I OWN A 2009 DODGE JOURNEY THAT I BOUGHT BRAND NEW. IN 2 YEARS I HAVE GONE THROUGH MULTIPLE BRAKE PADS AND THE CAR HAS ALMOST NO MILEAGE. *TR
THIS CAR WAS PURCHASED FROM A DEALER USED WITH 40,000 + MILES ON IT. IT HAD BRAKE ISSUES RIGHT FROM THE START. IT SEEMED LIKE THE ABS BRAKES DID NOT WORK CORRECTLY AND THE CAR SHOOK WHEN THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED. AFTER OWNING IT FOR 14 MONTHS THE FRONT PADS HAD TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE CONTINUED SHAKING AND WE WERE TOLD THE ROTORS WERE BAD. WE THEN REPLACED THE FRONT ROTORS AND THE BACK PADS. THE FRONT BRAKES STARTED MAKING GRINDING NOISES WITHIN A COUPLE OF WEEKS. NOW JUST ONE MONTH AFTER REPLACING THE ROTORS, THE FRONT PADS MUST BE REPLACED AGAIN. *TR

THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER 10V658000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 33,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 DODGE JOURNEY EQUIPPED WITH KUMHO SOLUS TIRES, SIZE 225/55/R19, DOT NUMBER: 27PJYA5M . WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH, THE TIRE PRESSURE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO VIBRATE AND THERE WAS A NOISE EXHIBITED FROM THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE TIRE. THE CONTACT STOPPED AND EXITED THE VEHICLE AND DISCOVERED THAT THE TIRE WAS FLAT. THE TIRE WAS REPLACED WITH THE SPARE TIRE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE THE MECHANIC STATED THAT THE BELT OF THE TIRE WAS DAMAGED AND THE TIRE WAS NOT REPAIRABLE. THE TIRE WAS ON BACK ORDER AND WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR APPROXIMATELY THREE MONTHS FOR REPLACEMENT. THE TIRE WAS NOT REPLACED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 32,000.
WE HAD TO REPLACE FRONT BRAKES AND RESURFACE THE ROTORS AT 18,785 MILES. REPLACED REAR BRAKE PADS AT 26,848 MILES AND REPLACED FRONT BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS AT UNDER 36,000 AGAIN. THIS CAR HAS 35,885 ON IT. I MISPLACED THE LETTER SENT HOME ABOUT BEING REIMBURSED FOR THESE PROBLEMS. WE JUST DECIDED TO BUY OUR LEASE. WE NEED NEW TIRES ONLY WE AREN'T WAITING FOR THE EXPENSIVE ONES ON BACKORDER WE WILL USE THE ALTERNATE SIZE AND BRAND. YESTERDAY I LOST ALL POWER IN THE CAR. WINDOWS WONT GO UP OR DOWN, NO AIR, NO RADIO, NO WINDSHIELD WIPERS, NO POWER LOCKS.ITS HOT IN NJ I CANT DRIVE THIS CAR WITHOUT THESE THINGS. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DRIVE IT WITHOUT THESE THINGS. THERE ARE LESS THAN 36000 MILES ON THE CAR. I HIT MY 36 MONTH MARK ON 5/31 SO AM I OUT OF LUCK. CAN DODGE STAND PROUDLY BEHIND THEIR NAME AND RECALL THESE CARS WILL ALL OF THESE PROBLEMS? I READ THE BLOGS AND MESSAGE BOARDS-IM NOT THE FIRST PERSON AND I WONT BE THE LAST TO HAVE THESE PROBLEM. WHY SHOULD ALL THE RESPONSIBILITY BE PUT ON THE CUSTOMER. THIS IS MY 2ND DODGE AND THIS WILL PROBABLY BE MY LAST IF THEY CANT STEP UP AND OWN SOME OF THIS FAULTS. I DON'T KNOW THE ANSWER TO THE EQUIPMENT MAKE AND MODEL SO I AM PUTTING IN ANYTHING TO ALLOW ME TO GET TO THE NEXT PAGE. IF I KNEW THIS INFO. THE VEHICLE WAS PULLED OVER AND THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE TREAD ON THE FRONT DRIVERS TIRE WAS SEPARATING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE TREAD ON TWO ADDITIONAL TIRES WAS ALSO SEPARATING. THE TIRES WERE NOT REPAIRED OR REPLACED BECAUSE THERE WERE NO TIRES AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THEY WOULD MAKE ONE TIRE AVAILABLE FOR HER.THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE APPROXIMATELY 16,200.

