TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 DODGE JOURNEY.THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 25 MPH, HE HEARD A GRINDING NOISE WHILE ATTEMPTING TO SLOW DOWN. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE BOTH THE REAR AND FRONT SUSPENSION WERE REPLACED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 31,000. UPDATED 01/26/11*LJ THE FRONT BRAKES AND ROTORS WERE REPLACED. UPDATED 04/20/11
MY FRONT BRAKES WENT OUT AT 16,000 MILES 6 MONTHS AGO. I HAD TO REPLACE THE BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS. NOW AT 23,000 MILES MY REAR BREAKS HAVE GONE OUT (NO PRIOR WARNING, JUST ALL OF A SUDDEN CONSTANT SQUEALING WHEN I DRIVE) AND I'VE BEEN TOLD I AGAIN HAVE TO PAY FOR NEW BRAKES AND ROTORS. ALL OF THE EXPENSES HAVE BEEN OUT OF MY OWN POCKET, BUT I JUST WAS TOLD YESTERDAY TO SEND MY RECEIPT FOR THE FRONT BRAKE JOB TO CHRYSLER FOR A REFUND BUT THAT THE REAR BRAKES ARE NOT COVERED. I SENT THE RECEIPT IN BUT HAVE YET TO BE REIMBURSED. *TR
PURCHASED VEHICLE (DEALER DEMO) IN MARCH 2010 WITH 4,000 MILES ON IT. CAME WITH ALL (FULL) WARRANTIES. HAS KNOWN BRAKE ISSUES WITH PADS PREMATURELY WARPING. FIRST SERVICE WAS 11/5/10 AT 19,600 MILES FRONT BRAKES REDONE PAID $50 UNDER WARRANTY. SECOND SERVICE ONE WEEK LATER 11/12/10 REAR BRAKES REDONE AT 20,107 MILES. ON JULY 2, 2011 AT 35,455 MILES REPLACED FRONT BRAKES/PADS AGAIN PAID $155.00 HAD BRAKES CHECKED AGAIN ON 10/1/11 AND 8MM OF MATERIAL REMAINING ON FRONT AND 7MM OF MATERIAL ON REAR. ON 11/1/11 NOTICED WARPING ON FRONT (POSSIBLE BACK TOO) AND DECIDED TO FILE THIS CLAIM BEFORE HAVING THEM REDONE AGAIN. OBVIOUSLY THEY CANNOT KEEP THE PADS FROM WARPING SO I WILL BE BACK MULTIPLE TIMES EACH YEAR TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE TO ROTORS ETC. I WILL NOT KEEP PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE IT NEEDS TO BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY AND ZERO DOLLARS TO ME. PLAN TO BRING IT IN ON 11/25 OR 11/26/11. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 DODGE JOURNEY. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THE HEADLIGHTS AND HAZARD LIGHTS BEGAN TO ILLUMINATE WITHOUT INTENT. IN ADDITION, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS FUNCTIONED WITHOUT ACTIVATION. THE CONTACT DROVE TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND AFTER WAITING APPROXIMATELY THIRTY SECONDS, THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO OPERATE NORMALLY HOWEVER, THE HAZARD LIGHTS REMAINED ILLUMINATED. THE FAILURE RECURRED FOUR TIMES AND ALSO THE HORN SOUNDED UNEXPECTEDLY. ON DECEMBER 4, 2010 THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE DOOR WIRING HARNESS WAS REPLACED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE. THE IDENTICAL FAILURE RECURRED AND THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 10V658000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: WIRING). THE FAILURE RECURRED AFTER THE RECALL REMEDY REPAIR AND CURRENTLY THE VEHICLE WAS BEING REPAIRED BY THE DEALER. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 39,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
I HAD TO REPLACE THE BRAKES AND ROTORS AT 10,000 MILES. NO WARNING OR GRINDING NOISES. I WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN HOW BAD THEY WERE IF A FRIEND HAD NOT POINTED OUT THE AMOUNT OF BRAKE DUST ON MY WHEELS. VERY DISTURBING, ESPECIALLY BECAUSE I REGULARLY DRIVE MY OWN CHILDREN AND OTHERS. *TR

