The vehicle was taken to Auto Zone; however, no diagnostic trouble code was retrieved. The vehicle not diagnosed or repaired. The dealer and the manufacturer were notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 192,000.
I was pulling into the gas station to get some gas. I'm used to use a 2-ft drive so what I could not lift my left foot to put pressure on the brake I used my right foot. It slipped off the brake and after the accelerator and I hit a small Pole stopping me from going into the gas station front door. Just could have been raised up to a work accident I had a couple weeks prior.
I have a warning light telling me to check my gas cap. I check out and nothing seems to be wrong. But I do go through a lot of gas. I don't know if there needs to be a new gas cap put on or if it's part of the fuel system
When I'm driving down the road my car won't shut off. I have to pull over to the side of the road turn my key completely off and take it out put it back in and start it. It takes a couple of times to get it started as I have to move the key back and forth and then it will start. I did a check engine light check. And it is saying something about a Anti-Theft ignition problem. My headlights stay on all the time and blink when it is shut off.

The contact's granddaughter owns a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee equipped with Cooper Tires, Tire Line: Discoverer EnduraMax, Tire Size: P245/65/R17, DOT Number: [XXX] . The contact stated while the driver was driving at 70 MPH, the rear passenger's tire had a blowout. The driver was able to pull to the side of the road. The vehicle was towed to the residence, where the tire was inspected, and the contact became aware that the tire had blown out at the sidewall. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, and the defective tire was shipped to the manufacturer for inspection. The manufacturer later informed the contact that the tire failure had been caused by a pinhole that gradually deflated the tire until the tire had the blowout; however, the contact stated that the TPMS did not indicate a loss of tire air pressure prior to the blowout, and that the failure had occurred abruptly. The manufacturer offered to partially reimburse the cost of the tire. The contact purchased a new tire from the dealer and replaced the tire himself. The vehicle failure mileage was approximately 189,000, and the tire failure mileage was approximately 4,000. The VIN was not available. I was driving and wrecked into a sign because I was unable to stop and the vehicle caught on fire under the hood.
2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee inside door handles cannot be open any of the doors from the inside you have to open it from the outside because the plastic of the inside door handles are made of cheap plastic and Chrysler knows about it ever since 2005 to 2011 and never had a recall what concerns me with people have small children that you can't get out of the vehicle in a time of the emergency and it really concerns me if the vehicle ever caught on fire or flooded or underwater you can't get out and it's the death trap

Vehicle will not start randomly. The battery has been checked, the relays and fuses have been checked, the starter has been replaced, and the fuel pump and fuel filer have been checked. The issue continues sporadically and leaves the driver stranded. There is an known issue with the ignition switch on these Jeeps as my 2008 Jeep Cherokee was recalled for this reason but there is no recall for the 2007 for this same reason.
2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7L when driving on roadway the rpm go up down and then the Jeep shot off and then put the vehicle in neutral and turn the key start and the vehicle up and when driving again and the start again and took the vehicle to Jeep dealer and there don’t find anything wrong.

The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle momentarily lost automotive power and occasionally shut off while idling. The local dealer informed the contact that the parts needed to repair the vehicle were not available. Additionally, the contact attempted to temporarily repair the vehicle with an after-market part; however, the failure reoccurred. The vehicle was not repaired due to parts not being available. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where the crankshaft sensor was replaced; however, the failure reoccurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The battery was previously replaced. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic and the contact was made aware of a faulty ignition switch. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer who informed the contact that the wires were loose. The mechanic was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. When I am driving, all of the lights on my dash come on. Seatbelt, check engine, brakes, low tire pressure etc. The stay on for a couple of seconds. Then EVERYTHING turns off for about half a second. Gas gauge, rpm, speedometer all go down to zero, which is how it is when I turn the jeep off. While I'm still driving and going 45 mph! Then every thing turns back on. It happened about 5 months ago once. Then today it happened about 15 times as I drove home from my mother's house, which is about 7-9 miles from my house.
went in for inspection and found out my vehicle has a small gas leak and turn signal and stomp lamps not working brake lights not working and emission system -obdii system faults
ENGINE TURNS OFF WHILE DRIVING.IT HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE , INTERMITTENTLY. FEBRUARY 3RD, 2021, JANUARY 17TH, 2021, AND SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE.
