I HAVE A 2005 PONTIAC G6 GT. SINCE PURCHASE, I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE THE INTERMEDIATE STEERING SHAFT FOUR OR FIVE TIMES. I RECENTLY REPLACED THE WHOLE COLUMN (ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO) AND IT IS AGAIN MAKING CLUNKING NOISES. A CAR EXPERT FRIEND WHO DROVE THE CAR YESTERDAY NOTED THAT IT SEEMS TO BOTH DRAG AND HAVE TOO MUCH 'PLAY'. THE CAR SHOULD BE RECALLED. IT IS NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY AT 110,000 MILES AND SHOULD BE REPLACED BY GM. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 PONTIAC G6. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 20-30 MPH WHEN THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED THEY FAILED TO STOP THE VEHICLE. HE ALSO STATED THAT OCCASIONALLY WHILE DRIVING WITHOUT ENGAGING THE BRAKES, THE BRAKE LIGHT WOULD COME ON. THE FAILURE HAPPENED INTERMITTENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL MECHANIC WHO ADVISED HIM OF NHTSA RECALL CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 09V036000, EXTERIOR LIGHTING:BRAKE LIGHTS. THE CONTACT HAD NOT CHECKED WITH THE MANUFACTURER OR DEALER TO SEE IF THE VEHICLE WAS PART OF THE RECALL. THE MECHANIC ADVISED HIM THAT THE BODY CONTROL MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 67,000.
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 PONTIAC G6. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE TWO MONTHS AGO STATING THAT THERE WAS A POWER STEERING ISSUE THAT MAY OCCUR. THE VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A CRASH ONE MONTH LATER WHILE DRIVING 20 MPH IN INCLEMENT WEATHER. THE DRIVER WAS NOT INJURED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BY THE MANUFACTURER AFTER THE CRASH OCCURRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 53,813.
A 2005 PONTIAC G6- THE ELECTRIC POWER STEERING SYSTEM FAILING SPORADICALLY. CONTACTED GM (PHONE) REFUSED TO ACCEPT REPAIR/REPLACE THE UNIT, CITING TIME/MILEAGE. *TR
RE: 2005 PONTIAC G6 (GT MODEL, 3.5L V-6, 59,287 MILES) EXPERIENCED PROBLEMS WITH STEERING, FELT LIKE STEERING WAS 'BINDING' OR "HANGING UP" WHEN TURNING AT SLOW SPEEDS OR IN PARKING LOTS. ALSO HEARD A 'CLUNK' COMING FROM SOMEWHERE IN THE STEERING COLUMN. PREVIOUSLY ATTEMPTED TO FIX THE PROBLEM BY REPLACING THE LOWER BALL JOINTS (CONTROL ARM) AND THE FRONT TIRES. WHEN THIS DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM THE MECHANIC IDENTIFIED THE FLEX COUPLER IN THE INTERMEDIATE STEERING SHAFT WAS WORN AND REQUIRED REPLACEMENT. THE PONTIAC G6 HAS A NUMBER OF KNOWN ISSUES RELATING TO THE STEERING, INCLUDING THIS ONE. I BELIEVE IT IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A VEHICLE WITH LESS THAN 60,000 MILES TO REQUIRE REPLACEMENT OF STEERING PARTS - THIS IS A DESIGN FLAW AND SHOULD BE CONSIDERED FOR A RECALL TO FIX THE PROBLEM AT GM EXPENSE. *TR
APPROXIMATELY 4 TIMES THE POWERING STEERING SYMBOL CAME UP ON DASHBOARD ALONG WITH LOCKING MY STEERING WHEEL WHILE DRIVING. TWO TIMES REVERSING FROM DRIVEWAY, ONE TIME AS I WAS DRIVING ON MY BLOCK, WHICH THANKFULLY IS ONE WAY. LAST TIME, WHICH IS RECENTLY. I WAS ON A MAIN ROAD THE SYMBOL AND BEEP CAME ON AND MY STEERING WHEEL LOCK AS I WAS MAKING A LEFT TURN. WE CALLED DEALER AND OUR VIN # IS NOT COVERED FOR RECALL, HOWEVER THERE ARE RECALLS ON PREVIOUS MODELS FOR THE SAME REASON. WE WILL BE GOING THROUGH OUR MECHANIC FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE. *TR
