I JUST RECENTLY PURCHASED MY 2009 DODGE JOURNEY IN 2013 AND IMMEDIATELY NOTICED THAT SOMETIMES WHEN I CRANK MY CAR MOMENTS LATER IT WILL JUST CUT OFF. IN ORDER TO GET THE CAR TO CRANK UP AGAIN YOU HAVE TO PLACE THE GEAR BACK IN PARK AND PLACE YOUR FOOT ON THE BRAKE OR IT WILL NOT DO ANYTHING. I CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP AND WAS TOLD THAT ELECTRICAL AND IGNITION PROBLEMS ARE OFTEN DIFFICULT TO DIAGNOSE. I'M STILL DEALING WITH THIS PROBLEM AND WITH TWO KIDS AS PASSENGERS I'M STARTING TO BECOME VERY NERVOUS ABOUT OUR SAFETY. *TR
DEAR SIR OR MADAM: I TOOK MY CAR INTO THE DEALERSHIP OCTOBER 30, 2013 FOR A ROUTINE INSPECTION AND I WAS TOLD BY THE SERVICE MANAGER THAT WHOLE CAR WAS WIRED WRONG AND MY VEHICLE WOULD NOT PASS INSPECTION. I WAS TOLD THAT THIS ISSUES WAS ASLO AFFECTING MY BRAKE & BACK UP LIGHT. I WAS TOLD THAT ALL MY LIGHTS REMAINED LIT AND APPEARED TO STAY ON SO IT LOOKED AS IF I WAS ALWAYS BREAKING & BACKING UP. NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAD TO PAY TO GET THIS ISSUE FIXED. I WAS LOOKING FOR OTHER RECALL ISSUES BECAUSE I RECEIVED A NOTICE ABOUT THE IGNITION AND NOTICE THERE WAS AN ISSUE LISTED IN REGARDS TO THE WIRING ALSO. *TR
WHILE TRAVELING 70 MPH FROM DETROIT TO OHIO WITH THREE 13 YEAR OLD BOYS IN MY CAR. THE FRONT PASSENGER TIRE WAS EXTREMELY LOW. I WAS ABLE TO MAKE IT TO A SERVICE STATION. WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO PUT AIR IN THE TIRE, THE VALVE BROKE, RELEASING ALL AIR IN THE TIRE. I CONTACT ROAD SERVICE THROUGH MY INSURANCE AND THEY PUT THE SPARE ON. I THEN TRAVELED TO FIRESTONE IN SANDUSKY, OH, WHERE I WAS TOLD THAT THE TIRE COULD NOT BE REPAIRED. UNFORTUNATELY, THEY DID NOT HAVE MY TIRE IN STOCK AS IT IS A 19" KUHMO. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIND ONE TIRE 100 MILES FROM WHERE I WAS IN CLEVELAND. SO OFF I WENT TO CLEVELAND, WHERE I SPENT $289 TO REPLACE A TIRE THAT WAS BARELY 10 MONTHS OLD DUE TO THE FAULTY VALVE. TODAY I CONTACTED [XXX] AT SUBURBAN CJD OF TROY AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE VALVES. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED ALONG WITH THE TREE TEENAGE PASSENGERS THAT I HAD IN MY CAR. PLEASE ADVISE AS TO HOW I SHOULD PROCEED. THE CAR WILL NOT START. IT COMES WITH A FAULTY WIN MODULE THAT HAS GIVEN MANY CONSUMERS GRIEF. THE CAR HAS LEFT ME STRANDED BEFORE DUE TO THE SAME ISSUE. *TR
THE A/C CONTROL HEAD NEEDS TO BE REPLACED ONLY BECAUSE THE FAN KNOB IS NOT WORKING. I JUST BOUGHT THIS CAR 15 MONTHS AGO AND NOT HAPPY TO BE MAKING A 400-500 DOLLAR REPAIR SO SOON. MY RESEARCH HAS SHOWN THAT SO MANY PEOPLE ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE A/C CONTROL HEAD AND WHEN I BROUGHT IT INTO THE DODGE DEALERSHIP HE SAID ITS HIS MOST COMMON REPAIR. I CALLED DODGE AND ASKED WHY THIS WAS NOT BEING RECALLED. I DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO BE THROWING DOWN ON REPAIRS LIKE THIS. I BOUGHT THIS CAR FOR MY SON'S ASTHMA AND WOULDN'T THIS BE THE FIRST THING TO BREAK. JUST MY LUCK. I THINK THAT THIS NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND RECALLED. THE SAME WITH THE BREAKS, THEY ARE NOT GOOD, AND THE CAR JUST BURNS RIGHT THROUGH THEM. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY DODGE JOURNEY. *TR
