The steering rack makes noise and lots of Honda accord owners are complaining about this. The noise comes when stopped or driving slow it makes cracking noise when steering and when you are driving at highway speeds the steering doesn’t stay aligned. And unfortunately I have been hearing this noise for a long time since I got the car brand new but never took it serious and when I started realizing this is a major issue my car is out of warranty and I would have to pay out of pocket for a defective part
I was going on the highway at around 65-70 mph and the road was clear. The Honda Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB/Collision Mitigation Braking System) activated and I couldn’t do anything, the brake was sudden and my speed decreased to almost 30mph. There were no cars behind me or it would have definitely been a fatal rear-end crash. The road was clear, there were no cars/object ahead of me on the road.
My Bluetooth would not connect to my infotainment system. My android auto then could not connect. I'm told by the honda service tech that from time to time when the system updates we would need to do a factory reset to align the latest update with the phone. That's what I did, and the screen came on but said contact dealership. The screen was blank otherwise and had no power to it, not radio no system information etc, so I had no access to anything. On the dash it says system update unavailable and to contact dealership. I took in the car but they are still trying to diagnose. one thing did flash on my screen, Code error variant 99
steering wheel is clicking due to the steering rack malfunctions by the manufacture.
As I was driving, the automatic braking system engaged and there was no other vehicle or object in front of or beside me. The car behind me could have rear ended me.
The contact owned a 2024 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, black smoke was seen coming from under the hood, and the entertainment center screen would flicker. A message "See dealer" was displayed. In addition, the contact managed to safely exit the vehicle, and a fire had started under the hood. The local fire department arrived on scene to extinguish the fire. The local fire department deems the source of the fire to be a battery failure. No injuries were sustained, and no medical attention was sought. In addition, the contact stated that prior to the failure, the battery was replaced at a local authorized dealer. A police report was not filed. The vehicle was towed away by the Honda manufacturer, where it was taken by the insurance provider, which deemed it a total loss. The local dealer was contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 30,026.
In Feb. 2026, I had a software recall service performed on my Honda Accord. Later that same day, a persistent error message appeared on my dash: Software Update Not Available See Dealer. I contacted the dealer and they said sometimes that error message clears on its own and to wait and see. A few days later as I was leaving work, I turned my car on, put it in reverse and realized I had no propulsion or power steering. I put the car back in park and restarted it and drove it straight to the dealer where it sat for about three weeks as they tried to clear the error message. They were not able to reproduce the issue I reported with my car being on but without power. I picked up the car on 3/16/26. After leaving the dealership, it began sputtering and lurching. I could see on the powertrain display that the car was not communicating well between the engine and hybrid battery. I pulled into a parking lot and put the car in park and it began functioning normally. I called the dealer and they said to bring it back if that happened again. It has not. Tonight, I was pulling up to a red light when my car suddenly slammed on the brakes and displayed Lane Departure Mitigation Off. I attempted to restore that safety feature and realized my car had lost power. It did restore power and I was able to drive home, but I am terrified of my car since it engaged the braking system for no reason and disabled a safety feature plus losing power. During my car's time in the service department, it got a new CAN gateway module and telematics unit along with repeated attempts to make the software update glitch free to eliminate the persistent warning messages that had been displaying. Honda tech support was involved, and I have contacted Honda corporate with my concerns about the safety of my car but am waiting for a response. My perspective is the software recall update ruined my perfectly good car and I am worried I am going to lose power and get injured or worse.
Hankook Kinergy GT - 225/50R17 94V Original Equipment (OE) on 2024 Honda Accord EX/L During regular and routine service by the dealer, tires were rotated every six months. Abnormal wear was noted at 5,800 miles with original 10/32" tread depth down to 7/32" on two tires. At 17,100 miles (18 months), abnormal inside edge wear was noted by the dealer and an alignment performed. A "Caution" was noted on the Multi-Point Inspection for both rear tires at this time. We started noticing a vibration and sound seemingly coming from the right rear tire associated with tire rotational speed while on a long road trip. A Honda dealer (Fargo, ND) did a cursory inspection and declared the tires in need of replacement due to tire wear. Upon inspection at 23,976 miles (25 months), our home dealer identified tire separation on the right rear noted cords were starting to show. The service document states: "The rear tires inside treads are starting to show cords and separate. I found that the right rear tire's inside tread was worn down to the cords in spots and that the tire is starting to separate. The front and left rear tires are not as bad, but it is close to being in the same condition that the right rear tire is in. I recommend that the customer get a set of 4 new tires and after installing the tires, performing an alignment." Note: This car has never been driven on particularly rough or potholed roads.
