I RECEIVED THE FIRST RECALL NOTICE FROM HONDA FOR AIRBAG INFLATOR PROBLEM IN APRIL 2015. I PROMPTLY CALLED A DEALER TO SET UP SERVICE FOR THE RECALL, BUT THEY SAID THEY HAD TO GET THE PARTS IN. I CALLED AGAIN AFTER TWO WEEKS AND STILL NO PARTS. I JUST RECEIVED ANOTHER RECALL NOTICE FROM HONDA FOR THE SAME PROBLEM, BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM THE DEALER TO DO THE SERVICE. IT HAS NOW BEEN THREE MONTHS. WHY WOULD HONDA SEND OUT THE RECALL AND NOT HAVE THE PARTS FOR THE DEALERS TO REPLACE?

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 HONDA ACCORD. WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH OVER A POTHOLE, THE DRIVER'S SIDE AIR BAG DEPLOYED INADVERTENTLY. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V351000 (AIR BAGS). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 112,000.

DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY AND ENTERED CALDECOTT TUNNEL IN BERKELEY, CA. ALL OF A SUDDEN THE CAR WOULD NOT GO AND THE RPMS SHOT UP TO 6500. I HAD NOWHERE TO GO AS I WAS IN A 2 LANE TUNNEL. I PUT MY FLASHERS ON AND SLOWED TO A STOP. THIS FREEWAY HAS A VERY HIGH VOLUME OF TRAFFIC AND I WAS LUCKY NOT TO GET CREAMED BY SOMEONE. THERE WAS NO WARNING LIGHT THAT CAME ON. THERE WAS A BURNING SMELL. I WAS "PULLED" OUT OF THE TUNNEL BY A VERY NICE MAN WHO STOPPED TO HELP ME. HAD THE CAR TOWED TO MY MECHANIC WHO TELLS ME THAT THE TRANSMISSION IS DONE. THIS IS A 2005 HONDA ACCORD V6 AND AFTER RESEARCHING, I SEE THAT THERE ARE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE TRANSMISSION. I PLAN ON CALLING HONDA TO SEE WHAT THEY PLAN TO DO. DRIVING SOUTH ON I 81 AT APPROXIMATELY MM 167.3. HEARD A VERY LOUD NOISE, THOUGHT I MIGHT HAVE HAD A BLOW OUT. THERE WAS A BURNING SMELL SO I THOUGHT MY CAR WAS ON FIRE AND I PULLED OFF ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE OF THE INTERSTATE. NO FLAT, NOTHING BURNING, NO DAMAGE TO CAR. GOT BACK IN MY CAR AND REALIZED PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAGS FROM FRONT TO BACK HAD DEPLOYED, THAT IS WHAT I WAS SMELLING BUT AT THE TIME I DID NOT REALIZE MY AIRBAGS HAD DEPLOYED. I WAS ALONE BUT THERE IS A CHILD CAR SEAT IN MY BACKSEAT AND IF ONE OF MY GRANDCHILDREN HAD BEEN IN THE CAR SEAT OR A PASSENGER IN THE FRONT SEAT THEY COULD HAVE BEEN BADLY INJURED. MY CAR IS CURRENTLY AT THE HONDA DEALERSHIP AND THEY HAVE PROVIDED ME A LOANER VEHICLE AT NO COST TO ME. THEY DID CALL THIS MORNING TO VERIFY THAT I HAD NOT RAN OVER ANYTHING OR HIT ANYTHING. HONDA REPLACED THE TAKATA DRIVERS SIDE AIRBAG ON MY 2005 HONDA ACCORD IN JANUARY 2015 UNDER THE TAKATA AIRBAG RECALL. HOWEVER, HONDA WILL NOT REPLACE THE TAKATA PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAG IN MY CAR. I DO NOT LIVE IN A HIGH HUMIDITY STATE. BOUGHT THE CAR NEW, THE CLEAR COAT STARTED TO FLAKE OFF IN MARCH 2015. NOTICE MAY HONDA CARS ABOUT THE SAME AGE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.