DROVE APPROXIMATELY 2 MINUTES FROM HOME TO CHILDREN'S SCHOOL. CAR WAS RUNNING FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES WHILE I WAS PARKED. SHUT VEHICLE OFF, GOT OUT OF CAR AND THERE WAS A HISSING SOUND AND SMALL AMOUNTS OF SMOKE COMING FROM THE HOOD. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED DEALERSHIP WHERE I PURCHASED CAR (CURRENTLY GET OIL CHANGES DONE THERE) TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION AND ASK IF I COULD BRING IT IN. THEY WERE APPROX. 1-2 MILES FROM WHERE I WAS. WHEN I GOT THERE, THE SHOP MANAGER CAME OUT AND OPENED THE HOOD....THE ANTIFREEZE RESERVE TANK APPEARED TO HAVE EXPLODED. THE SHOP MANAGER CALLED A DEALERSHIP TO GET A REPLACEMENT TANK AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE ARE 50 ON BACKORDER WHICH LEADS US TO BELIEVE THERE ARE OTHERS HAVING A SIMILAR PROBLEM. HE IS WAITING FOR THE PART TO COME IN FROM CT TODAY AND ONCE THAT'S REPLACED WILL HAVE TO RUN TESTS TO SEE WHY THIS HAPPENED. IF THERE ARE 50 ANTIFREEZE TANKS ON BACKORDER, CAN WE FIND OUT IF THERE SHOULD BE A RECALL? *TR

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION OR REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 177,000.
I HAVE OWNED THIS VEHICLE SINCE OCTOBER 2012. I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE THE BRAKES AND ROTORS 3 TIMES. THE BRAKES AND ROTORS WEAR IN 1 YEAR OR LESS. *TR

THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS OPERATING AS DESIGNED. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 11V139000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) HOWEVER, THE PART TO DO THE REPAIR WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 64,000.
WE HAVE HAD MANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS SUV. ELECT. AND MECH. THE ENGINE WILL JUST SHUT OFF. SEVERAL LIGHTS STAY ON. THE DEALER CLAIMS THAT THEY FIXED THE IGNITION SWITCH A FEW MTHS. AGO BUT THEY DID NOT. EVERY TIME IT HAS BEEN IN THE DEALER TO FIND WHAT WAS WRONG, THEY COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING. FOR EXAMPLE WE THE BATTERY AND LESS THAN A YEAR LATER THE BATTERY IS DEAD SOMETHING ELECTRICAL IS DRAINING THE BATTERY, THE ARE MANY OTHER PROBLEMS WITH THIS CAR. *TR
SERVICE INSPECTION FOUND 3 OF 4 ENGINE MOUNTS HAD FAILED THIS WAS FOUND BEFORE ANY TRAFFIC INCIDENT. *TR
THE WIN MODULE (WIRELESS IGNITION NODE - PART # 05026875) HAS BEEN FAILING FOR SEVERAL WEEKS AND FINALLY DIED COMPLETELY. A NEW ONE HAS BEEN ORDERED HOWEVER IT IS ON BACK ORDER. THE DEALERSHIP ACTUALLY HAS 5 OTHER JOURNEYS WAITING FOR THE SAME PART. THIS HAS ALSO BEEN AN ISSUE WITH OTHER MODELS FOR THIS PART. IT SHOULD BE RECALLED DUE TO ITS CONTINUED FAILURE. *TR

IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE IN PARK, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START. ALL THE WARNING LIGHTS ON THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER ILLUMINATED. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE STARTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE VIN WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V373000 (AIR BAGS, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM); HOWEVER, THE PART NEEDED TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
TIRE PRESSURE SENSORS MOUNTED ON THE VALVE STEMS ON THE WHEELS ARE CRACKING AND WILL EVENTUALLY FAIL CAUSING A SUDDEN LOSS OF AIR TO THE TIRES THAT MAY LEAD TO AN ACCIDENT THAT MAY CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. *TR

THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V373000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM); HOWEVER, THE PART NEEDED FOR THE REPAIR WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,000.
