THE UCONNECT UNIT QUIT WORKING THEREFORE NO WAY TO ADJUST RADIO, HEAT, USE, BLUETOOTH, BACKUP CAMERA STAYS ON WHEN DRIVING FRONTWARDS DOWN ROAD, ETC. CANNOT USE REGULAR KNOBS TO ADJUST. HAVE NOW BEEN WAITING ALMOST 2 WEEKS FOR A NEW RADIO TO SEE IF THAT FIXES THE PROBLEM. ALSO THUMPING NOISE IN THE RIGHT FRONT IN WHEN MAKING A TURN & GOING OVER A BUMP AT SAME TIME. BUYING A BRAND NEW VEHICLE YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT PROBLEMS LIKE THIS AFTER OWNING IT FOR LESS THAN 6 MONTHS. *TR
I HAD A WARNING ON MY CAR SAYING THAT MY 4WHELL DRIVE WAS NOT WORKING AND THAT I NEEDED TO CALL FOR SERVICE . NOW MY CAR IS IN REPAIR AND THEY ORDERED AN ACTUATOR FOR THE TRANSFER CASE. VEHICLE WAS DRIVING FINE ALL THE TIME WITH ONLY THAT WARNING SO I TOOK IT I
THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS ROUGH IN THE LOWER 3 GEARS. THERE IS A BAD JUMPING/LURCHING/BANGING WHEN ACCELERATING FROM A STOP.
AUTOMATIC TRANMISSION IS DOESN'T SEEM AS SMOOTH AS WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT THE VEHICLE, DRIVING WITH MORE WHIPLASH FROM SHIFTING GEARS. VEHICLE ACCELERATES SLOWLY, BUT GEARS JUMP SHIFT PRETTY QUICKLY PERHAPS TOO SOON BEFORE REACHING PROPER SPEED (MPH). ACCELERATING OVERALL JUST DOESN'T FEEL OR SOUND RIGHT WHEN STOPPED AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT AND THEN ACCELERATING.
I HAVE A 2016 JEEP CHEROKEE BOUGHT BRAND NEW FROM THE DEALER. AT APPROXIMATELY 15K MILES, I STARTED HEARING A CLICKING SOUND WHEN DRIVING FROM DRIVER TO REVERSE. I WENT TO THE DEALER MULTIPLE TIMES AND WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. FINALLY THE DEALER FIGURED OUT THAT THE REAR DIFFERENTIAL NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AT ONLY 15K MILES. AT APPROXIMATELY 25K MILES, I WAS HEARING A WHISTLING SOUND ON THE DRIVER SIDE FRONT END WHEN CRUISING AT APROX. 20MHP OR LESS. I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER MULT. TIMES AND THEY COULD NOT FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. THE DEALER REPLACED A REAR AXEL BOOT FOR THE SHAFT THAT WAS THROWING GREASE, THINKING THAT WOULD SOLVE THE PROBLEM BUT IT DID NOT. I HEARD THE WHISTLING ONCE AGAIN BEFORE EVEN LEAVING THE LOT. THE DEALER FINALLY FIGURED OUT THE DRIVER SIDE FRONT END BEARING WAS BAD AND WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE DEALER REPLACED THE SHAFT AXLE. I HAVE HAD APPROX 4 TRANSMISSION SOFTWARE UPDATES DONE SINCE I HAVE HAD THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER STATES THIS WOULD NEED TO BE PURCHASED FOR APPROX $140 EACH TIME AFTER THE POWER TRAIN WARRANTY EXPIRES FOR THE JEEP. KEEP IN MIND MY JEEP HAS ONLY 33K MILES ON IT WAS THIS POINT. NOW I HAVE A JEEP THAT HAS A PANORAMIC SUNROOF THAT MAKES NOISE AS WELL WHEN GOING OVER BUMPS AND POTHOLES AND THE DEALER STATES THEY DO NOT HEAR ANYTHING. I HAVE A TIRE ALIGNMENT DONE ON THE JEEP AT 25K MILES FOR $120. I WENT BACK TO THE DEALER WITH 32K MILES ON IT TO HAVE THE SUNROOF CHECKED OUT AND THEY ARE TELLING ME I NEED ANOTHER ALIGNMENT. SO THE ALIGNMENT HAS GONE OUT AGAIN IN LESS THAN 10K MILES? THERE HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT ISSUES WITH THIS JEEP SINCE DAY ONE AND EVERY OTHER JEEP I HAVE OWNED IN THE PAST.
SERVICE TRANSMISSION AND ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON WHILE DRIVING ABOUT 58 MPH TRANSMISSION BASICALLY DISENGAGED WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY. AFTER SLOWING AT A STOPLIGHT , THE CAR WOULD NOT ACCELERATE AND I WAS NEARLY REAR ENDED. CAR HAS BEEN AT DEALERSHIP FOR 5 DAYS, DUE TO BE READY FOR PICK UP TOMORROW AFTER CHANGING TCM. I WAS ONLY OFFERED A RENTAL THIS AFTERNOON-GEE THANKS!AFTER SOME RESEARCH, I AM FINDING MANY SIMILAR STORIES IN WHICH THE REPAIRS DO NOT HOLD AND THE OWNERS HAVE CONTINUED PROBLEMS, THE MOST WORRISOME IS THE TRANSMISSION DISENGAGING MID DRIVE, AND MULTIPLE BREAKDOWNS AND SERVICE VISITS . I DO NOT FEEL SAFE IN THIS CAR AND SHOULD THIS MALFUNCTION CAUSE ME TO BE CRASHED INTO AND I SURVIVE, I WILL COME AT CHRYSLER-WHO'S ADVISE THUS FAR WAS THAT I PURCHASE A SERVICE PLAN-AGAIN, GEE THANKS- I WILL COME AT THEM WITH A FURY THAT IS UNMATCHED.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE A REMEDY FOR THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS A MANUFACTURER DEFAULT IN THE DESIGN. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 1,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 JEEP CHEROKEE. WHILE DRIVING 5 MPH, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED RAPIDLY ON ITS OWN AND CRASHED INTO A GARAGE. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED AND THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A BODY SHOP. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,000.
