I STARTED MY TRUCK UP THE ENGINE LIGHT BRAKE LIGHT AND POWER STEERING LIGHT ALL CAME ON AT THE SAME TIME, THEN MY POWER STEERING WENT OUT AND MY DASH STARTED TO BLINK IN AND OUT
ENGINE SHUTS OFF WHILE DRIVING WITHOUT ANY WARNING. WILL RESTART. DANGEROUS CAN CAUSE CRASH. HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY RECALLED FOR THIS PROBLEM AND THE REPAIR DOESN'T SOLVE ISSUE.

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. LEBANON CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE & RAM OF OHIO (518 W MAIN ST, LEBANON, OH 45036, (513) 932-2717) WAS CONTACTED AND THE CONTACT WAS WAITING FOR A CALL BACK. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 129,000.

I WAS DRIVING 65 MPH WHEN I NOTICED THE 4WD LOW LIGHT COME ON WITHOUT HAVING SWITCHED TO THAT SETTING. THE CAR ENGINE WAS RACING. I CAME TO A STOP AT A SAFE SPOT, SHIFTED INTO PARK AND SWITCHED THE 4WD LOW KNOB TO THE NORMAL POSITION OF AWD. I DIDN'T NOTICE ANY ISSUES FOR SEVERAL MONTHS; THE CAR WAS OPERATIONAL. THEN, I WAS DRIVING LESS THAN 10 MPH IN 2WD ON A GRAVEL DRIVEWAY. THE CAR SHIFTED INTO AWD FOR A COUPLE OF SECONDS ON A MUDDY SPOT, THEN THE AWD OFF LIGHT CAME ON THE DASH, ALONG WITH THE SERVICE AWD LIGHT. I TOOK THE CAR TO A REPAIR SHOP TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. THE CAR WAS RUNNING IN 2WD AND I DIDN'T SWITCH IT TO 4WD LOW. THE REPAIR PERSON SHIFTED IT INTO 4WD LOW AND IT GOT STUCK THERE. THE REPAIR PERSON SAID IT WAS THE TRANSFER MOTOR CASE OR A SENSOR, WITHOUT 100 CERTAINTY. I'M CONCERNED THAT, EVEN IF REPLACED AND REPAIRED WITH CURRENT MODELS OF THE TRANSFER MOTOR CASE, THE CAR WILL UNEXPECTEDLY SHIFT INTO 4WD LOW WHILE DRIVING ON AN INTERSTATE AND CASE DAMAGE TO THE CAR AND AN ACCIDENT.
I purchased my 2012 Dodge Durango two years ago and it has been one of the most stressful issues I have ever hadz. Two days after purchasing it all the lights lit up my dash board the head lights wouldn’t go on the heater or air wouldn’t work and my windows in front would not roll down. This usually happens when I start it in the morning but it also will happen when I’m driving I almost got into a accident on the HWY at 530 in the morning coming to work when my head light just shut off. It has been back to the deal shop I bought it 3 dodge dealer ships and my personal mechanic and they can not find out what the issue is. Over the past two years it has been in the shop bout 10-15 times It has been parked more than I have been able to drive it. I am in a loan I can not get out of.
WHEN I DRIVE AT TIMES TRUCK CUTS OFF BUT STARTS RIGHT BACK UP AND I PROCEED LIKE NOTHING NEVER HAPPEN.... AND ANOTHER PROBLEM I'M HAVING I WILL DRIVE NORMAL AND IT SEEMS LIKE IT GOES IN ANOTHER GEAR . SO I TOOK IT TO AUTOZONE IT'S A CODE P0733.

THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE THE BATTERY AND ALTERNATOR WERE REPLACED, BUT THE BATTERY CONTINUED TO FAIL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 92,000.
WHILE DRIVING LOST ALL STEERING - STEERING WHEEL SPINNED WITH NO CONTROL TO THE WHEELS. VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION ON ROAD LOST ALL CONTROL OF STEERING. WAS ABLE TO STOP VEHICLE BEFORE VEHICLE VEERED INTO OTHER LANE OR DITCH. HAD TO CALL TOW TRUCK TO MOVE VEHICLE OUT OF ROADWAY AND TOWED TO DEALERSHIP. DEALERSHIP REPLACED STEERING COLUMN CONTROL MODULE. CONCERN IS SAFETY HAZARD AND CAN HAPPEN AGAIN?
I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD AND THE CAR LOST ALL POWER AND I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET IT OFF THE ROAD TO A PARKING LOT BEFORE I WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT. THE CAR THEN STARTED SPUTTERING AND SPITTING LIKE IT DOES WHEN THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY TIPM. IT TOOK 20 MINUTES AND REMOVING THE FUSE FROM THE FUEL PUMP RELAY WIRING HARNESS TO GET THE CAR STARTED. I HAVE HAD THE TIPM REPLACED BEFORE THE MANDATED RECALL ON THE ISSUE AND THE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. I ALSO HAVE HAD THE FUEL PUMP RELAY WIRING HARNESS ADDED AND REPLACED WITHIN THE LIFE OF THE VEHICLE. YESTERDAY I WAS TOLD MY BATTERY WHICH WAS 19 MONTHS OLD, THE OLD ONE LASTED ME 6 YEARS, NEEDED TO BE REPLACED WHEN I TOOK THE CAR IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I REPLACED THE BATTERY EVEN THOUGH IT TESTED PERFECTLY FINE AT THE REPAIR SHOP IT WAS PURCHASED THROUGH. NOW THE CAR IS EXHIBITING THE SAME SYMPTOMS AS BEFORE MY TIPM WAS REPLACED AND NEARLY CAUSED ME TO GET IN AN ACCIDENT YESTERDAY!
WHILE COMING BACK FROM PUTTING GAS DOWN THE STREET, MY ALTERNATOR FAIL AND BEGAN TO SMOKE. THE CAR THEN LOST ALL POWER LUCKILY ON THE STREET I LIVED IN.I REPLACED THE ALTERNATOR AND STARTER BUT STILL COULDN'T KEEP BATTERY CHARGING. BATTERY IS ABOUT SIX MONTHS SINCE I PURCHASED IT. RECALL HAS BEEN MADE BUT VIN NUMBER IS NOT INCLUDED EVEN THOUGH THE RECALL SPECIFICALLY STATES THE 2012 DODGE DURANGO MODEL

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 126,000.

THE CONTACT WAS REFERRED TO THE MANUFACTURER TO SEE IF THE REPAIR WOULD BE COVERED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER OR INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING OR REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT BE COVERED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 180,000.
MY WIFE WAS DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD PROBABLY ABOUT 40 OR 45 MPH WHEN SHE HEARD A LOUD POP AND THE CAR BEGAN TO HANDLE WEIRD AND MAKING ALL KINDS OF NOISE. SHE GOT IT TO A NEARBY PARKING LOT WHERE I MET HER TO LOOK AT IT. AT FIRST GLANCE I COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG EXCEPT FOR THE EXHAUST APPEARED TO BE BROKE SO I HAD HER DRIVE IT HOME SINCE SHE WAS ONLY A MILE FROM THE HOUSE. WHEN I GOT IT HOME UPON FURTHER INSPECTION I FOUND THAT THE REAR SUBFRAME FOR THE REAREND HAD RIPPED OUT OF THE UNIBODY FRAME. THERE CRACKS AND RUST IN THE FRAME. THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN AT THE DODGE DEALER FOR THE LAST MONTH AND HALF AND DODGE IS REFUSING TO TAKE FAULT FOR THE MANUFACTURING DEFECT. INSURANCE HAS ALSO REFUSED TO PAY FOR IT AS THERE WAS NO SIGNS OF AN IMPACT. I AM LOOKING AT A 6000 DOLLAR OR MORE REPAIR FOR A 12,000 DOLLAR CAR THAT STILL HAS OVER 10,000 OWED ON IT. I'M AT A LOSS AS TO WHAT DO WITH THE SITUATION. THE DEALERSHIP HAS ALSO SAID THAT THERE'S NOTHING MORE THEY CAN DO FOR ME AND THAT I JUST NEED TO COME GET MY CAR
THE 2012 DURANGO WILL RANDOMLY STALL PUT DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD. WHEN IT DOES SO I LOOSE POWER TO EVERYTHING INCLUDING POWER STEERING WHICH IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION. I HAVE HAD THIS HAPPEN MULTIPLE TIMES NOW AND SEEMS TO BE GETTING WORSE. I WILL NO LONGER BE DRIVING THE CAR BUT CAN NOT AFFORD THE $300 DIAGNOSIS FEE FROM DODGE.

THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000.
THE UCONNECT KEEPS CONNECTING AND DISCONNECTING WHICH IS A SAFT HAZARD DUE TO THE HANDS FREE. DEALER STATED THAT THE COMPUTER NEED TO BE UPDATED FOR WELL OVER $100. I BELIEVE THIS IS AN ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. THIS IS HAPPEN ALL THE TIME.
AT 144000 MILES MY LEFT CYLINDER HAS STARTED TO MAKE A TICKING SOUND. THE MAKES THE SOUNDS AT A STAND STILL ALSO WHILE DRIVING.
CHECK ENGINE LIGHT FLASHING. VECHILE WON'T START, ENGINE WOULD NOT TURN. MISFIRE WITH CYLINDER #7. MDS IS LOSING COMPRESSION CAUSING MISFIRE WITH CYLINDER #7. VEHICLE SHAKING WHILE IN PARK.
ALL POWER COMPONENTS CUTS OUT WHEN I SLOW DOWN TO MAKE A TURN IN. I HAVE TO TURN THE DURANGO OFF AND RESTART IT. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS, FOR IT HAS HAPPEN WHEN I'M CROSSING TRAFFIC TO MAKE THIS TURN. THIS HAS HAPPEN MULTIPLE TIMES. THE LATEST WAS 3-13-19
WHILE I WAS DRIVING IN THE STREET I SAW SOME WHITE SMOKE COMING OUT FROM THE HOOD I PARKED AND OPEN THE HOOD AND NOTICE THAT IN BACK OF THE ENGINE THERE WAS A FIRE. LUCKILY I CAUGHT ON TIME AND I WAS ABLE TO STOP IT BUT SOME OF THE WIRES GOT ALL BURNED UP.

TALKED TO A MECHANIC WHO SAID THAT MY LIFTERS ARE RUINING MY CAMSHAFT AND THAT THEY NEED TO BE REPLACED. MY FATHER IN LAW ALSO HAD THE SAME THING HAPPEN TO HIS 5.7 HEMI.

MICHIGAN AVENUE, SALINE, MI 48176, (734) 429-9431) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TOTALLY INTEGRATED POWER MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.

