TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD FUSION. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 45 MPH, THE TRACTION CONTROL, ABS, AIR BAG, AND VARIOUS OTHER WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE POWER STEERING FAILED AS WELL. THE DEALER (KOCOUREK FORD LINCOLN, 2727 NORTH 20TH AVE, WAUSAU, WI 54401, (715)-298-3673) WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL ON THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 85,000.
WHILE RETURNING FROM VACATION IN GEORGIA, I WAS GASSING UP IN SOUTH CAROLINA WHEN I PLACED MY CAR IN PARK AND IT STARTED TO ROLL AWAY. I IMMEDIATELY USED THE PARKING BRAKE TO STOP THE VEHICLE. TRIED TO SHIFT IN ANOTHER GEAR AND THE SHIFTER WOULD NOT MOVE. HAD CAR TOWED TO LOCAL FORD DEALER IN HARDEEVILLE, SC ON JULY 7TH, 2018. THEY COULD NOT DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM UNTIL MONDAY JULY 9TH, 2018. CAR WAS DIAGNOSED AND FOUND OUT THAT THE SHIFTING CABLE HAD BROKE. THEY LOCATED PART AND REPAIRED THE CAR ON JULY 10TH, 2018. NOT ONLY DID I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE CAR REPAIR OUT OF MY OWN POCKET, BECAUSE EXTENDED WARRANTY DID NOT COVER, I ACQUIRED AND ADDITIONAL 3 NIGHTS OF LODGING WHILE WAITING FOR MY CAR TO BE REPAIRED.
I WAS PULLING OUT FROM A PARKING SPOT WHEN I TRY TO PUT MY CAR AND DRIVE THE CAR WAS GETTING STUCK IN REVERSE AND I DID EVERYTHING IS SAID TO DO TO TRY TO FIX IT AND MY CAR IS STILL STUCK ON REVERSE THE LIGHT IS STUCK ON REVERSE AND I HAVE NO WAY TO START MY CAR MOVE MY CAR OR ANYTHING AND I'VE HEARD MULTIPLE PEOPLE WITH A 2014 OR OLDER MODEL CHAN AT THEIR REVERSE IS GETTING STUCK
SOMETIMES OUR CAR WILL OPEN THE TRUNK BY ITSELF WHEN IT'S PARKED. IT HAS HAPPENED ABOUT 6 TIMES AND WE CAN'T FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM. SOMETIMES IT OPENS WHEN WE LOCK THE CAR, AND SOMETIMES WE'LL GO OUTSIDE TO FIND THAT IT HAS OPENED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. WE LIVE IN A BIG CITY SO THIS IS A MAJOR PROBLEM.

FIRST THE DRIVER SIDE PASSENGER DOOR OPEN UP IN THE MIDDLE OF DRIVING IN JUNE OF 2018 AND NOW SEPTEMBER OF 2018 THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR FLY OPEN IN THE MIDDLE OF DRIVING DOOR NOT LATCH MAJOR ISSUE AND FORD FUSES TO TAKE RESPONSEAITY FOR THE BAD PRODUCT WHEN THIS IS MAJOR ISSUE AND KNOW THE ISSUE THE DEALERSHIP HAS ACKNOWLEDGE THIS AND THIS SHOULD BE A RECALL
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD ESCAPE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. AFTER INSPECTING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT BECAME AWARE OF A COOLANT LEAK. AN UNKNOWN DEALER WAS CONTACTED AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 12V551000 (ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING) OR 12V431000 (ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS ALSO TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC BUT NO REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED NOR NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 126,779.
MY DRIVER REAR DOOR LATCH IS BROKE WITCH IS KNOWN ISSUE ON 2014 FORD FUSION AND THERE HAVE BEEN TWO DIFFERENT RECALL AND THEY ARE TRYING TO SAY MY VIN IS NOT PART OF THE RECALL AND WANT ME TO PAY IT BROKE ON IT'S OWN AND IN SAFE AND SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE WHEN CONTACT FORD THEY REFUSE TO HELP

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V471000 (POWER TRAIN). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,833.

