I HAD JUST PARKED MY CAR AND HAD EXITED TO REMOVE MY CHILD FROM HIS CAR SEAT WHEN, FOR NO REASON, THE DRIVERS SIDE HEADREST DEPLOYED UNEXPECTEDLY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT IN MOTION.
CAR ALERT LOW VOLTAGE CAME ON AND THEN CAR WOULD NOT START. WHEN JUMPING THE CAR, THE CAR WOULD TURN OFF WHEN CABLES CAME OFF. WAS TOLD ALTERNATOR IS BAD. I GOOGLED AND FOUND OUT THEIR WAS A RECALL FOR ALTERNATORS BUT NOT MY 2014 MODEL. I BELIEVE MINE SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED BECAUSE THE DESCRIPTION FITS MY ISSUE AS WELL AND THE VEHICLE IS THE SAME YEAR, MAKE AND MODEL. DEALERSHIP WOULD NOT HONOR RECALL WHEN SHOULD THE INFO. ON LINE.
BECAUSE OF CONDENSATION/STANDING WATER IN THE BACK RACETRACK LIGHT, THE LIGHT IS NOW BURNT OUT AND DODGE IS QUOTING ME $1,100 TO FIX THIS ISSUE. IT IS NOT COVERED UNDER ANY WARRANTY AND THERE IS NOT YET A RECALL. I CONTACTED DODGE REGARDING THIS SAFETY ISSUE AND THEY HAVE OFFERED NO RESOLUTION OR SUGGESTION TO HELP. THIS IS A WIDE SPREAD ISSUE AFFECTING MODELS YEAR 2010 TO PRESENT. I AM HONESTLY WONDERING HOW THIS HAS NO BEEN ADDRESSED YET. WHEN I QUESTIONED WHETHER THE ISSUE IS BEING FIXED ON NEWER MODELS, I GOT A VERY GENERIC ANSWER.
IVE HAD A TOTAL OF SEVEN PROBLEMS WITH THIS VEHICLE RELATED TO THE ENGINE. NOW THERE IS A TIME KING SOUND WITH FULL OIL CHANGES ON THE PLAN EVERY THREEOMTHS. I TRHLY BELIEVE THIS VEHICLE HAS ENGINE PROBLEMS WITH THE WAY ITS BUILT.
TICKING NOISE FROM ENGINE. GETTING LOUDER WITH TIME AND WHEN ACCELERATING. VALVE LIFTER BAD. NEED TO BE REPLACED. TOLD IT IS FREQUENT PROBLEM BY DODGE DEALER FOR THESE MODELS.
REAR RACEWAY TAILLIGHT HAS PARTIALLY GONE OUT. FROM WHAT I'VE GATHERED, THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH THIS VEHICLE DUE TO AN ENGINEERING DESIGN FLAW. WATER IS ALLOWED TO PENETRATE, SHORTING OUT RACEWAY LIGHT, DECREASING VISIBILITY FROM THE REAR, PARTICULARLY IN ADVERSE AND LOW VISIBILITY CONDITIONS. THIS MANUFACTURER FLAW SHOULD BE ADDRESSED, CORRECTED AND REPLACED BY MANUFACTURER AS IT IS A SAFETY ISSUE.
TAIL LIGHT IS COLLECTING WATER AND PART OF LIGHT HAS BURNT OUT
TAKATA RECALL LOSS OF POWER STEERING, AT ANY SPEED.
WHILE DRIVING ON LITTLE ROAD IN PASCO COUNTY FLORIDA ON JULY 25TH , MY PASSENGER SIDE HEADREST DEPLOYED AS IF IN A CRASH, STRIKING MY FATHER IN THE HEAD. THE UNIT STILL HAS THE METAL PIN ATTACHED BY CLAMPS AND BASICALLY SNAPPED. THE PLASTIC IS BROKEN.
