REAR SLIDING DOORS GET STUCK ON THE LOCK POSITION AND CAN'T BE OPENED (DEFECTIVE ACTUATOR). THE DEALER WILL NOT REPLACE IT. IF REAR-END CRASH OR FIRE POSSIBLE DEATH MAY OCCUR.
PASSENGER SLIDING DOOR MAKES A LOUD BUZZING NOISE AND WILL NOT UNLOCK. CANNOT MANUALLY UNLOCK THE CAR AND UNABLE TO MANUALLY OR AUTOMATICALLY OPEN. UNSAFE CONDITION. PLEASE ASK THEM TO FIX.
WHEN APPROACHING A RED LIGHT GOING SLOW SPEED AND SLOWING DOWN, CAR SUDDENLY ACCELERATED AS IF IT WAS REGAINING CRUISE CONTROL SPEED, THEREFORE SLAMMING INTO THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME. PRESSING ON BREAK DID NOT HELP. IS THIS A RECALL ISSUE? I SEE OTHERS ON HERE WITH SAME ISSUE. I RECEIVED A CITATION. CAR WAS TOTALED. THIS IS NOT RIGHT.*DT*JB
I BOUGHT A 2016 DODGE CARAVAN NEW FROM THE DEALERSHIP AND HAVE HAD SEVERAL ISSUES WITH REAR SLIDING DOORS NOT OPENING. THEY REPLACED THE DOOR RELAY SHORTLY AFTER PURCHASING THIS VEHICLE. ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS 1 OR BOTH REAR SLIDING DOORS WITH LOCK AND WON'T RELEASE FROM THE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE AFTER UNLOCKING WITH KEY FOB AND THEN TRIED MANUALLY UNLOCKING FROM INSIDE. THIS HAS HAPPENED MANY TIMES IN THE WINTER AND AFTER ABOUT 5 MINUTES OF DRIVING THE DOOR WILL OPEN AS I'M DRIVING. I HAVE SMALL CHILDREN AND THIS IS A SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE. THIS IS NOW HAPPENING IN THE SUMMER AS WELL MAKING ME THINK IT WASN'T DUE TO FROZEN DOORS. I'VE TAKEN THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY CAN'T FIND THE PROBLEM BECAUSE THE DOORS WILL EVENTUALLY RELEASE BEFORE I CAN GET TO DEALERSHIP AFTER WORK.
WHEN IDLING THE CYLINDER #2 MISS FIRES, TUNE UP WAS DONE, OIL CHANGED, I SEARCHED THE VIN NUMBER AND IT SAYS NO RECALLS
IF THE TRANSMISSION LOSES HYDRAULIC PRESSURE, THE VEHICLE MAY LOSE MOTIVE POWER, INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH.
THE DRIVER SIDE SLIDING DOOR STOPPED FUNCTIONING. IT IS STUCK IN LOCKED POSITION RENDERING IT UNUSABLE IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION. THE LOCK CANNOT BE FREED AUTOMATICALLY OR MANUALLY.
DRIVERS SIDE SLIDING PASSENGER DOOR STUCK IN LOCKED POSITION. CANNOT OPEN MANUALLY OR ELECTRONICALLY.
UPON PRESSING THE GAS PEDAL TO ACCELERATE IT FEELS AND SOUNDS AS IF MY VAN IS IN THE NEUTRAL POSITION. IT TAKES TIME FOR IT TO FINALLY 'CATCH' AND BEGIN TO ACTUALLY ACCELERATE. THE HOTTER IT IS THE WORSE THE VAN SEEMS TO GET WITH THIS PROBLEM TO THE POINT WHERE IT MAKES A HIGH PITCH SOUNDS LIKE IT IS JUST BEING SET TO A NEUTRAL POSITION AND PRESSING THE GAS PEDAL TO MAKE A HIGH PITCHED SOUND. AT THIS POINT IT DOES NOT MOVE UNTIL SOMETHING FINALLY 'CATCHES' AND MAKES IT GO-EVEN THEN MOVING FROM A CRAWL SPEED. WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE IT ALSO MAKES A HIGH PITCH SOUND FROM THE ENGINE AREA.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH, THE POWER TRAIN WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE LOSS MOTIVE POWER AND WAS COASTED TO THE SHOULDER OF THE ROADWAY. THE VEHICLE WAS TURNED OFF AND AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WAS CALLED OUT TO THE LOCATION TO HAVE THE VEHICLE DIAGNOSED. THE MECHANIC DETERMINED THAT THE TRANSMISSION PUMP FAILED. THE CONTACT RESTARTED THE VEHICLE AND DROVE TO CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM FIAT FT. WALTON (541 MARY ESTHER CUT OFF NW, FORT WALTON BEACH, FL 32548) WHERE A SECOND DIAGNOSTIC TEST WAS PERFORMED AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE TRANSMISSION PUMP FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT REFERENCED NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V461000 (POWER TRAIN) AS A POSSIBLE SOLUTION TO THE FAILURE HOWEVER, THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT TO CONTACT NHTSA FOR ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 91,000.*DT*JB
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR PASSENGER'S SIDE DOOR FAILED TO OPERATE CORRECTLY. THE AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED WHEN THE SEAT BELT WAS ENGAGED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO RIO VISTA DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP INC (1006 STATE HIGHWAY 12, DIRECTIONS RIO VISTA, CA 94571-1442) WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS DIAGNOSED AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE OCS PASSENGER REAR DOOR MOTOR FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 78,500.
