TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 JEEP CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE HESITATED AND LOST POWER WITHOUT WARNING. ALSO, THE INSTRUMENT PANEL INDICATORS AND GAUGES FAILED TO OPERATE. THE DEALER (KAHLO CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM, 9900 PLEASANT ST, NOBLESVILLE, IN 46060, (317) 773-6363) RETAINED THE VEHICLE AND PROVIDED A LOANER VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE VIN AND FAILURE MILEAGE WERE NOT AVAILABLE.
VEHICLE OUT OF OIL TWICE BEFORE NEXT OIL CHANGE. IT IS NOT LEAKING OUT ... VEHICLE MUST JUST BE USING TOO MUCH OIL??
VEHICLE LOSING POWER UPON TURNING OR TAKE OFF, GEAR SHIFTING WHILE DRIVING AND ACCELERATING. SHIFTING IS VIOLENT AND LOSS OF POWER MAJOR. NO LONG FEEL SAFE DRIVING AND ONLY HAS 44K MILES ON IT. DEALER HAS DONE ELECTRONIC UPDATE AND DID NOT FIX ISSUE, BUT MADE IT WORSE
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 JEEP CHEROKEE. WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE ENGINE STALLED AND THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT PULLED THE VEHICLE OFF THE ROAD AND HAD IT TOWED TO MARINO CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE (5133 W IRVING PARK RD, CHICAGO, IL 60641, (773) 777-2000). THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THERE WAS AN OIL LEAK AND THE ENGINE NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 38,000. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
VEHICLE HAS JUST SHUT OFF APPROX 10 TIMES IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS. SOMETIMES ITS 'DINGS' WHILE DRIVING NORMAL AND DOES NOT STALL BUT MOST OF THE TIME ITS STALLS AS DRIVING. EITHER IVE JUST PULLED OUT ONTO A ROAD OR MADE A TURN. THE CAR WILL JUST SHUT OFF AND SAYS TO PUT IN CORRECT GEAR. THE CAR WILL NOT TURN OVER AND RESTART FOR APPROX 10 MINUTES. VERY VERY DANGEROUS!!!!!
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 JEEP CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED, THE ENGINE OVERHEATED AND POWERED DOWN WITHOUT WARNING, THE DRIVER'S SIDE KNEE AIR BAG INDICATOR ILLUMINATED, AND THE COMPUTER SYSTEM LINKED TO THE TIRES WAS FAULTY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO HIBBING DODGE CHRYSLER (1321 E 39TH ST, HIBBING, MN 55746, (218) 263-7700) TO BE DIAGNOSED, BUT THE TEST FOUND NO FAILURE. THE DEALER REPAIRED THE VEHICLE FOUR TIMES, BUT THE FAILURES CONTINUED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 26,000.
ENGINE IS CONSUMING OIL AT AN ALARMING RATE. WE HAVE PUT OVER 4QTS SINCE THE LAST OIL CHANGE IN NOV 2018. THERE IS NO LEAK, NO BURNING OF OIL, NO WARNING LIGHTS THAT TURN ON, NOR ANY AREA IN THE MOTOR WHERE YOU CAN SEE ANY OIL ACCUMULATING. WE EVEN CHANGED TO SYNTHETIC OIL AND IT'S STILL CONSUMING OIL.
AFTER STARTING THE CAR AND SHIFTING TO REVERSE THE CAR STALLS. ALSO WHILE DRIVING THE CAR HAS DISPLAYED THREE TIMES IN DIFFERENT OCCASIONS DISPLAYS "SERVICE SHIFTER" AND THE LIGHTS TURN RED ON THE SHIFT STICK (KEEP IN MIND THE CAR IS AUTOMATIC WITH 9 SPEED TRANSMISSION). I JUST GOT THE CAR A WEEK AGO AND I AM SCARED TO DRIVE IT. THE CAR IS A 2017 WITH 35K MILES, NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY THEY SOLD IT BACK TO THE DEALER.
WHEN DRIVING MY 2017 JEEP CHEROKEE 2.4 L, MY SERVICE SHIFTER LIGHT TURNS ON AND ALL THE LIGHTS (PRND) TURN RED. THIS HAPPENED AFTER 36,000 MILES WARRANTY WAS OVER. JEEP DEALER WOULD NOT FIX IT WITHOUT ME PAYING OUT OF POCKET. IF I TURN THE CAR OFF, THE MESSAGE WILL CLEAR IT SELF BUT WILL COME BACK ON AGAIN AFTER DRIVING.