JULY 14, 2019 - WHILE THE DODGE DURANGO IS IN MOTION, THE DASH DISPLAY SUDDENLY WENT BLANK, VARIOUS SENSOR LIGHTS TURNED ON, TRANSMISSION GEAR WOULD NOT SHIFT, AND THE WIPER BLADES INTERMITTENTLY TURNED ON. SIMILARLY PROBLEM WAS EXPERIENCED IN MAY 2019, WHEN THE REPAIR SHOP IDENTIFIED AND REPLACED A FAULTY BCM (BODY CONTROL MODULE). I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A LOCAL DODGE DEALERSHIP ABOUT A MONTH ( JUNE 2019), FOR THE SAME PROBLEM AND THE DEALERSHIP IDENTIFIED THE WIRING HARNESS TO BE FAULTY. AFTER SOME DIAGNOSIS, THE DEALERSHIP RESET THE CODES, ASKED ME TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE SOME MORE TO SEE IF THE PROBLEM REOCCURS. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH SINCE I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THE PROBLEM HAS REOCCURED SEVERAL TIMES. I FEEL THIS IS A REAL SAFETY ISSUES ESPECIALLY WHEN I HAVE MY KIDS IN THE CAR AND THE ELECTRICAL ISSUES ARISES WHILE THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION. THIS PROBLEM IS VERY CONCERNING TO ME AS THE PROBLEM HAS OCCURED ONE TIME WHILE I WAS DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY, AND THREE TIME WHILE DRIVING ON CITY STREETS. PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS MATTER URGENTLY AS I CONSIDER THIS ISSUE TO BE A SERIOUS VEHICLE PROBLEM OR HAZARD. ANY DURANGO OWNER AND THEIR FAMILY COULD POTENTIALLY GET SERIOUSLY HURT.
ON JULY 8, 2019, FROM A STOP, LIGHT ACCELERATION, THE VEHICLE STARTED HESITATING AS IF IT WAS MISFIRING OR NOT GETTING FUEL, UP AND DOWN SHIFTING, HARD UP SHIFTING AND THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT ACCELERATE. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STARTED FLASHING MAYBE 10 TIMES THEN STAYED OFF. CUT THE VEHICLE OFF AND RESTARTED AND RAN AS IF NO PROBLEMS OCCURED. CONTACTED DEALERSHIP TO SCAN THE VEHICLE, THEY FOUND NO ENGINE CODES STORED IN THE COMPUTER AND STATED TO DRIVE IT UNTIL THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON AND STAYS ON, THEN TO BRING IT IN FOR DIAGNOSTICS.
GETTING INTO MY PARKED VEHICLE I NOTICED THE DRIVER'S SIDE SEAT HEAD REST HAD DEPLOYED. PLASTIC CLIPS BROKEN. LOCK BAR WAS STILL ENCLOSED IN LOCKING MECHANISM. MY VEHICLE WAS IN MY DRIVEWAY.
THE REAR TAILLIGHT ON THE DECK LIGHT HAS ENCOUNTER WATER INTRUSION CAUSING THE LIGHTS TO FAIL AND NOT ILLUMINATE. ON THIS VEHICLE IT HAS OCCURRED A TOTAL OF FOUR (4) TIMES. EACH REPLACEMENT PART HAS FAILED. THIS SEEMS TO BE A RECURRING ISSUE WITH THE TAILLIGHT ASSEMBLY. DODGE IS NOT COVERING DUE TO VEHICLE AGE EVEN THOUGHT THIS IS RECURRING AND THE HAVE HAD TO THE REPLACE THE LIGHT ASSEMBLY FOUR TIMES. RESEARCH INDICATES THAT THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT BUT IS BEING EXPERIENCED BY MANY OWNERS OF THIS PRODUCT LINE. DODGE IS NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY DUE TO THE VEHICLE AGE, HOWEVER THE FREQUENCY OF OCCURRENCE INDICATES A FAULTY PRODUCT ON THEIR BEHALF AND LEAVES THE VEHICLE WITHOUT THE REAR TAILLIGHT ASSEMBLY WORKING. FAILURE CAN HAPPEN AT ANY TIME WITH NO NOTICE, LEAVING THE VEHICLE VULNERABLE TO REAR END COLLISION.
AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY DURING HEAD ON COLLISION.
