DRIVING 70 MPH WHEN 2011 FORD F-150 WHILE DRIVING IN CRUISE CONTROL WITH A/C ON LOST ALL POWER..........AND A TOOL DISPLAYED ON DASH. I WAS ABLE TO PULL OVER ON-SIDE OF INTERSTATE LUCKILY.......TURNED OFF VEHICLE WAITED A FEW MINUTES AND RE-STARTED WITH NO FURTHER ISSUES. I'M CONCERNED THIS IS SIMILAR TO OTHER ISSUES FORD PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN HAVING. NEED ANSWERS BEFORE YOUR VEHICLE HURTS MY FAMILY!!!
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 10 MPH, THE CONTACT HEARD A LOUD BANG SOUND FROM THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT. THE CONTACT PULLED THE VEHICLE OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD TO FIND THAT COOLANT WAS LEAKING ONTO THE GROUND. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE COOLANT WAS LEAKING INTO THE OIL AND THERE WERE ALSO METAL SHAVINGS IN THE MIXTURE. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 94,000.
WHILE DRIVEING ON A STATE ROUT STARTED TO PASS A TRACTOR TRAILER WHEN FROM 65 MPH IN 6TH GEAR IT SHIFTED TO 1ST GREAT SLID THE REAR TIRES THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO LOOK CONTROL SLID THE TIRES AT FIRST THOUGHT I RIPPED THE REAR END OUT GOT THE TRUCK OFF THE ROAD AND SETTLED MY NERVES SHUT IT OFF WAS GOING TO CALL A WRECKER RESTARTED IT TO GET OFF THE INTERSTATE AND IT SHIFTED AND RAN FINE HAD ISSUES WITH IT SHIFTING FOR MONTHS FINALLY TOOK TO A FORD DEALER AND THEY FOUND AN ISSUE WITH THE TRANSMISSION REPLACE SOME ELECTRICAL PARTS NOW IT'S FINE SEEN AN ISSUE WITH OTHER F150 WONDER WHY MY TRUCK WOULDN'T BE COVERED ALSO WHEN IT WOULD ACT UP I WOULD SHUT IT OFF WAIT A MINUTE THEN RESTART WOULD BE FINE THEN EVERY DAY IT ACTED UP TILL IT SCARED ME TO DRIVE IT
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE POWER STEERING SEIZED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH. AN UNKNOWN DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE POWER STEERING FAILED. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THEY WOULD NOT REPAIR THE VEHICLE SINCE THERE WAS NO CURRENT RECALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 83,000.
LOSS OF ALL POWER DURING ACCELERATION AND EXCESSIVE SHUTTERING CAUSING DANGEROUS CONDITIONS WHEN PASSING OR HAULING UPHILL
F150 WAS TRAVELING THE PA. TURNPIKE GOING 70MPH. THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTED INTO 1ST GEAR FROM 6TH GEAR. REAR END FISHTAILED UNCONTROLLABLY. FORD SAID THIS VEHICAL IS NOT UNDER THE RECALL. THEY WILL HOWEVER, CHARGE ME $100 FOR A DIAGNOSTIC TEST. BUT I WILL PAY TO GET THIS FIXED. YOU FOLKS NEED TO REMEDY ALL OF US OWNERS WHO ARE GETTING SCREWED BY FORD FOR THIS DANGEROUS PROBLEM. GO TO ANY FORUM FOR FORD F-150 AND SEE THE THOUSAND OF PEOPLE THIS HAS EFFECTED IN A REAL BAD WAY
THE TRANSMISSION WILL INTERMITTENTLY, EITHER NOT SHIFT OUT OF 1ST GEAR, OR EVEN WORSE, IT WILL DOWNSHIFT FROM A HIGHER GEAR BACK INTO 1ST. THIS OCCURS WHILE THE TRUCK IS IN MOTION ON SURFACE STREETS AND HIGHWAY ON RAMPS.
MY TRUCK IS HAVING THE ISSUES OUTLINED IN THE NHTSA INVESTGATION PE13018. IN SOME CASES IN RAINY OR HUMID CONDITIONS THE ENGINE MISFIRES (SOMETIMES WITHOUT ANY CODES) AND LOSES POWER WHEN ACCELERATING. THE ENGINE SOMETIMES THAN WON'T SHIFT OUT OF A LOWER GEAR UNTIL IT IS SHUT OFF AND RESTARTED. THE FORD TSB (12-10-19) AND RELATED Q&A PROVIDED TO THE NHTSA HAS A FIX BUT BECAUSE THE DEALERSHIP HAS NOT REPEATED THE ISSUES (IT HASN'T BEEN HUMID OUT AND THEY AREN'T DOING IT UNDER HIGHWAY OR OPEN THROTTLE SPEEDS). WE HAVE GIVEN DATES, EXPERIENCES AND CODES TO THE DEALERSHIP (INCLUDING ONES IN THE TSB). BUT AS THEY CAN'T RECREATE IT IN THE SERVICE BAY, THEY WON'T MAKE THE FIX.
STEERING ANGLE SENSOR MODULE FAILURE
BOTH OF THE COILS IN THE FRONT STRUT SUSPENSION ARE BROKEN. REPAIR SHOP SAYS F-150'S ARE NOTORIOUS FOR THIS.