GRAPEVINE FORD (801 E TX-114, GRAPEVINE, TX 76051) CONFIRMED PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE TO PERFORM THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE VEHICLE 'TEMPORARILY LOST COMMUNICATION WITH THE CLIMATE CONTROL ' BASICALLY THE TOUCHSCREEN FREEZES AND NONE OF THE BUTTONS ON THE CENTER CONSOLE WORK. UNABLE TO TURN ON HEAT OR AIR CONDITIONING. THE WINDOWS LOCK AND CAN NOT BE ROLLED UP OR DOWN. THIS HAS HAPPENED WHILE DRIVING DOWN FREE WAY AND ALSO PARKED AT START UP. THIS OCCURRENCE HAS HAPPENED MORE THAN ONCE. SOMETIMES THE CAR WILL SOME HOW GO BACK TO NORMAL AFTER A DAY. THE LATEST THE VEHICLE HAS LOST COMMUNICATION FOR 4 DAYS. THEY SAY YOU CAN'T LEAVE A KID IN THE CAR WHILE YOU GO INTO A STORE, BUT FORD CAN MAKE IT WHERE I CAN'T ROLL MY WIDOWS DOWN WHILE DRIVING AND I HAVE 2 KIDS IN THE CAR AND IT'S 90 OUT. EVEN MORE WHEN IT'S WINTER TIME AND THE WIDOW FOGS UP WHILE DRIVING THERE IS NO WAY TO CLEAR WINDOWS. TO ME IT IS A SAFETY HAZARD TO NOT BE ABLE TO AT LEAST ROLL YOUR WINDOWS DOWN OR UP BECAUSE AN ISSUE HAPPENS WITH THE VEHICLE COMMUNICATION.

THE VEHICLE WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBERS: 14V597000 (AIR BAGS AND SEAT BELTS) AND 16V384000 (AIR BAGS). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
VACUUM PUMP FAILED WITHOUT ANY WARNING. THIS CAUSED LOSS OF POWER BRAKES. NEARLY CRASHED AT INTERSECTION AS I WAS FORCED TO GO THROUGH A RED LIGHT BECAUSE OF THE LOSS OF BRAKES. UPON DISASSEMBLY OF VACUUM PUMP I FOUND THAT THE DRIVER FOR THE VACUUM PUMP WAS BROKEN OFF IN THE CAMSHAFT AND THE PUMP WAS SEIZED. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE I BELIEVE THAT IF MY WIFE OR DAUGHTER HAD BEEN DRIVING WE WOULD HAVE SURELY WRECKED. ALSO I THINK FORD WILL AVOID THIS ISSUE BASED IN THE HIGH COST OF REPAIRS. REMOVING THE BROKEN PIECE FROM THE CAMSHAFT AMOUNTED TO MAJOR ENGINE REPAIR. THE CAR WASH AS AT THE REPAIR SHOP SEVERAL WEEKS.

THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 17V210000(LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES). THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED THE SAME FAILURE LISTED IN THE RECALL. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 58,000.

AIR CONDITIONING CLUTCH FELL OFF COMPRESSOR WHILE DRIVING ON HIGHWAY. BOLT FELL OUT ALLOWING CLUTCH TO FALL OFF. COULD HAVE HIT ANOTHER VEHICLE ON THE ROAD. ONLY DIDN'T BECAUSE IT GOT CAUGHT IN THE ENGINE SPLASH PAN. AFTER SEARCHING THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM NOT ONLY ON THE FORD FUSON, BUT ALSO ON F SERIES TRUCKS, AND THE FORD MUSTANG.
SO I HAVE A 2014 FUSION, BOUGHT PRE-OWNED CURRENTLY WITH ABOUT 16,000 MILES. I RECENTLY NOTICED THAT MY CAR WHEN ACCELERATING PAUSES TO ACCELERATE. THIS IS ESPECIALLY NOTICEABLE TRYING TO GO FROM 0-60 AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. ALSO AFTER SLOWING DOWN AND HITTING THE GAS PEDAL IT ALMOST FEELS LIKE NO POWER IS BEING APPLIED TO THE ENGINE MOMENTARILY. I WAS STATIONARY, THEN IN MOTION BELOW 10MPH CROSSING AN INTERSECTION ON A CITY STREET AND TO MY RIGHT A VEHICLE WAS DOING 40+ IN A 25 AND FLEW OVER A HILL AND ALMOST HIT ME. WHEN I WENT TO ACCELERATE TO GET OUT OF HIS WAY, THIS IS WHEN I NOTICED THE PROBLEM, I SLAMMED THE GAS AND DIDN'T MOVE UNTIL A LITERAL SECOND LATER, LUCKILY HE SLAMMED HIS BRAKES AND NOTHING HAPPENED. REASON UNKNOWN, HOWEVER AFTER EXPERIMENTING IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT SOME MORE, I NOTICED THAT IT ONLY REALLY HAPPENS IN DRIVE, NOT SPORT. ALTHOUGH IT IS AN AUTOMATIC, THEY SPLIT UP THESE SECTIONS AND PROBABLY DIFFERENT "CHIPS" THAT DICTATE THESE CONTROLS. IT COULD BE A DELAY BETWEEN PRESSING THE PEDAL AND RECEIVING POWER. UNFORTUNATELY, I CANNOT DRIVE THE VEHICLE AND RECORD AT THE SAME TIME AS I DON'T HAVE A SAFE WAY OF DOING SO, AND IT LOOKS LIKE YOU DON'T ALLOW VIDEO TO BE UPLOADED ANYWAY. THE VEHICLE CURRENTLY HAS 27,000, MODEL SE, 2.5L ENGINE, SEMI-AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. AGAIN, DOES DELAY IN ACCELERATION IN DRIVE, NOT SPORT.