RACETRACK TAIL LIGHTS IS NOT CORRECTLY SEALED AND WATER IS COMING INSIDE, DUE TO THIS THE TAIL LIGHT HAD A SHORTCUT AND THE DEALERSHIP SAYS THE I HAVE TO REPLACE THE WHOLE TAIL LIGHT AND THE REAR CAMERA, THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I SEE WATER INSIDE THE RACETRACK
THE DRIVER HEADREST ACTIVE HEAD RESTRAINT SAFETY DEVICE DEPLOYED WITHOUT WARNING DURING NORMAL DRIVING. THERE WAS NO IMPACT, ETC., THAT WOULD CAUSE THE DEVICE TO DEPLOY. THE DEVICE ERRANTLY DEPLOYED. THE HEADREST CAME IN SHARP AND SUDDEN CONTACT WITH THE REAR OF MY HEAD WHILE IN MOTION ON A CITY STREET, NOT TURNING. THROUGH ONLINE RESEARCH I NOTED THAT THIS SEEMS TO BE A COMMON ISSUE.
STOPPED SUV ON INCLINE ON REMOTE PORTION OF POST CANYON ROAD IN HOOD RIVER COUNTY, OR. UPON RESTARTING VEHICLE, AND PLACING IT INTO DRIVE, THE VEHICLE ROLLED SLIGHTLY BACKWARDS AND HIT THE PARK LATCH, STOPPING IMMEDIATELY. INDICATOR ABOVE SHIFT KNOB AND DASHBOARD GEAR INDICATOR BOTH FLASHING. ENGINE REVVED WHEN PRESSING ACCELERATOR, VEHICLE NOT IN GEAR. PUT BACK IN PARK AND TRIED AGAIN, SAME RESULT. TRIED REVERSE AND NEUTRAL. SAME RESULT. STOPPED ENGINE, RESTARTED AND TRIED SHIFTING INTO ANY GEAR AGAIN, SAME RESULT. AFTER SOME 15-20 MINUTES OF TRYING, AND LIGHTLY PRESSING ON BRAKE, GOT THE CAR TO GO INTO REVERSE. BACKED UP AS FAR AS I COULD TO GET CAR POINTED DOWN HILL, BUT CAR WOULD STILL NOT GO INTO DRIVE, FLASHING THE INDICATORS AGAIN. AFTER ANOTHER 10 MINUTES OR SO OF TRYING VARIOUS COMBINATIONS, GOT CAR INTO DRIVE BY VERY LIGHTLY PRESSING BRAKE AND ROLLING FORWARD IN DRIVE. VEHICLE WAS THEN NORMAL. IF THIS HAPPENED IN TRAFFIC, IT COULD BE VERY HAZARDOUS AS ONE COULD BE HIT BY ANOTHER VEHICLE, NOT EXPECTING A STOPPED VEHICLE IN A TRAVEL LANE. INTERNET SEARCH INDICATES OTHER DODGE/RAM OWNERS WITH PROBLEM EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED BY ME. TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE, OR LOGIC THEREIN WOULD APPAR TO BE THE CAUSE., DO NOT KNOW IF SOMETHING HAS FAILED, BUT NORMAL OPERATION SINCE THAT TIME INDICATES OTHERWISE.
REAR 'RACETRACK' LIGHTS HAS WATER IN IT, AND A SECTION OF IT HAS ALREADY FADED OUT. TOOK TO THE DEALER AND OF COURSE NOT COVERED BY MY 'BUMPER TO BUMPER' AND THE COST IS $1300. I'M SO IRRITATED!
THE INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM HEAD UNIT FAILED CAUSING GPS NAVIGATION, HVAC/BLOWER, COMPASS, AND CLIMATE TEMPERATURE CONTROL TO NOT FUNCTION. I HAD TO REPLACE IT WITH A NEW UNIT COSTING $806.25. THE WARRANTY WAS EXPIRED. IT SUDDENLY DID NOT WORK ONE DAY WHEN I TURNED THE VEHICLE ON IN THE MORNING.
MY VEHICLE IS HAVING A LONG CRANK TIME SIMILAR TO THE RECALL ON MORE THAN 500K DURANGO AND CHEROKEE MODELS ARE UNDER RECALL FOR FUEL PUMP RELAY ISSUE THAT CAN LEAD TO STALLS AND NO-STARTS. MY CAR HAS BEEN DOING THIS OFF AND ON FOR OVER A YEAR I HAVE TAKEN IT TO THE DEALERSHIP WITH NO RESOLVE, BECAUSE THEY ARE SAYING IT HAS TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM WHILE THEY HAVE IT, BUT IT NEVER DOES. NOW MY CAR IS ACTING LIKE IT WANTS TO STALL WHILE DRIVING. THIS IS SCARY WHILE DRIVING.