TRANSMISSION WENT WHILE DRIVING ON A SECONDARY ROAD IN MAINE AROUND 30 MPH GOING STRAIGHT WITH 107,392 MILES.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 35 MPH, THE ENGINE BEGAN MAKING AN ABNORMAL WINDING NOISE WITHOUT WARNING. AS THE CONTACT PROCEEDED TO DRIVE, THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO STALL AND HESITATE UPON DEPRESSING THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT INITIALLY DROVE THE VEHICLE TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE THE MECHANIC INFORMED HER THAT THE TRANSMISSION PUMP HAD FAILED. THE MECHANIC HAD ALSO INFORMED HER OF A RECALL THAT HAD BEEN PLACED ON HER MODEL VEHICLE NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V461000 (POWER TRAIN). THE CONTACT THEN HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED TO ANOTHER INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR A SECOND OPINION AND HE ALSO DETERMINED THAT THE TRANSMISSION PUMP HAD FAILED AND THAT THE VEHICLE NEEDED A TRANSMISSION REPLACEMENT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS THEN NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED HER THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. THE VEHICLE HAD YET TO BE REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 70,000.
THE TRANSMISSION ON MY DODGE CARAVAN FAILED. THE PUMP ON IT FAILED. THERE IS A RECALL FOR THIS SAME PROBLEM BUT DODGE SAYS IT'S VIN SPECIFIC AND MINE IS NOT COVERED. SINCE THEY HOLD ALL OF THE INFO. HOW DO I KNOW THEY ARE NOT LYING. THE REPAIR COST ME $4,700.00. THEY REFUSE TO PAY. THIS VEHICLE SHOULD BE ADDED TO THE RECALL LIST. DODGE RECALL IS HTSA 16V46100. THANKS, DAVID J. ARNOLD
THE DRIVER SIDE SLIDING DOOR WILL NOT OPEN AS THE LOCK APPEARS TO BE STUCK. CANNOT MANUALLY UNLOCK OR OPEN THE DOOR. VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY AS IT JUST RANDOMLY WOULD NOT OPEN ONE MORNING.
TODAY, ARRIVING HOME, PARKED IN MY GARAGE AND TURNED OFF THE VEHICLE, I WAS TRYING TO TAKE MY 2 YEAR OLD BABY OUT OF MY 2016 DODGE CARAVAN AND THE PILOT SLIDING DOOR (REAR) IS STUCK IN THE LOCK POSITION. I CAN NOT OPEN THE DOOR. LOOK LIKE THE CABLE, INSIDE HANDLE, IS STUCK.*DT CONSUMER STATED REPLACEMENT PART HAS BEEN REPLACED.*JB
DRIVER SIDE PASSENGER SLIDING DOOR WILL NOT UNLOCK/OPEN. COULDN'T GET MY CHILD OUT. HAD TO GO AROUND.
