THE SEAT BELT GET LOOKED IN BUCKLE AND DON'T RELEASE WHEN U TRY TO UNLOCK IT TO GET OUT OF THE CAR AND THEY ALWAYS LOCK UP WHEN PUTTING YOUR SEAT BELT ON THIS IS NOT NORMAL AND THE VEHICLE IS IN STATIONARY .

ONCE SHE ARRIVED HOME, SHE OBSERVED THAT THE FUEL LEVEL WAS DOWN TO A QUARTER AND NOTICED A STRONG FUEL ODOR COMING FROM THE FUEL TANK. THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 255,000.

ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS, THE KEY MOVED INTO THE ACCESSORY POSITION AND THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER, BUT THEY COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURES OCCURRED AFTER THE RECALL REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 156,000.
DRIVING ON I-95 IN RICHMOND VA ON AUG. 28 AT APPROXIMATELY 8:30 PM. HEARD A LOUD BANG ON MY ROOF. I WAS NOT NEAR AN OVERPASS AND DID NOT SEE ANY DEBRIS ON ROAD. USING MY REAR-VIEW MIRROR I OBSERVED A LARGE DARK OBJECT FLYING OFF THE ROOF. AT FIRST I THOUGHT IT WAS A ROCK BUT I NOW BELIEVE IT TO BE A LARGE CHUNK OF MY GLASS SUNROOF FLYING OFF. I BELIEVE MY SUNROOF EXPLODED.
THE WARNING CHIMES AND AUDIBLE TURN SIGNAL INDICATORS STOPPED WORKING. WHILE THE HEADLIGHT ON WHEN VEHICLE IS SHUT OFF OR KEY LEFT IN SWITCH WILL NOT CAUSE ANY SAFETY PROBLEM (I DON'T THINK), NOT HAVING THE TURN SIGNAL CLICKING MAY LEAD TO DRIVING WITH A SIGNAL LEFT ON WHILE DRIVING STRAIGHT. THE OTHER POTENTIAL PROBLEM IS THAT THE SOUND CHIME NO LONGER WORKS TO INDICATE THAT THE SEAT BELTS ARE NOT FASTENED WHICH COULD CAUSE ONE TO DRIVE WITHOUT SEAT BELT AND INCREASE POTENTIAL INJURY IN CASE OF A CRASH.
I WAS LEAVING A LOCAL GROCERY STORE, STARTED MY CAR AND PROCEEDED TO DRIVE OUT OF THE PARKING LOT TO THE MAIN ROAD, ROUTE 611, A FAIRLY BUSY THOROUGHFARE. AS I TURNED RIGHT AND ATTEMPTED TO ACCELERATE, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AS WELL AS THE 'REDUCED ENGINE POWER LIGHT'. DESPITE PRESSING ON THE THE GAS PEDAL TO ACCELERATE SAFELY INTO THE FLOW OF TRAFFIC (AROUND 40 MPH), MY CAR WOULD NOT ACCELERATE PAST 10 MILES PER HOUR. I AM SO VERY LUCKY THAT I WAS NOT IN AN ACCIDENT. I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTION IN THE SATURN ION MANUAL WHICH SAYS TO TURN OFF THE CAR AND THE ERROR SHOULD CLEAR ITSELF AFTER 10 MINUTES. I DID THIS AND THE 'REDUCED ENGINE POWER LIGHT' WENT OUT BUT NOT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. I TOOK THE CAR IMMEDIATELY TO MY LOCAL MECHANIC WHO RAN A INCONCLUSIVE DIAGNOSTIC TEST. THEY CLEARED THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND THE CAR RAN FINE UNTIL YESTERDAY, 4 WEEKS AFTER THE FIRST INSTANCE. WHILE I WAS DRIVING MY CHILDREN HOME FROM THE DENTIST, IN THE FLOW OF TRAFFIC, AT CLOSE TO 40 MPH, THE DASH BOARD CHIMED, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND 'REDUCED ENGINE POWER LIGHT' LIT UP AND IMMEDIATELY MY CAR WOULD NOT ACCELERATE OVER 10 MILES PER HOUR. LUCKILY, WE WERE VERY CLOSE TO HOME, AND WERE NOT IN AN ACCIDENT. AGAIN, I LET THE CAR REST, AND 12 HOURS LATER STARTED THE CAR, BOTH LIGHTS CLEARED THEMSELVES. WITHIN IN 5 MILES OF DRIVING TO THE GYM FROM MY HOME, WHILE DRIVING IN THE FLOW OF TRAFFIC, THIS ISSUE HAPPENED AGAIN. THIS REDUCED POWER ISSUE SHOULD BE A RECALL. ONE SIMPLE ONLINE SEARCH SHOWS THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF GM/SATURN CARS WITH THIS VERY DANGEROUS ISSUE. AMONG SO MANY OTHER MANUFACTURER SAFETY ISSUES! THIS CAR HAS HAD 3 OTHER RECALLS, ONE OF WHICH MY LOCAL GM DEALER HAS FAILED OVER 3 TIMES TO FIX. I HAVE TO MANUALLY PUT MY FINGER INTO THE STEERING COLUMN TO RELEASE THE IGNITION KEY. HOLD GM ACCOUNTABLE AND PLEASE MAKE THIS ISSUE A RECALL
