TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 50 MPH, THE HEADLIGHTS BLINKED AND WENT OUT WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE WIRE IN THE FUSE PANEL WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, AS WELL AS THE FUSES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL. THE FAILURE WAS REMEDIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 146,000.

THIS IS A SAFETY RECALL - CONTROL ARM HAS BECOME DETACHED WHILE DRIVING. THEY ARE SAYING IT WILL TAKE MORE THAN A MONTH TO GET IT FIXED YET REFUSE TO GIVE A CAR. I PURCHASED THIS CAR BRAND NEW IN 2008 LEFT OVER 2007 AND HAVE TAKEN GREAT CARE OF IT ... WHAT SHOULD I DO CAR IS PERFECT ENGINE CONDITION INTERIOR ,BUT DRIVING IT BECAUSE IT IS MY ONLY WAY TO GET TO WORK.. RECEIVED RECALL NOTICE DATED AUGUST 2016. HAD VEHICLE INSPECTED BY OUR PERSONAL MECHANIC AND TOLD IT WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE (WE ARE IN A "COLD WEATHER STATE", NAMELY, WE ARE IN CHICAGO, IL). STILL NO NOTICE FROM MITSUBISHI THAT PARTS ARE AVAILABLE. HAVE NOT DRIVEN THIS VEHICLE SINCE MID-AUGUST. CALLED MITSUBISHI CUSTOMER SERVICE SEPT. 30 AND WAS TOLD THAT PARTS ARE STILL NOT WIDELY AVAILABLE. CALLED NEAREST MITSUBISHI DEALER AND SOONEST APPOINTMENT I COULD GET IS OCTOBER 31! AND THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT PARTS WILL BE AVAILABLE BY THEN!! THE LETTER SAYS THAT, "MMNA IS MAKING EVERY EFFORT TO OBTAIN THESE PARTS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, AND WILL CONTACT YOU AGAIN BY MAIL WITH A FOLLOW-UP RECALL NOTICE WHEN REMEDY PARTS ARE AVAILABLE." IT'S ALREADY BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH SINCE WE RECEIVED THE INITIAL NOTICE, HAD OUR CAR INSPECTED BY OUR MECHANIC AND TOLD THAT IT WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE. WE HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER MONTH BEFORE THE DEALER WILL EVEN ALLOW US TO BRING THE CAR IN. TODAY (SEPT. 30) THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN AT THE DEALERSHIP TOLD ME THEY'VE ONLY BEEN ABLE TO COMPLETED 6 OR 7 REPAIRS BECAUSE THEY CAN'T GET PARTS. AS A CONSUMER, IT APPEARS THAT MITSUBISHI MOTORS NORTH AMERICA ISN'T DOING ENOUGH TO REMEDY THIS RECALL IN A TIMELY MANNER. WITH A SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERN LIKE THE POSSIBILITY OF "LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL AND A POTENTIAL COLLISION" THAT COULD RESULT IN NOT ONLY SERIOUS INJURY OR EVEN DEATH TO THE PASSENGERS IN THE MITSUBISHI, BUT TO OTHER DRIVERS AND/OR PEDESTRIANS, I WOULD THINK THAT MMNA WOULD BE DOING EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO MAKE THESE REPLACEMENTN PARTS AVAILABLE.

I WAS LEAVING WORK AND ABOUT TO GET ONTO THE FREEWAY WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN MY CAR JERKED AND SWERVED OFF THE ROAD. I HAD IT TOWED TO A NEARBY MECHANIC AND HE COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT HE SEEN. THE FRONT CONTROL ARM WAS COMPLETELY RUSTED AND SNAPPED. THERE IS A RECALL FOR THIS ON MY SAME EXACT CAR, YEAR AND EVERYTHING BUT MITSUBISHI SAID NO RECALL ON MY VIN #. WHICH MAKES NO SENSE TO ME CAUSE IT IS DOING THE EXACT SAME THING AS THE ONES WITH A RECALL. THE MECHANIC SAID I WAS LUCKY TO NOT BE ON THE FREEWAY YET WHEN THIS HAPPENED CAUSE I COULD BE DEAD. MITSUBISHI IS TAKING NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS AND I JUST FORKED OUT $1500.00 TO HAVE THIS FIXED. I AM CONTACTING THE LOCAL NEWS TO MAKE OTHER PEOPLE AWARE OF THIS RUST PROBLEM.