THE HEADLIGHTS ON THIS CAR ARE EXTREMELY DIM AND MAKE DRIVING AT NIGHT, IN THE RAIN OR SNOW VERY HAZARDOUS. I TOOK THE CAR TO MY DEALERSHIP AND THEY AGREE THEY ARE DIM BUT SAID THAT THEY ARE IN WORKING ORDER. THEY GET THIS COMPLAINT FREQUENTLY. SO NO FIX OR UPGRADE AVAILABLE. NO MY EYES ARE NOT THE PROBLEM. CHRYSLER MADE STANDARD VERY BRIGHT LIGHTS ON ALL OF THE 2017 MODELS. NOT A COINCIDENCE. THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION. I DRIVE ON DARK BACK ROADS IN THE HILLS FREQUENTLY. IT ISN'T JUST A NUISANCE BUT A TRULY DANGEROUS SITUATION. CHRYSLER NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS IMMEDIATELY.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 JEEP CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS WHILE ATTEMPTING TO DRIVE, THE TRANSMISSION FAILED TO SHIFT GEARS. THE ENGINE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE SOFTWARE NEEDED TO BE UPDATED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS THEN TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER WHERE THE DEALER STATED THAT THEY HAD NO RECORD OF THE SOFTWARE BEING UPDATED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. HOWEVER, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER ADVISED HER TO TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER BUT DID NOT OFFER ANY FURTHER ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 21,000.
WE HAVE BEEN WARNED THAT THIS VEHICLE MAY HAVE A STEERING WOBBLE WHEN TOWED BEHIND A MOTORHOME. FIAT CHRYSLER HAS ISSUED A RECALL ADDENDUM TO THE OWNER'S MANUAL THAT A HARNESS WIRING KIT PART NO. 68321424AB IS RECOMMENDED BEFORE TOWING, AND THAT IF THE VEHICLE IS TOWED WITHOUT THIS KIT, FIAT CHRYSLER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES. ALSO, SERVICE PROCEDURE NOTICE S13 AND SERVICE BULLETIN NO. 08-029-16 REV. A HAVE BEEN ISSUED SAYING THAT WE NEED A MOPAR FLAT TOW WIRING KIT BEFORE TOWING HAVE BEEN ISSUED. EVEN THOUGH OUR JEEP IS UNDER WARRANTY AND FIAT CHRYSLER HAS ISSUED THESE WARNINGS, THE MANUFACTURER REFUSES TO PAY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE RECOMMENDED KIT. WE HAVE GONE THROUGH OUR DEALER, THE DISTRICT JEEP SERVICE MANAGER, AND ALSO DIRECTLY TO FIAT CHRYSLER WITH NO RESOLUTION. FIAT CHRYSLER REFUSES TO COVER THE COST OF THIS REPAIR, WHICH WOULD BE $330.00 OUT OF POCKET TO US. WE FEEL, SINCE OUR VEHICLE IS UNDER WARRANTY AND FIAT CHRYSLER ACKNOWLEDGES THIS PROBLEM, THAT FIAT CHRYSLER SHOULD PAY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THIS REPAIR THAT THEY RECOMMEND AND REQUIRE, VIA RECALL. FURTHER, THE CURRENT NEW VERSION OF THE OWNER'S MANUAL ISSUES A CAUTION THAT "FAILURE TO USE THE PROPER MOPAR WIRING KIT TO POWER THE STEERING SYSTEM DURING RECREATIONAL FLAT TOWING MAY DAMAGE THE VEHICLE'S STEERING SYSTEM AND/OR OTHER VEHICLE COMPONENTS." NONE OF THIS INFORMATION WAS INDICATED IN THE ORIGINAL OWNER'S MANUAL FOR THE 2016 JEEP CHEROKEE AT TIME OF PURCHASE.
I HAD MY 2016 JEEP CHEROKEE IN TO SERVICE AT ABOUT MILEAGE 1800. THE JEEP DEALER REPORTED TO ME THAT HE UPGRADED MY SOFTWARE TO THE LATEST AND GREATEST AND PRODUCED A SOFTWARE UPGRADE NUMBER WHICH MEANT NOTHING TO ME, BUT THE DEALER ASSURED ME THAT CERTAIN FIXES WERE ADDRESSED, INCLUDING THE IMPORTANT PARKING BREAK IMPROVEMENT, WHERE IF THE CAR IS PLACED INTO PARK, AND THE DRIVER DOOR IS OPENED, THEN THE PARKING-BREAK WOULD/SHOULD BE AUTOMATICALLY ENGAUGED. YESTERDAY, THE FIRST TIME THIS FEATURE SHOULD HAVE BEEN AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATED, IT DID NOT WORK. I AM USUALLY VERY GOOD IN DEPLOYING THE PARKING BREAK, BUT NOT THIS ONE TIME -- I PULLED UP ON THE SWITCH RATHER THAN PUSHED IT DOWN TO DEPLOY THE PARKING BREAK (OR OPPOSITE.) MY POINT IS THAT THE AUTOMATIC DEPLOYMENT OF THE PARKING BREAK DID NOT OCCUR. FURTHER, IN THE WAINING CALIFORNIA SUN, THE AMBER LED USED BY FIAT/CHRYSLER IS NOT SUFFICIENT AND A REALLY POOR COLOR CHOICE. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SEE THE LED ON THE PARKING BREAK. WHAT KIND OF STUPID CHOOSES A LED THAT IS PROBABLY THE LEAST VISIBLE TO SEE? THE LED MATCHES THE COLOR OF THE SUN (SORT OF.) GREEN IS MUCH MORE VISIBLE. RED IS BETTER THAN AMBER.