I NOTICED A STRONG SMELL OF GASOLINE INSIDE THE CAR AND IT WAS SOMETIMES HARD TO START. I NOTICED A LARGE PUDDLE OF GASOLINE LEAKING FROM APPROXIMATELY UNDER THE LEFT REAR PASSENGER DOOR. I TOOK THE CAR TO CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. THERE WAS A PUDDLE OF GASOLINE ABOUT THE SIZE OF A SOFTBALL WITHIN TWO MINUTES OF PARKING THE CAR IN THEIR PARKING LOT. THEY HAVE INFORMED ME THAT THE FUEL LINES HAVE RUSTED AND WILL COST IN EXCESS OF $700.00 TO REPAIR I FEEL THAT THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE DUE THE CLOSE PRESENCE OF THE EXHAUST SYSTEM AND IS A DESIGN/PARTS FLAW IN THE DESIGN OF THE CAR.
MY POWER STEERING FAILED, WHEN I RESTARTED THE CAR IT WORKED AGAIN. A FEW MONTHS AGO I WENT TO GREY CHEVROLET FOR A RECALL ON THE POWER STEERING. THEY REPLACED THE POWER STEERING MOTOR. NOW THEY SAY THAT THE POWER STEERING COLUMN HAS FAILED. WHY WASN'T THAT REPLACED IN THE RECALL. I SEE ON LINE THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY SATURN OWNER THIS HAS HAPPENED TO. IF GM HAS PUT OUT A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, AND HAS DELAYED RESPONSE TO THIS FOR YEARS AFTER FINDING OUT ABOUT IT, WHY DO CONSUMERS HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS.
THE FUEL PUMP IS LEAKING
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 SATURN ION. WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED AND AN UNKNOWN WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FUEL CAP NEEDED TO BE OPENED AND CLOSED IN ORDER FOR THE VEHICLE TO RESTART. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 09V419000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE); HOWEVER, DUE TO THE MILEAGE OF THE VEHICLE, THE MANUFACTURER DECLINED TO HONOR THE RECALL. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 269,000.
THE FUEL FEED PIPE AND EVAP EMIS PIPE ROTTED AWAY. FUEL STARTED BEING PUMPED OUT OF THE TANK AND BEING SPRAYED ALL OVER THE CAR INCLUDING THE EXHAUST. GM PART NUMBER 15283792 AND 25775259. THE PIPES ONLY ROTTED IN THE REAR ALONG THE FRAME WHERE THEY ARE COVERED BY HEAT SHIELD IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE EXHAUST. THE REMAINING PARTS OF THESE FUEL PIPES ARE PERFECT. EVEN THE BRAKE LINES THAT RUN ALONG WITH THE FUEL LINES ARE PERFECT RIGHT THERE. EVERY BRAKE LINE LOOKS PERFECT MAYBE DO TO A FACT THAT THEY ARE COATED WITH A BLACK MATERIAL FROM THE FACTORY. THERE IS NO RECALL ON THESE PIPES BECAUSE IT ISN'T PART OF THE FUEL MODULE.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 SATURN ION. WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE DRIVER EXPERIENCED A LOSS OF POWER STEERING AND AN UNKNOWN WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 106,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
THE POWER STEERING SHUTS OFF WHILE THE CAR IS IN MOTION, AND DISPLAYS A PWR STG ERROR MESSAGE ON THE DASHBOARD. THE CAR'S POWER STEERING WILL REMAIN INOPERABLE UNTIL THE CAR IS RESTARTED. THE POWER STEERING CAN BECOME INOPERABLE SEVERAL TIMES IN A SINGLE DAY.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 SATURN ION. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS TURNED OFF AND THE KEY WAS REMOVED FROM THE IGNITION SWITCH, A BEEPING SOUND WAS HEARD. THE CONTACT HAD TO CLOSE THE DOORS IN ORDER FOR THE BEEPING SOUND TO STOP. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR FAILED TO LOCK WITH THE REMOTE. THE CONTACT HAD TO MANUALLY LOCK THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR. THE FAILURES OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. THE DEALER (O'RIELLY CHEVROLET INC., 6160 E BROADWAY BLVD, TUCSON, AZ 85711) WAS CONTACTED AND STATED THAT THE CONTACT HAD TO PAY TO HAVE THE VEHICLE DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AT 800-553-6000 AND STATED THAT THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING. THE CONTACT WAS ADVISED TO CALL NHTSA. A CASE NUMBER WAS NOT PROVIDED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.