MITSUBISHI RETAIL SITE SHOWS PART AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE.RECALL WARNS OF RISK OF POTENTIAL COLLISION.
I WAS DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 5MPH BRAKING TO TAKE A LEFT HAND TURN WHEN I HEARD A LOUD CLUNK AND CAME TO AN ABRUPT STOP. AFTER EXISTING THE VEHICLE IT APPEARS MY FRONT SUSPENSION HAD SNAPPED AND MY DRIVERS SIDE TIRE WAS PUSHED INTO THE QUARTER PANEL HINDERING MY DRIVERS SIDE DOOR AND MY PASSENGER TIRE WAS POINTING TO THE RIGHT. AFTER GETTING IT TOWED TO THE NEAREST AUTO BODY PLACE, I WAS INFORMED THAT THE FRONT SUB FRAME SNAPPED DUE TO RUST. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER WHO HAS PERFORMED ALL MAINTENANCE ITEMS, IT HAS BEEN GARAGE KEPT FOR 7 OUT OF THE 9 YEARS OF OWNING THE VEHICLE. I WOULD HATE TO SEE HOW FAST THIS VEHICLE WOULD HAVE FAILED IF I DID NOT PERFORM ANY MAINTENANCE ON IT. WHAT IS VERY TROUBLING IS THE CAR IS ONLY 9 YEARS OLD AND THE NIGHT BEFORE I WAS TRAVELING ON THE HIGHWAY AT 70MPH WITH MY 4 KIDS IN THE VEHICLE. IF THIS WOULD HAVE SNAPPED ON THE HIGHWAY WE WOULD HAVE BEEN LUCKY TO SURVIVE BECAUSE I HAD ZERO STEERING CAPABILITIES.
WHILE INSPECTING VEHICLE, DISCOVERED ROTTED FRONT CROSSMEMBER (DRIVER SIDE, METAL FORMING PART MAY HAVE BEEN IMPROPERLY STAMPED RESULTING IN THE METAL BECOMING THINNER AND RUST IT VERY FAST ), WHICH CAN FAIL ANY TIME INVOLVING OTHER STEERING COMPONENTS TO SEPARATE OF THE FRAME WHICH MAY RESULT IN THE LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL AND LEADING IT TO A BIG CRASH OR FATAL ACCIDENT . THERE WERE FEW COMPLAINS ON THIS SITE, REGARDING SAME PROBLEMS ON A DIFFERENT MITSUBISHI MODELS AND ALSO RECALL NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NO.: 06V334000 FOR 2007 MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE AFFECTING 1516 CARS. AS MUCH AS MITSUBISHI USES SAME SUSPENSION COMPONENTS FOR DIFFERENT MODELS OTHER MITSUBISHI VEHICLES MAY HAVE SAME ISSUES. MY MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER 2007 WAS REPAIRED AT MITSUBISHI DEALERSHIP ABOUT MONTH AGO. DURING REPAIR ON FRONT SUSPENSION (FRONT SHOCKS, COIL SPRINGS AND STABILIZERS WERE REPLACED BECAUSE EXTENDED WARRANTY) BUT I WASN'T TOLD ABOUT OTHER EVEN WORSE PROBLEMS. SEE PHOTOS.

