2005 HONDA ACCORD. CONSUMER REQUEST FULL REIMBURSEMENT IN REGARDS TO RECALL REPAIRS *TGW THE CONSUMER STATED THE TRANSMISSION WAS MAKING A BAD WHINING SOUND. THE DEALER REPLACED THE TRANSMISSION AND TORQUE CONVERTER. *JB
HONDA 2005 ACCORD EX: MY POWER WINDOWS WILL NOT ALWAYS FUNCTION. WINDOW WILL NOT GO DOWN WHEN SWITCH IS PRESSED. IF IT IS DOWN, IT WILL NOT COME UP. NEITHER DIRECTION WORKS CORRECTLY. THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR ALMOST 5 MONTHS. THIS WEEK THE WINDOW WENT DOWN WHILE I WAS DRIVING BUT HAD NOT PRESSED THE SWITCH. OUR HONDA FIT 2007 JUST RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR THIS EXACT ISSUE. IS THERE ALSO A PROBLEM WITH HONDA ACCORD 2005?
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 HONDA ACCORD. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH HE SWAYED TO AVOID STRIKING AN ANIMAL IN THE ROADWAY. THE VEHICLE DROVE INTO A DITCH AND ROLLED OVER TWICE. THE VEHICLE WAS COMPLETELY DESTROYED, BUT NONE OF THE AIR BAGS DEPLOYED. THE DRIVER WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL WITH SEVERE PERSONAL INJURIES. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A COLLISION CENTER. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 80,000.
LOSS OF LIGHTS ON CONTROLS FOR HEATING, DEFROST AND ALL OTHER CLIMATE CONTROLS. OVER A PERIOD OF SEVERAL WEEKS, I HAD AN INTERMITTENT LOSS OF BACKLIGHT TO THE CLIMATE CONTROLS FOR MY CAR. THIS PRESENTS A HAZARD DURING NIGHTTIME DRIVING AS THE DOME LIGHTS MUST BE SWITCHED ON AND IT TAKES LONGER TO FIND THE APPROPRIATE CONTROL FOR DEFROST FOR THE WINDSHIELD. THIS IS ALSO RELATED TO THE BACKLIGHT ON THE RADIO, WHICH WAS A KNOWN PROBLEM WITH HONDA ACCORDS FOR A VERY LONG TIME. THE LIGHTS WOULD GO OUT, THEN COME BACK ON AGAIN WHEN I WENT OVER A BUMP OR TURNED THE HEADLIGHTS ON OR OFF (INDICATING AN ELECTRICAL INSTEAD OF BULB PROBLEM). THE LOSS OF FUNCTION INCREASED GRADUALLY IN TERMS OF NUMBER OF OUTAGES, LENGTH AND DURATION. THE CAR WAS TAKEN IN AFTER TWO NEAR ACCIDENTS DUE TO TRYING TO TURN ON THE DEFROSTER WHILE DRIVING. DESPITE A KNOWN PROBLEM WITH PRIOR YEAR ACCORDS IN THE EXACT SAME SYSTEM, FOR WHICH HONDA HAS ISSUED RECALLS, I DID HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR. *TR
2005 HONDA ACCORD 4 DR SDN ACCELERATOR WAS STUCK AND I HAD TO HIT GARAGE DOOR TO STOP THE CAR AND THE CAR WENT THROUGH GARAGE DOOR DAMAGED CAR AND THINGS. THIS IS POTENTIALLY A BIG PROBLEM WITH HONDA 2005 BRAKES. I CONTACTED METLIFE INSURANCE COMPANY AND GAVE THE CAR FOR REPAIR. *TR
WINDSHIELD WIPERS QUIT WORKING WHILE DRIVING IN RAIN. COULD NO LONGER SEE ADEQUATELY TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE. TAKING TO DEALER FOR REPAIR. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 HONDA ACCORD. WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE INTERMITTENTLY STALLS WITHOUT ANY PRIOR WARNINGS. THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN TAKEN TO THE DEALER SEVERAL TIMES. HIS VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED ACCORDING TO RECALL #07V097000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:DELIVERY:FUEL PUMP) . HOWEVER THE REPAIR DID NOT REMEDY THE FAILURE. THE DEALER THEN UPDATED THE ECM. A WEEK LATER THE FAILURE RESURFACED. A TECHNICIAN HAD TO REPAIR THE WIRING HARNESS FROM UNDERNEATH OF THE IGNITION, BUT THE VEHICLE CONTINUED TO FAIL. THE MANUFACUTURER WAS NOTIFIED, BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 68,0000.

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 73,000.