STARTED HAVING TROUBLE GETTING KEY IN LOCK APPROX. 3/1/15. PROGRESSED TO NOT BEING ABLE TO GET KEY IN DOOR AT ALL AROUND 5/1/15. SERVICED AT HONDA DEALERSHIP ON 5/7/15 WITH LOCK CYLINDER AND ARRANGED TUMBLERS FOR ORIGINAL KEY. WORKED OKAY UNTIL 6/20/15. AT THIS TIME I INSERTED MY KEY, BUT KEY WOULD NOT TURN TO UNLOCK MY DOOR. ENTERED THE PASSENGER DOOR AND TRIED TO UNLOCK DOOR MANUALLY BY PULLING UP DOOR LOCK - WOULD NOT BUDGE. AFTER I CRAWLED ACROSS THE CENTER CONSOLE I GIGGLED DOOR A FEW TIMES AND WAS ABLE TO PULL UP DOOR LOCK. DROVE HOME AND TRIED OPENING DOOR WITH KEY AND IT WORKED FINE. TODAY, 6/22/15 WHEN I RETURNED HOME FROM THE STORE I PARKED IN MY DRIVEWAY AND LOCKED THE DOOR. WHEN I REALIZED THAT I HAD LOCKED IT I TRIED TO UNLOCK IT WITH THE KEY. AGAIN, THE KEY WOULD GO IN, BUT IT WOULD NOT TURN TO UNLOCK THE DOOR. CALLED HONDA DEALERSHIP AND WAS TOLD THAT IT SOUNDED LIKE THE ACTUATOR. I KNOW HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE MY CAR SERVICED FOR THIS PROBLEM. IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING AFTER GOING ON LINE THAT THIS IS A LONG STANDING PROBLEM THAT HONDA HAS BEEN AWARE OF, BUT OBVIOUSLY WAS UNWILLING TO RECALL AND FIX. I BELIEVE THERE WAS A CLASS ACTION SUIT FILLED, HOWEVER I WAS UNAWARE OF IT AND MY 2005 WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS SUIT. SINCE THIS IS STILL AN ONGOING PROBLEM IT IS LONG PAST TIME FOR HONDA TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR REPLACING THESE ACTUATORS AT THEIR EXPENSE NOT MINE.

THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO INFORM WHEN THE PART WOULD BECOME AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
MY AIRBAG INDICATOR WARNING LIGHT CAME ON AT ABOUT 195K MILES. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP ASKING IF THEY HAD A RECALL OPEN AND SAID THEY DID NOT. THEY THOUGHT MAYBE IT WAS A SENSOR. NOW THAT I SEE THE REASON FOR THE LATEST RECALL, COVERING 2001-2003 WHOSE TAKATA AIRBAGS WE DECLARED AT RISK, PARTICULARLY IN HIGH HUMIDITY STATES. I CAN'T HELP BUT TO THINK THAT WITH ALL THE RECALLS BEFORE AND AFTER MY MODEL YEAR, COUPLED WITH MY AIRBAG LIGHT, THAT I AM DRIVING AROUND WITH A HIGH RISK OF MY AIRBAG DEPLOYING.
The contact owns a 2005 Honda Accord. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to start and the ignition switch was replaced by an independent mechanic in 2015. The contact stated that the vehicle recently failed to start after several attempts. The vehicle restarted the following day; however, the failure recurred increasingly. The contact purchased a new programmed key for the vehicle; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who informed the that the failure was not related to the ignition key. The dealer and the manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 55,000.

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000. UPDATED 04/23/15*BF UPDATED 9/22/2017*CN
THE DRIVERS SIDE SEAT BELT BUCKLE, POSITION SENSOR HARNESS FAILED AND GAVE A AIRBAG FAILURE DISPLAY. REPAIR SHOP OBTAINED TWO ALERT CODES ON THE HONDA ACCORD, E.G. 61-10 AND 71-10. THE HARNESS WAS REPLACED. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE THAT THE AIRBAGS WOULD NOT HAVE WORKED DUE TO A BUCKLE FAILURE. THE TWO CODES PREVIOUSLY NOTED COULD NOT BE IDENTIFIED. THE VEHICLE"S VIN NO. REPORTS NO OUTSTANDING RECALLS, INCLUDING THE RECENT MANUFACTURES AIRBAG PROBLEMS.

MY WIFE WAS TRAVELING ON THE HIGHWAY WHEN SHE LOST CONTROL AND THE CAR DID A 180. SHE CAME TO REST AGAINST A CEMENT BARRIER AND THE DRIVERS SIDE CURTAIN AIRBAG WAS DEPLOYED BUT DID NOT INFLATE. I CONTACTED AMERICAN HONDA CARE AND WILDE HONDA IN MADISON WI. 4 TIMES AND THEY REFUSED TO INSPECT THE CAR OR ACKNOWLEDGE ANY DAMAGES OR FAULT. *JS
WHEN I START THE ENGINE THE AIR BAG LIGHT ON THE DASH BOARD COMES ON AND STAYS ON AND DOES NOT GO OUT. PLEASE HELP !! THANK YOU. *TR
FRONT LIGHTS GET DIM INCONSISTENTLY AND CANNOT SEE AT NIGHT. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2005 HONDA ACCORD. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 45 MPH, THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE CRASHED INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED AN INJURED BACK AND RIGHT HIP AND THE FRONT SEAT PASSENGER SUSTAINED INJURIES TO THE LEFT ELBOW AND SHOULDER, WHICH REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 98,000.