I WAS DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY, WITH MY DAUGHTER IN THE CAR, AND MY TRUCK COMPLETELY LOST POWER. I WAS LUCKILY ABLE TO PULL OVER AND RESTART THE VEHICLE. IT WAS VERY SCARY AND MY LIFE AND MY DAUGHTER'S LIFE WERE IN JEOPARDY. THIS HAPPENS APPROXIMATELY ONE EVERY 3 WEEKS. TODAY, 11-25-2013, MY FIANCE WAS DRIVING AROUND A ROUNDABOUT, THE CAR DIED AND SHE WAS HIT LIGHTLY FROM BEHIND. ALSO, THE CONTROLS ON MY DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR DO NOT WORK PROPERLY. THEY RARELY ROLL DOWN THE WINDOWS CORRECTLY AND RIGHT NOW, THE BACK DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW IS DOWN. I HAD TO DUCT TAPE PLASTIC ON THE DOOR. I AM TAKING IT TO THE DEALERSHIP TOMORROW TO TRY AND FIX THESE PROBLEMS. I JUST DON'T KNOW WHY THIS SERIES OF 2009 JOURNEYS WERE NOT RECALLED. WE ARE SCARED TO EVEN DRIVE THE JOURNEY ESPECIALLY BECAUSE OF THE LOST POWER ISSUE AND WITH REALLY NO MONEY TO HAVE IT DIAGNOSED. *TR

THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 94,000. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
I PURCHASED A 2009 DODGE JOURNEY IN SEPTEMBER 2013, SHORTLY AFTER LEAVING DEALER SHIP I NOTICED THE STEERING WHEEL SHOOK WHEN I APPLIED THE BRAKE. THERE WERE OTHER THINGS WE WERE TAKING CARE OF WITH THE DEALERSHIP AND AT THE TIME THIS WAS NOT OF PRIORITY, FAST FORWARD ROUGHLY 2-3 WEEKS THE SHAKING GOT WORSE AND WORSE AND THE DRIVING OF THE VEHICLE BECAME UNCONTROLLABLE, APPLYING THE BRAKE BECAME DANGEROUS AND IT BECAME OBVIOUS THAT IT WOULD SOON LEAD TO CATASTROPHIC RESULTS. WE RETURNED TO THE DEALERSHIP TO WHICH WE LEFT THE VEHICLE AND RETURNED HOURS LATER, THEY SAID THEY HAD TO CHANGE THE BRAKES AND ROTORS AND IT WAS A HEARD OF PROBLEM WITH THAT VEHICLE, THEY SAID IT WAS FREE OF CHARGE THAT TIME SINCE IT WAS LESS THEN A MONTH OF PURCHASE BUT IF IT OCCURRED AGAIN WE WOULD HAVE TO COVER ALL CHARGES, FAST FORWARD 4 MONTHS AND THE SHAKING STARTED AGAIN WHEN APPLYING THE BRAKE. IT IS BECOMING UNSAFE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE TRAVELING AT HIGH SPEEDS (INTERSTATE, ETC) IT IS BECOMING UNRELIABLE AS TO WHAT IT WILL DO, I HAVE TWO SMALL CHILDREN TO CARE FOR AND THE RISK THE VEHICLE CONTINUES TO PUT US THROUGH IS RIDICULOUS. UPON INTERNET SEARCHES I LEARNED THIS IS A FREQUENT PROBLEM AND A VERY WELL KNOWN BY DODGE PROBLEM WITH 2009 AND 2010 DODGE JOURNEYS YET NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO PERMANENTLY FIX THE PROBLEM I CAN'T AFFORD TO CHANGE THE BRAKES AND ROTORS EVERY FEW MONTHS JUST SO I CAN SIMPLY CONTROL MY STEERING WHEEL/VEHICLE, THIS PROBLEM WILL INEVITABLY CAUSE A CAR CRASH IF NOT WITH MY DODGE JOURNEY THEN WITH ANOTHER, LIVES ARE BEING PUT AT RISK AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE. I WILL BE CONTACTING MY DEALERSHIP SOON TO SET UP A DATE TO CHANGE MY BRAKES AND ROTORS AGAIN, BUT AT THIS TIME I DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO DO SO, SO I BARE DOWN AND PRAY TO GOD EVERYTIME I MUST APPLY MY BRAKE HOPING IT DOESN'T GET WORSE TO THE POINT I CAN NO LONGER CONTROL IT. *TR
ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS MY 2009 DODGE JOURNEY WILL NOT START. THERE IS NO WARNING AND IT'S BECOME A GAMBLE TO DRIVE MY CAR AND RISK GETTING STRANDED SOMEWHERE. THE VEHICLE WILL JUST CLICK WHEN I TURN THE KEYFOB AND SOUNDS LIKE A DEAD BATTERY, BUT ALL LIGHTS, RADIO, WINDOWS ETC WORK FINE. I HAVE REPLACED THE BATTERY 3X AS SUGGESTED BY MY LOCAL DODGE DEALERSHIP BUT THEY FAIL TO IDENTIFY WHY THIS IS A RECURRING PROBLEM. I HAVE ALSO BEEN WAITING FOR ALMOST A YEAR FOR REPAIRS RELATED TO RECALLS THEY ARE UNABLE TO CORRECT SINCE THE PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. MY VEHICLE ALSO HAS A HISTORY OF THE PANIC ALARM GOING OFF WHEN PUSHING THE UNLOCK BUTTON THE KEYFOB (I'VE MADE SURE THE PANIC WAS NOT HIT BY ACCIDENT - THIS IS NOT OPERATOR ERROR). ONCE THE PANIC ALARM IS SOUNDING THE KEYFOB BECOMES USELESS AND WON'T WORK. I HAVE TO TAKE THE KEY OUT OF THE FOB, UNLOCK THE DOOR USING THE KEY, GET IN PUT KEYFOB IN CAR TURN CAR ON, TURN CAR BACK OFF, TAKE KEYFOB OUT OF IGNITION AND CLICK THE UNLOCK AND/OR PANIC BUTTONS TO GET THE ALARM TO SHUT OFF.
I WAS DRIVING HOME MY WIFE, DAUGHTER AND MY PREGNANT WIFE, WHEN ABOUT 1/2 FROM HOME A DARK BLACK SMOKE CAME OUT OF THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT, I PULLED OVER AND PULLED THE HOOD LATCH, AND AFTER I WAS ABLE TO GET MY FAMILY OUT OF THE CAR, I LOOKED UNDERNEATH THE CAR,A DARK FLUID WAS POURING ON TOP OF THE EXHAUST. THE CAR HAD TO BE TOWED TO THE MECHANIC. AFTER AN INSPECTION, HE FOUND THAT THE POWER TRANSFER CASE UNIT CRACKED. HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET SINCE DEALER SAID THAT IT WASN'T UNDER WARRANTY AND THAT'S NORMAL WEAR FOR THESE VEHICLE. $1350 FOR TRANSFER CASE, $85 TOW TRUCK AND $450 LABOR. *TR
I ORDERED A NEW FOB FOR MY 2009 DODGE JOURNEY SINCE I ONLY HAD ONE AND IT FELL AND BROKE. IT COST ME $257.46, WHICH INCLUDED PROGRAMMING. WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP ON SEPT 4, 2013, IT WOULD START THE CAR BUT NOT LOCK OR UNLOCK THE DOORS. I TOOK IT BACK THE NEXT MORNING. I RECEIVED A CALL LATER & WAS TOLD THE KEY COULD NOT BE PROGRAMMED AGAIN. THE DEALERSHIP WAS ON HOLD WITH CHRYSLER FOR OVER AN HOUR & WAS FINALLY TOLD THERE WAS AN ISSUE THEY WERE AWARE OF WITH THE WIN MODULE. APPARENTLY IT HAS BEEN HAPPENING QUITE FREQUENTLY. SO MUCH SO THAT THERE WAS A BACKORDER OF OVER A MONTH FOR THE MODULE! SOME CALLS WERE MADE & A MODULE WAS FINALLY SENT & RECEIVED ON SEPT. 9, 2013. IT WAS INSTALLED ON SEPT. 10, 2013 BUT WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP THE FOB WOULD LOCK AND UNLOCK THE DOORS, THE PANIC BUTTON WOULD GET THE LIGHTS FLASHING BUT NO HONKING AND THE REMOTE START WOULD NOT WORK! THE CAR DID START WHEN THE FOB WAS INPUTTED. IT COST ME ANOTHER $299.71 TO ORDER & INSTALL THE MODULE. IN THE MEANTIME I HAD TO BORROW CARS FROM RELATIVES AS THE DEALERSHIP DID NOT PROVIDE A LOANER CAR. I RESEARCHED THE