I WENT TO OPEN MY SUNROOF AND I HEARD A LOUD POPPING NOISE. THE WINDOW SLID BACK AND OPENED BUT IT WILL NOT SHUT. I TRIED NUMEROUS TIME TO CLOSE IT AND IT WILL GET CLOSE TO IT AND THEN OPEN BACK UP AGAIN. I FOUND A PIECE OF PLASTIC BROKE OFF IN THE TRACK WHERE IT BROKE FROM JUST OPENING IT .
BATTERY WON'T IF POWER FROM TIME TO TIME AFTER REPLACING IT WITH A NEW BATTERY. BACK DOOR SAYS IT'S AJAR EVEN WHEN IT'S NOT, I DID GET THAT REPAIRED AFTER THAT MY RADIO STOPPED WORKING CHECKED ALL FUSES. LOTS OF WIRING ISSUES
THE FACTORY LUG WRENCH PROVIDED WITH THE VEHICLE DOES NOT FIT THE FACTORY LUG NUTS ON THE WHEELS. THIS MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CHANGE A FLAT TIRE WITHOUT ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE OR HAVING TO PURCHASE A SEPARATE LUG WRENCH AND HAMMER.
POWER STEERING INTERMITTENTLY LOCKS UP AND OR DOESN'T WORK WITHOUT ANY WARNING SIGNALS ON THE VEHICLE . THE VEHICLE HAS 66,000 MILES ON IT AND CAN'T BE DRIVEN DUE TO THE DANGER ASSOCIATED.
THE AC DOES NOT BLOW THROUGH THE FRONT DASHBOARD AIR VENTS, RATHER ONLY THROUGH THE DEFROST AND FLOOR. I HAVE CHECKED FUSES, ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS, ETC. I AM ALSO HAVING ISSUES WITH ELECTRIC VACUUM PUMP. NOT SURE IF RELATED.
THE DISPLAY ON THE ODOMETER CONTROLS RANDOMLY WORKS. AS I START THE VEHICLE, THE "FORD TOUGH" WELCOME SCREEN IS DISPLAYED, BUT PART WAY THROUGH THAT WELCOME THE DISPLAY FREEZES AND STAYS SHOWING FORD TOUGH. I THEN DO NOT HAVE ANY ACCESS TO ODOMETER, GAS DISTANCE, MPG, TRAILER, OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION AS THE SCREEN IS FROZEN. THIS HAPPEN 90% OF THE TIME AS I START THE VEHICLE. I HAVE RESET THE SYSTEMS, CHECKED FUSES, CONNECTIONS, ETC, BUT EVERYTHING APPEARS TO BE FINE.
AS I PUSH HARD ON THE GAS PEDAL TO ACCELERATE, THE ENGINE MISFIRES WITH A "CLUNK" FEEL AND SOUND ELD/HEARD IN THE CAB. THE ENGINE CONTINUES FOR A BIT AND THEN HAPPENS AGAIN, AND AGAIN UNTIL I RELEASE THE GAS PEDAL. THIS HAS NEARLY CAUSED TWO ACCIDENTS AS I WENT TO ACCELERATE ON THE HIGHWAY TO 1) GET OUT OF THE WAY OF A DRIVER WHO WAS IGNORANTLY MOVING INTO MY LANE AND 2) WENT TO ACCELERATE AROUND AN OBSTACLE IN THE ROADWAY AND HAD TO CUT INTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC.
NO ASSIST BRAKES SPORADICALLY DO NOT WORK, ALMOST CAUSING THREE ACCIDENTS. NORMALLY IT IS AFTER THE TRUCK SITS FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS OR WHEN IT'S COLD IN THE MORNINGS. I PUT MY FOOT ON THE BRAKES, START THE TRUCK, PUT IT IN REVERSE, AND NO BRAKES. I IMMEDIATELY PRESS HARD AND THE BRAKES GRIND COMING TO A SLOW STOP. I'VE ALMOST BACKED INTO A COUPLE OF CARS. ANOTHER I BACKED OUT OF DRIVEWAYS AND COULDN'T COME TO A STOP UNTIL I CROSSED THE STREET HITTING THE OPPOSITE CURB. THIS NEEDS TO GET RECALLED BEFORE SOMEONE GETS SERIOUSLY HURT. THE DEALER WON'T DO ANYTHING UNLESS I PAY $150 AND LEAVE THE TRUCK FOR SEVERAL DAYS SO THEY CAN TEST BRAKES MANUALLY THEMSELVES. 1) HUGE INCONVENIENCE AND 2) NO CERTAINTY THAT IT WILL HAPPEN FOR THEM AS IT HAPPENS PERIODICALLY.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE ENGINE RPMS BEGAN TO CHANGE AND THE VEHICLE AUTOMATICALLY DOWNSHIFTED INTO FIRST GEAR. THE CONTACT PULLED THE VEHICLE OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. WHEN THE CONTACT TURNED OFF AND RESTARTED THE VEHICLE, IT OPERATED NORMALLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER (BILL HOOD FORD LINCOLN, 1500 N MORRISON BLVD, HAMMOND, LA 70401) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FAILURE WAS CAUSED BY THE LEAD FRAME, WHICH HAD AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR UP TO 150,000 MILES. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO RECEIVE THE REPAIR DUE TO THE VEHICLE HAVING 156,000 MILES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT OF THE SAME INFORMATION AS THE DEALER. THE VIN WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V248000 (POWER TRAIN). THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 156,000.