The drivers side door on my 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L sounds hollow when closing the door, the other three doors do not sound that way. I took it to the Honda dealership and compared it to another Honda Hybrid 2024 model and the door also sounded this way, when closing. Makes the car feel and sound cheaply made. This seems like a defect that Honda should repair. Apparently they left out some insulation on the inside of these doors.
Was driving 35mph speed limit in my town of Nashville NC, lost acceleration with cars clearly behind me, car stalled was enough speed to turn into a parking area and car will not re start due to high voltage battery going out on me while driving.car has 29,504 miles this battery should be replaced under warranty but service center is blaming me for it so they won’t honor warranty??? 5100 in repair bill they want me to pay out of pocket
My safety is currently being put at risk by Honda due to my EPS Motor/Rack assembly being faulty. I have taken it into the local Honda dealership who has confirmed this in their paperwork. I have reported it to Honda and have been told no fix will be performed at this time. While my steering rack is becoming louder each day and thudding under my driver side floor panel. A failed steering rack can affect steering causing an accident or worse.
On February 15 Sunday night my 2024 Accord was broken in by thieves. Honda’s door lock system was so easy that robbers were able to hack it and open the driver door easily. After which steering wheel airbag was stolen. There was another Honda Accord 2025 model also parked which belong to my family member, was also hit by same thieves and was a victim of door brake in and steering wheel airbag stolen. I would like to file complaint against Honda’s week security system which allowed the thieves to easily brake into our Vehicles. Upon checking the internet I came across videos of how easy it is to steel the airbags since it only requires 2 small flathead screw drivers to unlatch the steering wheel air bag. During my conversation with police who files my report mentioned that “ honda is being hit with these cases a-lot and honda vehicles can easily be started with wifi system”. I spoke to the service advisor at Honda who is fixing my car about this issue, he responded saying “ there is nothing we can do. The best thing you can do is put steering wheel lock bar on it”. At this point I don’t feel safe having Honda vehicle at all. What can prevent them from not breaking to my car again after being fixed? At this point it is a high risk for me for constantly paying insurance deductibles and chances of insurance premiums increments and worst of all a constant stress every night of being hit again.
Steering sticking when traveling over 40mph. It is a minor sticking when implementing a adjustment. Upon review of the NHTA complaints there are other issues related to the steering box. This vehicle is on its 3rd set of injectors within a year. It is a known problem that Honda knows they keep replacing them but they keep going out causing a misfire
Head-on frontal collision occurred while my vehicle was stopped at a stop sign in a parking plaza. Another vehicle turned left and struck the front of my vehicle. The airbags did not deploy despite significant front-end damage and the vehicle being declared a total loss. The vehicle is currently available for inspection at my residence and is scheduled for insurer pickup. Police responded to the scene. The airbag non-deployment raised safety concerns due to the severity of the frontal impact.
Yesterday, January 30, 2026 as I was driving (approximately 30mph) my car seized, came to a stop, dashboard lit up with multitude of words/symbols. After approximately 15 seconds I was able to use the gas pedal and the car drove. My safety was at risk, this sudden stop jolted me hard. If there was another vehicle behind me I would have been hit. The warning messages were so quick and cleared away with seconds that I cannot recall. I drove to my local dealer and the battery cables were checked and ok. I scheduled an appt for Monday Feb. 2nd as this was Friday. On January 21st this local dealer replaced my battery, after months of "computer glitches" that were never resolved with two dealers and 4 dead batteries.
Vehicle was taken to Honda of Round Rock for the Integrated Control Module (ICM) Recall (NHTSA Recall 25V785). The dealership performed partial service but stated a 'gateway' part is on backorder. Since this service, the vehicle has been returned to us with a non-functional speedometer, non-functional speed sensor, no A/C/defrost, and multiple disabled safety sensors. Driving without a speedometer is a severe safety hazard. The manufacturer has provided no timeline for the part and refused a loaner, leaving us with an un-roadworthy vehicle as a direct result of a recall repair attempt.