PURCHASED A 2009 DODGE JOURNEY WITH 53000 MILES ON IT. THE CAR WILL NOT START INTERMITTENTLY AND HAD IT TOWED BACK TO THE DEALER. DEALER CLEARED THE FAULT CODES OUT AND CAR STARTED "100 TIMES" SAYS THE SERVICE REP. THEN, HAD TO TAKE SON TO HOSPITAL AND CAR WOULD NOT START. HAD IT TOWED AT MY EXPENSE AND CAB TO THE ER AT MY COST. DEALER HAS NO CLUE WHAT IS WRONG. SO IMAGINE BUYING A CERTIFIED USED CAR AND BEING IN THIS SITUATION. CAR IS STILL AT DEALERSHIP, BEEN THERE FOR 3 DAYS AND THEY HAVE NO CLUE. THEY ARE GOING TO START "REPLACING THINGS" SERVICE BULLETINS STATE THAT IGNITION SWITCHES CAN GO BAD AND SHOULD BE REPLACED IN THESE MODELS. PROBLEM IS, IT IS INTERMITTENT. *TR

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE BOTH ELECTRONIC KEY FOBS WERE REPLACED UNDER THE SERVICE WARRANTY. THE FAILURE RECURRED ONE YEAR LATER AFTER THE REPAIR WAS PERFORMED. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED FOR THE MOST RECENT FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20,000.
MY VEHICLE HAS LESS THAN 90000 MILES AND I'VE PUT 4 SETS OF BRAKES AND ROTORS ON IT. I'VE ALSO HAD NUMEROUS PROBLEMS WITH IT NOT WANTING TO START WHILE THE BATTERY TEST OUT PERFECT. I HAVE PUT 3 SETS OF TIRES ON IT, AND THE TRANSMISSION IS SHIFTING HARD A LOT OF THE TIME ALSO.IT'S A SHAME PEOPLE HAVE TO DIE BEFORE Y'ALL RECALL VEHICLES. *TR
THIS VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP SEVERAL TIMES FOR THE BRAKES MALFUNCTIONING AND STILL NO REAL SOLUTION DODGE HAS A COMMERCIAL FOR THE JOURNEY STATING THAT THEY ARE INSURANCE INSTITUTE FOR HIGHWAY SAFETY. TOP SAFETY PICK FOR 2011 IF THE BRAKES FAIL IT DOES NOT GET ANY MORE UNSAFE THEN THAT IT IS OBVIOUSLY A PROBLEM AND THE CONSUMER HAS NO ONE TO TURN TO PLEASE DO SOMETHING BEFORE SOMEONE DIES SHOULD NOT YOU BE PROACTIVE INSTEAD OF REACTIVE AT THE VERY LEAST INVESTIGATE TO SEE IF THERE IS A PROBLEM. CONSUMER STATES VEHICLES STALLED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND WOULDN'T RESTART. *TGW THE ELECTRONIC THROTTLE, ENGINE AND AIR BAG LIGHTS ILLUMINATED A WEEK AFTER THE DEALER SERVICED THE VEHICLE. *JB THE CONSUMER ASKED THE DEALER IF THERE WERE ANY RELATED RECALL ON THE VEHICLE AND THEY STATED THEY WERE NOT AWARE OF ANY RECALLS. THE CONSUMER STATED TWO DAYS LATER, HE RECEIVED A RECALL LETTER IN THE MAIL. THE CONSUMER STATED HE MAILED THE RECEIPTS IN FOR REIMBURSEMENT, BUT HE DIDN'T RECEIVE THE FULL AMOUNT. BRAKE FAILURE ON 2009 DODGE JOURNEY SXT. BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS NEED TO BE REPLACED AFTER 12,000 MILES. I'M CONCERNED ABOUT BRAKE FAILURE AND THE POSSIBILITY OF INJURY OR DEATH. *TR
2009 DODGE JOURNEY SXT - BRAKES AND ROTORS - HAD TO REPLACE BRAKES AT 37,000 MILES AND WAS TOLD ROTORS ALSO NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. SHOULD HAVE LASTED LONGER THEN THEY DID - LAST WEEK 6-11 RECEIVED NOTICE FROM CHRYSLER -DODGE THAT IF OWNER HAD TO REPLACE PRIOR TO 36,000 MILES THEY WOULD REPLACE AT THEIR EXPENSE LESS $100.00 DEDUCTIBLE. WOULDN'T TOUCH MY CLAIM SINCE MY BRAKES WERE REPLACED AT MY COST AT 37,000 MILES. IF THE ROTORS AND BRAKES WERE NOT RIGHT WHEN THIS VEHICLE WAS MADE, I FEEL THAT CHRYSLER-DODGE SHOULD HAVE TO PICK UP THE COST IN FULL OR EXTEND THE MILEAGE ON THIS PROBLEM SO THEIR CUSTOMERS CAN SAY THEY HAVE SAFE VEHICLES. SINCE BRAKES AND ROTORS ARE A VITAL ISSUE OF A AN AUTOMOBILE THIS SHOULD BE ADDRESSED. DODGE GAVE ME AN EXTENDED WARRANTY ON THIS CAR TO 36,000 MILES. STARTED HAVING BRAKE PROBLEMS AND HAD THEM FIXED AT A SHOP BEFORE THE 36,000 MILE WARRANTY WAS UP. THEN AFTER FIXING THE BRAKES NOTICED A SHAKE IN THE FRONT END. TOOK IT BACK TO THE SHOP AT 36,400 MILES AND THEY THEN TOLD ME ABOUT THE PROBLEMS WITH THE JOURNEY. I CALLED THE DEALER WHO COMPLETELY BLEW IT OFF. I HAVE PAID FOR THE REPAIR AND WAS TOLD TO SUBMIT A CLAIM TO CHRYSLER WHICH I DID AND IT WAS TURNED DOWN. THIS IS JUST NOT RIGHT! *KB