ON THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS NOW, WHILE DRIVING MY VEHICLE AFTER IT HAD BEEN PARKED FOR 5 OR MORE HOURS AFTER TRAVELLING LESS THAN A MILE OR TWO WHILE IN MOTION MY VEHICLE HAS STALLED OUT. TWICE, COMPLETELY STALLED WHERE I HAD TO PULL OVER....ONCE IN THE DARK, THE LIGHTS WENT OUT AND IT STARTED TO STALL, BUT THEN CONTINUED ON THE ROAD. TWO TIMES IT WAS AFTER A LEFT HAND TURN, ONE TIME IT OCCURRED AFTER A RIGHT HAND TURN.
I WAS TAKING MY CAR OUT OF PARK WHEN I NOTICED A REALLY LOUD CLICKING NOISE COMING FROM THE SHIFTER. I TOOK IT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE SHIFTER WOULD BE REPLACED. WHEN I PICKED MY TRUCK UP THE NOISE WAS EVEN LOUDER, AND THIS TIME I HAD AN ERROR MESSAGE ON MY DASH BOARD THAT READ "SERVICE SHIFTER". AT THAT TIME THE DEALERSHIP HAD ALREADY REPLACED THE SHIFTER. AFTER THEY RAN MORE TEST AND ATTEMPTED TO FIX IT A TOTAL OF 10 TIMES, I AM STILL HAVING THE SAME ISSUE, WHERE THE ERROR MESSAGE SAYS "SERVICE SHIFTER" AND THE CLICKING SOUND IS VERY LOUD. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER AT THE DEALERSHIP, HE INFORMED ME THAT THE SHIFTER WAS JUST RECENTLY REPLACED ONCE AGAIN AND THAT THE OTHER ATTEMPTS TO REPLACE THE SHIFTER WERE A RESULT OF THE REPLACEMENT SHIFTERS BEING "BAD' (DEFECTED). CHRYSLER CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OF EVERY OCCASION THAT MY VEHICLE HAS BEEN SERVICED FOR THIS ISSUE, AND THEY HAVE EVEN ESCALATED THIS MATTER TO THEIR CORPORATE LEVEL TECHNICIANS KNOWN AS "STAR". I WAS TOLD BY CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT STAR WAS UNSURE OF THE ISSUE UPON THEM BEING CONTACTED IN REFERENCE TO THIS ISSUE. I HAVE YET TO SEE AN ACTIVE RECALL ON THIS PART, BUT OUT OF THE YEAR AND 8 MONTHS THAT I HAVE OWNED THIS TRUCK, I HAVE SPENT APPROXIMATELY A YEAR AND 4 MONTHS TAKING IT TO THE DEALERSHIP TO BE SERVICED FOR THE SHIFTER.
ON OCTOBER 23, 2018 I WAS TRAVELING DOWN THE HIGHWAY WHEN I SLOWED UP TO MAKE A TURN AND THE TRUCK TURNED OFF WHILE TURNING WITH A VEHICLE BEHIND ME. THANK GOD I WAS ABLE TO STEER THE VEHICLE TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. I HAVE FILED ANOTHER COMPLAINT WITH THIS SAME ISSUE THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS AND I PRAY MY HUSBAND OR I DON'T CAUSE A FATALITY OR BE A FATALITY DUE TO THIS 2017 JEEP BY CHRYSLER MALFUNCTIONING. I'VE NOTICED I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT'S EXPERIENCING THIS ISSUE PLEASE HELP AND HOLD CHRYSLER RELIABLE TO FIX THIS ISSUE.