I've had 3 phantom breaking experiences. Most recently while driving on a straight wet road (one of the other experiences the road was also wet). I was travelling at approximately 30-33 mph and the system did an automatic hard break with a perfectly clear road ahead, no cars, people or animals in front of me or on either side. Thankfully, no one was behind me either. The other wet road auto break instance was when I was traveling between 22-26 mph on a road with a slight curve and vehicles were parked on the right side of the road. I was turning appropriately to take the slight turn and suddenly the breaks slammed on. There was no danger of me hitting anything. The third instance was when a vehicle was crossing a two lane road from left to right ahead of me. Two vehicles were ahead of me in the right lane traveling the same direction I was. My vehicle slammed on the brakes assessing that we would hit the vehicle crossing the lanes. There was absolutely no danger of that happening, I was multiple car lengths back. Should this happen when vehicles are traveling behind me, it could cause a very bad accident and it would appear that I would be liable for slamming on my breaks. I will begin trying to disable this safety feature whenever the roads are wet and make an appointment to have the dealer inspect the car. This has not been inspected or confirmed by anyone at this point. When this occurs, there is no warning - just slams the breaks and a "BREAK" warning with alert tones appears in the dash. No other warning lights or malfunction lights are on in my dash display. The vehicle is available for inspection with advanced notice so that I can make arrangements.
[XXX] My Car was stolen from this address. The thieves were able to bypass security system. The thieves were able to bypass the factory security system and/or alarm. I reported the incident to the police.They did not hand me a report number but took my information and want this complaint documented as a potential security system issue. The keys were in my possession, and no modifications were made to the factory security system. I request that Honda log this complaint for investigation and provide me with a case number for my records. Please let me know if additional information is required. Car parked for 6 days while on vacation. Came back it started fine but 30 mins into travel, I lost power steering while on the highway next to a tractor trailer and the warning lights were shifting through a cycle of warnings of things not working. It told me to go to the dealership which I brought on my way home. They looked and said it was because i didn't drive it. The car is 1 year old and that battery should be working. I travel at least 120 miles a day5 days a week so there isn't a deficit of charging. Regardless, this should not be normalized by Honda. There should be something I can do to check this situation prior to driving. I do have a video of the cycle of warnings but I can't upload it here. Contact me for it if you would like it.
When driving on the freeway for an extended amount of time I started to notice the steering wheel feeling "sticky" during minor adjustments. It almost feels like I'm moving the wheel off of the backside of a Post-It Note. It's subtle enough to be annoying but not significant enough to be dangerous unless it becomes worse.
The contact owns a 2024 Honda Accord. The contact stated that on several occasions while driving at undisclosed speeds, the vehicle unexpectedly came to a stop without the brake pedal being depressed. The “BRAKE” message was displayed on the instrument panel. The failure occasionally occurred while the cruise control feature was activated. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V785000 (Electrical System). Additionally, occasionally the electrical system was inoperable, and the instrument panel failed to function properly, and the trunk and fuel door unexpectedly opened. The contact also stated that the automatic door locks failed to function properly, requiring several attempts to enter the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to several dealers; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failures, and the contact was offered a buyback option for the vehicle. The contact expressed concerns that, due to the multiple failures, the vehicle was unsafe to operate and created a hazardous condition, because the vehicle was almost in a crash with children inside the vehicle. The approximate failure mileage was 33,000.
The vehicle's infotainment system displays error code TT04 on every startup, preventing over-the-air software updates, including any potential safety-related updates delivered through this system. The TT04 error appeared immediately following completion of fuel pump recall service (NHTSA campaign 24V-763) on 4/12/2025. The vehicle exhibited no infotainment or telematics issues prior to this recall service. This suggests the recall repair procedure either was performed incorrectly or has an inherent flaw that damages the Telematics Control Unit (TCU) communication system. When I returned for subsequent recall service (NHTSA campaign 25V-785), the dealer dismissed the issue as 'normal' and refused repair, only offering to address it after I filed a formal complaint with management. This pattern suggests dealers are aware this is a consequence of recall work but are systematically dismissing customers rather than correcting their errors.