AFTER RAINING THE PASSENGER SIDE REAR DOOR FILLS WITH WATER. WHEN I CLOSE THE DOOR I HEAR THE WATER SWISH AROUND INSIDE AND THEN I SEE IT DRAIN OUT OF THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR. THIS IS THE 4TH TIME THAT I HAVE SEEN THIS HAPPEN IN AS MANY WEEKS. MY WIFE HAS ALSO NOTICED THE EXACT SAME THING BEFORE I DID. THE DOOR FILLS WITH WATER PRETTY MUCH EVERY TIME IT RAINS. IT SEEMS LIKE IT IS AT LEAST FILLING UP WITH SEVERAL CUPS OF WATER. I AM CONCERNED WITH MOLD GETTING INTO THE CAR AND ALSO THE PROBABILITY OF AN ELECTRICAL SHORT. THIS HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE TIME IT RAINS. IN ADDITION TO THE DOOR FILLING WITH WATER THE LOW TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT KEEPS COMING ON AND THE REAR LEFT TIRE WILL SLOWLY DEFLATE. I HAVE ALREADY HAD THE TIRE REPLACED ONCE AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN IN A MATTER OF WEEKS. OUTSIDE AIR TEMPERATURE SEEMS TO HAVE NO EFFECT ON WHEN THIS OCCURS BECAUSE IT HAPPEN DURING THE COLD AND WHEN IT IS HOT OUT. USUALLY THE LOW TIRE PRESSURE WARNING WILL COME ON WITHIN ONE WEEK OF FILLING THE TIRE. *TR

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO REPLACED THE ROTORS AND BRAKE PADS AT A COST OF $50 AND OFFERED AN EXTENDED THE WARRANTY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND A CLAIM WAS FILE. THE MANUFACTURER ADVISED THAT THE CLAIM WOULD BE ESCALATED AND THE CONTACT SHOULD EXPECT A RETURN CALL AT A LATER DATE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 18,000.
MY FRONT BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS REQUIRED REPLACEMENT IN MAY OF 2011 AT 34,795 MILES. THE DRIVER'S SIDE FRONT BRAKE PAD AND BOTH REAR PADS NEEDED REPLACED BY DECEMBER OF 2011, AS WELL AS RESURFACING ALL ROTORS. THE MILEAGE AT THAT TIME WAS APPROX 48,000 MILES. *TR
I HAVE A 2009 DODGE JOURNEY AND THE TIRE (WHILE NOT IN MOTION) TIRE WENT FLAT. FOUND OUT THE SENSOR FOR THE AIR PRESSURE IS THE ISSUE. THIS IS A HAZARDOUS TO EVERY OWNER. WHAT IF THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPEN W/ OTHER PASSENGERS IN THE VEHICLE ESPECIALLY MY BABY. THIS COULD HAVE RESULTED IN A HORRIFIC ACCIDENT. THIS VEHICLE SHOULD BE RECALL W/ SOME OTHER ALTERNATIVE MEASURES FOR THE SENSORS. I UNDERSTAND ALL FOUR TIRES HAVE SENSORS AND THIS CAN HAPPEN AT ANY TIME. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 DODGE JOURNEY. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED THE CONTACT NOTICED THE FLOOR BETWEEN THE FRONT DRIVERS SIDE SEAT AND THE REAR DRIVERS SIDE SEAT WERE WET. THE CONTACT INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND NOTICED THERE WAS A COMPARTMENT ON THE FLOOR IN BACK OF THE FRONT DRIVERS SIDE SEAT WHICH WAS FILLED WITH APPROXIMATELY 5 INCHES OF WATER. THE CONTACT EMPTIED OUT THE WATER AND STATED THE COMPARTMENT CONTINUED TO FILL WITH WATER. THE CONTACT STATED SHE WAS CONCERNED OF RUST AND THAT SHE COULD NOT TELL WHERE THE WATER WAS COMING FROM. THE DEALER STATED THERE MIGHT BE A SEAL LEAK AND ADVISED THAT THE VEHICLE BE TAKEN INTO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 57,400. I HAD TO HAVE MY BRAKES AND ROTORS REPLACED. HAVING BRAKES REPLACED ON OTHER CARS I HAVE HAD, THIS SOUNDS SILLY. I AM NOT A STUPID WOMAN. I KNOW SOMETHING IS WRONG IF YOU HAVE BRAKES AND ROTORS REPLACED THIS EARLY. THIS CAR IS MY LAST DODGE!!!