CAR SHUTS OF SUDDENLY AT ANY SPEED, IT CAN BE RESTARTED WHILE IN NEUTRAL. HOWEVER IT WONT GO BACK INTO GEAR EVEN THOUGH IT LETS ME PUT IT IN DRIVE. WHEN THIS HAPPENS IT'S VERY DANGEROUS AS ALL OF THE CARS FUNCTIONS GO DEAD POWER STEERING LIGHTS GAUGES, DOOR LOCKS WINDSHIELD WIPERS. IT CAUSES A VERY UNSAFE SITUATION ESPECIALLY AT HIGH SPEEDS ON THE HIGHWAY BECAUSE I CAN'T ALWAYS GET OVER TO A SAFE LANE TO PULL THE CAR OVER TO RESTART AND REENGAGE THE TRANSMISSION. DODGE NEEDS TO FIX THIS FREE OF CHARGE TO THE CUSTOMER
TIPM IS MALFUNCTIONING CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO STALL WHILE AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS. ALL EMERGENCY WARNING LIGHTS COME ON AND GAUGES WILL NOT FUNCTION. DODGE SAYS THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE A RECALL ON THE HIS ITEM EVEN THOUGH THEY DO ADMIT THAT IT HAS BECOME A MAJOR PROBLEM. IT IS NOT SAFE TO BE DRIVING WITH SUCH A MALFUNCTIONING PART.
I PARKED MY CAR AT HOME. IN THE MORNING WHEN I PRESSED THE START SWITCH TO START THE CAR CRANK, AND IT DOES NOT START. I WAIT A MINUTE PRESS THE START SWITCH AGAIN AND THE CAR KEEPS CRANKING NO STOPPING UNTIL I MOVE MY GEAR FROM PARK TO REVERSE. I REMOVE THE SWITCH AND I ADD MY CAR KEY AND TRY AGAIN WITH CAR KEY. AFTER 3 TIMES THE CAR STARTS. I KNOW THERE'S A RECALL OR LAWSUIT FOR THIS ISSUE. I WANT MY CAR FIXED WITH NO COST FOR ME. I MAINTAIN MY CAR IN GOOD SHAPE AND URGE TO GET THIS DONE. WHILE DRIVING MY 2012 DODGE DURANGO I NOTICED MY GEAR WOULD SHIFT TO MANUAL IN THE 4TH GEAR WITHOUT ME HAVING TO MOVE THE GEAR STICK. I DID SOME RESEARCH AND FOUND THAT THIS WAS COMMON IN A LOT OF DODGE/JEEP/CHRYSLER VECHILES. I TAKE MY CARE IN FOR REGULAR INSPECTIONS AND MAKE SURE MY CAR IS RUNNING. I THINK THIS IS A MANUFACTURING MISHAP AND NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. I WAS TOLD IT WAS MY TRANSMISSION CYCLOID.
I FILED A COMPLAINT RECENTLY ABOUT MY VEHICLE STATING I THOUGHT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY TRANSMISSION SOLENOID BUT I TOOK IT TO A TRANSMISSION REPAIR SHOP TODAY AND WAS TOLD MY TRANSMISSION WAS FAILING. I'M FILING THIS COMPLETE CAUSE I BELIEVE THIS ISN'T SOMETHING THAT JUST HAPPENS OUT OF THE BLUE. I TAKE MY CAR IN FOR REGULAR CHECK UPS AND INSPECTIONS AND HAVE ALWAYS FIXED ANYTHING THAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. MY CAR IS STUCK IN GEAR 4 AND IT'S AN AUTOMATIC AND THIS IS A SUDDEN MISHAP THAT HAS ME WONDERING WHY THIS WOULD HAPPEN WITHOUT WARNING OR HAVE BEEN TOLD ABOUT THIS PROBLEM PRIOR TO IT HAPPENING.
THIS IS THE 3RD TIME IN THE PAST 3 MONTHS I'VE BEEN TAKING THIS VEHICLE TO SERVICE FOR DIFFERENT SERVICE ISSUES. THE MOST RECENT ONE IS THE DASH AND WHIPERS STARTED GOING CRAZY, A SUDDEN SMELL OF BURNT WIRES/ELECTRIC BURN. THE VEHICLE SHUT DOWN WHILE IN MOTION LOCKING THE STEERING WHEEL AND THE GEAR SHIFTER DIDN'T WANT TO ENGAGE. I TRIED STARTING THE VEHICLE BUT IT WOULDN'T START. THE VEHICLE IS NOT COMUNICATING WITH THE STARTING KEY. THE VEHICLE GOT TOWED TO THE DEELSRSHIP AND AFTER TWO DAYS THEY CALLED ME BACK SAYING THAT THE VEHICLE IS NOT COMUNICATING WITH THE TIPM (TOTALLY INTEGRATED POWER MODULE) THEREFOR THE CAN'T MAKE A DIAGNOSIS. THEY WILL HAVE TO CHECK EACH WIRE ONE BY ONE ABD THAT CHECK UP IS GOING TO COST 4 HOURS OF WORK AT A COST OF APPROXIMATELY $400 BEFORE THEY CAN RUN A DIAGNOSIS.

THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTIFICATION FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V813000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) AND STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. SCHUMACHER CHRYSLER DODGE (2102 S FEDERAL HWY, DELRAY BEACH, FL 33483) CONFIRMED THAT PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE TO PERFORM THE RECALL REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.
SECOND ISSUE WITH AIR BAG. GOT 2012 DURANGO IN JAN 2013 - IN 2014 HAD TO PAY $635 TO FIX ANGLE SENSOR IN STEERING COLUMN AS IT WAS FAULTY. IT WAS NOT COVERED NOR RECALL. "TAKATA RECALL". VEHICLE SHUT DOWN WHILE IN MOTION LOCKING THE STEERING WHEEL. DASH AND WIPERS STARTED GOING CRAZY THEN A SUDDEN SMELL OF BURNT WIRES/ELECTRIC BURN. THIS RESULTED ON COMPLETELY DEAD BATTERY DUE TO ALTERNATOR FAIL.
THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER WENT BAD 10/2018. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND THE DEALERSHIP PERFORMED A DIAGNOSTIC TESTING AND IT INDICATED THAT THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER WAS BAD AND NEEDS REPLACEMENT ASAP. WITHIN THE STATE OF PA. IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP THE EMISSION SYSTEM UPDATE WITHIN STATE STANDARDS. THE COST WAS ABOUT $1,400. I CHECK THE RECALL STATUS AND THERE IS NO RECALLS LISTED.
2012 DODGE DURANGO CREW WITH 5.7L HEMI ENGINE. 10/23/18 - VEHICLE THROUGH ENGINE ERROR CODE RELATED TO CYLINDER 8 MISFIRE. PULLED THE PLUGS AND CYLINDER 8 PLUG WAS BURNT. SINCE THE LAST PLUG CHANGE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN, I REPLACED ALL 16 SPARK PLUGS. VEHICLE STARTED AND RAN FINE. ERROR CODE CLEARED AND DID NOT REAPPER. 11/7/18 - WHILE DRIVING AT ~60MPH THROTTLE FLUTTERED AND VEHICLE THEN DIED. NO CHECK ENGINE OR WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. COASTED TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. TRIED TO RE-START ENGINE SINCE NO WARNINGS WERE VISIBLE. ENGINE MADE GRINDING NOISE AND SEIZED. DETERMINED BY LUTHER BROOKDALE DODGE IN BROOKLYN PARK THAT THERE IS A HOLE IN THE BLOCK, ENGINE IS SEIZED AND THE ENGINE NEEDS REPLACEMENT. MILEAGE WAS 114,XXX. SAFETY ISSUE IS THAT VEHICLE DIED AT HIGHWAY SPEED, LEADING TO A LOSS OF POWER STEERING, AND ASSISTED BRAKING ABILITY. DRIVING, SUDDENLY CHARGING STATION LIGHT FLASHED ON SCREEN AND VEHICLE WAS MAKING REVING ENGINE SOUND. PULLED OVER AND SMOKE WAS EXITING FRONT GRILL. ALL ELECTRICAL DIED AND COULDN'T GET KEY OUT OF IGNITION. CALLED TOWING TO AUTO SHOP THAT WAS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY. DIAGNOSIS WAS ALTERNATOR HAD IGNITED COMPUTER SYSTEM THEREFORE ALL ELECTRICAL POWER OUTAGE.
WHILE DRIVING 55 MILES AN HOUR ON A STATE ROAD DRIVING STRAIGHT THE CAR COMPLETELY STARTED GOING CRAZY. THE DASHBOARD WAS BLINKING INDICATING THAT MY SEATBELT WAS NOT BUCKLED WHICH IT WAS, THE CAR WENT FROM DRIVE TO PARK TO NEUTRAL THE WIPERS STARTED AND IT WASN'T RAINING AND THE CAR THEN ALL OF THE SUDDEN STOPPED DEAD. THE DEALER SAYS MY SPECIFIC CAR VIN IS NOT PART OF THE RECALL WHERE THIS EXACT PROBLEM WAS STATED IN TWO PRIOR RECALLS. THIS WAS A VERY DANGEROUS EVENT AND I COULD HAVE BEEN HURT OR SOMEONE ELSE HURT.
MY DURANGO HAD BEEN REPAIRED PER RECALL R09, AND NOW THE VEHICLE IS DOING THE SAME THING AS IT WAS BEFORE THE REPAIR, WHICH IS HAVE FAILED STARTS, AND THE ENGINE SHUTTING DOWN WHILE DRIVING ( VERY DANGEROUS ESPECIALLY ON THE FREEWAY).