There has been a growing number of people, including myself that are experiencing sticky steering wheels, steering rack issues and clunking when turning the steering wheel in 2023-2025 Honda Accords. A recall has only came out for Civics and Integras, but none for Honda Accords. I had the issue arise earlier this year in January. It was not as consistent and noticeable until the end of January. I made an appointment, I was told the sound couldn’t be recreated and sent home. I brought it right back and was given a piece of paper noting the issue for Civics and that there was nothing to be done and it won’t get worse. It did get worse and I brought it in a few days later just to be told someone from somewhere is coming to fix it. They regreased the gearbox and the noise was gone in February. The noise has since returned as of 12/25/2025, accompanies with a sticky steering wheel when driving at highway speeds. This issue continues to be brushed off and told it is safe to drive when no one should have to drive with a steering concern regardless if it is not bad “yet”. Consumers all over are stating the steering racks are replaced and other things but the issue just returns so it is not just a isolated situation, several people are dealing with this and it’s being ignored. Individuals personal experience can be found all over reddit including videos proof of the noise that is being made. This is my 2nd report!
I was traveling to Kentucky from NYC in December 2025 and while in Pennsylvania a sign on my dash stated your safety equipment was out because of a build up on the front lens outside of the car and it stated to stop and clean it off, so I pulled off to the side of the highway and stopped my car and when I stiffed it into park there was a griming noise from the transmission. When I went into the dealership for my next oil change I reported it and they didn't even want to note this down on my service report. They said it happened to long ago and they didn't care about the problem, I just wanted them to know for future use. Also another issue happened a couple of months prior while stopped on the highway near my home because of traffic, my car shifted from drive into park by itself without the shifter moving I don't know what happened but I moved the shifter from drive to park and moved it back to drive. And again I reported this and they didn't want to even note on my service report . Not happy about this situation either. Then I received a text message from the dealership that they wanted to buy my car against a trade in and I said to myself if they refuse to record my problems I 'll take my business somewhere else.

The component not functioning properly in the steering gear box. It is available for inspection. The steering sticks. With my hand at 12:00, it takes the width of my hand to unstick while driving. The component has been inspected and was determined the gears inside the gear box are binding. Causing the steering to stick. There was no warning and there is no damage present. I have had the car inspected by a Honda dealer and I have also reported it to Honda USA.

The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The dealer informed the contact that the failure was related to a known hardware and server issue. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The contact expressed concerns that future software updates might also fail due to the issue. The approximate failure mileage was 7,200.
I would like to file a complaint against American Honda Motor Company. My 2024 Accord Hybrid experienced a steering wheel sticking issue at 30,000 miles, but the steering rack assembly was replaced free of charge under warranty. However, after another year and reaching 60,000 miles, the same problem reappeared—the steering wheel is sticking again, especially noticeable when driving on the highway!
While engaging Adaptive Cruise Control on highway speed, all the sudden I lost the sight of the car in front of me on the display, almost causing a collision, I also lost the correct Waze display. After I stopped the car, shut off engine, then restart the car, re-engaging Adaptive Cruise Control, both problems disappeared. This is an intermittent problem, it should be asap investigated then recalled due to huge safety concern !
I was involved in a car accident on 11/25/2025. The other driver ran the stop light and T-bone my 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid. The entire right side of the car was damaged from the impact of the other car. The 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid passenger back door came off the body of the car during impact providing no protection to passengers in the backseat. The car has been deem total per Progressive insurance.
