAD A LEAK SEALED UP IN THE COOLANT AREA ALL MY FREON WAS LEAKING OUT NOW THE WINDOWS ON THE TRUCK WILL NOT GO DOWN THE ONLY THING THAT OPENS IS THE SUNROOF.I HAD THE TRUCK PUT ON A MACHINE AT A SHOP HERE THEY SAID IT WAS THE CANBUS SYSTEM UNDER THE HOOD THAT IS INSIDE THE COMPUTER THAT IS CAUSING THIS BUT MY TRUCK ALSO HAS A RECALL ON IT AS WELL,I HAVE A WHITE 2005 DODGE DURANGO HEMI 7.5L TRUCK VIN NUMBER [XXX] YET TO HEAR ANYTHING ON THE RECALL 07/25/2015. JUST PURCHASED MY 2005 DURANGO 5.7 HEMI LIMITED USED AT THE END OF 2013. HAVE HAD IT FOR LESS THAN 6 MONTHS. AFTER HAVING IT FOR A MONTH THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. THE NEXT DAY MY DURANGO STALLED WHILE I WAS DRIVING AT AROUND 40-45 MILES AN HOUR IN DOWNTOWN SAN DIEGO!! I PUT IT IN NEUTRAL AND IT STARTED RIGHT BACK UP. I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST BAD GAS BECAUSE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WENT OFF. BUT IN THE LAST FEW WEEKS IT HAS DONE THE SAME THING ABOUT 10 TIMES. MY FRIEND HOOKED IT UP TO HIS CODE READER AND IT SAID MY EGR VALVE NEEDS REPLACED. BUT NOW I'M SEEING ALL OF THESE COMPLAINTS ON HERE ABOUT THE SAME ISSUES AND I'M QUITE WORRIED. I AM ALSO HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THE FUEL TANK. I CAN'T FILL UP MY TANK OR THE GASOLINE SHOOTS OUT EVERYWHERE!! I NOTICED THERE IS NO METAL PIECE THAT CLOSES OFF WHEN YOU PULL THE NOZZLE OUT. ALSO MY IN DASH NAVIGATIONAL SYSTEM/CD PLAYER/RADIO QUIT WORKING. SCREEN ON IN DASH CONSOLE IS JUST LINES. NOW MY BLUE TOOTH IN THE REAR VIEW MIRROR ONLY WORKS INTERMITTENTLY. HAVE TO CLOSE THE REAR HATCH TWICE FOR CARGO LIGHT WARNING ON DASH TO GO OUT. CHARGER PORT IN FRONT PANEL STOPPED WORKING ON THE SECOND DAY I OWNED IT. SEEMS AS IF THERE ARE SOME MAJOR ELECTRICAL ISSUES HERE!! I OWNED A DODGE DAKOTA YEARS AGO AND NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT!! I'M REALLY SURPRISED AT THE FACT THAT DODGE IS NOT TAKING CARE OF THESE ISSUES. I WILL BE CONTACTING A DEALER FOR THE RECALL ISSUES AND WILL LET YOU KNOW HOW THAT GOES, ESPECIALLY SINCE I'VE READ MORE THAN ONE COMPLAINT ON HERE THAT THE DEALERSHIPS AREN'T HONORING THE RECALLS. I WAS DRIVING MY 2005 DODGE DURANGO HOME ON THE FREEWAY GOING 55 MPH GETTING OFF ON THE OFF RAMP THE TRANSFER CASE SHIFTED INTO 4 LOW WHICH IN TURN LOCKED MY WHEELS UP (TOP SPEED IN 4 LOW IS ABOUT 30 MPH), THIS NEARLY CAUSED ME TO ROLL THE VEHICLE. WHEN I GOT OFF THE OFF RAMP THE SERVICE 4X4 LIGHT WAS ON THEN WENT OFF, WENT 2 MORE BLOCKS CAME BACK ON AND SHIFTED INTO 4 HI. THE TRANSFER CASE DOES SHIFT ON ITS OWN EVEN WHILE I AM NOT IN THE VEHICLE WITH MY KEY IN MY HAND. I HAVE READ MORE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS TRANSFER CASE ISSUE THAN I CAN COUNT, IT IS NOT ONLY THE 2005 MODELS DOING THIS IT HAS BEEN HAPPENING WELL INTO THE FIRST GENERATION DURANGO. SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS BEFORE