The front passenger seat is very low to a point where a deployed air bag Will hit the passenger in the face, hinders ability to breathe and cause injuries to the face, I took the vehicle to our local Honda Dealer to correct the problem because the car still under manufacture warranty the dealer didn’t even acknowledge the issue
When I am driving alone, the rear seat belt sign goes on and the alarm starts ringing, as if someone took off their seat belt off. No one in back seat. Was confirmed by dealer on 07/01/24. They performed hard reset. Passenger sat on rear seat behind driver and put on seat belt, the sign showed the middle seat passenger didn't have their seat belt on, there was no one there. The problem started after I took the car for a recall about the seatbelt. 02/07/24, Safety Recall 23-098, seatbelt pretensioner inspection.
I got in a car accident where the front of the car was hit and the car is totaled and the airbags in the front did not deploy. I got injured because my face hit the steering wheel. I submitted a complaint to Honda but they are taking a very long time to have someone go out and investigate the airbags. My insurance needs to take the car away this week