THE COWL HAS WARPED ALLOWING RAIN WATER TO LEAKE INTO THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT. AND UNDER WINDSHIELD. AND WHILE DRIVING AIR GETTING UNDER WINDSHIELD IS CREATING A BUZZING NOISE. WHILE I WAS AT DODGE I NOTICED ON THE NEWER MODEL DODGE DURANGO THEY HAVE REDESIGNED THE COWL. I HAVE TALKED WITH CHRYSLER CUSTOMER CARE THEY HAVE OPENED UP A CASE. (CASR NUMBER 64813561)
THE SEAT BELT COMPONENT CRACKS CAUSING IT TO PUSH ON THE SEAT BELT AND THEREFORE, NOT ALLOWING THE SEAT BELT TO RETRACT. THIS HAPPENED ALMOST A YEAR AGO, WE HAVEN'T BEEN USING THE SEAT. WE JUST FINALLY HAD IT LOOKED AT AND WE'RE TOLD THAT BOTH OF THEM IN THE 3RD ROW ARE CRACKED BUT THE DRIVER SIDE IS CURRENTLY STILL WORKING. I HAVE PHOTOS BUT I CAN'T UPLOAD IT ON THIS FORM. THE PICTURE WITH THE CRACK ON THE SIDE IS THE ONE NOT WORKING. THE ONE WITH THE CRACK IN THE MIDDLE STILL WORKS. *TR
2014 DODGE DURANGO TAIL LIGHT ASSEMBLY NOT PROPERLY SEALED WHEN MANUFACTURED AND ALLOWS WATER TO ENTER AND RUIN CIRCUIT BOARD FOR LED TAIL LIGHTS. I HAVE ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING DEGREE AND THIS IS NOT A BULB BURNED OUT. THE LEDS CIRCUIT BOARD IS WHAT'S DAMAGED NOT THE LEDS. DEALERS SAY WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER BULBS. BUT THIS IS A WHOLE TAIL LIGHT ASSEMBLY THAT WAS NOT SEALED RIGHT FROM THE FACTORY. IT COST $1100 TO REPLACE . THIS IS A DEFECT NOT NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. THERE ARE LITERALLY THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE ONLINE WITH SAME ISSUE.

WATER IN MY 14 DODGE DURANGO RACE TRACK TAIL LIGHT
THE TAIL LIGHT OF THE VEHICLE IS NOT SEALED AND ACCUMULATES MOISTURE CAUSING IT TO SHORT OUT. THE TAIL LIGHT HAS BEEN REPLACED 3 TIME PREVIOUSLY BY DODGE. IT HAS NOW HAPPENED A FOURTH TIME AND DODGE IS NOT STANDING BEHIND IT. THE MOST RECENT TAIL LIGHT IS LESS THAN 2 YEARS OLD.
RAIN WATER GETS INTO REAR TAIL LIGHTS AND CAUSES SHORT IN TAIL LIGHT. LIGHT BURNS OUT AND NEEDS PREMATURE REPLACEMENT DUE TO LEAK FROM WATER. DUE TO SAFETY ISSUE WITH LIGHTS BEING BURN OUT WHILE DRIVING IN RAINY CONDITIONS, ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT, IS A LARGE SAFETY ISSUE WHICH CAN RESULT IN ACCIDENT. I DO NOT WANT TO BE REAR ENDED DUE TO THIS SAFETY ISSUE, ESPECIALLY WITH MY 1 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND WIFE IN THE VEHICLE..
THE CENTER BRAKE LIGHT ON THE REAR HATCH LEAKS WATER INTO THE LIGHT ASSEMBLY AND CAUSES DAMAGE TO THE LED LIGHTS, WHICH CAUSES SOME OF THEM TO STOP WORKING.
I'M RECEIVING A BRAKE BOOSTER WARNING LIGHT BUT THE DEALERSHIP SAYS MY PARTICULAR VIN WASN'T ONE INVOLVED IN THE NATIONWIDE RECALL FOR 2011-2014 DODGE DURANGO'S, ALTHOUGH I HAVE THE SAME PROBLE.