SOME ONE IS SERIOUSLY INJURED OR KILLED. I WAS LUCKY THIS TIME I AM AFRAID TO TAKE MY WIFE AND KIDS WITH ME ANY WHERE IN IT DUE TO THIS PROBLEM. I HAVE OWNED MY 05 DURANGO SINCE 07. MY DURANGO HAS STALLED NOW 4 TIMES IN 6 MONTHS. ONCE IN A HOSPITAL PARKING LOT GOING VERY SLOW. NEXT TIME WHILE BACKING OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY. ABOUT A MONTH AGO I TURNED INTO MY NEIGHBORHOOD AND MADE A SLOW LEFT TURN ONTO MY STREET. IT LOST POWER HALFWAY INTO THE TURN. NO RPM'S NO SPEEDO. NO POWER STEERING NO POWER BRAKES. I MAN HANDLED THE TURN, FLIPPED IT IN NEUTRAL. TURNED THE KEY OFF THEN ON AND I HAD MY SPEEDO BACK, AND I CONTINUED TO START IT BACK UP. I THOUGHT OK THAT WAS CRAZY WEIRD. NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS, NO CODES. I THOUGHT IT WAS BAD GAS OR FUEL SYSTEM CLOGGED. I HAVE SINCE CLEANED ALL THEY UP AND SERVICED THE FUEL SYSTEM. THEN YESTERDAY IT HAPPENED AGAIN IN THE SAME EXACT LOCATION DOING THE SAME EXACT LOW SPEED MANEUVER. THIS TIME I HAD MY KIDS IN THE TRUCK. WHAT IF I PULLED ACROSS TRAFFIC TO TURN WITH NO POWER AND STALLS. WHAT IF MY WIFE WAS DRIVING? I'M NOT SURE SHE COULD REMEDY A SITUATION LIKE THIS. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE HAD A GASOLINE ODOR AFTER THE FUEL PUMP ASSEMBLY WAS REPLACED. THE CONTACT DISCOVERED POOLS OF GASOLINE ON TOP OF THE FUEL PUMP ASSEMBLY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER OR INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. NO REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 70,000. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 71,000.
THIS VEHICLE CLICKS INTO 4 WHEEL DRIVE RANDOMLY AND WON'T COME OUT. THE VEHICLE WAS BEING DRIVEN AT 55MPH WHEN IT KICKED OUT OF GEAR AND QUIT. IT SOUNDED AS IF THE TRANSFER CASE DROPPED OUT OF THE VEHICLE AND DRIVER FELT AS IF GOING TO GO THROUGH THE FRONT WINDSHIELD. THE 4X4 KICKS IN AND OUT, AND WON'T STEER. DRIVING IS DIFFICULT AND VEHICLE BARELY MOVES. WHEN CALLED CHRYSLER THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS AND SUGGEST TRYING MULTIPLE DIFFERENT THINGS BUT NOTHING IS GUARANTEED, AND WILL COST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO FIX MORE THAN THE COST OF THE VEHICLE. WHILE VEHICLE IS NOT TURNED ON BUT KEY IS IN HAND YOU CAN HEAR THE ACTUATING MOTOR CLICKING IN AND OUT. VERY DIFFICULT TO DRIVE AND WHEN VEHICLE STALLS WON'T START BACK UP. A SAFETY HAZARD ON THE HIGHWAY, AND APPARENTLY THERE ARE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS OF THE SAME KIND. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED BY CHRYSLER. *TR
