THE GAS CAP GAUGE STATED THERE WAS A PROBLEM AND MY AUTOMATIC ENGINE START WOULD NOT WORK ANY LONGER. WE REPLACED THE GAS CAP AND THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS TWO YEARS LATER. WE HAVE TAKEN THE VEHICLE INTO THE DEALERSHIP, BUT NOTHING HAS EVER BEEN RESOLVED. THE VEHICLE ALSO STALLS AND THE ENGINE TURNS OFF WHILE DRIVING. THIS HAS HAPPENED A HALF DOZEN TIMES WHILE DRIVING 30-40 MPH. ALSO, WHEN DRIVING IN 2-3 GEAR, THE VEHICLE FEELS LIKE IT IS SURGING AND HAS AN INTERMITTENT MISS. 8/11/14 THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START AND I CALLED A COMPANY TO GIVE THE BATTERY A JUMP. THE CAR STARTED BUT NOW THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM IS MALFUNCTIONING WITH THE DOOR LOCKS CONTINUOUSLY LOCKING AND UNLOCKING, THE HAZARDS FLICKERING AND THE BACK WIPER GOING. *TR
TANK OVERFLOWS EVERYTIME I PUT GAS IN IT. THE PUMP CLICKS, I PULL IT OUT AND ABOUT A HALF A TANK OF GAS SPEWS ALL OVER ME AND THE CAR. AT TIMES IT HAPPENS BEFORE THE PUMP EVEN SHUTS OFF. IT HAPPENS EVERYTIME NO MATTER WHAT GAS STATION I GO TO. *TR
POWER DOOR LOCKS INOPERABLE. FIRST HAPPENED A WEEK OR SO AFTER PURCHASING USED. WENT OUT ON A FRIDAY NIGHT BUT WORKED AGAIN BEFORE I COULD GET INTO SHOP ON MONDAY. WORKED FINE FOR TWO MONTHS UNTIL YESTERDAY WHEN IT HAPPENED AGAIN. CANNOT LOCK OR UNLOCK VIA KEY FOB OR DOOR BUTTON. MUST UNLOCK DRIVER DOOR WITH KEY AND MANUALLY LIFT DOOR KNOB ON ALL OTHER LOCKS. REAR DOOR LOCKS ARE EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO REACH TO UNLOCK FROM THE FRONT SEAT AS THE LOCKS ARE TOWARDS THE REAR OF THE DOOR. HATCH IS COMPLETELY UN-ACCESSIBLE AS THERE IS NO WAY TO UNLOCK IT. LOCKS DO NOT LOCK WHEN YOU DRIVE AND REACH THE APPROPRIATE SPEED AND DO NOT UNLOCK WHEN THE CAR IS PUT BACK INTO PARK. WHEN KEY FOB IS USED THE LIGHTS BLINK AND THE HORN SOUNDS BUT THE LOCK/UNLOCK FUNCTIONS DO NOT WORK. BRIEF INTERNET SEARCH HAS SHOWN OTHERS WITH THIS A PROBLEM WITH BOTH THE DODGE NITRO AND JEEP LIBERTY. CURRENTLY IN THE SHOP BEING LOOKED AT AS AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE NITRO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, ALL WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED THEN THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE CONTACT ALSO MENTIONED THAT THE FAILURE OCCURRED INTERMITTENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000 AND THE APPROXIMATE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 123,000.