LOSS OF POWER STEERING OCCURRED SUDDENLY 8/2010, REVIEWED WEB SITE, FOUND PROFOUND REPORTS ON ISSUE. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CONTACTED LOCAL DEALER WHO WILL HONOR REPAIR PAST 70,000 BUT WILL CHARGE $100 DEDUCTIBLE. WAS NOT NOTIFIED FROM COMPANY OF EXTENDED EPS, HAD PROBLEMS 3YEARS AGO AND WAS TOLD "IF THE CAR IS NOT ACTING UP WHEN IN SHOP, CAN'T FIX IT". *TR
2005 PONTIAC G6 POWER STEERING LIGHT HAS COME ON INTERMITTENTLY FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. CAR WAS TAKEN TO DEALER AND A LOCAL GARAGE BUT LIGHT WAS OUT BY THE TIME THEY DROVE CAR. NO STEERING PROBLEMS EVEN WHEN LIGHT WAS ON. ON AUGUST 16, 2010 THE LIGHT DID COME ON AND THE POWER STEERING WENT OUT AT SAME TIME. PULLED CAR OFF ROAD AND TURNED OFF. RESTARTED CAR AND LIGHT WAS ON BUT POWER STEERING HAD RETURNED. DROVE STRAIGHT TO DEALER AND WAS TOLD ENTIRE STEERING COLUMN WOULD NEED REPLACING FOR $730 PLUS TAX. *TR
I HAVE HAD MULTIPLE PROBLEMS WITH MY BRAKE LIGHTS. AT FIRST THEY WORKED IN REVERSE, THEN STAYED ON ALL THE TIME AND THE THIRD TIME THEY ARE NOT WORKING AT ALL NOW. I HAD THE PEDAL POSITION SENSOR AND BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH REPLACED IN 10/08. IN 10/09 THE BRAKE LIGHTS STAYED ON AT ALL TIMES AND THEY SAID THERE WAS A BULLETIN ABOUT GREASING THE PART WHICH THEY DID. NOW, 8/10 MY BRAKE LIGHTS ARE NOT WORKING AT ALL AGAIN! I CALLED THE ONLY LOCAL DEALERSHIP WHO CAN'T FIT ME IN FOR AT LEAST ONE WEEK. *TR UPDATED 02/06/12*BF UPDATED 02/08/12
I RECEIVED A NOTICE FROM PONTIAC IN THE MONTH OF AUGUST 2010 REGARDING A POWER STEERING DEFECT WITH 2005 PONTIAC G6 MODELS. THE NOTICE SAID REPAIRS WOULD BE COVERED WITHIN 10 YEARS OF THE DATE THE VEHICLE WAS PLACED IN SERVICE OR 100K MILES. I RECEIVED THIS NOTICE JUST AFTER MY VEHICLE REACHED 100K MILES. I BELIEVE PONTIAC DELAYED THE NOTICE LONG ENOUGH TO MAKE SURE OWNERS WOULD BE DENIED ON THE 100K LIMIT. PONTIAC SHOULD PAY FOR MY REPAIRS. *TR
I HAVE A PONTIAC G6 2005 MODEL AND THE POWER STEERING KEEPS GOING OUT. IT RANDOMLY ALARMS THAT THERE IS POWER STEERING FAILURE, BINGS TWICE AND THEN LOCKS UP. LATE LAST NIGHT DURING A STORM I WAS ON A MAIN ROAD, WENT TO TURN AND THE POWER STEERING ALARM WENT OFF AND THE CAR TOTALLY LOCKED UP. TWO CARS NARROWLY AVOIDED HITTING ME, I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY ACTUALLY DID. THIS IS A RECURRING PROBLEM WITH THIS CAR AND YET WHEN I TAKE IT INTO THE GM DEALER THEY HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS PROBLEM. YET FOLLOWING MY OWN RESEARCH LAST NIGHT THIS SEEMS TO BE A ONGOING PROBLEM WITH THIS MODEL. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE BEFORE SOMEONE IS KILLED. *TR