FRONT BRAKE HOSES RUPTURED 3 MONTHS APART. LEFT FAILED FIRST. WHILE STOPPED AT A RED LIGHT, THE PEDAL GAVE WAY AND TRAVELED TO THE FLOOR. RIGHT FAILED TODAY. WHILE STOPPED IN A FAST FOOD DRIVE-THRU LINE, THE PEDAL GAVE WAY AND TRAVELED TO THE FLOOR.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER WHERE THE SHIFT LINKAGE BUSHING WAS REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 113,000.

MY 2014 FUSION IS PERIODICALLY OVERHEATING. AFTER TAKING IT TO 2 DIFFERENT MECHANICS & NEITHER ONE BEING ABLE TO DETERMINE WHAT IS CAUSING IT I FOUND RECALL #17S09 INVOLVING THE SAME YR, MODEL & ASSEMBLY PLANT AS MY VEHICLE BUT ONLY INCLUDING 1.6L GTDI ENGINES. MY VEHICLE HAS A 1.5L GTDI & I BELIEVE IS BEING AFFECTED BY THE SAME ISSUE AS THE 1.6L MODELS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN RECALLED.
I WAS TRYING TO SLOW DOWN ON A STREET GOING TOWARDS GRAND AVENUE TO MAKE A STOP, WHEN MY BRAKES WOULD NOT SLOW DOWN. I LOOKED DOWN TO SEE WHY THEY WEREN'T WORKING AND WHEN I LOOKED BACK UP I WAS OUT INTO THE STREET AND GOT HIT ON THE DRIVERS SIDE BY A CEMENT TRUCK . I WAS PUT AT FAULT AND MY VEHICLE WAS TOTALED. NOW OUR INSURANCE IS GOING TO RISE SIGNIFICANTLY AND I HAVE AN ACCIDENT ON MY RECORD EVEN WHEN IT WAS NOT INTENTIONALLY MY FAULT.

THE VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED BY AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THERE WAS TRANSMISSION FAILURE. THE DEALER (MCCOY MILLS FORD, 700 W COMMONWEALTH AVE, FULLERTON, CA 92832, (855) 546-0900) WAS CONTACTED AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED BY THE DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND A CASE WAS OPENED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 134,000.

DISABLED EMISSION-RELATED MONITORS ARE UNABLE TO WARN OF AN EMISSION CONTROL MALFUNCTION. VEHICLE WHEN BEING OPERATED SMELLS AND CAUSES OCCUPANTS TO CHOKE.
APRIL 13TH, 2018 APPROXIMATELY 4:45PM. PICKED UP MY KIDS FROM SCHOOL GET BACK INTO MY CAR, START IGNITION AND START DRIVING HOME FROM SCHOOL. AIR CONDITIONER STOPS WORKING, LOCKS LOCK, WINDOWS WON'T GO DOWN. THERE IS NO WAY TO GET AIR INTO THE CAR.I TOOK THE CAR TO PEORIA FORD ON APRIL 16, 2018 AND THEY HAD THE CAR 2 WEEKS AND 1 DAY AND REPLACED THE ELECTRONIC BOARD. I RECEIVED THE CAR BACK ON TUESDAY MAY 1ST. I DROVE THE CAR ON SUNDAY MAY 6TH TO TAKE MY KIDS TO THEIR FATHERS HOUSE. THE AIR CONDITIONING ONCE AGAIN WENT OUT WHILE DRIVING, DOORS AUTOMATICALLY LOCKED AND WINDOWS WOULDN'T ROLL DOWN. THE TEMPERATURE WAS 101 WHEN THIS HAPPENED. I DROVE IT HOME AND IT SAT IN MY DRIVEWAY UNTIL MONDAY, MAY 7TH. IT HAD TO BE TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP AS IT WAS TO HOT TO DRIVE THAT DAY AND THE AIR CONDITIONING WOULD NOT WORK, WINDOWS WOULDN'T ROLL DOWN AND DOORS WOULD LOCK UPON DRIVING. THE RADIO ALSO GETS STUCK INTO HIGH VOLUME SO YOU HAVE TO TURN THE BLUE TOOTH ON TO GET SILENCE. THIS ALSO HAPPENED EARLY AUGUST 2017 AND THE ENGINE WAS REPLACED IN SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER 2017. THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION AS THE ONLY WAY TO GET AIR TO ME AND MY CHILDREN IS TO STOP THE CAR AND GET OUT. THIS DOES NOT WORK WHEN YOU ARE IN HIGHWAY TRAFFIC. THIS HAPPENS BOTH STATIONARY AND DRIVING.

THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND REFERRED THE CONTACT BACK TO THE DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 75,000.
THE SHIFTER CABLE BROKE ON TRANSMISSION RESULTING IN NOT BEING ABLE TO PROPERLY PUT CAR IN GEAR AND TURN ENGINE OFF. CAR WOULD START IN DRIVE POSITION. I WAS ATTEMPTING TO CHANGE GEARS FROM PARK TO DRIVE WHEN THE PROBLEM OCCURRED. IT FORTUNATELY OCCURRED IN FRONT OF MY RESIDENCE. MY CONTENTION IS THAT IN 50 YEARS OF DRIVING AND OWNING CARS, I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE. FURTHER, WHEN I RECEIVED YOUR SAFETY RECALL NOTICE 18S20/NHTSA RECALL 18V471, I'M CONCERNED THAT THEY ARE RELATED. ADDITIONALLY, MY REPAIR ON APRIL 26, 2018 COST ME $375.54. NOW, FORD IS GOING TO HAVE GO BACK INTO THE SAME AREA OF THE TRANSMISSION.
MAKING A RIGHT TURN, GOING 5-10 MILES PER HOUR AND ALL OF THE SUDDEN I GET A "SERVICE ADVANCETRAC" MESSAGE ALONG WITH "HILL ASSIST CHECK" "CHECK REAR PARKING SENSOR" AND IT APPEARED AN ABS LIGHT AND NO AIR BAGS.
I HAVEN'T EVEN HAD MY CAR A WHOLE YEAR YET AND I HAVE ALREADY REPLACED A TRANSMISSION AND NOW HAVING TO DO THE STEERING WHEEL/BEARING/HUB ASSEMBLY I THOUGHT FORD WAS OKAY UNTIL NOW I'VE SPENT SO MUCH MONEY TRYING TO REPAIR THIS CAR.
VERY DANGEROUS SAFETY HAZARD WITH 2014 FORD FUSION. THERE ARE ISSUES WITH THE CAR STALLING ON ME. TYPICALLY IT HAPPENS WHEN I AM LEAVING A PARKING LOT OR GAS STATION, PULLING AWAY FROM A STOP SIGN/LIGHT, OR REVERSING FROM A PARKING SPOT AND SHIFTING BACK INTO DRIVE. IT WILL SPUTTER, THE RPM NEEDLE RAPIDLY FLUCTUATES ABOVE 1 AND UNDER 1, AND THEN WILL JUST GO TO 0. AT ALL TIMES I AM DRIVING AT LOW SPEEDS, BUT NUMEROUS TIMES I WAS EITHER DRIVING INTO A BUSY STREET OR IT STALLED IN AN INTERSECTION WHERE I OR OTHER PEOPLE COULD HAVE BEEN SERIOUSLY INJURED. THIS HAS HAPPENED ABOUT 3 TIMES IN THE LAST 4 WEEKS, BUT IT IS VERY RANDOM. ONE DAY IT HAPPENED ONE TIME AT AN INTERSECTION, THEN IT HAPPENED TWICE IN ONE EVENING IT WAS TO THE DEALERSHIP EACH TIME AND THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT FIND AN ISSUE BECAUSE THERE IS NO CODE. THERE IS NO ENGINE LIGHT ON, SO THEY SAID THEY CAN NOT DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. I SEARCHED NHTSA WEBSITE AND I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO REPORTS THIS PROBLEM. MY COWORKER ALSO HAS A 2014 FORD FUSION AND HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. CURRENTLY 28,000 MILES ON THE CAR. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED
WHILE ATTEMPTING TO CHARGE THE PARKED VEHICLE IN MY GARAGE, I PLUGGED IN THE 110-VOLT CHARGER THAT CAME WITH THE CAR INTO THE WALL BEFORE PLUGGING IT INTO THE VEHICLE. IT SPARKED AND NEARLY CAUSED A FIRE. UPON INSPECTION, IT WAS CLEAR THE PLUG WAS OVERHEATING OVER TIME AND CAUSED A SHORT IN THE WIRING ADJACENT TO THE PLUG. THE OEM OF THE UNIT WAS MADE BY CLIPPER CREEK. I REPORTED THIS ISSUE TO CLIPPER CREEK AS WELL.
EVERYTIME I PUT MY CAR IN GEAR, EITHER REVERSE OR DRIVE, THE GAS TANK DOOR WILL OPEN UP. THE GAS TANK BUTTON DOESN'T WORK AND NEITHER DOES THE EV BUTTON FOR PURE ELECTRIC DRIVE. THE ONLY WAY TO OPEN THE GAS TANK DOOR IS TO PUT THE CAR IN GEAR.
WHILE IN MOTION, AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION HESITATES TO SHIFT FROM 2ND GEAR TO 3RD GEAR. THIS OCCURS AT ALL TEMPERATURES AND SPEEDS. VEHICLE IS 2014 FUSION SE, 2.5L WITH SIX SPEED AUTOMATIC, HAS 13,500 MILES AS OF 4/3/18.