I HAVE A 2012 DODGE DURANGO WITH 110000 MILES ON IT. TOOK IT TOO THE DEALERSHIP BECAUSE OF A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. THE ENGINE FELT LIKE IT WAS RUNNING GOOD. IT TURNED OUT THAT THREE OF MY LIFTERS WERE BAD WHICH ALSO MESSED UP THE CAMSHAFT. HAD TO REPLACE THE ENGINE BECAUSE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE SAME PRICE TO FIX IT, IF THE OTHER SIDE WE'RE BAD TOO. REGARDING SAFETY RECALL R09 / NHTSA 15V-115 FUEL PUMP RELAY - 2012-2013 DODGE DURANGO & JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE THIS RECALL WAS PERFORMED ON MY VEHICLE A FEW MONTHS AGO, THE OTHER WEEK THE FIX FAILED SEVERAL TIMES STARTING THE CAR AND ONCE WHILE THE CAR WAS IN MOTION. I TOOK IT BACK IN TO THE DEALER TO GET THE FIX REDONE, IN THE TWO DAYS SINCE THE REDO THE CAR HAS ALREADY NOT STARTED SEVERAL TIMES AND STOPPED SUPPLYING POWER TO THE FUEL PUMP WHILE THE CAR WAS IN MOTION ONCE. SO IN SHORT, THE FIX FOR THE ORIGINAL SAFETY ISSUE DOES NOT WORK AND IS EVEN WORSE THAN BEFORE THE FIX. SEARCHING ONLINE SEVERAL OTHER PEOPLE ALSO HAVE HAD THE FIX FAIL ON THEM AS WELL.
3 YEARS AFTER HAVING MY FUEL PUMP RELAY RECALL PERFORMED ON MY 2012 DURANGO CREW THE SAME EXACT SYMPTOMS ARE HAPPENING. STALLING OUT WHILE DRIVING AND THE CAR WILL TRY TO CRANK BUT NOT FULLY TURN OVER. PUT THE DURANGO IN THE SHOP AND IT'S THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN THE FUEL PUMP RELAY AND WE HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR THE REPAIR. THIS PART SHOULD NOT BE FAILING AGAIN AFTER A 30,000 MILE 3YEAR DIFFERENCE ON A 70,000 MILE CAR. WHAT EVER PARTS THEY USED FOR RECALL ARE FAULTY AND EVENTUALLY FAIL. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO HAVE MY FUEL PUMP RELAY CHANGED AGAIN ON THIS CAR. DODGE NEEDS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND FIX THE ISSUE THE FIRST TIME AND NOT PUT BURDEN ON THEIR CUSTOMERS OF THEIR DEFECTS. I'M PUTTING THIS OUT THERE FOR ANYONE HAVING THE SAME ISSUE AFTER THEIR RECALL WAS FIXED. COMPLAIN! SO WE AREN'T RESPONSIBLE FOR DODGE MISTAKES.

THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURES AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 92,293.