THE CONTACT COASTED OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND WAS THEN DRIVEN TO THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE. THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE IGNITON SWITCH WAS REPLACED FROM A PREVIOUS NHTSA NOTIFICATION; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 84,023.
MY CAR BEGAN WITH MY IGNITION SWITCH STICKING AND I RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE IN THE MAIL SO I TOOK IT TO BE CORRECTED....AFTER SUPPOSABLY BEING FIXED I'M STILL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. NOW ABOUT 5 MONTHS AGO I STARTED SMELLING A FAINT SMELL OF GAS...NOW ITS SO SEVERE I CAN'T DRIVE THE CAR. IT'S ACTUALLY DRIPPING ONTO THE GROUND. IT TAKES 3 OR MORE TIMES TO GET IT TO CRANK. THE GAS MILEAGE HAS GONE DOWN FROM 30 TO NOTHING. FROM THE VIN SEARCH MY CAR ISN'T INCLUDED IN THE RECALL FOR THIS WHICH IS RIDICULOUS. I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY TO HAVE THIS FIXED. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY GM ISN'T TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS. LIVES ARE AT STAKE HERE. PLEASE HELP.

MY WIFE AND I, HAD THE IGNITION RECALL WORK DONE AT SPORT CHEVROLET IN SILVER SPRING, MARYLAND. WE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH OUR IGNITION. SECOND RECALL, ALSO WORK WAS COMPLETED AT SPORT CHEVROLET. WE HADN'T EXPERIENCED ANY PROBLEMS WITH OUR POWER STEERING. 04/10/2015, WE NOW ARE NOW HAVING THE PROBLEM AS DESCRIBED IN THE RECALL! WHAT ARE OUR OPTIONS AT THIS TIME? *TR
THERE HAS BEEN A STRONG FUEL ORDER FOR SEVERAL MONTHS TO WHICH MY MECHANIC STATED TODAY THERE WAS A CRACK IN THE TOP OF MY FUEL TANK . AFTER CHECKING THE RECALL NOTICES AND THOUSANDS OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE SMELL OF GAS AND PERFORMANCE ISSUES, COME TO FIND OUT THE RECALL IS ONLY LIMITED TO SELECT STATES. CLEARLY THERE IS A SIGNIFICANT ISSUE WITH THE FUEL SYSTEM THAT GM SHOULD RECALL ACROSS THE BOARD DUE TO RISK OF FIRE AND DEATH. SHAME ON GM FOR LIMITING THIS RECALL DUE TO THEIR SUB-PAR PARTS AND IRRESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT OF PRESERVING THE SAFETY AND LIFE OF THEIR CLIENTS. *TR
THE DRIVERS SIDE AND PASSENGER TURN SIGNAL LIGHTS ARE INOPERABLE. WE TOOK IT TO CERTIFIED MECHANIC WHO TOLD US HE HAS SEEN THIS MANY TIMES ON THE SATURN IONS. THERE IS CORROSION ON THE INSIDE OF THE TURN SIGNAL BULB SOCKET WHICH DOES NOT ALLOW A GOOD ELECTRICAL CONNECTION. A LADY ALMOST HIT US HEAD ON BECAUSE IN THE CAR, IT APPEARS WHEN YOU TURN ON YOUR LANE SIGNAL, EVERYTHING IS FUNCTIONING WELL. I HAVE REPLACED THE BULBS NUMEROUS TIMES THINKING IT WAS THE BULBS, BUT I WAS TOLD BY THE MECHANIC THAT WAS NOT CORRECT. *TR
MY CAR SHAKES EVERY SO OFTEN ESPECIALLY WHEN I USE MY BRAKES AND WHEN I STEER. I NOTICED THERE WAS A RECALL WITH THE ELECTRIC POWER STEERING AND I THINK IT HAS AFFECT THE POWER STEERING COLUMN AS WELL. I HAVE NOT HAD AN ACCIDENT YET BUT I DON'T WANT ONE BECAUSE ONE PART OF A SYSTEM WAS RECALLED AND NOT THE WHOLE SYSTEM. *TR