MY VEHICLE STARTED MAKING A CLICKING NOISE AROUND 65K MILES. WHEN I SCHEDULED MY ROUTINE OIL CHANGE AT MY DEALERSHIP I WAS TOLD THAT I NEEDED TO HAVE MY CAM LIFTER AND ROCKER ARMS REPLACED. I EXPLAINED THAT THIS IS AN ISSUE THAT SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING ON A VEHICLE THAT IS ONLY 5 YEARS OLD WITH 65K MILES. THEY TOLD ME THAT THIS IS GOING TO COST ME $1,800 TO HAVE THE REPAIRS MADE TO THE VEHICLE. THEN I WAS TOLD THAT IF I HAVE THE 60K MILE CHECK UP FOR $800 ON THE VEHICLE THAT DODGE WILL COMPLETE THE REPAIRS FOR FREE. AFTER DOING RESEARCH ONLINE AND SPEAKING WITH OTHER DURANGO OWNERS I FOUND THAT THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE WITH THE 2014-2015 DODGE DURANGO AND SHOULD BE ADDRESSED.
WHILE DRIVING, WITH NO WARNING, THE ACTIVE HEAD RESTRAINT DEPLOYED ON THE DRIVERS SEAT, KNOCKING ME IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD WITH FORCE, MOMENTARILY CAUSING ME TO LOSE CONTROL.
I JUST PULLED OUT OF WORK AND I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD. MY DRIVER SEAT HEAD REST POPPED OPEN AND HIT THE BACK OF MY HEAD. I DIDN'T HIT ANYTHING OR NOTHING HIT ME. I WAS DRIVING MAYBE 40MPH WITH NO OTHER CARS AROUND ME. I DIDN'T EVEN REALIZE WHAT HAPPENED UNTIL I PULLED INTO THE PARKING LOT OF THE STORE I WAS GOING INTO TO. MY HEAD REST IS STILL INTACT JUST SPLIT OPEN!
THERE IS WATER IN THE REAR TAIL LIGHT RACE RACK. MUST BE A SEAL ISSUE SINCE THE IS NO DAMAGE TO THE TAIL LIGHTS. HOPEFULLY THE LIGHTS DON'T GO OUT BEFORE IT IS FIXED.
REAR RACE TRACK LIGHT WATER INSIDE AND LED LIGHT OUT. CAN NOT GET STICKER. MOISTURE IN LICENSE PLATE LIGHT HAVE HAD TO REPLACE THREE TIMES. CAN NOT GET STICKER.
WATER LEAKED IN AND ACCUMULATED INSIDE THE REAR "RACETRACK" LED TAILLIGHT ASSEMBLY, CAUSING FAILURE TO LED LIGHTS ON THE DRIVER SIDE OF THE ASSEMBLY. THE DESIGN OF THIS ASSEMBLY IS CLEARLY FLAWED DUE TO THOUSANDS OF REPORTS OF THIS HAPPENING. DODGE QUOTED MY $1100 FOR THE REPLACEMENT PART. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
THE DESIGN OF THE 'RACETRACK' STYLE TAILLIGHT ASSEMBLY ALLOWS WATER AND WATER CONDENSATION TO ACCUMULATE WITHIN THE ASSEMBLY. THIS HAS BEEN REPLACED UNDER PARTS WARRANTY FOR MY VEHICLE 3 TIMES. IF THESE TAILLIGHTS ARE NOT WARRANTIED THE COST TO REPLACE IS PROHIBITIVE, RESULTING IN MANY VEHICLES WITH REDUCED REAR LIGHT VISIBILITY.
REAR RACETRACK LIGHT BAR. WATER INSIDE THE HOUSING.
THERE IS WATER POOLING IN MY BACK TAILLIGHT BAR. THIS HAS MADE THE TAILLIGHT BAR GO OUT.
T36 RECALL FOR THE ALTERNATOR DIRECTLY IMPACTS THE PERFORMANCE OF THE POWERTRAIN COMPUTER MODEL AND REQUIRES REPLACEMENT.