HAD TO MAKE A BANK DEPOSIT ON/AROUND THE EVENING OF 08/15/12. WHEN I LEFT MY HOME AND TURNED ON THE AIR CONDITIONER, I NOTICED THAT THE AIR WAS BLOWING COOL, BUT NOT COLD (ALTHOUGH THE TEMPERATURE WAS SET AT THE COLDEST SETTING). AT FIRST I DID NOT PUT MUCH THOUGHT INTO IT BECAUSE IT WAS A HOT AND MUGGY EVENING. TWO, THE BANK IS RIGHT DOWN THE STREET FROM MY HOUSE AND FIGURED THE CAR HAD NO TIME TO COOL DOWN BEFORE REACHING THE BANK. NOT UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY WAS IT APPARENT THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS NO LONGER WORKING AND ONLY BLOWING WARM/HOT AIR. MY HUSBAND IS A HVAC TECHNICIAN AND WAS ABLE TO REFILL THE FREON FOR THE AIR CONDITION, BUT WHEN FILLING THE FREON HE NOTICED THE DEGREE WAS NOT GETTING COOLER. WHEN THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS TURNED ON; ALL THE FREON LEAKED OUT INTO THE NITRO. IT WAS SO BAD, I HAD TO PULL OVER AND ALLOW THE CAR TO AIR OUT BECAUSE THE FUMES WERE CHOKING US. FOR A CAR THAT IS LESS THAN 10 YEARS OLD, I FIND THIS HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE THAT THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM HAS SUCH A MAJOR LEAK AS THIS ONE. *TR
DRIVER SIDE DOOR HANDLE BROKE WHEN OPENING DOOR. THAT WAS THE FIRST ONE. SINCE THEN THREE OF THE FOUR HANDLES HAVE BROKEN. *JS
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE NITRO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE ACCELERATING FROM A STOP SIGN, THERE WAS A EXPLOSION HEARD FROM UNDER THE VEHICLE. THE SEAT BELT AUTOMATICALLY LOCKED AND SMOKE STARTED EMITTING INTO THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT AFTER INSPECTING THE VEHICLE, HE NOTICED THAT THE DRIVESHAFT HAD BECOME SEPARATED FROM THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE WHAT CAUSE THE FAILURE BUT STATED THAT THE DRIVE SHAFT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 148,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE NITRO. WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH, THE VEHICLE LOST ALL POWER. THE VEHICLE STALLED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY IN TRAFFIC. THE CONTACT ALSO DISCOVERED THAT THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS AND HEADLIGHTS STILL OPERATED AND THE VEHICLE WAS POWERED OFF. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TIPM PART NEEDED TO REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 142,000.
ON JULY 4TH 2012 I WAS AT A STOP LIGHT. THE LIGHT TURNED GREEN AND AS I STARTED TO TURN THE CAR JUMPED IN THE AIR THE AIR BAGS ON THE SIDES DEPLOYED. I STOPPED THE CAR TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED. AS I GOT OUT I CHECKED THE REAR TO MAKE SURE I DID NOT GET HIT. NO CARS AROUND. I LOOKED UNDER THE CAR AND THE DRIVE SHAFT WAS BROKE IN HALF. I DID NOT RUN OVER ANYTHING THIS TRUCK HAS NEVER BEEN IN A WRECK. I TOWED THE TRUCK HOME STARTED LOOKING ON LINE AND SEE MANY OTHER PEOPLE HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUES. JUST AS THE OTHERS IT LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING MAY HAVE RUBBED ON IT MAKING THE SHAFT THIN AND BREAKABLE. MOST PEOPLE THAT I HAVE TALKED WITH SAID IT WAS THE HEAT SHIELD. I BELIEVE THAT'S WHAT CAUSED MY ISSUES. IF WE WOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE INTERSTATE I BELIEVE MY FAMILY AND I COULD HAVE BEEN EASILY KILLED. *TR
FUEL TANK BURPS FUEL OUT OVER THE SIDE OF THE VEHICLE AFTER FUEL PUMP TURNS OFF ON A FILL UP. *TR