I SMELT GAS SO I BROUGHT IT TO MY MECHANIC. HE SAYS THAT THE FUEL PUMP HAD A CRACK AT THE INLET. I SEE THAT THERE ARE 2006 AND 2007 SATURN IONS THAT WERE RECALLED BECAUSE OF THIS ISSUE. I WAS CURIOUS WHY OR IF THERE WERE SIMILAR COMPLAINTS FOR THE RANGE THAT VIN FALLS WITHIN. YET ONE MORE IGNITION HAS FAILED. I HAD THE RECALL DONE ON THE OTHER TWO RECALLS. YET, LESS THAN A MONTH AFTER THE LAST REPLACEMENT THE KEY WOULD NOT COME OUT. I CAME OUT TO THE CAR ABOUT AN HOUR LATER AND WAS ABLE TO REMOVE THE KEY. I SPOKE TO THE GM REP WHO SAID THEY WOULD REPLACE IT WITH ANOTHER ONE (THE SAME MODEL, ETC) AND I'D HAVE TO COME BACK INTO THE DEALERSHIP. I TOLD THEM NO, I HAD RECEIVED UNBELIEVABLE HIDEOUS SERVICE THERE SINCE BUYING THE CAR AND WITH THE OTHER RECALLS. WAS TOLD TO DRIVE THE HOUR AND A HALF TO THE NEXT NEAREST ONE. AGAIN DECLINED. I WAS TOLD THAT IF I TOOK IT TO THE SHOP I USE THEY WOULD NOT PAY THE LABOR. THIS IS IGNITION NUMBER FOUR NOW. I AM TAKING IT TO THE SHOP I USE TOMORROW AND WILL DO BATTLE WITH GM AFTERWARDS. *TR

APPARENTLY EITHER THE "NEW IGNITIONS" ARE ALSO FAULTY OR THE DEALERSHIP LIED ABOUT HAVING REPLACED IT AS THEY DID ABOUT HAVING COMPLETED THE 3RD RECALL REPAIRS (I'D RECEIVE A LETTER FROM GM SOME WEEKS LATER SAYING THE PARTS WERE NOW IN AND TO TAKE THE CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP TO HAVE THE WORK DONE). THIS EVENING AT ABOUT 5:35PM PACIFIC TIME I CAME HOME AND YET ONE MORE TIME THE KEY WOULD NOT COME OUT OF THE IGNITION AS IT WAS IN THE ALT POSITION. I TRIED 5 OR 6 TIMES OVER A SPAN OF 10-15 MINUTES TO NO AVAIL. THE HEADLIGHTS HAD TO BE TURNED OFF MANUALLY AS DID THE OVERHEAD LIGHT. I WAS GETTING MY HOUSE KEY OFF THE RING SO I COULD GET MY TOOLS OUT OF THE HOUSE TO ONE MORE TIME DISCONNECT THE BATTERY AND DECIDED TO TRY TO REMOVE THE KEY AGAIN. IT WAS AT THAT POINT THAT THE KEY FINALLY CAME OUT OF THE IGNITION. THE REASON I SUSPECT IT MAY BE THE DEALERSHIP IS THAT ALTHOUGH THE SATURN WAS STILL ON THE RECALL LIST FOR THE THIRD REPAIR ON THE SAFERCAR.GOV SITE UNTIL ABOUT A WEEK LATER, COINCIDENTLY A FEW DAYS AFTER FILING A COMPLAINT WITH GM OVER THE CONTINUING RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TREATMENT AT THE DEALERSHIP. *TR

I AM WRITING TO REPORT FRAUD BY ROSEVILLE CHEVROLET. THIS IS IN REGARDS TO THE SATURN RECALL OF THE ELECTRIC POWER STEERING #14115. EVIDENTLY THE DEALERSHIP, ROSEVILLE CHEVROLET HAS SUBMITTED A CLAIM THAT THEY HAVE REPAIRED THIS DEFECT. THEY HAVE NOT. I HAD TAKEN MY CAR IN FOR THE FIRST TWO RECALLS. THE PARTS FOR THE THIRD WERE NOT IN YET. I TOLD THE SERVICE MANAGER TO KEEP MY CAR UNTIL THEY COULD FIX THE 3RD RECALL AS I DID NOT SEE WHY I SHOULD HAVE TO CONTINUE TO RISK MY LIFE FOR GM. A WEEK LATER THE MANAGER CALLED SAYING THE 3RD RECALL WAS DONE. WHEN I WENT TO GET THE CAR I ONLY RECIEVED TWO RECEIPTS. I