WHEN YOU TURN THE IGNITION KEY TO THE OFF POSITION SOMETIMES YOU CAN NOT REMOVE THE KEY AND WHEN YOU CAN NOT REMOVE THE KEY YOU CAN NOT OPEN THE DOORS BECAUSE IT HAS AUTOMATIC DOOR LOCKS WHEN YOU PUT THE CAR IN GEAR TO MOVE. WHEN THIS HAPPENS YOU MUST RESTART THE CAR UNTIL THE IGNITION RELEASES THE KEY, WHICH PUTS UNDO WEAR AND TEAR ON THE STARTER AND SYSTEM. I HAVE TAKEN IT TO A SHOP THREE TIMES TO HAVE IT REPAIRED BUT THEY SAY THEY CAN NOT FIND ANY PROBLEM. SO THEY KEPT THE CAR A WEEK TO TRY TO FIND THE PROBLEM. I JUST LEARNED THAT THE SHOP I AM TAKING IT TO HAS ALL THE APPEARANCE OF A DEALERSHIP BUT THEY ARE NOT A DEALERSHIP.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 SATURN ION. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THERE WAS A LOSS OF POWER STEERING WITHOUT WARNING. THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME VERY DIFFICULT TO TURN. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ONLY AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V153000 (STEERING). ADDITIONALLY, THE VEHICLE WAS INSUFFICIENTLY REPAIRED UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14E021000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE REMEDY FAILED TO CORRECT THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 79,547.
JUST ENTERED ONTO A HIGHWAY AND SUDDENLY COULD NOT ACCELERATE. WHEN HITTING THE GAS PEDAL, CAR WOULD NOT ACCELERATE. THE CAR WAS IN DRIVE AND HAD BEEN MOVING FOR 10 MINUTES PRIOR WITH NO ISSUES. NO PRIOR ISSUES BEFORE THIS. PULLED OFF THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY AND TURNED OFF CAR. WHEN TURNED ON AGAIN, WOULD NOT CRANK. LIGHTS WORKED FINE BUT CAR JUST WOULDN'T TURN ON. MECHANIC IS NOT SURE WHY CAR WON'T START STILL. *TR
MANUAL TRANSMISSION VEHICLE. WAS ACCELERATING ONTO THE HIGHWAY AND MERGING INTO FAST MOVING TRAFFIC (APPROXIMATELY 60-70 MPH TRAFFIC). I SHIFTED INTO 5TH GEAR AND THEN DEPRESSED THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL ALL THE WAY TO GAIN ENOUGH SPEED TO SAFELY MERGE LEFTWARD. WHEN I LIFTED MY FOOT AWAY FROM THE PEDAL IT STAYED FULLY DEPRESSED (FULLY ACCELERATING). I HIT THE BRAKES MODERATELY, AND IT WAS STILL ACCELERATING, THEN I HIT THE BRAKES HARDER TO DECREASE MY SPEED (FROM 70+ DOWN TO 60) AS I SHIFTED INTO NEUTRAL. I KICKED DOWN HARD ON THE ACCELERATOR AND IT RELEASED BACK TO THE DEFAULT POSITION. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 SATURN ION. THE CONTACT STATED AFTER STARTING THE VEHICLE, THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME DIFFICULT TO MANEUVER AND THE POWER STEERING WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE RESTARTED AND RESUMED NORMAL FUNCTION. THE FAILURE RECURRED AND THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE STEERING MODULE IN THE STEERING COLUMN NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 118,189. UPDATED 3/31/15*CN THE CONSUMER STATED HE DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, UNTIL THE DEALER REPLACED THE STEERING MOTOR. UPDATED 04/07/15
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 SATURN ION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED WITHOUT WARNING. AS A RESULT, THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO AN EMBANKMENT. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED OF THE INCIDENT.THE CONTACT SUFFERED FROM A WHIPLASH INJURY THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 150,000.
THE GEAR SHIFT BUTTON THAT MUST BE DEPRESSED IN ORDER TO PUT THE CAR INTO ANY GEAR HAS COME OFF. THE BUTTON CAN BE REPLACED, BUT MUST BE PROPERLY LINED UP AND CAN IMMEDIATELY FALL OFF AGAIN. THIS COULD CAUSE A REAL SAFETY ISSUE IF IT OCCURRED IN TRAFFIC. *TR

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 SATURN ION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER REFUELING THE VEHICLE, THE ODOR OF GASOLINE WAS PRESENT INSIDE. AFTER INSPECTING THE VEHICLE THE CONTACT DISCOVERED THAT FUEL WAS LEAKING FROM THE FUEL TANK. THE CONTACT ALSO INDICATED THAT THE AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND THE HORN WOULD NOT OPERATE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 115,000.

IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT NOTICED FUEL LEAKING FROM THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS AWARE OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 09V419000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE). THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 128,000.
I WAS DRIVING MY SATURN ION 2006 CAR AT 25 MILE/HOUR SPEED WHEN SUDDENLY I WAS UNABLE TO TURN THE STEERING WHEEL , IT JAMMED TOTALLY. I WAS NOT EXPECTING THAT IT WILL GET SO DIFFICULT TO MOVE THE STEERING WHEEL. LUCKILY I WAS ABLE TO STOP MY CAR ON THE SIDE AND THAN I TURNED IT OFF AND STARTED AGAIN , ON RE START THE STEERING FUNCTION RETURNED TO NORMAL.THIS WAS VERY SCARY FOR ME AS IF THE SAME INCIDENT HAD HAPPENED TO ME ON A HIGHWAY IT CAN BE FATAL. I HAD HEARD ABOUT THE FAILURE OF THE POWER STEERING AND RECALL . I THOUGHT IF IT FAILS I WILL BE STILL ABLE TO MOVE MY STEERING LIKE A OLD CAR WITHOUT POWER STEERING, BUT THE CASE IS DIFFERENT HERE, THE STEERING IS UNABLE TO MOVE EVEN WITH GREATER FORCE.I AM GOING BY TRAIN TO MY JOB TOMORROW , NOT WANT TO TAKE THE SAME RISK. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED ACCORDING TO THE RECALL, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 68,000.
HIGHWAY BOUNCING? UNBALANCED FEELING UNDER VEHICLE? REPLACE STRUTS ASAP!! OKAY FOR THE PAST 30,000 MILES I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING WHAT I COULD DESCRIBE AS A CONSTANT BOUNCE. THE BOUNCE HAS NOW BECOME SO VIOLENT THAT CROSSING A BRIDGE ON A HIGHWAY THE BUMP WILL INCREASE THE AGGRESSION OF THE BOUNCE TO THE POINT THAT YOU BOUNCE RIGHT OFF OF THE ROAD. I HAVE SLOWLY BEEN TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT CAUSES THIS BOUNCING WOBBLE. AFTER NEW RIMS,CV-HALF SHAFTS, LUGNUTS, TIRES, STABILIZER END-LINKS, TIE-ROD ENDS, INNER TIE-ROD ENDS, AND BALL JOINTS. THE BOUNCE GOT MORE CONTROLLABLE FOR A SHORT PERIOD. NOT LONG AFTER THE NEW PARTS STARTED TO BREAK DOWN AGAIN. FINALLY DURING THE PURCHASE OF ALL OF THESE THINGS OVER AGAIN. I FIND AN INSTANCE WHERE THIS EXACT THING HAPPENED TO ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL. DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY WITH THE CONSTANT BOUNCE AS ALWAYS (4 MECHANICS ---- I AM PRETTY MECHANICALLY INCLINED, BUT COULD NOT DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM) THIS OTHER INDIVIDUAL GOES UP ON A BRIDGE (HIGHWAY SPEEDS) AND BOUNCES STRAIGHT ACROSS AND RIGHT OFF OF THE HIGHWAY INTO THE DITCH. LUCKILY IN BOTH OF OUR CASES WE WERE ABLE TO STOP THE VEHICLE BEFORE HITTING ANYTHING OTHER THAN SOME TALL GRASS AND SLIDING AROUND IN THE DIRT A BIT ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY. HE TAKES HIS FAMILY AND CAR TO THE NEAREST MECHANIC (THEY WERE GOING ON VACATION) AND THIS MECHANIC KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. RELIEVED THIS PERSON WAS THAT HE HAD FINALLY FOUND A MECHANIC THAT SOLVED THIS WRETCHED, ANNOYING, AND ODD PROBLEM I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE. THE STRUTS WERE COMPLETELY SHOT. THE CAR WAS NOT SAGGING ACCORDING TO MEASUREMENTS. BUMPS WEREN'T VIOLENT. AFTER REPLACEMENT OF THE OLD STRUTS I COULD LITERALLY PUSH THEM DOWN WITH ONE FINGER. LET GO AND WATCH AS THEY JUST RELAX IN PLACE. ANYONE EXPERIENCING A HIGHWAY BOUNCING WOBBLE LIKE SOMETHING IS UNBALANCED THEN REPLACE YOUR STRUTS!! *TR

THE POWER STEERING FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO THE DEALER AND THE POWER STEERING UNIT WAS REPLACED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO REMOVE THE KEY FROM THE IGNITION SWITCH AND HAD TO UNHOOK THE WIRING HARNESS IN ORDER TO SHUT OFF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V171000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM); HOWEVER, THE PART NEEDED FOR THE REPAIR WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 108,000.