MY 2016 JEEP CHEROKEE HAS A 9 SPEED AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. WHEN DRIVING IN TOWN AT A SLOW SPEED THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS ERATICALLY AND PAUSES DURING THE SPEED SHIFT TRYING TO EVALUATE WHICH GEAR IT NEEDS TO BE IN. SO EXTREME THAT I WAS ALMOST HIT TRYING TO AVOID ANOTHER VEHICLE. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE CUSTOMER ASSIST, THE NSDC AND THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE. CHRYSLER JUST KEEPS STATING THAT THE TRANSMISSION "WORKS AS DESIGNED". I HAVE EVEN HAD THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT A LOCAL JEEP DEALERSHIP THAT IT IS A MASSIVE PROBLEM AND THE VEHICLES ARE ALWAYS COMING IN FOR SERVICE DUE TO THIS. THEY HAVE ATTEMPTED AN "UPGRADE" TO THE SYSTEM WHICH THEY THINK WILL IMPROVE THE SHIFTING, BUT IT HAS NOT WORKED. I NEED SOMEONE TO TAKE THIS ISSUE SERIOUSLY AND INVESTIGATE THE PROBLEM. IT IS AN ISSUE AND UNFORTUNATELY THE PREVIOUS HOMEOWNERS I HAVE SPOKEN WITH JUST TRADED THEM IN AND NEVER COMPLAINED. PLEASE, PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS. JUST BECAUSE CHRYSLER SAYS IT IS "PERFORMING AS DESIGNED" DOES NOT MEAN IT IS PERFORMING SAFELY.
THE TRANSMISSION DOES NOT SHIFT PROPERLY. I HAVE TAKEN IT INTO THE SHOP AT LEAST 4 TIMES TO GET THIS PROBLEM FIXED. THEY KEEP TELLING ME ITS A SOFTWARE UPDATES, BUT THE ROUGH SHIFT OR NON-SHIFTING STARTS AGAIN IN ABOUT 3-4 DAY AFTER I GET MY VEHICLE BACK. IT SHIFTS FINE UNTIL 4 GEAR AND THEN IT DOES NOT SHIFT ANYMORE AND GRINDS THE GEARS.
THE DEALER SOLD THE JEEP PATRIOT 2016 WITH THE BRAKE LIGHT ABOVE THE REAR HATCH NOT WORKING. THE LATER INSPECTION CONDUCTED FOR WHAT WAS THOUGHT TO BE A BAD LIGHT BULB, TURNED INTO A DISCOVERY THAT THE BRAKE FIXTURE WIRING HAD BEEN CUT WITH A RECOMMENDATION TO CHANGE THE HARNESS ($600).
DOES NOT HOLD THE SELECTED SPEED WHEN GOING DOWN HILL WITH CRUISE CONTROL SET. TRANSMISSION SHIFTS DOWN BUT DOES NOT STAY IN ONE GEAR, SHIFTS UP AND DOWN.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 JEEP CHEROKEE. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, IT FAILED TO ACCELERATE WHILE DRIVING BETWEEN 5-25 MPH. AFTER EASING OFF THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL A THUMPING NOISE WAS HEARD FROM THE TRANSMISSION. THE CONTACT ALSO INDICATED THAT A HUMMING NOISE UNDER THE VEHICLE WAS PRESENT WHILE DRIVING OVER 50 MPH. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100. UPDATED 01/25/17*LJ *CN
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 JEEP CHEROKEE. WHILE DRIVING 75 MPH, THE VEHICLE DECELERATED AND THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE ENGINE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER, BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THERE WERE NO RECALLS FOR THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,900....UPDATED 12/14/16 *BF *TR
I WAS PULLING OUT OF A PARKING LOT ON TO A CITY STREET IN THE MIDDLE OF SCHOOL TRAFFIC. I PRESSED THE ACCELERATOR AND MY JEEP BUCKED REALLY HARD. I TRIED TO GET IT GOING BUT IT WOULD NOT GO PASSED 1ST GEAR. I BASICALLY COASTED BACK TO MY HOME AND CALLED JEEP TO HAVE IT TOWED TO THE DEALER.
TAKATA RECALL: I BOUGHT THE CAR IN JUNE OF 2016. TWO MONTHS LATER I WENT INTO THE DEALER TO COMPLAIN ABOUT MY CAR SHAKING AND THE ACCELERATOR HOW MY CAR FEELS AS IF IT'S SHIFTING GEARS. THEY TAKE MY CAR TO CHECK AND TOLD ME THEY CAN NOT DUPLICATE THE ISSUE SO I RECEIVED MY CAR BACK. THEN DURING THE SUMMER ONCE AGAIN IN 2017 THE CAR WAS SHAKING VERY BAD DEALER WAS ON STRIKE SO I HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER JEEP DEALER. THEY 'SOLVED' THE SHAKING AND MENTIONED TO ME I POSSIBLY NEED A NEW ENGINE. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY CONTACT BACK FROM THEM FOR THAT NEW ENGINE. MY CAR AGAIN STILL SHAKES AND FEELS AS IF IT IS SHIFTING ON ITS OWN. IT'S TURNED OFF ON ME QUITE A FEW TIMES AS WELL. ON THE EXPRESS WAY IN THE CITY IN THE STREETS. I JUST TOOK IT BACK AGAIN THIS YEAR A COUPLE WEEKS AGO IN JUNE 2018 AND AGAIN I GET THE I CAN'T DUPLICATE THE ISSUE. SO I'M STUCK TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET MY ISSUE SOLVED. VEHICLE IS ALWAYS IN MOTION WHEN SHAKING AND SHIFTING HAPPENS. VEHICLE IS AT A STOP WHEN CAR TURNS OFF.