DIDN'T HAVE MY READING GLASSES SO COULD NOT SEE WHAT WORK HAD BEEN DONE. I LATER LOOKED AT THE PAPERS AND NEITHER HAD THE 3RD RECALL LISTED. WEEKS LATER I WAS NOTIFIED BY SATURN THAT THE PARTS WERE NOW IN. I CHECKED THE SAFERCAR WEBSITE AND FOUND MY CAR WAS NO LONGER LISTED FOR THE 3RD RECALL. APPARENTLY THEY ALTERED THE RECORDS CLAIMING THEY HAVE DONE THE WORK, WHICH WAS NOT DONE. WHAT EXACTLY AM I SUPPOSED TO DO TO GET THAT REPAIR DONE? WHAT IF ANYTHING WILL BE THE CONSEQUENCE FOR THEIR COMMITTING FRAUD AND PUTTING MY LIFE IN DANGER BY ASSURING THAT I CAN NOT GET THIS RECALL REPAIRED? IT WAS ABOUT 32 DEGREES IN THE MORNING. I STARTED MY CAR AND WARMED IT UP FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES OR SO. LONG ENOUGH TO DEFROST BOTH THE FRONT AND REAR WINDOWS. I DROVE A LITTLE OVER MILE GOING ABOUT THE CITY SPEED LIMIT OF 45. THE VEHICLE STARTED SHAKING FROM THE ENGINE AREA. I PULLED OFF THE ROAD INTO A PARKING LOT AND THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO LOSE POWER. I WAS ABLE TO COAST INTO A PARKING SPACE. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AT SOME POINT. I TURNED THE VEHICLE OFF, I WAITED A FEW MINUTES AND TURNED THE VEHICLE BACK ON. IT STARTED FINE I DROVE IT THE 10 MILES TO THE DEALERSHIP WITH NO PROBLEMS, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS STILL ON. THE DEALERSHIP ADVISED THAT THE ICE HAD FORMED ON THE THROTTLE BODY AND WHEN IT MELTED WATER GOT INTO THE THROTTLE BODY. HE COULD PUT A PIECE ON IT THAT WOULD COST ABOUT $900.00 BUT HE COULD NOT GUARANTEE THAT IT WOULD KEEP THIS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN. I DIDN'T THINK ABOUT IT AT THE TIME BUT THE SAME THING HAPPENED LAST YEAR AND SINCE THE VEHICLE STARTS RIGHT BACK UP I DIDN'T REALLY THINK ABOUT IT. I WAS TRAVELING DOWN THE HIGHWAY AT BETWEEN 70-75MPH WHEN I LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND STRUCK THE GUARD CABLE, TRAVELING THROUGH OVER 200 FT OF IT. THE FRONT END OF THE CAR WAS DEMOLISHED, THE FRONT AXLE WAS BROKEN IN HALF, THE REAR QUARTER PANEL OF THE DRIVER'S SIDE WAS RIPPED OFF, THE ROOF WAS HORRIBLY DENTED AND SCRATCHED, THE WINDSHIELD WAS BROKEN IN MULTIPLE PLACES - ONE SPOT BY MY HEAD - AND THE FRONT BUMPER AND HEADLIGHTS WERE NO LONGER THERE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOTALED OUT BY THE INSURANCE CO... MY AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. I HAD A TERRIBLE CONCUSSION AND SEVERE WHIPLASH ON AN ALREADY PRE-EXISTING DEGENERATIVE SPINE CONDITION, AND THE ONLY THING THAT SAVED MY LIFE WAS MY SEATBELT. THERE IS NO REASON ACCORDING TO THE POLICE AND FIRST RESPONDERS ON THE SCENE AS WELL AS THE FACILITY WHERE MY CAR WAS TOWED FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANY. I FEEL LIKE MY NECK SURGERY TO REPLACE A DISC AND FUSE MY SPINE WITH A TITANIUM CAGE AT THE END OF 2012 HAS BEEN SEVERELY AGGRAVATED AND MY 20 MONTHS OF HEALING HAS GONE BACK TO SQUARE ONE.