OUT OF THE BLUE, WITH JUST OVER 60K MILES, THE DRIVER SIDE SLIDING DOOR, WON'T OPEN WITH THE KEY FOB, NEITHER BY PULLING ON THE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE HANDLE, NOR PUSHING THE INSIDE BUTTON (BY THE DOOR) OR PUSHING THE CONSOLE BUTTON. IT IS STUCK CLOSED. THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD AS THIS SITUATION TRAPS PASSENGERS.*DT
Vehicle stalls while driving, losing all power. Often cannot be immediately started again. Has been to the dealer several times; they can not duplicate the problem to diagnose. Date of incident selected below was the first of many occurrences.
CAN NOT UNLOCK OR OPEN MY LEFT SLIDER DOOR AT ANY TIME.
THE SIDE POWER DOOR ON THE LEFT DRIVER SIDE IS STUCK SHUT WITH NO WAY TO OPEN IT. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS WITH NO WAY TO GET IT OPEN MANUALLY IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION. THIS APPEARS TO BE A COMMON PROBLEM ON DODGE CARAVAN VEHICLES AND SHOULD BE ADDRESSED WITH A WAY TO MANUALLY OPEN THESE SIDE DOORS WHEN THE POWER FAILS AND THEY WILL NOT OPEN?*DT Consumer has contacted the manufacture and CAIR number [XXX] was issued. I already filed a complaint no: 11351148 about the side power door on the left side being stuck in the locked position with no way to open it. I have now discovered the the power door on the right side isn't locking. I have to manually lock the door with the toggle switch because the electrical locking feature isn't working. This is dangerous because we had assumed that the door was locked when we pushed the electrical lock button in the van or on the fob. This is dangerous for the security of people and items in the vehicle. I believe that this malfunction may be related the the problem with the door being locked shut on the other side of the Caravan with no way to get it opened.
THE SLIDING DOOR ON THE RIGHT SIDE MAKES A LOUD BUZZING NOISE WHEN YOU UNLOCK THE DOOR.
THE SLIDING DOOR STARTED MAKING BUZZING/GRINDING NOISE WHEN ACTIVATED. PAYED A DEALERSHIP $1000 TO REPAIR AND WAS TOLD BY THE SERVICE PERSON THEY'D SEEN 3 OF THESE IN THE PAST WEEK. GOOGLE SEARCH SHOWS LOTS OF COMPLAINTS FOR THE SAME ISSUE.
THE DRIVER BACK DOOR MAKES A LOUD SOUNDS WHEN IS BEING LOCKED.
SLIDER DOORS WILL NOT OPEN MANUALLY. DOORS NO LONGER AUTO LOCK WHILE DRIVING HAS COMMENCED. REAR HATCH WILL NOT OPEN WITH FOB OCCASIONALLY.

THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V461000 (POWER TRAIN). THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND CONFIRMED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 107,194.

THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT YET DETERMINED. THE LOCAL DEALER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 76,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
I HAD TO GO TO TOWN AT NIGHT TO GET GROCERIES FOR DINNER I PUT MY CHILD IN THE BACKSEAT. WE GOT TO THE GROCERY STORE I PARKED RIGHT AT THE STORE DOORS BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE WERE WALKING AROUND IN THE PARKING LOT, I GOT OUT OF MY VAN AND WENT TO GET MY CHILD OUT AND THE DOOR WAS LOCKED AND WOULD NOT UNLOCK. THE PEOPLE NOTICED ME STRUGGLING TO GET THE DOOR OPEN AND CAME TOWARDS US AND I JUST GOT BACK IN THE VAN AND LEFT. THIS IS A SERIOUS SAFETY HAZARD THAT DODGE SHOULD FIX! I PRAY NO ONE DIES DUE TO BEING LOCKED IN DURING AN EMERGENCY.