I WAS DRIVING MY OUTLANDER XLS AWD AT LOW SPEED (~25 MPH ON A SIDE STREET) WHEN I HEARD A LOUD "POP", AND LOST CONTROL OF THE STEERING. I SWERVED INTO THE ONCOMING LANE, BUT WAS ABLE TO STOP THE CAR WITHOUT HITTING ANYTHING OR ANYONE. I REGAINED PARTIAL CONTROL OF THE STEERING, BUT THE STEERING WHEEL WAS NOW NEARLY A HALF-TURN OFF-CENTER AND DID NOT FULLY CONTROL THE CAR'S DIRECTION. THE PROBLEM WAS DIAGNOSED AS A ROTTED SUBFRAME, WHICH SUDDENLY FAILED. WHEN THE SUBFRAME CRACKED, STEERING/SUSPENSION COMPONENTS WERE THROWN FAR OUT OF ALIGNMENT. MITSUBISHI KINDLY REPLACED THE SUBFRAME AT THEIR EXPENSE. THE CAR HAD BEEN IN SERVICE FOR 8 YEARS AND 73,000 MILES AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT.
LEFT FRONT COIL SPRING SHATTERED IN 2 PLACES AT 101K, WHICH IS WELL WITHIN THE 120K/9 YEAR COVERAGE EXTENSION IN TSB-14-33-002. MITSUBISHI WOULD NOT REIMBURSE AS THE REPAIR WAS NOT MADE AT A DEALERSHIP. I EXPLAINED THE CAR WAS VIRTUALLY UN-DRIVEABLE AND HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO GO TO A LOCAL REPAIR FACILITY (NEAREST DEALER OVER 15 MILES AWAY). THE RESPONSE I WAS GIVEN WAS THAT I SHOULD HAVE HAD THE CAR INSPECTED AT A DEALERSHIP PRIOR TO THE SPRING BREAKING, AND THAT I SHOULD ALWAYS BE CHECKING FOR RECALLS AND TSB'S RELATIVE TO MY VEHICLE. TYPICAL TO BLAME THE CONSUMER.
WHEN OPERATING SAID VEHICLE, THERE WAS A LOUD BANG FROM THE LEFT FRONT. UPON INSPECTION, IT WAS DETERMINED THE LEFT FRONT SPRING HAD CRACKED. VEHICLE HAD TO BE TOWED TO NEAREST SHOP FOR REPAIR. WE LATER FOUND OUT THERE WAS WARRANTY EXTENSION FOR THIS PART. HOWEVER WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED BY MITSUBISHI OF THIS KNOWN DEFECT. WE CONTACTED MITSUBISHI NUMEROUS TIMES SEEKING REIMBURSEMENT SINCE PART FAILED UNDER WARRANTY. THEY REFUSED TO PAY. WE MET ALL OF THE RULES AS SPECIFIED UNDER THE WARRANTY EXTENSION NOTICE. MITSUBISHI FAILED TO PAY FOR THIS KNOWN FAILED PART. I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO DETERMINE WHY WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THIS ISSUE. MITSUBISHI OFFERED NO HELP.
I WAS LEAVING WORK WHEN I HEARD A LOUD BANG COME FROM THE FRONT END. I PULLED OVER AND COULD SEE THE FRONT COIL SPRING ON MY DRIVERS SIDE WAS BROKEN. I PARKED IT UNTIL I COULD FIGURE OUT WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. I FOUND OUT THAT MITSUBISHI EXTENDED THE WARRANTY TO 120000 MILES I HAD 123995. I CALLED THE MITSUBISHI PARTS DEPARTMENT NEAR MY AREA AND THEY HAD A SET, I TOLD THEM I WANTED TO FIND OUT IF MITSUBISHI WOULD HONOR THE WARRANTY SINCE THE MILEAGE WAS SO CLOSE, BEFORE I PAID FOR THEM. IT TOOK MITSUBISHI A COUPLE OF DAYS TO GET BACK TO ME. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I ASKED IF THEY WOULD PAY FOR THE SPRINGS AND I WOULD DO THE LABOR MYSELF, THEY TOLD ME NO. I CALLED THE PARTS DEPARTMENT BACK THEY HAD ALREADY SOLD THE ONES THEY HAD IN STOCK. IT SEEMS TO BE A COMMON PROBLEM BECAUSE THEY HAD TO ORDER THEM AND THEY WERE ON BACK ORDER (IT TOOK 2 WEEKS TO GET THEM). WHEN THE PARTS FINALLY CAME IN I GOT BOTH FRONT SPRINGS BECAUSE I WAS TOLD YOU SHOULD REPLACE BOTH AT THE SAME TIME. IT WAS A GOOD THING I ORDERED THEM BOTH BECAUSE THE DAY I WENT TO INSTALL THEM, I LOOKED AND NOTICED THE PASSENGER SIDE HAD BROKEN WHILE THE CAR WAS JUST SITTING THERE AND THE CRAZY THING IS BOTH SPRINGS HAD BROKEN IN THE EXACT SAME PLACE. MITSUBISHI MUST HAVE A DATA BASE AND KNOWS PRETTY CLOSE TO WHEN THE SPRINGS ARE GOING TO BREAK AND MADE THE WARRANTY JUST SHY OF WHEN THEY WOULD BREAK. I JUST SEEMS THE ODDS OF BOTH SPRINGS BREAKING AT ALMOST THE EXACT SAME TIME IS ASTRONOMICAL. I KEPT THE SPRINGS IN CASE ANYBODY NEEDS TO SEE THEM. I ALSO LOOKED ON LINE AND FOUND QUITE A LOT OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE SAME PROBLEM ALL OVER THE USA AND CANADA AND DOESN'T SEEM TO MATTER IF IT'S IN A COLD OR WARM STATE. MOST ALL OF THE COMPLAINTS WERE AFTER THE EXTENDED WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED. MITSUBISHI SHOULD DO A RECALL BECAUSE IT COULD CAUSE AN ACCIDENT IF IT HAPPENS AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED.
SPEEDOMETER IS IMPOSSIBLE TO READ UNDER CERTAIN LIGHTING CONDITIONS- ALSO WISH TO KNOW IF THE AIR BAG IS BEING RECALLED. THERE IS A CLUNKING NOISE WHEN BACKING UP WITH THE STEERING WHEEL TURNED. THE DEALER HAS REPLACED THE HUB BEARINGS TWICE AND IT IS STILL MAKING THIS NOISE.
THE YOKE THAT IS PART OF THE FRAME THAT HOLDS UP THE FRONT STEERING ASSEMBLY RUSTED THROUGH AND DOES NOT SUPPORT THE STEERING ASSEMBLY THE WAY IT SHOULD. THE CAR IS ONLY 7-1/2 YEARS OLD AND THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE FAILED. THERE WERE ONLY TWO REPLACEMENTS TO BE FOUND IN THE COUNTRY. ONE WAS A USED ONE FROM THE"SOUTH" SOMEWHERE, AND THE SECOND A NEW ONE FROM A MITSUBISHI WAREHOUSE IN CALIFORNIA. THE ESTIMATE FOR REPAIR IS ABOUT $1400. THE DEALER I PURCHASED THE CAR FROM WAS NO HELP. IT SEEMS THAT SINCE THERE ARE VERY FEW REPLACEMENT PARTS IN THE U.S. THIS MAY BE A WIDE SPREAD PROBLEM FOR THESE VEHICLE. IN APRIL 2014 MITSUBISHI SENT OUT A SERVICE BULLETIN TSB-14-33-002 EXTENDING THE WARRANTY TO 9 YEARS/120,000 MILES ON OUR 2007 OUTLANDER AS THEY HAD "DETERMINED THAT THERE IS POTENTIAL FOR THE FRONT COIL SPRINGS ON YOUR VEHICLE TO CORRODE FROM PROLONGED EXPOSURE TO ANTI-FREEZING AGENTS.....WHICH MAY CAUSE THE SPRING TO FRACTURE.". AT 151,281 MILES MY DAUGHTER WAS BACKING OUT OF OUR DRIVEWAY, HEARD A VERY LOUD "CRACK" OR "SNAP" IN THE FRONT OF THE CAR WHILE SHE TURNED TO DRIVE AWAY. WE DROVE IT TO A NEARBY GARAGE WHO DETERMINED THAT THE FRONT COIL