2005 PONTIAC G6. BRAKE LIGHTS STAY ON WHEN DRIVING, CRUISE CONTROL DISENGAGES AND HAVE TO DEPRESS BRAKE PEDAL EXTREMELY HARD TO GET OUT OF PARK. RESEARCHED PROBLEM AND FOUND OUT THAT THERE WAS A RECALL FOR THIS PROBLEM FOR SOME BUT NOT ALL VEHICLES OF THAT MODEL MAKE & YEAR. WAS TOLD THAT MY VIN WERE NOT INCLUDED FOR THAT RECALL. THIS IS OF MAJOR CONCERN FOR ME, AN ACCIDENT ALMOST OCCURRED DUE TO THIS PROBLEM. WITH THE ECONOMY THE WAY IT IS AND LACK OF FUNDS TO BE ABLE TO REPAIR WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED BY GM WHY WAS MY VIN NUMBER NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RECALL OF THE SAME PROBLEM? IF AN ACCIDENT OCCURS GM SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR ALL DAMAGES BOTH TO THE VEHICLES INVOLVED AND ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 PONTIAC G6. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING ABOUT 20 MPH SHE TURNED THE STEERING WHEEL AND SHE ALMOST CRASHED INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE POWER STEERING CHIME WAS SOUNDING AND THE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. SHE WAS ABLE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE TO HER RESIDENCE. THE CAR WAS TURNED OFF AND RESTARTED AND THE STEERING WHEEL WORKED FOR A SHORT TIME AND AFTER A SECOND ATTEMPT THE STEERING WHEEL FAILED TO FUNCTION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE DEALER WILL BE NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE APPROXIMATELY 95,000. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 PONTIAC G6. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 20 MPH WHEN THE POWER STEERING WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE STEERING WHEEL THEN BECAME RESISTANT AND THE CONTACT HAD TO UTILIZE EXTREME BODILY FORCE TO TURN THE STEERING WHEEL. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE POWER STEERING WOULD RESET ITSELF WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS POWERED OFF AND THEN RESTARTED. THE CONTACT STATED THE DEALER ADVISED THAT THE MANUFACTURER WOULD ONLY TAKE THE LIABILITY FOR THOSE VEHICLES WITH LESS THAN 100,000 MILES UNDER AN UNKNOWN MANUFACTURER RECALL. THE CONTACT WAS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RECALL REPAIRS AND THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 115,000.
IN OCTOBER OF 2009 I BOUGHT A PONTIAC G6 2005 AFTER A MONTH OF A OWNING THE VEHICLE MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STARTED TURNING ON AND ON THE DISPLAY AREA IT WOULD READ POWER STEERING THIS WAS AT THE BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER 2009 SINCE THEN THE POWER STEERING HAD CONTINUED TO FAIL ON A REGULAR BASIS, IN ORDER TO FIX THE PROBLEM I WOULD PUT MY HAZARDS ON AND PULL OVER TURN THE CAR OFF AND TURN IT ON AGAIN, THIS WOULD ALLOW ME TO REGAIN MY POWER STEERING. THIS PROBLEM WENT ON FOR MONTHS IT IS NOW AUG 2010 AND I HAVE GONE AND HAD MY POWER STEERING COLUMN REPLACED AT A GM DEALER NEAR ME ... WITHIN THE PAST 10 MONTHS THE POWER STEERING FAILED ON A VERY REGULAR BASIS I HAD TO PULL OVER MULTIPLE TIMES( 4 5 6 ) IN ONE TRIP AND TURN THE CAR OFF AND ON AGAIN TO REGAIN POWER STEERING, THE POWER STEERING WOULD GIVE OUT AT NOT ONLY UNDER SPEEDS OF 20 KM BUT AT SPEEDS OF 60 KM OR LOWER.... I AM A SINGLE MOTHER WHO DRIVES AROUND WITH MY 3 YEAR OLD CHILD EVERYDAY I DO FEEL THAT IS AN ISSUE IN MANY PONTIAC G6 MADE IN 2005 THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED FOR MY SAFETY AND THAT OF MY SONS.. *TR