MY SATURN WAS AT THE DEALER FOR THE GM IGNITION RECALL. THE DEALER TOLD ME MY FUEL LINES WERE ROTTED AND LEAKING. I THOUGHT THIS ODD SINCE THE CAR WAS AT THE MECHANIC'S FOR A RUSTED EXHAUST THE WEEK BEFORE. I CALLED MY MECHANIC FROM THE DEALER AND HE SAID TO BRING THE CAR BACK THAT DAY. HE FOUND THE LEAKING LINES. TOTAL COST OF REPAIRS $567.42 SINCE ALL GM PARTS WERE PURCHASED. THE DEALER HAD TO HAVE KNOWN TO LOOK FOR THIS PROBLEM, LEADING ME TO BELIEVE IT'S A KNOWN ISSUE. *TR

ON AUGUST 19,2014 THERE WAS AN INCIDENT THAT INVOLVED ME WITH MY 2006 SATURN ION. I WAS PROCEEDING OUT OF TO DRIVE OFF WHEN ALL OF THE SUDDEN MY POWER STEERING BECAME HARD TO MANEUVER AND SEEN AS THOUGH THE CAR WAS SHUTTING OFF IN WHICH A CHILD WAS RUNNING ACROSS THE STREET AT THAT TIME I DID THE BEST I COULD AND MY CAR BUMP MY NEIGHBOR VEHICLE. I RECEIVED A STRAINED MUSCLE IN MY HAND THAT MY DOCTOR DIAGNOSED AS CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME (NERVE DAMAGES). MY CAR HAVE DONE THIS SEVERAL TIMES. I SHOULDN'T HAVE T I DIE NOR MY SON OR HAVE A LIFE PERMANENT INJURY THAT WOULD HINDER ME FROM ENJOYING MY LIFE. GM TOLD CONGRESS THAT THEY WOULD DO THE RIGHT THING BY ITS VICTIMS REGARDLESS THE NATURE OF INJURY.I HAVE TO SUFFER WITH THIS AGONIZING PAIN AND SWELLING WITH THE AID OF MEDICATION. AS A RESULT, ANOTHER VEHICLE CRASHED INTO THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE OF THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED INJURIES TO THE LEFT SHOULDER AND LEFT HIP DUE TO THE SEAT BELT. THE CONTACT DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE CONTACT WAS UNCERTAIN IF THE OTHER DRIVER SUSTAINED INJURIES, BUT THE DRIVER WAS INTOXICATED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V153000 (STEERING) AND BELIEVED THE FAILURE WAS RELATED TO THE RECALL. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 102,000.