DODGE JOURNEY SERIOUS BRAKE PROBLEM, 2ND TIME IN LESS THAN 32,000 PADS AND ROTORS ARE NEEDING TO BE REPLACED. DODGE HAS ACKNOWLEDGED A PROBLEM AND THEN DID SENT OUT REIMBURSEMENT OPTION, MY FIRST REPAIR WAS PAID FOR. HOWEVER, THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED WITH THE VEHICLE, THE SAME REPAIR IS REQUIRED AGAIN. A SEARCH ON THE INTERNET INDICATES THIS IS A RAMPANT PROBLEM, A RECALL FROM DODGE HAS NOT BEEN PUT IN PLACE, CLASS ACTION LAW SUITS EXIST. MECHANIC AT MIDAS INDICATES MANY DODGE JOURNEYS AT HIS FACILITY WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. *TR
2009 SXT AWD DODGE JOURNEY IS A REPLACEMENT FOR THE INITIAL JOURNEY WE PURCHASED WHICH WAS A LEMON. WE PICKED UP THIS CAR 5/2009. IT HAD A STRANGE SMELL, MUCH LIKE PROPANE WHEN THE ENGINE WAS WARM. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO IDENTIFY AFTER SEVERAL VISITS. WE GAVE UP. THIS PROBLEM CONTINUED FOR THE LAST YEAR - PROGRESSIVELY THE SMELL WORSENED. ON THURSDAY, 10-28-10 WHILE ON INTERSTATE 270 I NOTICED SMOKE COMING FROM MY ENGINE, AND THE PROPANE SMELL WAS ALMOST OVER POWERING. I PHONED THE DEALER AGAIN. THEY SAID TO BRING IN ON MONDAY, 11-1-10. ON THE EVENING OF 10-31-10 I NOTICED DRIPPING COMING FROM THE CAR ON MY GARAGE FLOOR. I WAS ABLE TO PUT A PAN UNDERNEATH AND TAKE TO DEALER MONDAY MORNING. AT THE DEALER 11-1-10, I WAS TOLD THIS FLUID WS "GEAR FLUID." SEVEN HOURS LATER I PHONED DEALER AND WAS TOLD THEY HAD TO ORDER A PTU SEAL. PLEASE, PLEASE GOOGLE OR SEARCH YOUR SITE FOR PTU ISSUES ON THIS CAR. THERE HAVE BEEN FIRES CAUSED, ENGINE FAILURES, ETC. EVEN AFTER THE PTU SEAL HAS BEEN REPLACED IT DOES NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. WITHIN A FEW WEEKS IT APPEARS THAT WHEN THIS INITIAL SEAL IS BREACHED, IT DAMAGES THE OTHER SEALS, WHICH IN TURN CAUSES PROBLEMS WITH THE TRANSMISSION AND BRAKING SYSTEM. ALSO, NOTEWORTHY, I JUST HAD TO HAVE MY BRAKES AND ROTORS REPLACED AT 18,000 DUE TO THE "TURNING BLUE." AND NOW, AFTER THAT WORK MY STEERING WHEEL SHAKES VIOLENTLY, WHICH THE DEALER CAN'T SEEM TO FIGURE OUT WHY. I AM ALSO FILING A COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER AFFAIRS, THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE (MARYLAND) AND MOST LIKELY WILL BE GETTING A LAWYER. THE DODGE JOURNEY IS A SERIOUS SAFETY PROBLEM FOR OUR ROADS. *TR
OUR DODGE JOURNEY BEGAN HAVING BRAKING ISSUES. A TRIP TO THE DEALER REVEALED THAT AT ONLY 30,000 MILES, THE FRONT BRAKES WERE BASICALLY NON-FUNCTIONAL. WE NEEDED TO REPLACE PADS AND ROTORS, WHICH WERE FAR BEYOND MACHINING, ON THE FRONT AND PADS ON THE REAR AS WELL AS HAVING THE REAR ROTORS TURNED. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A VEHICLE DRIVEN UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH ONLY 30, 000 MILES. *TR
FRONT BRAKE PAD FAILURE @ 19,000 MILES. HAD TO BE REPLACED. VEHICLE NOW HAS 26,000 MILES AND BACK BRAKES NOW HAVE TO BE REPLACED. FRONT BRAKES ARE @ 95%. THIS SHOWS THAT THE ORIGINAL BRAKE PADS WERE DEFECTIVE OR CHEAP. *TR