THE ELECTRIC POWER STEERING ON MY 2005 PONTIAC G6 IS GOING OUT. ITS BEEN HAPPENING DAILY SINCE THE FIRST TIME AND UP TO MULTIPLE TIMES IN A DAY. AND IM JUST CONCERN BECAUSE ITS HAPPEN WITH MY 3 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER IN THE CAR. IT STARTED LIKE A WEEK AGO WHILE DRIVING MY FATHER HOME FROM WORK I WAS GOING TO MAKE A TURN INTO MY COMPLEX WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THE WHEEL LOCKS UP AND ALMOST MADE ME HIT A PARKED CAR. AT FIRST IT HAPPEN WHILE DRIVING WITHIN THE COMPLEX THEN 2 DAYS AGO IT STARTED WHILE I WAS DRIVING AT ROUND 35 TO 45 MPH. WHICH CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS IF THERE ARE CARS AROUND ME DON'T WANT TO CAUSE AN ACCIDENT OR ANYTHING. I WENT TO GO BUY POWER STEERING FLUID BUT WHEN LOOKING UNDER THE HOOD I REALIZED THERE WAS NO PUMP FOR IT. SO I STARTED DOING WEB SEARCHES FOR ELECTRIC POWER STEERING ON MY CAR. I CAME ACROSS SEVERAL WEBSITE TALKING ABOUT ALOT OF PEOPLE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THE SAME CARE. THERE WERE TALKING ABOUT HOW THERE PROBLEMS WITH THE SAME SITUATION AND HOW MUCH THEY HAD TO PAY. AND THAT THERE SHOULD BE SOME SORT OF RECALL FOR THIS CAR BECAUSE THIS IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM AND EVEN MORE IF ITS HAPPENING TO ALOT OF PEOPLE. *TR
MY POWER STEERING LIGHT HAS BEEN COMING ON IN MY 2005 G6 WITH 68,000. I HAVE LOST MY ABILITY TO STEER 3 TIMES IN THE LAST WEEK. SINCE THERE IS A RECALL ON THE G5 WHY ISN'T THERE A RECALL FOR THE G6 WHICH HAS THE EXACT SAME POWER STEERING UNIT? WHILE I'M AT IT CAN GM PLEASE RECALL THE TUBING FOR THE SUN ROOF THAT PULLS APART AND THEN LEAKS IN THE CAR DURING EVERY RAIN? COME ON PEOPLE STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCT OR STOP MAKING THEM. *TR
STEERING GEAR WAS LOOSE IN MY 2005 PONTIAC G6 WHICH CAUSE A LOT OF STEERING NOISE AND CONCERN. BROUGHT TO DEALER AND FOUND IT TO BE LOOSE AND THEY GREASE AND TIGHENED THE GEAR SHAFT, NOTE THIS IS THE THIRD TIME. *TR
MY POWER STEERING LIGHT CAME ON JULY 9,2010 AND 2 DAYS LATER MY POWER STEERING FAILED COMPLETELY. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 PONTIAC G6 GT. WHILE TURNING INTO A PARK LOT AT 15-20 MPH, THE POWER STEERING FAILED AND BECAME EXTREMELY HARD. THE CONTACT SHUT OFF THE ENGINE AND CONTACTED THE DEALER WHO ADVISED THAT ONCE THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED, THE POWER STEERING SHOULD RESET ITSELF. THE VEHICLE RESUMED NORMAL OPERATION AFTER RESTARTING BUT RECURRED BEFORE HE WAS ABLE TO REACH HIS DESTINATION. THE DEALER ADVISED REPLACING THE POWER STEERING COLUMN AND MOTOR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 41,990 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 41,999.

WHILE THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 10 MPH A CHIME SOUNDED INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE, FOLLOWED BY THE POWER STEERING WARNING LIGHT INDICATOR ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS RELATED TO THE STEERING COLUMN ASSEMBLY. THE CONTACT HAD GIVEN THE TECHNICIAN APPROVAL TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE WHEN THE COMPLAINT WAS FILED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 119,000.