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 HONDA ACCORD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY BETWEEN 45-50 ON NORMAL ROAD CONDITIONS. PRESSURE WAS APPLIED TO THE BRAKE PEDAL AND IT WAS FOLLOWED BY STUTTERING. WHILE TRAVELING 45 MPH OR GREATER THE FAILURE OCCURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR INSPECTION. THE FAILURE WAS CONTRIBUTED TO WARPED ROTORS. THE TECHNICIAN TURNED THE FRONT ROTORS AND A REPLACED THE FRONT DISC PADS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO A AUTHORIZED DEALER AFTER THE SERVICE REPAIR WAS PERFORMED DUE TO INSTALLATION OF THE INCORRECT DISC PADS. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,500 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 25,800.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER WHERE SHE WAS THEN INFORMED THAT THE CALIPERS AND ROTORS WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 39,219 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 48,539.

AT 12K REPORTED A BRAKE PROBLEM. DEALER COULD NOT IDENTIFY CAUSE AND TURNED ROTORS FRONT AND REAR AND REPLACED THE PADS. AT APPROXIMATELY 24K, SAME ISSUE AGAIN. DEALER COULD NOT IDENTIFY CAUSE AND REPLACED PADS FRONT AND REAR AND TURNED ROTORS. THE SHAKE AND VIBRATION RETURNED AT JUST PAST THE 36K WARRANTY PERIOD. CAR IS NOW AT 49K, LEFT REAR BRAKE IS WORN OUT AND THE ROTOR IS BADLY SCORED. HONDA REFUSED TO PROVIDE ANY FURTHER FACTORY ASSISTANCE AND STATED IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY AT THIS POINT. IT IS MY CONTENTION THAT THE CAR HAS HAD A SAFETY ISSUE WITH THE BRAKE SYSTEM SINCE NEW AND HONDA THROUGH IT'S DEALER HAS NOT TAKEN THE PROPER STEPS TO IDENTIFY THE ISSUE AND CORRECT IT, RATHER PERFORMED A BANDAID FIX AND SENT ME ON MY WAY. THIS CAR IS UNSAFE AT THIS TIME AND HAS BEEN SINCE NEW. *TR
BECAUSE OF THE GREAT REPUTATION OF HONDA VEHICLES, I AND MY HUSBAND DECIDED TO BUY A HONDA ACCORD EX CAR 2005 TWO YEARS AGO. WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT UNTIL LAST TUESDAY, WHEN I WAS DRIVING BACK TO HOME WHEN THE ENGINE STALLED SUDDENLY, AFTER ABOUT TWO MINUTES I TURN IT ON AND IT SEEMED FINE WHILE I WAS DRIVING FOR LESS THAN A MILE TO GET HOME. TWO HOURS LATER ON I AND MY HUSBAND WERE GETTING OFF HE TOOK THE KEYS TO DRIVE THE CAR AND I DID NOT TELL HIM ABOUT THE INCIDENT I SIMPLY TOTALLY FORGOT BECAUSE I DID THINK IT WAS A PROBLEM AND I DID NOT EXPECT TO BE A PROBLEM, SO WE GOT OFF WE GOT IN THE CAR HE TRIED START THE CAR AND IT JERKED HARD AND IT WONT START HE TRIED AGAIN AND WE DROVE IT BUT THE CAR WAS CRANKING AND IT JERKED HARD AND SLOWED DOWN AND IT STOPPED AND IT DID THE SAME THING HE WAS DECREASING THE SPEED. OUR CAR IS 74,000 MILES WE TOOK IT TO A MECHANIC AT HONDA DEALERSHIP AND HE SAID THE TRANSMISSION IS FAILING A WAY HE NEVER SEEN BEFORE HE CHECKED AND THERE ARE NO RECALLS FOR THAT PROBLEM SO TO WE NEED TO GET A NEW TRANSMISSION AND REPLACE THE AXLES AS WELL WHICH IS GOING TO COST US AROUND 4000 DOLLARS I DON'T THINK THIS IS FAIR I BELIEVE IN MY HEARTH IT'S A MANUFACTURE PROBLEM AND IT SHOULD BE A RECALL I DID A LOT RESEARCHES AND A LOT OF PEOPLE THEY HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. MY O2 SENSOR WENT OUT ON MY 2005 HONDA ACCORD AND WAS STALLING OUT AND IT WAS POWERLESS WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE. I REPLACED THE O2 SENSOR BUT IT STILL STALLS OUT. *TR

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER AND THEY STATED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALLS, ALTHOUGH THE FAILURES WERE IDENTICAL. CURRENTLY, THE FUSE BOX IS BEING REPLACED AT THE CONTACT'S EXPENSE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 60,000.