DRIVERS SIDE FRONT DOOR HANDLE SNAPPED WHILE TRYING TO EXIT THE VEHICLE. I HAD JUST PURCHASED THE VEHICLE (USED) AND ASKED ABOUT IT BEING REPLACED AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS NOT COVERED. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD COST ABOUT $300 TO REPLACE (THE HANDLE WAS ONLY ABOUT $70, THE REST WAS LABOR). I DID NOT FEEL THAT I SHOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY FOR THIS EXPENSE AND I DID NOT HAVE THE "EXTRA CASH" AT THIS TIME SO I OPTED OUT FOR REPAIR. A YEAR LATER, THE FRONT PASSENGER DOOR HANDLE SNAPPED WHILE TRYING TO EXIT THE VEHICLE. I REFUSE TO PAY FOR THIS UNACCEPTABLE DEFECT. THIS IS A LIFE THREATENING HAZARD AND NEEDS TO BE RECALLED. *TR
A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AGO FROM TODAY MY DAUGHTER, AGE 16 WAS SITTING IN THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT. I PARKED THE DODGE NITRO AND WHEN SHE WENT TO OPEN THE DOOR TO GET OUT THE DOOR HANDLE BROKE. YESTERDAY 06/25/2013, MY OTHER DAUGHTER AGE 8, WAS SITTING IN THE REAR PASSENGER SEAT BECAUSE NO ONE CAN SIT UP FRONT DUE TO DOOR HANDLE BEING BROKE AND IT BEING A SAFETY ISSUE, SHE WENT TO OPEN HER DOOR TO GET OUT OF THE PARKED DODGE NITRO AND DOOR HANDLE BROKE IN THE REAR NOW. AFTER READING ALL KINDS OF POST ON THE HANDLES BREAKING AFTER THE FIRST ONE BROKE I USUALLY ROLL DOWN MY WINDOW TO GET OUT OF MY CAR. THE DEALERSHIP QUOTED ME 350.00 TO REPLACE HANDLE, I AM A SINGLE PARENT AND DO NOT HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY. I CONTACTED DODGE TO FILE A COMPLAINT ORIGINALLY AND THEY DO NOT CARE. I AM TERRIFIED OF THE DRIVER ONE BREAKING DUE TO SAFETY REASONS AND BEING STUCK IN MY CAR SO I ONLY USE IT WITHOUT ROLLING DOWN WINDOW IF IT IS RAINING. SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE ABOUT THESE HORRIBLE HANDLES IN THE NITROS, IT IS HAPPENING TO TOO MANY PEOPLE. *TR
EVERY TIME I FILL UP MY GAS TANK, IT OVERFLOWS AND SPILLS ALL OVER THE VEHICLE AND GROUND. THIS IS A HUGE ENVIRONMENTAL AND SAFETY RISK, AS WELL AS A WASTE OF GASOLINE. I'VE READ ONLINE THAT THIS IS A DEFECT OF A ROLLOVER DETECTION SYSTEM. DODGE/CHRYSLER NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE NITRO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED. AS A RESULT, THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND CRASHED AGAINST A TOTAL OF FOUR VEHICLES. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT AFTER INSPECTING THE VEHICLE, SHE REALIZED THAT THE BOLT JOINT AND TIE ROD WAS FRACTURED AND HAD CAUSED THE WHEEL TO DETACH FROM THE VEHICLE. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED AND TWO DRIVERS OF OTHER VEHICLES WERE INJURED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 130,000.
SEVERAL TIMES, AT SEVERAL GAS STATIONS, THE GAS PUMP DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY SHUTOFF CAUSING GAS TO OVERFLOW. THIS PROBLEM OCCURS EVERYTIME I TRY TO FILL UP AND FILL THE TANK FULL. *TR
DRIVERS DOOR MASTER AUTOMATIC LOCKS SWITCH CAUGHT FIRE, THERE WERE NO INJURIES TO PEOPLE. BURNED THE DOOR WELL, REMOVED THE SWITCH AFTERWARDS AND IT STILL ARCS WHEN PLACED INTO THE VEHICLE AGAIN. DODGE NOTIFIED AND TECH CHECKED VEHICLE AND FILED A REPORT ON OR ABOUT 4/19/2012. NOW HAVING ISSUES WITH DODGE ISSUING A CHECK TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE. *TR
THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR HANDLE SNAPPED APART, BREAKING THE PLASTIC HANDLE CLOSE TO THE INSIDE OF THE DOOR WHERE IN CONNECTS. *TR
WHILE FILLING FUEL INTO THE TRUCK THE AUTO STOP DID NOT WORK, THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENED MY 5 YR OLD SON WAS WASHING THE WINDOWS WITH MY WIFE AND IT SPRAYED FUEL ON MY SONS LEGS AND SHOES. AFTER SEARCHING I FOUND ITS A VENT PROBLEM WITH THE 2007 NITRO THAT THE DEALER KNOWS ABOUT, IM NOT HAPPY RIGHT NOW THE DEALER CLAIMS ONLY SOME VEHICLES ARE RECALLED ON THIS. SHOULD I BE LOOKING FOR LEGAL ACTION NEXT? *TR