THE 4-WHEEL DRIVE TRANSFER CASE CAN DIRECT ENGINE POWER TO THE REAR WHEELS ONLY, ALL FOUR WHEELS, OR IN ITS NEUTRAL POSITION, NON AT ALL. THESE VEHICLES ARE BEING RECALLED BECAUSE THE TRANSFER CASE CAN SHIFT INTO ITS NEUTRAL POSITION WITHOUT WARNING. IF THIS WERE TO OCCUR, ENGINE POWER WOULD NOT REACH ANY OF THE DRIVE WHEELS AND THE VEHICLE COULD NOT MOVE UNDER ITS OWN POWER. DEALERS WILL REPROGRAM THE FINAL DRIVE CONTROLLER WHICH GOVERNS THE TRANSFER CASE TO CORRECT THIS CONCERN.
JEEP IS HAVING ELECTRICAL ISSUES. IT WILL RANDOMLY GO INTO LIMP MODE AT START, BUT TURNING IT OFF AND RESTARTING IT FIXES THAT ISSUE. IT'S DONE THIS THREE TIMES IN THE 2 YEARS WE HAVE HAD IT. I AM NOW HAVING AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE WHERE SOMETHING IS CAUSING A DRAW ON THE BATTERY WHILE THE VEHICLE IS TURNED OFF. I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE THE ALTERNATOR, STARTER, AND NOW THE BATTERY.IT IS CAUSING THE BATTERY TO SWELL, AND THE JEEP IS HAVING TO BE JUMPED TO START MULTIPLE TIMES A WEEK. THE BATTERY WAS PUT ON A DEEP CHARGE, AND IT HAD TO BE JUMPED THE NEXT DAY. ALSO THE AIR CONDITIONING BACK LIGHTING GOES OFF AND ON WHEN YOU TURN THE KNOBS OR ADJUST THE FAN SPEED WHILE BOTH DRIVING AND STATIONARY. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR ROUGHLY A MONTH.
I WOULD BE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD AND MY JEEP WILL SHUT OFF ALL BY ITSELF AND THEN TURN BACK ON ALL WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE EXPRESSWAY DOING 75MPH MY STEERING WHEEL AND LIGHTS AND BREAKS WOULD ALL LOCK UP THEN THE JEEP WOULD JUST POP BACK ON AND THEN THE RPM'S WOULD BE REALLY HIGH SO I WOULD HAVE TO HIT THE BREAKS TO SLOW WAY DOWN SO MY JEEP WOULDN'T BLOW UP ON ME . I'VE TAKEN IT TO LIKE 5 MECHANICS AND THEY CAN NOT FIGURE WHAT'S WRONG WITH IT . THEN ALSO I CAN GET IN MY JEEP AND START IT AND MY RADIO AND BACKUP CAMERA WON'T WORK AND SOME OF MY GAGES WOULDN'T REGISTER WHEN I START IT UPS DON'T START GOING DOWN THE ROAD SO I WILL HAVE TO PULL OVER SHUT MY JEEP OFF AND PULL THE KEY OUT AND OPEN THE DOOR TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS OFF THEN PUT THE KEY CAN IN AND RESTART IT AND SOMETIMES IT WILL WORK AND SOMETIMES I WILL HAVE TO DO IT A FEW TIMES TO GET IT TO WORK .
THE JEEP HAS ELECTRICAL STUFF HAPPENING SPORADICALLY AND DOES NOT START BUT WITH POWER BUT AFTER 3 TO 6 ATTEMPTS STARTS RIGHT UP. I TURN KEY ALL POWER AND BELLS GO OFF AND IT MAKES A HUMMING NOISE AND 1 CLICK NOISE DASH SAYS ' TRANSMISSION OVER TEMP' THE JEEP IS COLD SO NOT OVER TEMPERATURE. I'VE SEEN A LOT OF POST ABOUT RECALL AND ALSO ABOUT IGNITION SWITCH OR MODULE. I'VE ONLY OWNED FOR 2 YEARS AND DEALER SAID CAR HAD NO RECALLS WHEN I PURCHASED. THIS HAPPENS STATIONARY AND ALSO AFTER DRIVING ABOUT 20 MINUTES TO DESTINATION AND WHEN I WENT TO LEAVE IT TOOK SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE STARTING. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR LAST 3 DAYS BUT FEW MESSAGES RANDOMLY POPPED IN INFORMATION CENTER FEW TIMES BEFORE THIS HAD AT DEALER ON COMPUTER NO CODES SAID IT WAS OKAY