I WAS ON MY HOME FROM WORK GOING ABOUT 40MPH. I GOT TO A REDLIGHT BEFORE I STOPPED THE SUV JERKED. AND WHEN I PRESS THE GAS PEDDLE TO GO , THE SUV WOULD NOT MOVE. I THEN TRIED TO PUT IT IN ANOTHER GEAR IT WAS ON BUT IT STILL WOULD NOT MOVE. THE POLICE OFFICER THAT PUSHED IT OUT OF THE STREET SAID THAT IT WAS THE TRANSMISSION. ALSO YOU CAN JUST BE DRIVING THE SUV WOULD JUST STOP. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS, AND CAN CAUSE ACCIDENTS. ON ONE OCCASION I HAD TO NEARLY RUN OFF OF THE ROAD TO KEEP FROM HAVING AND ACCIDENT. I THINK THAT CHRYSLER LLC SHOULD REPLACE MY 2005 DODGE DURANGO. BEING THAT I'M A SINGLE GRANDPARENT AND NOW I HAVE NO TRANSPORTATION. SO I CAN'T GET TO WORK TO PROVIDE FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER. *TR
ON 3/19/2014 I WAS DRIVING IN THE MIDDLE LANE OF A VERY BUSY STREET CALLED GRATIOT AVE WITH HEAVY TRAFFIC AND THE ENGINE JUST STOPPED. I COULD NOT ACCELERATE AND HAD JUST ENOUGH SPEED TO SLOWLY MERGE RIGHT AND TURN INTO A SHOPPING MALL OFF THE STREET IN ORDER TO MISS ONCOMING TRAFFIC. MY TRUCK HAD COMPLETELY STALLED. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THE ENGINE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED AND RESUMED NORMALLY. THE FAILURE RECURRED FIVE TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSIS HOWEVER, A TROUBLE CODE WAS NOT DETECTED AND THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 142,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2005 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 15 MPH, HE APPROACHED A CURVE AND TRIED TO AVOID AN ONCOMING VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DEPRESSING THE BRAKE PEDAL HE TURNED THE VEHICLE TO THE RIGHT AND AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT CRASHED INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE AND THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THERE WERE NO INJURIES . A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS DEEMED DESTROYED. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V313000 (AIR BAGS). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 148,000.
VEHICLE SWITCHES IN & OUT OF 4WD ON ITS OWN WHILE DRIVING, OR PUTS ITSELF INTO NEUTRAL ON THE 4WD, ALSO HEAR SOMETHING ENGAGING WHEN UNLOCKING DOORS WITH REMOTE WHEN PARKED OR REMOTE WON'T WORK AT ALL TO UNLOCK DOORS. MECHANIC FOUND LOTS OF OTHER MECHANICS WORKING ON SAME ISSUE ON A FORUM HE SUBSCRIBES TOO AND I FOUND TONS OF DURANGO & SOME PICKUP OWNERS COMPLAINING OF AND TRYING TO GET THE SAME ISSUE FIXED. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL OTHER MINOR ELECTRICAL ISSUES IN MY DURANGO FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS SO I AM CONVINCED THIS IS AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE. *TR
THE FOUR WHEEL DRIVE WILL ENGAGE AND DISENGAGE WITH ENGINE OFF AND KEY OUT AND WILL ALSO ENGAGE WHILE DRIVING. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE DURANGO. WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED, THE VEHICLE STALLED AND SHUT DOWN WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO BE RESTARTED. THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO A MECHANIC. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000.