HE TOOK BACK A THIRD TIME BUT DEALERSHIP STATED THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED BUT WILL RE-CHECK IT AGAIN. THE CONSUMER LEFT THE VEHICLE FOR TWO DAYS. UPDATED 6/6/12 *SD

INAUG 2010, I HAD THE BRAKE PADS CHANGED BARELY A YEAR AFTER BUYING THE CAR. THE NEXT MONTH I HAD TO HAVE NEW ROTORS BECAUSE THEY WARPED. A MONTH LATER THEY WERE WARPED AGAIN, COULDN'T GET THEM CHANGED UNTIL MAR 7, 2011. EXACTLY 30 DAYS LATER THEY WERE WARPED AGAIN. JUST HAD THEM AND THE BRAKE PADS REPLACED ON MAY 8, 2011. *TR
ALL FOUR BRAKES ON MY 2009 DODGE JOURNEY HAVE FAILED AFTER ONLY 25,000 MILES. BRAKE PARTS HAVE BROKEN AND THE FRONT TWO BRAKES ARE CONSIDERED UNDER WARRANTY BUT THE BACK BRAKES ARE NOT UNDER WARRANTY. THE DEALERSHIP STATED THE CAR WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE UNTIL THE BRAKES WERE FIXED. DONAVAN DODGE IN SIERRA VISTA ARIZONA HAS REPAIRED THE BRAKES BUT THE DEALERSHIP IS NOT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR FAILURE OF EQUIPMENT FOR THE BACK BRAKES. THIS TYPE OF FAILURE PLACED ME AND ANY PASSENGERS IN DANGER. I REQUESTED THE BROKEN PARTS FOR THE BRAKE EQUIPMENT THAT WAS NOT UNDER WARRANTY. WHEN I TURN A CORNER OR HIT A BUMP OR JUST DRIVING DOWN THE STREET, THE IGNITION WILL TURN OFF AND THE CAR WON'T RUN. ONCE I HAVE IT STOPPED AND PUT IN PARK I CAN RESTART THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER ALSO STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL ASSOCIATED WITH NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 11V139000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: IGNITION). THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND THE CONTACT WAS AWAITING A RESPONSE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 38,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 68,000.