PURCHASED OUR 2009 JOURNEY IN THE SUMMER OF '09. I LIVE IN THE COUNTRY AND DRIVE APPROXIMATELY 25 MILES TO AND FROM WORK, WITH ONLY 4 STOP LIGHTS BETWEEN. AT 27K MILES WE HAD TO HVE THE FRONT BRAKES AND ROTORS REPLACED. SUDDENLY ONE DAY WITHOUT ANY SORT OF WARNING IT SOUNDED LIKE MY FRONT END HAD FALLEN OFF WHEN I CAME TO A STOP. THE NOISE WAS SO BAD THAT I PULLED TO THE SIDE AND PUT MY HAZARDS ON HONESTLY THOUGHT IT WAS AN ENGINGE ISSUE BECAUSE THE NOISE AND SHAKE WAS SO HORRIBLE. HUSBAND CAME AND DROVE IT TO THE DEALERSHIP. FOUND OUT THAT WE WERE METAL ON METAL THE FRONT BRAKES AND ROTORS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED REAR WERE JUST FINE. DEALERSHIP TRIED TO TELL US THIS IS NORMAL AND THAT IT WAS IN THE MILAGE RANGE TO NEED THIS WORK DONE. TOLD THEM THEY WERE CRAZY'THIS WAS THE 9TH DODGE VEHICLE WE HAD OWNED AND NEVER HAD WE HAD AN ISSUE LIKE THIS. THEY ENDED UP COMPING THE ROTORS FOR US BUT WE NEEDED TO PAY FOR BRAKES. DODGE CAME ALONG IN JUNE OF 2011 AND REIMBURSED US FOR THE BRAKE REPAIR. NOW 15K MILES LATER I SUDDENLY HAD THE SAME HORRIBLE NOISE BUT IN THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE. TOOK IT TO THE DEALEARSHIP AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW THE REAR BRAKES AND ROTORS NEED TO BE REPLACED. CALLED CHRYSLER THIS MORNING, WAITING TO SEE WHAT COMES OF IT. *TT
I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE THE BRAKES ON MY 2009 DODGE JOURNEY 3 TIMES SINCE MARCH OF 2009, MY CAR ONLY HAS 35,000 MILES ON IT. I FEEL THAT THE BRAKES ARE DEFECTIVE AND ARE NOT SAFE. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE A SAFE DRIVING ENVIROMENT. *TR

THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY STOPPED ACCELERATING WHILE THE ENGINE WAS RUNNING FOR 30 SECONDS. THE VEHICLE THEN STALLED AND THE CONTACT SMELLED A BURNING ODOR. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE APPROXIMATELY 28,000.
WE PURCHASED A 2009 DODGE JOURNEY, IT HAS APPROXIMATELY 24,000 MILES ON IT. WE WERE RECENTLY TOLD THAT IT NEEDED NEW BRAKES. THERE WAS SQUEAKING AND THEN GRINDING WITHIN A MATTER OF DAYS. WE WERE ALSO TOLD THAT THE REAR BRAKES WERE ALSO CLOSE TO GOING BAD. I HAVE NEVER OWNED A CAR THAT THE BRAKES LASTED SO LITTLE A LENGTH OF TIME! *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 DODGE JOURNEY. THE CONTACT STATED OCCASIONALLY THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A LOCAL MECHANIC WHO COULD NOT IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM. THE CONTACT REPLACED THE BATTERY BUT THAT DID NOT REMEDY THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT DID NOT NOTIFY THE MANUFACTURER OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 46,000.
I HAVE A 2009 DODGE JOURNEY. THE BRAKES STARTED TO MAKE A GRUMBLING NOISE WHEN I STEPPED ON THE BRAKE. I HAD ONLY 14,000 MILES ON THE CAR. I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER AND THEY SAID IT WAS THE BRAKES AND WANTED ME TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR. I TOOK IT TO MY MECHANIC BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT THE SAME DODGE BRAKES ONIT. WE USED BENDIX BRAKE PADS. I WAS OK UNTIL I HIT APPROXIMATELY 21 K MILES. THE DEALER THEN TOLD ME I NEED NEW ROTORS. I THEN TOOK IT TO MY MECHANIC AND REPLACED THE ROTORS WITH THE HOLED AFTERMARKET ROTORS BECAUSE THEY STAY COOL AND WILL NOT HEAT UP. WITHIN 300 MILES AFTER I REPLACED THE ROTORS AND SHOES, THE CAR STARTED THE SAME SYMPTOMS AGAIN. SHAKING WHEN THE BRAKES ARE APPLIED. DODGE SHOULD COME OUT AND RECALL THE BRAKES ON THIS CROSSOVER. MY DEALER TOLD ME THAT THEY USE CAR BRAKES ON THIS TRUCK AND THEY SHOULD HAVE EQUIPPED IT WITH TRUCK BRAKES BECAUSE IT IS TOO HEAVY. I BOUGHT THIS CAR WITH THE EXPECTATION EVERYONE HAS FROM A NEW CAR AND I AM VERY UPSET WITH DODGE. THEY NEVER COVERED ANY OF THE BRAKE SYSTEM UNDER WARRANTY AND I AM POURING ALL THIS MONEY ON THIS CAR THAT I DO NOT TRUST. DODGE SHOULD BE SUED FOR THIS CAR !!!!!*TR