THE CONTACT COASTED TO THE SHOULDER AND TURNED OFF THE VEHICLE. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED, IT OPERATED NORMALLY. THE DEALER (METRO FORD, 9000 NW 7TH AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA 33150) WAS CONTACTED BY PHONE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 61,000.
WHEN COMING TO A STOPLIGHT ON A CITY STREET, BRAKES WERE APPLIED BUT THE ENGINE RACED TO A HIGH RPM . NEXT I PUSHED PEDAL HARDER BUT REAR TIRES WERE NOW SPINNING ON DRY PAVEMENT. I PUT F-150 TRUCK INTO PARK STOPPING INCHES FROM THE CAR STOPPED AHEAD OF ME AT STOPLIGHT.
WENT TO PASS A SLOWER CAR ON THE HIGHWAY AND MY TRUCK STARTED SHACKING BAD AND SLOWED WAY DOWN. THE TRUCK ONLY HAS 60000 MILES AND HAS BEEN WELL CARED FOR.IT FELT LIKE I WAS DRIVING ON SQUARE TIRES.
STEERING WHEEL HAS BECOME DIFFICULT TO TURN. I NOW NEED TWO HANDS TO TURN STEERING WHEEL. SUSPECT IT IS SOMETHING WITH ELECTRIC POWER STEERING. FIRST NOTICED THIS MORNING WHEN I FIRST MOVED VEHICLE IN THE MORNING.

THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED (BOULEVARD FORD LINCOLN, 40 BRIDGEVILLE RD, GEORGETOWN, DE 19947) AND STATED THAT THERE WAS A RECALL FOR THE SAME YEAR, MAKE, AND MODEL VEHICLE, BUT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V248000 (POWER TRAIN). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND INFORMED THE CONTACT OF THE SAME INFORMATION AS THE DEALER. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,000.
MY WIFE AND I WERE DRIVING DOWN THE STREET IN APRIL AND TURNED ON THE REAR DEFROST AND HEAT BECAUSE IT WAS CHILLY OUTSIDE. WITHIN MINUTES, THE REAR PASSENGER WINDOW SHATTERED OUTWARD, STARTLING US AND ALMOST CAUSING US TO HAVE AN ACCIDENT. WE FEEL FORD SHOULD RECALL ALL 2011 F-150S TO REPLACE THE REAR DEFROST, WHICH IS OBVIOUSLY DEFECTIVE, AND REPLACE EVERY REAR WINDOW THAT SHATTERED BECAUSE OF THIS DEFECT.

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 47,063.
THE FORD F-150 WITH A 6R80 TRANSMISSION WAS DOWN SHIFTING WHILE DRIVINGI IT. HAD TO HAVE IT REPAIRED BY FORD. THEY SAID THERE WAS NO RECALL ON THIS TRANSMISSION. THER HAS BEEN TROUBLE WITH THIS TRANSMISSION. SEVERAL TIMES THE ALST 2 YEARS
SIMILAR TO 16S19 RECALL. MY TRUCK WAS NOT INCLUDED. MY TRUCK HAS EXPERIENCED EXACTLY WHAT THE DESCRIPTION FOR THE RECALL STATES. IT DOWNSHIFTED ABRUPTLY AT NO WARNING. SUDDEN KICK IN SWITCHING GEARS.
THE SPEED ODOMETER JUMPS AROUND AND THE GEARS CHANGE SPORADICALLY. AFTER HAVING THIS CHECK BY MY MECHANIC, THEY FEEL THAT IT IS THE POWER TRAIN CONTROL MODULE AND SPEED SENSOR. THEY FOUND A RECALL FOR THIS MODEL F150 BUT IT DID NOT INCLUDE THE DATE OF BUILD ON MY VEHICLE. RECALL 16S19. IT IS DANGEROUS BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE ANY NOTICE AS TO WHEN IT MIGHT ACT UP AND YOU LOOSE POWER WITHOUT ANY WARNING. IT HAPPENS WHEN DRIVING ON WHYWAYANS SIDE STREETS, HIGH AND LOW SPEEDS. IT FEELS AS IF THE GEAR IS DROPPED FROM 5TH TO 1ST AND BACK.

ADDITIONALLY, THE ADVANCE TRAC NEEDED REPAIR MESSAGE APPEARED. THE CONTACT CONTINUED DRIVING TO THE DEALER BAXTER FORD OF OMAHA NEBRASKA THAT DETERMINED THERE WAS A SHORT ON THE ELECTRONIC POWER STEERING AND NEEDED REPLACEMENT. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE SAME FAILURE OCCURRED APPROXIMATELY FIVE TIMES BEFORE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 96,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
WHILE DRIVING ON THE INTERSTATE AT 70 MPH MY SPEED INFORMATION SCREEN SHOWED THE WRENCH AND THE TRANSMISSION DOWN SHIFTED TO A LOWER GEAR. I HAD TO PULL OFF THE INTERSTATE AND RESTART THE VEHICLE AFTER WAITING A FEW MINUTES. AFTER I RESTARTED THE VEHICLE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND WRENCH WENT OUT. SUBSEQUENT PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN THE TRANSMISSION WILL NOT SHIFT OUT OF GEAR AND THE INFORMATION SCREEN SHOWS THE WRENCH. MY LOCAL MECHANIC SAID THE FOLLOWING P CODES WERE PRESENT, P0720 AND P0722 AND ADVISED THERE WAS A RECALL FOR MY SPECIFIC TRANSMISSION. WHEN I CALLED FORD THEY SAID THAT EVEN THOUGH MY TRANSMISSION WAS EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEMS AS THOSE UNDER RECALL MY SPECIFIC TRANSMISSION WAS NOT ON THE RECALL LIST.

THE CONTACT CALLED THE FREDERICK MOTOR COMPANY (800-734-9118, 1 WAVERLEY DR., FREDERICK, MD, 21702) AND THE TECHNICIAN REFERRED THE CONTACT TO AN INDEPENDENT AUTO GLASS SHOP. HOWEVER, THE INDEPENDENT MECHANIC STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS A KNOWN ISSUE AND REFERRED THE CONTACT BACK TO THE DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER BUT NO DIAGNOSIS OR REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE BUT OFFERED NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE, STATING THAT THE FAILURE WAS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 73,000.