OFFICIAL COMPLAINT — HONDA RECALL NOT BEING FIXED Subject: Urgent Safety Complaint – Recall Cannot Be Performed by Any Honda Dealer To: American Honda Motor Co., Inc. – Customer Relations I am submitting a formal complaint against Honda because I have an open safety recall on my 2024 Honda Accord Sport Hybrid and no Honda dealership is able or willing to perform the recall repair, leaving me driving a potentially unsafe vehicle with no timeline for resolution. Summary of the Issue •I originally scheduled the recall repair with Braman Honda of Lake Worth, and they canceled my appointment the day before, stating they could not perform the recall. •I then attempted to contact Ed Morse Honda, who did not answer multiple calls. •When I called Honda Customer Service, I asked to escalate to a supervisor, and was denied. •Honda assigned a case manager, but scheduled a repair appointment for me without confirming my availability, at a time I could not attend. •When I called Ed Morse Honda to reschedule, they informed me that they cannot perform the recall because the software required for the update is not working. •I was told to simply “wait,” with no timeline, no workaround, and no assurance of safety. Safety Risk This recall involves a system failure that could cause the vehicle to stall or shut down unexpectedly. I am now: •Driving a car with an unrepaired safety recall, •Receiving warnings from my insurance company that the recall must be completed, •Feeling unsafe and potentially liable for an accident if my vehicle fails due to Honda’s inability to perform the recall.
Sticky steering. Steering wheel sticks when attempting to make small adjustments at speeds above 45 MPH.
On 11/19/2025, while operating my 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid, I experienced a sudden and total loss of power while the vehicle was in motion. Despite pressing the accelerator, the vehicle failed to respond. I noticed the 'READY' indicator disappeared on the dashboard, signifying a powertrain system shutdown. This caused me to lose control of the vehicle's speed and positioning, resulting in a collision. I believe this incident is a direct result of the defective Integrated Control Module (ICM) software identified in NHTSA Recall 25V-785 (Manufacturer Recall TN2), which causes the CPU to reset and cut drive power during operation.
Within 48 hours of taking possession, the vehicle suffered a blown head gasket, a catastrophic mechanical failure that constitutes a pre-existing latent defect—a serious condition that existed prior to the sale but was not disclosed to me. This defect renders the vehicle unsafe, inoperable, and unfit for its intended use. Claims that I did not purchase the optional 2-day cooling-off period or that the vehicle is covered under a manufacturer warranty are legally irrelevant. Under California Civil Code §§ 1791.1 & 1792 (Implied Warranty of Merchantability), a dealer is obligated to sell a vehicle that: 1.Is safe and operable at the time of sale 2.Is fit for ordinary driving purposes 3.Does not contain major latent defects that make the vehicle unsafe, inoperable, or unusable immediately after purchase The presence of a pre-existing latent defect is a direct violation of these provisions. The manufacturer warranty does not excuse the sale of a vehicle with a defect that existed at the time of purchase. I am therefore demanding, without delay: 1.Immediate rescission of the sales contract by Raceway Nissan 2.Full refund of all funds paid, including deposits and trade-in credits 3.Coordination with Valley Strong Credit Union to fully rewind the auto loan, including principal, interest, fees, and any other charges 4.Confirmation that I will have no financial obligations related to this purchase once the rescission is completed
Car swerved to the left unexpectedly causing it to do a 180 degree turn and impact the drivers side. Side airbags deployed and emergency response was initiated. Prior to the swerve in question, the car had experienced about 6 smaller swerves that we attributed initially to a wind gust. All of the swerves felt like a strong wind was hitting the drivers side rear quarter area. The Estimate of repair for the insurance company indicates damage to Left Lower Control Arm, Left Trailing Arm, and Left Upper Control Arm.
Steering rack makes a clicking/popping noise when turning the wheel. This began around 32,000 miles.There were no warning lights or messages when this issue began. It was not suspected to be as serious as thought. When taken to the dealership, service department stated that steering rack needs replacing, for around $5,000. This steering issue could cause the loss of power steering putting driver and passengers and others on the road in danger.
The dealer replaced some steering components around 25-30k miles. The problem with the steering sticking and locking up as never stopped. The dealer is saying it's the gearbox. I have 45,000 miles, now the dealer wants to charge me $4,000 to replace the gear box. It should be covered under a recall or replaced when I first took the car in for repair, while it was under warranty.

While driving on the highway traffic slowed down and came to a stop for about 30 seconds and when it started to move I heard a sound and my car shifted into park and the shifter never moved out of drive. I moved the shifter to park and then to drive and it began to move forward I don't now that happened but it got me a bit upset This was yesterday 10/23/25 and today I took my son t the the airport and all was OK. I am worried that may happen again and I'll be stuck somewhere.