GAS SPILLS OUT WHEN FILLING TANK. BY THE TIME THE AUTO SHUT OFF ON PUMP STOPS, GAS SPILLS OUT AND ON THE GROUND. HAS HAPPENED AT SEVERAL DIFFERENT GAS STATIONS. *TR
A FEW YEARS AGO I HAD TO REPLACE THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT. LAST YEAR I HAD TO REPLACE THE RACK AND PINION. THIS YEAR I'VE HAD TO REPLACE THE ALTERNATOR AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. I CURRENTLY HAVE AROUND 165K MILES ON THE TRUCK. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STAYS ON, NOW THEY HAVE TO DO THE SMOKE TEST AND I'M AFRAID OF THE OUTCOME/COSTS. :( I ALSO HAVE SMALLER BROKEN THINGS, THE GLOVE BOX HINGE BROKE, THE TIRE SENSOR HAS HAD TO BE REPLACED AT LEAST 3 TIMES SINCE I HAD THE TRUCK. ALSO, THERE'S A CLICKING SOUND IN THE STEERING COLUMN. ALONG WITH THE LIGHTING IS OUT WHERE THE DRIVE/REVERSE/ETC INDICATOR IS (IT'S WHERE I SHIFT). I'M 55 YEARS OLD AND NOT HARD ON THE CAR, CONSTANT OIL CHANGE/TUNEUP AND ALL MAINT THINGS ARE UP TO DATE. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT IS NOW FALLING APART. I'VE NEVER HAD TO REPLACE AN AC OR RACK AND PINION ON ANY VEHICLE I'VE EVER OWNED. I'M BESIDES MYSELF HAVING TO PAY OUT ALL THIS MONEY FOR A VEHICLE THATS ONLY 8 YEARS OLD. EVERY TIME THE VEHICLE IS REFUELED AND THE PUMP SHUTS OFF AT FULL. FUEL ERUPTS FROM THE TANK ONTO THE GROUND, PERSON AND VEHICLE. THIS COULD RESULT IN A HEALTH HAZARD TO PERSONNEL BUT ALSO TO THE ENVIRONMENT AS WELL AS THE VEHICLE. NO AIR CONDITIOINING PAYING 400.00 EACH YEAR FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS,ONLY TO GET AIR FOR TEN MINUTES. SECONDLY I HEARD ON TV THAT NITRO 2007 HAD A RECALL. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION IN THE MAIL. HOW MANY TIMES DO I PAY ALL OF THIS MONEY GETTING NO RESULTS.
I WAS DRIVING AT 45PH AND ALL OF A SUDDEN MY CARS WHEELED LOCKED UP AND I CAME TO A SUDDEN STOP WITH MY WHEELS LAYING DOWN RUBBER BUT I DID NOT CRASH. WHEN MY CAR WAS TOWED TO THE GARAGE THE CONCLUSION WAS THAT THE REAREND SEAL WAS LEAKING AND ALL THE FLUID CAME OUT OF THE REAREND AND THE GEARS LOCKED UP. *TR
WHILE STOPPED AT A CROSSWALK. I PROCEEDED TO ACCELERATE FROM A STOPPED POSITION.. WHILE ACCELERATING MY ENTIRE DRIVE SHAFT SPUN APART AND FELL TO THE GROUND IN TWO PIECES. I HAD MY NITRO TOWED TO MY LOCAL CHRYSLER/DODGE/JEEP DEALERSHIP WHO WAS CLOSE FOR THE WEEKEND. I DID AN AFTER-HOURS DROP AND EXPLAINED THE INCIDENT AND TOLD THEM THAT THIS OBVIOUSLY HAD TO BE A VEHICLE DEFECT THAT SHOULD BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY AS THE VEHICLE HAS A LIFE TIME POWER TRAIN WARRANTY ALONG WITH AND EXTENDED WARRANTY THAT I PURCHASED AS ORIGINALLY OWNER WHEN I BOUGHT THE VEHICLE. I WAS TOLD BY THE DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENT THAT THE ONLY WAY THIS COULD HAVE HAPPENED WAS FOR ME TO HAVE DAMAGED THE VEHICLE OR BOTTOMED OUT TO SOMETHING. I TOLD THEM ABSOLUTELY NOT. THAT WASN'T THE CASE AT ALL. THEY REFUSED TO COVER IT UNDER WARRANTY AND SUGGESTED I MAKE A CLAIM WITH MY INSURANCE. THEY ALSO SAID IF I WANTED TO HAVE CHRYSLER CORP SEE IF THEY COULD STILL COVER IT UNDER WARRANTY I WOULD HAVE TO CALL THEM AND MAKE A CLAIM TO PUSH IT FARTHER. I DID SO AND WAS TOLD BY WARRANTY DEPARTMENT WITH CHRYSLER THAT THEY WOULDN'T EVEN MATE A DETERMINATION TILL MY INSURANCE MADE A DETERMINATION IF THEY WOULD COVER A CLAIM OR NOT. I TOLD CHRYSLER