THE GAS WILL NOT SHUT OFF WHEN REFUELING THE VEHICLE. GAS RUNS OUT ON THE GROUND. I HAVE A LIGHT THAT COMES ON SAYING GAS CAP EVEN THOUGH I BOUGHT A NEW ONE. AND I HAVE RUST ON THE SIDE WHERE GAS HAS RUN DOWN THE VEHICLE. I HAVE ALSO HAD AN INCIDENT WHERE EVERYTHING ELECTRICAL IN MY VEHICLE HAS WENT CRAZY. LIGHTS FLASHING GAUGES MALFUCTIONING AND AT THIS TIME IT WOULD NOT TAKE ANY FUEL YOU COULD PUSH ON THE ACCELERATOR ALL YOU WANTED BUT IT WOULD NOT TAKE FUEL. I HAVE READ WHERE OTHER PEOPLE HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEIR GAS REFUELING TO. THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS AND DANGEROUS PROBLEM. I WOULD LIKE AN INVESTIGATION INTO THIS AND I WOULD LIKE A RESPONSE PLEASE. I THINK THE MANUFACTURE SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR MISTAKES AND THIS IS CLEARLY THEIR MISTAKE. *TR
WHEN YOU GO TO PUT GAS IN IT THE GAS WONT SHUT OFF AND I HAVE AN INSIDE LIGHT THAT SAYS GAS CAP EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE REPLACED THE GAS CAP AND I HAVE RUST WHERE THE GAS HAS RUN DOWN THE CAR. IM ALSO HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY GAUGES IN THE VEHICLE AND IT TAKES SPELLS THAT IT DOESN'T WANT TO TAKE GAS. *TR

I WANTED TO SHARE WITH YOU MY RECENT EXPERIENCE AT MY LOCAL DODGE DEALER, SPARTANBURG CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP FIRST, I WILL NEVER GO TO SPARTANBURG DODGE AGAIN, FOR ANYTHING. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME TO CORRECT A NHTSA RECALL (INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FIRE HAZARD), WHICH THEY DID COMPLETE. MY CLUSTER STILL TELLS ME THERE ARE PROBLEMS WITH 2 SYSTEMS MY VEHICLE DOES NOT HAVE INSTALLED. REGARDING THE 2ND RECALL I HAD THEM ADDRESS (FUEL TANK REPLACEMENT). I BROUGHT ME VEHICLE IN WITH NEARLY A HALF TANK OF GAS, WHEN I PICKED IT UP IT HAD APPROXIMATELY 1/2 GAL. MY ON BOARD COMPUTER TOLD ME I HAD 0 MILES TO EMPTY. I WAS TOLD THEY HAD NO WAY TO TRANSFER THE FUEL FROM THE OLD TANK TO THE NEW, WHICH IS BS. THEY HAVE TO GET THE FUEL OUT OF THE TANK AS IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO DISPOSE OF THE FUEL, I SUSPECT SOMEONE GOT A FREE FILL UP. IN ADDITION, I HAD THE DEALER HAD MY VEHICLE FOR 4 DAYS AND STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED THE RECALL. WHEN I CAME TO PICK MY VEHICLE UP THE SECOND TIME, THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME OVER $100 DOLLARS FOR A "DIAGNOSTIC FEE" FOR RECHECKING THE RECALL ON THE CLUSTER, BUT I LATER FOUND OUT THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING AT ALL TO THE CLUSTER THE SECOND TIME. WHEN I TOLD THEM I WOULD NOT PAY FOR THE RECALL TO BE FIXED THEY THREATENED TO KEEP MY VEHICLE, UPON CALLING THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE TO RETRIEVE MY PROPERTY THEY CHANGED THEIR MIND. THEY BROUGHT ME THE KEYS TO MY VEHICLE AND POINTED ME IN THE DIRECTION OF IT. WHEN I FOUND IT, THE BATTERY WAS DEAD FROM A LIGHT LEFT ON, NO ONE CAME TO HELP ME GET THE VEHICLE STARTED. I HAD TO CALL MY WIFE TO COME AND GIVE ME A JUMP START. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THIS INSTRUMENT CLUSTER REPLACED AS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE FIRST TIME PER THE RECALL. ON ANY NUMBER OF OCCASIONS (REGARDLESS OF OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE OR WHETHER OR NOT THE VEHICLE WAS AT NORMAL OPERATING TEMPERATURE) WHILE THE VEHICLE IS AT A SLOW SPEED (IN FORWARD OR REVERSE) THE ENGINE WILL STALL WITHOUT WARNING. WITH THE LOSS OF ENGINE POWER COMES THE NORMAL LOSS OF POWER STEERING AND POWER BRAKES. IT APPEARS TO BE MOST FREQUENT WHEN PULLING INTO OR OUT OF A PARKING LOT, STOP SIGN, ETC. THE SLOW SPEEDS ARE NOT INHERENTLY DANGEROUS, EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT STALLING WHILE IN TRAFFIC AND SUDDENLY REDUCING SPEED OR STOPPING PUTS MYSELF AND OTHER MOTORIST IN JEOPARDY. WHEN BACKING INTO A PARKING SPACE, THE LOSS OF STEERING AND BRAKING CAPABILITIES CREATE A RISK OF MINOR DAMAGE TO OTHER PARKED CARS AND COULD PUT A PEDESTRIAN AT RISK WHILE BEING DISTRACTED AND NOT BEING ABLE TO STOP OR STEER AS EASILY. THERE ARE NO OBVIOUS SOUNDS OR ENGINE OR TRANSMISSION NOISES OR VIBRATIONS OR ANYTHING TO GIVE WARNING THAT THIS COULD OCCUR. *TR
I WAS DRIVING IN A STRAIGHT LINE WHEN IT STARTED TO DOWN POUR. I TURN THE WIPERS ON HIGH AND THE DRIVERS SIDE WIPER STOPPED MOVING AND GOT TANGLED WITH THE PASSENGER SIDE WIPER WHICH REMAINED FUNCTIONAL. DEALER INFORMS ME OVER THE PHONE THAT THE REPAIR WILL BE BETWEEN $450 TO $500. *TR
PLAY IN BOTH UPPER AND LOWER FRONT BALL JOINTS NEEDING NEW CONTROL ARMS. CAUSED CUPPING ON GOOD TIRES AND ALSO AN ALIGNMENT. *TR

THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE TAPPED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL AND THE LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION WHERE THEY STATED THAT THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND THEY STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED ONCE BEFORE FOR THE SAME FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 127,000.
BEGINNING FRIDAY, JANUARY 31, 2014 IN THE EVENING THE DOME LIGHTS OF MY DURANGO WOULD NOT TURN OFF AFTER THE NORMAL DELAY. WE TRIED SEVERAL THINGS TO SHUT THEM OFF BUT THEY STAYED ON. THE CAR STARTED FINE SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2014 IN THE MORNING AND I TOOK IT TO RUN ERRANDS. I NOTICED AGAIN THOUGH THE LIGHTS STAYED ON. THAT EVENING WE PARKED THE CAR AS NORMAL IN THE GARAGE. AT ABOUT 3:30 AM SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2014 WE WERE AWAKENED BY SMOKE IN THE HOUSE. WE FOUND THE HEAVIEST SMOKE IN THE ROOM CONNECTED TO THE GARAGE. WE GOT OUR CHILDREN AND PETS OUT OF THE HOUSE AND CALLED THE FIRE DEPARTMENT. WHEN THEY ARRIVED THE DURANGO WAS ON FIRE. THE ENTIRE INTERIOR BURNED. THERE WAS SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO OUR GARAGE AND SOME DAMAGE TO THE INTERIOR ADJOINING ROOM. THE FIRE INSPECTOR TOLD US THAT THE FIRE ORIGINATED IN THE INTERIOR HEADLINING OF THE DURANGO. STARTING AT THE FRONT BY THE WINDSHIELD AND THEN MOVING TO THE BACK OF THE VEHICLE. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT PUT THE FIRE OUT AND THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A BODY SHOP. *TR

DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY AND THE 4X4 ENGAGES WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE BEGINS TO JUMP EVERY 1/4 MILE OR SO, SLOWED SPEEDS TO 25, CONTINUED TO JUMP UNTIL I PULLED TO A COMPLETE STOP AND PARKED. BETWEEN THE END OF NOVEMBER 2013 AND THE MIDDLE OF DECEMBER 2013, I WAS DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY AND HAD TO SLOW DOWN AS I APPROACHED THE TOLL BOOTH. WHILE CRUISING A BACK ROAD NEAR HOME THE DURANGO SUDDENLY SHUT OFF LEAVING ME NO LOWER STEERING OR BRAKES. IT WAS TERRIFYING. THIS TIME I WAS TOLD IT HAD PULLED 12 CODES BUT THEY WERE NOT ACTIVE BUT JUST STORED CODES. THE DEALER COULD NOT DIAGNOSE MY DURANGO. I WAS TOLD THEY ALSO CHECKED THE WIRING AND COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING. SO I PAID FOR THE DIAGNOSTIC AND WAS TOLD IT NEVER ACTED UP ON THE MECHANIC.