I HAVE A HONDA ACCORD 2005 AND HAVE NOTICED THE AIRBAG LIGHT CONTINUES TO LIGHT UP SHOWING THERE IS SOME DEFECT. I COULD NEVER FIND A RECALL ON THIS ISSUE AND THE LIGHT HAVE COME ON FOR OVER A YEAR NOW. I AM CONCERNED BECAUSE WE ARE MILITARY AND NOW WITH THE AIRBAG RECALL ISSUE I HAVE FOUND OUT TALKING WITH THE CORPORATE HONDA DEALER THEY ARE ONLY GETTING THE VEHICLE LOCATION FROM LOCAL DMV OFFICES. THE PROBLEM IS MILITARY REGISTER THEIR CARS IN THEIR HOME STATE, BUT LIVE IN OTHER STATES. SO MY CAR IS IN CA AND HAS ALSO BEEN IN FL AND VA. BECAUSE OF THIS OVERSIGHT, IT APPEARS I HAVE NOT BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE RECALL. I CALLED HONDA TO CONFIRM IF THE FAULTY PART IS IN MY VEHICLE, AND HONDA REFUSES TO TELL ME. I HAVE BEEN TOLD "I AM NOT PART OF THE RECALL BECAUSE I AM NOT ON THE LIST". BUT IF I HAVE THE PART, AND SINCE MY CAR HAS BEEN IN A RECALL STATE, I SHOULD BE INCLUDED. IT IS A TOTAL LACK OF COORDINATION AND RECORD KEEPING. THEY REFUSE TO LISTEN AND REFUSE TO ASSIST. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT THIS VEHICLE CAUSES AN ACCIDENT DUE TO INVOLUNTARY ACCELERATION DEFECT. I WAS COMING TO A COMPLETE STOP TO PARK THE CAR WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN IT ACCELERATED ON ITS OWN AND SPED INTO A BUILDING. FIRST IT HIT AN IRON BENCH PUSHING IT INTO THE WALL. THE CAR MISSED HITTING A YOUNG MOTHER AND HER FOUR LITTLE KIDS BY MERE SECONDS. MY INSURANCE COMPANY SENT ONE OF THEIR OWN ADJUSTERS TO INSPECT THE DAMAGES, AND DETERMINED THAT THE CAR SHOULD BE REPAIRED. IN THE MEANTIME THE PEOPLE AT THE BODY SHOP WHERE THE CAR WAS TOWED TO KEPT TELLING ME THAT THE CAR WAS NOT SAFE TO BE PUT ON THE ROAD AGAIN. I PLEADED WITH MY INSURER TO HAVE IT TOTALED AS I WAS TOO AFRAID TO DRIVE IT AGAIN AFTER TWO ACCIDENTS, AND MY CONSCIENCE DID NOT ALLOW ME TO SELL THE CAR AFTER THE REPAIRS PUTTING SOMEBODY ELSE IN SAME KIND OF DANGER. I ALSO CALLED HONDA, BUT THEIR REPLY WAS THAT HONDA WAS NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. HONDA FOLKS WERE EVEN ANNOYED THAT I CALLED THEM SAYING THAT MY INSURER WAS THE ONE TO CONTACT THEM THROUGH THE PROPER CHANNELS. FINALLY MY INSURANCE AGREED TO TOTAL THE CAR. HOWEVER, I SAW THAT THE CAR WAS SOLD TO AN AUCTION DEALER LISTING IT AS "SALVAGE TITLE/REBUILDABLE." THE CAR IS FOR SALE AGAIN STATING THAT IT WILL COST $4,872.00 TO FIX IT. MY INSURANCE COMPANY INCREASED MY PREMIUMS CONSIDERABLY CONSIDERING ME THE PARTY AT FAULT. DROVE THE CAR TO WORK SLOWED DOWN BEHIND ANOTHER CAR TO LET THEM TURN AND THE CAR STALLED LIKE AS IF THE CAR WAS IN NEUTRAL, I PULLED OVER BECAUSE IT NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE TURNED THE CAR OFF AND THEN RESTARTED THE ENGINE AND DROVE ABOUT 10 MORE MINUTES TO WORK. LATER ON THAT DAY AFTER MY SHIFT WAS OVER TOOK IT TO A MECHANIC WHO SCANNED FOR A CODE WHICH READ P0741 IN HIS WORDS MEANT TRANSMISSION ISSUES. *TR
REAR DOOR LOCKS DO NOT WORK WHEN USING DRIVER DOOR LOCK SWITCH CONTROL. REAR DOOR LOCK ON DRIVER SIDE DOES NOT OPEN FROM INSIDE EVEN WHEN DOOR LOCK SWITCH IS IN UP POSITION. CAN ONLY BE OPENED FROM THE OUTSIDE. *TR
