TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 HYUNDAI TUCSON. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE SYSTEM DID NOT FUNCTION AS DESIGNED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS SUPPOSED TO CHIME WITH A WARNING INDICATOR STATING THAT THE SENSOR WAS OBSTRUCTED. AFTER MANUALLY BLOCKING THE SENSOR, IT DID NOT FUNCTION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER THREE TIMES, BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DIAGNOSED DUE TO NO ERROR CODES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