WHILE DRIVING THE JEEP ON THE INTERSTATE AT 65 MPH LOST ALL POWER WAS ABLE TO GET IT TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND AFTER A MINUTE IT RESTARTED IT HAS DONE IT NUMEROUS TIMES SOMETIMES SITTING AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT SOMETIMES DRIVING 25 MPH THROUGH TOWN THERE IS NO WARNING NO DASH SIGNS OF ANYTHING WRONG VEHICLE JUST SHUT OFF LOSE ALL POWER TERRIFYING TOOK IT TO A JEEP DEALER COULDN'T DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM ALSO THE RADIO PLAYS AND THE DASH DISPLAY DOES NOT LIGHT UP MY POWER WINDOWS WILL GO UP AND DOWN BY THEMSELVES AND END UP HALFWAY. I ONLY BEEN ABLE TO DRIVE THE CAR SHORT DISTANCES BECAUSE OF THE FEAR OF DEATH LOSE BREAKING AND STEERING. I HAD GOTTEN UP TO TAKE A RIDE TO THE STORE AND THE DAY BEFORE I DIDN'T SEE ANY SMOKE. BUT BEFORE I MADE IT TO MY STOP SIGN THERE WAS SMOKE ROLLING AT MY DRIVER DOOR SO I RUSHED BACK TO THE HOUSE AND COULDN'T EVEN OPEN MY DOOR. BY THIS TIME FLAMES WHERE COMING OUT THE DRIVER DOOR AND I TRIED PUTTING IT OUT AFTER I CALLED THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WITH A BUCKET OF WATER BECAUSE THE WATER HOSE WOULDN'T REACH AND THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WOULDN'T BE IN A RUSH. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO MAC HAIK JACKSON CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (5395 INTERSTATE 55 NORTH FRONTAGE RD, JACKSON, MS 39211) WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED UNDER THE RECALL. RECENTLY, THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE STOPPED OR DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE SHUTOFF WITH THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED PRIOR TO THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE THEY DIAGNOSED THE VEHICLE WITH A DEFECTION IGNITION SWITCH, WHICH THE CONTACT LINKED TO THE ORIGINAL RECALL. NEITHER THE DEALER NOR THE MANUFACTURER HAD BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 175,500.
SOMETIMES WHEN I PUT MY VEHICLE IN DRIVE AND START DRIVING MY VEHICLE WILL GO INTO NEUTRAL FORCING ME TO PULL OVER, PUT IT IN PARK AND TURN IT OFF AND TURN IT BACK ON IN ORDER FOR ME TO DRIVE IT AGAIN. THIS HAPPENS ABOUT TWICE A MONTH.
PURCHASED VEHICLE USED ON JULY 3 2020 AT SETH LEE AUTO SALES IN TAVARES FL. . PAID $1500 CASH DOWN PAYMENT AND INCURRED A LOAN AS WELL. TOLD THE VEHICLE WAS FINE. DROVE AWAY AND WITHIN 5 MINUTES THE VEHICLE STALLED AT A LIGHT. COULD NOT RESTART FOR 15 MINUTES. VEHICLE CONTINUED INTERMITTENTLY DOING THIS EVERY TIME I DROVE AND PARTICULARLY WHILE IDLING OR GOING SLOWER SPEEDS. TOOK TO JEEP DEALER YESTERDAY JULY 13 2020. SERVICE TECHNICIAN JUST CALLED ADVISING THE FRONT CONTROL MODULE HAS TO BE REPLACED WITH TOTAL BEING $1096.41. THE PART IS CURRENTLY ON BACK ORDER.
THE HEAT OF THE SUMMER MONTHS TEND TO MAKE THE CAR ENGINE SPUTTER AS YOU HEAD DOWN THE ROAD. THIS HAPPPENED AGAIN YESTERDAY ONLY THIS TIME AS WE PREPARED TO MAKE OUR TURN THE VEHICLE TOTALLY SHUT OFF, ALLOWING ME TO LOOSE CONTROL OF THE STEERING WE WERE FORTUNATE NO ONE WAS BEHIND US OR PULLING OUT WHERE WE WERE TURNING . WE WOULD HAVE EITHER BEEN REAR ENDED OR WOULD HAVE RUN INTO ANY CAR WAITING TO TURN.