PURCHASED VEHICLE IN 2010, TEST DROVE VEHICLE ASKED DEALER TO CHECK THE FOLLOWING COMPONENTS ENGINE, BRAKES, TRANSMISSION. DEALER TOOK CAR TO A REPAIR PLACE STATED EVERYTHING WAS FINE, WENT ON WITH PURCHASE. HAD A OIL CHANGE NOT LONG AFTER PURCHASE FACILITY MENTIONED FRONT AND REAR BRAKES, ROTORS AND CALIPERS WERE BAD..WHICH I HAD NOTICED PEDAL TO BRAKES WERE NOT ENGAGING PROPERLY, SEVERE SAFETY ISSUE. TOOK TO A SECOND BRAKE REPAIR SAME PROBLEM.(S) ON OCCASION ENGINE STALLS WHILE DRIVING, SOMETIMES WILL NOT START AT ALL. SOME ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS DO NOT WORK IN THE VEHICLE. THEN DRIVING VEHICLE HOME FROM STORE TRANSMISSION DIES, CAR WILL NOT GO OVER 20 MILES, ALMOST HIT FROM BEHIND BY ANOTHER VEHICLE DUE TO SUDDEN LOSS OF SPEED LUCKILY ABOUT TWO MINUTES FROM HOME. PARKED VEHICLE FOR A FEW HOURS CAR WOULD NOT GO IN PARK OR REVERSE. TOOK VEHICLE TO TRANSMISSION REPAIR, TRANSMISSION TECH EXAMINES TRANSMISSION, TRANSMISSION IS DEFECTIVE AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. CALLED MANUFACTURER DODGE/CHRYSLER STATED THERE WAS NOTHING THAT THEY WERE WILLING TO DO, SAME STATEMENT THEY HAVE SAID TO MANY CONSUMERS, WITHOUT CONCERN FOR BUYERS SAFETY OR INCONVENIENCE THAT THEIR VEHICLES CAUSE. PLEASE I NEED HELP THIS IS THE ONLY VEHICLE THAT MY FAMILY HAS, AND I AM CONCERNED ABOUT ALL OF OUR SAFETY. *TR

THE 2009 DODGE JOURNEY BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS WEAROUT PREMATURELY AND CREATE A SAFETY HAZARD. I BELIEVE THAT THE BRAKES ARE UNDER-DESIGNED FOR THE VEHICLE WEIGHT AND SHOULD BE REDESIGNED AND REPLACED UNDER RECALL. WE BOUGHT A DODGE JOURNEY 2009 IN 2010 IT HAD VERY LITTLE MILEAGE. IT SEEMED LIKE A NICE VEHICLE. WITHIN A SHORT TIME THE STARTER BEGAN TO FAIL. I NEVER KNEW WHEN I WOULD GET BACK HOME OR TO WORK. I HAVE BEEN TO THE DEALER MANY TIMES.REPLACE BATTERY,FOBIK,HAD TUNEUPS, TRYING TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG. STILL TRYING--- NOW THEY SAY IT MIGHT BE THE- RANGE SENSOR. WHERE DOES IT END. PURCHASE A DODGE JOURNEY 2009. I INFORM THE DEALER THAT THE WINDOWS WERE NOT COMING DOWN AS THEY SHOULD. DIDN'T GET FIXED. THE KEYLESS REMOTE WAS SUPPOSE TO BE WITH THE CAR IT WASN'T, THEY INSTALLED A AFTER MARKET KEYLESS REMOTE, DON'T WORK CORRECT. THE BRAKES WERE SQUEAKING AND COULD HEAR AIR WITHIN THE CAR WHEN APPLYING BRAKES. I WAS TOLD THAT THERE'S NOTHING WRONG AND IT WAS NORMAL. IT HAS BEEN 4 TO 5 MONTHS LATER NOW ITS NOT STARTING . CONTACT CHRSYLER LLC , TOLD ME I HAD TO HAVE IT TOWED TO A DEALER , GET DIAGNOSE , GET IT FIXED AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT ALL AND THEY WILL REIMBURSE HALF FOR THE PART , LABOR IS ALL ON ME. THE VEHICLE HAS DONE THIS NO START PROBLEM 3 TIMES IN 2 AND HALF DAYS. ALSO NOTICE THAT THE STEERING COLUMN GETS HOT FOR SOME UNFORESEEN REASON . INFORM THE DEALER I PURCHASE MY JOURNEY FROM , I WAS TOLD THAT IS NORMAL. STILL HAVE THE JOURNEY CAN'T TRADE IN BACK BECAUSE I HAVE NO MONEY , SO I AM STUCK WITH IT . HAVING IT TOWED TO DEALER TO GET PROBLEM LOOKED AT AND ALL EXPENSE IS ON ME. WHAT DO I DO . I THINK CHRSYLER WILL NOT REPAY ME. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL REPAIR FACILITY FOR AN OIL CHANGE WHEN THE TECHNICIAN INFORMED THE CONTACT OF PREMATURE WEAR OF THE BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS AWAITING REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 14,000.