MY POWER STEERING KEEPS GOING OUT! I RECEIVED A NOTICE IN THE MAIL IT WAS RECALLED AND WHEN I TOOK IT INTO THE GM DEALER THEY SAID THE RECALL WAS FOR SOMETHING ELSE. I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $765 FOR A NEW POWER STEERING COLUMN TO FIX THE PROBLEM. MY DASH LIGHT AND POWER STEERING NOTICE COMES ON EVERY DAY AND MY POWER STEERING HAS GONE OUT ABOUT 3 TIMES SO FAR. LUCKILY ONLY WHILE PULLING INTO OR OUT OF A PARKING SPOT. I HAVE SEEN HUNDREDS! OF OTHER COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS ISSUE. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER GM CAR AGAIN!!!!!!!! NOR WILL I ALLOW MY FAMILY TO BUY ONE EITHER! *TR
I OWN A 2005 PONTIAC G-6. THE PROBLEM I HAVE FALLS INTO ONE OF THE RECALLS YOU LIST - BRAKE LIGHTS FAIL TO ILLUMINATE WHEN BRAKE PEDAL IS DEPRESSED, BUT REMAIN ON WHEN NOT PRESSED. ALSO, DIFFICULT TO SHIFT FROM PARK TO REVERSE AND THE CRUISE CONTROL DOES NOT WORK. I CONTACTED GENERAL MOTORS AND WAS TOLD THAT YOUR WEBSITE IS INACCURATE AND THAT THERE ARE NO RECALLS FOR MY VEHICLE. I ALSO CONTACTED A LOCAL DEALER AND WAS TOLD THE SAME THING. I'D LIKE TO GET THIS RESOLVED, BUT GM WILL NOT HONOR MY REQUEST. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE AND IF THERE IS A RECALL, THEN I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY GM DENIES THERE IS A RECALL. *TR
WIPER ASSEMBLY FAILED TWICE DURING OPERATION. INITIAL FAILURE WAS IN DEC '08 AND THE ENTIRE WIPER ASSEMBLY WAS REPLACED AT MY EXPENSE. 2ND FAILURE WAS ON JUNE 9TH 2010. ON JUNE 9TH I WAS IN A DRIVING RAINSTORM ON THE EXPRESSWAY DRIVING 55 MPH WHEN WIPERS FAILED AND ALMOST DROVE OFF OF THE ROAD DUE TO LACK OF VISIBILITY. DEALER WANTS TO REPLACE ENTIRE WIPER ASSEMBLY AGAIN. VEHICLE IS ONLY 5 YEARS OLD. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 PONTIAC G6. THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START AND IT WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE MUST BE A PROBLEM WITH THE COMPUTER. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ANOTHER INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO STATED THAT SHE NEEDED A NEW BATTERY. THE BATTERY WAS REPLACED BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED AND WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO ADVISED THE CONTACT TO HAVE AN AUTHORIZED DEALER DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE WIRING TO THE FUSE PUMP WAS REPLACED BY AN AUTHORIZED DEALER. APPROXIMATELY 4 DAYS LATER THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THEY COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 86,000.
MY G6 CURRENTLY IS NOT COVERED IN THE RECENT RECALLS FOR THIS PROBLEM (NOT MANUFACTURED IN THE RIGHT MONTH): MY PROBLEM IS THE SAME AS OTHER G6 OWNERS WHERE MY BRAKE LIGHTS WILL ILLUMINATE WHILE DRIVING, AND WILL NOT ILLUMINATE WHEN MY BRAKES ARE APPLIED, WHICH ALSO AFFECTS MY CRUISE CONTROL. THE LIGHT AND THE MESSAGE WAS GONE. SHE FELT LIKE THIS MIGHT BE A COMPUTER PROBLEM. SHE WENT AND TOOK HIM TO SCHOOL WITH NO PROBLEMS. TODAY SHE GOT IN THE CAR, STARTED IT AND BEGAN TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE. ONCE SHE GOT TO THE STOP LIGHT AND THEN BEGAN TO GO, THE MESSAGE AND THE MAINTENANCE INDICATOR CAME BACK ON. IN EARLY MAY WHILE IN SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS APPROXIMATELY 2 HOURS FROM MY HOME TOWN MY BATTERY DIED. THE REASON MY BATTERY DIED IS BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING DIFFICULTIES STARTING MY CAR. A TECHNICAL BULLETIN THAT WAS BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION FOR THE LX9 ENGINE SEEMS LIKE IT DESCRIBES THE PROBLEM TO A TEE. IT IS ON "INTERMITTENT EXTENDED CRANK TIME ON HOT ENGINE RESTART, STARTER MAY NOT DISENGAGE AFTER ENGINE START". THE ENGINE TURNS BUT I WILL USUALLY HAVE TO TURN THE KEY BACK AND RESTART IT AT LEAST A SECOND TIME FOR IT TO ACTUALLY RUN. I HAVE TAKEN THE VEHICLE TWICE NOW TO THE DEALERSHIP AND HAVE BEEN TOLD EACH TIME THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM SO THEY CANT FIX IT. WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD AT APPROX 30 MPH I STARTED TO ACCELERATE AND THE TRANSMISSION SEEMED TO DOWN SHIFT VERY HARD AND CAUSED THE ENGINE TO REV EXTREMELY HIGH AND WHEN IT WENT TO SHIFT UP IT SHIFTED SO HARD IT SEEMED THE TRANSMISSION WAS GOING TO FALL OUT.