I HAVE 2 ISSUES. 1ST IS JEEP INTERMITTENTLY DOESN'T START. WHICH SOMETIMES CAUSES IT TO SHUT OFF WHILE DRIVING LUCKILY I HAVE BEEN ON SIDE STREETS. IT CRANKS BUT DOESN'T FIRE. WAS TOLD IT COULD BE A BAD FUEL PUMP RELAY. NEXT ISSUE IS IT INTERMITTENTLY PUTS IN SELF IN ALL GEARS SOMETIMES WHEN I START IT AND SOMETIMES WHEN DRIVING. I HAVE TO TURN JEEP OFF AND RESTART IT. WORST HAS BEEN WHEN I'M ON HIGHWAY AND IT DOES THIS I GO FROM 75MPH TO 20MPH AT A DANGEROUS RATE. I THEN HAVE TO PULL OVER AND TURN OFF AND RESTART AGAIN. IT HAS BEEN DOING THIS ON AND OFF FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW. AND PROGRESSIVELY GETTING MORE OFTEN.
VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY
THE DASH, INTERIOR LIGHTS, SPEED ODOMETER, AC/HEATER ARE GOING OUT WHILE DRIVING. IT BLINKS OFF FOR A FEW SECONDS AND COMES BACK ON FOR A FEW SECONDS REPEATEDLY WHILE DRIVING. MY IGNITION WAS REPLACED DUE TO THE PREVIOUS RECALL. WHEN THE DASH COMES BACK ON THREE LIGHTS ARE LIT UP: ESP BAS, CHECK ENGINE AND THE STABILITY CONTROL.
BEEN HAVING STARTING ISSUES FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS. IT STARTS SOMETIMES AND OTHER TIMES HAVE TO WAIT A FEW HOURS TO A FEW DAYS. THE LAST 2 DAYS WON'T START AT ALL AND HAS DRAINED MY LESS THEN A YEAR OLD BATTERY. 3 WEEKS AGO WINDOWS WILL ROLL DOWN OR UP WHENEVER THEY WANT. DOORS LOCK AND UNLOCK AT RANDOM. I BELIEVED MY CAR IS POSSESSED. READING MORE AND MORE I REALIZED MY TIPM IS BAD. I HAVE LEARNED WITH ALL THE RANDOM THINGS WITH THIS JEEP THAT I WILL NEVER BUY ONE AGAIN. IT IS A VERY DANGEROUS CAR AND TOO MANY ISSUES, WITH NO RESOLUTION OTHER THEN I HAVE TO EMPTY EVERY POCKET TO FIX IT. IT STALLS WHEN DRIVING IT SHIFTS INTO ALL GEARS SLOWS ME DOWN WHEN I'M ON HIGHWAY AT A VERY UNSAFE SPEED. IT IS UNRELIABLE AND I PUT MY LIFE MY KIDS AND OTHERS AT RISK WHILE DRIVING. VEHICLE SHUTS OFF WHEN GOING DOWN THE ROAD AND WHEN STARTING IT IS IN CONTINUOUS TURN OVER AND NOT STARTING
CAR WOULDN'T START TRANSMISSION OVERTEMP ERROR. DRIVE TO WORK 20 MIN PARKED CAR FLAT SURFACE CAME OUT TO LEAVE AFTER 8 HOUR SHIFT THAT ERROR MESSAGE AND WON'T START. 2ND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED NO WARNING WAS TOLD COMMON ISSUE PIGTAIL TO STARTER BECAUSE OF PLACEMENT IT GETS WET OR MOISTURE. WHICH MAKES THIS CAR QUESTIONABLE TO DRIVE.
I HAVE A 2007 GRAND CHEROKEE. WHILE TAKING MY KIDS TO SCHOOL, I WAS SLOWING DOWN WHEN THE JEEP JUST DIED. I COASTED TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND WAS ABLE TO START THE CAR AGAIN. ANYTIME SINCE THEN, MAINLY WHEN SLOWING DOWN TO STOP, IT WOULD DO THE SAME THING. TRIED REPLACING ECM, SENSORS, ETC. NOTHING HAS WORKED YET. JEEP DEALER TOLD US IT COULD BE THE WIRING HARNESS...WHICH WE CANT FIND ANYWHERE.

NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED AND DAYS LATER A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED(#191013164648947). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TOWED AND WAS STILL OPERABLE. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE LOCAL DEALER GATEWAY JEEP/CHRYSLER(4103 INTERSTATE 10E, ORANGE TX) WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 106,000.

THE CONTACT HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED TO A CERTIFIED MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE UPPER AND LOWER BALL JOINTS FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER AND DEALER WERE MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 165,000. *PM*JB
ENGINE DIES WHILE DRIVING. THIS HAPPENS RANDOMLY WHETHER I'M TRAVELING 10 MPH OR 70 MPH. VERY DANGEROUS! NO WARNING SIGNS OR LIGHTS BEFORE SHUT DOWN OCCURS.