CENTER CONSOLE IN THIS 2016 JEEP CHEROKEE LATITUDE AWD HAS DESIGN FLAWS AS EVERY TIME CAR HITS A BUMP THE CONSOLE OPENS CAUSING A DISTRACTION -- DEALERSHIP HAS REPLACED THE LATCH THAT DID NOT WORK AND THEN THEY REPLACED THE WHOLE CONSOLE AND AS TO DATE THE CONSOLE STILL OPENS.
WE BOUGHT A BRAND NEW JEEP AND BY 5168 MILES IT USED 3 QUARTS OF SYNTHETIC OIL. WE HAD THE OIL CHANGED AT 3000 MILES AT THE DEALER(AS THEY SUGGESTED). WE INFORMED THE DEALER THAT THE JEEP WAS BURNING OIL NOT LEAKING OIL. WE WERE TOLD THAT CHRYSLER WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT UNTIL 7500 MILES AND THEN THEY WOULD DO A OIL CONSUMPTION TEST ON THE JEEP AND AFTER THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO BRING IT BACK EVERY 500 MILES TO TOP THE OIL OFF IF NECESSARY. SYNTHETIC OIL IS ABOUT $8.00 A QUART. THIS JEEP IS UNDER WARRANTY BUT THEY WOULDN'T FIX IT. AND WE WOULD OF HAD TO PAY FOR THE OIL TO TOP IT OFF WITH TOO. THE DEALER WAS AWARE OF THIS PROBLEM WITH THESE JEEPS. OUR DAUGHTER BOUGHT A JEEP WITH THE SAME ENGINE BUT SHE HASN'T HAD A PROBLEM WITH HERS. WHEN WE TOLD THE DEALER THIS THEY SAID THIS PROBLEM EXISTS ONLY WITH SOME OF THE ENGINES. WHY ISN'T THERE A RECALL ON THESE! WHY ARE THEY EVEN SELLING THESE WHEN THEY KNOW THERE'S A PROBLEM. SINCE THE MANUFACTURE WOULDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM WE GOT RID OF THE JEEP.
VEHICLE HAS A FRONT WOBBLE OR SHIMMY WHEN ACCELERATING FROM STOP. ON LOOSE OR SLICK PAVEMENT WOBBLE REPLICATES WHEEL SLIP AND HAS CAUSED ME TO OVER CORRECT MY STEERING AND ACCELERATION ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. VEHICLE STEERING WHEEL IS WRAPPED IN LEATHER. THE LEATHER IS LOOSE NEAR CENTER SPOKES OF STEERING WHEEL. FINGERS HAVE SNAGGED ON THE LOOSE LEATHER ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS CAUSING A DANGEROUS CONTROL ISSUE. VEHICLE DELIVERED WITH NON FUNCTIONING BLIND SPOT MONITOR MIRROR ON PASSENGER SIDE AND NORMAL MIRROR ON DRIVER SIDE. ASSUMING THE PASSENGER SIDE WAS EQUIPPED WITH BLIND SPOT ASSISTANCE I WAS NEARLY IN AN INTERSTATE COLLISION DURING THE NIGHT DRIVE HOME IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING DELIVERY.
THIS CAR WAS PURCHASED ON JUNE 30, 2016. WE WENT ON VACATION JULY 18, 2016 IN OUR NEW VEHICLE. AT THE TIME OF THE FIRE THIS CAR WAS JUST 32 DAYS OLD. WE PULLED INTO A LOVE'S TRUCK STOP TO REFUEL THE CAR. THE ENGINE WAS TURNED OFF AND I HAD BEGUN REFUELING THE CAR. SMOKE WAS COMING OUT OF THE HOOD. UPON OPENING THE HOOD THERE WAS FIRE UNDERNEATH THE ENGINE COMING UP BOTH SIDES. USING WATER AND A FIRE EXTINGUISHER WE WERE ABLE TO PUT THE FIRE OUT. WE HAD THE CAR TOWED TO THE NEAREST JEEP DEALER. CHRYSLER IS TAKING NO RESPONSIBILITY EVEN THOUGH THERE ARE NUMEROUS CASES SITED WITH ENGINE FIRES ON JEEP VEHICLES. THEY HAVE REFUSED A DIRECTIVE FROM NHTSB TO ISSUE A RECALL FOR THIS PROBLEM. WITH OTHER PEOPLE ALSO REFUELING CARS RIGHT NEXT TO US, THIS COULD HAVE BEEN A MAJOR CATASTROPHIC EVENT. WHEN I WAS DRIVING DOWN A SMALL HILL, SUDDENLY A NOISE AND THE CAR STOPPED, CALL ASSISTANT ROAD AND SENT A TOW TRUCK TO TAKE THE CAR TO CRISWELL JEEP SERVICE, THE TECHNICAL S CRISWELL JEEP SERVICE THEY DIAGNOSED TRANSMISSION, INCLUDING THE REEMPLASARIAN FOR A NEW ONE. ALL THIS HAPEND ON JULY 31, 2016 AND TODAY SEPTEMBER 9 2016 THEY STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIX THE CAR THE CHYSLER ALREADY HAVE MY CASE