WARRANTY DEPARTMENT THAT IT SHOULD MAKE NO DIFFERENCE WEATHER THEY WILL OR WON'T COVER IT. THAT CHRYSLER SHOULD COVER THIS DEFECTIVE DRIVE SHAFT UNDER MY EXISTING WARRANTY. NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY DIDN'T. MY ISSUE IS THAT AFTER DOING SOME RESEARCH AND GOOGLEING, 2007 DODGE NITRO DRIVE SHARE I CAME ACROSS AND BLOG THAT LISTED THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM I HAD HAPPEN TO MY DRIVE SHAFT HAPPENING ALL OVER THE COUNTRY. I EVEN EXPLAINED THAT TO CHRYSLER WARRANTY DEPARTMENT AND MY LOCAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T GO BY A BLOG TO DETERMINE A WARRANTY REPAIR AND INSISTED I HAD TO HAVE DAMAGED THE DRIVE SHAFT TO MAKE IT FALL APART .HEATSHIELDIS CAUSING. *TR

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 DODGE NITRO (N/A). THE CONTACT WAS TRAVELING 45 MPH WHEN THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO CONTROL THE STEERING AND APPLIED THE BRAKES BUT HAD A DIFFICULT TIME BECAUSE THE VEHICLE WAS COMPLETELY OFF. THE CONTACT STATED THAT EVERY LIGHT ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL WAS ILLUMINATED. THE DRIVER RESTARTED THE VEHICLE AND THE VEHICLE DROVE NORMALLY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE RECURRED ONCE MORE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND INFORMED THAT THEY COULD NOT DETERMINE WHAT CAUSED THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND INFORMED THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THAT COULD BE DONE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50000. UPDATED 07/17/12*LJ
STARTING FROM A STOP GOING TO ACCELERATE FROM 0-35 THE VEHICLE LOOSES ALL POWER OR SURGES UNTIL OVER 35 MPH. PULLING OUT INTO AN INTERSECTION ALMOST GOT T-BONED BECAUSE THE VEHICLE LOST ALL POWER TO ENGINE AND DIED. THIS HAS HAPPENED ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS AND HAS ALMOST CAUSED 5 ACCIDENTS TO DATE. TOOK VEHICLE TO DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH IT. *TR
UPON FILLING UP GAS TANK, I HAVE HAD GAS SHOOT OUT AT ME FROM THE FILLING NOZZLE. I HAVE TRIED TO REMEDY THIS SITUATION BY SLOWING DOWN AS I AM COMING CLOSE TO FILLING MY GAS TANK AT 18 GALLONS AND I STILL HAVE GAS POUR OUT OF THE VEHICLE AND ONTO THE FLOOR. WHEN FILLING THE VEHICLE WITH GAS, FUEL WILL SPEW FROM THE FILLER PIPE AND SPILL ALL OVER THE SIDE OF THE VEHICLE AND ON THE PERSON FUELING. IT HAS COME TO OUR ATTENTION THAT THE CAUSE IS A FAULTY OVERFLOW FLAP THAT IS DESIGNED TO KEEP FUEL FROM FLOWING OUT OF THE TANK UPON FILL UP, BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY IT IS TO PREVENT FUEL FROM EXITING THE TANK IN THE CASE OF A ROLLOVER ACCIDENT. THIS FAULTY FLAP COULD MEAN LIFE OR DEATH IN A ROLLOVER IF FUEL IS ALLOWED TO LEAK FROM THE TANK AND IGNITE. *TR

THIS HAS HAPPENS EVERY TIME I'VE FILL THE TRUCK. I'VE TRIED DIFFERENT GAS STATIONS AND IT HAPPENS AT EVERY ONE. THIS IS AN ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEM AS WELL AS A SAFETY ISSUE. BASED ON THE RESEARCH I'VE CONDUCTED, THIS PROBLEM IS RELATED TO A "ROLLOVER" VALVE. THIS VALVE IS DESIGNED TO PREVENT FUEL FROM FLOWING OUT OF THE FILL NECK IN THE EVENT OF A ROLLOVER ACCIDENT. THERE IS A VALVE IN THE GAS TANK THAT'S PREVENTS GAS SPILLAGE IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT AND THE CAR ROLLS OVER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 51,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 52,690.

THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 85,000 AND THE APPROXIMATE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 115,000.