MY ION IS LEAKING GAS AND THE IGNITION IS STICKING AND CAN TURN OFF BY ITSELF. *TR
THIS CAR HAS A MANUAL TRANSMISSION. I TRIED TO PUT IT IN GEAR TO BACK OUT OF THE DRIVE WAY AND IT WOULDN'T BUDGE. SO I LET IT ROLL BACKWARDS IN NEUTRAL TO THE STREET. I PUMPED THE CLUTCH TO SEE IF THAT WOULD WORK. IT WOULDN'T GO INTO FIRST GEAR WHEN I WOULD TRY TO GET IT IN GEAR IT WOULD SLOWLY MOVE FORWARD EVEN THOUGH IT WASN'T IN GEAR. I CHECKED THE FLUID LEVELS AND THEY WERE FINE. I TURNED OFF THE CAR AND TRIED TO PUT IT IN FIRST IT WENT INTO FIRST GEAR JUST FINE AND WHEN I TURNED THE IGNITION ON, IT LUNGED ME FORWARD. I DROVE ABOUT 25 FEET WHILE TRYING TO CHANGE INTO SECOND GEAR, IT WOULDN'T BUDGE. SO I HAD TO TURN OFF THE CAR AGAIN SO IT WOULD GO INTO FIRST GEAR THEN I STARTED IT UP AND IT LUNGED ME FORWARD AGAIN. I NEEDED TO TURN AROUND TO GET BACK TO THE HOUSE BECAUSE SOMETHING WAS CLEARLY WRONG. I TRIED ONCE AGAIN TO PUT IT IN SECOND, SAME PROBLEM I HAD TO TURN IT OFF THEN THROW IT IN FIRST AND START IT UP REAL QUICK. I FINALLY GOT IT IN SECOND GEAR AND DROVE IT HOME. I STAYED IDLING IN SECOND GEAR IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE FOR ABOUT 5-7 MIN. THEN I TRIED TO GO AND IT WORKED, IT WENT INTO GEAR WITH EASE, AND CHANGED INTO ALL THE OTHER GEARS WITH EASE AS I DOVE THROUGH THE NEIGHBORHOOD JUST LIKE IT WAS A BRAND NEW CAR AGAIN & ALL DAY LIKE NOTHING HAD EVER HAPPENED. NOW EVERY MORNING SINCE THE SAME THING HAS HAPPENED SO I TAKE THE SAME STEPS, I PUMP THE CLUTCH AND LET IT SIT ABOUT 5 MIN. AND END UP APPLYING PRESSURE TO GET IT INTO GEAR AND IT WILL WORK ALL DAY UNTIL THIS MORNING. IT WILL STILL GO INTO GEAR WHEN ITS OFF AND STARTS THE SAME WAY AS I EXPLAINED BUT NOW AFTER WAITING THE 5-7 MIN BEFORE I TAKE OFF IT STILL WONT GO INTO GEAR OR "FIX ITSELF" LIKE IT DID BEFORE. HAVE MANY PEOPLE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS? I'VE BEEN THE ONLY OWNER OF THIS CAR AND REPORTED IT TO MY LOCAL DEALER, IT WILL COST $115.00 JUST FOR THEM TO DIAGNOSE IT AND IM ON A LIMITED INCOME. *TR

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO STATED THAT THE FUEL PUMP NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. MY FUEL PUMP MODULE NEEDS REPLACING. NO ACCIDENT OCCURRED TO INITIATE THIS ISSUE. STARTED SMELLING A FUEL ODOR AND IT HAS GOTTEN STRONGER OVER THE PAST FEW MONTHS. THIS PROBLEM SEEMS PREMATURE, EVERYTHING THAT I READ ONLINE SAYS A GOOD FUEL PUMP SHOULD LAST AT LEAST 300,000 MILES. *TR
I WENT TO START MY CAR TO GO TO WORK AND THE KEY WOULD NOT MOVE IN THE IGNITION. NOT ONE MILLIMETER. I CHECKED THAT THE WHEELS WERE STRAIGHT, CHECKED THAT IT WAS IN PARK. STILL NO MOVEMENT. MEANING I WAS NOT ABLE TO MOVE THE KEY FORWARD OR BACKWARD. AFTER TRYING AT THE MINIMUM 15 TIMES, I CALLED TRIPLE A AND THEN MY HUSBAND. HE TOLD ME TO CANCEL TRIPLE A AND CONTACT THE DEALER AND HAVE THEM DEAL WITH IT. AS IT WAS ONLY 7:15 AND I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THE DEALER OPENED AT 9:00. I SAT AND KEPT TRYING TO GET THE KEY TO MOVE. AROUND 8:00 IT JUST SUDDENLY MOVED FORWARD AND THE CAR STARTED. I GUESS I AM FILING THIS COMPLAINT BECAUSE GM INSTALLED THAT WHOLE IGNITION PART THING ON MY CAR ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO. I'M AFRAID TO CALL THEM BECAUSE WHAT COULD I SAY? THE CAR STARTS FINE NOW. BUT I DON'T SEE HOW I CAN HAVE ANY PIECE OF MIND WORRYING THAT THIS MIGHT OCCUR AT ANY TIME OR ANYPLACE. I AM EXTREMELY NERVOUS THAT I COULD BE INVOLVED IN A CRASH OR WORSE AND DRIVE THE CAR EVERYDAY WITH A FEELING OF DREAD. *TR