When making a left turn, my car suddenly bucked up onto the air feeling like I ran over a big obstacle which was not the case. Car came to sudden stop and I was thrown forward over steering wheel. Thankfully no one was behind me or it would have been catastrophic. The first week I owned the car, when going through a car wash, the car started jumping up and down and wouldn't move forward. Had to back out of carwash. Dealer told me it was the collision mitigation system and to turn it off before going in. The "brake" light on dash periodically flashes when no cars are in front of me. I am truly afraid to drive this car which only has 5,800 miles on it. Dealer can't find a problem. I am turning off collision feature every time I drive, but what if I forget? I believe this is an extremely dangerous defect and should be looked into. It doesn't always happen, but when it does...
My Steering rack started making a ticking noise every time i turn my wheel at 3 thousand miles. I talk to the delar tech about it he said we have alot of issues with those they can replace under warranty but still its gonna start marking the same noise because they dont have a permanent solution for it.
On October 3, 2025, at approximately 1:00-1:30 PM, I was driving southbound on the Hardy Toll Road in the far-left lane on my way to a friend's house. Road conditions were dry, and it was a bright, sunny day. While driving, I noticed something felt unusual with my vehicle. Other vehicles began passing me, so I checked my side-view mirror to see if there was an issue with my rear wheel, but I did not observe anything. When I looked forward again, there were no vehicles directly in front of me. Suddenly, my car locked up, and the word "BRAKE" appeared on the dashboard. My vehicle immediately began veering sharply to the right. While veering, my vehicle was struck on the passenger side (T-boned) by another vehicle. The impact caused me to collide with the guard rail, strike a freeway sign, and ultimately crash into the tree line near the water off the roadway.

The contact's daughter owns a 2024 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while her daughter was driving at an undisclosed speed, several unknown warning lights illuminated. The contact's daughter drove the vehicle to the shoulder of the road. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, where it was diagnosed with steering box failure. The contact's daughter was informed that the steering box needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 50,000.
The contact owns a 2024 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, several unknown warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, who diagnosed a failure with the fuel injector. The contact was informed that the fuel injector needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 11,000.
My car started shaking like it didn’t want to go. My engine light came on. Then it showed road departure mitigation system problem, collision mitigation system problem, adaptive. Those control problem, and emissions system problem then says engine is not functioning properly.
Steering rack is starting to creak non stop, it began around 4k miles, the car currently has 5,350 miles. Brought car to Lia Honda, Northampton, Ma. They tightened up all front suspension bolts but this did nothing and told me "drive the car more to see if the noise goes away" However after spending 5 mins researching on the internet I came across a plethora of 11th gen accord owners complaining about this specific noise and even multiple video recordings of it. From what I gather there is a defective worm gear and spring tension or something along these lines with numerous owners having their entire steering rack replaced under warranty. However many of those who's steering rack was replaced began to hear this ever present, constant creaking noise all the time and I do mean all of the time. a Perplexity AI, Chatgpt, or Google AI leads to an alarming amount of owners having to deal with this issue. So currently my purchased brand new in may of 2024 honda accord with 5.3K odd miles on it is creaking non stop at all times other than driving straight on the highway. It is incredible to me at least that honda has not issued a recall as they did with the civics and crvs with essentially the same problem. Thank you for your time.
Hi, I think that this vehicle is major safety issue for both me and others, since bought new it tends to pull to the right , hard to steer or keep it in lane straight without wondering away! Pre mature Tire wear and tear vehicle inspected by different Honda dealerships multiple times with multiple alignments correction done and parts replaced under warranty to it with no remedy or resolution, filed case with Honda manufacture with no resolution as well! I took today for second opinion at Firestone I was told that vehicle can’t be aligned! due to right wheel caster is advanced or off by 0.6 inch which points to: 1 suspension issue ( got inspected multiple times) 2 subframe problems or frame damage due to manufacturing problems or geometry ratios defect I really don’t know what to do! Filled complain with you guys earlier …never heard back attached is Repair inspection from today and multiple alignments attempted by dealership on 10/2 10/29 and last 11/9 Parts was replaced at dealer 1 Rack and pinion component. 2 steering cable reel.