I PUT CAR IN PARK. WHEN I RESTARTED THE CAR I COULD NOT MOVE THE SHIFTER. LOOKED AT CAR DISPLAY AND IT SAID 'CAR NOT IN GEAR'. THE DIGITAL READ OUT SHOWED CAR IN PARK. I HAD IT TOWED TO DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIR. THEY SAID GEAR CABLE WAS BROKEN. COST ME $585 TO REPAIR. GEAR ON THE RADIO THAT TRUCKS AND SUV BEING RECALLED FOR SAME ISSUE AT NO COST. WHY WAS THE FUSION LEFT OFFF THIS RECALL?

THE DEALER (LUTESVILLE FORD IN MARBLE HILL, MO, 573-723-1136) INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT EXPERIENCED A STEERING FAILURE, BUT THE DETAILS WERE NOT PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,500. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
I HAVE 24391 MILES ON MY CAR AND I WAS TOLD I NEED NEW SHOCKS IN THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE. I HAVE NEVER REPLACED BACK SHOCKS ON A CAR WITH THAT LITTLE BIT OF MILEAGE. THIS SHOULD BE A RECALL NOW FORD WANTS ME TO PAY 435.00 FOR THIS REALLY? FIRST TIME I HAVE OWNED A FORD. BUT WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ONE EVER AGAIN IF I HAVE TO PAY FOR NEW REAR SHOCKS.
I WAS NOT INFORMED BY THE MANUFACTURER ABOUT THIS RECALL OR WHEN AND HOW TO GET IT REPAIRED. I HAD TO FIND OUT ONLINE MYSELF WHEN I WAS SEARCHING MY VIN.
1. WHEN PUMPING GASOLINE, THE LEVER CLICKS OFF EVERY 1-2 SECONDS, TAKING LONG TIME TO FILL GAS TANK, AND NEVER KNOWING IF OVER-FILLING. I MUST REPEATEDLY TURN THE IGNITION ON/OFF/ON IN ORDER TO SEE THE GAS GAUGE. 2. THE BODY DENTS EASILY.
MY TIRES CONSTANTLY SEEM LIKE THEY SLIDE WHEN THE ROADS ARE MOIST, ALTHOUGH I HAVE TAKEN THE CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAY THE TREAD ON THE TIRES IS FINE. ON THURSDAY, MARCH 9, 2018 I WAS COMING INTO WORK AND THERE WAS A LIGHT LAYER OF SNOW ON THE GROUND I HIT THE BRAKES AS I TURNED THE CORNER OF A PARKING LOT AND THE CAR WOULD NOT STOP. TO AVOID HITTING A TREE I HAD TO TURN THE STEERING WHEEL CAUSING A BREAK IN THE WHEEL, NEED FOR A WHEEL ALIGNMENT AND A NEW RIGHT FRONT BEARING, $903.42 WORTH OF DAMAGE. I CHECKED TO SEE IF THERE WAS ICE OF SOME SORT BUT THERE WAS NOTHING.