IN 2012 MY CAR KEY WAS STUCK IN THE IGNITION. THE NEXT DAY AFTER 450.00+ THE DEALERSHIP REPLACED THE IGNITION CYLINDER. A FEW MONTHS LATER BOTH AIRBAG LIGHTS CAME ON & STAYED ON. THE DEALERSHIP TOLD ME SINCE IT WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE AIRBAG & SAFETY THERE WOULD NOT BE A CHARGE FOR THE DIANOSTIC; WHEN I ARRIVED I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WOULD BE A 75.00 CHARGE. I LEFT THE DEARSHIP WITHOUT THE TESTING. A COUPLE OF MONTHS LATER THE OIL WAS CHANGED & I ASKED FOR A TEST TO CHECK THE AIRBAG LIGHT. WHEN FINISHED THE TECH SAID THEY WERE UNABLE TO DETERMINE THE ISSUE WITH THE AIRBAG & I WOULD NEED TO TAKE IT TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. WE ARE A ONE CAR HOUSEHOLD SO I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL BEING WITHOUT A CAR WOULD HAVE MINIMAL IMPACT. WHEN I HEARD ABOUT THE RECALL I WAITED & HAD THE DEALERSHIP DUE A TEST IN CASE IT WAS SOMETHING AFFECTED BY THE IGNITION CYLINDER. LAST WEEK I TOOK IT TO THE SERVICING DEALERSHIP & ASKED THEY CHECK THE AIRBAG LIGHT. LATER I RECEIVED A CALL ADVISING THE AIRBAG SENSOR HAD SHORTED OUT & A NEW SENSOR WOULD COST 900.00+. I MENTIONED DISABLING THE AIRBAG & WAS TOLD IT IS AGAINST FEDERAL LAW TO DO SO. THE SERVICE TECH SAID IN KS SEAT BELTS ON CARS PURCHASED IN KS ARE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY FOR 10 YRS & 3 YRS FOR AIRBAGS. I SUGGEST THAT CAR CO.'S CONSIDER A LIFETIME OR LIFE OF CAR OWNERSHIP WARRANTY FOR BOTH SEAT BELTS & AIRBAGS. FEW HAVE CLOSE TO 1K TO SPEND ON REPAIRING/REPLACING AN AIRBAG SENSOR & IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE TO HAVE A LAW STATING THE AIRBAG CAN'T BE DISABLED BUT ITS OKAY TO KNOWINGLY PUT A CAR ON THE STREETS WITH A NON/POTENTIAL NON-WORKING AIRBAG. THE SEATBELTS & AIRBAGS WORK IN TANDAM TO PROTECT SHOULDN'T THEIR WARRANTIES ALSO BE TOGETHER? HAVING SEATBELTS & AIRBAGS COVERED FOR THE LIFE OF THE CAR WILL SHOW THE PUBLIC IN LIGHT OF RECENT RECALLS CAR COMPANIES WILL DO WHAT IS NEEDED TO SHOW CONSUMERS THEIR & THEIR PASSENGERS SAFETY ARE A PRIORITY. *JS

I WAS CONTACTED ON TUESDAY, JULY 8, 2014 AND WAS TOLD THE IGNITION SWITCH PARTS WERE IN. I INFORMED THEM THAT I COULDN'T DRIVE THE CAR TO KELLY BUICK GMC BECAUSE OF THE POWER STEERING ISSUE SO THEY MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO TOW THE CAR TO THEIR LOCATION. NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME TO TURN IN THE LOANER, BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH THE WHEEL IS HARD TO TURN , THAT IT IS SAFE TO DRIVE. I TOLD THE SERVICE PERSON THAT I AM A MIDDLE AGED WOMAN AND DO NOT HAVE THE STRENGTH IN MY ARMS TO TURN THAT WHEEL AND THAT I AM AFRAID. I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT GM WHICH I WILL IN THE MORNING BECAUSE NOW I HAVE NO WAY TO GET THE CAR FROM KELLY BUICK, WHEN THEY KNEW WHEN THEY TOWED IT IN I WAS AFRAID TO DRIVE IT, BECAUSE OF THE STRUGGLE TO TURN THE WHEEL. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD SEE WHAT THEY COULD DO, HOWEVER THEY DID NOTHING TO THE POWER STEERING AND I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO AT THIS POINT.