I WAS DRIVING ON INTERSTATE IN MY 2005 HONDA ACCORD EX , DRIVING 68 MILES AN HOUR AND SUDDENLY THE CAR COMPLETED WIGGED OUT, THE RPM'S REVVED UP IN THE RED AND THE CAR WOULD NOT MAINTAIN SPEED. IT WAS SUDDEN AND SUPER DANGEROUS CONSIDERING THE CIRCUMSTANCE. I CALLED HONDA CARE AND ARRANGED TO BE BROUGHT TO HONDA, THEY INFORMED ME I NEEDED A WHOLE NEW TRANSMISSION. THAT IT WAS INTERNAL. THANK GOD I SERVICE AND MAY GOD BE WITH HONDA OWNERS TO PROTECT THEM FROM THIS INTERNAL ISSUE. *TR
STARTING AT AROUND 70K MILES, THE RADIO DISPLAY BACKLIGHT DOES NOT LIGHT UP INTERMITTENTLY. ALTHOUGH THE RADIO AND CONTROLS WORK, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO VIEW THE TIME, RADIO VOLUME, OR STATION NUMBER WITHOUT THE ASSISTANCE OF AN INDEPENDENT LIGHT SOURCE SUCH AS THE OVERHEAD LIGHT. THERE HAS BEEN A RECALL FOR THIS ISSUE FOR THE 2003-2004 MODEL YEAR. THIS RECALL SHOULD BE EXTENDED TO THE 2005 MODEL YEAR AS WELL BECAUSE THERE IS NO MAJOR DIFFERENCE IN AUDIO UNIT DESIGN. *TR
I WAS DRIVING MY HONDA ACCORD 2005 EX TO WORK TODAY FROM BURKE TO FT BELVOIR, VA, AND 25 MINUTES INTO THE DRIVE, THE CAR STALLED ON FAIRFAX COUNTY IN THE PASSING LANE. THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE, EACH ABOUT 3 WEEKS APART. WHEN THE CAR STALLS, THE IGNITION IMMOBILIZER SWITCH LIGHT IMMEDIATELY FLASHES. AUTO WENT IN FOR SERVICE, DETERMINED NEEDED NEW TRANSMISSION AT COST OF $4000. MOTOR MOUNT ALSO FOUND BROKEN. AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS TO AMERICAN HONDA - WAS TOLD THAT 127K WAS A RESPECTABLE MILEAGE PRIOR TO TRANNY FAILURE AND THERE WOULD BE NO GOOD WILL ASSISTANCE OF REPAIR COSTS! THIS CAR HAD LONG HISTORY OF CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS DUE TO FAULTY ENGINE MGMT S/W WHICH WAS RESOLVED IN LATE 2007. ALSO REPORTED TO DEALER TRANNY LIGHT AT 26K MILES BUT WAS TOLD NOTHING WRONG. 3K MILES AFTER REPLACEMENT I FIND THE GAS MILEAGE HAS INCREASED BY OVER 3MPG WHICH MAKES ME WONDER IF THE ORIG TRANNY WAS PROBLEMATIC SINCE PURCHASE OF CAR? *TR
2005 HONDA ACCORD LX. CONSUMER STATES UNINTENDED ACCELERATION CAUSING A CRASH. *TGW WHILE PULLING SLOWLY INTO A PARKING SPACE, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY ACCELERATED. THE CONSUMER IMMEDIATELY APPLIED FORCE TO THE BRAKE AS THE VEHICLE BROKE THROUGH A WOODEN FENCE AND CRASHED INTO A TREE. *JB

THE CONTACT TURNED OFF THE ENGINE IN HOPES THAT THE INDICATOR WOULD RESET; HOWEVER, IT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. THE DEALER WANTED TO CHARGE HIM TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE, BUT THE CONTACT WAS NOT WILLING TO PAY. A REPORT WAS NOT FILED WITH THE MANUFACTURER, BUT THEY STATED THAT THE DEALER WILL NEED TO DIAGNOSE THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT WILL TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 33,200.

THE CONTACT EXPERIENCED THE IDENTICAL FAILURES AS MENTIONED IN THE RECALL. THE VIN NUMBER WAS EXCLUDED FROM THE RECALL. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED FOR THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS UNAVAILABLE.