SPRINGS WERE INDEED FRACTURED. WE SPENT $1176.48 GETTING THE PARTS REPLACED. FORTUNATELY FOR US OUR DAUGHTER WAS NOT AT A HIGHWAY RATE OF SPEED OR WE ARE CERTAIN SHE COULD HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT AND HURT. I HAVE CALLED MITSUBISHI FOR A REFUND, BUT SINCE THE MILEAGE WAS OVER THEIR "VOLUNTARY WARRANTY EXTENSION" THEY WILL NOT REIMBURSE ME. IT IS CLEAR TO ME THAT MITSUBISHI HAS ACKNOWLEDGED A SAFETY ISSUE (POSSIBLY TO APPEASE NHTSA?) AND THEY ARE HIDING BEHIND A TECHNICALITY (SINCE I AM CIRCA 30,000 MILES PAST THE "EXTENDED WARRANTY") AND NOT STANDING BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT - A PRODUCT WHICH THEY HAVE KNOWINGLY ACKNOWLEDGED A SAFETY DEFECT WITH THE COIL SPRINGS. I HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY HEATER SINCE THE TIME I BOUGHT MY CAR. I CURRENTLY OWN A 2007 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER. THE PROBLEM I AM HAVING DEALS WITH THE POOR INSIDE HEATING OF MY VEHICLE. FOR EXAMPLE, ONCE MY VEHICLE IS WARMED UP AND I AM DRIVING ALONG THE ROAD, I AM ABLE TO FEEL VERY HOT AIR COME OUT OF THE VENTS. HOWEVER, ANYTIME I STOP SOMEWHERE SUCH AS AT A RED LIGHT OR STOP SIGN, THE HEAT IMMEDIATELY DISAPPEARS AND FEELS LIKE FRIDGE AIR COMING THROUGH THE VENTS. ONCE I REV THE ENGINE UP, THE HOT AIR RETURNS. I BELIEVE THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE DEALT WITH BECAUSE IF I AM STUCK ON THE HIGHWAY DURING A WINTER STORM, I DO NOT BELIEVE MY CAR WILL PUT OUT ENOUGH HOT AIR TO KEEP ME WARM. ALSO, FORGET ABOUT TRYING TO DEFROST THE WINDSHIELD AND WINDOWS. IF IT IS AROUND 20 DEGREES OUTSIDE AND I START MY VEHICLE AND LET IT WARM UP, EVEN THOUGH THE ENGINE IS 100% WARMED UP, IT DOES NOT PUT OUT ENOUGH HOT AIR TO DEFROST MY WINDSHIELD. THE AIR IS NO WHERE WARM ENOUGH TO EVEN MELT THE SNOW AND ICE LET ALONE THE FOG. BIG SAFETY PROBLEM IF I HAVE TO STOP SOMEWHERE AND I AM UNABLE TO DEFROST THE FOG ON MY WINDSHIELD. I HAVE TAKEN MY VEHICLE TO TWO SEPARATE MITSUBISHI SERVICE CENTERS AND THEY HAVE TRIED SEVERAL COMPUTER UPDATES, TESTS, AND TRIED REPLACING THE ENGINE HEATER DOOR, WITH NO REAL OUTCOME. I WAS TOLD THIS WAS THE WAY SOME OF THE 2007 MODELS WERE DESIGNED. THE SERVICE REP SPECIFICALLY TOLD ME THAT THIS WAS A DESIGN FLAW. I HAVE CONTACTED MITSUBISHI CORPORATE AND WAS TOLD MY VEHICLE IS RUNNING THE WAY IT WAS DESIGNED. THEY WILL NOT REIMBURSE ME TOWARDS A NEW VEHICLE OR DO ANYTHING TO TRY AND FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY WILL NOT ADMIT TO THE DESIGN FLAW. I AM VERY UNSATISFIED AND ALSO FEEL UNSAFE IN MY VEHICLE DURING THE WINTER. *TR