WE COULD NOT GET THE STEERING WHEEL TO LOCK SO WE COULD GET THE KEY IN TO START THE CAR. WE WERE STRANDED. WHAT IS WRONG AND IS THERE SOME DEFECT IN THE IGNITION? *TR

NOTHING HAPPENED. DURING THE PAST FEW MONTHS, THE AIRBAG (RED LIGHT) INDICATOR LIGHT COMES ON THE DASHBOARD WARNING SYSTEM AND WILL NOT GO OFF. THIS IS INTERMITTENT, BUT CERTAINLY A CAUSE FOR CONCERN BASED ON THE RECENT RECALLS. WHO WILL FIX THIS FOR ME? *TR
I HAVE SEEN THE RECALLS FOR TAKATA AIR BAGS DUE TO INJURIES AND DEATHS ONCE DEPLOYED OF WHICH MY MODEL CAR IS ON THE LIST OF RECALLED VEHICLES. HOWEVER, I DO NOT LIVE IN ONE OF THE STATES THAT IS ON THE RECALL LIST, SO MY VIN IS NOT ON THE RECALL LIST. I FURTHER RESEARCHED THE AVG HUMIDITY LEVELS AND TEMPS OF ALL 50 STATES TO FIND THAT THE HUMIDITY LEVELS OF THE STATES ON THE RECALL LIST ARE LOWER THAN ABOUT 26 OTHER STATES. TO VALIDATE MY FINDINGS, I LOOKED UP THE SAME INFORMATION ON SEVERAL UNRELATED WEBSITES. ONE INTERESTING NOTE, THE AVG. HUMIDITY IN CA (NOT MY STATE) IS HIGHER THAN THESE STATES AND AVG. TEMP. IS ONLY 3 DIFFERENT THAN SC. BASED OFF OF MY INITIAL FINDINGS, I FEEL THAT WHOMEVER IS DETERMINING WHICH VEHICLES SHOULD BE RECALLED SHOULD BE MORE CLEAR ON HOW THEY DETERMINE WHICH VEHICLES ARE SELECTED FOR RECALL. I THINK THE POINT OF FILED COMPLAINTS SHOULD NOT ONLY BE REFLECTIVE BUT PROACTIVE. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 HONDA ACCORD. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 20 MPH, THE BRAKE PEDAL FAILED TO RESPOND. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 130,000.
MY 16 YEAR OLD SON WAS DRIVING TO SCHOOL ON THE HIGHWAY. THE VEHICLE SPEED WAS APPROXIMATELY 65. FOR NO REASON AT ALL, THE PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAGS EXPLODED CAUSING A QUICK REACTION UNDER EXTREME FEAR. HONDA HAS BEEN NOTIFIED BUT THE LOCAL DEALER "SOUTHPOINT HONDA" HAS BEEN RUDE & ACCUSATORY THAT HONDA IS NOT AT FAULT. THE HONDA RECALL FOR AIRBAGS IS EXPANDING, YET NO HELP. HIS CAR IS UNSAFE TO DRIVE AND IS PARKED. FOR A SINGLE FATHER THIS IS CAUSING GREAT HARDSHIP, NOT TO MENTION THE INJURY THAT MIGHT OF OCCURRED TO MY ONLY CHILD! THE EXCUSES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! *TR
MY COMPLAINT IS BASED ON THE RISK OF DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY POSED BY THE POTENTIALLY FAULTY AIRBAGS IN ALL 2005 HONDA ACCORDS. NHTSA IS PERMITTING HONDA TO USE MY NYS RESIDENCY AS REASON TO EXCLUDE MY CAR FROM THE RECALL LIST. THE ASSERTION THAT CERTAIN CARS MAY BE MORE AT RISK FOR FAILURE BASED ON GEOGRAPHIC REGIONS MAY OR MAY NOT BE A RATIONAL BASIS FOR PRIORITIZING A SERVICE LIST. IT SHOULD NOT, HOWEVER, BE THE CRITERIA FOR DETERMINING WHICH CARS ARE INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. BY APPROVING THIS PARTIAL RECALL LIST, NHTSA IS PROTECTING HONDA AND TAKATA. AS LONG AS MY CAR IS EXCLUDED, HONDA IS NOT LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE. HONDA WAS NOT REQUIRED TO NOTIFY ME OF THE POTENTIAL DANGER, AND I WAS UNAWARE BEFORE NOW OF THE RISK. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO RESTART AND DRIVE A SHORT DISTANCE TO PARK THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE HIGH POWER HOSE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,000.