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V248000 (POWER TRAIN). NEITHER THE DEALER NOR THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 105,000.
TAKATA RECALL MY STEERING IS HARD TO TURN IN PARK IN STREET OR IN MOTION ON A HIGHWAY.

STARTED OUT WITH LOOSING POWER STEERING ONLY WHEN TURNING LEFT OR RIGHT. IT HAS PROGRESSIVELY GOTTEN WORSE TO THE POINT THAT THERE IS NO POWER STEERING WHILE DRIVING OR TURNING THE VEHICLE ON ANY ROAD OR DRIVEWAY.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, THE STEERING SEIZED AND THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED PRIOR TO THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 150,000.

THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT IF NHTSA DID NOT ATTACH THE RECALL TO THE VIN, THEN NOTHING COULD BE DONE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER LCD DISPLAY LOSES FUNCTIONALITY IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE VEHICLE STARTS. THIS PREVENTS THE INSTRUMENT PANEL FROM DISPLAYING THE SELECTED TRANSMISSION GEAR, INCREASING THE RISK OF UNINTENDED VEHICLE MOVEMENT. IT ALSO PREVENTS WARNING CHIMES, MESSAGES, AND LIGHTS FROM OPERATING. I HAVE NO VISIBILITY ABOUT THE CAR'S HEALTH, ODOMETER, WARNINGS, ETC.

WHILE DRIVING AT ABOUT 35MPH ON MY ROAD I HEARD WHAT SOUNDED LIKE A GUNSHOT INSIDE THE CAB AND THEN DISCOVERED THAT MY PASSENGER SIDE WINDOW LITERALLY EXPLODED. THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE AND SEEMS TO BE RELATED TO THE REAR WINDOW DEFROST. I CALLED MY LOCAL FORD DEALER AND THEY SAID THIS IS NOT SOMETHING THEY WILL REPLACE. I'M NOT ALONE WITH THIS ISSUE, THIS IS HAPPENING TO MANY F150 OWNERS AND NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT!

THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRANSMISSION SENSOR WAS REPLACED AT GLOCKNER SOUTHPOINT FORD (155 CO RD 406, SOUTH POINT, OH 45680, (740) 894-3673) IN FEBRUARY OF 2018 PER THE RECALL. WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH, THE TRANSMISSION DOWNSHIFTED AND THE VEHICLE SLOWED DOWN WITHOUT DEPRESSING THE BRAKE PEDAL. A WRENCH SYMBOL AND THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED PRIOR TO THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER AND THE TRANSMISSION SENSOR WAS REPLACED AGAIN. IT WAS UNKNOWN IF THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 75,000.
I WAS DRIVING AND MAKING A TURN WHEN THE STEERING FELT LIKE THE POWER STEERING FLUID WAS LOW. IT BECAME HARDER TO TURN AND AFTER COMPLETING A TURN I HAD TO USE BOTH HANDS, HAND OVER HAND, TO GET THE CAR STRAIGHT AGAIN. PICTURE TURNING LEFT FROM A COUNTY ROAD ONTO A STATE HIGHWAY, AND WHEN YOU WANT TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THE TRUCK IT CONTINUES INTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC. THIS SEEMS WORSE WHEN THE VEHICLE IS COLD VERSUS AFTER IT HAS WARMED UP. THIS SIX CYLINDER ENGINE DOES NOT HAVE HYDRAULIC POWER STEERING WITH FLUID, BET RATHER AN ELECTRICAL POWER ASSIST MOTOR.
I HAD FILED A COMPLAINT LAST YEAR AFTER A RECALL WAS PUT IN PLACE FOR 2011 F150 FOR THE POWER CONTROL MODULE AND LEAD FRAME SPEED SENSOR AND WAS TOLD THAT MY VEHICLE WAS NOT IN THE DATE RANGE. I HAD THE FORD DEALERSHIP REPAIR THIS AT MY EXPENSE AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE REIMBURSED BY FORD IF A RECALL WAS ANNOUNCED FOR MY DATE OF MANUFACTURE. NOW THAT MY VEHICLE IS INCLUDED IN THE RECALL, I ASKED THE DEALERSHIP TO SUBMIT THE PAPERWORK SO THAT I COULD BE REIMBURSED AND GOT A CALL BACK SAYING THAT FORD WAS NOT GOING TO REIMBURSE ME FOR MY EXPENSE.