WHILE DRIVING MY 2007 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER THE RIGHT REAR BRAKES LOCKED UP AND WORE DOWN THE BRAKE PAD TO NOTHING CAUSING METAL ON METAL CONTACT WITH THE ROTOR. I CONTACTED MITSUBISHI AND HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED TO THE CLOSEST MITSUBISHI DEALERSHIP. THE MECHANIC AT THE DEALERSHIP TOLD ME THAT THE EMERGENCY BRAKE CABLE HAD ADJUSTED ITSELF CAUSING THE BRAKES TO DO THIS. I QUESTIONED IF IT WAS A MECHANICAL FAILURE SO IT WOULD BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY AND HE SAID NO. MITSUBISHI REPLACED THE REAR BRAKE PADS AS "GOOD WILL". I'M CONCERNED THAT THERE IS A DEFECT IN THE EMERGENCY BRAKE SYSTEM. AND WHAT IS GOING STOP IT FROM "READJUSTING ITSELF" AGAIN. MY NAME IS [XXX] AND I HAVE REACHED OUT TO YOU FOR ASSISTANCE AS YOU CAN SEE FROM MY LAST EMAIL DATE OCTOBER 26, 2010. NEEDLESS TO SAY MY ISSUES HAVE STILL NOT BEEN RESOLVED AND I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS TO A HIGHER LEVEL UNTIL ALL OF MY CONCERNS AND ISSUES WITH MY VEHICLE ARE FULLY HANDLED. I PURCHASED MY 2007 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER BRAND NEW FROM THE DEALERSHIP AND PURCHASED IT AFTER READING SEVERAL EXCELLENT REVIEWS , RESEARCHING THE CAR AND KNOWING IT CAME WITH A WARRANTY FOR 5 YEARS/100,000 MILES. THIS WAS ONE OF THE KEY SELLING POINTS THAT INTRIGUED ME AND I WAS TOLD ANY AND EVERYTHING THAT SHOULD OR WOULD GO WRONG WITH THE CAR WOULD BE COVERED DURING THAT PERIOD, NO QUESTIONS OR HASSLES. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE AND HASSLE AND I VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MITSUBISHI AND FRANKLY I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR BUY ANOTHER MITSUBISHI AFTER THE POOR CONTINUED SERVICE I CONTINUE TO RECEIVE. I HAVE BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR EVERY SINGLE MAINTENANCE AND TAKE VERY GOOD CAR OF IT. MY WINDOW SEAL WAS NOT SEALED PROPERLY, DRIVER'S SEAT BEGAN SQUEAKING AND MOVING BACK AND FORTH AND THE COVERS IN THE BACK SEAT AND TRUNK CAME OFF IN JANUARY 2010 AND I BROUGHT MY CAR IN , 1/14/10 AND BROUGHT THIS TO THE DEALER'S ATTENTION IN OXNARD. THEY ADVISED THEY FIXED THE ISSUE AND TIGHTENED THE BOLTS UNDER THE SEAT. THE COVERS THEY SNAPPED ON SO HARD THE CAME OFF AND WERE BROKE, THE OTHERS THEY GLUED? THE SEAL ON THE WINDOW CONTINUED TO MAKE NOISE. WEEKS LATER THE SEAT WAS DOING THE SAME THING AGAIN AND I HAVE BROUGHT IT IN: 03/30/10, 04/12/10, 05/12/10, 05/24/10, 09/30/10, 11/4/10 AND 12/2/10 ALL FOR THE SAME ISSUE WITH THE SEAT AND IT IS STILL NOT FIXED. I HOPE YOU CAN SEE AND UNDERSTAND NOW WHY I'M SO UPSET. I HAVE HAD THIS EXPERIENCE WITH EVERY SINGLE ISSUE I BRING UP AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH LUPE @ YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE, WHO IS WONDERFUL, BUT SHE CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH AND I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS IS HER FAULT. ON 1.