ON TWO OCCASIONS WHILE FLAT TOWING THE JEEP BEHIND OUR RV THE FRONT END WOBBLED EXCESSIVELY AND ONLY STOPPED WHEN WE SLOWED TO ALMOST A STOP. BOTH INSTANCES HAPPENED WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF STARTING TO TRAVEL IN THE MORNING AND HAPPENED IN CONSTRUCTION ZONES WHERE THE PAVEMENT WAS ROUGH. WE HAD HEARD OF THIS ISSUE SO WE HAD THE DEALER INSTALL THE MOPAR STERRING HARNESS WHEN WE BOUGHT THE CAR. THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO ELIMINATE THE PROBLEM BUT ITS CLEAR IT DID NOT DO SO. AFTER THE LAST INCIDENT WE TOOK THE CAR TO A JEEP DEALER WHO SAID THE PROBLEM WAS THE CAR BATTERY AND REPLACED IT. I FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE THAT WAS THE REAL CAUSE SINCE THE BATTERY WAS LESS THAN A YEAR OLD. THE DEALER ALSO SHOWED US A NOTICE RECOMMENDING HAVE A CHARGER INSTALLED IF TOWING THE CAR MORE THAN 3 HOURS. (AGAIN, THIS DOESN'T ACCOUNT FOR OUR EXPERIENCES SINCE BOTH OF THEM OCCURED WITHIN THE FIRST HALF HOUR).
TL* THE CONTACT CALLED ON BEHALF OF THE DRIVER WHO LEASES A 2017 JEEP CHEROKEE. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED AND THE SERVICE SHIFTER WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO BE COASTED TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO MERRICK DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP (LOCATED AT 3614 SUNRISE HWY, WANTAGH, NY 11793, (516) 868-4400) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE BATTERY AND THE SHIFTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO MERRICK DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE SOFTWARE NEEDED TO BE UPDATED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURES RECURRED FIVE TIMES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES TWICE AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBERS: [XXX] AND [XXX]. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 JEEP CHEROKEE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 20 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED AND ALL THE WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE CONTACT COASTED THE VEHICLE TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, WAITED A FEW MINUTES, AND THE VEHICLE RESTARTED NORMALLY. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE FAILURE OCCURRED APPROXIMATELY SIX TIMES WITHIN TWO MONTHS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER (LIA CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM, 2116 CENTRAL AVENUE, SCHENECTADY, NY 12304) WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE ENGINE SHUT OFF BECAUSE IT WAS BURNING TOO MUCH OIL. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE ENGINE WAS PROGRAMMED TO SHUT OFF AS A PREVENTIVE MEASURE AND THAT THE MANUFACTURER WAS AWARE; HOWEVER, THERE WAS NO REMEDY. THE CONTACT WAS ASKED TO MONITOR THE OIL CONSUMPTION FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 23,500.
I WAS DRIVING ON A SIDE ROAD (35MPH) AND THE CAR JUST "STOPPED" IN TRAFFIC! WITH NO WARNING OR INDICATION. IT STARTED AFTER 10 MINUTES OF SITTING IN HEAVY TRAFFIC - I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER AND THEY SAID THAT THERE WAS NO OIL IN IT? ACCORDING TO THE COMPUTER I HAD 4% LIFE AND PLENTY OF OIL AND I CHECKED IT WHEN I WAS STALLED ON THE ROAD.ACCORDING TO THE DEALER IT'S NORMAL FOR THE 2.4L ENGINE TO BURN THROUGH A QUART OF OIL EVERY 1000 MILES? IS THAT ACCURATE FOR A BRAND NEW CAR? I DON'T THINK SO-- THIS IS A DANGEROUS ISSUE. I COULD BE DRIVING DOWN THE FREEWAY AT 70 AND IT COULD JUST STOP AND IT'S HAPPENED TO OTHERS. THIS NEEDS TO BE REVIEWED.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT EVERY GEAR ON THE SHIFT ASSEMBLY ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT PULLED INTO A NEARBY PARKING LOT, PLACED THE VEHICLE IN THE PARK POSITION, AND RESTARTED THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO BE DRIVEN TO THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE. TIM SHORT CHRYSLER OF MIDDLESBORO (1935 US-25E SCENIC, MIDDLESBORO, KENTUCKY 40965, (606) 248-3444) WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND PERFORMED A SOFTWARE UPDATE ON THE VEHICLE, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED FIVE DAYS LATER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE. THE MANUFACTURER ALSO PROVIDED THE CONTACT WITH CASE NUMBER: 35250798. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 19,000.