2009 DODGE JOURNEY BRAKES AND ROTORS ARE FAILING WAY BEFORE NORMAL CARS SHOULD. BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE IT WAS 25000 MILES WITH NO WARNING, I.E. NORMAL SOUND OF BRAKE PADS WEARING DOWN. I HAD TO PAY TO GET ALL THE ROTORS AND BRAKES REPLACED OUT OF POCKET WITH NO HELP FROM THE DEALER. I LOOKED ONLINE AND THEIR ARE TOO MANY COMPLAINTS OF THE SAME TYPE FOR THIS TO BE A FLUKE. PARKING SENSOR IN TRANSMISSION THAT SENDS A SIGNAL THAT CAR IS IN PARK NOT WORKING I PROPERLY MAY BE A HUGE ISSUE BECAUSE WHEN YOU ARE IN DRIVE AND SITTING IT GETS STUCK IN PARK. THEN TAKES OFF NO WARNING. IF ME O OUR ANYONE IN MY FAMILY IS INJURED I WILL BE THE ONE TO HELP SETTLE A LAW SUIT WITH CHRYSLER. ROTORS TURNED AND PADS REPLACED AT 19,200 MILES. ROTORS STARTED WARPING AFTER FIRST TRIP OF OVER 200 MILES. ROTORS REPLACED AT 26,000 MILES. STARTED SHAKING AFTER FIRST LONG TRIP AND THEN CONSISTENTLY AFTER 2000 MILES. ROTORS REPLACED AT 52,000 (USING "BEST QUALITY" WAGNER ROTORS) SAME RESULTS. SHAKING, DURING BRAKING, AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS. THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE AT CHRYSLER. I CALLED CHRYSLER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD THAT BECAUSE I DIDN'T USE CHRYSLER PARTS, AND WASN'T THE FIRST OWNER OF THE VEHICLE, THERE WOULD BE NO ASSISTANCE. THIS IS A CRITICAL SAFETY ISSUE. WHEN THE BRAKES ARE APPLIED, AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS, THE STEERING WHEEL SHAKES UNCONTROLLABLY. MY WIFE HAD TO HIT THE BRAKES ON A TWO LANE EXIT, DUE TO A CAR SWERVING INTO OUR LANE AND THE COMBINATION OF TURNING, WITH THE STEERING WHEEL CONVULSING ERRATICALLY, CAUSED US TO RUN OFF THE ROAD AND ALMOST HAVE A VERY SERIOUS ACCIDENT. BUT IS IT AN ACCIDENT WHEN THE MANUFACTURER KNOWS THAT THE CALIPERS ARE INADEQUATE TO SAFELY STOP THE VEHICLE. THROUGH RESEARCH, I HAVE FOUND THAT THE "SWEEP AREA" OF THE JOURNEY FRONT CALIPERS IS ONE FIFTH THE SWEEP AREA OF OTHER CARS OF THIS CLASS/ WEIGHT. PLEASE INVESTIGATE. BRAKE ISSUES POSE AN EXTREME SAFETY CONCERN WITH THIS VEHICLE. CHRYSLER IS AWARE THAT THERE EXISTS A PROBLEM WITH THESE BRAKE SYSTEMS AS THEY HAVE EXTEND THE BRAKE WARRANTY FROM 2 YEARS 24000 MILES TO 3 YEARS 36000 MILES WITH A $100 DEDUCTIBLE. WITH ONLY 18,000 MILES ON THE CAR I FOUND THAT SURPRISING ESPECIALLY SINCE I WAS TRAVELING AT 75 MPH, AND HAD THREE KIDS IN THE CAR!!!! TOOK THE CAR TO THE NEAREST TIRE STORE WHO CALLED A DODGE DEALER. THE DODGE DEALER SAID THAT MY TIRE WAS BACKORDERED BY OVER 3,000 TIRES AND RECOMMENDED A DIFFERENT SIZE. SPENT THE NIGHT IN THAT TOWN, NEW TIRES WERE PUT ON THE FOLLOWING DAY, DROVE BACK TO DES MOINES TO MY DODGE DEALER HERE AND I INFORMED THEM OF THE TERRIBLE SHAKING MY STEERING WHEEL HAD THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE TRIP. I WAS ADVISED THIS WAS DUE TO A RECALL REPAIR THAT NEEDED TO TAKE PLACE. TO BRING THE CAR IN (MARCH, 2011) AFTER THE FIRST REPAIR - THE AIRBAG LIGHT WENT OUT - BUT THE ENGINE LIGHT AND THE THROTTLE LIGHT STAYED ON. I WAS TOLD THE REPAIR WOULD BE COVERED BY WARRANTY AND POSSIBLY WAS CONNECTED WITH THE RECALL. IT HAS BEEN SEVEN (7) TIMES GOING BACK AND FORTH TO GET THIS REPAIR. AT THE TIME OF THIS WRITING - MY JOURNEY IS BACK WITH THEM AGAIN. NOT ONLY HAVE I HAD TO TAKE TIME OFF FROM WORK TO BRING THE CAR IN TO THEM. IT HAS BEEN AN INCONVENIENCE GOING BACK AND FORTH. APPARENTLY, AFTER THE 2ND TIME - SOMEONE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I AM CURRENTLY WORKING WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER, AND THE ORIGINAL SERVICE ASSOCIATE AND STILL HAD TO TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK. THERE IS A LACK OF GENUINE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SOME SERVICE PARTNERS DO NOT KNOW HOW TO STAY CALM WHEN DEALING WITH A SITUATION LIKE THIS. I FEEL I HAVE BEEN TAKEN FOR GRANTED AND I IT HAS BEEN A TREMENDOUS INCONVENIENCE IN ADJUSTING OUR WORK, VACATION AND TRAVEL SCHEDULES.