ADD MINE TO THE MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT WATER GETTING INTO THE TAIL LIGHTS THAT ARE IN THE HATCH. ALSO KNOWN AS RACE TRACK TAIL LIGHT. THERE IS A BUG INSIDE AS WELL SO THE GAP IN THIS "SEALED" UNIT MUST BE HUGE. YOU CAN SEE THE MOSQUITO IN IMG_6163.JPG. ALSO HAVE TROUBLE WITH WATER GETTING IN THE DRIVERS SIDE HEADLIGHT ABOUT A YEAR AGO. I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE NEW AND IT HAS NEVER BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT. THIS IS AN OBVIOUS SAFETY ISSUE WHEN THE WATER STARTS CLOUDING THE LENS AND/OR STARTS SHORTING OUT THE BULBS. THESE ISSUES ARE NOT COVERED BY THE LIFETIME MAXCARE WARRANTY. I TRIED UPLOADING 4 PHOTOS. HOPEFEULLY YOU GOT THEM ALL

WATER POOLING IN THE LOWER SECTION OF TAILLIGHT ALSO CONDENSATION IN THE UPPER PART OF THE TAILLIGHT
THE REAR RACETRACK LIGHTS KEEP TAKING ON WATER! IF I RECALL WATER AND ELECTRICITY DON'T MIX! THIS WAS ONE OF THE SELLING FEATURES THAT CAUGHT MY EYE TO BUY THIS VEHICLE. BUT APPARENTLY THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM WITH THESE LIGHTS AND AN EXPENSIVE FIX IF IT BURNS OUT. THE TAIL LIGHT IS FUSED WITH THE PLATE LIGHT. SO IF THE FUSE BLOWS YOU HAVE NO PLATE LIGHT WHICH IN MY STATE IS ILLEGAL. IF THE LIGHTS ARE OUT, THERE REALLY ISN'T MUCH ILLUMINATION IN THE REAR. I COULD EASILY GET REAR ENDED AT NIGHT OR CLOUDY OUT.
I WAS DRIVING TO CHURCH AT ABOUT 20 MPH WHEN I HEARD A NOISE AND FELT A BUMP STRIKING MY HEAD. THE DRIVERS HEADREST WAS DEPLOYED. IT SEEMS LIKE SOME PLASTIC CLIPS OR PARTS INSIDE JUST BROKE...
I WAS PULLING OUT OF A FAST FOOD DRIVE THRU ONTO THE MAIN ROAD AND MY PASSENGER SEAT HEADREST DEPLOYED. MY DAUGHTER WAS SITTING ON FRONT SEAT. THE CAR DID NOT HAVE ANY IMPACT AND WAS LESS THAN 5 MPH OUT OF THE DRIVE THRU.
LEFT SIDE OF RACETRACK LIGHT IS POOLING WATER. VEHICLE HAS 58,900 MILES.
THE AC IN OUR CAR JUST STOPPED WORKING. WE WENT TO AN INDEPENDENT CAR REPAIR SHOP TO FIND OUT THAT THE AC COMPRESSOR WORKS AND THAT THERE ARE 100% NO LEAKS IN THE SYSTEM. CAN'T FIND THE ISSUE EVEN THO WE WENT THERE TWICE. THEY TOLD US THAT IT TURNS ON JUST FINE AND WANTS TO WORK BUT DOESN'T BLOW COLD AIR.
SECOND ROW PASSENGER SIDE BENCH SEAT NO LONGER LATCHES TO THE VEHICLE. MECHANISM IS NOW JAMMED AND WILL NOT FUNCTION. VEHICLE SEAT IS FREE FLOATING AND WILL NOT LATCH TO THE VEHICLE. OCCURRED DURING NORMAL USE, AS THIRD ROW PASSENGERS WERE EXITING FROM THE VEHICLE.
THE PASSENGER SIDE ACTIVE HEAD REST COME APART, LUCKILY IN THE DRIVEWAY. IT PUSHED FORWARD ABOUT 3". THE PLASTIC THAT LOCKS AROUND THE HINGE PIN BROKE. THE DEALER WANTS $700.00 DOLLARS TO REPLACE, PLUS WHEN WILL THE DRIVERS SIDE HEAD REST COME APART. CLEARLY THIS WILL BE A $1,400.00 REPAIR WHEN COMPLETE