WHEN I GOT IN MY CAR YESTERDAY MORNING, MY DRIVERS SEAT WAS ALL THE WAY BACK. I AM THE ONLY ONE WHO DRIVES IT - IT WAS ODD THAT IT WAS MOVED. NEVERTHELESS, I NEEDED IT TO GO BACK INTO POSITION SO I COULD DRIVE IT. THE CONTROLS WEREN'T REALLY WORKING SO IT TOOK A BIT TO GET IT TO MOVE FORWARD. I NOTED IT TO MENTION TO THE DEALER WHEN I TAKE IT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE THIS WEEKEND. I DROVE TO WORK, UNEVENTFULLY. AS I LEFT WORK, AND GOT INTO MY JEEP, THE SEAT WAS FINE. YAY! I HEADED HOME. I WAS POURING RAIN. AS I TOOK A RIGHT, HEARD THE CAR GO "DING" SAW THE BATTERY LIGHT COME ON AND THEN THE JEEP TURNED OFF. I WAS DRIVING AND MY CAR JUST TURNED OFF. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IT HAS HAPPENED TO ME. THE LAST TIME WAS JANUARY 2018 AS I WAS ENTERING I95. I TURNED LEFT AND HEARD THE "DING" AND OFF THE JEEP WENT. I HAD TO COAST TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. DANGEROUS! I GOT TOWED TO THE LOCAL JEEP DEALER BY AAA AND LEFT THE CAR FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE RESULTS, ACCORDING TO THE DEALER, WAS THAT MY OIL WAS LOW. THE CHEROKEE TURNS OFF THE CAR TO PRESERVE THE ENGINE. EVEN IF YOU ARE DRIVING THE CAR ON THE HIGHWAY. JUST. TURNS. OFF. FIRST OF ALL, THAT SHOULD NOT HAPPEN NO MATTER WHAT. THE HUMAN IN THE CAR IS WHAT SHOULD BE PRESERVED, NOT THE CAR ITSELF. NO CAR SHOULD EVER JUST TURN OFF. SECOND OF ALL, THERE WAS NO INDICATION ON THE DASH OR ON THE UCONNECT APP THAT I WAS LOW ON OIL. AND SECONDLY, I WAS ONLY A 300 MILES OVER THE MILEAGE ON THE OIL STICKER ON MY WINDSHIELD. I HAVE HAD A LOT OF CARS IN MY LIFE AND EVEN THE REALLY OLD CARS WOULD INDICATE IF THE OIL WAS LOW. THIS IS A BRAND NEW CAR. WHY WOULD I THINK THE DEALERSHIP WOULD PUT MILEAGE ON THE OIL CHANGE STICKER THAT WAS WRONG? WHY WOULD I EVEN THINK THAT I WOULD NEED TO CHECK MY OIL LEVELS ON A NEW CAR? AND ONE MORE THING - JEEPS ARE BUILT TOUGH. SO WHY WOULD THE ENGINE BE THAT SENSITIVE? SO ANGRY.
THREE DIFFERENT TYPES OF SHIFTER-TRANSMISSION ISSUES IN APPROXIMATELY 6 MONTHS OF NORMAL IN-TOWN AND FREEWAY DRIVING. 1. SERVICE SHIFTER WARNING CAME ON SUDDENLY ON A LEVEL, DRY PAVEMENT ON CRUISE CONTROL AT 70MPH ON THE FREEWAY (17K MILES ON VEHICLE) ONE MONTH, AFTER IT HAPPENED AT 15MPH ON DRY, STRAIGHT, LEVEL PAVEMENT IN THE CITY AND WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALERSHIP AND TOLD NOTHING, WAS WRONG. TURNING THE VEHICLE OFF AND ON AGAIN ELIMINATES NOTIFICATION. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT JEEP DEALERSHIP NOTIFIED OF THE 2ND INCIDENT WHICH HAPPENED TODAY, AND I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT NEXT WEEK TO HAVE IT CHECKED. 2. SHIFTER POPPED OUT OF DRIVE SUDDENLY WHILE DRIVING ON DRY, FLAT, STRAIGHT AT 35 MPH CITY STREET (15K ON VEHICLE) INTO NEUTRAL. HAD MY HANDS ON THE WHEEL AND DID NOT BUMP IT. WOULD NOT GO EASILY BACK TO PARK OR DRIVE. THIS HAPPENED APPROXIMATELY ONE MONTH BEFORE SERVICE SHIFTER INCIDENTS. 