BOTH THE LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE SLIDING DOORS OF OUR 2016 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN SXT WILL NOT OPEN BECAUSE OF DEFECTIVE SOLENOID VALVES INSIDE THE DOORS. WE ARE UNABLE TO OPEN THE SLIDING DOORS ELECTRONICALLY (PUSH BUTTONS OR KEY FOBS) OR MANUALLY, DUE TO THE FAILED DOOR ACTUATOR VALVES. AS A RESULT, THE SLIDING DOORS ARE COMPLETELY INOPERABLE AND STUCK IN THE CLOSED POSITION. OCCUPANTS COULD EASILY BE TRAPPED IN AN EMERGENCY SINCE THEY WOULD HAVE TO CLIMB INTO THE FRONT SEAT, OR CRAWL OUT THE REAR HATCH TO EXIT THE VEHICLE. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD. THE SLIDING DOORS STARTED MAKING A LOUD NOISE WHEN WE USED THE KEY FOB TO LOCK THE DOORS. AFTER A WEEK OR SO, THE LOUD NOISE STOPPED AND THE DOORS WOULD NO LONGER OPERATE. OUR VEHICLE IS PAST THE WARRANTY DATE AND THE DEALER STATES THE REPAIR IS IN EXCESS OF $2,300. WE HAD THE SAME ISSUE WITH OUR 2007 GRAND CARAVAN AS WELL.*DT
The doors keep buzzing on door lock and unlock, the sound scares ppl and also not sure if the lock function is functioning correctly after the buzzing sound
WHEN I UNLOCK DOORS, THERE IS A BUZZING SOUND. PASSENGER SLIDING DOOR, ACTUATOR IS GOING BAD. IT IS LOUD, ANNOYING AND IT COULD LEAD TO A SAFETY ISSUE WITH LOCK WORKING.
I OWN A 2016 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE DRIVER'S SIDE SLIDING DOOR WILL NOT UNLOCK. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO LANDMARK DODGE IN INDEPENDENCE, MO AND THE IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM AS A FAILED LOCK ACTUATOR WITH ESTIMATED COST OF $1,000. THE SAME VEHICLE HAD THE LOCK ACTUATOR FAIL ON THE PASSENGER SIDE 2 YEARS AGO AND HAD IT FIXED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 100,000. OBVIOUSLY THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE LOCK ACTUATORS FOR THIS MODEL VEHICLE AS THERE ARE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS OF THE SAME ISSUE. I BELIEVE THIS IS A HUGE SAFETY HAZARD BECAUSE IF WE WERE IN AN ACCIDENT OR THE CAR CAUGHT FIRE IT WOULD BE VERY DIFFICULT TO GET MY 4 KIDS OUT OF THE BACK SEAT USING ONLY THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR, AND THAT IS ASSUMING THE ACCIDENT DIDN'T DAMAGE THE PASSENGER DOOR. I BELIEVE THIS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED FOR A RECALL, THE CAR IS 4 YEARS OLD AND SHOULD NOT BE HAVING THESE ISSUES.
THE SLIDING DOOR ON THE DRIVER SIDE JUST QUIT OPENING ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO, LAST WEEK THE TRANSMISSION HAS WENT COMPLETELY OUT. I WAS GETTING READY TO LEAVE HOME AND WHEN I PUT THE VAN IN DRIVE IT PULLED OFF AND WHEN I GOT UP TO THE SPEED LIMIT AND THE RPM'S WAS GOING UP THE VAN WOULDN'T SHIFT. I SENT IT TO THE SHOP AND THEY JUST CALLED ME SAYING THAT THE TRANSMISSION IS COMPLETELY GONE AND I NEED A NEW TRANSMISSION OR A RE-BUILD. THIS VAN IS A 2016 WITH 78,000 MILES. I AM STILL PAYING ON THIS VEHICLE AND I AM HAVING ALL THESE PROBLEMS. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANY RECALLS OR COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS VEHICLE.

LOUD BUZZING NOISE WHEN UNLOCKING AND LOCKING THE DOORS I HAVE A 2016 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN AND EVERY TIME I UNLOCK THE DOOR OR LOCK IT IT MAKES LOUD BUZZING NOISE, THE DOOR WORKS WELL. BUT WHEN OPEN DTIVER DOOR, THE RIGHT REAL SLIDING DOOR MAKEA A LOUD BUZZING NOISE.
MY REAR SLIDING DOOR ON THE PASSENGERS SIDE WILL NOT UNLOCK MANUALLY, WITH THE KEY FOB, OR WITH ANY OF THE CONTROL PANELS FROM THE INSIDE EFFECTIVELY LOCKING AND TRAPPING ANYONE INSIDE WHO DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS FROM ANOTHER DOOR. THIS HAPPENS IF THE VEHICLE IS OFF, ON, IN PARK, OR IN DRIVE. MY BABIES CAR SEAT IS ON THAT SIDE AND I COULD ACCESS HER FROM THE PASSENGERS SIDE SLIDING DOOR.