PURCHASED 2016 JEEP CHEROKEE BRAND NEW FROM SUSANVILLE AUTO CENTER AND THE CAR HAS NOW BEEN IN THE SHOP 6 TIMES AND TOWED IN THE LAST TIME. IT HAS NOW FRIED THE COIL AND THE SPARK PLUGS. IT HAS BEEN IN FOR 2 WHEEL SENSORS, THERMOSTATE REPLACEMENT AT 1500 MILE, COOLANT LEAK AT 2500 AND NOW THE COIL AND PLUG ISSUE WHILE DRIVING HOME FROM AUBURN CA OVER 200 MILES FROM HOME CAR STARTED JERKING DASH FLICKERING AND USE OVER 3/4 TANK OF GAS IN 50 MILE AND WOULD ONLY GO 45MPH AT 25K. I DRIVE FOR A LIVING AN CAN NOT AFFORD TO BE STRANDED IN THE MIDDLE OF NO WHERE AS A WOMAN. I'VE CONTACT JEEP CORP AND OF COURSE NO RESPONSE. DEALER WONT DO ANYTHING EITHER. DROVE MY NEW JEEP FOR THE FIRST TIME AT NIGHT IN THE COUNTRY. THE HEADLIGHTS ARE DANGEROUSLY INADEQUATE. THE SHOULDER IS NOT PROPERLY ILLUMINATED, CREATING A HAZARD WHEN OBJECTS ARE ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, AS WELL AS WHEN MAKING A TURN ONTO UNLIGHTED INTERSECTION. WHEN GOING DOWN A SLIGHT GRADE, THE LIGHTS DO NOT GIVE ENOUGH DISTANCE TO REACT IN AN EMERGENCY. DEALER HAS CHECKED ALIGNMENT OF LIGHTS AND DETERMINED THEY ARE TO FACTORY SPECS. MILEAGE MPG IS NOWHERE NEAR EPA STICKER DISPLAYED ON JEEP WHEN PURCHASED. PERHAPS THIS IS DUE TO MECHANICAL PROBLEMS? (SEE TRANNY SLIPPAGE REPORT) SAME TRIP, SAME/SIMILAR DRIVING CONDITIONS, NO STOP-AND-GO TRAFFIC, FLAT-ISH HIGHWAY, NO WIND, HOT WEATHER [I.E. LESS WINDAGE], SHOULD AVERAGE ABOUT ~28MPG, BUT AVERAGE IS ~20MPG. ALSO, AVERAGE MPG IS DROPPING (I.E. WAS ~26MPG ... THEN 24MPG ... THEN 20MPG.)

NOW SAME TRIP AVERAGES ~20MPG. CAR FEELS SLUGGISH AT TIMES. INITIAL THOUGHT WAS BAD GAS, BUT NEW GAS -- SAME SLIPPAGE. I HAVE CONTACTED FCA (MANUF) AND WILL TRY TO RESOLVE. THE GAS MILAGE IS ALSO A PROBLEM AS IT IS NOWHERE NEAR THAT STATED IN EPA REPORTED ... HOWEVER, IF SLIPPAGE IS FIXED, THEN MAYBE ~28MPG IS POSSIBLE. VERY STRANGE FOR NEW CAR, IMHO. IT APPEARS BASED ON RESEARCH, THE LISTED VEHICLES IS HAVING THE SAME TRANSMISSION ISSUES AS THE 2014-2015 MODELS. WHICH WITHIN SEVERAL PUBLICATIONS JEEP INDICATED THEY HAD RESOLVED THE TRANSMISSION ISSUE IN THE 2016 MODEL, THAT HAD PLAGUED JEEP IN THE PREVIOUS TWO YEARS. WHICH APPEARS TO BE AN INCORRECT STATEMENT.
LIGHT-EMMITING-DIODE LAMP WHICH INDICATES WHEN THE PARKING-BREAK IS ENGAGED IS NOT VISIBLE IN DAYLIGHT [I.E. PEAK BRIGHT SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA SUNSHINE]. AND, THE LED COLOR IS NON-OPTIMAL FOR HUMAN OBSERVATION. THE LED WHICH IS ILLUMINATED WHEN THE PARKING-BREAK IS SET IS NOT VISIBLE IN DAY LIGHT. PLEASE CONSIDER FIXING OR REPAIRING THIS PROBLEM ASAP. I ROUTINELY NEED TO COVER THE AREA WITH MY HAND AND SQUINT IN ORDER TO SEE IF THE LED IS LIGHTED. THIS IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM THAT COULD EASILY BE FIXED. PERHAPS SOMEONE DURING ASSEMBLY USED THE WRONG RESISTOR??? I HOPE THAT CHRYSLER JEEP USED PWM TO CONTROL THE LED BRIGHTNESS, SO THAT THIS ISSUE CAN BE FIXED WITH A SOFTWARE UPDATE.
WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE AT ABOUT 30 MILES AN HOUR ON A CITY STREET, I START SLOWING DOWN AT A STOP SIGN AND AT ABOUT 10 MILES AN HOUR THE POWER IN MY CAR TURNS COMPLETELY OFF ENGINE TURNS OFF, LIGHTS TURN OFF, INSIDE LIGHTS TURN OFF, I LET THE CAR ROLL TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD PUT THE CAR ON PARK THEN TURN THE IGNITION TO SEE IF THEY'LL TURN ON. THE CAR DOES TURN BACK ON SO I CONTINUE ON MY WAY. THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE IN THE LAST 3 WEEKS EVERY TIME IT HAS HAPPENED THE CAR HAS ALWAYS BEEN IN MOTION THE LIGHTS FLICKER AND THEN IT SHUTS OFF.