WIN MODULE ISSUE ON THE INTERNET AND FOUND THAT IT IS INDEED AN ISSUE HAPPENING TO OTHERS! I BELIEVE THIS SHOULD BE A RECALL AND THAT CHRYSLER SHOULD REIMBURSE ME THE COST OF THE MODULE AND INSTALLATION OF IT PLUS THE COST OF THE FOB SIMPLY FOR THE AGGRAVATION AND STRESS OF HAVING TO BORROW VEHICLES FROM OTHERS WHILE THIS ISSUE WAS BEING CORRECTED. IT WAS A SIMPLE CASE OF PROGRAMMING A NEW FOB THAT TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE OF ALMOST A WEEK. IT COULD HAVE BEEN LONGER BUT THANKS TO GOD IT WASN'T!! *TR

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000. THE RECALL NOTICE FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V373000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) WAS RECEIVED IN FEBRUARY OF 2015. AFTER NOTIFYING THE DEALER ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE PARTS NEEDED TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE WERE STILL NOT AVAILABLE AND NO ESTIMATED TIME FOR RECEIVING THE PARTS COULD BE GIVEN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.
HAD THE CAR A LITTLE OVER A MONTH AND ON THE WAY HOME FROM WORK A VERY LOUD NOISE. WE HAD IT TOWED TO DEALER WHO STATED TRANSFER CASE HAS A LEAK. I HAD TO FIGHT WITH THE WARRANTY COMPANY TO COVER THIS REPLACEMENT. NOW THE ELECTRIC SYSTEM IS CAUSING MY FAN, BRAKE LIGHTS, AND CHARGERSTO GO ON AND OFF.. *TR

THIS COMPLAINT IS IN REGARD TO RECALL R03/NHTSA 14V-373. I HAVE HAD THIS CAR SINCE 2013 AND HAVE HAD SEVERAL RECALL NOTICES AND I HAVE CALLED MY LOCAL DEALERSHIP TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. THEY STATED THAT THE PARTS HAVE NOT ARRIVED AND THAT UNTIL THEY DID, IT COULDN'T BE REPAIRED. THIS HAS BEEN SEVERAL MONTHS AGO AND NO WORD HAS BEEN RECEIVED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. NOW WE HAVE A NEW RECALL NUMBER ABOUT THE SAME PROBLEM AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T CALLED. THE VEHICLE HAS AN INTERMITTENT PROBLEM WITH STARTING, SO FAR, IT EVENTUALLY STARTS BUT I KNOW IT IS JUST A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE IT LEAVES ME OR MY WIFE STRANDED. THEY INDICATED THAT THEY WOULD NOT COVER THE COSTS OF THE REPLACEMENT OF THE FAULTY PARTS, BUT TO "SAVE MY RECEIPTS" IN CASE THEY DECIDE TO REPLACE THE PARTS IN THE FUTURE. WHEN IT DID HAPPEN IF YOU WAITED FOR 10 MIN OR SO IT WOULD START RIGHT UP. THEN ONE MORNING I DROVE 7 MILES AND HAD TO TURN THE CAR OFF, CAME BACK AND IT WOULD NOT START. TRIED FOR 10 TO 15 MIN AND EVEN TRIED TO JUMP START IT WITH NO LUCK. I PROCEEDED TO GET A RIDE TO WORK, THEN CAME BACK THAT NIGHT AND IT STARTED RIGHT UP. I IMMEDIATELY TOOK IT TO A PEP BOYS ( A NATIONAL CHAIN) (DEALERSHIP WAS CLOSED) AND LEFT IT THERE. THEY RAN ELECTRICAL, STARTER AND IGNITION TEST ON IT THE NEXT DAY AND FOUND NO PROBLEM. THEY STARTED OVER 40 TIMES OVER THE COURSE OF THE DAY AND IT STARTED EVERY TIME. NOW IS WORKING, BUT FOR HOW LONG. THE WIRELESS IGNITION NODE AND IT'S MATCHING FOBIX KEYS HAVE BEEN REPLACED THREE TIME TO NO AVAIL.