BOTH REAR SLIDING DOOR ACTUATORS HAVE FAILED. DOORS WILL NOT LOCK. WE LEARNED OF THE ISSUE WHEN MY CHILD WAS ABLE TO OPEN THE DOOR WHILE WE WERE DRIVING. WE TRIED THE OTHER DOOR AND REALIZED AFTER A FEW WEEKS OF BUZZING THAT DOOR LOCK BURNED OUT AS WELL.
2016 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN, PURCHASED IN 2017. DRIVING ON FREEWAY NEAR OHARE AIRPORT, VEHICLE DIDN'T WANT TO SHIFT. WOULD REV AS HIGH AS 5K RPM JUST TO REACH 45MPH. VEHICLE DOESN'T WANT TO GO INTO REVERSE. THERE WAS A RECALL FOR SOME OF THESE VANS. THERE NEEDS TO BE ANOTHER RECALL. MY VEHICLE HAS 121,000 MILES ON IT. I BELIEVE THE PUMP HAS FAILED, THE CODE IS P0868
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE IDLING, THE VEHICLE INDEPENDENTLY SHIFTED INTO NEUTRAL. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO EXCEED 40 MPH. THE VEHICLE WAS TURNED OFF TO ALLOW THE ENGINE TO COOL DOWN. THE VEHICLE WAS THEN RESTARTED AND OPERATED AS INTENDED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO BE DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. NEITHER THE MANUFACTURER NOR DEALER WERE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 46,000.
THE SLIDING DOOR ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE HAS FROZEN. THE DOOR IS STUCK IN THE LOCKED POSITION AND WILL NOT OPEN. IT WILL NOT OPEN WITH THE REMOTE BUTTONS OR MANUALLY. I HAVE CHILDREN, SO THIS IS DEFINITELY A SAFETY ISSUE. I HAVE LOOKED ON THE INTERNET AND OBSERVED THAT MANY PEOPLE HAVE HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCES WITH THE SAME MODEL VEHICLE. THERE SHOULD BE A RECALL FOR THIS PROBLEM. THE AVERAGE COST FOR THE REPAIR SEEMS TO BE $1000.
EVERY TIME I LOCK OR UNLOCK THE DOORS A LOUD BUZZ COMES FROM THE PASSENGER SLIDING DOOR
MY DRIVER SIDE SLIDING DOOR JUST STOPPED WORKING. IT'S LOCKED. I CAN'T MANUALLY UNLOCK IT. IT'S STUCK. IT WORKED THIS MORNING. THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN PARKED FOR 9 HOURS, SINCE THAT DOOR WAS LAST USED.
I WAS DRIVING OUR AUTOMATIC 2016 DODGE CARAVAN WHEN IT SUDDENLY LOST POWER AND WOULDN'T ACCELERATE. IT FELT LIKE I WAS ABOUT TO RUN OUT OF GAS. THE MECHANIC HAS SPENT THE LAST 3 WEEKS DOING EXTENSIVE (AND EXPENSIVE) TESTING TO FIND OUT WHAT IS WRONG. HE SAID THAT IT IS GOING INTO 'LIMP MODE' AND IS STUCK IN SECOND GEAR. IT IS UNDRIVABLE AND UNSAFE IN THE CURRENT CONDITION. THE MECHANIC SAID IT IS A 'SHIFT SOLENOID' ISSUE AND THAT WE NEED A BRAND NEW TRANSMISSION, WHICH WILL COST $4000. WE BOUGHT THE VEHICLE BRAND NEW AND HAVE ONLY PUT 73,000 MILES ON IT. SEEMS EARLY TO NEED A NEW TRANSMISSION SO I AM WONDERING IF SOME OF THE POWER TRAIN COMPONENTS USED BY THE MANUFACTURER WERE FAULTY.

THE LOCK IS STUCK IN THE LOCKED POSITION AND THE POWER DOOR LOCK SWITCH WON'T MOVE DOOR'S LOCK TO THE 'UNLOCK' POSITION. WHEN YOU TRY TO MOVE THE LOCK/UNLOCK BUTTON/LEVER ON THAT SLIDING DOOR, IT'S STUCK IN THE LOCKED POSITION--EVEN EXERTING FORCE THE LEVER CANNOT BE MOVED TO THE UNLOCKED POSITION-- TO MUCH FORCE FEELS LIKE I'M GOING TO BREAK THE LEVER. THE DOOR IS IN THE LOCKED POSITION AND IS NOT ABLE TO BE OPENED. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED ON THIS SAME DOOR