VEHICLE DOES NOT ALWAYS START WHEN THE KEY IS TURNED. SOMETIMES IT WILL START IF ALL ELECTRONICS ARE TURNED OFF. DEALER REPLACED STARTER AND REFLASHED CONTROLLER, HOWEVER PROBLEM PERSISTS. VEHICLE IS EQUIPPED WITH FACTORY REMOTE START AND "SENTRY KEY" THEFT DETERRENT SYSTEM. *TR
VEHICLE HAS POOR BRAKE PERFORMANCE. FRONT AND REAR BRAKE PADS WORN OUT AT 21,000 MILES. DEALER REPLACED PADS AND TURNED ROTORS. BRAKES HAVE DELAY BEFORE SLOWING THE VEHICLE (PRE AND POST REPAIR) AND THE VEHICLE REQUIRES A LARGE DISTANCE TO STOP (GREATER THAN OUR PREVIOUS SUVS INCLUDING CHRYSLER PACIFIC, DODGE DURANGO, JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE, AND JEEP LIBERTY). *TR
THE 2009 DODGE JOURNEY BUILDS UP CARBON IN THE CYLINDERS. THIS WILL CAUSE THE CYLINDERS TO FAIL. THE CAR WILL SHAKE WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD AND WILL SHIFT INCORRECTLY. IT IS EXTREMELY SCARY WHILE DRIVING 55 MILES PER HOUR. YOU HAVE NO IDEAL WHAT IS WRONG. AFTER MANY TRIAL AND ERRORS WITH DODGE THE PROBLEM OF IS ONLY FIXED BY GETTING YOUR ENGINE TORE APART. PURCHASED 2009 DODGE JOURNEY IN SEPTEMBER. THE FIRST WEEKEND AFTER PURCHASING THE VEHICLE I LOADED MY CANOE ONTO THE ROOFRACK. ABOUT 45 MINUTES INTO THE TRIP THE ROOF RACK RIPPED OUT OF THE ROOF OF THE VEHICLE. LOST THE CANOE LUCKILY THERE WAS LITTLE TRAFFIC AND NOBODY WAS HURT. AFTER FURTHER INSPECTION REALIZED DODGE USED SELF-TAPPING SCREWS INSTEAD OF BOLTS ON THE ROOF RACK. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS CONDITION. I CONTACTED MY DEALERSHIP AND THEY TOLD ME SELF-TAPPING SCREWS IS STANDARD ON ALL DODGE ROOF RACKS AND THE ROOF RACKS WERE NOT DESIGNED TO CARRY ANYTHING BESIDES LUGGAGE BOXES. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH DODGE ABOUT THIS AND THEY CAME BACK WITH THE SAME ANSWER OVER A MONTH LATER. TODAY I RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE FOR THE DAMAGE TOTALING JUST OVER $2700. MY DODGE JOURNEY HAS 28,000 MILES ON IT, AND WAS PURCHASED NEW IN MARCH OF 2009. THERE HAS BEEN A NOTICEABLE PULSING, AND NOISE WHEN THE BRAKES ARE APPLIED. DURING A ROUTINE OIL CHANGE MY LOCAL MECHANIC URGED MY TO HAVE MY BRAKES AND ROTORS REPLACED FOR SAFETIES SAKE, AND NOTED THAT THEY WOULD NOT PASS INSPECTION. THEY WERE IN SUCH POOR CONDITION THAT MY MECHANIC WOULD NOT RESURFACE THE ROTORS, AND ONLY REPLACE THEM. I IMMEDIATELY SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE DEALER I PURCHASED THE CAR FROM(REEDMAN TOLL, LANGHORNE PA). THE DEALER WOULD PROVIDE NO COMPENSATION, AND WOULD NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CHRYSLER HAS AN ISSUE WITH THEIR BRAKES/ROTORS. I HAVE OWNED MANY CARS, AND NONE OF THEM HAVE HAD ROTORS REPLACED BEFORE 50,000. UPON FURTHER RESEARCH, THEIR ARE THOUSANDS OF COMPLAINTS AGAINST CHRYSLER IN REGARDS TO BRAKES AND ROTORS, AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING.
