When sun is in front of car and low in the sky, windshield looks as if it is covered with dirt, to the point that I cannot see through it. Drivers side sun visor sagging on my 2017 Honda Accord. Make it hard to see road way. This also happened on my 2010 Honda Accord. I called Honda to report issue and they told me a could purchase a new one for $230.
BACKUP CAMERA DROPPED WORKING.
MY CAR WAS STATIONARY PARKED IN THE GARAGE. I WENT OUT TO GO TO WORK AND A CRACK IN THE WINDSHIELD RAN FROM THE RIGHT SIDE ACROSS AND DOWN THE WINDSHIELD. NO MARKS OF IMPACT AND NOTHING FELL ON IT IN THE GARAGE.IF YOU SEARCH ONLINE MANY PEOPLE HAVE HAD THIS SAME PROBLEM WITH 2017-2020 HONDA ACCORDS. I THINK IT IS A DESIGN FLAW THAT CREATES STRESS ON THE EDGE OF THE WINDSHIELD. THIS COULD BE DANGEROUS IF IT HAPPENED WHILE YOU'RE GOING AT A HIGH SPEED.
CLOSED SUNROOF HAD GLASS VIOLENTLY SHATTER WHILE DRIVING ON HIGHWAY AT 65 MPH. NO OBJECTS HIT THE VEHICLE. WEATHER WAS LIGHT RAIN AND 70 DEGREES.
SUNROOF ON ACCORD EXPLODED WHILE DRIVING. THE EDGES OF THE SHARDS WERE POINTING UPWARDS. DEALER IS SAYING THAT WE WERE HIT BY SOMETHING AND IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. NOTHING HIT ME WHILE DRIVING, HEARD A LOUD EXPLOSION WITH GLASS RAINING DOWN AND THE ROOF AND TRUNK LID ARE VISIBLY SCRATCHED FROM THE GLASS. I'VE HAD THE CAR FOR ONLY 2 WEEKS WHEN THIS OCCURRED. *TR
