This page combines three types of NHTSA data: recall campaigns (official manufacturer or government actions), owner complaints (unverified consumer reports), and crash test ratings (where available). A vehicle with many complaints is not necessarily less reliable — complaint volume correlates with sales volume and vehicle age. Recalls indicate identified defects, not overall quality. To compare this model year with others, use the year navigation in the sidebar or return to the model overview page.

Subject: Formal Demand for Investigation – Fuel Tank Capacity Discrepancy Vehicle: 2021 Jaguar F-PACE VIN: SADCJ2EX9MA669268 To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally request an immediate investigation into a significant discrepancy affecting my 2021 Jaguar F-PACE regarding its fuel tank capacity and driving range, which appear to fall substantially below the specifications published by Jaguar Land Rover. I purchased this pre-owned vehicle on August 30, 2024, through a salesperson named Misko Sekulic. At no time during the transaction was I informed that this vehicle was equipped with a reduced fuel tank capacity of approximately 14–15 gallons, nor that its maximum driving range would be limited to approximately 275 miles per tank. This omission is particularly concerning given that I have previously owned two Jaguar F-PACE vehicles, both of which were equipped with fuel tanks of approximately 21–22 gallons and provided an average driving range of close to 400 miles. Within days of taking ownership, I noticed a substantial reduction in driving range. I raised this concern with the salesperson within a few weeks; however, no action was taken. Over time, it became increasingly clear that the vehicle’s limited range significantly impacts its usability, particularly given my profession as a real estate agent, which requires frequent and long-distance driving. The current range makes even routine trips inconvenient and impractical. Due to this issue, I have limited my use of the vehicle, which is reflected in its unusually low mileage of approximately 13,000 miles. Had this critical information been disclosed at the time of purchase, I would not have proceeded with the transaction. his conclusion is extremely concerning and unacceptable. A vehicle that is advertised with a 21-to 22 gallon fuel tank to but consistently accepts only 14–15 gallons For this reason, I am requesting that Jaguar Land Rover North America immediately conduct a formal review
I was returning from work when I briefly fell asleep, causing my vehicle to drift to the curb and resulting in damage to the right-hand side wheels. This incident was caused by a failure of the Lane Departure Warning and Lane Assist systems, which were not functioning at the time. Had these safety features been operational, a potential accident could have been prevented. I have reported this issue to Jaguar Corporate, but it has been approximately one month, and I have not received a satisfactory response. I am concerned that safety concerns regarding this vehicle are not being adequately addressed. There were no warning lights displayed prior to the incident. I have scheduled a service appointment with the dealership for March 4th to assess the structural integrity of the vehicle and will obtain further details after their inspection. I respectfully request that the NHTSA investigate or escalate this matter to Jaguar Corporate for urgent attention, as I am increasingly concerned about the safety and security of driving this vehicle.