I WENT TO PASS A CAR ON A TWO LANE ROAD. WHEN I STEPPED ON THE GAS THE ENGINE REVVED TO A HIGH RPM BUT WOULD NOT SPEED UP.THE ENGINE LIGHT LIT AND A " SERVICE TRANSMISSION" MESSAGE CAME UP. IT STAYED IN 4TH GEAR ALL THE WAY HOME ( ABOUT 45 MILES). AFTER I GOT HOME I TRIED TO GO UP THE DRIVEWAY, ABOUT 100 YARDS, AND THE JEEP WOULD HARDLY MOVE. I HAVE 7100 MILES ON IT. THIS TRANSMISSION NEEDS TO BE RECALLED !! IT IS A PIECE OF JUNK. THE DEALER HAS HAD IT A WEEK AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD ABOUT IT FROM THEM. I DOUBT I WOULD GET MUCH OF A TRADE IN ON THIS AS ALL THE DEALERS KNOW THIS IS A BAD AND UNSAFE VEHICLE.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 JEEP CHEROKEE. WHILE DRIVING DOWNHILL WITH THE CRUISE CONTROL ACTIVATED, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED AND THE ENGINE RPMS REVVED. IN ADDITION, THE TRANSMISSION DOWNSHIFTED, BUT FAILED TO ENGAGE. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS FUNCTIONING AS DESIGNED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,000.
WHILE USING CRUISE CONTROL, TRAVELING UP AND DOWN HILLS, THE SPEED WOULD NOT REMAIN CONSTANT. THE VARIATION OF THE SPEED WOULD BE BETWEEN NEGATIVE 5 MPH TO 16 PLUS MPH, WITHOUT MY FOOT BEING ON THE THROTTLE. AT TIMES WHILE TRAVELING DOWN HILLS, THE ENGINE WOULD ACTUALLY ENGAGE TO ACCELERATE THE VEHICLE. THE TACHOMETER WOULD SHOW THE ENGINE REV INCREASE AND YOU COULD HEAR THE ENGINE AS WELL WHEN THIS HAPPENED. I HAVE AN INCIDENT OF THIS ON VIDEO IN WHICH I HAD THE CRUISE SET TO 45 MPH AND WHILE TRAVELING DOWN HILL, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED TO 58 MPH, WITHOUT MY FOOT ON THE THROTTLE. I WANTED TO USE THE CRUISE CONTROL TO GET BETTER GAS MILEAGE ON THE HIGHWAY, BUT WOULD OFTEN HAVE TO HIT MY BREAKS TO AVOID THE VEHICLE IN FRONT OF ME DUE TO RAPID ACCELERATION. AFTER DISCOVERING THIS ISSUE, I REFUSED TO USE IT AS A RESULT. THIS IS NOT MY VEHICLE, BUT A RENTAL VEHICLE. THIS ISSUE HAPPENED THE ENTIRE TIME PERIOD I HAD THE RENTAL I HAVE VIDEO TO PROVE THIS BUT AM UNSURE HOW TO UPLOAD IT AS ACCORDING TO YOUR WEBSITE IT IS NOT A SUPPORTED FILE FORMAT. I WILL PROVIDE UPON REQUEST. MY HUSBAND, WHO IS AN FAA A&P LICENSED MECHANIC, FILMED THE VIDEO WHILE I WAS DRIVING, AND SUGGESTED I REPORT THIS ISSUE. HE ALSO DID SOME RESEARCH ON THE INTERNET TO DETERMINE IF THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE WITH THE JEEP, AND FOUND THAT IT APPEARS TO BE, AS MANY ARE REPORTING SIMILAR ISSUES.
WHEN DRIVING ON A 2 LANE HIGHWAY, I SET THE CRUSE CONTROL AT 58MPH. THE CRUSE SET WAS DONE AT THE CREST OF A HILL. THE CAR THEN ACCELERATED TO 70MPH BEFORE BACKING OFF TO 58MPH. THIS CAR HAS NEVER DONE THIS ON THIS HILL OR ANY OTHER HILL. IN FACT IT'S ALWAYS HELD IT'S SPEED VERY WELL. THIS MAY BE A ONE-OFF INCIDENT, NEVER TO OCCUR AGAIN, BUT I FELT IT NEEDED TO BE REPORTED TO THE DEALER AS I'VE ONLY GOT 6000 MILES ON THIS CAR. THE SERVICE TECH LAUGHED AND SAID THIS WAS NORMAL. I DISAGREE.
VEHICLE HAD RUN UNATTENDED IN ENCLOSED GARAGE. VEHICLE CONSUMED ALL FUEL IN GAS TANK (ABOUT 14 GALLONS) RESULTING IN EXCESSIVE HEAT BUILD UP IN GARAGE THAT ITEMS IN GARAGE MELTED. PARTS ON THE VEHICLE MELTED. THE BATTERY WAS RUINED FROM EXCESSIVE HEAT, THE FUEL PUMP, INSIDE THE FUEL TANK, MELTED. THE FUEL TANK BECAME DISTORTED. PLASTIC WAS FOUND IN THE VALVE TRAIN AND IS BELIEVED TO HAVE BEEN SOURCED FROM THE MELTED FUEL PUMP. INTERIOR WAS DAMAGED AND FLAT SPOTS ON THE TIRES WERE CREATED DUE TO EXCESSIVE HEAT. VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY AND IN PARK. THIS JEEP IS EQUIPPED WITH A KEYLESS IGNITION AND ENGINE STOP / START FUNCTION THAT SHUTS ENGINE OFF WHEN BRAKING TO A COMPLETE STOP AND THEN RESTARTS ENGINE WHEN BRAKE IS RELEASED. EITHER THE VEHICLE STARTED ON IT'S OWN, OR VEHICLE WAS NOT SHUTOFF PRIOR TO DRIVER EXITING. JEEP DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY AUDIBLE ALERT TO THE DRIVER THAT THE VEHICLE IS RUNNING AFTER THE KEY FOB HAS LEFT THE VEHICLE OR FOB IS OUT OF RANGE. IT IS ALSO A CONCERN THAT THE VEHICLE CONTROL MODULES WOULD LET THE VEHICLE RUN FOR AT LEAST 24 HOURS AND NOT SHUTOFF. GIVEN THAT REMOTE START WILL SHUTOFF AFTER 15 MINUTES AND THE ACC POSITION IS ONLY GOOD FOR 30 MINUTES, HOW CAN JEEP DESIGN A VEHICLE TO IDLE UNATTENDED UNTIL THE FUEL TANK EMPTIED? VEHICLE WAS ALSO OBSERVED TO BE RUNNING IN A PARKING LOT TWO WEEKS LATER. WITNESSES PARKED NEXT TO THE JEEP HAVE NO RECOLLECTION OF IT RUNNING WHEN DRIVER LEFT THE VEHICLE.