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 HONDA ACCORD. WHILE DRIVING 20 MPH, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED AUTOMATICALLY AND THE BRAKES FAILED. THE CONTACT HAD TO DRIVE OFF THE ROAD AND CRASHED THE VEHICLE INTO A SMALL TREE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTO BODY SHOP FOR REPAIRS AND TO HAVE THE BRAKES INSPECTED. HE DISCOVERED ONLINE THAT OTHER VEHICLES WERE EXPERIENCING THE SAME ISSUE. THE CONTACT FEELS THAT HONDA IS AT FAULT AND ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING TO CORRECT THE ISSUE. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 32,000 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 31,349.
THE DEFECT CONCERNS THE FAILURE OF THE MOUNTING ASSEMBLY FOR THE DRIVER'S SEAT. THIS CAR HAS POWER FRONT SEATS. THE LEFT REAR MOUNT FOR THE DRIVER'S FRONT SEAT HAS BROKEN FROM THE UNDER CARRIAGE BELOW THE SEAT CAUSING THE LEFT REAR OF THE DRIVER'S SEAT TO BE DISCONNECTED AND LOOSE FROM THE UNDERCARRIAGE AND POTENTIALLY THE SEAT COULD COME LOOSE IN AN ACCIDENT. THE UNDERCARRIAGE CONTAINS THE POWER EQUIPMENT TO MOVE THE SEAT AND MOUNT THE SEAT. A HONDA DEALER HAS INSPECTED THE SEAT AND SAID THE SEAT UNDER CARRIAGE MUST BE REPLACED AT A COST OF $750. I CONSIDER THIS A SAFETY PROBLEM SINCE THE DRIVER'S SEAT MOUNT IS BROKEN AN THE DRIVERS SEAT COULD COME LOOSE IN AN ACCIDENT. *TR
THE AUDIO UNIT DISPLAY LIGHTS GO DIM 1-2 MINUTES AFTER THE HEADLIGHTS ARE TURNED ON. THE RADIO DIALS AND HVAC CONTROL SWITCHES ALSO GO COMPLETELY OUT. THE ONLY LIGHT ON IN THE AREA IS THE SMALL GREEN LIGHT SHOWING WHICH HVAC BUTTON HAS BEEN SELECTED. THE INSTRUMENT PANEL LIGHTS DO LIGHT UP AND ARE CONTROLLABLE WITH THE DIMMER SWITCH. THIS IS A PROBLEM WITH EARLIER MODEL YEARS (2003-2004) OF THIS MODEL RUN. IN 2007 HONDA ISSUED A 7 YEAR/100,000 MILE WARRANTY EXTENSION LETTER FOR THESE YEARS. ON APRIL 2 2005 I BOUGHT A HONDA ACCORD. RECENTLY I TOOK MY CAR TO THE OURISMAN HONDA DEALERSHIP FOR A ROUTINE MAINTENANCE. THE PREVIOUS DAY I HEARD A NOISE COMING FROM THE ENGINE. I EXPLAINED TO THE NOISE TO THE TECHNICIAN. HE CHECKED AND FOUND THE CAR HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE TRANSMISSION. DURING THE COOLER SEASON, WHILE PARKED THE BRAKE VACUUM SYSTEM LOSE THE BRAKE VACUUM. SO WHEN YOU GET IN AND PRESS ON THE BRAKE PEDAL IT IS HARD SINCE THERE IS NO MORE VACUUM IN THE BRAKE BOOSTER. THIS IS DANGEROUS IF YOU ARE PARKED ON A HILL WITH VEHICLES AROUND YOU. YOU COULD END UP HITTING ANOTHER VEHICLE. I AM CONCERNED THAT THE BRAKE VACUUM SYSTEM COULD FAIL WHILE DRIVING MAKING BRAKING INEFFECTIVE.