3. GOING THROUGH A CAR WASH IN NEUTRAL AT THE END WHEN THE VEHICLE HAD ROLLED OFF THE CONVEYOR AND WAS STOPPED I ATTEMPTED TO PUT IT INTO DRIVE AND VEHICLE REVVED TO A HIGH RPM BUT DID NOT ENGAGE INTO DRIVE. I HAD TO PUT INTO PARK, SHUT IT OFF AND THEN TURN IT BACK ON AGAIN TO GET THE VEHICLE TO GO INTO DRIVE. THIS HAPPENED AT APPROXIMATELY 5K-10K MILES ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 JEEP CHEROKEE. WHEN THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO START THE VEHICLE, IT SUDDENLY SHUT OFF AND ALL OF THE LIGHTING FLASHED. THE CONTACT WAS ALSO UNABLE TO PLACE THE VEHICLE IN PARK AND THE EMERGENCY BRAKE HAD TO BE USED TO PREVENT THE VEHICLE FROM ROLLING. THE IGNITION WAS RESTARTED AND THE GEAR WAS FINALLY PLACED INTO PARK, BUT THE VEHICLE SHUT OFF AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RESTART. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER (MONROEVILLE CHRYSLER JEEP, 3651 WILLIAM PENN HWY, MONROEVILLE, PA 15146, (412) 856-1422) WHO STATED THAT THEY WOULD RUN A DIAGNOSTIC TEST. THE DEALER CALLED BACK AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE NEEDED AN OIL CHANGE AND WAS REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS RETRIEVED FROM THE DEALER AND THE CONTACT WAS CHARGED FOR THE OIL CHANGE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 58,000. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
WHILE DRIVING AT INTERSTATE SPEEDS OF 70-75 MPH, THE MOTOR REVVED UP TO 3500 RPM'S AND I DISCOVERED THAT THE CAR HAD LOST PROPULSION AND WOULD NOT PULL. I WAS ABLE TO COAST ONTO THE SHOULDER AND STOPPED. I TOOK THE GEARSHIFT OUT OF DRIVE AND PLACED IT INTO PARK. I PUT IT BACK INTO DRIVE, AND IT BEGAN TO WORK AGAIN. THIS FIRST OCCURRED IN JULY OF 2018. IT HAPPENED SEVERAL MORE TIMES WHERE-IN THE CAR APPEARED TO SHIFT OUT OF GEAR EVEN THOUGH THE SHIFTER WAS IN THE D POSITION. I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS A RECALL AND THE COMPUTER NEEDED UPDATING. THIS SERVICE WAS PERFORMED ON THAT DAY. SINCE THEN, THE VEHICLE HAS CONTINUED TO APPEAR TO JUMP INTO NEUTRAL WHILE I AM DRIVING AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS. THE MOTOR WILL REVV, AND THE VEHICLE STOPS PULLING. I TOOK IT BACK TO THE DEALER TODAY AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. *DT *JS *DT

IT FINALLY TURNED OVER, BUT AFTER RETURNING HOME FROM RUNNING ERRANDS, THE FOLLOWING MORNING ON THE 23RD IT WOULDN'T NOT START UNTIL I RECEIVED A JUMP. THERE WAS A P CODE ON THE DASHBOARD OF CAR. IVE ALSO EXPERIENCE ISSUE WITH IT NOT WANTING TO EXCELLERATE EVEN WITH EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF PRESSURE TO THE GAS PEDDLE.
JEEP SHIFT CHANGER LIGHTS CAME ON, ALL CAR LIGHTS IN DASH BOARD, AND CAR WOULD NOT START. CAR ISN'T STARTING WITH KEY CONTROL, AND/OR PUSH START. THIS HAS OCCURRED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. HAVING CAR TOWED TO DEALERSHIP.

SERVICE SHIFTER WARNING LIGHT COMES ON THE DASH AFTER THE SHIFTER ILLUMINATES ALL RED LIGHTS ON THE GEAR SHIFT, THIS HAPPENS ALWAYS WHILE IN MOTION DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD . THERE IS NO SET SPEED NOR DRIVING CONDITIONS THAT TRIGGERS THIS DEFECT. ONCE STOPPED AND THE CAR IS TURNED OFF THE LIGHTS AND WARNING WILL GO OFF. IT IS SO EASY TO BLAME POTHOLES FOR A TIRE THAT MAY HAVE HAD A DEFECT WHEN IT WAS MADE ESPECIALLY WHEN THE TIRE HAS A WARRANTEE OF 72 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