I WAS PULLING INTO TRAFFIC AFTER STOPPING AT INTERSECTION CAR WENT DEAD NO POWER IT WOULD NOT TURN BACK ON UNTIL I REMOVED KEY AND REINSERTED IT THEN IT STARTED. I WAS STOPPED PARTAILY IN ROADWAY
MY DAUGHTER [XXX] WAS DRIVING ON A STRAIGHT 2 LANE ROAD WHEN THE JEEP SUDDENLY RAN OFF THE ROAD ON THE RIGHT. SHE MANAGED TO GET IT BACK ON THE ROAD BUT THEN IT FLIPPED OVER ONTO THE DRIVER SIDE AND SLID DOWN THE ROAD APPROXIMATELY 100 FT BEFORE SLIDING OFF THE ROAD AGAIN AND THEN CAME TO REST. SHE DID NOT COLLIDE WITH ANYTHING AND THE ONLY DAMAGE TO THE JEEP WAS THE DRIVER SIDE FROM THE SLIDE AND THE RIGHT FRONT SUSPENSION. THE LOWER CONTROL ARM SNAPPED AT THE LOWER BALL JOINT MOUNTING HOLE AND THE STEERING KNUCKLE BROKE IN TWO. I DO NOT KNOW WHICH OCCURRED FIRST. THE TIRE AND WHEEL WERE NOT DAMAGED OTHER THAN GOUGES ON THE INSIDE OF THE WHEEL CAUSED BY IT ROTATING AROUND THE BROKEN STEERING KNUCKLE. CHRYSLER HAD THE JEEP INSPECTED BUT DECLINED TO ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY. THE VEHICLE WAS DECLARED A TOTAL LOSS. AS A RESULT, MY DAUGHTER AND SON-IN-LAW SUFFERED A SIGNIFICANT LOSS IN VALUE EVEN THOUGH THE JEEP WAS ONLY 2 MONTHS OLD AND HAD ONLY 1,035 MILES ON IT AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT. MY DAUGHTER SUFFERED ONLY A CONCUSSION BUT IT COULD HAVE BEEN MUCH MORE SERIOUS IF SHE HAD BEEN TRAVELING ON A HIGHWAY AT 70 MPH. IF THERE IS A FAULT WITH THE STEERING KNUCKLE OR LOWER CONTROL ARM ON THESE JEEPS, THEN THERE WILL BE MORE ACCIDENTS AND POSSIBLY SERIOUS INJURIES OR DEATH. I HAVE BEEN A PROFESSIONAL AUTO MECHANIC FOR 40+ YEARS AND HAVE NEVER SEEN A STEERING KNUCKLE OR CONTROL ARM BREAK LIKE THESE DID. MY DAUGHTER HAD JUST LEFT MY HOME 30 MINUTES EARLIER, AFTER HAVING LUNCH WITH HER MOM AND I AND WAS ONLY 1/2 MILE FROM HER HOUSE WHEN THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED. SHE HAD NO ALCOHOL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 10,000.
I PURCHASED A 2016 JEEP CHEROKEE WITH AN ACTIVE DRIVE II TRANSFER CASE FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF FLAT TOWING IT BEHIND AN RV. ALL PRINTED AND ON-LINE BROCHURES CLEARLY STATED THAT THE VEHICLE COULD BE FLAT TOWED. I PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR THE UPGRADED DRIVETRAIN AND WAITED 8 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY ONLY TO BE ADVISED A FEW MONTHS LATER BY FCA THAT THE VEHICLE IS NO LONGER TOWABLE AS PURCHASED. IF THE CUSTOMER DESIRES TO TOW THE VEHICLE THEN THE CUSTOMER CAN PURCHASE A NEWLY RELEASED WIRING KIT AND PAY A DEALER TO INSTALL IT. ADDITIONALLY, THE CUSTOMER SHOULD UPGRADE THEIR RV TOW PACKAGE TO INCLUDE A MEANS FOR CHARGING THE CHEROKEE'S BATTERY WHILE BEING TOWED. CHRYSLER SAYS THAT THEY DEEM THIS REQUIRED WIRING KIT AS A 'CUSTOMER SATISFACTION' ACTION AND THAT THEREFORE, THE CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY FOR IT. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT CHRYSLER / FCA CAN GET AWAY WITH SELLING A VEHICLE AS 'TOWABLE' AND THEN SUBSEQUENTLY REQUIRE THE CUSTOMER TO PAY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE? IF THE CUSTOMER CHOOSES TO NOT ADD THIS FIX THEN IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THEY DO NO FLAT TOW. THE CONSEQUENCE OF FLAT TOWING WITHOUT THIS FIX IS A POSSIBLE SEVERE WOBBLE WHICH CAN DAMAGE THE VEHICLE AND RV. IT COULD ALSO CAUSE AN ACCIDENT IF THE SITUATION GETS OUT OF CONTROL. THE RECALL CENTER SENT OUT A NOTIFICATION OF THE ISSUE TO CUSTOMERS, BUT THEY ARE NOT CONSIDERING THIS A RECALL ISSUE. INSTEAD, THEY ARE ADVISING CUSTOMERS THAT THERE IS AN ISSUE AND TO DEAL WITH IT ON THEIR OWN.