THE VEHICLE WAS LOCKED IN THE CRUISE CONTROL MODE AND IT CONTINUED MOVING TOWARDS ONCOMING TRAFFIC. THE CONTACT LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND CRASHED INTO TWO VEHICLES. THE CONTACT AND ANOTHER PERSON WERE INJURED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE INVESTIGATOR STATED THAT THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER MODULE CAUSED THE CRASH. SATURDAY AFTERNOON 9/13/08, MY WIFE EXPERIENCED AN UNUSUAL UNCONTROLLABLY HIGH RPM RAPID VEHICLE ACCELERATION WHEN SHIFTING FROM PARK TO DRIVE. VEHICLE INVOLVED WAS A 2005, HONDA ACCORD. FORTUNATELY THIS EVENT OCCURRED IN A PRIVATE WILD LIFE PARKING AREA AND NOT IN AN AREA CONGESTED WITH PEOPLE WHERE SERIOUS INJURIES/DEATH COULD HAVE OCCURRED. SEQUENCE OF EVENTS: 1. INITIALLY VEHICLE COULD NOT BE SHIFTED FROM PARK TO DRIVE. ENGINE WAS SHUT OFF AND RESTARTED 3 OR 4 TIMES AND SHE WAS THEN ABLE TO SHIFT INTO REVERSE AND BACK OUT OF PARKING SPOT. 2. WITH FOOT ON THE BRAKE SHE SHIFTED FROM REVERSE TO DRIVE AND THEN STARTED FORWARD. 3. AT THAT TIME THE ENGINE STARTED A RAPID UNCONTROLLABLY RPM INCREASE AND VEHICLE ACCELERATION. 4. AFTER MOVING FORWARD AND TURNING RIGHT TO AVOID HITTING A TREE HEAD ON THE VEHICLE STRUCK AND JUMPED OVER A LANDSCAPE RAILROAD CROSS TIE. THE TOTAL DISTANCE TRAVELED FROM THE POINT OF SHIFTING INTO DRIVE AND JUMPING OVER THE CROSS TIE WAS APPROXIMATELY 30 FEET. 5. AT THIS TIME SHE BELIEVES THE UNCONTROLLED HIGH RPM & VEHICLE ACCELERATION STOPPED. 6. VEHICLE CONTINUED FORWARD FOR 15 +/- FEET AND STRUCK AND DAMAGED A HEAVY METAL GUARD GATE. 7. VEHICLE FRONT END AND UNDERNEATH DAMAGE HAS NOT BEEN ASSESSED AT THIS TIME. 8. CAUSE OF VEHICLE MALFUNCTION IS ALSO UNKNOWN. *TR
THE AUDIO UNIT DISPLAY LIGHTS DO NOT COME ON WHEN THE HEADLIGHTS ARE TURNED ON. THE RADIO DIAL, CLOCK, AND HVAC CONTROL SWITCHES ARE NOT LIT. THE ONLY LIGHT ON IN THE AREA IS THE SMALL GREEN LIGHT SHOWING WHICH HVAC BUTTON HAS BEEN SELECTED. THE INSTRUMENT PANEL LIGHTS DO LIGHT UP ARE CONTROLLABLE WITH THE DIMMER SWITCH. THIS PROBLEM CAME ON SUDDENLY - ONE NIGHT THEY WORKED WHEN I TURNED ON THE HEADLIGHTS AND THE NEXT NIGHT THEY DID NOT WORK. SO FAR THIS IS A CONSISTENT PROBLEM. I HAVE CHECKED THE FUSES; NONE WERE BLOWN. AS A DRIVER I CAN COPE WITH THE PROBLEM THIS TIME OF THE YEAR, BUT AS WINTER SETS IN AND THE WINDSHIELD NEEDS TO BE CLEARED OF INTERIOR FOG WITH THE DEFROSTER I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE WHICH CONTROL TO HIT CREATING AN UNSAFE SITUATION. RECENTLY, THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER AND THEY STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS RELATED TO THE AIR CONDITION SYSTEM COMPONENT. WHILE DRIVING IN THE MIDDLE OF A HEAT WAVE, THE AIR CONDITIONING IN MY 2005 HONDA ACCORD HYBRID HAD STOPPED BLOWING COLD AIR. I HAD ONLY HAD MY CAR FOR THREE MONTHS, SO I WAS CONFUSED AT WHY MY AIR CONDITIONING HAD GONE OUT. I TOOK THE CAR TO A MECHANIC WHO TOLD ME THAT A ROCK HAD HIT AND DAMAGED THE AC CONDENSER, CAUSING THE FREON GAS TO LEAK FROM THE CONDENSER. HE SAID THAT THE CONDENSER IS LOCATED IN FRONT OF THE RADIATOR AND BECAUSE OF ITS LOCATION IS WILL ALWAYS BE EXPOSED TO DEBRIS WHILE DRIVING. THE CONDENSER CAN BE SEEN THROUGH THE LARGE HOLES OF THE VENT AT THE FRONT OF THE CAR. THE MECHANIC GAVE ME A $750 ESTIMATE FOR THE PART AND LABOR. SINCE THE CAR IS A NEWER MODEL, THERE ARE NOT OLD PARTS AVAILABLE. HE ALSO INFORMED ME THAT BECAUSE THE CAR WAS NOT DESIGNED TO PROTECT THE CONDENSER, THAT IT IS VERY LIKELY THAT THE PART WILL BE DAMAGED AGAIN AND AGAIN. THIS PART IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY AND I CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY $750 EVERY TIME THIS OCCURS. *TR