ON SEPTEMBER 9 I WAS DRIVING BACK FROM MY GRAND DAUGHTER SCHOOL AND AS I WAS PULLING ON MY STREET, THE JEEP SHUT OFF WITHOUT WARNING. I HAD NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON OR ANY TYPE OF WARNINGS. I HAD TO COAST INTO MY DRIVEWAY. IT DOESN'T START AT ALL. IT HAD AN OIL CHANGE AND FLUIDS IN JEEP. IT DID IT WITHOUT WARNING
CAR WILL STAY AT 40 MPH AS IF LOCKED INTO THAT SPEED. I PRESS DOWN ON THE GAS PEDAL BUT THE CAR WILL NOT GO ANY FASTER. I HAVE TO PULL OVER AND TURN THE CAR OFF, WHEN RESTARTED IT WORKS FINE FOR A WHILE. THEN RANDOMLY IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN. THIS HAS OCCURRED ROUGHLY ONCE A MONTH FOR THE PAST YEAR. ON LINE THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF JEEP OWNERS REPORTING THE SAME ISSUE. I CALLED JEEP BUT THEY SAID CAR WAS OUT OF WARRANTY SO TOUGH LUCK. I HAVE OWNED 23 CARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A CAR DO THIS TO ME. OTHER PEOPLE HAVE DRIVEN THIS CAR WITH THE SAME ISSUES. THIS HAS HAPPENED BOTH ON THE HIGHWAY AND ON RURAL STREETS.

THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE KEY SEIZED IN THE IGNITION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V438000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO BILL GADDIS CHRYSLER-DODGE-JEEP-RAM LOCATED AT 1717 WHEELING AVE, MUNCIE, IN 47303, (765) 273-2755 ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS DUE TO THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE TUMBLER IN THE IGNITION NEEDED TO BE LUBRICATED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
ENGINE STALLS NO MATTER WHAT SPEED I'M GOING. HAPPENS MORE OFTEN WHEN COMING TO A STOP. IT'S AS IF I JUST TURN THE KEY OFF. WHEN IT STALLS, I STOP AND PUT IT IN PARK, TURN THE KEY OFF AND START IT RIGHT BACK UP AND TAKE OFF. IT'S BECOMING A DANGEROUS SAFETY CONCERN.
THERE IS A SMELL OF SMOKE INSIDE THE CAR. ALSO, THERE IS 6 TO 8 INCH HOLE IN THE ROOF LINING THAT HAS BEEN BURNED THROUGH!!! LUCKILY,THIS DIDNT HAPPEN WHILE DRIVING. WAS STILL IN THE HOME DRIVEWAY.
I WOULD BE DRIVING AND RANDOMLY IT DID HARD SHIFTS THEN IT JUST STOPPED. THE VEHICLE WOULD BE DRIVING AND LOOSE SPEED AND NOT GO OVER 30 MPH. THE RPM ARE AT 2500 AT 30 MPH AND I CAN PUSH THE PEDAL TO THE FLOOR AND IT GOES NO FASTER
THE ENGINE DIED GOING 70MPH ON THE HWY WITH OUT ANY NOTICE. I WAS BARELY ABLE TO GET TO THE SIDE OF ROAD AS STEERING LOCKED UP, ONCE ON SIDE OF ROAD, I PUT IT INTO 'PARK' AND 'RESTARTED THE ENGINE'. IT WORKED JUST FINE FROM THEN ON, TILL ABOUT 3 MONTHS LATER, IT HAPPENED AGAIN. THIS TIME I WAS APPROACHING A STOP LIGHT AND TURNING RIGHT, I BARELY WAS ABLE TO GET THRU THE LIGHT AND TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, AS THE STEERING HAD AGAIN LOCKED UP. THIS IS VERY SCARY! EVERYTHING IN THE CAR TURNS 'OFF', I DONT EVEN THINK THE FLASHERS WORKED DURING THESE TIMES. ONCE AT A COMPLETE STOP, AND AFTER PUTTING INTO 'PARK', EVERYTHING STARTS BACK UP NORMALLY, AND DRIVES FINE. THERE IS NOT ANY OTHER SIGNS OF ANYTHING WRONG, NO DASH LIGHT WARNINGS OR ANYTHING.

TWO YEARS LATER, THE IGNITION SWITCH FAILED AND CAUSED THE CONTACT'S KEY TO BEND. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO GUNTER CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF MARTINSVILLE (4750 GREENSBORO RD, RIDGEWAY, VA 24148) WHO STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 140,000.