I WAS DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY GOING ABOUT 75 MPH. AND THE BRAKES RANDOMLY APPLIED THEM SELF CAUSING MY CAR TO GO FROM 75 TO 60 MPH ALMOST GETTING HIT FROM BEHIND. I HAVE CONTACTED HONDA THEY SAID "SCENE THEY CAN NOT GET THE CAR TO DO IT WHILE THEY TOOK IT FOR A TEST DRIVE THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO.' I HAVE DONE A TON OF RESEARCH ON HONDAS. FROM 2003 TO 2006 THEY HAVE HAD A LOT OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT BRAKE PROBLEMS AND RADIO PROBLEMS . THE RADIO IN MY CAR DOES NOT WORK RIGHT IN ORDER FOR IT TO WORK RIGHT THE WANT ME TO BUY A NEW AUDIO PART. ALL OF THIS ON MY BUDGET. THIS INCIDENT IS CONCERNING MY 2005 HONDA ACCORD EX V6, VIN (GIVEN ABOVE) . I AM THE FIRST OWNER AND CAR HAS 85000 MILES ON IT. ON 21ST SEPTEMBER 2014 AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FAILED WITHOUT ANY WARNING WHILE I WAS DRIVING ON FREEWAY TODAY. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT NEVER TURNED ON .THE CAR JUST STOPPED ON A CROWDED INTERSTATE, WHICH WAS VERY FRIGHTENING. THIS VEHICLE HAS BEEN PROPERLY MAINTAINED AND I'VE NEVER MISSED AN OIL CHANGE, TIMING BELT, ETC. I'VE NEVER HAD ANY MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH THIS CAR, NO LEAKS, NO ENGINE ISSUES AND THIS LEADS ME TO BELIEVE THERE IS SOME SORT OF DEFECT WITH THIS AUTOMOBILE WHICH NEEDS TO BE RECALLED. ON FURTHER RESEARCH ON NHTSA WEBSITE, I FOUND NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER : 11V395000 ADDRESSING SIMILAR PROBLEM AND AS OF 23RD SEPTEMBER 2014, 1.5 MILLION (1512107) VEHICLES HAS BEEN RECALLED FOR SIMILAR ISSUE.THE HONDA RECALL NUMBER IS R89 AND THE RECALL WAS PLACED ON AUGUST 27TH 2011, FOR HONDA ACCORDS 2005-2010 FOR THE TRANSMISSION. I TOOK MY CAR TO, GROSSINGER HONDA, MY LOCAL HONDA DEALER. THE DIAGNOSIS WAS THAT THE TRANSMISSION HAD COMPLETELY FAILED ALTHOUGH FLUID LEVELS WERE NORMAL. DTC CODES WERE P0741, P0746, AND P0777. HONDA OPENED A CASE AND GAVE ME A CASE NO:N012014-09-22-02450. MORE THAN 1.5 MILLION VEHICLES ARE AFFECTED FROM THIS RECALL AND THEY TELL ME MY CAR ISN'T ONE? THE CAR SPORADICALLY TURNS OFF WHILE DRIVING. BEFORE THE CAR SHUTS OFF SOMETIMES THE DASHBOARD LIGHTS WILL FLICKER. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WILL SOMETIMES GO ON FOR A DAY OR TWO AND THEN TURN OFF. PASSENGER SIDE POWER WINDOW STOPPED WORKING. MECHANIC I SPOKE TO SAID THE WINDOW REGULATOR IS BROKEN AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. UP UNTIL THE DAY IT BROKE, THE WINDOW WOULD GET STUCK AND NOT ROLL BACK-UP. THIS HAPPENED MANY TIMES UNTIL IT BROKE. THE ISSUE, IN MY OPINION, DIDN'T APPEAR TO BE BECAUSE OF ANY WEATHER. THE CAR WAS NEVER IN AN ACCIDENT, NOR WAS THE PASSENGER WINDOW EVER TAMPERED WITH OR VANDALIZED.