THE ENGINE SHUTS OFF WITHOUT ANY WARNING. IT HAS HAPPENED ON RAMPS, A PARKING GARAGE, ON THE HIGHWAY AND THE MIDDLE OF AN INTERSECTION. NO WARNING LIGHTS COME ON UNTIL AFTER THE ENGINE STOPS. THE STEERING FAILS, THE BRAKES FAIL AND THE VEHICLE ROLLS TO A STOP. OFTEN, IT WILL TAKE SEVERAL MINUTES AND ATTEMPTS TO RESTART THE ENGINE. I WAS ADVISED BY THE DEALERSHIP THAT THE OIL WAS LOW. THE ENGINE CONTINUES TO SHUT OFF AND WITH NO CORRELATION TO TIME FRAME AFTER HAVING THE OIL REPLACED, TIME IT HAS BEEN DRIVEN, OR DURATION OF THE TRIP. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNSAFE TO THE PERSON OPERATING THE VEHICLE AND TO OTHERS ON THE ROAD. JEEP AND THE DEALERSHIP HAVE IGNORED THE PROBLEM AND I HAVE EVEN BEEN TOLD BY JEEP CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT "THE ENGINE IS OPERATING AS DESIGNED" WHICH MEANS THAT IT WILL SHUT OFF WITHOUT WARNING TO PROTECT THE ENGINE, NOT THOSE INSIDE THE VEHICLE. THEY HAVE REFUSED TO FIX OR ACKNOWLEDGE THE ISSUE, REFUSED TO VOID THE LEASE AND REFUSED TO REPLACE THE VEHICLE.

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.

WHEN THE WEATHER IS OVER 90 DEGREE THE ENGINE DOES NOT START WHILE USING THE PUSH IGNITION BUTTON OR THE REMOTE START. THE AC AND RADIO ARE OPERATIONAL HOWEVER THE VEHICLE DISPLAYS A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ALONG WITH OTHER SERVICE PARK BRAKE WARNING MESSAGE. THE VEHICLE WILL NOT START TILL THE WEATHER COOLS DOWN AND GETS BELOW 90 DEGREES. THERE IS POSSIBILITY THIS ISSUE CAN ARISE WHEN DRIVING THE VEHICLE, IN WHICH CASE IT COULD BE DEADLY.
SETTING CRUISE DOES NOT HOLD WITH EVEN VERY MINOR INCLINE/DECLINE NO MATTER WHAT SPEED SET IS. THE INCREASE OF SPEED DURING SET CRUISE IS ALARMING AT OVER 10+ MILES AT MEDIUM DECLINE, AND AT SOME POINT CAR TRIES TO SLOW DOWN, BUT IT IS NOT A SMOOTH TRANSITION, AS IT FEELS JERKY. I HAVE TAKEN TO LICAL JEEP DEALER, BUT THEY SAID MAYBE AFTR "COMPUTER UPDATES", IT WOULD REMEDY IT. NOT! I CAN BE ON A BOULEVARD, STREET, HIGHWAY, ETC... I HAVE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT FOR 1-13-2017 WHILE LATITUDE STILL HAS WARRANTY...NO DEALER IS ABLE TO GET VEHICLES IN QUICKLY, SO THAT ALONE SAYS A LOT ABOUT ISSUES WITH THIS MANUFACTURER.... I WOULD ADD THAT I TESTED CRUISE WITH THAT AUTOMATIC ENGINE SHUTOFF BOTH ON AND OFF TO NARROW IT DOWN, BUT THERE WAS NO DIFFERENCE... THERE IS A HUGE PROBLEM WITH DEFROSTING WINDSHIELD, TOO, WHERE THE ONLY REMEDY IS ROLLING DOWN WINDOWS, WHICH IS TERRIBLE IN FOG, RAIN, COLD WEATHER... THE OTHER ISSUE I HAVE IS THE AREA WHERE THE SIDEVIEW MIRRORS ARE: IT IS SO WIDE, IT BLOCKS AN ONCOMING CAR (ESPECIALLY ON PASSENGER SIDE), WHEN TRYING TO TURN LEFT. IT MAKES IT NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO SEE ROAD, TOO, AS MANY STREETS HAVE MEDIANS AND MANY DO NOT. SOME HAVE CONCRETE BIKE CURBS, AND ONE MUST PULL CAR FURTHER OUT THAN NORMAL, JUST TO AVOID RUNNING INTO SOMETHING. THIS IS TRUE FOR BOTH RIGHT OR LEFT TURNS. IF AREA IS DARK, IT IS A GUESSING GAME. THIS ALSO MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO SEE DEER IN NEIGHBORHOODS OR FREEWAYS HERE IN SAN ANTONIO, MUCH LESS OBJECTS THAT ARE THREE FEET TALL AND BELOW.
I HAVE HAD TRANSMISSION ISSUES SINCE BUYING THE VEHICLE. I HAVE BEEN TO THE DEALER ABOUT 3 OR 4 TIMES TO HAVE THE ISSUE FIXED AND IT WAS NEVER FIXED. LOW POWER, HESITATIONS IN ACCELERATION, RANDOMLY DROPPING SPEED WHILE ACCELERATION, AND COMPLETE LOSS OF POWER. IT HAPPENS WHEN IN MOTION AT ALL SPEEDS BUT MOSTLY AT SPEEDS UNDER 40 MPH. IT ALL CONTINUES TO THIS DAY AND I HAVE ALL BUT GIVEN UP ON GETTING CHRYSLER TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. I AM SOMETIMES EVEN AFRAID TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE WHEN ONE OR MORE OF THESE SYMPTOMS HAPPENS. CHRYSLER NEEDS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. AS A CONSUMER I AM ENTITLED TO GET WHAT I PAY FOR!
